Today we're going to be discussing biblical models of business leadership, and we're joined by Ford Taylor. Ford had built a $300 million company, approximately $300 million, that had about 2,000 employees at the time when he left to begin teaching about transformational leadership full-time. He's the founder of the FSH group, which is comprised of Transformational Leadership Training, the FSH Strategy Consulting Division, and the charitable FSH Foundation. Ford is also the co-author of the book, The Hike, which you can get on Amazon, by the way. That book contains many of the principles found in his transformational leadership training. And this is a man that has been there. He has done it in business. And so this book is presenting from out of his experience. It's not just theory for Ford. He's actually lived this teaching, and it's an honor to have him on the podcast today. Welcome to the Theology of Business Podcast, Ford.
SPEAKER_02Well, thank you, Darren. It's good to be on the show with you.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. This is going to be fun. Well, as we begin our discussion about biblical models of business leadership, please kind of give us a background. Tell us a bit more about your experience in business and also your experience in the church and kind of how these experiences have helped to shape your views on business and leadership.
SPEAKER_02Okay, well, I'll try to do that the best I can. The uh, you know, when I was 25 years old, we had an opportunity to acquire a company that was about to go bankrupt. The bank was going to close it down, and you know, when you're 25 years old, you think you can do anything. And so had I known about business then what I know now, I probably would have said no. I would have thought it was not possible. So we did that, and and I was raised in a home, a Christian home, uh, attended church my whole life. My dad was an entrepreneur, so I'd had lots of principles poured into me around business, what worked, how to treat people, how to treat customers. Uh when I was 15 years old, the local sporting goods store owner in our town in Parish, Texas, went to the principal and asked, was there any chance that I could work for him in the afternoons? And they they made some exceptions. So even as a sophomore, I started working a half a day in a company. That man said, I am tired of buying candles and all these things from Ford. I want him to sell for me. And so I was able to have a a mom and a dad as a mentor as well as uh Norm and Patsy Davis as mentors at a very young age on the right way to do business. So so we bought this company that had one foot in the door of bankruptcy. Uh, about six months into it, we we couldn't pay ourselves anything. We basically were finished. I'll never forget, I called my mom and I said, Mom, dad, we're uh we're not gonna make it. And it's funny because she begged me not to go into that business and we did it. Uh and she said, Honey, why don't you go home and pray tonight and ask God for an answer and go to work tomorrow morning and see what happens. And and the next morning I went and we totally changed the way we went after customers. And on that particular day, literally everything, every customer we called on bought something. Uh didn't know what we're gonna do now because we couldn't buy the product to produce to ship to our customers. Uh I called a couple of people that were in the wholesale business. Uh, they said, How are you gonna pay us if you don't collect on these clients? I said, Look, we'll have to close the business down, I'll have to get another job, I'll take out a note, but I'll get you paid. And so that basically was the s real start of our business getting off the ground. Uh as as you just said, over a 16-year period, uh, you know, we combined with some other people, worked with some venture capitalists, eventually became the CEO of that company as we combined our companies together, and it grew in the apparel business at back then we were the number one in our industry and all the trade journals. Now, just on a side note, that led me to a lifestyle of arrogance and pride and sexual sin and I mean all the things that you can think that you don't want to be as a Christian, you know, that led me to that. And thank goodness God hit me over the head by with a two by four and drew me back into his presence, which then I started doing this this thing that's now called transformational leadership.
SPEAKER_01Wow. So well well what was the uh really that that heart change. So it was basically what the way that you began to kind of bring your Christian faith into what you were doing in business, one of the first ways that kind of uh uh kind of worked itself out was that you you became more humble.
