It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood. Shout out to our sponsors, CR Tech Services, LLC, as well as Amichi Builders. LLC, we really appreciate you all. How you doing on this wonderful labor day?
SPEAKER_01I'm amazing. How are you?
SPEAKER_00You know what? I don't have any complaints, and our listeners didn't tune in for that. So we just gonna get right to it. We're gonna work this thing to it then nice and slow. And I'm gonna get this story out of the way. Because, yeah, like him. Some no, not like him. Um yeah, because Rufus doesn't care about this topic, but I do believe in closing the loop. And you know, when it comes to leadership and things of that nature, follow-up is the best thing. You know, if you're in a relationship, any kind of relationship, whether that be romantic, whether that be um, is it platonic? I think that's what that's called, right? Plutonic. Plutonic, what you just said. You want to be able to close the loop on something. So we got a few stories today. And the first one we're gonna hit is Tiger Woods. He can't drive for five years. Um, if you think about the case that he had at the top of this year where he rolled over, this was in March of this year, he rolled over his Range Rover. And so when he went to see the judge on September 2nd, he um ended a no-contest plea to reduce his reckless and careless driving charges. And the original DUI allegation was dropped because prosecutors said uh proven impairment would be difficult. And so, um, Tiger, we know you've had a series of bad driving instances, and this is it. And I think at one point they also said, you know, get you a driver. I think this was even pretrial or whatnot. And he said no. So here we go. You gotta get a drive if you want to be legal in the state of Florida. And so being the what is he? He's with uh Trump's son's ex-wife, who is now his girlfriend, that couldn't save your ass. And allegedly, remember, we said he had called him um the day of the accident. So whatever. I just want to hit that and quit it.
SPEAKER_01He can he can afford a driver, so go ahead and get that driver. Pay them people.
SPEAKER_00That's it. Now, one story that we talked about last week, the fake 49 of Dejahn Love. Um, and his alleged accomplice, they have been arrested. So Dejahn Labrayer Love, as well as talk about a ghetto name. Uh-huh. Yes, as well as um his accomplice, Taylor Jamie Chan, who was 18, and Dejaon is he's 35. They were arrested and are now in um federal custody. I think they were picked up in a Boise, Idaho airport.
SPEAKER_01Federal custody.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you scamming all these people.
SPEAKER_01So is that a federal crime? No, that's interesting.
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, investments. You're talking about wire fraud and all this stuff. You getting this money and things.
SPEAKER_01Wire fraud is federal. So there we go.
SPEAKER_00So, yeah, federal investigators have identified 26 victims, and approximately again, you are $1.3 million. Um, and the FBI believes that there could actually be more. And so they were actually apprehended again in the Boise Airport on August 24th. So, you know, they believe that he was actually um in Idaho to meet new victims.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_00And so, of course, we know this brother is innocent until proven guilty. But ladies, don't give a man any money. Rufus, anything to add?
SPEAKER_01Um, well, I'm good. They found him. Good for him. And give people money if you want to. But be careful, be wary of who you're giving your money to.
SPEAKER_00That boy was making his way up the coast, child. That's it.
SPEAKER_01Scamming and scamming with an 18-year-old complex. That's fucking crazy. Like, he probably was praying on old ass people. Which is I hate that. But because you're gonna go pray on somebody that don't know no better. Like, get the fuck on. Find somebody else to play with.
SPEAKER_00Well, no, it was some younger looking women. They get these long investing and things.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Mm-hmm. Was he a good looking mom? He must be good looking.
SPEAKER_00Uh, that mug shot wasn't all that. You can look that up while we move through these stories, but it was he was hat fishing. That's what he was. Yes, where you wear a snapback or any kind of baseball cap and you look a certain type of way and you take that off, and it's like, oh my god, not the same person. Yeah, that's him.
SPEAKER_01That makes you want to put a hat on right now.
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, yes. So we got a wow moment here, you all. Um Rufus. I just, you know, it just keeps getting better and better. So former Comcast employee David Figueroa has sued the company over what he says happened to him at a Plainville, Connecticut Xfinity store. Now, he has alleged that um the lowest performing sales consultant could be tied to a chair and hit in the face with a cream pie.
SPEAKER_01What?
SPEAKER_00So, yes, if you had low monthly sales, um, their manager said, Hey, you gotta sit in this chair and we're gonna put a pie in your face.
SPEAKER_01Fuck out of here. If y'all don't quit that job, y'all crazy as hell. Yeah, fuck them people. You're not gonna hit me in the face with no fucking pie. Otherwise, if you do, I'm gonna beat your ass. So go ahead and hit me with the pie. You're not gonna tie me. You're not tying me to no chair, though. That's just not happening. Period. Point point.
