We had a plan, the audio had other ideas, so we do the only fair thing: rebuild the tier list and make the hot takes even louder. We’re back for episode five of Culture Cretins, and we start by redoing our starter Pokemon rankings, from the lines we’d protect with our lives to the evolutions we’d rather never see again. If you care about starter Pokemon, middle-stage glow-ups, and the “please don’t evolve” dilemma, this one is pure nostalgia plus judgment.

Then we take the same exact energy and point it at something way more dangerous: a Gatorade flavor tier list. We sort classics, frost flavors, and the weird ones that taste like they were invented in a lab. The question isn’t just “what tastes best,” it’s what you’ll actually drink when you’re sick, dehydrated, or stuck with whatever the store has left.

After that, we go big with a legendary and mythical Pokemon tier list that turns into a full-on debate about what makes a design feel “mythical,” what counts as iconic, and why some new legendaries hit hard while others feel like visual noise. We wrap by locking in our top three favorites and explaining the nostalgia, story, and pure vibe behind the picks.

On our previous episode, if you've listened to that, uh there were some technical difficulties that were pretty interesting. We made a Pokemon tier list ranking that we were pretty proud of. But something happened with the audio, and so it was really like 20 minutes of me talking to myself. Yes. About 30 minutes into the podcast, um, an assailant broke into my studio and started kicking my computer apart. So obviously, we didn't think you would want to hear that on the podcast. So we just cut it out. Yeah, for legal reasons. This is a joke. Yes. Not that didn't really happen. So today, a major part of today's episode is going to center around us making that Pokemon tier list. This show is not going to always be about Pokemon, but because we were talking Pokemon in the last show and this got cut out, we're going to do it again. Double feature. And also for another reason, I am I'm flying somewhere tomorrow and I didn't quite get to watch the Gundam movie because I thought I thought it would be dubbed on YouTube, but it is actually subtitled in original Japanese. So um we're gonna save that for next time um and talk about some some stuff instead. Um I was thinking, you know, we did we did do the starter one last time. We could talk about our choices, and then maybe we could do a legendary tier list, perhaps. Yeah. I mean, if we do you still have our like how we did it? I have the picture. So I mean we really could just make that a quicker one and if we wanted to. Sure.

Starter Pokemon Tier List Redux

However, you want to do it, it's fine with me. Ooh, putting the file across the screen. Hot takes, probably. Yeah. Some really cool takes. Will and I didn't agree on everything, but we were pretty similar on everything. So we cut each other's throats. Anything that we didn't agree on, we just kind of averaged out because we were so close to each other. Put this up behind our names. Oh wow, that is nausea. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, chat. Oh, here we go. Look at this. There it faded in like it says PowerPoint from 2007. So, as you can see there, our S tier starters and evolutions. Yes. Bulbasaur, Charmander, Charizard, Squirtle, Lastoys, Torchik, Mudkip, and Piplup. They missed the lore. They missed me talking about why Torchik was existing in the first place. Yeah. Also Oshawa, Rowlett, Litton, Sprigatito, Pikachu, and Eevee. Can't forget them. Yeah, sorry, it was down below there. Come on, guy. I thought that was a little small for our S tier.

So those are our S tier starters. And then for our A tier, we have Ivyzor, of course. Toadadile almost made the cut. Almost. Almost. I I almost think Ivyzor could have made the cut too for us. Uh for alligator, he's up there. Swampert, Torterra. Uh Duat. This guy, Duwat, Frogie. We got Greninja. We of course have Decidui. And we have the new Pomeranian guy. Um, this is where we started to get a little divided, if I remember correctly. Yeah, like I think I put Venusaur in S tier, and you said he was a D tier. Yeah, he's kind of gross to me. I also think I had Charmeleon at like an A tier. But yeah, we we split, we usually rounded down. So like I I thought like I thought Wartle was, you know, up in the A tier, but if we if we disagreed, we would put it in the middle or round down. Yeah. I think I had War Turtle at like a C or a D, and you were a much bigger fan of Wartortle than I was, so we average a little guy.

Favorite of the Chikorita line. The uh that's not saying much. No, it isn't. No, it's not. We got Cyndaquil, love that old guy. We have uh Turtwig.

