Ladies and gentlemen, what's going on, everybody? How y'all doing today on this beautiful Wednesday, April 22nd? Uh, is that hump day? Is that hump day? Oh, it's your boy DJ F with the Late D's month. No blog going down right here for you and yours. Uh, appreciate the love, especially last night. Once again, we did it. Uh new music at 10, holding it down with all the new joints that um I got to break. Playlist was crazy, man. We was on some Neo Soul stuff last night. A lot of Neo Soul submission was was man, last night was a movie. Tinker love. You would have loved it. I know you, I know that's you know, your vibe right there. Private security. LA worldwide in the building was popping. I see y'all. Yeah, man. So, what's going on today, man? What's going on in your world? What's going on in your hood? Cause uh, I need to capture a lot of things that happened over the past couple of 24-48 hours. You know what I mean? But we definitely gonna talk about it. We definitely gonna talk about it. UnTV was popping, DMC night was good. So, where am I gonna start? Um, well, for one, you know, everybody we know about uh this Friday is uh the story of the King of Pop Michael Jackson coming out. A lot of people is, you know, they got their opinion, they got their um thoughts about the situation. I know a couple of family members did not want no parts of it, you know. I mean, I think Jana Jackson was one of them. Um, but you know, I'm looking forward to seeing the story of King of Pop Michael Jackson. It's coming out this Friday, April 24th. So let's see what what what let's see what's gonna be said, what's gonna be told, what story's gonna be told. Yeah. Because we all love Michael, right? Right? Right, right, right. What's your favorite Michael Jackson song? Huh? My man put out so much songs that you know I mean, it's really hard to pick your favorite song out of Billy Jean, Thriller, Off the Wall, Don't Stop Till You Get Enough, uh Bad. Uh, you know what I mean? The girl is mine. Like that one right there. That one right there. Ooh. The girl is mine. What's your favorite Michael Jackson song? Leave it in the comment box, man. Leave it in the comment box. All right, let's get ready for that uh that uh documentary, the story of the king of pop, Michael Jackson, this Friday, April 24th. All right, so did you see uh Drake's um giant ice block release date, you know what I mean? Secret. Yeah, this guy created an ice block from here to Cucamonga. Now I'm just bugging it. Uh, you know what I mean? It's that's a real big ice block, and I guess he put it in the middle of a parking lot somewhere. And in there is the release date of his album, Iceman. So what is it? Is it like it in a piece of paper? Like, you know what I mean? Is it in a box? Um, you know, I mean, fans all over around the world, especially around that area, was you know, they had their hammer, their ice pick, they were trying to break the ice block. You know what I mean? You know, there was fans even using flamethrowers to crack the secret. But uh, we all want to know when's the date. Uh, so I guess they're waiting for the ice to get broken down or even melt. So we can see the release date for the iceman, Drake's Iceman. Um, so I guess we we on standby. We we're waiting, we're waiting for that. What's the reason? Well, you know, to glove, man. I'm gonna be honest with you. I when I saw and heard what he was doing, Drake, with that ice block and his release date. At the end of the day, man, you know, we gotta create something for people to talk, for people to put eyes on whatever project you're doing these days, man. And you know, I don't know if it could be clever, it could be clever, you know. I mean, so you know, that's that's his idea of making things happen, and let's see what happens with that. You're not a fan of Drake? Oh, at all? I understand. I understand a lot of people, you know, that's not their cup of tea. I get it, I get it. Drake is not the the the star that he once was, or maybe he is. Do you think Drake lost it? Like, you know, I mean, even all that situation he was going through with uh uh Kendrick Lamar, or even you know, I mean, Rick Ross. Like, is is Drake still that guy, or he kind of lost it? Yeah, let me know. Shout out DJ Quest in the building. DJ Quest, stupid quest, what's up, my boy? Um yo, that's funny. Quest said they heard they put Kendrick Lamar's album on top of the ice block and it started