Mom-ish After Dark
Welcome to Mom-ish After Dark — where we say the quiet parts out loud and the loud parts… even louder. We’re talking motherhood, marriage, friendships, and the kind of hospital chaos that leaves you questioning your career, your sanity, and your husband’s ability to load a dishwasher correctly. If you’ve ever fantasized about running away to Target alone, considered faking a mild illness for a break, or thought “there’s no way this is my life”… congratulations, you’re one of us. Grab a drink, hide from your responsibilities, and press play. We won’t judge. We’re doing the same thing.
Mom-ish After Dark
Stomach Bugs, Dog Chaos, and Rage Baiting Men
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Something about parenting turns the smallest moment into a full-blown story. We start with the kind of weekend a lot of families know too well: a stomach bug making the rounds, germs everywhere, and the oddly specific chaos of trying to keep one kid healthy while someone else is violently sick. From there, we get into everyday “mom confessions” like pet food theft, high chair messes, and the travel-with-a-baby reality nobody can truly prep you for including the hard lesson that swim diapers do what they do and absolutely do not do what you wish they did.
Then we take a sharp left into pop culture, because sometimes a documentary or podcast grabs your brain and won’t let go. We talk about the Love Trapped podcast and how manipulation, false claims, and court drama can leave you furious in your car. We also dig into Netflix’s Maternal Instinct and the terrifying truth behind fetal abduction, plus what it’s like to realize a “rare” crime is still very real. It’s messy, emotional, and the kind of conversation that makes you want to text every friend you have.
Work stress ties it all together. We unpack on-call anxiety, night shift burnout, and the way overstimulation follows you home when you’re a nurse and a parent. We also get honest about mom guilt, postpartum body changes, and why confidence can weirdly grow in your 30s even when life feels louder than ever.
If you like a funny, unfiltered motherhood podcast that mixes parenting humor with real working-mom truth, hit subscribe, share with a friend who needs the laugh, and leave us a review. What part of the conversation felt the most relatable to you?
If you loved hanging out with us, don’t forget to follow, rate, and share this with your group chat or your favorite mom friend.
send us your stories, your chaos, your hot takes… we’re here for all of it.
And remember… we’re all just out here doing our best—and sometimes that means surviving on caffeine and vibes.

Welcome And Weekend Check-In
SPEAKER_03Hi guys, welcome to Mommish, your weekly yap session. I'm Gabby. I'm Katie. I'm Taylor. And this is Momish.
SPEAKER_01Welcome back. Welcome back, guys. With no men here today. Yes, it's just the gals, so hope you're not disappointed because it's our show. They're just guests. One and done. Yeah. No, we might have him back. Adam seems to think we're doing the July 4th. He said it on the way he did. I said we'll be back on July 4th. He loves that. He wasn't planned involved. Yeah. So yeah, anyway. So how's everybody's week? Well, weekend. Oh, you had a rough weekend.
SPEAKER_02Wait, what happened? Isla has a stomach bug, maybe.
SPEAKER_04Oh God.
SPEAKER_02It's rough out there. And by the grace of God, thank God Charlie does not have it somehow. Dylan obviously got it. He gets everything.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. Like, does he lick your children? Because you don't ever, like, you're the mom. You'd think that you would be the first person. I've worked in Page for almost seven years.
SPEAKER_02Your immune system is tall. My first, yeah. My first two years in PEEDS, I was sick for two years. Oh no.
SPEAKER_03That was us when we first started taking Bowie to daycare. Adam was sick every week with him.
SPEAKER_01I think we're just used to being around a disgusting amount of germs. And I am, I'm probably people that I work with probably think I'm gross because I'm I will like, I don't care. I I mean I wash my hands and stuff at work, obviously. But where are you going with this? Like this girl that I work with, I love her, but she literally was eating Cheetos the other day with a fork. No, she brought chopsticks. She had like chop like plastic ones. All right. And she's she's like, I'm not licking my fingers here. This is the gross hospital. I was like, I've licking Cheetos, I'm licking them damn fingers. You know what I mean? But I need the extra cheese. You're like, see you merch up with them. Yeah. I don't know. So I think I have like I'm a really great immune system because of my because I'm not like a germaphobe.
SPEAKER_03Oh, I am. Oh, you are. But I'm not gonna eat Cheetos with chopsticks at work. It was honestly really funny to watch.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Oh, I just I don't know why I clued into that's what she was doing. Yeah, so I was like, I started dying.
SPEAKER_01I started dying laughing. I'm like, what are you doing? And she's like, I'm not licking my fingers. So that so I was like, why not use a glove? Yeah. Bring chocolate gloves. A gloves to work wash your hands.
SPEAKER_03Have you seen people eat literally wings at work with gloves on? I'm like, I don't know, the sensation sensory thing.
SPEAKER_01I mean, I would be boneless, but I don't eat bone and wings anyway.
SPEAKER_02So I like a good chicken nugget. Speaking of bone and wings.
SPEAKER_00The
Dogs, Leftovers, And High Chair Mess
SPEAKER_00segue.
SPEAKER_02I'm driving here and Dylan calls me and he's like, hey, tell me you put those chicken thighs away, right? And I was like, no. What chicken thighs? Where were they? The chicken thighs we made for dinner. There was four or five left over. An olive stupid bitch. She did. She didn't. And the plate in the exact same spot. Wow. And I'm like, I know it was an Otis because his he's an angel. You know, well, his bum leg can't hold him up.
SPEAKER_01He's like, I can't get these olive. Get me one. That's one perk to having little dogs is that unless it's on the floor, it ain't, they can't get it.
SPEAKER_03No, Stevie will push the high chair to like like she stands up on the high chair once he's gone to everything and it moves. I'm like, girl, how many times do I gotta tell you to stop?
SPEAKER_01Gil's so bad. He like our high chair, you can like make it higher and lower, so he lowers it every time so he doesn't have to wipe the high chair out. So the dogs just eat the like gnashed disgustingness that crew leads to.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I get it.
SPEAKER_01And then you go through and and we wonder why Winston is such a fucking fat turd. Anybody have a mom confession this week?