Empoleon. I really like Empoleon. I found out Nathan doesn't. He doesn't like Empolion. I'm not a huge fan. I like the Emperor Penguin with the the Trident on the head. I don't see it as a design flaw. I just don't like it. That's fair. He he does look like he has ulterior motives. So I could see it. Um Tepig, cute. Samurot, cute. We like uh we like this guy. I like this one. I don't what what are these guys' names? I I used to be able to tell you every one of them. Frogadier, which I wanna, since we didn't we're not getting our commentary from last time, I wanna say I think Frogadier is one of the best middle stage evolution. Like if you're watching the show, there are some times where I like almost feel like Frogadier is cooler in the show than Greninja sometimes. I think Greninja's tongue is gross. Yeah, that's my one thing with Greninja that I'm like. I don't like the spikes on his head very much. Yeah. But yeah, no, Frogadier. I like Toracat. Yeah. He's not a furry, so that's a plus. Um, dude, Scorbunny. Can't hate Scorbunny, and and we have uh Ronaldo, yeah. Yeah. Who that was the one that had to like grow on us, and it did. Yeah, I didn't like the design, but I like the soccer ball ability as I was hitting everyone with the soccer ball. Pyroball. Pyroball is really good. Same with uh Inteleon's snipe shots, really good. Both of those creature attacks are really good. Um Sobel and Grookey. Grookey. I really like Sobel. I had so I gotta tell a little sword and shield story. On my third playthrough of the games, I used Sabel as my starter, but I also took a Grookey from my Pokemon home and decided to use them both at the same time. And I never evolved Grookey, but he still came up really big at the end in the tournament and everything. Like there were several times where Grookey was just a straight up legend, and I was like, wow, this little guy is so small, but so good. So I was I was proud of it. What level did you have that guy without evolving? Um, I can't remember when I fought Leon, but I definitely got him into the 80s. Man, there's been times I've gotten Mudkip to level 100 without evolving him. I know, dude. Some of those, some of the starters, like I love them so much and don't want to evolve them, but they're so much better once you do evolve them. Oh, well, that it can be hard not to. Keep it keep it cute, keep it fun. Keep it anything. Like Qualava. Uh yeah, Qualava was just kind of meh for us. Yeah. Same with uh Typhlosion. Yeah, and Typhlosion. Um you got Trico. Trico and Grovile. Blaziken is cool. I did I talked some lore about it being the first design for Hoen. Um deriving from Latius design. They made two Pokemon out of them instead. I I really like that Pokemon. Um I didn't like it at first. I I thought it was kind of gross.

I was just letting you talk. Oh, yeah, don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Yeah, I I like Chimchar better than you do, for sure. I like Chesspin. Uh I don't love Chess Ben. I think Finnekin's pretty cool, but I I don't like Finnekin's evolution, so I concur.

Yeah. Um I actually like D uh I'm trying to say yeah, the Delfox line, the uh Finnekin and Brixen.

Brixen. Yeah. I think they're pretty cool. Um I'm honestly kind of surprised Paplio made it this high. Yeah, really. I'm not really a Paplio. Picture of Paplio, but it's like they photoshopped a real like sad dog's face on it, and he's like, please don't bully me. That's that's Paplio. Um D tier. This I'm I'm just gonna say everything from here on down is all trash. Like for whatever reason or another. Not not good. Not good. And there are things we might have liked about some of them. Like I okay, so when I first saw Inteleon, I hated it and quit using it. Later on, I like in my next playthrough and everything, I ended up liking Inteleon. I just don't I just don't like the design of it. It it's a good Pokemon to me, but and Snipeshot Rocks, but yeah, I'm I'm not a big fan of anything in this category. Uh Fuikoku's okay. I'd say I'd say Fuy Koko's okay. Yeah. But then then we get down below that and we start to get in these like nasty little credence. Nasty old culture, less credence. Let's skip down to the the Chikorita dude. These are the ones. You don't even say trash, these are item. These are our least favorite in all of the starters. Can you blame us? Chikorita.