melting. Yo, yo, Quest, you definitely stupid. Um, I think he's more hip-hop, just not hip-hop. Yeah, yeah. I get it, Tinker Love. You're not feeling him for this culture. I get it. I get it. Oh man, Hollywood 615 just walked in the building, shot to Fleet Street. Uh Kai Nova was popping. I'm doing good, family. How you doing? Word up. We were just talking about Drake and his release date and that ice block. Like, somebody break that thing down already. So, did you see Trick Daddy? His um comment with him saying that LL Ku J is the king of New York, not Jay-Z. Do you agree with that? Listen, man, everybody has their opinion. Everybody has their opinion, you know what I mean? And Trick, if I know Trick, uh and I um I heard his past, you know, top back in the day rappers. LL was one of them. So, you know, if he thinks that if that's what he sees, you know, hey, you know, that's what it is. That that's what it is for Trick. LL Ku J to him is King of New York, not Jay-Z. Now, a lot of people probably think differently, you know what I mean? They might think Hove is the king of New York, and probably always will think that. But you guys let me know who is the actual king of New York? I never understood the king of, you know, I mean, in Miami, we don't have the king of Miami. Like, we don't look at Rick Ross as the king of Miami, you know. I mean, you know, Trick Daddy might be called the mayor, you know what I mean? But we never was about that king of New York still, you know. I mean, we wasn't in Miami, Florida, we was never about that king of Miami stuff. Everybody was just repping, you know. I mean, DJ Epps was repping. I was never king of DJs of Miami. Uh, you know, I might be the one, you know what I mean? But you know, I never looked at myself as a king of Miami. So who do you think is king of New York City? Uh, you know, we're talking about Trick Daddy in his comment. He says LL Cool J is king of New York, not Jay-Z. What do you think? Number wise, 50? You think so? LL is dope, but not king of New York. And big shout to LL Cool J, man. You know, back at that CSI thing, boy. I hope y'all are paying attention, man. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He's back at it. I think J put New York on his back more than LL did. Hmm. That's what that's hey. You know what I mean? Quest, I I I hear you. I hear you, I hear you. They could be king of each barrows. Hmm. Hmm. Definitely say Jay-Z is king of Brooklyn. So you're trying to say LL's king of Queens? Is that what we saying? LL paved the path with others. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So yeah, man. King of New York. Who is it? I know it's not Kanye. No, I'm just kidding. Did you hear Kanye West? His you know, we were talking about it the other day, and and the UK wasn't allowed him to perform at the wireless festival, right? But it looks like a lot of other cities um recently, Switzerland was another one that rejected him from not performing in Europe. So it's like doors are slamming everywhere for Kanye West in Europe. You know what I mean? I, you know, that was his plan to have his big bully album rollout in the European uh market, you know what I mean? To be a global victory lap. And I understand, I get it, but damn it, man. For them doors to shut down on you, that put a debt in the bag. Oh yeah, that put a debt in the bag. Like, Kanye, what's going on, man? UK don't want you, Switzerland don't want you, couple of other countries don't want you to perform because of your behavior, your past behavior. See what happens. Things catch up. I said it this morning, man. Karma is a motherfucker. Like, karma will wait for the perfect time. You know what I mean? Karma do not play. Like karma will creep up on you when you least expect it. You understand me? Yeah, yeah, yeah. They you know I mean, like, what did I say this morning? Karma does not rush, it observes, it lets people believe their success. Yo, listen, what? Yo, I'm telling you, go ahead and believe that you succeeded in all your bad actions that you did. Go ahead and think there's no repercussion. Like, honestly, go ahead and think that because karma will attack back at the right time. Yeah, yeah. It responds with flawless timing, no drama, no alerts, just the outcome they deserve. It comes at the right time, and I've seen it happen plenty of times. So, you know, that's what happens, Kanye. I hope you figure out some other type of uh ways to