One, two, three, go. We should have done I didn't do that into my microphone.
SPEAKER_04Hey everybody, welcome back. This is our podcast that we do together. I'm your host, Sid.
SPEAKER_01I'm your host, Grayson. And this is Are We Flirting? I'm your host Grace.
SPEAKER_04What do we even usually say?
SPEAKER_01That.
SPEAKER_04No, there's something else we say. The way I can't remember.
SPEAKER_01You would think after 20 episodes, we would know.
SPEAKER_04What episode are we even on?
SPEAKER_01I don't know. You don't put it in the title. Much to my chagrin.
SPEAKER_04I actually will not take this from you right now. Listeners, I'm PMSing.
SPEAKER_01Listeners, since Sid got here with our lovely guest, she has been just antagonistic. She likes to describe me as a self-proclaimed devil's devil's advocate. Oh, devil's advocate, yeah. Devil's advocate. I mean, since getting here, she has yelled at me, I'm playing FTS with my laptop because she asked me to.
SPEAKER_04Okay, guys. For our setup to work, we have to have the audio device plugged into a computer because the batteries keep dying. Also, the batteries do die extra fast because I do take them out temporarily to put into my vibrator and then I put them back into the thing. But either way, they still die super fast. And so we have to plug it into a computer. But Grayson doesn't know how to make his computer stay on. So he has to keep wiggling it with his little toes. Yes.
SPEAKER_01So all our nasty little feet people. Just imagine I'm doing a foot army. I'm doing some nasty things below off camera, unless it's on camera, and that would really not be fun.
SPEAKER_04You don't have to move this much. This is my first time seeing Grayson's foot. Okay, it's not that bad.
SPEAKER_01Did you think it was gonna be ugly?
SPEAKER_04Like it looks like a Lego man's foot.
SPEAKER_01This is why I don't take my feet out because people start comparing them to children's toys. I do like skip it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I felt like a Bopit last night, you know what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_01So we'll wait to discuss what happened last night once we have our podcast guest on. Should we Yeah?
SPEAKER_04So um anyway, guys, we do have a guest today, and his name is uh Steven Conovich. He is a Brooklynite, initially from the Philadelphia area. He is a director, uh, actor, comedian, storyteller, writer, documentary, musician, documentarian, and one thing about him, he's got a great head of hair.
SPEAKER_01Fantastic head of hair, sleeper build. I've seen him without a shirt on, whether or not he knows it.
SPEAKER_04And that's actually something worth noting.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_04And uh we can get a short a shirtless review.
SPEAKER_01On top of that, we've actually mentioned him on the podcast, I think, several times. I think last week we mentioned him as well. Did we? Um yeah, when you when we were so if you guys are curious who this marvelous Steven is, he is about to be on camera in about that's disgusting. I do not clean those.
SPEAKER_05All right, guys, let's welcome our special guest.
SPEAKER_01Steven.
SPEAKER_05Yes, I do it just in camera.
SPEAKER_01Oh, okay. You can speak in here. No, I'm in there. Okay You'll be right here in this little tucked into this little alcove. How was that? Did we did we do you justice with the with the introduction?
SPEAKER_02It did me a lot of justice. You guys honestly went above and beyond. Oh no.
SPEAKER_01We didn't we didn't do enough.
SPEAKER_04So one really fun thing about Grayson's house is that he has a cat, and with the cat comes a bunch of um cat crumbs all around litter. Hold it by the um, what do you guys call this part of the the shaft? Hold it by the shaft, never the balls. Awesome. So Steven is here with us today. Um, Steven, do you want to kind of give a little personal introduction of like who you are and and what art means to you?
SPEAKER_02What art means to me, yeah. I think probably the best way to do it is to talk about the project I'm working on right now, which is subtle plug. Uh also my shirt, uh, where it's actually uh traversing through my it's a documentary where I traverse through my past to figure out, I guess, what art has meant to me my entire life. Under the tr in the Trojan horse of whether or not I sung this uh song Just a Dream by Nelly in my sixth grade talent show.
SPEAKER_04Um did you find out if you have yet?
SPEAKER_02No. No, we're s we're kind of past the midway point, I would say.
SPEAKER_01I remember you putting on your social media you wanted to talk to like uh like a sidekick or something like that. Did you end up doing that?
SPEAKER_02It's proving to be a longer process than I originally thought. Oh. Um so we're figuring that out.
SPEAKER_04He's he's talked to teachers from his school, other classmates, his family, and nobody has the answer.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Which is insane.
SPEAKER_02And no one has the answer.
SPEAKER_04And no one has the answer. Yeah. Does anyone really love him? It's kind of crazy that nobody remembers.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's it's sort of the not to harp on it for too long, but it's sort of the thesis of the project, which is like talk about the project, we want to know. Well, it's it's definitely eye-opening that even like such a small memory, right? Like I said, it's Trojan horse with this like, did I sing, Nelly? That's like the grabber, attention grabber, where it's like, oh, that's that's a funny premise. But really, it's like about controlling your own memory or controlling your own narrative through memory, um, and what memory means and like what the past even means and all that.
SPEAKER_01So that was actually a good point. So with trying to uncover Yeah, of course. With trying to uncover this memory about whether or not it even happened, have you uncovered other memories that you were like, oh shit, I forgot about that.
SPEAKER_02Of course, man. Yes. Yeah, I I don't want to get into all of them just because they're they're in the dock, but I spent a day with uh my best friend growing up. Whoa. There was a whole like just tidal wave of memories coming back.
SPEAKER_04I remember all those socks we jerked into together. Did you guys ever do that? Sorry, not to take away from I'll cut that out. No, no, it's fine.
SPEAKER_01I had I had definitely have jerked off into a sock before.
SPEAKER_04But with your friends? Because I found out that this is the thing that guys do together. This this is a there's a You went to Catholic school and you were Mormon almost.
SPEAKER_01There's a thing called um come cookie, right? Have you have you seen this? Have you heard this?
SPEAKER_04I'm cutting all of this out. I specifically don't see that I we wouldn't talk about stuff like that.
SPEAKER_02No, it's great. I I I get vulnerable and share my project. You're like, did you come into a sock? Is that one of the memory? You know, you're like, why don't you make why don't you make a documentary about coming into a sock?
SPEAKER_04This is for the Patreon, so I need to like give them something.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So you didn't do the sock thing?
