In this conversation, Ken Franceschi shares a different perspective on why those blocks keep resurfacing. Instead of something being “wrong” or unfinished, he introduces the idea that these patterns are part of a deeper blueprint—something your soul chose as a path for expansion.

We talk about what it actually means to move through these patterns (not just manage them), the difference between treating symptoms vs. addressing the root, and how his modality—trans-quantum energy work—is designed to help people release what continues to come up. We also explore identity shifts, the tension between inner work and impact, and why doing more healing isn’t always what gets you to the next level.

If you feel like you’re circling the same themes despite all the work you’ve done, this conversation might help you see it differently.

Defining Weirdness: Authentic Self-Expression

SPEAKER_02

Why was all this old stuff still surfacing? Like I had dealt with it all, or at least so I thought I had. We are not souls in a body. We are expressions of our actual selves. We actually come in with a source code that we decided upon that's going to attract the certain circumstances and situations in my life that is going to agitate and trigger me. It's going to seem like, oh, why do I keep doing these same things? Why do I keep having this imposter syndrome? Why do I keep having this self-done? It's there for you to expand. So there's lessons that you're learning. And the only way to actually navigate it is. Happy to have these conversations.

SPEAKER_03

What does the word weird mean to you?

SPEAKER_02

Weird. What a weird question. I love it. I mean, in the context of where you're coming from and from what I understand your podcast is also about and the intention behind it, I would say weird is very much being able to express and be everything that you were born to be without the tethers, without the chains, without the conditioning, and fully express your authentic self. So yeah, that would be my definition, my perspective.

SPEAKER_03

You channeled something called trans quantum energy. Do you want to speak a little bit about that and how you use that to support people?

Journey into Trans Quantum Energy

Understanding Source Code and Soul Blueprints

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, certainly. Um I'm always happy to share. I guess it would be also more relatable to just share a little bit of the story behind how I came about channeling that, because it it will likely resonate with a lot of people and it really encompasses what many of us, especially we can term ourselves light workers or just wellness-oriented people and leaders are experiencing and have experienced. Um, so to give you the short version, um, my background was medicine. So I was in the clinical field. That's what I studied, that's what I uh ended up jumping into. During that journey, it was towards the end of my studies, I was visiting a friend's house, and I kind of wasn't meant to be there at that time. Uh, I was a little early, but nevertheless, um, as I arrived, there was this other person that was leaving. Turns out this person was a medium, psychic medium, and uh, she was seeing his mum anyway. Long story short, she looks at me and she's like, Can we speak for a quick second? Can I pull you aside? I'm like, Yeah, sure, okay. Don't know this person, it's just random. So she pulls me aside and she says, You can speak to the dead. Immediately I say yes. And I'm like, wait, what? What am I saying? This is absurd. And in that moment, the the laugh was just as awkward as I felt in that in at that time. But in that moment, all these memories started coming to the surface, and all these childhood memories, these experiences, esoteric, but also just general trauma from what I had experienced, which was very much suppressed. So I had all this stuff coming to the surface, and suddenly this whole new world was opened, a new world of exploring inner work because of the trauma, but then also a whole new world of exploring the esoterics. So that kind of opened me up in a way that I started continuing studying and going to hospital and because during your studies you're also doing some work in the interim and learning on the job essentially. But the point of the matter is things just didn't look the same anymore. I was looking at this world of treating symptoms and realizing that we're actually not really solving the root issue of anything. We're literally treating symptoms. And majority of the things that we have, whether that be within the clinical field, but even in general, psychology, we're always treating symptoms. And it's like, cool, you have a headache, here's a tablet, you're sad, here's a happy song. It's just treating symptoms, right? And so it blew my mind. And I said, no, I want to find the root cause. I want to understand what's going on here. So I explored this very thing and I explored this new world, and I very much left that world behind. I started practicing all different modalities, learning about all these different things, and kind of exploring my past as well as my own inner work, but uh also the different inner aspects. So it led me into becoming a practitioner myself as well, and actually starting a business, starting seeing clients and assisting them with the things that they were going through, helping people regulate their nervous system, all those types of things, all the things that had helped me up until that point, I was sharing and teaching others. And things were going well. It was great. It felt like, cool, I'm doing something that's more aligned. But there was still this part of me that felt like there is something more here. Like I'm not quite reaching the impact I feel I was born for, that I know I'm meant for. And I know there's big energies and big things at play. And I'm supposed to be a part of this, but I'm not quite doing that right now. And at the same time, I still had all these old patterns, all these old blocks, these old things still coming to the surface, especially when I was working on the business side of things, when I was working on this thing that meant so much to me, helping others and creating this impact. And every time I was taking action on this passion project and on this business, this soul-led business, there was just so much of these challenges coming up. And then you have the inner voice that, oh, it's divine timing, or oh, you need to work harder, or oh, you need to just uh allow. And it's like, well, where do all these worlds meet? But at the same time, why was all this old stuff still surfacing? Like I had dealt with it all, or at least so I thought I had. It encompasses the journey so many of us experience, which is this constant, ever-unfolding onion, this layers that that just don't end, right? And in many ways, as we become more expanded, we become more ready to explore more. So that's a natural evolution. But it still led me into this question of well, I can't continue managing also my own symptoms until eternity. There's got to be more to this picture. There's got to be something that I'm missing here. And that's what led me into channeling more the Akash and really deep diving and looking for these answers. So I became a hermit for over three years. I had also quit my job at the time. Um, I had also stopped helping uh clients, which I was doing also as a more part-time thing, you know, kind of splitting these two worlds. And I said, no, well, I'm I'm just gonna go all in and just try and hone in and figure this out. And that's what led me into discovering trans quantum energy work. So the story behind it is that as I was exploring these aspects and this question of, well, what gives? I started to understand and see the energy dynamics of how this universe works. I started to understand of okay, hold on. We are not souls in a body, we are expressions of our actual selves. So our souls are already expressing themselves physically. And the system is that we actually come in with a source code that we decided upon. And so a lot of people talk about soul contracts and this and that, but it's not so much a contract you sign, it's a source code you agree to. It's something you say, this is the coding that's going to attract the certain circumstances and situations in my life that is going to agitate and trigger me in so many different ways. It's going to seem like all these patterns and all these things, and oh, why do I keep doing these same things? Why do I keep having this imposter syndrome? Why do I keep having this self-doubt? Why do I, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera? And this journey made me realize, oh, hold on. If it's the source code, then can we do something about it? And also, why is it even there in the first place? And it boils down to the fact that it's for you to expand. So you can keep doing the same stuff. You keep keep managing it, or you can keep trying to navigate by hacking it or bypassing it or attending or treating the symptoms. But the real root is that it's there for you to expand. So there's lessons that you're learning. There's things that you are coming into contact with, everyday situations, but also expansive things. And the only way to actually navigate it is to move through it. The only way to transcend it, to release these energetic patterns, to release the source code is to resolve the soul blueprint. So the soul blueprint is just what I call this aspect that's holding the source code. Because it's a fragment of the soul. So it's not like, oh, it's a conditioning that we have that we need to break from. It's actually the soul decided, your higher self decided that this is something that is going to expand you. And so we can try and not have the thing and not have the patterns and reject these things. Or we can say, okay, well, there's a reason it's here, so let's actually solve it. Let's actually attend to it, let's learn from it, let's move through it. And so that's what led me into transquantum work, where my guide started showing me the different systems and started showing me different aspects of how we can go about actually resolving the source code. And so the first step was agitation. So trans Q agitation. This was a calibration, a form of calibration. So introducing more of your own higher frequency to basically agitate your energetic field. Why would we want to do that? Well, the moment you introduce higher pure vibrational energy into your energetic field, that which is not compatible will rise to the surface. So anything that is not truly you, but just something bound by source code, by conditioning, by stuff that you are meant to transcend or meant to resolve or meant to learn from or expand from is going to come to the surface. And now it's like cool, great. Now I've agitated all of this stuff. What do I do with it? And that led me into cool the next step, which was trans Q breath work. So using a specific cadence of breath, being able to actually move through this and move through this energy and transmute these things that you came in with. Because so many of us are carrying lifetime's worth of things. And we came to actually end that cycle now. Why? Because now is the time for this to happen. Now is the time we're moving toward this new density, this new evolution, this false density consciousness, this hard-centered society consciousness. It's not just a thing that we're talking about, it's a thing that's already happening. And so there is no better time but now to do this work, but there's also no other better time to explore these aspects that you came here to resolve within this very life so that you can assist and be a part of this evolution, of this shift, of this movement. And that led me then into the third step, which was cool. Now we're transmuting it. And now we need more, let's say, to reintroduce what is now left to reintroduce the stuff that we actually want to hone. So bringing in more of our full expression. So this is trans-Q light work, as I call it. So basically, it's an angelic frequency, a 12 density consciousness frequency. It happens in deep trans state, but you reintroduce more of that frequency within this energetic field, within this blueprint that you set up, because now you've transmuted the rest, so you're going to bring in the rest. And this all happens organically. Throughout your life, it's happening. It's happening right now, and you don't even know it. It's just when I started to see the process, I realized, okay, well, if it's already happening, how can we speed it up? And that's what led to TransQ. But it's just tapping into fundamental energy mechanics that are already occurring. So this is a process that occurs lifetime after lifetime. It's just, well, let's just speed it up and do this now and not wait lifetime after lifetime, not wait cycle after cycle and be like, cool, I feel like I'm regressing or I'm back to square one here. And so it's just a matter of, well, let's do this now. Let's ask for this to happen now. And that's what led me into this whole world of Trans Q and pretty much a lot of the work I do now. So assisting other teachers, other leaders, other coaches, facilitators in expanding their frequency, holding their full self so that they can create their greatest impact. Because you can't create an impact or hold a mission with such high frequency if you're not the version who can hold it in the first place, right? And so then it's like, oh, it's divine timing, etc. No, the universe is just divinely waiting for you. It's waiting for you to hold that permission so to hold that, let's say, fire so that you can hold that mission, to hold that impact. So it's actually more a compatibility thing. So I call this mission one and mission two, mission one being, you know, doing that inner work. And so many of us have done so much, we think, okay, well, I'm done with the inner work. I want to move on to the impact now. And so you can do them at the same time. You can be creating your impact and learning and growing. Your mission is going to agitate and going to bring more challenges. But eventually you've got to realize, okay, well, I've tried all the things and I'm doing the same stuff, and I'm still feeling a little stuck, or I'm still feeling like I'm not at the level I should be. And then you've got to acknowledge, okay, cool. It is definitely within me. So it's not a matter of, oh, I got to figure it out or find it, but how do we bring that out of me into this very everyday life aspect, right? And uh then you're ex you're exploring this type of inner work and holding more of the frequency that is you so that you can do everything that you're meant to do.

