He's a great friend of me, and we're honored to have him on the show today. Welcome to the Theology of Business Podcast, Jim.
SPEAKER_02Well, thank you, Darren.
SPEAKER_00I hope I can live up to that phenomenal introduction you just well, that was just uh a nutshell, obviously. But we have an episode with you that people can go back and check out that was recorded under the Marketing Like Jesus podcast for those of our listeners that were also listeners to that podcast when it was going. Uh, but that archive, it it's that episode is in the archive at theology of business.com. You can kind of get a broader picture of who Dr. Jim Harris is, as amazing as he is. But today we're going to be focusing specifically on this book that he has just released, our unfair advantage. So, Dr. Jim, go ahead and tell us what the book is about. What is our unfair advantage and who's it for?
SPEAKER_02You know, Darren, it is uh in my business life over the last 30 years, and only I've only come to this realization myself as a as a believer all those years in the last two or three years, that you and I, and men and women just like us, believers in business, what I call the two percenters, because that's about how what percent of overall business people we are, about two percent, really want to glorify God in the workplace. We have the world's most phenomenal, the greatest consultant, advisor the universe has ever known living right inside of us, and that's the Holy Spirit. And so few of us as business people, I ignored that for decades. And recently the Lord just said, Jim, I want you to write a book about how to leverage what I've already given believers to their great business advantage. And I'm just so excited the book is now coming out.
SPEAKER_00Well, this is an incredible book that I had the pleasure of working on with um with my publishing company, High Bridge Books, and it's just an honor to publish it. And as I was going through and and working on it, it reminded me of a paper that I had to write back in seminary. It was on the subject of what if the Holy Spirit did not exist? And we had to the it was an exercise and explaining, explain the resurrection of Jesus, explain the birth, the virgin birth of Jesus, explain how Jesus ascended to heaven, explain the miracles of Jesus as if the Holy Spirit did not exist.
SPEAKER_02Oh, wow.
SPEAKER_00And if you were to have to go through that exercise and start to explain, well, how did Jesus, did he rise and raise himself from the dead? If that was the case, and there was no other person of the Trinity uh that was actually uh involved in that process of the resurrection, it it just ends up resulting in some kind of wacky theology. And I think the same applies for business. I mean, what if the Holy Spirit did not exist in our business? Would we notice a difference?
SPEAKER_02And you know, in my perspective, and I think that's a fascinating, I'd love to read that, Darren. If you could send that to me one of these days, I'd love to read what you wrote.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I've never felt so heretical in having to write that.
SPEAKER_02But when you think about it, unknowingly, without intent, believers in business ignore the Holy Spirit. It's just like what you just said. I for years went through being head-led, idea-led, opportunity-led. And that's exactly the way non-believing and most believing business people operate. They don't pay any attention to the Holy Spirit being inside of us who knows everything about everything, past, present, and future. And I ignored that for too many years, but not anymore. Now I understand our real competitive advantage is the Holy Spirit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I mean, if if Jesus needed the Holy Spirit, I mean, I think Joe Schmoe, CEO of you know, ABC Incorporated, probably needs the Holy Spirit to do what God has called him to do in the marketplace. So I love this book. It's it's extremely practical and it and it reveals that God is a person. He's not just sort of a set of principles that you take and apply to your business, but he's actually a person and that wants to be involved in the day-to-day operations of our of not only our personal lives and our private lives, but our prof our professional and public lives.
SPEAKER_02Well, you know, Darren, you brilliantly state that in your forthcoming book, The Marketplace Christian, in that you've stated very clearly in there that it's more than just applying biblical principles. I totally agree with you. And my perspective on that is simply this even the enemy can apply biblical principles. And in fact, that's all he can do is be an imitator, but he doesn't have the Holy Spirit's power living within him to make it really flourish in the marketplace. But just like you and me, Satan and all his followers, they can go to Exodus and copy what Jethro taught Moses about delegation, but there's no power behind that. It's just trying to apply works.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, wow. Well, see, that's what I love about you, Dr. Jim. You know, this is an interview about your book, and here you go talking about my book. It's such uh such humility. Um, but I love that. And it but certainly our books do really work hand in hand uh together. So tell us in chapter one, you talk about the question, what leads you? And really encourage the reader to wrestle with that question. Why is that question so important?