SPEAKER_02Well, you know, I think we're all working on that on a daily basis. Uh that's what people tell me. I hope that's true. Uh, you know, when I compare the only two people in the Bible that were called meek and humble were Jesus and Moses. And you know, as I compare any of us to that, I'm not sure we really know yet what that word means, but at least I'm not where I was. How's that? Is that good? But uh but you know, God restored our marriage, you know, happily married now. I don't know if anybody has any better marriage. But in the process of hitting me over the head with the two before, I won't go into to the detail of how that happened, but when I came out of that, I started really looking at it, you know, how could you be so successful, be a quote, you know, Christian since you were five years old, go to ch church your whole life, and still have this happen. So I started evaluating, you know, what did I learn in church and what what did I apply in business? And I went to my pastor, that you know, that pastor now, after the the mind had been hit over the head, and and I showed him a lot of the principles that we used to grow our company. And and just so you'll know, they're very counter to what I learned in in college. And in college I learned to manage a company, but I never learned how to lead a company. In other words, there's a big difference between leading people and managing processes, policies, systems, and procedures. And and so I showed this stuff to my pastor and I said, By any chance is any of this in the Bible? And went through it with him. He goes, Oh my, you have no idea what you have here. I said, Well what does that mean? He said, This is completely biblical. I said, Well, where is it? And he said, Go find it yourself, which is what a good pastor I mean, that's what a good mentor would do. And when I started looking at the principles that we grew our business on and I started applying those to the Bible, I thought, Well, doggone anybody can do this. You know, I'm not Yeah. How how could I ever get so arrogant because these are just principles that work for everybody? And and I c I call 'em kingdom principles, dependent events. You know, if you do this, this is the outcome. And and and I started putting these things together and and started sharing 'em. And just so you'll know I shared it with about four or five other pastors in that city and they told me it wasn't biblical. They then came back later and apologized and said, Wow.
SPEAKER_01Why did they say it wasn't biblical?
SPEAKER_02Well, I I hate to say it this way, but it's very counter to many of the things oh golly, I hate to say this. Many of the things I learned in church. You know, this is is not the same. Um you know, things on marriage, things on how to you know, being vulnerable, being transparent. You know, we say to do those things but we don't really have it model apart. You know, I felt like the Lord laid on my heart to do something when I was seventeen and then again when I was thirty-three. And both times, you know, I met with my pastors and shared with them, you know, what the Lord laid on my heart, and both times they said, you know, God doesn't work that way. And then when I was forty one and he shared it with me w again, I felt like he said, I'm not gonna ask again. Are you in or out? Thank goodness the next pastor I showed it to said, This is it. Go do this, don't do anything else with your life, go make this happen. And but it was the third call and the third person I showed it to that said, Absolutely, this is how God works and He wants you to do it. And where they wanted me to go to seminary and get my degree and become a church pastor, uh, I knew it wasn't that. And I tried to explain to them it was something outside the four walls of the church, and while I honored the four walls, I love the church, I love pastors, I work with hundreds of them now. What I was being called to do was very different than that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So was it the fact that it was something that was going to be happening kind of outside of their supervision that they didn't like, or was it something uh something else sort of theologically that that they just didn't buy into? What what was that resistance? Because I think a lot of business leaders face some of that resistance that you're talking about.
SPEAKER_02Well, that they do, and and just to give an example, uh what I believe the Lord laid on my heart at 17 and again at 33 was to to get the the the pastoral leaders in Paris, Texas, when I was seventeen, and then College Station, Texas, when I was thirty-three, to work together among themselves, but also to work with Christian business people, Christian government leaders, educators, to really change the kingdom culture in our city. And when I was seventeen, I went to my high school principal and asked him, could I use our high school football stadium to bring Christian leaders together and share this vision? And he said, Will your pastor support you? And I said, No. Then he said, No, then you can't have the stadium. And then again at thirty-three that pastor said, Why would God want you to do this? And then at forty-one, that pastor said, This is completely kingdom, it's completely God. How can I help you? But it but it it's uh it's a breaking down of and and if your listeners are business people, the one thing I want 'em to really hear is there are kingdom principles in the Bible on how to run your business. Those answers are those answers are in there. They're in there how to run your marriage, how to run a government, but you have to remove the numbers. You have to remove the breaks that man put in the Bible. And just read it like you would any old business book. And you're gonna get covered up with with concepts and you and strategies and it's gonna blow you away. And and the second thing I'd like to share with you is if you are a Christian, you are a pastor. You are a shepherd, you are a minister. You you have more access to those that you lead, those that you shepherd. You've got them for forty, fifty, sixty hours a week. Their local church only gets them for an hour, hour and a half. That term lay that term layperson, I'm not sure where it came from. Okay? But but you are a shepherd, a minister, a pastor. It's just a matter of where you get your vocational income for doing it. You happen to get yours in the marketplace, man, go be that Christian. Don't ever let someone don't ever get arrested for being a Christian and not have enough evidence to find you guilty.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_03I love that.