SPEAKER_03

So much is there's so much here, so many threads that I could pick on. And I just want to say thank you for kind of elaborating on your method. And it makes a lot of sense. And so I want to circle back. I was I really wanted to ask questions about your ability to speak to the dead, but I feel like maybe I'll say that at the end if there's if there's time, because that's more, I feel like I'm just self-indulging on my curiosity there. So the source code and the blueprint. You mentioned that the source code is like a fragment that's a fragment held by the soul blueprint. Is that right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So essentially your soul fragments itself, right? You are not your full soul right now. You can acknowledge that. You already know innately that to be true. And this is where it can blow your mind, but your soul is multidimensional. It's in more than one place at once. It's in more than a lifetime at once, past, present, and future. So you're actually experiencing different aspects. The way I like to describe it that just makes it a little bit easier to conceptualize is that if we were to shine a bright light in a room, right? Or through a colander, a pasta strainer, you know, that bowl with holes in it, if you shine a bright light through it, you'll see that light streaming through all the different pinholes, and you'll see it like a disco ball against the wall. Each light point represents a specific perspective, a specific life, if you will. It's happening all at the same time. You're seeing all the different light balls and different pinpoints on the wall at the same time. However, they are experiencing a form of, let's say, separatism and even a form of forgetfulness of the full source light, but they're still connected nonetheless, right? You haven't stopped being the source light. You're just experiencing a perspective of that source light. And so this is what's essentially occurring. So you fragment yourself into a perspective because without remembering the source light, you can now experience something new. And so you can experience something that will bring back more lessons, more learnings, more understandings to the source self. And if we were to add another layer to this, it would be that all these different dots are also different colors. So they're no longer white, they're different colors. And so if you're a red dot on the wall, you can realize that cool, you're not experiencing your white self, you're experiencing a fragmented perspective of yourself. So you're not holding your full self, you're holding the red self, right? And so when it comes to also transmuting the lessons that you came here to learn, when you do that, you start to hold more and more of the light frequency. And when you do that, you're sending it back to the source self, and the source self is like, cool, this is the new thing that I've learned without remembering everything that I already know now. And the source self grows. And then it shoots it out to all the other dots. So all the dots are learning with just a singular dot. And so all the other dots are also affecting your dot, so to speak. So this is how the soul is learning, evolving, and growing. And it's happening at fractions of a second, it's happening concurrently, it's happening on multiple different timelines and frequencies all at the same time. And yeah. No, go for it, go for it.