SPEAKER_00He started working there February 26th, and he said that he resigned later that month, you know, after seeing those concerns. So he's seeking damages and um, you know, says, you know, give me some money. So he's a litigation. That motherfucker got up out of there. Now, this story, we've seen this go on and on and on and on and on and on. Lane Arthur Ludine, a 67-year-old Arizona realtor, was aboard an American Airlines flight 618, traveling from Dallas to Newark. And authorities said that I heard about this. You've seen the picture. Yeah. Witnesses say that he became disruptive and allegedly used racial and anti-gay slurkers. And so they said he was physically aggressive. And, you know, passengers really jumped in to kind of help the flight attendants to subdue him. And so they did use zip ties as well as duct tape. Absolutely, absolutely. So um, once they landed in Baltimore, because they did have to, in fact, divert this flight, um, he was arrested and he faces state charges that include second degree assault, as well as disorderly conduct. And so um the FBI too is also reviewing the incident for possible federal charges, and his real estate company did, of course, terminate him.
SPEAKER_01It's probably gonna be a federal charge because it happened on the airplane while I was in flight, and that's federal jurisdiction all day long. Well, you know I'm there for it. Once they leave the gate and that door is closed, that's federal jurisdiction, baby. So good luck to him.
SPEAKER_00That motherfucker was duck tape and C 4A. Oh, he was a first class. Yeah. Everybody was like, well, he's still flying better than all y'all. Girl, fuck you ass fuck him.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, fuck Bill. That's a stupid ass statement. That's almost as well. Go ahead. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_00No, you fine. Another hit it and quit it. Follow-up story was James Pierce Jr., if you remember, this is the Falcons player that was um, I think it was she was he was stalking in the Miami. Um, that's what it came out to be. Uh Rakia Jackson, who also is a WNBA player, so that's his former girlfriend. And so the Atlanta Falcons have suspended him without pay for eight games. Um, the first their first eight games of this current NFL season. And so um, you know, good luck to that young man. Or not have better control of yourself, have better control of yourself, make better choices. That's right, that's right, that's right. So, one thing, my fraternity brother is also at the end of the year. And what fraternity is that? Um, I will not say, but it's just gonna tell you who it is. Okay, but Raphael Warnack says gay people are already in the church.
SPEAKER_01Oh, for sure.
SPEAKER_00Been there, yes, and I think he's at the same church where Dr. Martin Luther King either attended or he's at that church. Is it the Baptist church? Yes, yes. So he made these remarks while, you know, of course, serving as their pastor, and he said, There are gay sisters and brothers all around us.
SPEAKER_01He's correct, especially in Atlanta, Georgia.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. And so he said the church needed to be honest about human sexuality and noted that some gay people were on the usher board and had greeted the congregants as they walked in that morning. And so his broader point was pretty much that LGBTQ people were not outsiders looking into the black church, but they're actually worshiping, serving, giving, singing, ushering, as well as participating in church life. So I thought that we would get this story in there because I know you would really appreciate that.
SPEAKER_01I represent the G in the L B G T. However it goes, whatever the letters are. I represent the G portion. And I don't go to church. I have been to church in my life a lot. And gay people are everywhere, and you can't do shit about it. We just we're here. You can hate us all you want, but we are still here in unity, in unison. So, I mean, I don't know what you're gonna do about it, except either accept it or don't.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so I I know he probably sends shockwaves to that congregation, or maybe not, because they're in Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Well, you know, Atlanta is still a conservative uh state and city, so I'm sure there's some pushback on it somewhere. Atlanta. Okay. Atlanta, Georgia. 2026. Atlanta. Uh there's a there's a little, he's there's a there's a key that needs to be put in the key ring right there. Uh an egg, as you people would say. All right.
SPEAKER_00On to our next hit it and quit it follow-up story. Um, I like the little hit it and quit it. Paul Pierce has been ordered to pay child support. Now, Paul Pierce is a 48-year-old and he had 19 NBA seasons, and he's pretty much known for his 15 seasons with the Baltimore Celtics. We talked about this in a previous episode. Um, Paul Pierce, the judge has temporarily ordered him to pay $8,508 per month in child support. Um, even though his baby mama was seeking $30,000 a month a month, excuse me. Um, you know, he pretty much reportedly argued that roughly $4,000 would be what he would be willing to pay given his current salary. And so he too also had to put $100,000, fuck, towards her damn legal fees. Um, as well as he had to pay $10,000 for a forensic accountant. Nigga, why you not snipped? At 48 years old, you already got your money. Yes, this is a new fucking child.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00Stop. You should be shooting blanks. This is fucking crazy. This is preventable.
