This Podcast Is Problematic
Welcome to This Podcast Is Problematic — the podcast that will probably get us cancelled… and honestly, we’re okay with that.
We talk about pop culture, fake friendships, daily life, and the kind of opinions people usually keep in the group chat. Nothing is off limits, nobody is safe, and if it’s messy, controversial, or a little uncomfortable… we’re definitely talking about it.
We say what everyone else is thinking but is too scared to say out loud. Some people will laugh, some people will be offended, and some people will probably write angry comments. Either way, we’re still hitting record.
If you’re sensitive, easily offended, or looking for politically perfect conversations… this is not the podcast for you.
But if you like chaos, honesty, a little shade, and a lot of unfiltered opinions, Welcome to This Podcast Is Problematic.
Go ahead and cancel us now.

This week, we’re addressing the elephant in the room: my co-host is getting on every last nerve. At this point, I’m accepting applications because the performance review is… not looking good. Is she actually getting fired? Probably not. Am I going to drag her for the next hour? Absolutely.
We’re also breaking down festival etiquette—because some of y’all clearly weren’t raised right. If you’re pushing through crowds, ruining everyone’s vibe, or treating the festival like it’s your personal kingdom, we’re talking about you.
And because life loves a plot twist, we’re looking back at the relationship that crashed and burned seven years ago. The anniversary is here, the memories are resurfacing, and we’re asking the important question: was it heartbreak… or was I just dating someone who should’ve stayed a stranger?
It’s shady, it’s messy, it’s petty, and somebody’s feelings are definitely getting hurt. Grab a drink and join the chaos.
Listen, I know I had my share of crazy bitch moments, or annoying moments actually, but my co-host really did the most today, and I had to say, hey girl, you gotta go. You really pissed me off, and you're really working my nerves. So today is a solo podcast, guys. So hopefully you enjoy this without the crazy bitch in the background. So okay, guys, pretty much like I wanted to say that I was just recording with Sam and number one, her audio, uh once again, you know, it was lame. And then she was just saying random stuff, and I get it, like you know, like from the last episode I was talking about, like you know, hooking up and blah blah blah. But when she just throws in, like, I'm I can have a conversation, like you know, I'm going to church this Sunday, and then she's like, Oh, you gonna slip dick and clock, dude. Time and place, honestly. And you did it in my birthday dinner. Like, come on, like, I get it. Like, I have these stories, things that happen, but when they just throw in shit like that, it gets fucking annoying. It gets fucking annoying. So, literally, like, I I'm gonna be very transparent. Like, I was just recording with her. I'm like, you know what? I'm just gonna hang up because she was really getting on my fucking nerves more than usual, actually. So this podcast today is gonna be just me. It's just like a short pod, you know. But pretty much I wanna just say always, I just want to say always to all the listeners and all the brand new listeners actually, that have been tuning in and subscribing and actually streaming the episodes. So thank you so much once again. I know I mentioned last episode that we're worldwide. We kind of are low-key, but we are no, I'm I'm looking at the stats, and then I'm looking we're we're in different cities, and you know, people are listening tuning in from here and there, and I'm really grateful. When I first started this podcast, I really didn't think anyone will, you know, will listen to it or tune in or subscribe or whatever. You know, I'm pretty new to all of this, and I don't have high-tech equipment. I will, you know, soon, and then you know, I keep saying that we're gonna go live in July. But the way this bitch is acting is really like really pissing me off, low-key. And this is like I'm not being vulnerable again from the episode. Like, just you know, like if you know, if I record with her and it sounds lame, I'm just gonna hang up. I just I'm just done, honestly. I think from the last two months that I've been dealing with everything that's been happening, I've learned a lot. I learned to be patient and I learned not to, you know, dwell on the bad things. And today she's about she was one of the bad things, so you know, until next week, if anything. But yeah, sorry guys. But yeah, so thank you so much for the listeners. Thank you so much for streaming, guys. Yeah, we're gonna do something really, really big soon. So hopefully everyone will, you know, tune in and support the podcast. Because I really believe in this podcast, you know. And I never I don't think I've ever said what inspired this podcast. I don't think I've ever I don't think I have, I probably did, but you know, I named it the problematic podcast because, you know, honestly, like I am very problematic in a way where, you know, my views from everyone here around me and my city, you know, everyone thinks different. And you know, I'm very, you know, very straightforward with things and different beliefs and stuff like that. Like, I even remember, like back when I was a kid in the 90s, you know, all my family were listening to, you know, Mexican music and everything in Spanish. And I remember listening to Jewel, Hansen, Alanis Morris said, Meredith Brooks, you know, all of these, you know, white music. And I was really different, you