SPEAKER_03

Well, I was just gonna say how I was what came up for me, and I think it's probably because we'll what we've been discussing before this is it's like we're we're choosing these specific avatars to have this specific perspective so that we can learn some things. One of those things could be coming into a woman's body, like incarnating as a woman in in this time. Like, why would somebody want to do that? And it's like, well, if you want to learn about, let's say, freedom, women have been oppressed for so long. So it's like through that process, then you can learn about liberation and the embodiment of it through restriction and feeling like maybe you're trapped.

SPEAKER_02

100%. And you also learn the counter, you learn the opposite as well. So what's funny is people often even demonize good and bad because it's the societal construct that we have. Okay, people are good or they're bad, right? Situations are good or they're bad, but they're actually neither. So you could have two things happening on either side. So let's say the narcissist and the powerless woman, for instance. Let's let's make it a male and female scenario here, too. So man and a woman, or at least the energy of feminine and masculine, and even adding a layer of narcissism and powerlessness. Both individuals are centered upon the same thing. You're like, whoa, what? How could you say that? They're both experiencing the same thing. They're both experiencing complete lack of self-worth. They're experiencing two sides of the same coin.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

The Role of Feminine and Masculine Energies

SPEAKER_02

And so they're literally a mirror for each other. And so you would come in as a narcissist in another life. You might come in as the powerless person. You're experiencing all these different facets of the same circle. And the more you understand all the different aspects, the more you can say, cool, I understand fully and I transmute this fully. And so then you can expand. And so it's no longer about, you know, what you're confined to, but rather what you can transcend, what you really are. And this opens up a whole avenue of also exploration. But yes, it comes back to the fact that you are a fragment of what you really are, and you've come to explore that fragment so that you can then bring back those lessons, those learnings. And the caveat is that you're not always just experiencing a singular fragment, a singular lifetime. You're experiencing multiple ones. So you're experiencing ancestral themes of oppression. All the women in your family probably have, okay, this oppression against them, right? It's not just, okay, it was just, it's just you. You'll likely find ancestral relation, and it's because you as a collective soul group are also experiencing a similar theme. And what you might have experienced, and this is another crazy one, on a different planet and a different frequency, a different dimension, you will come and bring to another one, maybe of lower vibrational density or even higher vibrational density to explore it in a new way. Because you're really navigating this theme. And why we have so much play for power right now, so much of this imbalance and this rise to needing the balance is because so many different groups, soul groups, are coming in to explore this to fully actually transform. Transmute and balance this not just within our world, but within a greater collective one. And that's why there's so much shared resonance, shared themes, and also shared pain and trouble right now. But there is a huge movement to what that is encompassing. And especially for a woman as well. It is your role could not be more understated than you realize. It is so important what you come to play here. Because stepping into your empowerment, I mean, that this is this is important for all of us, but especially for those that have had more, let's say, history or experience or conditioning of not having or feeling that self-worth or having the permission to hold their own self-worth, it is so much more important for you to embody that. Why? Because the collective depends on it. The collective literally depends on you holding your own self-worth, on you holding your empowerment, your frequency, right? And the more you have in terms of distance, the more you also have to gain. So you could say, oh, well, I don't like the fact that I have so much more work to do than a man. And this is a man saying it. So take it with a grain of salt. But you could also say, well, you know what? I also have more to gain by stepping into my empowerment because there's more distance. And so therefore, there's more soul growth. There is more that I get to embody. There's a greater expansion, you know, expansive and expansion within me that I can have. And so your role could not be more important at this time. We are moving toward a more heart-centered space, and there is more need for a balanced feminine energy because we need to have that cong that inner balance, right? And so it has been more masculine. We don't need more feminine, we need a balance. But because the scales are tilted, right now we do need more of that feminine empowerment, that feminine rise to power, because that is going to lead to greater balance. That's going to lead to the heart-centered shift in this world. And it's like, what does this heart-centered shift mean? What does that mean? What it means is we're thinking less with the head and we're attuning more to our wisdom with our heart. It's a form of thinking. It's a form of identification. It's not just, oh, let's all sing kumbaya and just be happy and loving. It's about fundamentally how we are talking, how we are communicating, how we are being as an identity and as a collective. It is the evolution we're moving toward, whether we want to or not. It is happening.

SPEAKER_03

Where do you think we're at with all of that? Especially in terms of just because we're on that kind of note, the feminine and masculine.

SPEAKER_02

I think if you take a look, you will see more and more evidence of the movement and of the collective waking up. This literal conversation wouldn't be a thing five years ago. But there are a lot of people that are not going to move into this new evolution of consciousness. And it's not a fear thing, it's not a judgment thing. It's just that you don't quite feel ready or you're not ready to shift, and that's okay. But the thing is, when you reincarnate, you're not going to reincarnate in the same place anymore. It's going to be a whole new place. It's going to be a new evolution. Um, and maybe not. Maybe you will reincarnate again in another third density frequency so you can expand that self that you were still holding on to, right?

SPEAKER_03

I have a question.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, go for it.

SPEAKER_03

Just before you move on, do you think that because I've I've sat with this and I don't know if any of us really know, but do you think that some people come in and choose not to participate in that shift for whatever reason their soul's like, I'm not gonna awaken for this lifetime?

SPEAKER_02

There is infinite potentials. And there's always this debate about free will versus okay, what's planned, right? How much free will do you really have? You have a lot of free will. You have source code that's gonna attract stuff, whether you like it or not. But how you choose to act, the road you choose to take, the easier one, the resistant one, that is totally up to you. And there's no judgment. There is no your higher self will also not judge you. You're exploring. And so there's no judgment on exploration, there's just exploration. It just is what it is. So there are many souls that will choose not to participate, but that's because it's their free will to do so. However, there is no denying the momentum that we are moving towards. There is no stopping that. The snowball has started. So there's no, okay, I want to hold on to old dogmas and old energies and this fight for power. And you will see a lot of these energies lurking right now, these wanting to hold on to power that one has had because systems are starting to change. But the the thing is, you don't need all of society to be awake. You only need 1%. There's no revolution that started with the majority deciding we should have a revolution. The revolutions have always started with just 1% saying, you know what, we've had enough. Let's change things up. And so it begins. And so it spreads like wildfire. Why? Because it's so, let's say, um it's just so influential. When people are coming from a more expanded place, it also affects others. It gives others the permission slip to also step in. But whether they choose to open the door or not is totally up to them.

SPEAKER_03

I'm gonna kind of dig into this a little bit. When I think of free will, I think of free will as being coming from like our higher self when we're really dysregulated. Our human self is not choosing. It feels like there's a process of coming into free will that requires stepping out of survival and aligning with your higher self or whatever you want to call it. And then and then it also feels like there's at some point your free will is just you're disaligning with like what creation desires. So it's like the desire of the creator rather than of your human self. Do you get what I'm saying? Like it's all so it's almost like this thing is like, is does free will even exist once you get to that point where you're just aligning with how life and consciousness wants to move through you? Do you get where I'm going with that?