Yeah, you said he was uh based on painted chicks. Yeah, he's he's yeah, he's designed after painted chicks. They they would be cute. Uh parents would give them for their kids from fairs, and then you know they bring them home, they grow up, they get all gross and roided up, and then they toss him in the streets. So that evolutionary line is supposed to be similar to that. Dude, and Marstomp is like a crime. So you have Mudkip, one of the best Pokemon in the entire lineup, and then you have Swampert who's just a savage. Right. But then you got Marstomp, who you have to put up with for one level. He's a pervert. He's just weird and like annoying. I do kind of like the episode of Journeys. I don't know. It's like a mini episode where he's like stuck in the mud all the time and they have to keep getting him out. But is he stupid or does he you know does he like being in the mud? No, no, they're stupid. Oh, okay. Well, mud kip's kind of like that too. They had the ones that like Brock, okay. He has he has a mudkip and it evolves into Marsh Stomp and then never evolves to Swampert. And I'm like, what are you doing? You need to evolve. No one likes Marsh Stomp. Monferno, we don't like Monferno. Okay, I'm gonna skip over a few. I don't even remember what his name is. It's Chespin's Evolution. Oh, that's the worst one. Quilliden. Quillidin. Quillidin is in my top probably ten least favorite Pokemon in the entire franchise. I cannot stand Quilladin. So that is someone's favorite Pokemon. You know that, right? I'm sorry, whoever you are. I'm glad you like Quillidon. Nothing wrong with that. No, it's just my preference. You're not on the same level of humanity as other people originally. I really don't like the episode of X and Y where there's this weird Quilladin that shows up, and I don't like it.

Middle Evolutions And Design Grudges

And then you come in and ruin it with Incineroar. This is the way you put the Super Smash Brothers. This is the one as much as Will does, but I don't like it either. I hate that. It ruins the whole evolution line. Lytton, I love you, dude. This guy's don't evolve you. This is a rude little and the color changes. You go from like the healthy green of Grookey to like, is this guy sick? Yeah, like I mean the guy has jaundice. Yeah, that ain't right, dude. Well, I mean, like, even look at his wrist as the green that he will be, but then this is just this gross. And that's just a wristband. Yeah. Like he's he's just on his way to the concert. We don't like thwacky. Uh-uh. Uh, Driz Isle is to me an abomination. When so when I was playing Sword the first time and I loved Sauble, and I was so excited to see what it evolved into, and it evolved into that, I was just crushed. I was like, well, maybe it's later evolution will be better. And then it was if I picked Sauble and then saw that I'm not sure I could recover it. Yeah, it was rough. The little dancing duck. This one's really bad, but now that I'm looking at it, it's really funny too. I don't I'd almost bring this one up to a D tier because it almost made me laugh just looking at it. I don't like this. This is really one of my least favorite Pokemon. That's Mordecai. Whoa. Do you see they're making more of that show? Uh, you told me about that. Like 40 episodes or something, create. So I have not seen very many episodes of that show, but I saw a clip the other day that I almost sent to you. It was them doing apparently they made a basketball shot or something, and they did like the longest. Whoa! Oh, yeah. And they went on the Great Wall of China and they were doing it, and then they were at their own funeral in the caskets, and then they got out of the caskets. I thought that was so I have seen very few episodes, but pretty much every time I see like a clip or you tell me something about it, I think it's hilarious. Every episode is a certified hood classic. So good. So this is our starter tier. So today we'll do a are we doing just legendaries or are we combining legendaries and mythics, or what are we doing? Let's think about it. Do we want to do another tier list or do we want to do a talk about Pokemon? Dude, I'll do either. I enjoy the tier list, but I also enjoy anything.

Like when you get out of bed. Dude, your pictures were hilarious. Yeah. I'm not gonna put them here, but uh I have a picture of me uh begging for mercy at Bucky's in the rain. Uh and then him carrying me away after after the onslaught. Um, dude, I tried some of those beaver nuggets, and you know what they taste like? What? They taste like the ego waffle cereal they used to make. No, I don't remember the ego waffle. I remember honeycomb. Don't remember ego waffle cereal. Another level, next level. Tastes like maple syrup. Do they still have that? I don't know. I don't buy cereal. I've never eaten that. Well, look it up. See if you can find a box on eBay. Um just eat it. Probably still be good. Yeah, probably. That's like, okay, so I loved growing up. It was Gatorade Fierce Melon, and it was like dark orange. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And they don't make that anymore. And it was my that's one of my favorite things that's ever been invented. So I'm gonna need Gatorade to bring that back. I do really like the one, it's in Spanish and it's like cucumber lime or whatever. Pinguin Los in Madagascar. Yeah, kind of a similar flavor, but not exactly the same. So I really like that one, but I like the original melon the best. Tier ranking the Gatorade flavors. Oh man, want to do that? We can do that. I this tier list website, you can think of anything. We can make a tier list. We could tier rank us. I put you at S tier. I'm putting myself in Chikorita tier. I would yeah, I'm probably in the trash tier. No, that's above Chikorita tier. That's pretty good. Oh. Oh, that's true. Chikorita sub sub trash tier. You basically just said, hey, I'm better than you in every way. Oh no, dude. I said you were S tier, bro. I don't know. Yeah, this is gonna be tough because people don't know what all the flavors are, and I can't remember what any of them taste like because usually I'm drinking it when I'm dehydrated. Well, and they like things will be limited time or certain stores carry certain things, and we used to have a one of our Krogers, I don't know if they still do, had a Gatorade selection that was like five times the size of the Walmart Gatorade selection. Dude. And so you would go in there and just be like, you found the El Dorado of Gatorades or whatever. It was incredible. The fountain overfloweth with Gatorades. Yeah, dude. You could get whatever you wanted in there, and then go to Walmart and they had like three flavors.