SPEAKER_02In my journey, what I initially struggled with was exactly this question. What is really leading me in my business? Yes, I'm a faithful believer. Yes, I attend church, yes, I teach adult Bible study classes, yes, I do all sorts of things for the Lord, but down deep, what was leading me? And as I mentioned just a few minutes ago, what I discovered that I was being led by my head, by opportunities, by sometimes money, by feelings, by everything except the Holy Spirit. And when I was being led in those ways, ideas, opportunities, thoughts, that gave me no competitive advantage against my marketplace competitors because that's exactly how they were being led to. So the question is what leads you really boils down to this. Are you going to be just like the world, led by your head, ideas, opportunities, etc., or are you going to be spirit-led? And that's the difference.
SPEAKER_00I love it. And I love how you you said that we need to shift from being led by the what to led by the who. And and I think even as Christians, like we were just talking about, how we can even be led by uh by things that that are good, but it's but they're not a person. We need to be led by the person of the Holy Spirit. I heard it said that the Holy Spirit is the only God on the planet today, and that's and that's absolutely true. And he's the God that wants to partner with us uh in our business.
SPEAKER_01That's exactly.
SPEAKER_00So you talk about what you call the big shift. What exactly is the big shift?
SPEAKER_02Well, you just nailed it just a second ago, Darren. The big shift is committing yourself to moving from being led by the what to being led by the who. Now, sometimes when I share that with my baby boomer buddies, they're thinking the rock group, the who, they tease me about that. We're not going there. That's not what we mean by the who. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Not the teenage ways.
SPEAKER_02I've got some weird friends there, and I'm sorry. But kidding aside, what with the big shift, and it's a tough shift to make. There are some roadblocks and challenges, but we need first decide in ourselves: no, I'm no longer going to be led by the what. I want to be led, and I'm going to be led by the who, the Holy Spirit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Not not Roger Daughtry and the uh and the guys, but uh, but the Holy Spirit is the who we're talking about. Well, you teach that road, there's some roadblocks that we face in unleashing our unfair advantage of the Holy Spirit in our business. What are some of those roadblocks that we face? Because I know for me, some of the roadblocks that I can face are just, it's just that that independence. It's like I can, I can handle it. Just give me a couple of uh, you know, a couple of verses from the book of Proverbs to tell me how to do business well, and I'll just I'll kind of keep those in the back of my mind. But if if it's to be, it's up to me. I mean, what would you say to somebody that is kind of stuck in that type of mindset? And what are some of the other roadblocks that we face?
SPEAKER_02Well, if it is to be, it's up to me and he.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Not just me alone. I can be the hands and feet of he, him, who should be leading me. So that's only half the formula, in my opinion. Of course, the Holy Spirit needs us. Jesus said, you guys, you eleven. Even Jesus had a turnover problem. I like to say that on stage sometimes. Yeah. That's kind of funny. But his 11 plus, as you know, he we are his hands and feet. We are the disciples, but it takes the comforter, the Holy Spirit, the power for his kingdom to flourish on this earth. So I'm sure that most of our believers accept that. You ask about some of the roadblocks. You hit on a couple of them that were really good. You mentioned just a minute ago about, and we had a quick discussion on trying to just make it a works ministry, taking a verse and applying it. Well, that's kind of what we've all been taught before. Nothing wrong with putting the word of God in your heart and your soul and going back to that at all times. In fact, that's what David did. That we just we we don't have to preach on that. But here's some of the roadblocks uh, in addition to that, Darren, that I face. Number one, it's just not natural. I wasn't used to doing it. This wasn't natural. That's not what we've been taught over my corporate career going from frontline all the way to a Fortune 500, you know, headquarters, and then all the companies I've dealt with. It's just not natural. People aren't doing it, and I haven't been trained or taught that way. That was one of the roadblocks that I had to overcome. And also, a big one, it's just not popular.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02What do you mean you're gonna let you're gonna wait for the Holy Spirit to decide? Make a decision, boy. Step up. Come on, aren't you a leader? There are plenty of people.
SPEAKER_00You mean you mean if I if I'm an entrepreneur and I've got a business idea that I'm trying to get investment from a venture capitalist, I can't go to that VC and say, hey, I've got I've got the Holy Spirit in my business, you know, and if that's an unbelieving uh you know investor, they don't they don't assign any value to that. I mean, a lot of people even a lot of Christians would think, and we were talking about this before, would think it would be a joke to put to say, I've got the Holy Spirit and put that on your balance sheet and see if they're if they're gonna have some perceived higher value of your of your company if you have that.