Exploring Free Will and Soul Choices

SPEAKER_02

I I do. Free will is a topic we could debate until you know the end of time. The major, let's say, gap in understanding free will is thinking of it in such a, let's say, human linear way, right? Once you start to think of it in a more multidimensional way, then the lines start to blur and the systems start to look a lot more chaotic, but also a lot more divine. What do I mean by that? Well, we're trying to say, okay, you know, are we a porn that has free will or are we controlled? That that's the that's the mechanism of how we're really thinking about it, right? And it's it's it's not like that. When you understand your light experiencing other parts of light, it's no longer about what free will is or isn't even, and it's more about expression, about tapping into your fullest expression. And that is the major intent, the the initial even intent, when the universe came to being, the initial intent was, what am I? What can I become? And this led into a constant yearning for expansion. That is why the universe is ever growing. We we even literally, in a physical, figurative way, can see that the universe is growing, that dark matter is expanding. This is just another evidential, let's say, aspect or sign of the fact that we are ever growing. We are ever expanding. And so it's not about what we get to do or what we want to do or what it is that we think we want. And because again, like you said, when you're dysregulated, yes, it is coming from an ego aspect. You want to feel better because you think you shouldn't feel this way. You want to have a better life because you think your current life shouldn't be the way it is. This is a matter of should or shouldn't, right? Rather than this is something for me to explore, suddenly now you're in collaboration with your life. You're in collaboration with what you're experiencing, and you're gonna end up understanding the lessons and navigating it a whole lot easier, a lot faster.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I don't know why this keeps coming, this keeps coming to me, but I'm just gonna go with it because it's really strange how persistent this thought feels. Do you think it's possible that a soul comes into this life not wanting to not wanting to reach its full expression? Maybe it's a playing a role that awakens and triggers others, and that's its function. And so, like the possibility in all its multidimensional timelines and realities is like, nope, not gonna awaken for this incarnation. I'm just really curious about that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and some what you what what you're you're getting at. The thing is, what you're saying is a soul choosing not to awaken. Yeah. So what is awaken? Is awaken being in your best aligned self, right? Is that what awake means, right? Where awake could be unawake, right? So this is where we're really diling with with these fine lines because yes, someone's purpose, exactly, someone's purpose could be to expand others. That is all our purpose is influencing ourselves and others, right? You are coming to experience a reflection, a mirror of everything that you are. So when someone triggers you, it's not about them, it's about what's inside you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

When someone says something and it causes a certain reaction, it's something within you, right? So this is what's happening with the world around you. Even the deepest, darkest baddies in our history have played massive expansive roles. Now, the way they did it, the manner in which they did it could have been done in a much nicer, easier way. But nonetheless, we can't negate how they have also shaped society in matter for better or worse, but also in better ways, in more expansive ways. Even the person who suppresses others brings to attention that we no longer want that in our society, right? And so therefore it brings brings a new evolution of cool, well, this is this is human rights, or this is how we should be, and this is how we we shouldn't, etc.

SPEAKER_03

So maybe it couldn't have been expressed in another way. Maybe that's what we needed.

SPEAKER_02

100%. And which the collective society is ready for where they're at. So what they're ready for is what they're going to experience and receive, right? And so sometimes we listen to pain, right? We don't listen to the little nudge. And what that is, it's again, it's hold, it's it's held in our soul blueprint, it's held in our source code. Something is attracted, you don't notice it. It continuously comes back and back again. It comes in bigger emotions, bigger waves. Why? Because the cycle of those emotions, the cycle of that lesson wasn't actually transmuted or understood or embodied yet. Why do we have that? Well, because you need the bigger message or the bigger energy for you to be like, oh, damn, well, this is something I've got to figure out now. And finally you pay attention, right? So sometimes pain is needed in that way. We don't have to revert to pain. That is a mechanism that we are starting to slowly and slowly, as a collective, but especially the work that I'm teaching, is moving beyond that, where the subtlety is more than enough. You're already, oh, thank you. Perfect. I understand what it's here for. Perfect. Thank you. I understand what the energy is here for. And when you do transmute that blueprint, you start to expand and see those subtleties so much more easily, and you start to understand what's what's happening. So you become more in collaboration with your life rather than at the mercy of the things that you feel you're experiencing, or rather at the hope and the wonder and the please universe, bring this into my life, bring this impact, or or can I step into this person when hey, it's just about taking a hold. It's about just grabbing it.

SPEAKER_03

You mentioned we don't need pain, but we learn through it a lot of the time. So I'm curious if you differentiate between suffering and pain, because it feels like pain is just a part of being human, right? Like it's natural to have like grief can actually grief is really beautiful, actually, when we surrender to it. It can actually be a portal to deeper states of joy. And I think even, you know, all pain and all emotions, right? So then in that sense, it's kind of like you're not transcending the negative emotion.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_03

But you're actually just embracing it in its entirety and arriving at this place of like ecstasy, or however you experience that peace, acceptance, whatever. I'll just let you riff off that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, well, it it's it it's so well said because you are more in flow with your humanness. What's more painful? Feeling pain and being like, cool, let me explore that, or feeling pain and being like, please go away, and then why isn't it going away?

SPEAKER_03

That's suffering, right?

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. 100%.

SPEAKER_03

That's how I see it too.

Pain vs. Suffering: The Path to Flow

SPEAKER_02

So, so pain can be a collaborative thing. So can a negative emotion, your emotions are a guidance system. They're saying, hey, I've got something to tell you. Whether you choose to listen or not is going to dictate whether it's going to come back in a bigger way or not. By listening, by saying, Cool, I'm sad, let me explore that. Oh, hold on. There is something this that I was holding, cool, perfect. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. Or I'm holding some kind of resentment. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Now I understand what was happening or what I was holding, etc. Right. But it's not a it's not a mental process, it's just an allowance process. It's saying, hey, I'm gonna allow myself to be who I am right now. So sometimes flow, people perceive flow as something of, oh, I'm in the flow and things are just happy, glory, going great, when in actual fact, flow just means in alignment with what is showing up for you right now, right? And the more you are in collaboration with what's showing up, the less you stay there. So the the difference between an ascended master and someone who is far from it is just the length of time that are experiencing the pain. So it looks like this. Oh, I'm having a high, oh no, now I'm having a low and I'm struggling to get out of it. Whereas the ascended master is doing the exact same thing, except it looks like this because they're like, ooh, subtle pain, understood, thank you, and moving on. So it's a lot more of a neutral state. Now it doesn't mean we shouldn't experience it and we should move away from feeling these things or what have you. It just means that we are working with it in real time. And so we are in cohesion, collaboration with it. And so we are moving so much quicker, we are moving so much easier. So that's what I mean by it doesn't have to be a painful process, is that it can be a lot easier, a lot faster, because again, you have no other choice but acceptance. You have no other choice but to face it because it's gonna come around back later. This lesson that you brought in is gonna be something you're gonna have to face now, later, or in the next life. So you might as well say, you know what? Well, let's explore it. Let's see what there is here to explore. And when you have that ability to listen and be in the flow of your subtleties every day, then you're flowing. Then you are in alignment.