Travel With Kids And Diaper Fails
SPEAKER_03Kind of. I mean, we just so we went to Florida for the weekend and he does fine on flights. Always on the way there. He does great. On the way back, it's always a little bit rough. I will say I probably should have changed his diaper right before we but luckily he didn't have a blowout, he just peed everywhere and it got on me and Adam.
SPEAKER_01That's the second one in the last two weeks that you've been peed on.
SPEAKER_03Well up on the It was a five. I think we just changed it too early, and then we didn't change it again.
SPEAKER_01But the swim diaper. So yeah, Gabby and I went to the pool a couple like what was it last week? Last Monday, she got him changed at my house and earlier and then I should have. She was premature. I don't think she didn't know that swim diapers only hold turds. I mean, I do, but I just was like, What'll we find? We're yeah, whatever.
SPEAKER_03Like we didn't even get into the car and he peed on her.
SPEAKER_01As soon as you mentioned it, he was like, actually, I have to pee on.
SPEAKER_03He said, Mom, hold it. Yeah, hold on, beach. My thing about swim diapers though, so you know, if you're putting like I mean, I guess you're not putting a newborn in the pool, but some people I feel like they do. I did. Yeah, I don't know.
SPEAKER_01We were on their beach trip last year, but crew in the water. He didn't like that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you're right, we did. Yeah. Okay, but if you're putting them in a swim diaper, newborn's shit liquid anyway.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So you're telling me the swim diaper.
SPEAKER_01That's it's still like I feel like it's liquidy. No, it's like I feel like it's still containable. Yeah, it's still one of those, like if it's I see what you're saying now. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if it was like water, which like diarrhea. Like not just diarrhea, like just water, which is what my patient had the other night. It was literally the worst thing ever. That's when it would probably leak out besides. But you know, poop is you know, even baby poop or newborn poop is like containable to a diet.
SPEAKER_03I guess just my brain was like so I feel like we've been talking about shit a lot shit for too long at this point. Some people just don't want to ask these questions. So you know I'm asking for them.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So yeah, you asked the hard questions. So these new moms out there, it's things you have to learn when they happen. Trial and error, man. I mean nobody tells you. Yeah. It was stuff that I tried with Noah and I realized that he was either like not necessary or didn't work. Yeah. Second go-round. But then there's things there's new things with crew. He's a boy, so I'm like, all these different things that I know now if I had another boy. Yeah. The penis thing. It was wild. That was hard for me in the beginning to like manage.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Adam's like, put it down in the diaper. Don't keep it up. I was like, I don't have a PP. Yeah, I'm sorry. This is new. This is new for me.
SPEAKER_02Like, I don't have to put anything anywhere. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03My pants on. Yeah. I didn't know you'd have to tuck it down.
SPEAKER_01So speaking of that, I don't know if you guys have ever noticed this, but now if you haven't, I'm gonna say this and it's gonna be the only thing that you think of from
Pop Culture Rabbit Holes Get Weird
SPEAKER_01now on. So drum rule. Just wait. So we were watching, you know, the Chryslies, the two the mom and dad that got put in prison and then they got pardoned by Trump or whatever. Oh. So they have this like new reality show called The Chryslies Back to Reality. So I was up all night because I like took my vibe ants like a dumbass, like in the middle of the day yesterday. Because I slept after work, but I was watching grandpa, which is not Julie's parents. They're in this show, and he's obnoxious. But the one thing I could not stop staring at, and it was bothering me to no end, is he's one of those like really overweight old men that sits with their legs spread apart and they're like fupa, which like I guess a I don't know what you call it. A man fupa. A moopa. It's like a fat upper penis area. So I guess it's still a fupa. It's just you changed the pee. But he was sitting like and it was like kind of spilling over into in between his legs, like touching the couch. And then like his you could see his balls, like also through his shorts.
SPEAKER_02Oh. And so I'm just like did production not edit this out? That's it though. Like, how many people did this go through? Yeah. How many people are standing there watching this be recorded? I guess they probably were like a solid.
SPEAKER_01That's just this makes reality. Like, that is the reality, is like this is him. And yeah, so it was like more like raw and unedited, not like unedited, but it was like, you know, the Chris Lee's uh show was more scripted, I feel like. And this is like strange, like more. This is like interviews. But I had to go, I was like, I fucking hate this man. And he and then I was just like, now I can't stop looking at his ball set, just like camel toeing it. And the freaking yeah. I had a doctor that used to come in there and like sit on the stool, and like his balls would be like spilling over the front of the stool. And I'm like, I can't take this. Like he was a foot doctor, and I'm like, I can't take you seriously. Like, get out here. Can you please leave? Yeah, I can't stop staring down there. Yeah. So penises weird. Yeah. Anyway, weird organ. I hate that it's the organ that we have to use to reproduce with. It's like not cute. You know what I mean? I don't know. I feel like they should God should have been like, let's give them something to pretty to look at. It's kind of like weird. It's all about the mechanism.
SPEAKER_02It's all about the function, not aesthetic. That's not a stuff. Gabby, did you listen to Love Trapped yet?
SPEAKER_03No. Oh my girl. I can't listen. I can't do anything on a plane. You know, like prior to kids, you would like have your podcast ready to go, have your Kindle. Adam's like, you bring your Kindle. I'm like, how am I gonna read on a plane? What's the point? Like with what passing him in between.
SPEAKER_01Clearly, we know who the primary parent is. If you have a podcast ready, you have not experienced what it's like to have a child on a plane.
SPEAKER_03I said I haven't read in about 11 months. So no, I'm not bringing my card.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, you're such a book queen.
SPEAKER_03I know. I yeah. Now that I'm at this new job, I not that I read at my last job, but like in downtime I did. Now I don't have to do anything. That night shift was. Well, I can't now.
SPEAKER_01Honestly, lately it's been terrible.
SPEAKER_02Yeah,
On-Call Stress And Night Shift Reality
SPEAKER_02not it. Haven't had time to do anything. I'm getting called in, man. Are you really? Yeah. Are you kidding me?
SPEAKER_03See, I can't take well, I love on call if I did have it, but getting called in would give me anxiety. Like it makes me like I'm a couple of things. How long do you have an hour?
