Morning Cuppa Joy
Morning Cuppa Joy is a weekly reflection on being human — love, loss, curiosity, and everyday moments of grace. Written and read by Robyn DeLong, each episode invites listeners to focus on the beauty and love that surround us, and to notice the joy that bubbles up even in the midst of chaos. Each Cuppa is a gentle reminder to be grateful for the precious moments we’re given and the people we get to share them with.

This week’s Cuppa Joy begins with a joke from comedian Josh Johnson about Spanish at the Super Bowl. It made me laugh — and then made me think. Why is it often easier to enjoy what a culture creates than to welcome the people themselves? As I reflect during Black History Month, I share some honest thoughts about tribal instincts, widening our circles, and a quiet conviction that love keeps refusing to give fear the final word.