SPEAKER_02And so go so go do that right where you're working right now. I'm sorry, I went into teaching instead of interviewing. I apologize.
SPEAKER_01I love it. Well, well, this is this is all this is all great stuff. So we're focusing on business leadership and specifically what is the biblical model for business leaders to apply in the marketplace. So you are one of the foremost experts on transformational leadership. What is transformational leadership and what is kind of the biblical basis for it?
SPEAKER_02Okay. Well, as I've traveled, Darren, around the world in my old career and what I do now, what I've found is almost everybody I meet is smart and gifted in at least one area in their lives, and many are smart and gifted in many areas. Uh those that are smart and gifted in many areas sometimes think those that are smart and gifted in one area are not that smart, but they're wrong. They are. I've also found that most people, generally speaking, especially Christians, but generally speaking, have really big hearts. Well, if we're that smart and have big hearts, how come we're not changing the world? Why is it that the other side is getting all the recognition in the media, uh in the in the world of the newspaper and the media? As I looked into it, what I started realizing is that we had the brains and we had the hearts, but we don't have the tools. We don't have the ingredients, we have the what, but we don't have the how. And and I liken leadership to making a cake, and when you make a cake, you you you need baking powder and raw eggs uh and and flour, things that don't taste good on their own. But you also need some chopping and some milk and some water and some butter, things that do taste good on their own. But when you have all those ingredients and you put them in the right tools, you mix them up and you cook them and you poke them, I mean, all those things start smelling good and then you put some icing on them and they taste good and and that's the way leadership is. And I believe we've been given the want for two thousand years that no one has ever said, Oh, and by the way, here's the recipe on how to make that leader, how to make that cake. And so that's what that's what we try to do and and and we use a biblical definition of leadership and a biblical purpose. And so if I ask myself the question, who's the greatest leader of all time? What would the answer to that be?
SPEAKER_01Jesus.
SPEAKER_02It would be Jesus. Even non-Christians say Jesus. Well, if he was the greatest leader of all time, why wouldn't we use his definition and his purpose? And so what was his definition? It's the gr he said, Love each other in the same way I love you, and the greatest love is shown when you lay down your life for others. Well, if the CEO, if my job, if I lay my life down for those people I call friends, okay, how did he do it? He casted vision, he served them by teaching, training, and equipping them. He then let go, he then empowered them through the power of the Holy Spirit, and the and the Holy Spirit evaluates. So the definitions lay your life down by casting vision, serving, teaching, training, equipping, empowering that go and evaluate. Well, that's stress-free leadership.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02I mean that's that that's where you come. And so when you start with that model, you have to have organizational models that line up with that definition of purpose. And we actually teach five different organizational models that you move through that command control model top down, which we call visionary, the sermon leadership model, which we believe there's been a lot of damage done there because it it has low accountability or no accountability, but but when it when it has the right tools, which leads you into a third model which more looks more like the unity that Romans and Corinthians talk about, a fourth model where the relationships are better, and a fifth model we call continuous improvement. And we give people uh again, not just the what, but also the how to get through those.
SPEAKER_01I'm curious, what why is the servant leadership uh kind of notorious for lacking accountability? Like what is it about that particular approach that kind of uh gives it that disposition?
SPEAKER_02Well, I think what happens is we're taught in church uh, you know, that we're supposed to be have wisdom and knowledge, discernment, whatever word you want. But but if you have that, and let's let's apply it to business, you can apply it to any area of life. But if I have an employee that I discern is not doing that well, right? And I'm and I'm a Christian or a coworker, but I'm a Christian, you know, we're we're taught these things called mercy and grace and love. And if we don't show mercy, grace, and love, we become judgmental of that person. But if we but if we sh if we have that knowledge and we have mercy, grace, and love, the way I think it's typically taught in the church in general, which is mercy and grace, just be nice to each other and let things go, and that's called a peacekeeper, and there's nothing in the Bible about peacekeepers, it's about peacemakers. And if we have love, not agape love, but more faith in man than we do God, we become enablers. And I think mainly most servant leadership models teach us to be enablers. But if we have discernment, if we have knowledge of of an employee who's either struggling with relationship or job performance, and we really do have godly, agape mercy, grace, and love, we can disciple them and we can train them. And discipleship, you know, disciple the word discipline and disciples training to elicit a certain pattern of behavior. But I I think the sermon leadership model is more about enablement and the command control model is more about judgment. And the biblical model is about discipleship. I think that's the difference.
