On today's episode, we're joined by Jim and Martha Brengenberg. These are dear friends of mine. In fact, just had them over for uh dinner when they were on the road for the radio show I Work for Him. And this is the only daily Faith and Work radio program in America. And Jim is the host. And Martha, you've hosted several times, I know.

SPEAKER_01

I have, yes.

SPEAKER_02

And she's frequently on there. And Jim utilizes his networking expertise. He's one of the most amazing networkers, and really, as I view him, is really the voice of the faith and work movement. And he's been interviewing, I mean, pretty much all the who's who of the authors, workplace with CEOs, different ministries that are connecting faith and work. I mean, he's really both he and Martha are making it happen. And they also have a powerful marriage ministry, and it's just such a joy to see them serving alongside each other. And Martha has, they both have a business background, pretty extensive business background. Jim and insurance and car sales, and and then Martha and retail management and customer service and project management, but they're amazing, amazing people and dear friends. Jim and Martha, welcome to the Christianity and Business Podcast. Thanks, Darren.

SPEAKER_01

It's a pleasure to be here.

SPEAKER_02

So now, how many episodes have you guys done at this point? It's a little over a thousand and fifty. A little over a thousand and fifty. And these are specifically episodes that are about connecting faith and work. So, why did you start a radio show that focuses specifically on faith and work integration? And more important, you know, a lot of people start things, but very few people would see something through for as long as you've done it. Uh why, why, what is it that is so, I mean, of all of the messages in Christendom that you could be running with, what is it about this one?

SPEAKER_03

Well, first of all, it wasn't my idea. It was God's idea. We uh we've been small business entrepreneurs all of our lives. I mean, I was selling door-to-door greeting cards as an eight-year-old. So I've been a business guy all my life. And uh, you know, and when when I was a young entrepreneur, right after we got married, we were uh in the insurance business, and the guys that were mentoring me were two deacons from our church, and they said, Well, business is business and church is church. They don't have anything to do with each other, so make a lot of money and give it to the church. That was how I was discipled. Well, it just was a major disconnect for me. I didn't get that, it didn't feel right. And then I started doing business with these guys and I saw things that I didn't like. And so, in the years of being in business as an insurance guy, and we also sold used cars at the same time, I just decided that we have a lot of opportunity for doing ministry to each other or to these to our customers, but nobody ever, I still kept getting the message hey, if you really want to be important in the kingdom, you got to be a pastor or a missionary. But then God moved us to Florida. And right away after the move to Florida, we kind of had to give up everything. We moved on here because of Martha's health and Minnesota was just bad all the time. And and I somebody gave me the book Halftime right after we moved here. And all of a sudden I realized, wow, I could lead a life of significance in my work. And so God spent the next 10 years really discipling me to understand that my work was significant to him and that I could be a pastor in my workplace. And he used guys like uh Bob Buford through Halftime and Oz Hillman through Today God is first, and and uh he used Francis Chan in the book Um Unforgotten God. And then he used he gave me the name I work for him. And I'm like, okay, Lord, I could see how I can help four or five Christian business guys at a time, but how do I help thousands of people understand this? Because I'm tired of losing money to people who call themselves Christians, but they have no idea how to connect their faith and their work. And 90 days after I got the name, I was speaking to a small group of Christian business guys about five ways to incorporate your faith into your workplace. And I sat down next to the only person in the room I didn't know, and she said, Jim, you need to talk about that in the radio. Well, make a long story short, I told her no several times, told her she was crazy a couple times, but really that was what we had been praying for: an opportunity to really challenge people across the globe, across the country. At that point in time, we thought it was just across Tampa Bay, that our faith and our work should be integrated very much connected. I had just blew that one. But anyway, uh it just that's how we got started. And we just knew that it was something we had to do, and that was we started one day a week, and after 15 months, we went to three days a week, and after 18 months, we went to five days a week. We've been on five days a week for an hour for four years already.

SPEAKER_02

And Martha, did you kind of I mean, at what point did you really dive all in with this message? I mean, it is, I mean, that two people that one person would be doing this for all these years is a feat in and of itself, but that two people would be doing it together is yet another thing. What at what point did you really get a hold of this message?