know, and I've had different opinions of things. And people I remember in school, elementary school, like saying some stuff to people, and it just didn't they understand, and everyone was so like, you know, always into like their one thing. Like they're you know, if everyone will agree with each other, and with me, it was I was different. Like, what the hell what are you talking about? So I've always been different. So, and you now pretty much too, with everything that's going on in the world, I'm very you know, I will say some things and I I do not agree with half of you guys, and you know, that's what makes it problematic because I am, and but not only that though, like I've um, you know, this podcast was inspired by the canceled podcast, which was with Tana Mojo and Brooke Schofield. They had a podcast for a few years, and I fell in love with that podcast, and I was listening to every every episode I was tuning in, you know, all the banter, and I feel like wow, like, you know, I wasn't doing half the stuff that they were doing or going on and all that stuff, but I had some kind of you know, if I did go out, it was pretty much like that. And um, but yeah, but you know, the cancel podcast really inspired this podcast, and that's how I kind of wanted it to be. You know, you know, I wish I could have picked another co-host, but the thing is though, like I we banter good, me and my co-host Sam. But it's just, you know, she's a mother and she really hasn't lived the life that I lived, and I have so much stories and so much things that happened in my life, and you know, stuff that I've done, and she's just like a nun, really, a fat nun, but she's you know, she was there. But you know, you know, I could have done this podcast with somebody else who had the same thing, but I didn't want to do it with another guy. Like I didn't I don't want to be like a gay focus podcast because that's not what this is. I don't want to be like, oh, you know, welcome back. You know, it's just that's not me. It's it's it's not me. That's why I wanted another uh with a girl. So, you know, different opinions and different things, but you know, it's just sometimes, you know, when you with your friends where you're really close, and then you know, you can just talk about something, but then be keep they throw in stupid shit like she did today, and it just gets really annoying. It's just like, come on, bitch. Like, we're trying to put out good contact for people, and you know, we can be talking about something else, and then you keep throwing, like, oh, you're sucking dick. Yeah, it's just like I said, it's just fucking annoying. And I keep talking about it because it's really, really getting under my skin, and it's so fucking annoying, like, bro, like, like I said, time and place, but whatever, guys. I don't know. Uh you know, I want to focus into like something else because when do you know when it's enough for a job? Like, oh, you're done with the job. Like, I used to be so happy going to work. I used to be so excited to go to work and all to see the people and all that stuff, but lately it's just been like I don't know. Like, I don't I'm not happy anymore with the job, you know, with the people. I mean, some of the people I'm happy with, but not well, not everyone. And and it's just like I'm not, you know, I'm always late, I'm always leaving early. Like I I just don't care, you know, and I I don't know because you know, like the the stuff that I'm going through, you know, with you know, my you know, my pre-diabetes or or like you know, me like it's just my body is changing, you know. I it I don't know what it is, but I'm just I don't know. I'm that's just I'm not happy. It's not that I'm not happy with life, I just like I'm just not happy with the job. And I know I I need to switch or or I just need to get that spark back because I've lost it, to be honest. Like I used to go in and kick ass, and now I'm just like I just don't care. And it's not me. I've always been motivated to work. You know, I just I need to stop being lazy and just do it, just you know, work. But it just sometimes is ugh my god. Sometimes it's just hard to get up. Maybe I'm I don't want to blame it on depression or anxiety, I don't have none of that. I mean, I experienced that before, but now I'm just good. Like, I feel good, but it's just like I don't know, maybe I'm just a lazy bitch, honestly. I think I'm just complaining because I don't want to do none of the work. And what's crazy is that some of my my people that I work with, they they clock me always, like, oh so are you gonna work today? Oh are you gonna help me with this? And I'm like, oh fucking god, why do I have to? But I I have to, but I never do, so I kind of feel bad that I always oh fuck that. You know what? No, I did my I did my time. I did my time and I did my I did everything that I had to do. Let me chill for a second. But I don't know. It just sometimes I feel like I need a new job. But then again, it's like you know, by the time I get another job, I can't quit, you know, because by the time I get another job, it's just like yo, I have I have bills, I have I have a mortgage, I have all this, so I can't even I can't even freaking file for a fucking uh mental health, you know, leave because bitch, I I need money, you know. We all need money, you know. I wanna go out, I want, you know, and I gotta pay the bills and stuff like that, so I can't really do that much stuff. Which I really really want to. But yeah, it's not really gonna happen at this point. I just gotta chill and just you know, and go with the flow and just stop being lazy and go do it.