SPEAKER_01He sounds like my daddy.
SPEAKER_00This don't make no fucking sense.
SPEAKER_01My daddy was making babies well into his 60s.
SPEAKER_00Well, Paul, your ass gotta pay. Okay. Well I had an uncle like that too.
SPEAKER_01Keep paying money, Paul. Mr. Pierce.
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, yes. Now, another story that I know Rufus would definitely enjoy. So, Bill Gates has warned that AI could be more dangerous than the big tech companies would admit.
SPEAKER_01Like I've been preaching for years.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. He's given strong warnings, and he's argued that it could pose serious threats to employment and even human life. And so he says technology insiders who understand how quickly AI is advancing are more worried privately than many have acknowledged publicly. And so, you know, we've talked about this previously when the um creator of the Claude um said that it needs to be slowed down. You know, there needs to be some regulations put in place here. And so Bill Gates' main concerns have been mass job displacement, which we've already seen. Absolutely, cybersecurity, bioterrorism, as well as the loss of human control um over increasingly capable AI. And so um he's just pretty much questioning um the assumption that AI will simply create enough new jobs, then replace the ones that it's destroying. So, you know, Rufus has been very vocal outside of the show you all about AI, because I definitely do collaborate with it. Um and and something I got to tear my, I won't even call this bitch my supervisor. That horror. You know, because she she totally used AI, and I'm thinking, girl, you wrote five pages in this is this is crazy. Yeah, mm-hmm, mm-hmm. So anyway, it's it's it's just not good. Um and and Rufus has been saying that for the very longest time. But Bill Gates is buying up all these forms, so that's why the food is whack now, anyway.
SPEAKER_01I'll add to your to this story um that Bill Gates, I would consider him an expert in technology and computer shit. So listen to the experts. Because I don't think they will lead you wrong on purpose. So there we have it.
SPEAKER_00And we don't want to be led wrong, but one black woman who was victorious, hey, not notorious, but victorious. So Melissa Payne, who was the black lady who shot um Bart Digga Lima Luma uh during the June 30th confrontation at a North Lauderdale Walmart parking lot, is not facing any charges, right? She struck him. They were fighting over a parking space, if I'm not mistaken, but she pulled out her gun and she shot him. And this is one instance where the Stan Your Grandma worked in a black person's uh favor. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Say that last name one more time. It was interesting.
SPEAKER_00We will spell it capital D, lowercase I, capital G, U G L I E L M O.
SPEAKER_01There it is, folks.
SPEAKER_00Bart D. That's what we'll call Bart D. You know, Bart is out of here.
SPEAKER_01I wonder if Bart is sharp for Bartholomew.
SPEAKER_00Well, he ain't this and another non-black person that ain't seeing well, and our next hit it and quit his story. Former Kentucky governor Matt Bevan. When I saw this, I fucking screamed. 59-year-old, I'm guessing he's white, you know. Rufus does really well with the names and origins of those. So his ass has been ordered to serve 60 days in jail for a contempt of court. And guess who sentenced him?
SPEAKER_01Who sentenced him child? Black woman judge.
SPEAKER_00Okay, then gotcha bitch. So he served for uh as governor in the state of Kentucky from 2015 to 2019, and so the matter uh that he that got him in this situation was he was in family court disputing child support um for his adopted son, who was a fucking black boy, Jonah Bevan. And so the judge repeatedly sought financial documents from Bevin, and he was held in contempt of court because he refused to comply. And so, and outstanding warren, you know, pretty much led his led authorities to the strangest place. That motherfucker was working on a set of a Christmas movie in Paris, Kentucky when they found his ass. And the movie was the greatest Christmas gift. Bitch, the irony of it all.
SPEAKER_01Paris, Kentucky.
SPEAKER_00In the words of Brittany, gotcha, bitch.
SPEAKER_01Gotcha.
SPEAKER_00So Judge Angela Johnson, I like her name, was ordered this bitch to serve 60 days, um, even though she said she will revisit the matter after 30. No, bitch. Lock his ass up. We're gonna keep him there, Angela. All 60. So hopefully he got no, not hopefully, because we don't give a fuck. Because you adopted this black boy and you don't want to pay motherfucking child support for his ass. So no bitch. Lose the fucking check attached to this goddamn Christmas movie. We'll see ya.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00So another black boy joy going back to the great city of Atlanta. Um the great city of Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Now say it how they be saying it.