SPEAKER_02Imagine standing in front of Mr. Wonderful on the Shark Tank. Yeah. Do you know why I like to watch the Shark Tank? I like to see how the other half thinks. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So side note. Um, but yeah, you're right, it's not popular. It's that's a roadblock because we will, even from other believers, take heat.
SPEAKER_01Sure.
SPEAKER_02And that's a very sad commentary, but it's true.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And that feeds right into another of the roadblocks. And and and you know, Darren, in the book, Our Unfair Advantage, I'm really just sharing my journey. What I've learned over the last few years, as directed by the Holy Spirit to put in the book, one of my roadblocks was I really wasn't sure because it's not natural and it's not popular. I wasn't sure if my faith was strong enough. And that is just a faith-building exercise right there, because I was afraid another roadblock that I just might get it wrong. And you know what? Don't know about you, maybe you're perfect, but I'm not. Sometimes I get it wrong.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But I don't need to stop just because I did not sense the Holy Spirit's move. Maybe I wasn't sensitive enough to it. We'll talk about that in a minute. So there's a lot of roadblocks we're going to face, and it's just nice to know that yes, there's roadblocks, but you know, we can overcome those roadblocks.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Amen. And I think a lot of the tough theological questions that the church has wrestled with through the years, a lot of times they come, they come back to this issue of how do you know what God's will is? And and I think there are, I think we kind of default to one or the other extremes, one being presumption, where if it's to be, it's up to me. And and basically it's it's as if God is is not with us, that he basically just kind of left kind of like a deist view where uh we we just kind of you know God has has rolled the dice and you know we we we play the hand kind of thing. But then the other extreme is is fatalism, where God is so sovereign and and so um so much involved that we don't have a role in participating in and what God is wanting to do. We just kind of let the chips you know fall where God were where God throws them. Like how do you how do you navigate that that balance when you and could you maybe give us an example of a specific decision that you had to make in business where you you kind of came to that crossroads, and do I, am I gonna be led by the what, or am I gonna led be led by the Holy Spirit?
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. Um we can we we can know we know we can know the will of God. That's not some mystery. It's called Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy. That's his will. His will is in that book for all to be saved, for all to be um be filled with the Holy Spirit, for all of us to live in righteousness, to all of us to demonstrate the the love of the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit. That's his will in heaven, on earth as in heaven. So there's really no mystery when people suggest that. I suggest get your nose in the book. He will repeat. There's his will right there. It's very quite clear from Genesis all the way to Revelation. Now, as it comes back to how that impacted me, this very book, Our Unfair Advantage, is a great example of that, Darren. You know this. I was in the midst of writing another book, but then it became dry, became just, it wasn't finishing. It was the follow-up book to the impactor, the one you mentioned earlier about transformational leadership. And at that time, the Holy Spirit, in a quiet voice, not in something audible, but just inside, said, I want you to write another book. I said, What? I want you to write a different book. Okay, what is it on the Holy Spirit in business? And my first response was, you have got to be kidding. That was in my no, you no, not me. Come on, come on, come. But he, I want you to write the book. I had to make that decision. Am I gonna follow the what? The other book's a good idea. We'll come back to it. Maybe I can convince you to publish that one too. I don't know. That's a tough sell sometimes. But that was I had I had to say, okay, I am going to drop, even though I perceived that second book to also have been from the Holy Spirit. But now, without going into a reason why I don't have time, I now know why he wanted me to write this one first before I finish the second one. And this is my entire business, as you know, Darren, is really focusing now on this book because that's where he was ultimately leading me in a much bigger picture. My entire business now is to help others unleash their unfair advantage. This became the the stepping stone for my entire business strategy. Glory to God.
SPEAKER_00Well, let's get into some more of the practical application of how do we unleash the power of the Holy Spirit. In chapter five, you talk about six ways to do this. So, can you give us kind of an overview of this and and what it would look like for a business person on a day-to-day basis?