SPEAKER_02I definitely did to do the sock thing.
SPEAKER_04In the document.
SPEAKER_02Okay, this is a safe space.
SPEAKER_01All but 4,000 people are gonna see this.
SPEAKER_02So um, I did the sock thing. I think everyone did the sock.
SPEAKER_04Well, I'm really excited for your documentary.
SPEAKER_02When's it coming out? Uh should be by the end of this year. Nice. I hope. But again, we're we're kind of at the mercy of whatever truly happens. That's that's the focus, is like whatever wherever the story actually goes, that's where I want to follow. So if it takes years, you know, I'll follow that.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, how do you know when you're done? When you get the answer?
SPEAKER_02Everyone that I've uh talked with documentary filmmaking about is like you never know when you're done. It could go on forever. So I've decided to sort of make like uh a judgment call. Like, okay, I've I've done a lot of research into this. Obviously, we're hopefully talking to a hypnotherapist of some sort soon. From there on, it's like how I can maybe look back through like old home footage, but how much further can I actually go from that?
SPEAKER_01Now I've seen you in this shirt many, many times. Please do you have to do that?
SPEAKER_02Some might say too many. Uh I have um I have a couple. Oh, okay. Thank god.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say, man.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. This one has been shrinking in the wash, but on the back it says Nelly sixth grade. Please. Yeah.
unknownI don't know if this is.
SPEAKER_04For listeners, it says Nelly sixth grade on the back.
SPEAKER_02It's almost like a jersey.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Hopefully that's catching. And then this is just a design that my good friend Eden did. Which is uh me and Nelly in a dr in a cloud of some sort.
SPEAKER_04And you did go to the concert.
SPEAKER_02I did go to the concert. It's on my Instagram. You can check it out there.
SPEAKER_04And you brought friends and they asked, they held signs that said, you know, I can let him sing.
SPEAKER_02Yep.
SPEAKER_04And Nellie left.
SPEAKER_02So what actually happened is is sort of up for interpretation until the documentary is released. A little bit of a little cloud of mystery. Yeah. Look, we gotta sell this thing somehow. That's a good point.
SPEAKER_04You gotta get funding somehow, but it's crazy you're here on the same day that Dolly Parton passed. Do you have anything to say about her? That's okay.
SPEAKER_01Let me I'm trying to get. I mean, how do you find the words, right?
SPEAKER_02Because it's Dolly Parton. I mean I I remember uh the song I Will Always Love You at the end of the Priscilla movie.
SPEAKER_04Do you guys want to sing it a little?
SPEAKER_01I don't know that song.
SPEAKER_03If you guys maybe if you guys sing it, I can it'll always love you because we're cute.
SPEAKER_04So Grayson can actually sing.
SPEAKER_02I think that's no, just take it. Take the compliment. Take it.
SPEAKER_04Cut to Grayson taking it.
SPEAKER_02Is it in? I don't know. I can't really tell.
SPEAKER_04Cut to Grayson taking a compliment.
SPEAKER_02Here you are. Uh your compliment as you ordered.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_02Thank you. That was really fast. Well, look, we pride ourselves on being the fastest compliment delivery restaurant.
SPEAKER_01And I in I saw I saw that on the window and I was like, that can't be true.
SPEAKER_02I saw you saw I saw you see it. I saw that you saw it on the window. And I go, here's another guy, Tim, that's gonna come in and say, I bet you can't give me a compliment that fast. Right. Yep. The Yelper Roos speak for themselves.
SPEAKER_04Open it up. Open it up. Let's see what it says.
SPEAKER_02We've taken kind of the reverse fortune cookie approach, as you've seen.
SPEAKER_01And it's it says, you are a good singer. And I didn't even I haven't even sang yet.
SPEAKER_04Oh did we heard you sing? We've heard you sing.
SPEAKER_01Wait. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_04Where did you find yourself singing yesterday? It rhymes with the tower.
SPEAKER_01You guys house of power.
SPEAKER_04Yep.
SPEAKER_01Oh, in the shower. And you guys, is that part of your service?
SPEAKER_02I personally I don't know. You saw him in the shower. I saw him at the House of Power.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01Right. Because I was like, wait a minute, you kind of look familiar.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I will I do I you know You didn't see me, but I s heard you.
SPEAKER_01I pull shifts both places. Oh yeah. What are they paying you guys here?
SPEAKER_02Whatever it is, it's not enough.
SPEAKER_04Just compliments.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, just compliments. Oh that's which are the best medicine uh behind laughter.
SPEAKER_04Yep, everyone says that. So you are a good singer, and we wanted to let you know.
SPEAKER_01Well, thank you so much. Um concerning about the shower, I will take that into account. May have to install some cameras or she's got that covered.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I got cameras covered. Oh. Yes.
SPEAKER_02As for the House of Power, uh I'm the I'm I work there. Right, right.
SPEAKER_04Awesome. Cut out. That was good, Grayson.
SPEAKER_01So that's just a little bit of what we do here. I mean, we just we just have a lot of fun.
unknownGreat. I'm back.
SPEAKER_04Grayson, I like the way that you have a coaster, but you put your drink to the right of said coaster.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, well, it can't make it would get stuck, right? And that's just a little bit of magic right there.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Oh, you know what?
SPEAKER_02I didn't is this your coaster? Why don't you look under there?
SPEAKER_04What is another coast?
SPEAKER_01It's a compliment. It's another question.
SPEAKER_04Um so uh we we like to do things a little differently on this podcast from any other podcast that you've ever seen.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. We have segments, unlike any other podcast. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So I'm curious um if you could talk about what you're flirting with this week.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay. This is new. Um I'm flirting with intentional music listening.
SPEAKER_01Ooh. What does it look like?
SPEAKER_02So I guess sound like. So I feel like every ever since I've come to New York. Uh you're always on the subway, you're always city biking, you're always you're always traveling, always going somewhere, you're always walking. And I realized that like I use music as such a crutch that genuinely there's been so many times where I've been like, I don't I've listened to these songs too much.
SPEAKER_03Interesting.
SPEAKER_02So today has been really uh beautiful because it's almost been like an emptying of my brain where when I was city biking here, I had no headphones in, but I was singing a song and it was Rockman by McGee, which hasn't been in my circulating in my playlist for a couple months. It's almost like everything's emptying out, providing a little more clarity. Interesting. And now I'm excited when I do listen to music for it to be more intentional.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm. Um because it just feels like it might be filling that noise in your brain rather than being entertainment. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Which is actually why I really like records. Like when we were at Lawrence and she just like switched a record, there's something about that that's just so purposeful.