get that fixed on the European side. All right, word up. A lot of dope artists came out of New York City. Yeah, we we can't say who's the king. Kalma Lord, the universe never fails. Absolutely. True facts. Definitely, definitely. Wendy, it's Wednesday. Aren't you supposed to be on your way to Miami? My birthday this weekend. We are partying all weekend long. Friday, everybody's talking about Friday with Memphis Bleak. They haven't seen Memphis Bleak in a long time. Bleak is gonna be outside. Oh man, we're gonna be taking it to the Rockefeller era for my all black party this Friday. Why not Fridays? Yeah, Douce Lounge and Pembroke Pines. Mims will be in the building as well. Tony Heathcliff celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday, my boy. Tito Love celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday, my boy. DJ Stacks will be in the building too. What up, Zo? Yeah, yeah. Shorty Duwab, King Mega. It's gonna be crazy. So, uh, Wendy. Oh, she's leaving tonight. Okay, yeah, that late night flight. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Can never go wrong with the late night flight. Yeah. How many of you guys like that red eye flight? That late night flight. I be iffy about it, man. Cause I I love flying at nighttime. It's less people, less, you know what I mean? Yo, nighttime. But when you fall asleep, god damn boy, I'll be can't I be I'll be like, whoo, everything all right? You know what I mean? Cause man. I deal with that night flight. I love it, especially when I'm going to Europe or Asia, overseas, you know what I mean? Basically, and you know, you get to watch some movies, you know. I mean, be on that flight. Woo, but don't let that turbulence hit. Don't let that turbulence hit. Man, Quest, what kind of friend are you? I'm telling you, man. You haven't been on my birthday for a long time. I'm turning 50th, and you can't even come hang out with me for my 50th birthday bash. Like, come on, Quest. You're supposed to be my Zoe, my boy. I already know, family. We gotta, we gotta do something though. We gotta do something together uh very soon for the culture, for Florida, South Florida, and all that, man. Wendy, this is your third time flying. Oh, good luck to you. You know what I mean? Everything's gonna be alright. The special one. Last red eye, happy birthday. Thank you. I appreciate you, appreciate you, Ambi. Hey, Bambi. We're gonna figure it out. So, 50 Cent and Jadakiss done teamed up for the launch of Becoming DMX Podcast. So, what do you think that means? What direction do you think they're gonna create this podcast for DMX? Um, you know, and it's uh it it's it's it's it's dope, you know. I mean, once upon a time, you know, 50 and Jadakiss took jabs at each other, had a little uh uh um hip-hop beef there, not you know, big, huge beef, but you know, lyrical beef. And and now they are teaming up together to launch the becoming DMX podcast. So, what do you think that's gonna look like? The DMX podcast. Are we gonna look how you know from his beginning stage to the very end of his career? Like, you know what I mean? Because X went through a lot. You know what I mean? X, X, listen, uh, I'm looking forward to seeing that. So let's get ready for that uh podcast with 50 Cent Jadakiss teaming up. Yeah, man, to create the becoming of DMX. Yeah, I think that's needed. Another, another thing that came out today was uh The American Dream Hulk Hogan. Go ahead and go watch that on Netflix. I know I am. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm gonna go watch it. I don't care what Hulk Hogan went through back in the days. You know what I mean? I grew up on him. I'm a wrestling head, so I'm gonna go watch it. And I'm gonna, you know, listen to everything. Watch everything. All right. Uh this Saturday in Miami, you know, at 1 p.m., we're gonna be on Miami Beach with all the artists getting content. Yeah, we're gonna perform on the sand, get content, have a great time, take the beach water, wash off all that negativity off of us. Yes. Oh, you don't believe in that, man? Listen, I'm Haitian. Once in a while, you gotta go in that water, that beach water, you know what I mean, ocean, whatever water, you know what I mean, and you gotta go wash that negativity off of you. Yeah, seriously. When I go to South America or Mexico, Cancun, whatever, and I go in that beautiful water out there, I go out there for about a good 15 minutes, say a