SPEAKER_02Sure, I'd be glad to. These are the six that I believe step-wise are fundamental. There's more ways to do it, but this will be this is a good step-by-step way to get started, to get more in touch with the Holy Spirit in your business. But on a side note, it's also exactly the same way as we can do it in life. Let's focus on business. First is just practice. Just practice. Just practice sitting back and saying, okay, Holy Spirit, I'm searching inside me. Do I make this decision or that decision? Do I make this call or that call? Do I call this customer today or do I call them tomorrow? Do I approach that employee now or do I approach them later today? You know, do I drink a cup of coffee or do I drink a cup of water? Simple things. Just simple. Just so you can identify him inside you. In fact, one of the ways to practice is you start small, just like I've suggested. Just practice, fine-tune listening to him. Most of us have not even been taught just to step back and practice.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Wow. That's really good. What are some of the other ways that we can partner with the Holy Spirit in the business?
SPEAKER_02Well, let's say that you get an inkling, you get that kind of inner knowing that you're thinking, you know, I believe this is what the Spirit wants me to do. Before you do it, as we're learning to fine-tune better, the second suggestion I have for you, the second way to unleash his power is to check before you act. Now you're practicing, you're learning a little bit more about how the Holy Spirit operates in you, but now let's check before we act. And usually what I have learned and what helps me, Darren, is that I just need to, before I make the decision, because typically in this internet speed world, you know, ship it now, make your decision, let's go. Come on, step up. What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do? The best thing to do is to slow down and just block all that outside noise, all this pressure from the outside, and just go for that final check saying, okay, is this you, Holy Spirit? Is this really you? And which way you're asking me to go? I have done this even on something as seems as incidental, but it's a great way to practice and check. As I'm driving along the interstate, sometimes, you young guys don't need to do this, but I need to recycle my coffee sometimes. And so I've asked the Holy Spirit, I know this is going to sound funny, but he knows everything about everything and he has a sense of humor. Where do I need to stop, Holy Spirit? What's the best exit for me? Now, don't laugh. Don't laugh at me, Darren. But I don't want to practice and I want to check my spirit. He knows I like McDonald's on the same side of the road I'm on because. McDonald's have that little side entrance. And sometimes, if I need to, I can sneak in without the manager seeing me, go to the bathroom and jump back in the car. I usually buy something. But some and I do. And I know it sounds ridiculously simple, but you know what? That's an actual true story. I've done that, and I have learned to listen. He's gotten me to those McDonald's, Cal Pell.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, it's it's the simple things. I mean, you gotta you gotta crawl before you walk and and and walk before you can run into those big decisions that I mean rising up into higher levels of leadership, higher levels of of influence, where the decisions that we make have greater impacts as far as and making an impact on more and more people. If the principle from the Parable of Talents is we start small and we're faithful with a few things, and then he will entrust us with many things. And and such a big part of what that's all about is like what does it mean to be faithful with something? And I think what you have shown us in this book is that it means to find out what can you be trusted to lean on the Holy Spirit is is what it comes down to. It's not necessarily how productive can you be on your own and your in your own strength, but how much being faithful is how much can we rely on the on the power of God. That's right.
SPEAKER_02That's good. That's good. I I can I share one of the group what I have now discovered after 30 years in business and teaching executives on leadership for years across decades, the greatest team building strategy I've ever been aware of. You can I share that with you right now?
SPEAKER_00Please do.
SPEAKER_02It's the third of my six ways to unleash the power of the Holy Spirit. Here it is. Seek a witness. Seek a witness. Now, when the Holy Spirit, you know, Romans 8, 14 and 16, you know, we have the Holy Spirit of God. He bears witness with our spirit. We have two spirits living inside of us. Our spirit, reborn when we're saved, and the Holy Spirit. So the Holy Spirit is in there already, and we can seek a witness. Do you want me to make the left turn, the right turn, drink coffee, drink water, you know, take my wife out tonight or tomorrow night, whatever it might be. But here's the greatest team building strategy in the world. In Acts 16 is a perfect example. I'd encourage your listeners to go to Acts 16 and study the Jerusalem Council. The greatest doctrinal challenge of the time, do we circumcise or not? I mean, you have hundreds of preachers in the same room and they're divided. Peter speaks, Paul speaks, James speaks, and you will see this throughout Acts 16. Here we go. Here's the lesson. It seemed good. And when you study that phrase, it seemed good, that means there was a collective, there's the same Holy Spirit in all of us. All the Holy Spirit, everyone was tapped into their Holy Spirit, and they were saying yes to everybody, it seemed good. That team walked out of there under the power of the Holy Spirit in 100% agreement. You talk about team building.