SPEAKER_01That is like big dick energy for sure. When she did that, I was like, all right, well, that's I mean, come on.
SPEAKER_04Well, she's also like the coolest person I know, so that's fair.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Question about this. You were talking about when you were singing, it was like you were releasing the song. Do you think when you release a song like that, a new song like fill that space, or was that kind of like an unexpected feeling? Is that what you're going for, I guess?
SPEAKER_02I I'm just going for more mental clarity as I think we all are. Uh but I think that it felt like like my favorite song right now is The Feeling, Steve Lacey, and that was over and over again. Um I was singing it while I was on the sub. I was thinking it. And then I was like, oh, I kind of feel like I've pushed that aside, and then it was old songs. So it was it was uh unexpected uh cool thing that happened. It was an unexpected like outcome. And I don't know what comes of it, but I really like to just do random stuff like this that like kind of has no purpose, but also like do random stuff like the podcast.
SPEAKER_04I was gonna say like this.
SPEAKER_01Kind of crazy. Because I'm lost.
SPEAKER_04That's why I'm here.
SPEAKER_01I have not and we're we're we're your shamans, we're gonna help guide you my life's journey. Yes.
SPEAKER_04I've actually have I only see Grace in this like engaged and actually actively listening when it's someone else that isn't me. When it's me, you're actually only thinking of like your next bit.
SPEAKER_01So, Steven, not as you're saying that I'm thinking of the next bit. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04What are you flirting with this week?
SPEAKER_01Um, I what am I flirting with this week? Um, I guess uh we kind of talked about this off camera, but family meal. I'm I'm we recently, and we can talk about this a little bit more, so I don't know what you're flirting with this week, but maybe it's about book club.
SPEAKER_04It is.
SPEAKER_01Oh, so then there's a perfect segue segue.
SPEAKER_04All of our girlfriends are all women's book club, women's book club. Um, a me a whole ass meal. And you wore an apron and nope.
SPEAKER_01Astless aprons.
SPEAKER_04Perfect. And it was delicious.
SPEAKER_01I cooked for a bunch of people in book club because they let me in, and that was very nice of them, so I wanted to give back to them, so I cooked them a meal. It was not you guys were putting it like three courses. It was a main dish and a side. That's all it was.
SPEAKER_04No, he made a salad, he made a salad. He made a charcuterie board, which was beautiful, and then he made a salad, and then he m like made a salmon and then a pasta, and then he made banana bread.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I missed out on banana bread. That was the top of banana bread. Because I had some today, thank you. He had some. No, I had some of the you just didn't stop move on. All I caught at the end was big jam.
SPEAKER_04I literally like actually was on my own journey.
SPEAKER_01Um the uh salmon pasta was great. Gotcha. But also on top of that, I watched Tony as uh after our podcast, uh, me and Lauren went and watched Tony. I read Kitchen Confidential, and like the whole concept of like bringing people together through food was a big part of the book, and then also towards the end of the movie, I won't give anything away, even though it's pretty much based on the book. Um, that concept of like nothing better than a good meal to bring people together and like share food and wine and and like good conversation with. I love that. I want to continue doing that, and so that's what I'm flirting with this week. Sid, we kind of talked a little bit about it, but what are you flirting with this week?
SPEAKER_04Um book club, guys. New book, Notes from Underground by Dostoyevsky.
SPEAKER_02Uh I can't say this for the life of me. Fyodor Dostoevsky.
SPEAKER_01Column A, column B, I don't know. What how'd you say it?
SPEAKER_04Guys, if you can pronounce it, pronounce it below. Pronounce it in the comments. Let us know how to pronounce it. What exactly how we're supposed to pronounce it?
SPEAKER_02I had uh back when I was doing like YouTube movie reviews, I got a million views on uh Dune Part 2 review.
SPEAKER_01Wait, that you said back when that was that movie came out like three years ago. Yeah, wasn't that long? Yeah, well, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04But um He's got pretty good reviews on there, guys. Go back Steven Conovich back in the day.
SPEAKER_02Also say I got so many because I pronounced Denis Villeneuve as Denise Villanueve. And they've roasted me in the code. Oh, yeah. And that was where all the views came from. Classic.
SPEAKER_01Speaking of, guys, why the hell are there nine comments on a video that's got 3,000? Comment what you liked, what you didn't like, let us know. This is our act.
SPEAKER_06You're like holding them at gunpoint.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I get mad. Yeah, like I get mad. Like, I want to know how you guys feel. If you don't like it, let us know. What can we work better on? Yeah. If you liked it, what are you flirting with this week? Eventually we'll get into like our other segments. Let us know that stuff. We I read every single one of them. The person liking the comments is either me or Sid.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Or a third person.
SPEAKER_04Maybe Steve. Maybe Steve. Steve would want to hire you.
SPEAKER_02You guys are gonna give me a comment like this this week. One like. I guess like one comment.
SPEAKER_04So guys and yep. Speaking of you guys, um, put you off a book club.
SPEAKER_02Yes. No, it's fine.
SPEAKER_04I know you cut you like apologize for cutting me off by cutting me off again, which is insane.
SPEAKER_01Okay, and that's just what a man does.
SPEAKER_04That's what's up. Um I'll get back to that.
SPEAKER_01That'll happen as well. Come on.
SPEAKER_04While we're on the subject of you guys, I just want to let you guys know that we are doing a we decided we're gonna do a giveaway at 15k followers on Instagram.
SPEAKER_01Yes, and we also are approaching 15k subscribers, which I think we should also do another one there.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Hey, like and subscribe and also for that.
SPEAKER_04I'm just kidding.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I will.
SPEAKER_04No, no, no. Um, but yeah, we actually do want to do that, so as we get closer to that, we will um we will talk more about that, but share with a friend if you want, you don't have to. Maybe the uh surprise will be Grayson Trung up at your doorstep singing Baby by Justin Bieber.
SPEAKER_01Share kid with a guitar covering my wiener. Yes. And it's a ukulele, it's not very I know what Steven's doing tonight.
SPEAKER_0215,000 subscriber right here.