SPEAKER_00Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01There you go. That's what we wanted to hear.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. Atlanta. Radio personality, big tigger, whose legal name is Darien Morgan, he will not face criminal prosecution following his June arrest.
SPEAKER_01Interesting.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. He was arrested on allegations of aggravated battery and third-degree cruelty to children.
SPEAKER_01Oh.
SPEAKER_00And so that was with his estranged wife. If you think about Alicia Brown, who came forward and ruined his fucking life. So the Fulton County DA was like, mm-mm. We ain't moving forward with this case. So, you know, Big Tigger, um, living whatever your truth is, sir. You do have. Does he have a child with her? I think he does. Just get it together with it.
SPEAKER_01I hope it wasn't that little boy that was screaming at when the on the video. Mr. Tigger!
unknownMr. Tigger, get out the front now.
SPEAKER_00That was her key.
SPEAKER_01Oh my God. I'm gonna have to look more into that because I want to know about the drop them charges. I mean, I'm gonna have to look into it. That's interesting.
SPEAKER_00So, yeah, shout out to you, Tigger. I'll see you soon. Moving right along to our next story. Easter eggs. Mm-hmm. Wheel of Fortune fires Jim Thornton. If you don't know, that is the 61-year-old announcer who's been there since 2011.
SPEAKER_01Sexual harassment, wasn't it?
SPEAKER_00This motherfucker was a passenger on a what? Another American Airlines flight. And the passenger pretty much said, hey, they looked over to his laptop and said that he was accessing a website described as a support chat for people who have who were sexually attracted to children. Oh. Oh wow. So that passenger, yes, exactly, right? Took a photograph of him on this fucking laptop and they reported the shit. So the bitch lost his job. Gotcha, bitch.
SPEAKER_01Well, oh well, fuck him. He was out. Fuck him with your old ass. You ain't got no business fucking on no little kids.
SPEAKER_00Mm-mm. Gotcha, bitch. Out of there.
SPEAKER_01Bye.
SPEAKER_00Out of there.
SPEAKER_01I feel like Will of Fortune needs to be over it anyway. That shit been on for 45 years. Like, do we need to watch that? I think Pat J Pat Say J did retire, but I think Van A White's still out there flipping them cards or flipping them letters.
SPEAKER_00Who doing the show? Is it the black guy?
SPEAKER_01That I I don't know. I couldn't tell you.
SPEAKER_00Looked it up. Looked it up while we covered his next story. So I'm putting me to work over here. It's kind of somber. It's really one of our wild topics. And it's 43-year-old influencer dies after penis enlargement procedure. So crazy work. I will work my best to pronounce this young man's name. Ego Tiny Uribobo. Is a 43-year-old nine oh excuse me Nigerian influencer who was based out of London. He died after undergoing a cosmetic penile enlargement procedure while vacationing in Thailand with his wife. And so this procedure did occur in March, but the circumstances have now received renewed attention following a coroner's inquest. And so uh Eurebo reportedly received high alluronic as high alluronic. What you just said, filler injections. After that, he got chest pains and he collapsed.
SPEAKER_01He had a go ahead, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_00No, yeah. You know, they tried to get him back, but he didn't come back. He died March 6th.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they said he had uh uh pulmonary embolism in his lungs, I believe. Yep, and I didn't even know getting a penis a large one was a real thing. I'm like, what? That's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Or listen, then the fact, yeah, but we know your nickname was Tiny. That was he looked to be a pretty large guy. Right. You should have just divorced her and got with somebody who just didn't require a lot of, you know, because I just think that yeah, to my female friends, sometimes they say that stuff hurts going inside of their vaginas. And so I said, Oh, don't have a lot of meat, vagina. So yeah, they was like, that's work. So it ain't that's crazy. You ain't you ain't really gotta do that, and so woo, y'all think twice. If you got to do all that, you know, because again, that was a wife, baby go, should have got the divorce.
SPEAKER_01I do have to follow up on Wheel of Fortune before we move on to the next story. So, Ryan Seacrest is the current host of Wheel of Fortune. Pat Sajak retired after 42 seasons in 2024.
SPEAKER_00That's the e-news guy.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, he is. He used to be on MTV at the end.
SPEAKER_00That's a very wealthy man.