SPEAKER_00Well, what happens when people aren't in agreement?
SPEAKER_02I suggest that you have to rely on your own witness. For example, when just after that, later in Acts, when Paul came to um, he was on his way to Jerusalem and he knew the end was close, he had a group of believers say to him, Don't go, Paul, don't go to Jerusalem, because the Holy Spirit had told them the Spirit of God is that, you know, there's going to be trouble. He's, you know, he's going to be, he's going to be hurt. He's probably going to die. And then the um the um uh the prophet of God said, Whoever has on this belt will be bound. But the prophet of God didn't say, Don't go. Those are the folks who are jumping to the wrong conclusion. Paul had to say in his own spirit, this is what I'm gonna do, even though I know the spirit talks to them. Down deep, I know that I know that I know the spirit told me to do this. Those others jumped to a wrong conclusion in that situation.
SPEAKER_00It's really good. Your personal witness. That's right. Well, tell us the next couple of steps here.
SPEAKER_02The next one is one of the ones I see most business people having a most struggle with. Number four way to unleash the power of the Holy Spirit in business is don't quench the spirit. Quench not the spirit. Don't ignore it when he's prompting you. Don't try to smother him, don't grieve him. When he's telling you to do something, do it. And do it now. Delayed obedience is disobedience. But sometimes it's like a fire hose. We sense something, oh, that can't be right. No, that just doesn't make sense. And that no, when you know that you know, just don't quench not the spirit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So it's practice, check before you act, seek a witness, quench not the spirit. And now what's the next one?
SPEAKER_02The next one as it builds is once you know you've got it, you've checked, you've sought a witness, perhaps, and you know you're not quenching the spirit. It's alive in you, you know it's the right thing to do. Don't be moved. That's when you got to say, I don't care what anybody else says, I know that I know that I know the spirit is having me do this, desires me to do this. Don't be moved. Don't listen to anybody else. Whether it's your wife, your pastor, if you know that you know that you know. Don't be moved. That's exactly what happened with Paul. He knew he had to go to Jerusalem. That was what Jesus told him when he knocked him off the donkey. You're gonna suffer many things, and you're gonna preach before you know the rulers. Well, he knew that was where he was going. He refused to be moved.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So good. What's next?
SPEAKER_02Here's the one that I have seen so many people that I've just mentioned this to on stage already say, This is so good. The sixth one that I suggest, and unleash the power of the Holy Spirit in business, is pray bold prayers. Don't just say, Oh Lord, give us a new customer. Why not say, Holy Spirit, send out your ministering angels. Bring me a hundredfold increase in the next five years. I'm believing for it. I want my my people to rally around it. I am ready for it. We are prepared. Pray bold prayers, sun stand still prayers. Giant, you're coming down, David said. Boom. Go. Ask for it. Expect it. Believe it. Move from just praying safe prayers to ones where it's filled with the power of God and you believe it. Move those mountains. Let's go for the glory.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I love it. Well, what would be if if somebody is is wondering, kind of what is how do I keep this going? If let's say that I'm making some progress here on these different six steps, what would be your advice to somebody that is that needs that just kind of needs to persevere in this and take it to the next level?
SPEAKER_02This is this is what I've learned. This is what I just coach my people up, the executives I coach, the teams that I coach, um, even pastors. I have several pastors that I'm coaching through this and other things, strategic planning and the like. Just remember the benefits. You know, just remember the benefits of being spirit-led. In fact, I just suggest write down the five, six, or seven benefits of letting the Holy Spirit lead you. Well, from your perspective, whatever they may be. That's self-motivational. That may be enough right there. Also, I really suggest, and I'm big on keeping a record, be it a digital journal, a handwritten journal, just a, you know, a journal's not necessarily a day-by-day chronology. It's just when the Holy Spirit is moved. In fact, for years, my family has kept what we call a blessings journal. When we see God moving in the family, we just make a record of it, date, what it is, just a line or two, and we go back and remind ourselves. That is so powerful to keep a record. And remember, not all things that are spiritual are of God. Because Satan, his enemies and his group, they masquerade in the supernatural. They come as an angel of light. So just because as something spiritual doesn't mean it's of God. You need to discern that. That'll keep it going because Satan will try to stop you, Darren. You know he's going to try to stop you from leveraging the Holy Spirit. He's going to come and try to trick you. And that's why getting inside and not being quenched and seeking that spirit and checking. Know that you know that you know.