SPEAKER_03

How do we acquire that ability? So it feels like there has to be a disidentification with the beliefs that we have around what's showing up for us and the emotion, some distance. I think you that's the word that you used earlier was distance, right? So maybe from your from your method, how would you help somebody through that process of accepting that emotion or being with it fully instead of the story or the belief?

The Dance of Knowing and Not Knowing

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, certainly. The thing we love to do most is also treat it as a mental game, right? Cool, it's it's a belief that I'm holding that I should break, right? Um and and that's so normal because that's also most of what's practiced. That's most of the information we have, that's most of the tools that we've used so far. But remember, these tools were created for a third density construct. They were created for people at a certain level. And it's not about hierarchy, it's just that, of course, as you grow, something that used to resonate will probably not resonate anymore or be as helpful because it's not going to get you to the next level, right? So it's just about cool, each thing plays an important part in that journey. So just like your first meditation you ever did to the most intensive energy work session or expansive experience you've ever had. They all played a specific role in this journey. And the way we go about doing this process is transcending completely the thinking mind, which wants to analyze. But the brain is a receptor, it is not a thinker. It is receiving signal. And where is it receiving signal from? It's receiving signal from the heart. The heart is what is actually bringing forth these different wisdoms, these different emotions as well, to the surface for the brain to then understand. But the only way the brain can understand is by actually moving through and transmuting it first. I'll give you a quick little example just for some evidence of where this exists. If you were speak to speak to any medical practitioner, especially one that delivers uh babies, um you would be surprised by the fact that the first organ to start working in the human body is the heart. But science also says that the brain is telling the heart to beat. So what told the heart to beat in the first place? And it's just digesting this understanding that, okay, there there's more to play here. Our brain is not a thinker, it is a consciousness receptor, it is a satellite. And so when we understand this, okay, the tools that we use to try and analyze, dissect, psychoanalyze, adjust, or change or shift or treat are not going to work. If we want to embody this next level impact, we've got to understand, okay, well, we we're gonna have to embody a new tool or a new way of doing this. And so it is energetic, it is moving through it, it is transmuting the actual blueprint. So that's why the agitation is important because it causes stuff to come up. And so as the stuff comes up, you're naturally gonna start exploring it, but you're gonna explore it in a certain way. So, of course, we have a container of how you go about exploring this stuff, and then you're gonna transmute it. So you're not actually gonna think much about it. And what happens is after the transmutation has occurred, now you have a realization, now you have an idea, now you're like, oh, this makes sense. And it almost sounds stupid. Have you ever had a moment in your life where you're like, oh, this is a great idea, or oh my goodness, I've just had a revelation and you share it with someone else, or you say it out loud, and you're like, that sounds obvious.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And you might even see that for someone else. And you tell them, but it won't ring true for them. Why? Because you've got to experience it first. You've got to experience it to really truly feel it and be like, yes, this is it. That's transmutation. Exactly. Exactly. So it's about embodiment. And so that's why this container is a mechanism of agitating, transmuting, and then embodying.

Curiosity and Challenges in Personal Growth

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it's interesting because uh I've been having those moments a lot. And it what comes after is like a because there's this element of like, wow, that sounds really simple and everything. And then I'm like, wow, I really don't know anything. It's like the more embodied I become, the more the less I feel like I know anything. And it's almost like brings you to this existential moment of like, what the fuck is even happening? But I think that's it's interesting though, because it's like this dynamic tension dance between I don't know anything, and there's such like a um humility in that. But then there's also like this need to honor authority, right? Step to stand for something. It's just a weird dance between those two things, I find. I don't know if you have anything to add on that.

Navigating Marketing and Spirituality

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, well, I think the most expansive people ever have realized how much they don't know. So some of the biggest thought leaders we have in our history have said, Oh, well, I actually know nothing. And you would think, but you know so much. And it's because it's the realization that our expansiveness knows no bounds. It is infinite. And the more you see, the more you see how you much you don't see, essentially. And the more you expand, the more you start to see also what are what is hidden, the aspects that you don't know. And so now you're aware of it. And so it's just an about an awareness thing. But the fact that you are aware of it shows you how much more you know now, or it shows you how much more you've expanded now, because you can tell by the fact that if we put the metric on awareness, it starts to shift the game. Rather than the metric on, oh, you're happy. I mean, you could be happy and completely, you know, unaware of anything that's going on in your in your life until something does create this awareness and realize, okay, that actually wasn't happiness. It was just distortion. But nevertheless, the point is when we add awareness into the mix and it becomes our metric, okay, am I aware? Now we start to expand into greater aspects because the the way of which how we're approaching it changes. So it's Okay not to know everything. And I say, what fun in that? How much fun it is to explore what you don't know rather than explore what you already do know. It's no fun to go to a new country and be like, oh, I know everything already, right? So it also lights up that inner curiosity that we have. And that's another mechanism, our curiosity. So we spoke a lot about the emotions and the heavier stuff, but we also have curiosity, and that's what's guiding a lot of the direction that we're moving toward. Unfortunately, curiosity also leads you to things like challenges because it's your guidance that's leading you to the next challenges. And so you perhaps start this business, or you start helping others, and you're like, oh, well, now more of these challenges are coming up. And now it's like, who am I to actually help these other people? Or hold on, like, how do I sell my services and help with the world? It feels even wrong to do so, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. And so now you have these new challenges, these new uh, you know, areas of exploration. And sometimes people are like, oh, it's just about aligned timing or divine time. I have to wait for this thing to occur, when in fact it's just another, let's say, gate, another access point for you to expand into. So I like to kind of have this analogy where we're all wearing different access bands. And so we're walking this path. When it's the true North path, you're gonna walk on it, and there's still gonna be aspects that feel like it's not aligned for you. For example, the gate that is stopping you from entering, but it's not because oh, you should look for another path. In many aspects, in many ways, it's just, hey, you need the frequency band, the new frequency band to access this gate. You need the red band to access the red gate. And you've only got a purple and blue one. You also need the red one. And so it's about expanding your frequency, expanding who you are to then continue walking the path. But that's a whole another side tangent that or rabbit hole that we could also dive into.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I like that. And what what you said earlier about feeling like it's wrong to sell your services or like this, how the marketing plays into this kind of endeavor, and maybe he's a spiritual person, whatever that even means, honestly, marketing can feel like icky. It can feel performative, and but you need it. It's kind of like bringing the masculine into the whatever you're creating. What are your thoughts on that? Because I struggle, I'm struggling with that right now.

