In this second episode of Kohr Method Blueprint, we step into the very first edit I made when rebuilding the studio: Removing Friction.

This episode takes you inside the moment my team and I stepped out of the studio to ask a single question: "If this were fully ours to rebuild... what would we want it to be?" The answer wasn't to build more. It was to remove what had become too much.

I break down the exact edits we made to simplify the client experience—from streamlining intro pathways and memberships to clarifying our class leveling system. We explore how using data confirmed what intuition was already telling us, and how removing the noise allowed the business to finally move from "confusing" to "easeful."

Episode 2 is the blueprint for how we stopped adding to the business and started clearing the path.

If you feel like you are navigating complexity you created, or if you are ready to see how removing resistance can bring ease back to your leadership, this episode is for you.

If today’s episode sparked something,
The Kohr Edit is where we turn insight into action.