SPEAKER_01

Well, the message itself um resonated with me right, you know, as Jim was really searching his heart and and things were being revealed. It was making sense to me as well. I actually had the pleasure of growing up in a home where my dad got this connection of his faith in his work. He just didn't articulate it the way we're talking about it today. Um, he was very intentional with his workplace. So it was um, I saw it modeled, but we weren't having discussions about it. And so at the beginning, I just was the, you know, behind the scenes, take the pictures, you know, help with a little bit of, you know, promo or whatever I needed to do. And eventually Jim got me on one day a week and we were talking about together on Tuesdays with Jim and Martha. And we talk about marriage and relationships and the effect of those on our workplace um because we are highly impacted by that. And then the um eventually, now I'm on about eight 75% of the time, I would say.

SPEAKER_03

Everybody says, Jim, when you're on the radio, it's good. When Martha's on the radio, it's great radio. That's what they say. Absolutely. So she I keep telling her, it's five days a week, baby. You're there.

SPEAKER_02

So now that you guys have interviewed so many of the leaders and thinkers, I mean scholars, practitioners in this field of faith and work, what what does it mean to integrate your faith into your work? What does that look like?

SPEAKER_03

I would tell you that what it is, it's about whole life discipleship. It's about understanding that when you when you surrendered your life to Christ, you didn't surrender the period outside of eight to five. You surrendered all of it. Yet the church has just missed that opportunity to equip us as missionaries to our workplaces. So when I hear I work for him, it just it really is an extension of Jesus saved all of my life, wants all of my life, and my workplace, it's my mission field. And in that mission field, I may be the only Jesus my co-workers and employees may ever meet.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and I think for me, one of the things is the fact that whether you're the leader of the organization or someone who punches a clock, or someone who just, you know, I don't want to say just, but someone who has a part-time job somewhere at all levels, it's understanding that what I do matters, that God has equipped me to do whatever it is, and that I have a bigger purpose than just punching the clock, that I'm here to serve um humanity or, you know, whatever it might be that we do in that space, um, that we're doing it with the right perspective.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, you got to look at Zacchaeus, Darren. Zacchaeus was a tax collector, and when his life got transformed by Jesus, he didn't quit his tax collector job. He just transformed his tax collector job because of the power of Christ in his life. We're all in the same boat. When Jesus becomes part of who we are and the Holy Spirit comes to live in us, our lives are transformed, all of our lives.

SPEAKER_02

And so you really emphasize this idea of your workplaces, your mission field. So integrating faith into work, is that I mean, evangelism is obviously one thing that comes to mind when I hear you talk about how you define bringing your faith to work. What as you've interviewed and through your own personal experience and the people that you've talked to, um, what are some of the different ways that people um and is there is there one way that people define integrating faith into work, or have you observed many different ways that people articulate this?

SPEAKER_03

I think there's as many different ways to to connect faith and work as there are people. But I want to go back to your question on evangelism first, because connecting faith and work isn't it is about evangelism. It is about introducing people to Jesus. But when people hear the word evangelism, they're thinking pounding people over the head with the Bible. Uh, we do this thing on our off our website, we talk about it on the air every day called the I work for him nation. And we ask people to make the pledge and join the I work for him nation. People think, well, I don't want to join a club. I'm like, this isn't a club. This is just putting your faith into action because it starts with prayer for those people that you work alongside and the opportunity to befriend people outside the workplace and serve the people that you work with and look for ways to pray with people, all along being a person of excellence in your position, which will lead you to the opportunities to be able to share what Jesus means to you and how your life's been transformed, which gives you the opportunity to do evangelism and lead them to Christ. It's a process and it all starts with prayer in the workplace.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and I would add to that just the fact that um some of the ways that it's played out for people, we can see it everything from them understanding that, hey, my business helps 10 other families flourish because they have income, they have employment. How am I caring for them? Um, how am I hiring them? How am I firing them? What kind of benefits am I giving them? Am I treating them as a person and not a dollar or a number? And the same with their customers and their, you know, vendors, whoever they might be working with, just the fact that they they're the way they look at them differently um has a huge impact in that area.