Heart-Centered Marketing: Authenticity in Sales

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, no, it's it's a it's it's it's a funny thing. Uh we actually had a video that went up live, I believe, yesterday, of of me actually sort of speaking about this exact topic uh at one of our events, but is very much encompassing what so many feel. That especially when you want to create impact and when you feel so centered around or you you feel the gravity of what you want to do, and you feel even the sacredness of the help that you want to share, it almost feels wrong to sell it. But it is a bit of a value thing. Not only is it a value thing, but it's also a self-worth thing as well, right? And at the same time, we've got these two worlds colliding of traditional business and marketing with spirituality, and both are very opposing in how you approach things. And so, how do you integrate them? And that's another difficult and tricky aspect to navigate, and one that I also had navigated for quite some time being in this field. This spiritual entrepreneur niche, the wellness practitioner, breathwork facilitator, you know, meditation facilitator, the Reiki practitioner, what have you, all of these fields have a very similar challenge when it comes to also this sales process, this marketing process. And this is where aligned sales and let's say soul-led marketing come into play. And this is also something we focus a lot on uh within our community and within a lot of the events that that we we host. Um but the biggest takeaway is to ask yourself what it is that's showing up for you when you're in that sales call or when you're sharing that message and feels icky for you. Is it something that feels like something you shouldn't do? Is it something that you feel weird about, right? What are the sensations and the feelings that are coming up? But really, you gotta understand, first and foremost, if there's a little takeaway that I can share, that would you do your absolute best to ensure that you help that person transform? Right? Would you really put in the effort and would you trust yourself to actually assist this person? If the answer is yes, which it most likely will. Now, if it's not, then we can explore more of this self-worth thing, right? And then that's a whole other avenue and and and bunch of stuff that we can talk about and dissect. But if the answer is yes, then you got to take it upon yourself to understand that then it's your responsibility to share your message and to share the opportunity for them to join because they cannot get that impact, they cannot receive that help without this mechanism, without this vehicle of impact, without this product or the service that you're gonna share. And so it's almost even your responsibility in a way. And it's gonna feel weird, it's gonna feel icky, but it's also because it's the psychological thing. It is this thing of, okay, I need to be heart-centered. Well, you can be heart-centered about how you influence someone to a decision that you know is in their highest good. To say, hey, if you are holding something that you know can help someone, then it's your responsibility to share it with them. Because by not doing so, is leaving them without something that they might have been hoping for, searching for, and wanting to do. And so now the suddenly the pain and the discomfort of being feeling weird subsides because it's almost irrelevant in this conversation. Your discomfort means nothing in the bigger scheme of this situation right now. And it's understanding, let's say, these types of aspects. Now, of course, it everyone's a bit different, and and there's different things that that we can discuss regarding even the specific part, but integrating these two worlds is quite a challenge. And it's something that I've spent quite some time also honing myself on how do we do aligned sales? Because I tried the, okay, here's my thing, please join. I tried the like all out sales marketing, all the best advice out there, and it just didn't work. And it was like, cool, neither one is working for what we're doing, and we had to start actually moving into heart-centered marketing, heart-centered sales. And so there was a whole new avenue, a whole new other road to explore, a whole new other way of doing things.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. What's coming up for me is you say heart marketing, heart-centered marketing. It also feels, you know, then we're talking about authenticity, right?

SPEAKER_01

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_03

How would you describe heart-centered marketing and how is that different from maybe more traditional forms of marketing and why does it work?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Why does he heart-centered marketing work?

SPEAKER_03

Or why does it work? Okay.

Vulnerability and Authenticity in Service

SPEAKER_02

Well, because you have to realize the people you're also speaking to are more sensitive. The people you are assisting are more energy sensitive. But at the same time, we can think about sales as a conversion process, which is usually what's been the case. But then you're going to think of it and approach it in a very different way to if you treat it as an impact process. Those that are ready for your help right now need you. But those who are not don't need you now. So it's not about converting everyone and making sales, right? We already know this. But at the same time, you've got to understand that there's specific individuals that need you right now. And so you've got to be serving them. In many ways, sometimes it's about, okay, who is my golden customer? Who is the person I'm actually serving? Getting so clear on that and then understanding, okay, well, what are the pains that they're going through now? What are their and what is their day-to-day right now? And how are we assisting them in that? And so, of course, when you speak to that, there's going to be resonance. And this is traditional marketing. But now to take it a level extra, to add another layer of where the heart-centered portion comes in, it is your authentic take on that. It is being vulnerable, being yourself, being able to hold your expression and say, hey, this is who I am, and this is what I'm here for, and being so earnest in that that it cuts through all the noise. And people are going to be like, I resonate with that. There's so many people that come to my events or that come to our experience. So we have a trans Q experience as well. And all these other things that we've got going on. And the people come up and they're like, Well, I don't remember why I'm here. I don't remember what I why I'm joining, but I just remember that it just resonated so deeply with me. And your energy is just resonated with me. So it's actually less emphasis on the marketing property itself. And it's more about the message you're sharing. And when you bring forth the energy of, I want to help these people, I want to actually assist them. People will feel that, especially the people you're trying to talk to, which are more intuitive, are more sensitive.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah.

SPEAKER_02

That's that's where the heart-centered stuff comes in. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

This is really good. Okay, so I'm hearing vulnerability. So that also means that, and let me know if you agree, you have to you have to have walked that path. So I almost think of it as like we're the people we're serving, maybe they're us like a few years back. Right. So in order to speak that vulnerably, we have to have embodied that. 100%.

Navigating the Therapist and Mentor Identity

SPEAKER_02

This is so beautiful. Yeah. It's it's exactly some of the stuff that I teach, especially with one-to-one um clients that uh need my help when it comes to the business side of things. So I also assist a lot of coaches and practitioners with the actual business side of things and how do we integrate these worlds? And one of the biggest things I teach, especially if someone's a little earlier in that in that uh development journey, when we're confine when we're defining the ICP, so the ideal client profile, right? It is more often than not you a year or two ago. And so the vulnerability and the insight that you have is so deep, so intricate to that person. And I'm telling you, there are so many that are gonna resonate with that specific message. And that's why competition isn't even a thing. No one that is your client, Jessa, is going to resonate with my message. Because it's your story that they're gonna resonate with. It's you who they need to help, or or it's it's basically they who you need to help. And same is true for me. So everyone plays a unique part. And so, yes, it is your story, your experience. And of course, when you hold the energy of I have walked this path, people are gonna feel, oh, that person knows me and understands me and can help me. So, yes, of course, when it comes to heart-centered sales, if you cannot actually help that person, it is not going to work. Because you are not holding what they need. As simple as that. And it's very easy, it's very evident for people to see that because you're you haven't actually gone through it yourself. Now, there is also another secondary aspect where sometimes you're helping someone else. Let's say it's a loved one that went through a certain thing and it's something that's really close to your heart. So it's not so much even something you went through, but maybe something someone that was really close to you went through, or whatever the case is. But nevertheless, you're still helping that person from a year or two ago. And so even your audience will also change as you change, because as you expand, as you step into new aspects of you, you're ready to help other people.