SPEAKER_00As they say, but I don't want to comment if you think I'm lazy.
SPEAKER_01Or whoever listens to the podcast and knows me, just know like am I really lazy? Am I really just like lazy? Whatever. Alright, exciting, exciting, exciting, exciting news for me. Well, not news because I think half of you guys always post it on my social medias. Lottapalooza. Okay, I cannot wait. It's gonna be my first Lottapalooza going by myself. No, actually, well, yeah, but the first Lollapalooza ever that I've attended. And the only reason why I'm going is because you know the chain smokers are going. So I'm a huge, huge fan of the chain smokers. So and anyone who knows me who we've been partying with or going out with or whatever, they know that the chain smokers are number one for me. So when I find out they're they're playing Lala, I'm like, you know what? Fuck that yeah, and VIP too, bitch. Okay, I ain't doing no GA. I will be VIP watching chain smokers at Lollapalooza, and that's in 18 days, and so that's why right now I need to hurry up and you know eat right and stop fucking around because I'm not trying to be at the concert and feeling bloated or feeling fat as fuck. So yeah, well, you know, to be honest, guys, like, yeah, so okay, I'm all over the place right now. But back to the weight and all that stuff, like I have lost weight for the last month due to because I had to reduce drinking, reduce like eating shit and all that stuff. So I'm pretty proud of myself because now I can actually fit in some clothes. I'm still big, okay, and still fat, but not that fat. Or I don't even feel bloated. But the thing is, I mean okay, so every time I drink something, I have to pee right away. So I'm kind of scared going to Lala. Because what if I go to Lala and I'm like, I'm drinking and fucking like I start pissing everywhere. Like, that's a fucking nightmare, and I'm not trying to walk around like oh this pussy boy. No, so low-key, I was okay. You know what? It's just between us because no one's gonna hear this. You know, I was actually thinking about like buying one of those adult diapers and just wearing it. Ah! I can't believe I said that. No, low-key, I was thinking that because I'm like, fuck, what if I'm gonna go to the bathroom on time? Or what if uh whatever they're too far? Or what if I'm just like ah fuck. I was actually considering buying an adult diaper for the festival, but it's not that's not cute. That's not and that's not me. I'd rather just go and and fuck and see see what's up. So yeah, it's it's gonna be embarrassing, but I'm not gonna do that. I'm not gonna do that. All right, even okay, if we whoever's listening to this and then they go lala, please touch my ass because there's it there's not gonna be a diaper, an adult diaper at that. No, I will go to the bathroom as one goes, but it you know, I just have that that thing when I drink a lot of stuff, and hopefully my bladder will be like, alright, bitch, I got you this time. You know, right now I'm just like bantering and trying to you know get an episode out, you know, because that's what I wanted to do. I wanted to record an episode every um every week to have an episode every week. But, you know, you know, if I have to do that once again, once again, like I gotta do this solo, which I'm fine with, you know, the audio's fine. You know, I I have a lot of stuff to talk about, but sometimes I gotta like edit myself because I just can't reveal too much because it's gonna it's just too much from people. Like, how many times can I talk about a hookup story in the parking lot? How many times can I talk about a hookup in the back of a chilies? You know, I it just my life is just like all over the place. But people like that. People like being all over the place. I know for a fact, like, you know, since I'm uh turning 40 next in January, like I lived a good life in my 30s, to be honest. The 20s, I didn't do shit in my 20s. The only thing I did something right in my 20s was the last year, 29. When, you know, my first you know, weight loss transformation was happening, and you know, I got my first boyfriend. You know, my first boyfriend, first heartache, you know, and I lost weight and all that stuff. So all that stuff happened in the year 29. Once I turned 30, I was traveling, I was I was meeting people, I was dating people, I was all over the place, you know. Like I I think from like 30, from 30 to like 36, you know, I lived a good life. The last few years, it was it's just been I mean, it's just been there, to be honest. And I did want to do I did I wanted to have some like I wanted to do this for an a full episode of this one topic, and this one topic I don't know if I should just I okay, you know, I will say some things because I just want to run this to 20 minutes of a podcast. I will say this the next episode because it's gonna be the one year anniversary next next um next Friday. No, next one no next whatever next week. It's the anniversary of a breakup that I had where I left my job, I left my house, you know, and I moved in with him. And it was just one of the worst experiences in my life. We broke up. I I well I walked out of that house. We broke up, whatever, and then it just you know, after that, you know, my life, like I went into