SPEAKER_00So Yeah, there's a counterfeit for everything out there, everything God wants to do in our life.
SPEAKER_02That's exactly right. And I'm big on coaching. You know I am, because I do a lot of coaching. You're going to need to stay coached up. And I firmly suggest to the one to listeners that they have an advisor, a mentor, a group, someone that can help them stay coached up on this, that can help them create a start, stop, deliver, and continue list. This is what I need to start doing to make sure that I'm focusing on the Holy Spirit. I need to stop doing this and maybe stop quenching the spirit, for example, and then continue doing this. If your listeners just started with a start, stop, and continue self-coaching list, that put them miles ahead of so many others that'll keep them on the road to unleashing their unfair advantage.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, Dr. Jims, it's been incredible. Before you tell us kind of where we can find you on the internet, how we can find out about your coaching and also where to buy the book, I have to ask this question. You say in the back that you've got the answer to 1,01 questions. What is that answer?
SPEAKER_02Well, it's the shortest chapter I've ever written in any of my 14 books, Darren. And here's the answer. It actually comes from Brother Keith Moore of Faith Life Church in Branson, Missouri, in Sarasota, Florida. And one of his great sayings is simply this. And in fact, he's the one that said the answer to 1,01 questions is be led.
SPEAKER_00Be led. That's pretty simple. Powerful, powerful words. You could tweet that, put it on uh we need to get those coffee mugs made, Dr. Jim.
SPEAKER_02I'm liking that. Who can I go to to help me with those? Anyone?
SPEAKER_00We could probably help out with that for sure. Well, Dr. Jim, tell us where can we pick up a copy? Obviously, I'm publisher, I know where to get this book, but uh tell us where can we get a copy of Our Unfair Advantage, Unleash the Power of the Holy Spirit in your business.
SPEAKER_02Well, obviously from your website and hybrid books, obviously you can go there. Um, also from my website, Dr. Jim Harris, D-R-J-I-M-Harris, drjimharris.com, and on Amazon as well. You know, all those traditions, those are the three main sources. And you can learn more about me from drjimharris.com, my website. And also you can follow me on Facebook at Dr. Jim Harris and also Twitter at Dr. Jim Harris. So there's a lot of different ways to get in touch with me.
SPEAKER_00Well, there's an incredible free offer that people can get when they register for your blog at drjimharris.com. So tell our listeners what they're gonna get when they come over right now, maybe even before they get off of this podcast episode. What are they gonna get when they register?
SPEAKER_02Well, I'm excited about this because once again, Holy Spirit suggested this to me. I've put together a workbook, a short PDF workbook entitled Our Unfair Advantage in Action. 21 More Ways to Unleash the Power of the Holy Spirit in your business. So when you sign up for my blog, and it's typically one a week, I don't overload anybody, you will receive this workbook that will give you 21 short, quick, but very powerful ways to practice and to leverage and find additional ways to bring the power of the Holy Spirit into your business. I'm excited about this, and I hope the listeners will actually uh sign up for the blog and get this free resource.
SPEAKER_00Awesome. Well, the book is now available for purchase as a paperback or as an ebook. Again, you can go to Amazon.com, pick it up, or at drjemharris.com to get uh access, and that's gonna take you to Amazon. Definitely, whenever you do buy the book, be sure to leave a review. That's gonna uh help the book to get more discoverability in the Amazon search engine so that other people can find out about the book and how to partner with God in their business. Because I mean, there really is no better way, there is no more practical way to partner with God in business than to invite the Holy Spirit into your daily life, into your business. And and it's such good news because we're not orphans, as I mean, leadership, entrepreneurship can be kind of a lonely journey, but no matter where you are in business or in your professional life, you're not alone. The Holy Spirit is with you. And this book is not only going to encourage you with that, but it's going to give you the practical insights to know how to go deeper into that, into that relationship. Because ultimately, I mean, after this is all said and done, I mean, the Holy Spirit and and God and our relationship with God is what is going to last. So, Dr. Jim, thank you so much for taking the time to share these critical insights with the theology of business community. Uh, go forward and do great things.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, Darren. It's always a pleasure, my friend. God bless you.