SPEAKER_03

You know, a lot of people when they think, okay, I'm a Christian now, I own my own business, they naturally think, well, I'll just give a lot of money away. Well, that and in fact, the Beatenbow Holmes people out of Lubbock, Texas, that was part of their story. They thought, well, we're gonna have a kingdom company, that just means we're gonna give a lot of money away. Then they realized it was so much bigger. And this is what I see. It's kind of a as the Lord transforms people, business owners and and leaders and people in their workplace, it starts with, well, I'll just make a lot of money and give it away. That makes a kingdom purpose. But all of a sudden they start to realize, wait a minute, I got employees. I I impact their lives. Wait a minute, I got vendors, wait a minute, I got customers. And it and it becomes, we've been given a lot of responsibility to be able to be an example to these people. And the whole idea is that somewhere between 60 and 70 percent of America never will darken the doorsteps of a church. So, how are they ever gonna hear about Jesus? We're not gonna get them into our big, massive churches. We might get them in a small group Bible study in a home, but we need they're gonna go to work. We need to bring Jesus to the workplace, and it needs to be living, Jesus needs to be living out in our lives.

SPEAKER_02

What are, as you've interviewed folks, and and maybe from your own personal lives, what have been some of your favorite examples of people sharing Jesus and and really seeing the fruit there in their workplace uh in terms of evangelism?

SPEAKER_03

You had a lot of opportunities in Christian retail, obviously. People coming and buying Bibles going, hey, you remember some of those stories?

SPEAKER_01

You mean buying Bibles to for people in their workplace or for them.

SPEAKER_03

Sometimes people are just like, I just became a Christian. I need but but the opportunities for evangelism in the Christian retail.

SPEAKER_01

Right, exactly. And I think for a lot of people, um just opening the door, the making sure that you show that you care about the person so that you've built that relationship and then the sharing can happen.

SPEAKER_03

I think we've heard a ton of stories. I'm sorry, I think we've heard a ton of stories of people who just started, they started praying for the people that work alongside, and then they just started showing them that they cared, that relationship was really important. It all goes with relationship. Jesus always let everybody know that they were valued and then they listened. And that is so important. Every one of us as a human being wants to know we have value. And and that's really the forefront of workplace ministry is to let the people know that we work alongside, that we value them as human beings, and that we want to listen to them. Listening is really powerful. Very hard for Jim, by the way. Uh, and then you get the opportunities to take that a little bit further. But it's that it's that knowing those loving that person right where they're at, not expecting them to act like a Christian if they are not a Christian, loving them right where they're at, and looking for opportunities one day when they're having a rough day to say, Hey, thanks for sharing that. Can I pray about that with you? That opens up a lot of doors. And the Bible's the second step.

SPEAKER_02

Go ahead. From the people that you've interviewed, what have been some of your favorite examples of how that has happened?

SPEAKER_03

Okay. January 17th this year, we interviewed two bicycle guys. They were building, they they both have two different bicycle ministries here in Tampa Bay. And one of them, they were collecting old bikes, fixing them up and this and sending them out to a whole bunch of different ministries that disseminated them out to people that needed bicycles, homeless people that needed biceps, bicycles. The other guy came to Christ. Here, I always ask the question on the show Hey, how'd you come to be a follower of Jesus? And the guy goes, Well, I was on an LSD trip, and Jesus intersected my trip, and I've been a Jesus follower ever since. And we're sitting on Christian Talk Radio, and that day we had opened up the show with Queen's song, I want to ride my bicycle. Okay. So so we're playing Queen, and a guy comes to Jesus on an LSD trip, and he he goes, Jim, I came to I came to Jesus to start reading the Bible. It says that I'm supposed to love the least of these and supposed to help those people who are the poor and the hungry. And so I went out and I started ministering to the poor and the hungry. I didn't realize it wasn't until later that Christians don't really do that. That's what this guy says. Sadly. Sadly, it's what he said. And and he says, We grab junk bicycles, we teach homeless people how to fix them, and through that process, we minister to them. And if they work 10 hours, they get a free bicycle. At the same time, they're walking alongside of us. And here, this is a guy tattooed from head to toe with bald head, shaved head, with a beard down to here, tattooed and just loving Jesus and loving on the least of these. It's stories like that that are like, that was cool.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and another one that I can think of is actually what we've heard from a lot of people that we've interviewed is they make it very clear that they're not just hiring Christians, that they're they're run on biblical principles, but anybody can abide by those biblical principles. But um, loving everyone where they're at, but saying this is what we believe, and we'd like eventually for you to come alongside, but that that's not why you're employed here. You're employed here because we believe you can do a good work. And I think that's been really great because we talk about the fact that, you know, we're gonna rub shoulders with a lot more people that need to learn about Jesus than maybe a pastor ever would. So the opportunity is there, and if they only hire Christians and live in a bubble, none of that can happen. So really seeing evangelism as a uh uh outpouring of employment in a sense, even though it's not the directive.