SPEAKER_01And and I like the term that you use, transformational leadership. And and just by by definition, I mean transformational implies that there's a transformation that needs to happen. And and the servant leadership model doesn't necessarily point out that something's wrong, whereas the transformational model does. And and I think that's why uh Jesus is regarded as a transformational leader, Martin Luther King Jr., uh, many others, because they saw that something is not right. There's a change that needs to happen, and and so that's kind of the model that you use. I'm I'm curious, I've heard about transformational leadership kind of being applied in the nonprofit world and the government world uh and and healthcare, but what does this look like in a business setting and and who would be what are some examples of or or maybe an example of a business leader that you've helped the coach through this process that ended up resulting in a desired transformation?
SPEAKER_02Okay, I I'll just give you one example since that's what you asked for, and it's it's a man that I've worked here with in Cincinnati. He actually says, please let me go give testimonials, and he's actually on our on our website. But uh, you know, high faith man in a company that was just it was losing about $250,000 a year. I mean a month. About $250,000 a month, a little over a $20 million company. Uh they came and talked to me, uh, their bankers talked to me, their banker told them his model won't work, and we're gonna close you down in seven weeks unless you have some improvement, unless you use our turnaround experts. And so they came to me and said, What would you do? I said, Look, you gotta go with them because you know your your company's in big time trouble. Can we do it? Can we do it? Yes. In seven weeks, whoo, that's a miracle. They literally they literally picked up the phone with me in the room, called the banker, and said, We've decided to go with Ford. It's not your people. And I'm thinking, I just told you not to do that. Well, anyway, within about a month, the banker told them, Look, we we gotta pull the plug and and you know, we're gonna call you. Well, they asked me to be at that meeting, and so I was on the phone call with the banker, and and he said, Well, you know why we're here, and they said, Hey, I know um you don't know this, but Ford's here on the phone with us. Could he share some things? And so I shared with him the things we had done in that month, and we thought we got disconnected because it's you could hear a pin hit the carpet. He said, Hang on, and he repeated it all back. But anyway, within that seven weeks, uh we went from losing two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a month to make it two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a month, and and and with and all we did was apply these principles, uh, you know, how to resolve conflict, how to know how to approach customers. We have a model that we even teach that I believe is a biblical model on how to how to work with customers.
SPEAKER_01Uh in that particular turnaround situation, what would you say was one of the things that stood out the most as being uh uh the the result of that or being being the cause of that transformation?
SPEAKER_02Well, number one, people have it's it's it I I'll apply business transformation to the same as a marriage. If a married couple comes to my wife and me and says, Okay, you guys got restored, how what's our starting point? Well, number one, you gotta commit to staying married. If you're not committed to staying married, we can't help you. Because what we're gonna take you through, it it's not fun. I mean, there's there's work, and it's the same thing with the with the company. you know, just the team here, are you committed? Do you want to see this company survive? I went and met with their customers. I mean billion dollar companies publicly traded and sat in a room with them and said, Do you want or need this company to survive? Because if you don't, I've got a folder here on how to close them down. If you do, I got a folder here on how to make them probably successful. And not many, not many multi-billion dollar companies are getting that kind of question, that kind of transparency, that openness, that honesty. Because we we got two choices either we close them down starting next week or you help us save them. And and and most aren't willing to to be that honest and that's the way Jesus was. He said hey if this then this but if this over here you know you're out. And so yeah it would first thing is to change the thought because if you change the thought you change the feeling if you change the feeling you change the behavior. That's what the research shows that's what Paul says and that's what Jesus told the disciples so number one you got to change the way you think about doing business. When you do it changes the feeling when you change the feeling you change the behavior. When you change the behavior you get different results.
SPEAKER_01Wow so the first as far as like the tactical way that that was implemented was you you basically went around and and really tried to get buy-in or find out do you want this company to to make it or not and and in the process you bring a lot of clarity to the situation and and that's I think that's a problem that a lot of a lot of us business owners business leaders have is not being clear about what is actually happening really taking that hard look in the mirror at what's happening in the business. Is that about right?