SPEAKER_04Another thing I'm flirting with.
SPEAKER_02Um I know what you're doing tonight. Yeah, I don't know. I like it, I like it, I like it.
SPEAKER_01Sid, what do you want?
SPEAKER_04I'm sorry. Do you guys need a room? It's like, notice how like you're mostly doing him.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say we didn't give him enough space. Here, let's do maybe this a little more leg room.
SPEAKER_04All the difference, Steve.
SPEAKER_01Okay, a couple inches.
SPEAKER_04Steven, you're hanging off the couch now. Just sit comfortably.
SPEAKER_01I feel comfortable.
SPEAKER_04Do you feel who do you feel safest here with? Me or Grayson?
SPEAKER_01Grayson.
SPEAKER_04Awesome.
SPEAKER_01That's so unfortunate. I'm sorry, Sid.
SPEAKER_04Okay, guys, guys in the comments, tell me who you think that Steve feels safest with. If Steve was not one of the other things that I was flirting with this week was actually watching Andrew Tate get therapy by a professional therapist.
SPEAKER_01He he monetized that?
SPEAKER_04There was a therapy. Yeah, Mr. God, that's actually crazy. Um there's a therapist that has like a two-part series with him. That's actually how are you literally didn't you still cut me off somehow.
SPEAKER_02So it's over.
SPEAKER_04Let's do an ad of Coca-Cola, um, Diet Coke personified versus Bloom Pop personified um at the DMV. And they are um in line and action.
SPEAKER_02Take it back, I think I take it back, take it back to it. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01Excuse me, you brought an assistant to the DMV. I mean, we have how many people online and you're just said it's another body?
SPEAKER_02Like Well, he's he I mean, it's a fair observation, but he's standing to my left, so he's not actually in the single file line. And it's just I'm just saying, there's classic, classic.
SPEAKER_04I've seen you somewhere. Yep.
SPEAKER_01You kind of look familiar as well. You did your research.
SPEAKER_04I would know that snug fucking face anywhere.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and who are you?
SPEAKER_04Exactly. But who is he?
SPEAKER_01That's what I'm trying to figure out. Because clearly, if he has an assistant come with him, must be kind of a big deal. It's I've seen you from somewhere.
SPEAKER_02I'm trying to keep a low pro profile right now, which is why I have the diet the Spanish Diet Coke uh cover on. With the lime with the lime, sometimes there's sand on it. Yeah. No, I get it. And uh as my assistant because I'm trying to keep low profile. So why not be the only one in here with an assistant?
SPEAKER_01That makes sense. Yeah. And um Yeah. I I I think that makes a lot of sense as well because at the DMV there's not gonna be 32!
SPEAKER_00Oh number 32.
SPEAKER_01Oh, they run it like a meat counter here. Yeah, that's me. Oh 32. You're 32. Wow, of course, of course, Diet Coke and his assistant gets to go before bloom, pop. I'm s I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Well probably because you f you taste like shit. And you give everybody acid reflux and you know it.
SPEAKER_02And probably because you you do this little like fake lie about sugar. Like we just say zero grams of sugar, everyone knows that's a real lie. Yeah. You do this four grams of sugar thing, and it's like, oh really, four grams of sugar. How does it taste?
SPEAKER_01It's like not that I would ever even taste a bloom pop. Yeah. I'll have you know I taste great. And if we're on the subject of bad contents that make us up as far as nutritional facts go, what is aspartame doing to people? Not good things.
SPEAKER_02You should be asking what's aspartame doing to cars? Yeah. Uh helping people that want to get rid of the coat of people.
SPEAKER_04What are people doing for aspartame? Have you thought about?
SPEAKER_01Uh apparently a lot, because Diet Coke is obviously one of the highest selling sodas.
SPEAKER_04So you do know.
SPEAKER_01That's right. Yeah, we know our competition. We have to.
SPEAKER_04How long do you think it could go? I was gonna say, I feel like I feel like I cut out the last one, so I did expect some more.
SPEAKER_02This is like a good commercial for uh Pepsi. This is a great commercial for the DMV.
SPEAKER_04No, it I really I fix it. I put some background music, it makes it go. Yeah, the background music 3 to a four.
SPEAKER_01Okay. So it really elevates it goes from casual to like fun casual.
SPEAKER_02I'm glad we reached a conclusion within the scene.
SPEAKER_04End scene.
SPEAKER_02End scene. End scene.
SPEAKER_04Awesome.
SPEAKER_02That was great and not at all forced.
SPEAKER_04Well, maybe somebody else can confirm you. Fucking anything, guys. Hey guys, I'm actually about to get my period any fucking second. And these guys have driven me to the fucking ends of the earth. I feel like I'm in hell. I feel like I'm walking and breathing in in in living hell. My whole ass is out right now.
SPEAKER_02Like people always say that my whole ass is out.
SPEAKER_01As opposed to half. Which is why you should never half ass anything. Matthew McConaughey. His dad called him, said don't half ass it. What's Sid, I'm curious, what's your best Matthew McConaughey impression?
SPEAKER_04Alright, alright, alright. That's Matthew McConaughey almost dead.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say an older Matthew McConaughey. That's perfect.
SPEAKER_02An older, like senile Matthew McConaughey. When you ask him if he wants, like, I don't even know, chocolate moves. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01He says that out of like muscle memory and not because like he knows that's his saying.
SPEAKER_02It confuses him while he says it. Oh my god. Wait a minute.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god.
SPEAKER_02Dallas Byron Club having my mouse movies like where am I?
SPEAKER_04Guys, how far is too far with doing um comedic bits in the bedroom?
SPEAKER_02Um I think it's fun.
SPEAKER_04To what point?
SPEAKER_02To the point of comfort uh discomfort, I think. That's a good one. You can end it right there. That's actually kind of crazy.
SPEAKER_04Wait, what? You said com discomfort to the point of I see discomfort. I see. Now it like ruined it.
SPEAKER_01So no, no, I don't think I think uh honestly I I our our audience is slow.
unknownWhat the fuck?
SPEAKER_01Exactly. So yeah, so why don't you comment below and tell me how the how did that feel? How that you are. Yeah. Comment below, tell me how you comment below, tell me how slow you are. Yeah, guys. Uh we love our audience. We love our audience here. So I don't think doing bits in the bed is that bad so long as they are in like a good faith in like B not forced, maybe? Is a good word? Like not forced. I was gonna say in bad taste. Like if you're if you're like pretending to be. Yeah, exactly. I don't know. Probably a good rule of thumb for those things. Most things in life. You could be a good person as long as you're just like not racist. Okay. Same thing with being a lover.