SPEAKER_02I didn't technically get called in yet, but it's gonna come. Well, like I'm gonna get called in at some point. Yeah. So what we're talking about, I I'm sorry, from work an hour into my shift, and they've already let me know I'm gonna get called in, which is just a worst feeling because you're like just waiting and waiting and waiting. But still, I would take it rather than being to work an hour ago.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and also like the earlier the better. I get so much anxiety when I'm on call that I can't sleep. So in some charges, like if it's like 3 a.m., they're like, I'm not I will figure it out.
SPEAKER_02I won't call anybody past like midnight.
SPEAKER_01This one girl I used to work with told me she got called in at like 4 30 p.m. Oh, absolutely not. This was during the day, at least, but still, she literally was called in to take a patient and then they didn't even come.
SPEAKER_03Oh, see, that would send me over the edge.
SPEAKER_01She's libbed just after anymore.
SPEAKER_03She she put her notice. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I would have she was literally 100% no. I would have been so mad. I'm like, if there's not a physical patient in Don't call me in. Don't call me in. Don't call me in.
SPEAKER_03One time they called this girl in, and she, you know, there's usually the hour mark where you have to get in to your actual physical job site. She didn't even come in on time. We were setting settling the patient in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and by that time, which is usually what happens, I feel like, because they're like, but then by the time they come up and you get there, they're already there.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and everything's done.
SPEAKER_02And I'm like, for the most part, you guys are still surviving.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah, the place is not on fire. How about that? Yeah, I don't. It's like you have the hour or whatever, but like I live an hour away. Yeah. It's gonna be more than an hour, babe. Just like you know. Yeah, I'm definitely stopping from McDonald's. Yeah, oh yeah. Taking time. I'm taking my sweet time. Mickey D's Starbucks. That's why you come in with five bags. I don't know. I don't take that. I try not to, unless I'm just like having a really bad night. I or my bad stuff. I have the inability to say no.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_01I can't. I can't say no. Typically, unless like I mean like exhausted or I'm having a bad stretch or something, it's a good one. Yeah, I wouldn't take it if it was like night two. Yeah, no. I would never do it.
SPEAKER_02First or second? Yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But anyway, back to what I was saying like forever ago.
The Love Trapped Story Breakdown
SPEAKER_02A Love Trapped podcast, you need to listen to it. It's insane. It is the only podcast that I've listened to that I am getting so physically mad driving in the car. Oh, yeah, it's wild. You stupid bitch.
SPEAKER_01She is terrible. It also gives you a different perspective as a woman. Like, I know we are like typically like, oh, nobody ever believes the woman. Like when women scream sexual assault or whatever and they they always side with the guy. Well, in this case, I guess the state of Arizona steals on it.
SPEAKER_02So a little background. It's about this lady that basically she traps these men. She either dates them or hooks up with them.
SPEAKER_01It's happened four times. It comes out that she's done it four different times, and she gets reads restraining orders on each of these guys.
SPEAKER_02She well, first she claims that she's pregnant by them and then can't produce like actual evidence that she is pregnant. Oh, and like most of these guys seem like very decent people that they're like, okay, like what do you need? What do you think?
SPEAKER_03Like want to help and be involved.
SPEAKER_02Right. But she can't provide information. And then she starts claiming like rape and domestic violence and like harassing these people. That is just the start of it. It's insane. It is like it is insane.
SPEAKER_03It's like she don't tell me the end.
SPEAKER_01Is there an end? It is. I haven't listened to it. Like the thing is, is that like Clayton Eckers, the Bachelor or whatever, the most hated bachelor or whatever. I didn't watch, don't watch The Bachelor, but he poor guy, man. Oh, yeah. You have to listen to it. She fucking like they never even had sex. And she so he's like physically impossible. But she blew him and caught the load in her mouth. So and then she like ran into the bathroom. So he was like genuinely like, okay, she could have like turkey basted herself, like a fucking sociopath. Um the hell is wrong, but it's insane. Yeah, you gotta watch it. Insane. This woman is terrible. She is the worst kind of person. Oh, but yeah, and she's it turns out she's an insane person in other ways.
SPEAKER_03Speaking of insane people, have you seen now that we're on the you know trend of social media culture pop yes, that's
Maternal Instinct And Fetal Abduction
SPEAKER_03pop culture. Maternal instinct on Netflix.
SPEAKER_02We talked about Dylan won't watch it with me. He said I have to watch it by myself. Why? He said things like that just make them like Okay. Oh yeah, I thought we talked about this. No, we talked about the crash last time.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay. But apparently, so I know that's the premise of fetal abduction. I watched it the other day. So I was down a rabbit hole because every documentary I watch, I start going down the rabbit hole. And on TikTok, this girl just randomly popped up and she's like, I am also a survivor of fetal abduction.
SPEAKER_01So apparently, fetal abduction is like where a psycho bitch cuts out cuts the baby out of you. And if they actually have any anatomy skills at all, then you could potentially survive. Sounds like this girl survived.
SPEAKER_03I think she got to the point where the girl didn't I don't know, I didn't watch the whole story, but it just opened my eyes to oh my like holy fucking shit, this is a real thing. Yeah. I had no idea.