SPEAKER_02That's correct. And and so first of all the the owners have to say we're committed then the management team says they're committed then you find out the customers are committed and you sign and you find out if the vendors are committed but there are very clear biblical models on how to do that. I mean they're just so crystal clear and I think they're such kingdom principles that they're like oxygen they're like gravity. If you stop breathing you die if you jump off a building you're going to hit the ground. These principles are just like that. You can't stop them you can't start them they're something that God put in motion and and again that's the what and the how and I don't believe that we do a great job teaching both of those to business people.
SPEAKER_01What are some of those biblical examples that you like to to talk about when you're doing this this teaching training and and coaching well number one there's nothing wrong with making money and so if you're a Christian you know what you do with that money to me is of high importance but there's nothing wrong with making a lot of money.
SPEAKER_02Jesus had lots of money if you don't believe me go look at the kind of robe he wore it only had one seam. It said he had everything he needed I got and again I'm not a prosperity message guy. I'm just a facts guy and if you read the Bible without the numbers and you and you read it in context you'll come up to the decision that Jesus had lots of money. Now he died poor which maybe that's how we're supposed to do it that's up to us that's up to each individual but number one that's one concept that you got to get over if you're in business one of your goals has to be to make money. Now if your second goal is so that you can provide a quality of life to all those people that you're around your employees your bankers your vendors now you're laying your life down the way Jesus did to teach train equip and also make it where other people can be provided for.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_02Now if if that's your first two starting points you've got a good chance at being successful in your business. Now you know that you don't go to a customer who says hey I'll give you this business if you'll do it at break even and I'll give you more later we always said no to that business and that's just a that's a dumb thing to say yes to I mean I can't take that well aren't you a Christian don't you want to help me? Yes I want to help you and the best way I can help you is to stay in business. And if I take a lot of orders that I can't make money on I'm out of business that doesn't help either one of us. People like that. You know you ready? People smart people like doing business with smart people.
SPEAKER_03Right?
SPEAKER_02It's a simple concept they don't want us as as Christians just to be such pushovers that we don't do business. That's not good for business. You gotta pay your bills. Yeah you can't be late if if you're gonna be late you got to you know the Bible's very clear pay your debts in Romans 121 and 2 be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you can do the perfect acceptable pleasing will of God and then read the next two chapters. It's just a checklist of what that is and one of them is pay your taxes that the it doesn't say skim on your taxes it says pay your taxes it says pay your debts pay your bills it says don't take on debt for a long period of time a biblical principle if you're going to take debt have it paid off by the eighth year that's a kingdom principle. It's just a kingdom principle and it'll keep you out of trouble. There's just so many of these little things there's no way to get them all on here but it's just they're they're beautiful concepts and they work.
SPEAKER_01Yeah beautiful wow well Ford is there anything else you wanted to share about uh about biblical models of business leadership yeah one thing I I I would like to share if you don't mind is if you look at all the game changers the world changers if you will in the Bible all of them came from the marketplace Paul, David, Abraham Joseph Jesus I mean they they all came from the marketplace but they all had a personal transformation of their mind.
SPEAKER_02They all had to shift some something that they were to something different first. And once they made that shift they walked out their call and their destiny far beyond what they probably ever imagined. Moses I mean look at these guys these were world changers and they all came from the marketplace. So if you're a business guy transforming of the mind which is is not easy but it's simple once that happens you have a transformation of the way you feel and a transformation in the way you behave and that's personally that's as a husband or a wife that's as a coworker it's as a friend it's a business owner and when that happens you become a change agent. I love Oz Hillman he's one of my Oz Hillman he's one of my best friends he calls it change agent we call it transformational leader call it what you want but we're supposed to we're supposed to have an impact on every sphere of society you want to call it mountains spheres infinity spheres it doesn't matter to me but every single one we're supposed to have a positive impact on it.
SPEAKER_01And I believe we can if we just had the tools the ingredients and the recipe to do absolutely and like you said it starts with us I mean individually and I love what when John Maxwell was asked what is what is the your most difficult leadership task and his response was leading me and and and so I mean for every leader I mean it's it's making that transformation happen personally I mean we've got to lead ourselves before we can lead others.