SPEAKER_04Thanks, Grayson.
SPEAKER_01And that's my take. I feel like this trip.
SPEAKER_02Hang on to this one.
SPEAKER_04Um guys, let's let's dive into our our rabbit holes of the week. No one gave a fuck what I had to say before that, so I'm just gonna roll over that. Grayson, what's your rabbit hole of the week?
SPEAKER_01Well, I'm glad you asked it. I was recently reminiscing on my trip to Costa Rica that I did with uh I went with TEDx, the like the science community, basically. Um I was thinking about the mangrove. We did a tour of mangrove forests, which are just like trees that grow on the coastlines. And we did during the tour, they were showing us an area where like the mangroves used to be and they have since like died off. And so I was very I was thinking about that and I was very curious. Basically, the deforestation of mangroves along the coastline is due to climate change because of the rising uh sea temperature and then also the rising sea level. Uh basically it's like cutting back the mangroves. And I was watching uh a YouTube video on it yesterda or earlier today, and the coastal tribes in um Costa Rica are starting. I'm sorry, I keep burping into the hated playing this.
SPEAKER_00I never want to be classic orange blue pop ever again.
SPEAKER_02I didn't fuck with the blue. That is the one role prebiotic soda didn't it's it was didn't agree with me.
SPEAKER_04Classic orange blue take that shit everywhere. I put I'm put that shit on everything. Cut out.
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah, so speaking dears. Cut out one person scenes.
SPEAKER_04I'm trying to literally get us the brand deal, and you're like literally, it's like you don't give a fuck.
SPEAKER_01Bloom pop, this could be you. Please ignore the part where I said I didn't like you.
SPEAKER_04He did like it, it's just it's making him gassy.
SPEAKER_01It is making me gassy, and it's a prebiotic soda, which is kind of the whole point.
SPEAKER_06Prebiotic soda.
SPEAKER_01Prebiotic soda. Have you ever been doing okay? And then you thought, I want to make my stomach hurt really bad.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I sure do.
SPEAKER_01Prebiotic soda. Steven, take it away. And that's me after I have one sip of prebiotic soda.
SPEAKER_05Ever since I was a little guy, I remember I my mom said, Here's a cup of glass corn, we have a cup of soda. And I was like, thanks so much.
SPEAKER_02It's me, I'm in the soda. Oh my god, it's the stuff that makes me fart really big. Guys, what are you doing down there? Get me out. I don't even like being in here.
SPEAKER_06Oh my god, we're so little. I know.
SPEAKER_01Isn't it shocking? It is shocking. It's crazy how something so small can make such a big impact on the body.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01It's how the it's how God made me. Wait.
SPEAKER_06Are you stuck in there?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_06What's your name?
SPEAKER_02Rondale.
SPEAKER_06Ron Dale.
SPEAKER_01I need to get out.
SPEAKER_06Is he the guy who wrote the BFG?
SPEAKER_01Ron Dale. Roll doll?
SPEAKER_05Cut out.
SPEAKER_01Cut out. And that's how the magic happens.
SPEAKER_02That is the magic. You just we drop in. And now I'm back in the room. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I didn't even realize these plants were here.
SPEAKER_01So uh the the native cultures in Costa Rica um are doing like some uh basically some I don't want to call it ancient, but like their ancestors did these things where they were planting and feeding the mangroves. They're just reforesting the coastlines with with mangroves to to combat climate change. So that's all I wanted to tie. That was the rabbit hole. Guys, take it away.
SPEAKER_04Sorry, you know, when you're in in school and like the teacher's giving like a podcast, a fuck-ass presentation, and you know you're not supposed to laugh, that's what I just you just like unlock something pretty much.
SPEAKER_02Or when your teacher's like uh talking about like uh something tragic that happened at home and your friend just looks at you like No that was one look.
SPEAKER_04Everyone knows the rules. Um uh are you done?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Uh sorry, he didn't. Sib, he did conclude. What is your rabbit hole of the week?
SPEAKER_04I actually didn't have one this week.
SPEAKER_01Steven, what is your rabbit hole of the week?
SPEAKER_02Uh my my rabbit hole is EMDR therapy. What is that?
SPEAKER_04I you got the next one.
SPEAKER_02Eye movement.
SPEAKER_04And the next one.
SPEAKER_02Deep recovery, I think. I don't think that's actually Do you have a phone?
SPEAKER_04I had a I had a therapist say that I should do this, and then she actually lost her license for that. Not because she told me to do this. Not because she told me to do this, but because just other reasons I heard. Okay. Um eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
SPEAKER_02So I uh actually hit up an ex-therapist of mine. Oh, is it hers? Mine still has uh his license. Oh, hey, okay, hey. Yeah, maybe not. But with the ex-therapist, um, I was like, hey, because I've been I really have been reaching out to like a bunch of EMGR places in New York. But I think that the idea of like a documentary or being filmed scares them, which is fair. Because it's like but I didn't realize how fair it was, I guess, so to speak. So I reached out to this ex-therapist and like, hey, do you have any any leads? And he goes, hey, here's a few people. So I reached out to them and got on the phone with this uh one woman who was very knowledgeable, but she she essentially gave me a um a firm talking to for about 45 minutes because she was like she's very kind, but she was like, hey, you're kind of disrespecting the practice in thinking that you can just do one session, film it, and one get the results that you want, two, uh not put us in a compromising position. So I'll have to say my rabbit hole has been getting into EMDR and understanding more about it. Um I'm very early into the process, but I'm just Oh, you are doing it though. I don't know. I might actually do it uh and and do a bunch of sessions and maybe film the last one. But um yes.
SPEAKER_04You think this is gonna be like um an eternal sunshine of the spotless mind?
SPEAKER_02In which way?
SPEAKER_04Like where the but like reverse. Like where the they make the memory appear.
SPEAKER_01I'm still I I still don't know what the MDR is.
SPEAKER_02Some sort of hypnotherapy. Interesting.
SPEAKER_04No, it's not. Grayson stole a microscope.
SPEAKER_01I did. So if there's something you if that can be helpful at all to you. That's what made me think of it because you're comment below what you think the microscope looks like.