SPEAKER_02So this girl It's like all about like a maternal instinct. Yeah. I remember reading about the case, like maybe when it was happening when did it happen? Uh 2020 during COVID. Okay, so I do remember hearing about it like in real time. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I mean, so the story is the girl is a psychopath as well. Well, yeah. So she's like definitely a stage five clinger. Her friend, but the main girl that isn't on death row still. Yeah, so she uh meets sweet sweet Wade, dumb as a box of hair. I think so. I think oblivion is just like, you know, doesn't, you know, all jokes decide. We said, like, Adam Hawaii, you like how when did you find out that women had more than one hole? But like this guy looks like this guy's on the bottom. Just like this girl comes into his life and she's already got two kids, full speed ahead. Like, I love you, like let's get married. She's like real quick, trying to get saying she has this inheritance and she's gonna buy this property, and then she comes out that she's pregnant. And long story short, his family and friends were like, something doesn't smell right here. And there's all this like weirdness, and she sent like his friend's wife a picture of a sonogram or like blood work saying she was pregnant, and the date said 2016. Yeah, and it was like 2021 or something like that. And so she like immediately, like 30 seconds later, when she was called out for it, was like, Oh, the hospital made a massage. I mean, it's like rural Texas, I think. Come on, I'm not saying that small town people are minded, but it was like a very small town. And so anyway, it gets out somehow that she's pregnant, and her former friends are like, Hey, we know she's not pregnant because she had a hysterectomy. Oh, and so it goes from there. But anyway, I mean you gotta watch it. I don't want to spoil it. Yeah, it's a well, I know what she did. Yeah, yeah. So she befriended this girl, she she became a photographer, a wedding photographer, befriended this poor girl, did a whole like stage fodd clinger with a friend. It reminds me of someone we used to know that like it was just love bombed her, and was this girl was I don't think she had a lot of friends, and she, you know, like she just picked the perfect villa and just love bombed her, pulled her in, and she found out so shortly after that she was pregnant. And this girl had obviously led this this ruse that she was pregnant for so long, but didn't think enough if far in advance what she was like to do. Yeah, so she's 10 months pregnant at the end and doesn't have and everybody's like, where's this baby at? Yeah. And so anyway, yeah, this poor girl. Yeah, I need to watch it. Yeah, I tried to get Dylan to watch it the other day, and he uh I watched it by myself, but I could totally watch it again with Gil. But I will watch and report back. Yeah, let us know it. Back to I think we were doing our mom confessions.
Authenticity, Husbands, And Public Speaking
SPEAKER_01Also, who else was annoyed at the fact that all the guys were trying to keep us on like such a tight schedule?
SPEAKER_02Schedule, I was like, no, this is how it goes.
SPEAKER_01We don't know what we're gonna talk about.
SPEAKER_02We just like every time we would we have rough topics, yeah, and then we just go from there.
SPEAKER_01That's right. And that's that's what authenticity looks like, folks. Like, this is not my fucking interview. They were so it was cute.
SPEAKER_02Like, they're so we need to answer question number two. Yeah, yeah. No, Dylan was um Gilded go. And I'm like, Gil's gonna get his chance. Adam's gonna get his chance. We will circle back somehow.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, they were so it's so cute.
SPEAKER_01I mean, they're so excited. Oh, they were excited, but they also you would think that they would have been like obviously Dylan was natural, but I felt like Gil was a little more like you said, guys said, like I thought he would be a little more like chat lively and chatty, but he came with the wisdom, like he didn't really care. Yeah, he comes in, like he will pull it out of his back pocket and bro. Where's this coming from? Ben. Yeah, no, he's uh he's he was he's very well spoken. And I yeah, I said that to him. We were listening to part of it yesterday with two children. We it's always like increments. We have to listen to those. You really killed it with some of your answers. And he goes, Well, you know, I was best radio voice or whatever. Yeah, so he was on a radio show in college. What? Yeah, we're learning so much about I know. Gil's like has so many different like lives. Other lives as well.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so you guys. I mean, I was you know, I have other fun facts about multiple lives as well.
SPEAKER_01Herban's story is my favorite, I think, this thus far. But I am excited to hear more. But yes, he was like, Well, you know, I was top radio host of the year at my college.
SPEAKER_02How would I have known that? Yeah, it's like you've done this before.
SPEAKER_01Yes, obviously, kid has a voice for radio, and he has just he's a natural public speaking, is like where he thrives. I literally just doing your speech at your wedding, Taylor and I, I had to be hammered. Yeah, I had to take a Xanax and what? Oh yeah. Public speaking, I would rather die. Yeah. It's well you guys agree. Yeah, Taylor is she is better at it than I am. I mean and I'm not great. She's yeah, I'm not I can do it. But the thing is, is that I will spiral about it mentally. You can still do it. It's not natural. No. Gil will be like, oh, I have to do this thing for, you know, I have to go to this and work thing that and I have to like do a presentation. And I was like, oh, like, are you gonna prepare? No.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. One time I was at a work meeting, it was like their end of year. Dylan got called and they're like, Dun, if you would just like, you know, say a few words. Say a few words and do your presentation just to wrap up the year. And I could tell by his look, he was like not expecting it. Stood up and gave a full 10-minute presentation. And I'm sitting there like, oh my gosh, he's not prepared. Is he okay?
SPEAKER_03That is my worst nightmare. Yeah. Public speaking.
SPEAKER_02My answer would be like, no, thank you. Yeah. I'll pass. Good job, everybody.
SPEAKER_01Thanks for coming. I'm enjoying the food. My mom, she can vouch for this that in the 10th grade, she tried to get me out of a presentation for at first school because I was had so much anxiety over it. Obviously, I'm medicated now. It's still not that much better.
SPEAKER_02Public speaking is scary. It's it is. Some people got it, some people don't. I mean, that's why they're people that don't.
SPEAKER_01That's why there's a college course on it. And I was like, I would rather take fucking physics than public speaking.
SPEAKER_03100%. I had to take public speaking in high school.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, just because you take the class doesn't mean you're good at it. It just means they make you do it. They force me.
SPEAKER_03I was like, I didn't sign up for this. They're like, well, you there's nothing else you can put in there. I'll take a drop. I'll just get my GED and call it quits. You know what?
SPEAKER_01I don't even need to go to school, actually. I think I'm gonna become a fucking deep sea fisherman at this point. Oh my god. Another fear. If I no, I would rather be stuck on a boat with them like fucking, what is that, deadliest catch? Be out there with them fucking toothless alcoholics trying to catch crabs than do a public speaking class. I love that like if that's where your career didn't work out, that's what you would go do. I just watched an episode of it the other night because it came up, Gil leaves the TV on all the time, and it, you know, it turned on on Hulu. Once this show is over, it'll like go to the next thing. And yeah.
SPEAKER_02So Deadly's catch was all the first front of the thing. Lady's like rethinking her life choice.
SPEAKER_03Lady's going to buy rain boots or whatever they wear on the boat. It's like you guys ever
SPEAKER_01Try fishing? Ever like think about being a deep sea crab fisherman?
SPEAKER_03No, I don't like the sea.
SPEAKER_01Alaskan king crab? That shit's expensive. Or the tuna. What does that show before? Is it big tuna?
SPEAKER_03No, I mean that's from like the office. No, there's called the thing.