And I think because it's my go-to when I'm sick, it makes it harder to drink at other times. Yeah. Definitely. Or some of the other classics. I can't see them. Oh yeah. Yeah. That might help. Where is where's the oh there we go? Fierce grape. Fierce grape. That used to be top for me. Now I would probably say good and reliable. I'm I would rather die of thirst. Frost Glacier Cherry, the white one. That one is it's S-tier. Yeah, I I like any of the frost ones, I'm a big fan of it. Frost are definitely glacier freeze. You think in S as well? Now which color is that? Is that the light? I would say good and reliable is my feeling. I think sometimes it can be a little too pungent. Or like have it I don't know how to describe this. When I drink it, there's almost like a mint kind of sensation to it. Yeah. It shouldn't be there. Odd. Okay. I have not had tangerine. Have you had that? No, I haven't had I'm just gonna count it as the actual like the fruit, not even the Gatorade. This is a real tangerine. Yeah, I mean it has to be good, right? How do you mess that up? I love tangerine. Um, okay. I saw lemonade berry. Gatorade. I don't think they make the lemonade anymore, but I used to love the lemonade. Yeah, the lemonade one is good. I think it's a lot better than the lemonade. It's better than lemon lime for sure. Lemon lime is too weak. It's weak. I'm too weak. Dude, rain berry. I had this one time and it was one of the worst things I had ever tasted. Really? Yeah. I used to like Gatorade Rain, but I don't really remember this one. I remember this one tasting like uh like Windex and battery acid. Well, I'm gonna take your word for it then, because I don't remember it. I'll put it in, I'm literally dehydrated. I used to drink the green Gatorade rain all the time. It was like lime or whatever. Uh okay, let's see. Cool blue, that's S tier for me. It is not refreshing. Like cool blue does not make me feel less thirsty, but it tastes delicious. Citrus cooler gatorade. Yeah, I don't remember. Oh, that one's pretty good, I think. I've had that one before, but it's it's not S tier. Yeah, this this is like this is like one of the default ones, right? Like Actually, it's like uh how do I describe it? It's more like a tropical y version of orange, basically. Yeah, like the orange pineapple one. Yeah. I'd say Oh, I mean, it's good. It's not great.

Okay. That one to me I would say good and reliable. It's good, but it has kind of a weird element to it that makes me not want to put it in S tier. Yeah, it's kind of it's in the same thing as the glacier freeze frost for me. Yeah, they've kind of got these like weird hints to them that you're like, what is that? Like, yeah. There's something going on. Icy charge. I bet that's the purple one.

What is this? That looks just from the color, but that looks pretty refreshing. Oh, I think I've had this. I mean, I haven't had enough Gatorade lately because I don't remember some of these. Or maybe you've had too much. Yeah. It's eaten away at your brain. I think that one's pretty good, but I I honestly couldn't say. I'll just uh I'll put it in the way for something else. Don't know what it is. Strawberry watermelon sounds overwhelming. I don't think it if I'm dehydrated, because I feel like I would be like more dehydrated from that. It tastes good, but it's kind of like that it's kind of like a less good version of like the cool blue situation where it's not really refreshing. It's just strawberries could be pretty good. Yeah, I don't remember just plain strawberry. No, I I would I would drink that though. Dude, you ever had the uh I know it's coming up. Strawberry, I'm trying not to go down to the ads. The strawberry lemonade at um chicken salad. Oh, yeah, yeah. Chicken salad chick. Yeah, dude, that's awesome. Which I haven't eaten there in a long time either. Dude, I'm gonna be back home uh not this upcoming weekend, but the weekend after. You wanna you wanna hit a chicken salad chick? Get some lemonade. And nothing else. Yeah, I would probably get some lemonade. Exactly, yeah. I tried a lemonade from Chick-fil-A today. Some kind of like hibiscus strawberry lemonade. Whoa. It's pretty good. I gotta say, it's pretty good. Yeah. Uh okay, is rain strawberry kiwi the green one? Or is that I feel like the green one was lime, but I can't remember.