the deep depression, and you know, I had no money, everything was piling up. I was so like, what the fuck is happening? I was getting bigger. It was just like the time of all, you know, of this one person that you know made me do all this. And I know like I don't want to blame this person for everything that he he did, but you know, he had like a lot to do with it, you know, because when I reached out, he left me for dead. It was nothing, like not you know, how is it that you are you know that you know dark and that like how you know I'm reaching out for help after whatever and then nothing, and it's just like you don't care. But yeah, but that was I wanna do the like I wanna go by detail in detail for this breakup, but I I'm gonna do it in another another episode, which I'll probably record next week to put it out for the it's gonna be what the seven-year anniversary. I've been single for seven years, and he had a lot to do with it. And and that's why now like I don't wanna date, or I could talk to someone, but I just I just can't really trust, or people want to know more about me, or people wanna, you know, like oh, what do you do for the for this, or where do you work, or you know, I don't want to say anything because it's I don't know, it just uh I'm not saying it was tra traumatizing, but it was just like why would I even I don't know it it's it's weird, okay. I don't know if anyone had had experiences before where you met someone, you move in with them, and then it's just straight horror. And it comes, it was just well for me it was scary. I couldn't even like get out of it because I'm like, damn, I made a commitment and I moved in. And what do I do now? But it's gonna be all in the next episode, guys. I will talk about that in another full episode, which next week. Uh yeah, the anniversary. But not just like talking about it, but I just want to say that, you know, after that, everything was good. After so it took me a year, okay, I'm gonna say like maybe like a f two years to kind of get over that situation. And every time July 24th rolls in, that's the anniversary of the day I left and the day all that shit went down. You know, because I re I even remember, you know, after that, after the breakup. After the breakup, you know, I I didn't feel nothing. I'm like, you know what, whatever. I went to get a haircut, I went out with a friend, we were just doing whatever, you know, whatever. But it didn't hit me until like two weeks later. It ain't hit me where I'm like, fuck, like I have a job all the way over there. How am I gonna get there? You know, like and then like when I left that job, okay, I need money. When is the money rolling? Like it it was it was a lot. And I try to hide it, but it was just I couldn't hide it. It was really like there and it was hitting me, and it was so I don't know, it w it was just so hard for me. But every time July 24th, you know, I celebrate that day because I'm way better than I was back then, you know. This year has been kind of similar to that year, but not a relationship, it's just like stress we know with with the the bills and the mortgage and my health and all that stuff. It's just you know it's you know, I you know, I'm gonna I'm good, I'm okay, you know, and there's some things are just out of your reach, you know. Sometimes it's just you you can't do anything about that stuff. Um but I do want to talk about it more and more in detail in the next episode. So this one is just, you know, I'll record it next week for you guys. Hopefully you guys will tune in. And hopefully you guys will excuse the banter and that I'm doing right now, and excuse the lack of co-host, which is Sam. And um yeah, Sam, please get your shit together, and please, like, you know, time and place. That's that's all I ask, you know, because I'm not gonna be asking you, you know, whatever. I'm not going back and forth. It's just Sam, get your shit together. Get your shit together, and you know, we'll go from there, from there, whatever. Right now, I'm just like mumbling because I'm tired actually. But yeah, guys, thank you so much. Thank you so much for tuning in to another episode of Problematic Pod. The problematic podcast. I'm actually thinking about changing it to this podcast is problematic, which I really have the banter of that, and I have mostly everywhere. I know on Apple, an Apple Podcast, I have it. This podcast is problematic. Because when you put in problematic podcasts on YouTube, you'll see like a whole bunch of people. So I really want to like rebrand it to this podcast, it's problematic, which you know I feel I feel like it fits way better. But yeah, guys, like I guess said, thank you so much for tuning in. Thank you so much for checking out the YouTube channel, checking out podcasts, Apple Podcasts. Thank you so much for reaching out and letting me know what you guys like about this podcast, what you guys hate about it. It's gonna continue being problematic. There's a lot of topics that I do want to talk about, get in, you know, stuff like that. And the next one, guys, thank you so much for tuning in. And I'll see you next time. This is the public service announcement. If you're hearing this, then you're part of the problem. This podcast is problematic. Let's go.