SPEAKER_02There is a show about There is about tuna. Getting I gotta ask Gil. I think in a past episode we talked about this. Like, hey, what would you do if you weren't a nurse? And your answer has now changed. I think it might, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I think for the longest time I've been like anti-TV in the bedroom because I don't like it on in the middle of the night, because I don't like waking up and like not knowing what the fuck is on the TV. And it just wakes me up because I'm a light sleeper. But now, so Gil starts like with one show, which is like obviously not my genre of preference when it comes to television. But he was watching when we fell asleep, it was the Duck Dynasty people. Uh wake up this morning and it's like some alligator catching people. And I'm like, Oh yeah, like I know that show. I don't know what it was called, but I was like, I'm turning this off, but uh not after I watched it for like 20 minutes. I used to like that show. This is kind of exciting. So I'm like, are they gonna catch him? Are they gonna get this alligator? And I was just what do we do with that? And I'm like, you know what? Like, what a different life these people lead than us. Yes. Oh, yeah. And like I want to have one of them on the podcast to see what their perspective on life is. Like, do you have kids? Like, do you do you know you have kids? I think the I think do the same business.
SPEAKER_03Like they they learn how to catch kids.
SPEAKER_01Like, what a str like a stressful life, like if you don't catch the skater, and then they like lost track of each other on this in the like bayou of Louisiana, and they're like, if we don't get the skater on ice in the next 15 minutes, like that's like hundreds of dollars down the drain. And I'm like, what a stressful life. I know exactly what show you're talking about. This gator was like season three, episode two.
SPEAKER_03My dad used to watch this with me a lot.
SPEAKER_01Well, our husbands are best friends, so I feel like their uh choice of television is probably similar. So that's uh but anyway, I digress. Didn't anyone else got a mom? Oh yeah, let's move back to our original topic. Let's stay on schedule, ladies.
SPEAKER_02Right, right, right. Stay on topic, please, and I'll let you know when it's your turn to speak. Uh no, I don't have a mom confession. We've just been in the trenches this week or this weekend. Just so much throw up. I look at some. I don't I'm starting to think that maybe Dylan was patient zero and passed it to her. That's probably it. He's always patient zero.
SPEAKER_01Well, Dylan goes to the office, right?
SPEAKER_02Sometimes. He didn't last week. But yeah, I don't really know where it came from. At first I was like, oh, it's something she ate because all of us were fine. And then when Dylan was screamed throwing up in the bathroom, I was like, oh, there it is.
SPEAKER_01Do you ever like I don't know if anybody's like a a good thrower up or like that like looks good, but Dylan is probably one of the most like it's like violent to watch. It's like so loud.
SPEAKER_02It's so loud and it's so much, it's so dramatic. He always we don't all need to know that you're throwing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, he always so picks like the craziest places, like the water slide a couple years ago. And then your friend, yeah. I know she's out there somewhere, but I think that was kind of the end of your friendship after she slid through Dylan's vomit after he threw up on the water slide.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. Let me tell you the Adam content for today. Ooh. About throwing up. We had the Memorial Day party at your house, Taylor, one year, and all the guys got trashed. Dylan was mad about pasta salad. What? I think. Do you remember that? He was mad about pasta salad. Gil was passed out on the couch or something. This is it was like red punch.
SPEAKER_01This is ringing a bell for me.
SPEAKER_03I remember. I was probably also trash. Adam came home, and this was after I deep cleaned our bathroom, threw up red everywhere. Everywhere. And then claimed I poisoned. Poisoned him. He's like, Did you poison me? I said no, motherfucker. You're drunk. This is alcohol poisoning.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Like, the fuck? Are you an infant? Why can't you throw up in the toilet? Like, did I need to bring a change of clothes?
SPEAKER_03Although he could come back with plenty of stuff.
SPEAKER_01I guess if it comes on really quickly, but so like you guys make fun of me, but this is why I prepare by sleeping on the floor of a bathroom because I know it's gonna happen. So I make pr prior arrangements so that it'll make a huge mess.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I do too. You put the little trash can right next to your bed. I'm not a big thrower-up.
SPEAKER_01Are you anything? You have no bodily functions. I'm not a hundred percent sure. A little jealous. A little jealous. I feel like you're on AI. Are you saying are you robot?
SPEAKER_03She probably didn't poop on a team. She barely pees.
SPEAKER_01I barely ever see her pee. I've I've seen you pee once. Yeah. Once. Maybe twice. Yeah. She doesn't pee. She doesn't poop. She doesn't fart. She does, she burped once. So I did hear that on the she we got that on the recording. That's true. That was my thing. I made sure I left that one in. So I was like, we gotta document this shit.
SPEAKER_02Remember that one time that we were in Austin and Katie had a couple drinks. More than a couple, I'm sure. And she did her usual where she falls asleep in the bathroom.
SPEAKER_01And somebody closed the door and turned the lights on. I know who it wasn't somebody, it was someone, but I won't mention her name. But she has the same name as someone in this room. And it wasn't me and Taylor.
SPEAKER_02Well, yeah, she closed her in the bathroom, shut the lights off, and closed the door. So Katie wakes up definitely thinks she was like a done. I thought I was blind. That's how that's hair from you.
SPEAKER_01This is how cupcake feels. Every day. I mean, no, I genuinely woke up at like 4 a.m. It's dead silent. Can't find my way out of a fucking bathroom. And it's like, you know, I'm gonna do it.
SPEAKER_03When it's super pitch black too, and you're like banging around.
SPEAKER_01And you're like, where the fuck am I? Like, why can't I see? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Y'all,
When Work Calls Mid-Recording
SPEAKER_02I'm gonna have to dip out from this week's episode. This is wild. Are you leaving right this second? Because I got called in to work. Okay. Definitely get a McDouble on the way. Terrible, guys.
SPEAKER_01Terrible. That's so annoying. Sorry. No, it's okay. I hope you have an easy time. That's not worth the call out now, but I don't give a fuck. That's so annoying. Okay, well, wish me back at work.
SPEAKER_03Bye for now.
SPEAKER_01Bye, guys. And we're back. Alright. Yeah, so sorry about that, guys. Taylor had to dip out because her stupid work her into work, which this is why That's why it's hard being a night.
SPEAKER_03It's hard being a working person.
SPEAKER_01It's hard being a working any person, dad, whatever, but working night shift.