SPEAKER_03

What is your perspective on how vulnerable you need to be? Like, how much do you really need to share about your story?

SPEAKER_02

Well, as much as is relevant, you don't need to share all the intricate details.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, can you keep it like really minimal?

SPEAKER_02

Because obviously, is this from a lack of being comfortable sharing?

SPEAKER_03

No, so I'll be yeah, I'll be transparent because where where I'm coming from is like when you're because I'm a therapist, right? And so I want to eventually change the direction of the podcast. I want to speak to women, right? So, like I already told you, like the direction of the podcast is slowly gonna be changing because I want to help women through the stuff that I've gone through. And that's like that's what I do in therapy. But I want to do it obviously not as a therapist here, but I eventually want to create offerings maybe as like a mentor. I'm resistant to the word coach for some reason. But like I'm still a therapist with a license. So I always come up against like how much can I really share? How vulnerable can I be, even if I'm not I'm not being a therapist here. I'm not trying to get therapy clients, but I still am a therapist. But I guess that's a whole nother, I just have to figure that out. It's something I come up against all the time.

SPEAKER_02

This it's totally normal because a lot of the time we find ourselves like on the most, let's say, parallel or tangent field. And so it's not quite where we want to be. It's maybe just a little more parallel.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

The Art of Pivoting: Transitioning Careers

SPEAKER_02

And this represents a lot of the people in our community and a lot of the clients that I've had. So, for example, you remind me a lot of Jen. She was also a therapist. Um, she had recently pivoted a lot more to facilitating psilocybin journeys and also even just a new form of, let's say, mentoring. I would love to explore the reason you feel resistance towards the word coach, but uh I digress. So, yes, now navigating also the bureaucracy of being a therapist in America or any country really, there's always going to be these different bureaucracies, is going to be another aspect. But often it's a, oh, I'm a little afraid still to let go of this because it means I won't have clients anymore. I might, you know, I might not have people paying the bills anymore, I might not have the people that I want to help anymore, even though it still feels nice, but it's not totally where I want to be. And especially when it comes to pivoting, it's always feeling like there's one foot in the one door and one foot in the other door. Often it feels like you're you've got one foot in one part of the door and one foot in the other side of the door.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And it's like you're split between these two worlds. How do you get unstuck from being split between two worlds while you you step into one?

SPEAKER_03

Can you step into one while still having your foot in the other, but like changing your identity? So it's like, I'm just doing this for consistent, stable income, but like I'm seeing myself differently, I'm embodying this different.

SPEAKER_02

Still holding on to what is the fear? Is there a survival mentality? Is it the finances?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, because it's like I then really need to start shifting how I'm showing up for this podcast so that it can align with the kind of person that I want to bring in and create an offering for. So I have to do that. So obviously that's gonna take some time to like build the right listeners that then I can create offerings and perhaps get an income that I don't need therapy anymore.

SPEAKER_02

You're thinking a lot about the how.

SPEAKER_03

I know.

SPEAKER_02

And the reason you're thinking about the how is because you want to make it make sense in your head so you can give yourself the permission to then do it. Because if it's like, oh, that could work, now suddenly I feel, okay, I'm I'm okay, then I can do this now. Right?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_02

So there's still a part that's that's holding on to the survival mentality and the sphere of the unknown. And unfortunately, the reality is that if you're split between two doors and you're staying stuck between two doors, you're gonna forever be split between these two worlds.

SPEAKER_03

So, what would it look like from your perspective? How do you see that then? Do I just like, all right, I'm just gonna drop all my therapy clients tomorrow and just hope for the best?

Exploring Abundance and Survival Mentality

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Well, you don't always have to do it cold turkey. There is an art to pivoting. And this is also something that we talk a lot about and and we teach a lot about because a lot of people still find themselves kind of stuck between other worlds. And this is common, I was at a time as well, until I decided, no, I'm quitting it all. Um, and I lived off savings for for over three years uh in my homed phase, like I said. And it got to the point where I had no money left for my next month of rent. I literally had nothing left. The the assets, the savings, everything that I had built was literally on its last penny, the last dime. And it was those times where I looked at the world differently, and it's still how I see things now, but it gave me almost a freedom, a sense of freedom of being tethered to this old system. But without that being the reality, I would have never embodied full trust. I needed the circumstance in order to actually fully embody trust. And I was more abundant then than I ever was at the full height of those savings and those assets at that time. So, two, let's say three years prior to that, I had acquired a lot of great financial stability, and yet I was still feeling more truly abundant those three years later when I literally had nothing to show for it. Why? Because I didn't need it to feel abundant anymore. I embodied full trust. And that's also when things started to shift entirely. That's when I started having a lot more clients. I started sharing trans key work, and I needed that time, that period to actually discover these things to be able to share them. Right? So it doesn't mean you need to go cold turkey. That was just my journey. There is also an art to doing it in an easier way. But the idea is what is piquing your curiosity right now? Is it exploring more of this other side? Well, then do that more. Just shift your percentage of focus in the day of even 5%, 10% more onto this thing that piques your curiosity more. And naturally there's going to be more and more attention on it and more and more movement onto that, right? So you don't have to go cold turkey, kind of stop therapy entirely, and then say, hey, okay, now's this is the new me, where's all the customers and clients at? Right. Yeah. It can be a slower transitional process. But that's because it's just a mechanism, not that's just a mechanism, and not, okay, there we go, and not still bound to fear. If you were doing that and trusting, then we wouldn't be having the conversation. Right? You they there would be there would be no concern. There would just be curiosity and exploration, and you would be more in the flow. So I don't encourage anyone just to, you know, quit your job today and step full into your full-time purpose. Because if there is that fear, that's the number one thing you want to, you know, dive into first, is understand, okay, well, what aspects of me is still not ready to let go, what aspects of me is still feeling nervousness or fear of this unknown, and regulating that and exploring that so that you can release that so that you can then step into more of the thing that you feel is aligned to you. Because what's going to happen is you're going to step into the thing that's aligned for you, but you're not aligned for it yet. And so, of course, it's not going to reap the outcome that you would like, right? But again, all this emphasis on the how is so irrelevant because I can tell you now, you can have all the plans in the world. It's not going to end up being the way you think it will. You will never see the top of the stairs. You will only see step one. Your breakcrumb is step one. Your guides have given you step one. So we can try and figure out, okay, well, what's at step 10? How do we get there? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, it doesn't matter because all you have to do is take step one. Then more will be revealed and you can take step two, and more will be revealed, and you can take step three. So your only job is following that breadcrumb. Your only job is following the guidance you have now. And I can tell you, most of us are stuck in procrastination and in action because we're wondering and hoping for what could be rather than taking action on what you already know you can take action on now today. It's called aligned action. You're in alignment, there's something that's aligned for you. It's the breadcrumb, take action on it. But it's the fear that holds you back from doing so. It's wanting to know the full plan because wanting to know the full plan is a sense of control. It's a sense of, I want to know that this can work before I commit because I'm still not fully holding trust, fully holding my frequency.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. It's I feel like it's easier to take aligned action without knowing the full picture when it when your survival isn't dependent on it, right? So it's like I it's like I'm doing this not because I need money to pay my bills.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So that's like where the pivoting.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. But you were that's how we can make it easier. But the thing is, we can say, okay, let's do the things where I don't need it. But the fact is, it's all about the need here. Why do you feel you need money? Why do you feel you need this job to make money? Can money not come in other ways? Why do you even feel you need it at all? So it's this aspect of still being associated with and being anchored in survival mentality. And of course, that's why I say this is the primary thing you want to explore first. Because without exploring this, everything else is going to be a challenging journey and almost sometimes in vain, because this is still the primary source code of what's running in your everyday life, right? And in everything that you're gonna do.