I know I've already brought it up, but you can't have a Gatorade tier list without the cucumber lime. It's I I think it's called like Papino something, because it's in Spanish. But the light green one, that is S tier without a doubt.

Alright. How about yeah, let's do a Pokemon. Legendary and mythical Pokemon, and there's Mega Pokemon. Which one should we do? I want to do legendary and mythical, but I would gladly do Mega. But if you're referring to my tier for him, it's probably C tier.

He's D tier for me. So I actually have Articuno as an S tier. I could have it as an A tier. I have always kind of felt like Articuno has a real like mystical, mythical quality to it. That, you know, and it was like one of the first legendaries I ever used because you needed an ice type sometimes as a kid to fight Lance. And I've always just kind of felt like it was pretty and cool and everything. So look how more mysterious he is than the other ones. Yeah, I think he's he's definitely got a quality that especially Zapdos doesn't have.

But yeah. And then we have the cooler Articuno. I like the colors on this one, but I'm not a huge fan of tier. He has sunglasses, he's cool. Putting him in D tier. Hmm.

Zapdos, I'm I'm never in C level. I don't like him at all, but I think he has a good design. Yeah, it definitely is a good design. I've never really liked it, but it's a good design. I'm gonna put him in B tier. Yeah, that's fair. I put him in C. I do like his new design better. I th I think his new design is really good. That's like an A tier for me. I I like him running fast. I think that's funny. They haven't really birds running orders. It's a very good design. Yeah, the new trio is just striking. I love it. Uh okay, so Moltres for me, I like the design, but Moltres, it's kind of just an anime thing for me. It always had the it, you know, of the Pokemon League and you're at the indigo plateau and all that stuff. So I am gonna put it really high, but not. Yeah. Oh, we just I think we're the same. D tier. I think I'm putting it as an A tier. I think I'm gonna put it as an A tier. I don't know. I'm gonna put it as S tier. I will. Okay. Just because I'm a Gen 1 kid. You know what? You know what? I was so close to doing that. I almost put almost put uh Galarian Zapdos. I almost moved him up to S tier. I'm gonna keep him down there. I'm also going to put Galarian Moltres in the same category. I think Suicune's a little overrated. Um really I'm gonna put Suicune in my A tier. He's pretty cool. But he has a weird growth on his forehead. Lugia is an S tier for me, dude. Uh especially growing up with Pokemon the movie 2000. I'll put him in like uh A tier. I mean, I that was probably my that was my favorite Pokemon movie as a kid, was 2000. Really? Yeah, I loved it, man. Okay, I love Ho-O as well, so Ho-O is going in the S tier. Ho's a good design. It's such a good design. And I think it's interesting that like he's got the orange, green, white, but then there's also sometimes where he shows up as like gold, like in the original first episode of Okuma. That was really cool.