SPEAKER_03I just, you know, when you work night shift, well, obviously you know, but when I used to work night shift, the only thing I didn't like about it is feeling like I had to wake my patients up in the middle of the night to like do an assessment. You know what I'm talking about? Well for the ones that are awake.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's why I hated neuro because you have to wake them up. Maybe that's for it. Well, like, you know, working in like a pulmonary ICU, like Mickey and stuff, but like if I don't have a neuro patient, I'm waking them up.
SPEAKER_03But you know, like with neuro, I know I just felt so bad. I'm like, I'm sorry it's 4 a.m., but I have to wake you up every two hours.
SPEAKER_01Don't had a patient this past weekend that was there for she had a stroke, but it was clearly a coke stroke, which like I don't know if you know this people, but don't do that much. Don't do cocaine because it can cause a stroke. Yeah. She was like trying to talk to the patient and she's just like, I don't do drugs. And it's like, if you're lying to your nurse, then like you're probably not ready for this conversation. Yeah, we're just gonna, I'm just gonna leave the room slowly and back out. Okay, well, your urine drug screen says otherwise, but okay. I don't know. Yeah. That's why I don't take call, really, unless like I know for a fact they're not going to call me in because there's nothing more that I hate is being called in.
SPEAKER_03Oh no. Yeah. And like, I don't know, just having your bag ready to go or like staying up all night. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's the thing is like you're stressed out about getting called in. And some people they're like, oh, I just put leave scrubs in the car, like I still like live my life. And I'm like, I can't. Nah, no.
SPEAKER_03Because I'll get called in at the grocery store at 8 p.m. Yeah. And you're gonna be like in the middle of something. But or like in the middle of a workout and you're sweating, you're like, so yeah, I guess like I'm gonna do it.
SPEAKER_01If I lived close by, it would be different. But like since I have such a long drive. So we miss her, but we're Gabby and I are gonna we're gonna roll. We're gonna roll with it and finish, finish strong for our girl. She's here in spirit. You becoming a fisherman. Oh yeah. Crab fisherman. I guess what do you call that? A crab woman. A crab lady. I don't know. I don't like that. That doesn't have a good a good ring to it, but do you have a mom confession?
Overstimulation, Mom Guilt, And Survival Mode
SPEAKER_01You know, I feel like every day of my life is a mom confession is a mom confession in itself because my kids overstimulate me so much. And I don't know if it's because I'm like tired from work or if it's just who I am as a person. But yeah, like Noah is just like she's up here right now with me. Like I just like she's just every time I turn around, it's needy, needy, needy. I need this, like that. Like it's just really hard because you know, we work in a job where everyone needs everyone needs you. Oh yeah. And then you get home and everybody needs you. And so I don't know.
SPEAKER_03It's hard to like take a moment. I don't want to say take moment for yourself, but uh take a moment to like stop what you're doing instead of you know, you're at work, it's go, go, go, and then you come home and it's the same thing. And sometimes I'm I can't stop. So you're just going. I know. And yeah, gil's always like, sit down, like relax.
SPEAKER_01I'm like, I can't. You don't understand. It's embedded in my soul. I can't. And I feel like I'm not. And that's also just like I think women in general, like we just kind of feel like we're supposed to be doing something. Yeah. And that we're not, if we're not, then we're somehow failing someone. Like the mom guilt. Yeah. There you go. The mom guilt back rearing its ugly head.
SPEAKER_03I will say I did appreciate hearing the guys about their dad guilt because I feel like we don't think I don't know, like I'm I don't think about it as much. And of course they have some guilt, but you we don't guys don't talk about their feelings as much.
SPEAKER_01I think that they don't talk about their feelings as much. And also historically, men dads were women are just kind of more like design by design, like built to feel guilty and like they have that emotional and like, you know, our kids grow inside of us. And like I know that our husbands and our dads have an emotional attachment to us, and they like but it's just a different different. Yeah, and I think that now our husbands and like millennial dads are more involved. I think that they can kind of understand that side of it where they feel guilty. They're like, you know, I don't want to be away from my kids. I don't want and back our parents or when our parents' parents were parents. When they were younger parents. Yeah, like dad was like that was the raised the kids and the dad worked. So like there wasn't that like they they were like, I'm doing my job.
SPEAKER_03They had the traditional roles, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And it wasn't really like something that would register for them to be feeling guilty because they're like, no, I'm fulfilling my job.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Back to oh, about the whole over stimulated thing. I will say on my I guess whoever's listening out there, my Lux approach journey, because I went from raw dogging postpartum life to not less. And I will say the over stimulation has gotten I don't know if I maybe the patience is Yeah, I mean maybe I'm like, yeah, whatever. I don't scream on the plane, what do I care? Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like if I'm well rested, I feel like my my fuse is so much longer. And I think that like that's my biggest thing is that I'm I'm so tired a lot of the time. And that's why I'm like, I don't I hate working like and having short stretches, short days, amount of days off because it takes you like a full two like for me, like three to five business days. Yeah, the older I get, it the longer it takes me for to recover from a stretch of nightshess. So today I couldn't fall asleep last night because I fucking took vibance in the middle of the day. And so then today I've slept till like two o'clock. And I felt so bad about it. Like, girl was just like, I know you were ups up all night, like blah, blah, blah. But I wake up and like immediately Noah's just like, Mom, mom, mom, let's go to the pool. Like, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, bro, am I? Hold on.
SPEAKER_03So I was like, no, shut up.
SPEAKER_01And I felt bad because I'm just like, I don't want her to hear that voice in her head when she's an adult or for me saying these things, but damn, girl. You're like, let me open my eyes first. Yeah. Like, it's it's hard. Relax. And she's like, Can I do this? Can I have that? Can I eat this? Can I, you know, it's just then crew's like, meh, you know, and it's just uh constant. But it's just it is so. I think one of these days, night shift is going to have to be over for me or something, or we're gonna have to like invest in a full-time nanny or something. It's too much.
SPEAKER_03Night shift is I mean, I don't know how you're still doing it, but well after a while I couldn't keep my eyes open at work, and I was like, I don't think I safely can be in like I just can't do it anymore.