SPEAKER_02And you'll get it in the giveaway.
SPEAKER_01That's right. You get it right. That's right. If you are a 15,000 subscriber, you will get a previously owned microscope.
SPEAKER_04It's more like when we're at 15,000 subscribers, then we'll do the giveaway. Like it's not like the 15,000 subscribers, because we won't be able to track that.
SPEAKER_02Right. Yeah. That's true. Um sorry, go ahead. No, that's that was the rabbit hole, and uh that's all you got.
SPEAKER_04Alright. Um, awesome. I think those are great rabbit holes of the week. Guys, we also want to implement a new uh segment of this podcast called Beef of the Week. Which is like some some shit that's in awesome. So I'm gonna go first. But this is actually really making me mad. I saw uh this podcaster talk about how there's less kids that are drinking more than ever, and they do care so much more about their health, which is so important, but they're not socializing anymore. Like they're not hanging out, they're not getting together. And I feel like the health culture is has done such a pendulum swing that people are just like not even, they're not going out at all, they're not going to clubs at all, whatever, which is like fine for some, but I do think that there's a social piece of that that's really important. But he talks about how like he'll have a glass of wine, he's like, Yeah, I'm like out of commission for like the next three days, and so I just like I can't, I can't do that. And it's you what you're laughing.
SPEAKER_01I thought of a joke, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04You see, right?
SPEAKER_01Because you said the name of the podcast, you were like, maybe we shouldn't name it, and I was like, Yeah, otherwise we're gonna get a CEOs and red and res desist. Fucking I fucked it up. It's like and you said I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04No, it's really good. I thought I'm sorry, you have something to say?
SPEAKER_01Diver CEO is CEOs and desist. That was the delivery I was hoping for.
SPEAKER_04If you guys anyway, I think that we need to normalize getting back to feral behavior a little bit more and stop trying stop trying to like overcorrect. So because there's a healthy balance. So is your beef with the accusation that it's with like health creators that are just kind of normalizing everybody doing grandmom be activities. So like as somebody who used to like literally be on on the grandma schedule, it's helpful to a degree, but like we don't need to be staying in Friday, Saturday night at 9 p.m. and like doing and normalizing a grandmom routine. We're not even like people aren't even really enjoying it, they're just sitting in a doom scrolling anyway. Like, go be social, go be like a little crazy animal with your friends for just a little bit, be safe, but then you can just work hard, play hard.
SPEAKER_01Cut to us being animals with each other as friends. I call a cow, I get to be the shark, my land shark.
SPEAKER_02Guys, isn't this so much better than drinking?
SPEAKER_01I gotta be honest, I'm having a great time.
SPEAKER_02Me too. It really allows me to get into my inner self, this this animal work.
SPEAKER_04It's interesting that you are posing this because I had mentioned, you know, to normalize being a crazy animal, and somehow you've separated being a crazy party person and an animal. So now we're just animals that that are glorifying not being crazy.
SPEAKER_01Are you drunk?
SPEAKER_02Yep. That's what animal are you?
SPEAKER_04I am a monkey.
SPEAKER_02That's monkey. Always drunk.
SPEAKER_04Drunky. Drunky the monkey.
SPEAKER_02That was good.
SPEAKER_04Are you are you're a shark? I'm a shark. Oh. Yeah, sorry. I thought you're like a rooster of sorts.
SPEAKER_01I realize sorts. I'm a cow.
SPEAKER_04That's my favorite animal.
SPEAKER_01Really? Guys, comment comment below what you what your favorite animal is.
SPEAKER_04I'm sorry. Do we have a bunch of elementary school students? Guys, everybody comment your favorite amateur.
SPEAKER_02Draw a little picture and send it in, and we'll pick the best one. And now when you get the microphone.
SPEAKER_04For the giveaway, we should like actually have someone, like, we should do something like that. Like, we have to draw like the best picture of like Andrew Dayton back on it. I don't know. Actually, I'm full of great ideas today.
SPEAKER_01Guys, we're working on it. I was confused by the way you brought that up. I thought you were saying your beef was with the idea, uh, like somebody just pointing it out. But I get what you're saying now that like it was them promoting that culture as well as being like, hey, less people are doing it, this is a good thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because I I don't think that people are necessarily staying in and staying unplugged and chilling. They're just becoming more and more antisocial and they're just on their phones. It's not like the the younger generation is so scared of being perceived. All of these kids only have like six posts and then they delete them, and then they only have stories. It's really crazy. They're so afraid of being perceived.
SPEAKER_02My aunts and stuff, they would just post. Yeah, just post casual Instagram. But um my sister and I talk about this a lot. We were at a wedding like two years ago, and uh all of my little cousins probably there's like a gap, I'd say um, I don't know what the year of birth would be. Call it like 2006, 2007, eight, whatever. And housing crisis. There it's Obama. It's the housing crisis. I will you can take the Obama. She can take the Obama. I'll take the Obama. Um but they they don't like they were at the wedding table and it was all of them together. And you make a joke and they laugh, but then they like go back to like mewing or like straight face or whatever it is. Really? And and it's my cousins, so like I don't know, I feel like they've all sort of broken out of their shells a little bit, but how does one mew?
SPEAKER_06Can you do it?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you go. I used to be really I used to be into it actually. What? Like tongue, roof of mouth.
SPEAKER_06What the fuck was that? Squidward.
SPEAKER_02Breathe through your nose and then your teeth.
SPEAKER_04You're teaching the kids how to mew. Guys, we're doing a we're doing mewing 101. Go ahead. This is gonna be the clip I got in none of the others.
SPEAKER_01For when for when our video cut out and it was just audio, we'll do the mewing one.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that'd be nice if we got the pick. I've I've been really big into like the whole health optimization thing. But that was kind of when I was back home, like being in the city changes it a lot. Because you're just like, oh, that's stupid.
SPEAKER_04But there's so much you turn down when you decide, like, you can do both. You can wake up and go for a run, and then you can also like go to a fun show with your friends and have a good time, and then like get back at a reasonable time. Like, this isn't to say you have to be out until 2, 3 a.m. You know, but I I think that a lot of people are just opting out of that, and it's really it's it's a good thing that people care more about their health, but what's actually being compromised is their mental health. So true. Like their physical health is like in better shape, I guess.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But they're all stressed, and we're all drinking microplastics.