I don't usually like them, but now that I'm looking, pretty solid design. Not quite as good as Reg Ice. But better than Registeel, I think. I think they have a good design. I just it's just not my preference. Yeah, that's totally fair to be wrong. Ladios is I really like a like a I'm gonna move Latios to but I think Latios might be an A for me. I like the blue more. Yeah, and I know nothing about Marshadow other than it was in that one movie that's I choose you or whatever, that's like a reboot of the original. I saw that and don't remember it. It was also barely in one episode of the Sun and Moon series, but that's like my only experience with Marshadow. I don't know anything about it. So we're getting down to the Cubfu. I just I just don't really like Cub Fu. No. I mean F tier. Actually, he's cute, but it's it's not like um it doesn't look like a legendary in the way that the other ones would. No. Are these other things forms of him? Uh so there's Urshifu and I don't remember what the other one's called, Urshi something. Um yeah, they he evolves into those, and one of them is a fighting and water type, and one of them I think is a fighting and dark type. I couldn't tell the difference between the two when I was playing the game. I didn't know what to pick, so I just didn't finish that part of the DLC, so I'm putting them both in F tier because they both look the same. Uh just the water form, and it was pretty good, but just putting them both in E tier. I don't really care about them. The next thing is F tier for me. I don't like that thing. The thing that looks like uh is uh I don't like either Star Wars Rebels. Oh, that's true, it does, man. It doesn't even feel like a legendary Pokemon to me. Like I agree. I didn't like I didn't even realize it was a legendary Pokemon. I gotta say, I think the designs for the new Reggies might be a little bit better than the old. I agree. I'm gonna put Reggie Alecky's pretty cool probably A-rank. I'm gonna put Reggie Alecky in C tier. Reggie Draco, I don't think his design is as strong, but I do like the color scheme and the audacity to make a dragon-themed. I'm putting him in C tier. I I think it was really kind of funny and audacious and cool to have a just a giant dragon head. Like dude. These I don't even really know what these are. I hate this thing so much, but just because it makes me laugh, it's going in like it's going in A tier just because it was funny. Dude, I I totally understand. What is this pink thing? I it's literally have never seen it. You know, you know those you know those little guys with the cloud from Gen 5? It's a new one of those. Okay, I didn't even know that. Are going in F tier for me. Yeah, they added it to Yeah. I'm just gonna put the turtle one in F tier, and that's gonna qualify. Okay. I don't remember exactly how you pronounce this guy. What are these things? These are new things. They're the legendaries from Scarlet and Violet that you unlock from the vaults that I literally never got all those types of. I didn't even know that was I've never seen these in my life. Like, this is actually the first time that I've seen these. The slug one got kind of big in like the competitive or whatever for a while. I have not seen any of these at all. I'm putting him in trash tier, trash tier, trash tier. Actually, I like the uh the ice one. I like the ice one. E tier. Pretty cool.

The colors for the for violets is awesome.

I I started the first one and it was horrible, so I just did not finish that one movie in the second.

Yeah, I mean, this is not really I expected Charizard at number one on your list. Charizard number one. Gotta have Charizard at number one. So yeah, Rico, Zoshian, Mew are my top three. We have very different lists. Yeah, man. That's what makes it so much fun. Well, do you wanna you wanna scroll lightly through yours and do a final roll? Yeah, yeah. Okay, so Ryko, Zoshian, Mew. Then my S tier, I've got Articuno, Moltres, Lugia, Ho, Groudon, Rayquaza. Got both Zacian's non-sword form and Zamazenta's non-shield form and S tier. A tier, I've got Galarian Zapdos because that is a really cool design. Got Mewtwo, Suicune. I put both Latias and Latios in A tier. Got our I mean, that's got some nostalgia back there. Uh, I think Zekrom's design is really cool. Like, if you just like met Zekrom, who's gonna be the cool dude in school? That guy. Uh Xerneas. I love Xerneas and the rainbow horns, and you really get a feeling of like, okay, he's supposed to be like a life-bringing Pokemon, and you really feel that in his design. Got the 10% and the 100% form of Zygarde in A tier. Zygarde's cool. Zapdos, good design. Just don't really love the way it looks. Uh, Glearing Mold Trades. Entei, I like Entei. He's always been kind of the afterthought a little bit to me of the as far as design-wise. Unfortunately, Ryko dude doesn't get any love compared to the other two from the Pokemon company. Kyogre, got uh Deoxys, Dialga, Shaman, Reshiram, Syguard, Solgaleo, and then I won't list the rest of them out, but you can see. Got my C tier again. C tier's not bad. Those are guys I like. They just didn't quite make it up to the upper echelons of the ranking system.

Well, for me, I didn't like any of the Pokemon. I just uh guessed. You put them all in the trash. My number one, of course, Deoxys. Um, then we have Shame and Land Form and Genesect. Is number three. My S ranking. I have Mew, Groudon, um, obviously Rayquaza, and the three other forms of Deoxys. Victini, Keldio, Default Form, and Cosmog. For A tier, we have Galarian um everyone except for Galarian everyone. I don't know. We have we have Galarian Zapdos and Moltres, we have Suicune, Lugia, Reg Ice, Latios, Landform Shaman, or not Landform, Skyform Shaman. It's weird because he has really long legs. So it's like, why is he the Sky Form? Yeah. Um We got both box art legendaries from Black and White. Uh Meloetta, Xerneas. Every form is uh Zygarde.