SPEAKER_03

There's just so many stories, Darren. It's staggering.

SPEAKER_02

And every as we give us another, give us another one. Oh how about from a business context?

SPEAKER_03

You know, here's a great one. Guy named Ron Johnson out of Minnesota, out of Michigan, wrote this book, um, Customer Service and the Imitation of Christ. And it had this really awful cover on it. But I was I was trying to do a stu a show on customer service and Jesus, and I found this book. And I'm like, okay, and I got the book and it was fantastic. This guy runs a call center, and he'd been running a call center for 25 years, and he realized that as a customer, and he managed customer service people, started on the phones, then managed customer service people, but he realized that he was in ministry to all of those customers calling in every day, and he started to realize see himself as their mobile minister. And people would call in and he started praying with people that shared issues because people that are screaming and yelling, usually people that are hurting usually were hurt other people. So those are the ones, the screamers on the phone. And we've all unfortunately probably made some of those phone calls. And this guy just started realizing, wow, I can make a difference as a customer service person. And he wrote a book and it was a fantastic book. And and and he got it as a guy in middle management, he got it. He just got it. And and it's and he's written some great books about it.

SPEAKER_02

Martha, I know you're thinking about one.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I am. I'm I'm trying to think where to even narrow it down. We've we've just, you know, touching the surface of things, we've talked to people that have manufacturing businesses that have included a gospel of John in every shipment that they send out, and they're very um deliberate about saying this is something that you know is is precious to us, so we want to share it with you. And um, just taking that step, you never know who's gonna unpack and and be in need of that scripture right at that moment. We've met so many people that you know can be anything from the back of their business card, just making some statement that um opens a door. Again, people can sense when someone cares. And um most of the time, unless we're really not walking in the spirit, you know, we um the spirit lets people around us know that there's something extra, that that we care because of something, not just because we're trying to get something out of them.

SPEAKER_03

It was either late last year or early this year that I interviewed a C12 member. So C12, C12 group is a group that is a roundtable discussion group for Christian business owners and leaders. And I and I said, I'm gonna interview you, but what I want, after we're done talking about the impact of C12 on you and your business, I would like to interview a couple of your employees, and I don't care if they're Christians or not, to hear how the what the impact of C12 is making on them. And so we interviewed him, we talked about the impact on him and his business. Then I brought in his people. I said, Okay, your boss has been in C12 for five years. What kind of impact have you seen on the business since he joined C12? And one of these guys, I talked to him off the air, and he goes, I'm not a Christ follower, but I'm watching him, and it's made a huge difference. It's making it's made a huge difference on our company, it's made a huge difference in operations. And and it was, he's like, I'm not a Jesus follower yet, but I'm I it's got my attention. That's what this is all about. And living our faith out, even though we're all a bunch of screw ups, living our faith out attracts people to Jesus. We just want that opportunity to share why we're followers of Jesus, but we're not gonna get it if we don't have a relationship. Yes, or if we do crappy work.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's so good. I love this kind of greatest hits flow we have going on here from the I Work for Him show. I I hope we can get these into a book, you know. I know a publisher that can uh oh you do, huh? How do you shoot so far?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I thought about we could do it devotional, but that's like three and a half years of devotions, uh just these short little stories. But we absolutely you come up with the perfect idea, we'll get it done.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Hybridge books. Well, what would be another company hybrid books? They're sure. Yeah, they got a good what would be another exam, another story if if there was such a book, which I'm sure there will be, what would be one of those other stories that just would have to be in there?