SPEAKER_03

I think it's easier to buy into the belief that you know you can you can make money doing what what it is that you desire. Like that is possible, but why do you need money at all? That's harder, right? Because it's like, well, I do need money to pay bills, but then it's like, okay, but what is money? And it's like, well, money is just like energy.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. Money is energy, it's ability.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

That I feel like that's it's a piece of paper that is attributed on the belief that it holds value.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Do you realize that it's not an actual thing?

SPEAKER_03

It's a it's a belief you're handing you're handing each other belief.

Embodying True Frequency and Impact

SPEAKER_02

Right? And so when you realize that, okay, well, hold on a minute. I'm stuck in a survival mechanism of something that is just my belief. Well, now we can start to become a little more free of that. When you can tap into aspects of your own abundance, regardless of the environmental circumstances, when you can have and feel your fullest extent without anything reflecting in your environment to say, hey, you are, that is unconditional embodiment. You cannot have unconditional embodiment by saying, okay, these things are now saying that I have a lot of numbers in the bank account or on my app in my phone, and these things are saying I have a lot of clients, and these things are saying that I'm gonna be okay, et cetera, et cetera. Is that unconditional embodiment? Is that really holding the frequency that you came here to hold? No. So of course it means, okay, well, I've got to transcend those beliefs that no longer serve me, those beliefs that are holding me back from stepping into my full authenticity, my full impact. And it is not the person who is still holding on to a survival mentality that's gonna help the people that she feels eager, she feels called to help. And that's okay. You don't have to be your embodied self right now. That's the journey. That's okay. It's it's each step of the way, right? But it does mean that, okay, well, I acknowledge that there is something here to explore and that there is something that isn't in service of me, right? So yes, money is a great, a great challenge for the embodied light worker, mentor, coach, what have you, right? Because by letting go of that system, you can step into everything that you are meant for. And yes, you can do anything in this moment. You can you can monetize anything. So why do something that is not aligned with you? Money is a secondary outcome. So when you make it about money, then it's going to be about money. When you make it about your impact, money is no longer a factor. It doesn't matter. It's just a secondary outcome of you doing the primary thing. So just change what is your primary thing. I was willing to be on the street. I was willing to give up everything because creating this impact and helping the people and serving the people I'm serving now was more important to me than anything else. And so the pain of not having tried and given it my all was far greater than the discomfort of any unknown. As simple as that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's hard to feel into. Like, am I willing to give up everything?

SPEAKER_02

Like, yeah. Yeah. Well, you don't have to today.

SPEAKER_03

We don't have to, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

You don't have to.

SPEAKER_03

But it's just but maybe there's something and something in that experience that's important to surrender to.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. Because you're freeing yourself and you're stepping into such embodiment of your empowerment, saying, I don't need anything to be who I really am. I don't need anything to do what I really want to do. I am unconditional. I am completely independent of anyone or anything else. That is power. That is holding your true frequency. That was really, yeah, well, that that is the overall message that I wish to instill in everyone around the world. But of course, my main focus is the teachers because I believe if I can help all the teachers, they can go and share that with everyone else, and we can really create such a butterfly effect of shifting this world as we know it.

SPEAKER_03

Beautiful. Is there anything else you want to share that you feel like you didn't get?

SPEAKER_02

No, I I think any other message. I think this Yeah, no. Um this was an absolute beautiful conversation. I thoroughly enjoyed just diving into these deeper aspects and having this very collaborative and let's say even unplanned conversation. So I really appreciate you having me and uh it's been such a pleasure. Uh I would love to share with you and your audience though. So for those of you who are listening in, those who are coaches, facilitators, mentors, and just soul-led leaders, if you feel called to a mission, if you feel called to create an impact in this world, but you still feel you have these old patterns, these blocks preventing you from holding your fullest self and your greatest impact, and simply managing your nervous system ain't gonna cut it. So the same tools that got you to where you are now won't get you to your next level. So for everyone listening, I have something special for you, including you, Jessa, of course. I'll be giving you free access to my seven-day activate the power within challenge, which is a series of these live activations that my private clients paid good money for. But I'm really excited to share that with you all. And you will experience firsthand the power of Trans Q activations. Each day is only around 15 minutes, and it will help you tap into the readiness to hold the frequency of your next level of impact. And we receive so much powerful feedback from members who have completed those seven days because your power already exists. There's something, it's not something you must find or achieve outside of yourself. It is already there. You just simply have to embody it. And this is not just about you. This is something greater than yourself. This is the thing that you were born for, that you were meant for. And it's my mission to empower spiritual teachers, like I said, and leaders and help them maximize their impact so that we can create this butterfly effect to shift the consciousness of this planet. So I look forward to seeing you all on the inside. And again, Jessa, I really appreciate this conversation, this time. And if it's okay with you, we can share this uh link to the show notes and uh your your audience can grab it there.

SPEAKER_03

I'll link everything below and how to keep in contact with you or your other sites as well.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, brilliant. If people want to find out more about uh me or or transq, then they can also visit my website, uh theimpactexpansion.com. And there are also some other free resources there and stuff. So um yeah, but uh it's been an absolute pleasure.

SPEAKER_03

Awesome. Thank you so much.