SPEAKER_02I loved uh a quote I heard from Andrew Huberman way back when I was on the health kick that like kind of helped me uh nor like get it get it normal in my life. Um but he said like the the healthiest thing you can do for yourself is uh once or twice a month go out with friends, order too much pasta, and drink a little bit too much wine.
SPEAKER_04And it's like true, because you're like, yeah, it's it's it's and I'll be doing that once every other day.
SPEAKER_01Guys, thank you so much for uh being our community.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01You I know I made fun of your guys' intelligence earlier. Maybe she cut that out, maybe not. I don't know.
SPEAKER_04I have to cut out the part where you're making fun because I don't think you were making fun of their intelligence. Now you're implying that you were making fun of their intelligence, and I have to cut this part out.
SPEAKER_01Well, no, I was clear I was doing it clearly as a joke. Guys, you know me. I would never make fun of you.
SPEAKER_04You you're the way that you're speaking like parasocially is the some of them you might make fun of.
SPEAKER_01Cut to me making a YouTube apology because I made fun of my audience.
SPEAKER_04We I think you should. We Grace and I decided that we want to get an internet beef together.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Which kind of, which is did that spark the beef of the week?
SPEAKER_04Internet beef?
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_04No, no, no. I just was fucking pissed this week. Gotcha. I'm pissed off. I'm on one.
SPEAKER_02Should we should we orchestrate the beef in this episode? Like start it. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I think it could be about like the podcast though. Like there could be something very real there, there. You know what I mean? I sort of have a speech impediment.
SPEAKER_01I will not be making fun of anybody in the speech impediment community. I don't think you have one.
SPEAKER_04I do, but I I hide it really well. It's like really hard for me sometimes. And and the dyslexia does not help.
SPEAKER_01So one thing I learned, and I guess this is like a secondary rabbit hole the week, not really a rabbit hole.
SPEAKER_04Like how mean like it is.
SPEAKER_01My sister, when she was in college, she was a speech pathologist. Okay. And I think now she does like auditory stuff. She like she basically she sells hearing aids now.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_01But to like hospitals.
SPEAKER_06You're oh you they're both older than medical device sales, yes.
SPEAKER_01So she taught me this concept of glottal stop, which is where I think it's what you're describing, where it's like sometimes you're you your mind works too fast and your mouth can't quite like say what you're trying to say. And it's kind of like a brief, like blah blah blah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's like a record like glottal stop.
SPEAKER_01And the name of the author was Dostoevsky.
SPEAKER_04I need a I need a glottal stop. Fucking stuttering, because it's really pissing me off.
SPEAKER_01Government's got a glottal stop.
SPEAKER_02Fucking treating us like we are kids.
SPEAKER_01And I'm glad I'll stop that you guys made those jokes.
SPEAKER_02I mean beef is with is with Nelly.
SPEAKER_01Let's hear this. I'm excited for this.
SPEAKER_02That's it. And I could say I could say some I could say some not. I guess I I could I could express some choice words about him, but Steven. It's getting so hot in here.
SPEAKER_06So hot. How was his show?
SPEAKER_02Could have been better. No, no, no. I was thinking of what his other song was, but I think it's EI EI.
unknownE.
SPEAKER_04I. Oh.
SPEAKER_01Cut two. Wait, it goes, Oh, cut two, so like one of our one of our uh audience members, fans. I I don't know if that's a weird thing to call you guys. Community you call them. I'm really hey A foot in my mouth, this one. Um, I was gonna say like a like a cool sexy edit of us, but it's like where I go, oh, and then it cuts to Nellie's song, Hot and Her, and it's it's a hot it's like a sexy edit of us, like doing like Should I make a sexy edit of us for this? You certainly could.
SPEAKER_04Okay, can everybody right now kind of do something a little slummo and hot that I can edit?
SPEAKER_01You signed up for this. You have to do it too. You do have to do it.
SPEAKER_02That's what I did. I did it right there.
SPEAKER_01Oh.
SPEAKER_04Can you like can you like Mog and look off to the distance, both of you? Now do like a laughing one. And like look this way and then at him. Now like wipe some sweat off your head for reason. That's good. So I'll be cutting that up. And I'm gonna be like, who the fuck made this edit? And then post it to our own page.
SPEAKER_01And for the audio-only listeners, you guys are really gonna want to switch over to YouTube for that one. That was just gold.
SPEAKER_02We had a lot of Easter eggs in there about the giveaway. Yes. Visual Easter eggs during that. That's true.
SPEAKER_01Decode everything that was on the screen and you will get a special prize.
SPEAKER_04Oh I love people that over try like over-decode things. I like I feel like Taylor Swift fans do that. Where they're like constantly there I go. Where they're constantly trying to like find eggs within the eggs within the eggs. It's my favorite.
SPEAKER_02Like a Russian doll.
SPEAKER_04Like literally a Russian doll of eggs.
SPEAKER_01This is my beef of the week. It's with kind of similar. Um it's not my the beef is not with my sister, but I was in a vehicle driving with my sister. Love you, Haley. We were driving, and she we were listening to a Taylor Swift song, and she was like, I mean, this is just like lyrical genius.
SPEAKER_04Which song?
SPEAKER_01I don't remember.
SPEAKER_04Can you can you text her and ask her what song it is?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it was the one where it was like I'm uh something, I'm pessimistic and I'm antagonistic, like I'm a congressperson or something like that.
SPEAKER_04And I would hear guys comment below if you know what song he's talking about.
SPEAKER_01She was she was like, isn't that just like lyrical masterpiece?
SPEAKER_04Are we with Swifty?
SPEAKER_01No. Talking to me.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Uh guys, comment your favorite Taylor Swift song below.
SPEAKER_01It was look up Taylor Swift's song Congressperson.
SPEAKER_02Um my sister did. My younger sister did a series on her TikTok that was. What's you showing my brother? Showing my brother Taylor Swift songs. And I was pleasantly surprised. She was showing me a a lot of, and I actually, there was a lot of my idea I I hadn't heard before.
SPEAKER_04Ladies, he's a Taylor Swifter.
SPEAKER_02You're a Swifty? I wouldn't call myself a Swift, but I do love uh I think New Romantics is one of the best songs out there. I also love that lover album.