SPEAKER_01

Okay. So we have met a businesswoman and her father that own a business together in our area. And they number one, they have a call center for a business that they run, and they see the opportunity that a call center can be a great place of employment for second chancers. And that's somebody who's come out of incarceration or has some kind of a record that makes them not highly employable by a lot of people. And so, first of all, they see the opportunity to give some people a second chance, give them employment, but they take it a step further. They don't want their call center to have high turnover. So they're like, well, what can we do to really feed into our employees? Transportation is an issue. Wow, there's not very good bus system coming to our office. Let's call the city bus line and ask them to change their routes and see if they can get better routes to our place of business so they have more customers. Then they um they realize that a lot of times second chancers don't have business apparel. And so they created a clothes closet where their new employees can come and shop for clothing that would be appropriate for the workplace. Then they might have needs for uh daycare. So they're creating a daycare so that their child the children can have a place to go that's safe.

unknown

So

SPEAKER_01

Just goes on and on and on, and they're perpetuating that. But they saw that they had the kind of business where that model could work and work very well. And guess what? They pay them better than everybody else. They have higher retention than the industry standard by a long slot shot. And they have very happy employees who are going to be loyal and they're going to stick around. And guess what? Then they're meeting Jesus.

SPEAKER_03

Top 10 show last year. We were interviewing one of our sponsors here is uh an air conditioning company out of Sarasota, Florida, Aqua, Aqua Plumbing and Air. And I said, Skip, great talking to you all the time. Let's hear from some of your employees to see if you're really living out your faith in your work and it's really making an impact. I just say that stuff. So this guy brings in one of his air conditioning, air conditioner mechanics, uh, repair technician guy, repair guy. And I said, So what's your story? He goes, Well, I was a pastor for 25 years, and now I repair air conditioners, and I get more opportunities to share my faith and to lead people to Jesus as an air conditioned repair guy than I ever did as a pastor. This is the greatest pastorate I've ever had. That was it.

SPEAKER_01

How amazing is that?

SPEAKER_03

Like four years ago, we interviewed a company out of Minnesota called Cheetah Development, Cheetah, just like the animal. And this guy grew up in small town, Minnesota. And in small town, Minnesota, you got a rail line, you got a uh a grain yard, you usually got a five and dime, usually you have a bank, usually you have a little grocery store. So, you know, small towns are, and of course, there's always a bar. And he goes, you know what? He felt called to go help Africa. You know, in Africa, there's a tremendous amount of resources in Africa, but a lot of people have taken advantage of Africa, but never really invested resources in Africa to help them build up their own economy. He goes, he felt called to Tanzania and he started working with government officials in Tanzania, building small towns in Tanzania from teaching the guys, farmers, how to really farm and then building storage facilities because these guys were really, they were they had food for six months of the year, and the second six months of the year, they were out of food because they had no way to store it and preserve it. Right up to the fact they're teaching people how to be bankers, people teaching people how to do grain mills, teaching people how to do grocery stores, the whole deal building small towns the way American small towns doing it, Tanzania style, and hat that was incredible. I those are those those kinds of stories we could go on and on and on. But that that got God just moving all over the place, and every time we turn over another rock, there's another story of somebody moving in in somebody's life. We just got it right after we talked about Dr. Jim Harris, one of the guys that's published with you, wrote this great book, Our Unfair Advantage. We did a show with him a couple weeks ago. We did that show in Pensacola uh about a month ago, and after the show, we got an email from somebody from Ireland. And this woman has been in Ireland and she goes for a long time, she's probably my age, and she goes, I feel like we're all alone. I I know I'm supposed to connect my faith and my work, but nobody's talking about this. Do you know anybody in Ireland that you can connect me to because you know I'm a networker? Well, I just today succeeded in connecting her to three people in the UK and in Ireland that are living this out, that are living it out their ministries because everywhere around the country, all around the globe, God is moving in this workplace idea.

SPEAKER_02

I love it. And nowhere are these stories being captured better than on the I Workfor Him radio show. And I mean that sincerely. And we definitely need to get these stories into a book. Um, and so I think you're wetting the appetite for our listeners, and they need to definitely go and check you guys out at iWorkforhim.com. Uh, where as we're wrapping it up here, where do you see the faith of work movement heading right now?

SPEAKER_01

You want to say well, I would say one thing is is that um one of Jim and my core values for I Workfor Him is collaboration. And we really are praying that so many people that are being stirred in different ways to do different things will come alongside of each other and see that this is not um something to just do in a silo and to be alone, but to say, you know what, God just has this um desire for us to our lives to be integrated and um just for us to help to fuel some better collaboration within the faith and work um conversation. Um, I think that's one thing.