And then down in the B tier, I kinda kinda have some crazy stuff going on. I I I I think my S through B tier are solid. Like I think these are good. Um Let's see. Galarian Articuno, we got Mewtwo, we got both of the uh dogs from Sword and Shield without the armor, Ho, um both of the horses from the Galarian DLC, Reggie Draco, we got Kara wait, it's the was it the Vila one, Vila motorcycle thing.

Some of these that even like I know really well, and like like I'm confident that I know the name of for some reason I can't think of what they are right now. But I keep thinking of like the one you're talking about, Polygon from uh Galler. I just keep thinking Darkest Today, and I cannot remember what the actual name of it is for some reason. Future Movie Reviews And Wrap Up

What did you so let me ask you this. What did you think my top Pokemon was gonna be? Legendary. I don't know. I I kinda I kinda thought it would be something from gen 1 or 2. Um, I didn't expect it to be one of the legendary dogs. Or if it was, I thought it was going to be Inte. I thought he was gonna be like your top. Um I definitely thought you'd have more gen 2 um in the top three. I did not expect the sword and shield one. That was a crazy pick. Yeah, man. I that just really hit for me, dude. I just really like it. You like the dog carrying his sword in his mouth? Yes, it's awesome. I think it's awesome. He felt kind of like you seen the video channel. They had this one couple, they like to do like sword fight things, and their Australian Shepherd watched them do it, and now it has a foam sword, and it fights them with its sword. That's kind of what it makes me think of. I really liked the whole like Galar UK connection, these legendary wolfs, you know, and then they it's like a the night thing of the UK, and they pick up the sword and have the armor and everything. So that was really cool to me. But and I really like Zacian's colors. That's a huge part of it for me with Zacian, is kind of the pinkish and blue with really sweet. And Zacian's awesome uh in the game, like so good. I like that they kept kind of like hinting at them throughout. Yeah. But they're in the shadow, or not the shadows, the uh the fog and the forest. Yeah, I loved that part of the game. Mew for me, okay. So that's part of that's just being a Gen 1 kid and with the original movie and everything. Like what I one thing I really like about Mew is you see it in the first movie, and then if you watched Journeys where they finally find Mew, spoiler alert for anybody. They just show in these two examples that Mew is just absolutely out of control, powerful. But I mean, he does not know how to use a yo-yo, so it's like he is not trying to hurt anybody, really. He's just cheaping, he's just playing, but he is so powerful. Like there's a scene in the Journeys episode where you've got some really strong trainers using some really strong Pokemon, and he is just wiping them out just by playing. And one of the trainers even has a legendary Pokemon, and he just knocks out the legendary Pokemon just like instantly. And so it was just like, I love that Pokemon is just like, yeah, this little playful pink cat is so powerful that he could just wipe out like all the Pokemon that he would ever battle without even trying. Oh, yeah. So I just think it's really cool. But dude, I think we should do a review of Lucario and the Mystery Mew. Yeah, I would do a review of any Pokemon movies that came out. Yeah, I'd I'd be down. I I have most of them on DVD, or we can find them probably pretty easy on something. Yeah, several of the early ones were good, and I really liked the animation style in the early movies. I know we're doing a Gundam review soon. Eventually. We've been promising for a month or two. Dude, what? Ninja Turtles 2 Secret of the Ooze is in theaters right now. Dude, what are we doing? Why aren't we at that movie right now? Um, I was I was thinking we could see some newer movies sometime and do some reviews too. Um, there's this movie uh called Project Hail Mary that looked pretty cool with Ryan Gosling. Um and then what else was there? Oh, the Mario movie, isn't it coming out soon? Yeah, April 1st. I'm thinking about going and seeing that with my nephew, or maybe I'll just go not with the Mario movie. Yeah, I think it's gonna be good. Yeah, I think so too. The Minion Guys made it. It has to be good. I thought the first Mario movie was pretty good. I enjoyed it. Yeah, I I I would have to agree with you there. Um so funny thing, because you stopped streaming, it flopped your nameplate over to the other side.