SPEAKER_01Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00So anybody that's without kids, go on over there, hump on them. Leave these athletes alone. All right. And speaking of people who got the clue, something that Rufus and I are really advocates of. Um, and while I'm looking to go a different direction and make that what pivot, um, American higher education has been facing some financial pressures, you know, um, because people ain't going to college no more. So the the good thing is that young Americans are pretty much looking towards, you know, um alternatives to that four-year traditional, right? And so I'm excited about that, but sad to some regard, but I know it's not for everybody. That's something Rufus and I have said. Um, but they're looking at the skills, right? You know, I remember going to a conference, it was almost uh a year ago, this month it was, down in DC, where they talked about these HVAC, uh, your electricians, definitely HVAC, those people are retired. They're in their 60s, mid to late 60s, and they're gonna be exiting the workforce in the next five years. And so I'm happy to see that. Young people are looking, you know, for opportunities with shorter training. They're looking to not have as much student loan debt, but really to go ahead and get into the workfloors with some real skills, right? And so that includes fields like electrical work, welding, HVAC plumbing, construction, um, as well as any energy related jobs. So, you know, shout out to you young people who are being productive because don't go to Arizona State and get that weak ass influencer degree. I think that's fucking crazy. Get a real skill, bitch. Right. Because this shit, we mm-mm.
SPEAKER_01And I've been preaching, I've been preaching this for years and years and years. Well before we started this podcast, well before AR. Um, that's a cute little dance you're doing, but uh but yeah, uh, if you can get a skill set and build up on it, you'll have a job forever. That's something working with your hands and your skills, that's something that AI AI can't come in here and change your pipes out. Somebody needs to be there to do that. So if y'all can get those skills, I'll we would employ I would employ you to do that because you'll always have a job as long as you want one.
SPEAKER_00Hey, and speaking of skills.
SPEAKER_01And do the influencing on the side is your little hobby if you want to.
SPEAKER_00Creativity, our last story before we say Booyow. Booyao. Going over to Angela. I don't know Black China's last name.
unknownGosh.
SPEAKER_01No, I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Ah, she was trying to be Angela Kardashian.
SPEAKER_01What is Angela China? Oh, Robin wanna marry that hoe? No, I don't know. Fuck anyway.
SPEAKER_00Black China mama Tokyo Tony. I think her real name is Shalandra. Anyway, she has been going viral for all the right reasons. And so, oh, her name is Shalena Jones Hunter. Angela White. That's Black China's name. So if you're familiar with that, I know our listeners are of age, so we know who Black China is. Um for you young hoes.
SPEAKER_01Angela.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you young hoes, that's Rob Kardashian's baby mama, his only child, living child. How about that? And so Tokyo Tony, she keeps getting these goddamn clips. She, serial entrepreneur. So one night she had these fold-up tables with just pants full of food. And she told the Howard University students, I'm gonna charge you $15 for whatever you can get on this plate. And I'm just yes, Tokyo Tony. I thought I sent that shit to you.
SPEAKER_01I have a trucking company.
SPEAKER_00No, she got into it with that woman about that, U-Haw, because she was like, You weird bitch. Why would you want to be in a hotel room with me? It was you probably saw that. Then she came back. I know you probably don't, but Tokyo people, a lot of people do. She came back another day with her trunk popped up with all these essential oils and shit and said, Alright, I'm about to give y'all $5,000 of product for free.
SPEAKER_01She should have brought them essential oils over here because I love that shit.
unknownWhoo!
SPEAKER_00Out of her trunk of her, I think it's essential. I don't even think that thing is an ultimate. It's a burgundy, and it might be the car that at one point Rob and China, when they had a show, bought Tokyo a car, but she does not have all of her hood caps. And and even in the video, she had her little dog that was in a little tutu, and she picked the dog up by the nape of his or her neck and threw it into the car, and everybody's like, She ain't have to do that dog like that. The comments on these videos. What they said, she ain't have to do that dog like that.
SPEAKER_01I guess she didn't, chip.
SPEAKER_00This oh, so anyway, if you're down there by Howard University, keep supporting Tokyo. We want to keep that black woman working because as long as she's selling to y'all, she ain't gonna be on us slapping us down Thompson. Get the fuck out of my page, bitch, because you won't give me no money. It's a lot with that lady. Shalena's a lot.
SPEAKER_01I ain't going over there, so she ain't gonna go over there.
SPEAKER_00Erica, Erica's gonna tell you about it. With the red lipstick on her teeth. The shit be funny. Like Bessie. Goodbye. Everybody, we appreciate you all. Thank you again for another wonderful episode of the Rufus and Craig show. We are grateful to have you, Rufus. You have a wonderful rest of your labor day with no labor. Have a good day.
SPEAKER_01Bye.
SPEAKER_00Bye.