SPEAKER_01I liked it. Not being medicated, I felt like it would probably be a lot harder. Yeah. So there's that. How's that aspect?
SPEAKER_03Let's close my eyes at 4 a.m. for some.
SPEAKER_01I mean, I do see it's uh the PACU sounds pretty nice because they just fucking sleep in there. Wow unless they get like a level one to the OR, they are just back there sleeping. I'm like, what am I doing? That's wild. I'm working across the hall because the Pac U is right across the hall. You're like, hello. I'm like, uh, what am I doing over here? Like just having to stay awake.
SPEAKER_03I was so close to taking a PACU job, and part of me wishes I took it. But I've heard PACU is is nice.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and like that when I left to do like that surgery center job, that was kind of the mindset I was thinking that was what it's gonna be, and that was not so weird. Well, it was different because like it wasn't a PACU, it was a surgery center. So we it was just a very fast-paced and short story, yeah. It was eye surgery, so like it was like 10 minute recovery. Oh, yeah, it was cranking the mat. Yeah, not the same as like a pack you where you're recovering someone from general anesthesia. Yeah. So, and working in the hospital is different than working in like outpatient surgery.
SPEAKER_03That's true.
SPEAKER_01So I'm not opposed to that, but I of also I'm like more more interested in leaving like direct patient care.
Nursing Career Options And Pandemic Flashbacks
SPEAKER_01I am like, I want to do like something behind a screen.
SPEAKER_03I mean, that's the beauty. I was talking to my coworker about this. That's the beauty about nursing, is how many different things you have. And I think me and her were talking, we're like, I don't think people who are not in nursing, they don't get it in a way. Because I've I mean, I don't feel like I've stayed at a job longer than like three years because I mean, in the past at bedside I did, but yeah, these new different types of roles that I've been in, I was like, actually, I hate this. I can't do it.
SPEAKER_01And that's the thing is with any nursing job, you can't you shouldn't be just like miserable in the job. There's too many opportunities, there's too many different types of stuff. So much different stuff I didn't even know about. My mom, when I like was thinking about going to nursing school, she got me this book that was like a hundred different like nursing jobs, and she's like talking it up so much. And damn it, like I wish you're like I wish I had done something else. I mean, I will say I'm thankful for job security during a global pandemic when other people lost their jobs. Fair. We were obviously in the fucking eye of the storm. However, that was wild. I had money and that that pandemic, I definitely uh cashed in on that being a travel nurse, but I missed those days.
SPEAKER_03That's the only thing I missed that money.
SPEAKER_01That's the only thing I miss about a global pandemic is that fucking hazard pay mix.
SPEAKER_03And the roads, no cars on the road. Oh yes, no cars. I got to work like I lived maybe 15-20 minutes away from work. I got there in like 10. I mean, I I didn't need to drive that fast back when I was 21, but I got there fast.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, those were the days, man. So I just saw this really funny meme today and it made me. So I started laughing and I said to Gil, I was like, yo, I cannot fucking wait to do this to Adam. And Gil was like, what is it?
SPEAKER_03And I was like, Oh no, he's gonna know about it if you talk about it.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna do it before tonight. Okay, perfectly. So we'll see. Oh, okay. Because I might just say like one here and there. So you may have seen it.
SPEAKER_03Okay, but give me like a little nod when you're gonna do it so I can just try and whip my phone out.
Rage Baiting Men And Beach Trip Plans
SPEAKER_01Okay. New ways to rage bait men.
SPEAKER_03This is gonna be too easy for you.
SPEAKER_01Here's some examples. I like your blouse. He's gonna be like, what the fuck is a blouse? Well, these are I'm not gonna say all of them, but like some of them are really funny. Like this one, I think Gil said, Oh, that would really piss Adam off. You look like you don't know how to grill a steak. Aside from the obvious, what would you change about yourself if you could? You should say that to him.
SPEAKER_03But I wouldn't be able to. I think he might actually get a little sensitive if I say that. Okay, that's all right. You can handle it. Yeah. I mean, like if I say let's on. He's gonna like it's gonna start a deep conversation. Oh yeah. And I'm gonna be like, hold up, like wait for this little.
SPEAKER_01That's a good one. That's a good one. Caveman. Gil didn't understand this one. I like your pixie cut. If Gil doesn't get it, I don't probably. This one, this was my favorite. You look like a rough draft. I'm trying not to laugh too hard because they're all funny. I just don't think that the stock market is real. That one I feel like would like just send any guy into a range. Yes. Or like just saying something. There was another one I saw on TikTok. I have to find it. But it was those. I'm so excited. There are like certain things that you know is gonna piss a guy off. Did you get my DM about the conspiracy theory party? Yes.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we have to do that. So our speaking of our beach trip, um, we've talked about this before where all of us go on the beach, our yearly like beach trip.
SPEAKER_01We get a big ass house, and it's like how many of us? Like now it's getting it's getting bigger each year. Now that more babies. Now our our friends Carl and Jamie, shout out to them. They live in Charlotte, and they just told announced they just got married like a few months ago, and they actually just found out she was pregnant. So woohoo! So we're adding to our little clan.
SPEAKER_03But I was thinking about getting t-shirts. Oh I think that would be fun. That would be so fun. Yeah. That'd be bad. I feel like every year we have to like get a new phone. You know what I mean? Like, t-shirts, take our family photo. Yeah. Like something fun and cringy. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And so I'm gonna bring the ring light so we can actually all be in the photo this year.
SPEAKER_03We should do a photo show. And then you know this just came to mind. We should make the guys do a fashion show.
SPEAKER_01Mmm. Dylan would win. Yeah. Just because start twerking and I mean, he looked better in my knit. My like my knitted pants or whatever than I did, which is a little upsetting. That his donk was like, he was rocking. Nicer ass than me. Not Gabby, but you have a nicer ass than me. Dylan can teach a twerk class. Yes. Oh, I know. I'm confused why he twerks so well. Do you can you twerk? I don't know. Dylan might win. I know. But this isn't that doesn't matter aside. Taylor can twerk quite well. I feel like you can twerk. I don't know. It depends on the how much I've drank. Well, the fact that you can just like when we were in Puerto Rico and you just started dancing with that game. That was good. Really? You just like that. Like you guys looked like you were you knew each other.