SPEAKER_02Ford what's what's something that's that you've got going on that's this month that's got you excited well I probably the most excited thing that we've had happen in 13 years is there's an organization there's actually a company a a highly profitable company which I'm h happy about uh called LightSpeed and they actually have figured out a way to take what we're doing and make it interactive on it's brand new I shouldn't even talk about it yet because we're nowhere near ready to roll it out but they've got a platform now that we're gonna be able to get that this teaching because as you know Darren you know we do it here in in the United States but we also do it in other countries which takes a lot of travel and and and we can't really follow up like we can if we're consulting in a company but they actually have a platform where people will be able to go in 247 seven days a week 365 days a year and basically be able to get this in an interactive way it's it's almost like we're in their living room with them uh giving them this training and it absolutely blew me away and and we've done most of the filming and we got a couple more days but uh I'm so excited about that because we want people to have access to this and once they have it they can choose is this something I want to use or not. So we're excited about that.
SPEAKER_01And and when is that going to be rolling out?
SPEAKER_02See if I say that my team's gonna kill me. Okay. Let's put it this way what we're hoping you know for sure in the first six months they're telling me by April that that's hard that if they can get it done by April, they are absolute superstars because it's a lot of work. So yes but the but but in the next few months is that a good answer absolutely that sounds good.
SPEAKER_01So where can people connect with you so that they can kind of find out whenever that's going to happen?
SPEAKER_02Probably the best way is to go to our website transformlead com. If they want to attend one of our live events that schedule just go to event schedule and you'll see the different places where we're doing this training. On the other end of it they'll have a you know an option soon to be able to can to keep it going if they want to by having this interactive platform. But that's probably the best way if if they same thing if they actually wanted to use any of our consulting or individual one-on-one coaching you know they can go on there and contact us and someone we get back with them. But thank you for asking we don't do a lot of self-promotion so I do appreciate you asking that question.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely well we need to know uh what's happening with your with your business with your ministry because it's obviously transforming leaders not just in the United States but all over the world and for as we kind of wrap it down here would you would you pray for our listeners would you pray for those those of us that are leaders in business that God would help us to be the leaders that he's called us to be absolutely Darren if I could have a couple minutes to pray there's a prayer covenant that we teach in our training at the end that people can go online it's called the prayercovenant.org could I have your permission to pray through that covenant along with okay well let's do that then Father we love you we honor you we worship you Jesus we adore you we exalt your name above all names Holy Spirit we love you thank you for your presence on this phone line thank you for the presence in in this office and the the waves the podcast that your your spirit would move out we know you're always here we don't have to invite you but we sure welcome you Father thank you for making each one of us one of your dearly loved children.
SPEAKER_02Jesus be the Lord of our life today in new ways reveal the fullness of your majesty at the Father's right hand. Honor and glorify yourself by living in and through each one of us change us any way you want wash us clean of every sin teach us to forgive as we've been forgiven fill us with your Holy Spirit Father keep us from evil that we would not cause pain to others give us the courage to be humble and the humility to be courageous. Give us an un insatiable thirst and uncontrollable hunger for you, your word and your ways that each of us could be walking breathing instruments of your love and grace of your mercy and truth of your justice and righteousness and that one day we might be the answer to your prayer that we could walk together as one as you and the Father as one and the world would look and see and know and believe that you sent us that somehow Jesus tonight when we lay our heads down that we might be just a little bit more like you than we were when we woke up this morning And Father I ask that you you are always faithful to your word that you command a blessing on those who walk in unity Father the people that are listening that they could hear your voice right now your voice of encouragement is that you are my son, my daughter Jesus says you have an opportunity to be my friend and I choose those that lay their life down to be my friend and I tell those everything the Father told me. So Father I ask you now that people that are listening would would we would we as leaders would learn to humble ourselves before you and submit to one another. That we see an accelerated convergence of synchronized destiny that the marketplace would would learn to pray and and love on and and share and care about the people that we work with, believers and nonbelievers that that they would know that we believe what we say we believe because we can love and forgive in the way that you do. So Father those people bless them bless them financially emotionally spiritually mentally relationally physically in every way that you bless continue to give us the wisdom the knowledge the tools the train that we need to be the kind of business people the marketplace people the sales people the marketers the operations the finance the gifts that you called us to that we would be a full representative of your son in everything we did. Father thank you for doing and his willingness to to write the book and to do the podcast and to touch lives continue to bless him and his wife and his children this brand new baby and bless the Father in a way that's far beyond anything they ever imagined that your dreams come true for them.