SPEAKER_04I would play it at the end of this if I could. But we would get copyrighted. So maybe maybe sing it. But then it might be so good that they're gonna also copyright that. Yeah. Could you sing it a little?
SPEAKER_02I can think it.
SPEAKER_04You're speak you're you are speaking.
SPEAKER_02So I don't know if you just I'm trying to avo I'm trying to avoid copyright.
SPEAKER_04Thank you. Thank you. Awesome. Okay, guys, well that's um that's it for me.
SPEAKER_01We shouldn't I'm done. I found it. I found the song.
SPEAKER_04What's the song?
SPEAKER_01It's called Anti-Hero.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01It's uh Did you hear my covert narcissism? I disguise as altruism like some kind of congressman. I heard that and I was like, daddy's like, what are we talking about?
SPEAKER_04I don't know. I feel indifferent.
SPEAKER_01It didn't even rhyme in the song. Like the way she said it in the song, it didn't rhyme.
SPEAKER_04All good lyrics have to rhyme.
SPEAKER_01All good lyrics come to an end. When somebody prefaces a song with like, I mean, just listen to the lyrics of this song, and then that's what plays immediately. I was like, dude, what are you talking about?
SPEAKER_05Sound bad crying at the gym. Everything comes out, teenage petulins. Fuck it if I can't have him.
SPEAKER_02What's this? Taylor Swift? Taylor Swift as well. Down Bad is the song. Down Bad title.
SPEAKER_04Sound bad crying at the gym. But honestly, I'm not gonna lie, you know what's funny is I was never a Taylor Swift person, but I was going through it when that song came out. And I was if you've ever been Down Bad Crying at the Gym. That song's for you now. That song is for you.
SPEAKER_01Anyway, guys, um, if you're sorry, if you're a girl named Delilah who lives in New York, hey there, Delilah is for you. I thought that was gonna be funnier. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04I think that's most of what you say.
SPEAKER_01That I thought it was gonna be funnier.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Isn't that everybody? Hey, you miss 100% of the sh jokes you don't make.
SPEAKER_04Steve, do you have any last-minute jokes you want to throw out?
SPEAKER_01Last minute jokes.
SPEAKER_04Wait, actually, have you heard this one? Knock knock.
SPEAKER_02Who's there?
SPEAKER_04So you have. You have heard this one. That's a Rick Glassman joke.
SPEAKER_01That's good. That's Rick Glassman joke. That's good. I just copied the phone. Guys, comment your favorite Rick Glassman joke in the comment section.
SPEAKER_04I don't think that our audience listens to Rick Glassman.
SPEAKER_01Can you just cut this up or do an extraordinary?
SPEAKER_04Okay, great.
SPEAKER_01Let's do one. Yeah. Where's that you as a kid? When my parents would fight, I would literally scream, Stop fighting! And then that would just completely make it worse. Yeah. My parents are still together.
SPEAKER_04Wait, Greason.
SPEAKER_01I don't yeah.
SPEAKER_04I just pictured you as baby Grayson saying, Stop fighting. Okay, cut to.
SPEAKER_01Oh god.
SPEAKER_04Baby Grayson. And we're just and we're his parents fighting, but there's a plot twist. Oh the fighting that we're doing is actually roleplay for us. Oh no.
SPEAKER_01One word suggestion, ramen.
SPEAKER_04And action.
SPEAKER_06Be careful.
SPEAKER_02I am. I'm blowing on it, like you said.
SPEAKER_01Hey guys, I just wanted to come and check in and see if everything was okay. I see that you've started eating the ramen. Is everything okay?
SPEAKER_02Yep, I've started eating the ramen and Tiffany here has started checking that I'm blowing on the ramen. So I think we're all taking care of it. Unless you can think of a third roll.
SPEAKER_04Do you have a pair of mini scissors back there that I can use to cut up his pasta?
SPEAKER_02I don't need that, Tiff. I'm blowing on the ramen. You're making sure that I'm blowing on the ramen. I'm eating it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I I can go check. I'll just I'll be right back.
SPEAKER_06Don't embarrass me.
SPEAKER_02How would I embarrass you?
SPEAKER_01Hi, I sorry. I all I was able to get was like our our regular scissors.
SPEAKER_04We we do clean them every night, but um this is so you cut up a bunch of of grown men's ramen with this and then you just clean it once at the end of the night?
SPEAKER_01No, to be honest, we just use it to cut open like our pasta bags in the back.
SPEAKER_04I I have never So you call them ramen pasta too, that's what I'm hearing.
SPEAKER_01I mean technically this is how she does it.
SPEAKER_02She I don't know this woman at all. She follows you around and she somehow assigns a job to you and it's hyper specific. I would just I would I would tr I would tr I mean you're probably too far in because you've given her information that she can now use. She has followed me around for the past three years making sure that I blow on ramen. Dude, I I order it like maybe once a week. Okay. And now it's like I or I did, and now it's like an every night thing. Okay. I have to order ramen so that she can make sure that I blow on it. And now, dude, she's got a whole web of people that she does this with. You're screwed.
SPEAKER_01Oh my goodness. Okay, and what is your relation to him then if you don't know each other?
SPEAKER_04I noticed one night that he wasn't blowing on any ramen. Oh my god. It's hot.
SPEAKER_02I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, sorry, you do have to blow on it. Unfortunately, she is right. Yeah, it is very hot.
SPEAKER_04You do have to blow on it. Do you and you took too big of a bite?
SPEAKER_01Wow, yeah, she really is cutting that for you.
SPEAKER_04Okay, I guess I can. So try that, try it now.
SPEAKER_02Cutting it up is not gonna make it colder.
SPEAKER_04It will. Because what happens is that's the thing. I have to listen to her. I'm under her spell. Okay. No, I believe it. You.
SPEAKER_02Me. She's doing it. She's doing her ritual. Oh god, what what do I do? You're about to get assigned.
SPEAKER_01I can't look away.
SPEAKER_04Look at me. I want you to go into the kitchen. And I want to get I want you to get the largest knife you can find. Okay? And I want you to find a baguette. And I want you to cut that baguette up. Okay. And make yourself some brusquetta. And eat that every night for the rest of your life.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna go into the kitchen and I'm gonna find the largest knife we have, and I'm I guess I'm gonna find a baguette and I'm gonna cut s the best bruschetta we I can.
SPEAKER_04Okay, cut to you eating the brusquetta next to him, and I'm in the bathroom.