SPEAKER_03So that's like magicians. That is the beauty of salsa though. Yeah. That's how you learn. Like, that's how I learned is Puerto Rico. Like, people just like, come on, let's dance. And you Oh my God. That was literally that. It's great. I love dancing.
SPEAKER_01I did it for you because I love you, but that dance class on the beach. Oh my god, I was trash. I was that was so much fun though.
SPEAKER_03Mortified. Why?
SPEAKER_01Because I don't like not knowing what I'm doing. I don't feel like feeling uncomfortable and out of my scam such a control break that like I felt like everybody was laughing at me, even though I don't think anybody was paying attention to that. I don't remember it. Myra was a really great teacher. Oh yes. She was a great dancer. God, that was so stressful. Because I was like, I suck at dancing, and I also don't have that like dancing mindset where you're like what counting that some people do that type of thing in their head. Just I'm a sports mindset, but I was like, I'm drunk. And now you feel insane.
SPEAKER_03And we were late because we couldn't find it. Oh my god, I felt so bad, but I feel like we showed up and just took over the whole class.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, we did. But it was I had fun. Yeah, no, I'm glad that's what matters. But I was like hilarious doing this because I love Gabby, but this is not from like I'm not, this is not it. But I made my friends do a strip class. I would love to do that. That was so fun. We really had a good time when we did it. And watching some of my friends do trying to swing around a pole was hysterical.
SPEAKER_03I think I would like to do that. I've never done it, but I think it would be like a fun girl outing.
SPEAKER_01That would be a fun, yeah. We did that for my bachelorette. We went to Nashville and did like a whole we did the what do they call it?
SPEAKER_04Hmm.
SPEAKER_01The trolley. I love it. Yeah, that's so fun. We did that, and then we did the strip class, and that was a good time. And that was back when I was like, no pre-kids looking like a snack on the pole. I'm like, damn, I could totally be a stripper, but morals and all that. You know, not no judgment, ladies. I would love to be I would love to be in your position to just to be able to send it all. Yeah, send it. But I'm not allowed. No, my kid's way too smart. She'd figure it out. She'd be like, Why do you have these stripper heels on?
SPEAKER_03Mommy, look at my heels I'm wearing. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01She'd figure it out way too fast.
Body Image In Your 30s
SPEAKER_03Thinking the other day, I, you know, looking back at pictures when I was younger, like, you know, when you're in 2021 and you're like, oh, I feel so big, blah, blah, blah. I'm not in shape. And like 10 years later, I'm like, what the fuck was I talking about?
SPEAKER_01Why?
SPEAKER_03Why did I care?
SPEAKER_01I know, like also. I wasn't 500 pounds. No, and also you were like to think you were fat then. Right. And like when you look at yourself now, like not I'm not that I you and I are overweight, but your body changes after having a few. I know.
SPEAKER_03I try to keep it in mind so hard. I'm like so hard. You're just different. It's different.
SPEAKER_01It's a it's at first, it's like very jarring and like I think just like things change. Hormones change certain things like the texture of your skin and all these different things. I want to punch 21 year old KD. I want to punch her for thinking like wasting all this time and energy, thinking being insecure. When it's now I'm youth is wasted on the young because now I'm in my 30s. I'm like, why was I so insecure?
SPEAKER_03I know. So many things when I was younger, I was like, Why did I care about that?
SPEAKER_01I have way more things to be insecure about, and I'm like, not that's the beauty of being in your 30s, is like the confidence. I mean, obviously, I say to Gil all the time, I'm like, Do I look fat?
SPEAKER_03And they're like, No, you're beautiful. You're like, no, but like, I need you to just be real honest.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like does this look good? Can you tell me, like, can you be my friend right now? Like, I don't want you to be my husband. I'm not gonna judge like be pissed at you. Can you tell me? Raw and truthful. Yeah, Gil will never. He always is like, You're so hot. I was hoping Taylor would be here for this, but we didn't get around to it before she allowed that. We fucked up again. So I'm not pregnant. No, I'm not pregnant, but we have to get a another back. I was like, are you announcing something on this podcast? Oh no, no, no, we're not pregnant. But just maybe You just don't want to find out. Just remind me to get a day after film. Okay. And I'll and like literally be like, and Gil's like, what is wrong with us?
SPEAKER_03I was thinking about it. Maybe I should get some of that just to be on the safe side. You? Yeah. Oh like just in case.
SPEAKER_00I mean how too late now, but yeah, it's doesn't Costco sell that's like 40 bucks. It used to be a Costco sell thing?
SPEAKER_01I I don't know why that's a that would be a really smart option for people like me who Well, it used to be locked up back in the day.
SPEAKER_03That's right.
SPEAKER_01I don't think it is it now? I don't think so. It's just out on the counter. Yeah, I mean it's like it's not like it's uh decongestant or make a meth of it.
SPEAKER_03You used to have to go ask for it or ask someone to unlock the thing together. Oh, that's rough. And show like an ID that you're older needs. Which I don't understand why.
SPEAKER_01Maybe like socially they were like, you know what, this is already kind of like a it's like when you it deters people from getting it. Yeah. And like buying condoms is kind of like, you know, you're just certain things. Like now there's self-checkout, so it's not as big of a thing. But like having to go to a person and be like, hey, it's like buying hemorrhoid cream and having to ask Which one's good? Yeah, why are you making this m already uncomfortable and embarrassing situation more mortifying by having to talk to someone about it? You know, like like where's the you know, how do I get the hemorrhoid cream or whatever? Probably we're like, yeah, let's let's just leave it open.
SPEAKER_03Now, Walmart, it definitely has gotta be locked up though. There are certain things in Walmart that are still in the colour. Well, Walmart, yeah, they'd be locking that shit up. They're like, mm-mm. Yeah. We know you're trying to steal the plan B.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I mean, it's expensive, but yeah. So gotta get out of here before CBS. So Walgreens closes at day or 24 hours, right? So it's like Gil's like, are you trying to trick me into baby number three? I said, there are no I said, there's no trickery. This is a I've been very obvious that I want another baby, but not yet. Well, he's aware. Yes. So that's what I'm saying. He's like, This is your fault. I said, I'm sorry. No, no, no. The protection is supposed to go on your comments.