SPEAKER_03

That's one huge thing. And because there's a lot of one-off ministries doing a lot of the same thing all over the country, and if they could all share resources, they could explode exponentially. But the other big thing that we've seen is that there's a there's a deep, deep need for discipling, Christ following women in the workplace. There's a lot of ministries that focus on men, a very small fraction that focus on women. And yet 55% of the workforce is women now. So we really see that that's where the faith and work movement is going, is that it's going to equally raise uh women are going to be discipled to know how to effectively bring their faith into the workplace and finally giving women the voice because women are given when they when when all of us come to Christ, we all get spiritual gifts. And it the church has focused heavily on the spiritual gifts of men in the past. We miss the opportunity to take advantage of the incredible spiritual gifts of the women, and I think that that's going to happen. And I think what'll happen more naturally in the faith and work side in the women's movement side of the faith and work movement is that there'll be more easy, more collaboration will be a lot easier because women think collaboratively. So I think they'll lead the way.

SPEAKER_02

I love that collaboration and women's emphasis, and you know, not just the emphasis, but I mean, we're emphasizing men's ministry in the workplace. Let's at least give equal emphasis. And probably for a season, we need to really go out of our way to really focus uh in that regard. It's interesting. Uh, you know, as I've inter interviewed people in this sphere as well, starting out, it was like all I could find were men almost. And lately, it has been almost pretty much equal parts men and women. Fabulous. And and I I think they're just more and more women that are that are stepping up to because there's so there's so much that has to be talked about from a gender perspective uh because of the needs on the home front as well as in the workplace. And um and so thank God for those women that are stepping up, like you, Martha, and uh and and others that we've had on this show, on your show, uh, that are helping women to integrate their faith into their work. So uh again, iWorkforhem.com is the website. What's next for you guys in iWorkfor Him?

SPEAKER_03

We really believe the Lord is just preparing us to go national. Uh, and God has told us from the very beginning to think big. And I'm not a big thinker, I'm not a big visionary thinker, not a guy like you that's you know done things and developed things and created things, but I think big. Okay, big's like, you know, there's only one other Christian radio talk show that's gone to a thousand cities, and that's Dave Ramsey. So we want to go Dave Ramsey big and be in a thousand cities, but do it a little bit differently. Do it on a scale where every quarter there's a whole week of programming just on those local cities. But to get because people across the country need to know their work is significant to God, that their work has meaning. And so we're just we're in that stage of we're about ready to start a fundraise. Just to get the staff so we can grow nationally, we just need a few people and the funding for it. And we really believe we'll go coast to coast, and that's why we're traveling is to build up networking relationships across the the country.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and I just want to add to that that um the reason that we believe we're supposed to go national is not because we need to be national, but this message is for everyone, and um, that's from coast to coast, and just this um resonates with so many people when they hear it that my work matters, that God has a call on my life. I'm not subpar to anybody else. I have um a special place in this world that God created me to be. And we want everybody to hear that, and so that's our desire. And by them hearing the testimonies, the people that we bring onto our show and interview, they get a little taste of what maybe God could do in their life if they were to apply it.

SPEAKER_02

Well said. What would be a parting piece of advice you could both leave with our listeners today? These are Christian business professionals, CEOs, uh professionals of all ranks. Uh, what would you like to encourage them with today?

SPEAKER_03

Ladies first.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you're so kind. I think that I would say is to take time to look at what you do on a daily basis and to ask yourself um if there's something different that God wants you to be doing in that space. And are you being a good steward of the people he's given you, the finances, the product, the ingenuity, whatever it might be, and um be willing to make some changes if he calls you to that. Because every single person that we've seen that stepped out in a very courageous way and said, I'm gonna change some things, um, hasn't regretted it because they're they're doing it differently for the kingdom.

The job that you hold, the work that you do, none of that is by chance. The people that you work with, they need to meet Jesus and you may be their only chance. And it starts with prayer. Just make the commitment to start praying for your coworkers or employees by name each and every day. And watch God transform your heart and watch God God transform their heart. It will it will change everything about your workplace.

Amen. Jim and Martha, thank you for sharing your time and your expertise and thank you for your passion for helping the marketplace and the workplace believers and and beyond that, the lost world that will not be reached unless those in the marketplace that know the Lord will live out their faith in their work and do it in such a way that they're working for the Lord, not just for themselves or for their boss. And thank you for the work you're doing. May God continue to bless everything you put your heart into. Thanks, Darren.