prayer, and and and look at the sky and thank the Almighty God for everything. You know what I mean? Health, protection, wealth, all that, man. You gotta wash all that negativity off of you. Sometimes you gotta go in the water and wash all that negativity that kind of like, you know what I mean? Yo, Quest, is that a Haitian thing? You know what I mean? Yeah, you gotta wash all that juju off you. You never know who you handshaking, you know what I mean? You never know what stuff they went through. They might have stole$20 from somebody and they've rubbed off on you. Listen, you know what I mean? It's real out there. You gotta watch out. You gotta watch out. The world needs positive vibes. We are living crazy times. Yes, we are. Yes, we are. Yeah, Dominicans do it too. Hells yeah, I know they do. I know they do. I just wish they would, like, you know what I mean, wash some of that loudness. Dominicans are loud. My wife, she's loud. She loud, she laughs loud, she talks to the kids loud. You would think she's Chinese, like I'm just playing, man. Us Haitians could be loud too, man. We hit you with that. Oh, oh, oh. Oh man. Are Puerto Ricans loud too? I know Jamaicans could be loud. Jamaicans could what the blood clock. But the Asians, the Chinese, yeah, they they they just they they just talk loud. They don't even know that they're talking loud. They just talk normally and but they're just loud. And that reminds me of a Dominican. Dominicans could just talk and they don't realize that they're just loud. Dominican radio hosts over the top. Oh, yeah, yeah, yo, your Bodhiquas and Dominicans, yeah, I can project your voices, all right. Don't even realize. I'll be like, yo, turn the volume down. I swear to God, I'll look at my wife. I'll be like, yo, what did I do? Why you gotta yell at me, man? She'd be like, I'm not yelling. Oh man. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Booybantan got a new joint. It's called Butterflies. Please go check it out. I love it. It's like the throwback old school, um, you know what I mean? Rubber dub rhythm. Yeah, that that early 90s vibe that you know what I mean, that bona fide love vibe. Yeah, it's called Butterflies by Boojibantan. Go check it out. I love it, man. If you love reggae, if you love dance hall, if you love that Jamaican vibe, Boo Jubantan got a new joint called Butterflies. Please go check it out. Oh man, joints fire. Um, and congratulations to our boy Lil Duval, man. Duval! Yeah, he did it for the crib. Yep, yep. He celebrates getting his platinum plaque for smile, bitch. I'm living my best life. Hey, no, listen, listen. If I'm correct, he's the first comedian to go platinum on the record. Nah, Eddie Murphy did that, no? Eddie Murphy did that once, I believe, with that song he did. But, anyways, our time, this generation, right now. Uh Lil Duval went platinum with Ball Greasy and Snoop Dogg for Living My Best Life. Yeah. Yeah. Congratulations, Lil Duval. It's great to see it. You know what I mean? It's so great to see it. And and and comedians, maybe I should take a page out of his book and try to create something. Eddie Murphy, party all the time. You remember that song? Did he go platinum with that? Did he go platinum with that? If if I remember, I think he did. That record, like, you know what I mean? DJ Quest, I still play that Eddie. We're just party all the time, party all the time, party all the time. Oh man. And everybody was laughing at uh Eddie Murphy with that record, but I'm pretty sure he was laughing to the bank. Oh man. Will Smith? Will Smith is another comedian that did go platinum. Yes, he did. He did. But Lil Duval, he he he comes from a, you know what I mean? Yo, like Lil Duval, one, he's from the hood. Let's not get it twisted. You know what I mean? So coming out from where he came out to go platinum, that's absolutely crazy and amazing. And Lil Duval comes from the new school of comedians, you know what I mean? You know, and and and yeah, so it's absolutely amazing to see that his record went platinum with Snoop Dogg and Ball Greasy. Greasy's part of our crib, Miami. So congratulations to Ball Greasy. Um, you know, he he he's one of the he's one of the best out here in Miami. I'm gonna be honest with you. He knows how to get them ladies and them panties wet. Real talk. So big shot to Ball Greasy. Continue winning as usual. These days, influencers are the DJs, and real talent is struggling. Is that true? Is that true? You know what I mean? I you know, once upon a time, till this day, I'm a DJ, but I found myself being an influencer, I guess, is uh I don't know. Yeah, yeah, it's it it is what it is. So congratulations to Lil Doo uh Lil Duval celebrating getting his platinum plaque for smile bitch, I'm living my best life. Question everybody do you think that ice spice staged that McDonald's situation? Do you think she staged that McDonald's situation she got in? If you don't know, if you was underneath a rock, ice spice got rolled up by a fan, some other young lady, and supposedly was asking for an autograph and saying I'm your biggest fan, da da da da. And I don't know what went on, but you know, the the I guess icepice was trying to, you know, okay, thank you. I don't know what happened, but the girl started swinging on ice spice, like, yo, you know what I mean? You're not gonna come to California and disrespect me. Hell nah, she got stomped. Quest, is that what it was? Like, you know what I mean? And I saw the girl, you know, going on the gram saying um she was a big fan, and this is what happened, and this and this and this and that. But I recall watching that video and hearing the video, and it didn't look like you know the fan was coming off like a fan. Uh, you know what I mean? Something was off about the video, and at the end of the day, man, you know, icepice shouldn't have been in that position. So, ice spice, I ask you a question. Where's with where's your security guard? Like, you know, I mean, you're still a huge, major, big figure in this game, and you two can be touched. So, where was your security guard? You was just there with another girl, just enjoying some good old french fries, some golden french fries. And I'm sorry, like anybody could roll up to you, California at that man. California, come on. Have you not heard some of the stories? You know what I mean? With with with with people that you know I mean, roll by himself in California and they get touched. Like, come on. I feel like there was more before the footage, too. I do, Quest. I I I do listen, man. A girl like Ice got Spice, and she might be loving some McDonald's fries. Maybe she wants to get some McDonald's. I I I was asking that too. Like, you know, maybe she's still a YN, a real YN that she wanted McDonald's, like, couldn't went anywhere else. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah, the guy that did he kick her? Amen. That that was crazy, homeboy. That was absolutely crazy. Shouldn't have done that. Shouldn't have done that. So, let me ask you guys, with that being said, did icepice need to check in? Like, I never understood this. You need to check in when you go to a city. Check in where? A hotel? Like, what who are we checking into? Like, I'm a grown man, I'm a grown ass man. I don't need to check in to go to Atlanta or, you know what I mean, Texas, California. I'm just a DJ. Wanna go spend some time and and and and and and go do my job and or chill with my family. Why do I gotta check in? Who made up this check-in thing? Well do you think artists need to check in a city? Like, I I really don't understand that. I never did. Never did. I remember one time when I was young and I was wearing a red shirt, and and uh I was walking down the block and some guys were just looking at me, and you know, I'm in my mind, I'm wondering why they're looking at me. And my partner was already telling me, like, they they looking at the red shirt. I'm like, and um, you know, I'm starting to learn about all that other stuff, you know. I mean, bloods and crypts and all that stuff. So, you know, I mean, uh, it's just like, yo, man, are we still living in that type of time? Cause I've seen Bloods and Crypt Party together before. I seen it online, I seen it live. Like, are we still living in that time where we gotta go check in? Like, to who? Oh, you gotta go check in a big dog before you go walk around the city. He up the block on the porch. Go check in with it. What? And when you go, yo, can I go walk around the block? Can I go to McDonald's? I'm checking in. Anyways. Some people don't even own the land under their house. And you gotta go check it. Like, what the hell? Uh, home alone classic movie. All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for me to get up out of here, man. It is Wednesday, April 26th, as we creeping up to my 50th birthday here in Miami, Florida, and for Lauderdale.
