One minute we’re cracking jokes about Pisces having “two sides,” and the next we’re deep in the real work behind a sold-out Rochester night out. We walk through Rocky B’s sixth annual birthday bash at Water Street Music Hall, why she insists on bringing a live dancehall artist instead of just throwing another party, and what it takes to book Conscience, deal with management, and keep every detail tight without losing your mind. If you care about Rochester events, dancehall, reggae nights, and how promoters actually make shows happen, this is the unfiltered version.
Then we shift to the city: Section V basketball, big wins, and why coaching culture is everything. With a coach in the room, we talk buy-in, staff chemistry, and how you get players calm under pressure even when the moment is loud. From there, the conversation turns outward to current events and U.S. foreign policy, Iran and nuclear weapons, and why war always has consequences that hit regular people, including gas prices and the way Americans can feel sheltered from what bombs really do.
We also hit the internet’s habit of turning serious topics into content, the Epstein rumor mill and fake images, the 50 Cent vs T.I. noise and what hip hop “respect” still means, plus a lively debate on modern trap reggae and why newer artists don’t always translate without context. We close with relationship talk about accountability, trauma, and communication, then a final rant on AI-generated flyers and over-the-top food trends that are all hype and no taste.

Welcome Back And Pisces Energy
SPEAKER_04What's up? What's up, good people? We are back. Well, I'm back. They were here last week. I had to miss last week. We're here with the Everything Under Under the Sun podcast. Of course, with the homie B. Gibson. What's up with you, man?
SPEAKER_01Uh man, you know, just trying to um live the American dream and fight the good fight. I feel you.
SPEAKER_04We are fighting a good fight right now, literally. Literally. We got Rocky B in the building. How you doing, Rock?
SPEAKER_02I'm doing well. I'm I'm stressed the fuck out. Stressed out. I'll dress the fuck out. You don't show it though. I don't show it. I never show it. I don't think I ever show when I'm like, I'm my misery, don't like company. You know what I'm saying? Like I if I'm feeling like shit or if I'm miserable, I don't I just stay in my little corner and then get myself together and then I'm I pop back up. You know, I don't like pouring my shit on other people. But a couple weeks ago you poured it out. What does that do? Don't be acting mad because you didn't put a fucking itinerary on acting mad. No, just because brands we can be all confirmed. Brandon doesn't get brands in the firm. We still pay them money because only Brandon comes from. Nobody else comes from.
SPEAKER_01The game is money. There should be nothing to talk about. Let's run the camera. Thank you. Let's go. Let's go.
SPEAKER_05You see, you see, I got it. We ain't gonna talk about that.
SPEAKER_04What do you think? What do we have here? What do we have here? What's going on?
Planning Rocky B’s Birthday Bash
SPEAKER_02He's having Pisces. I have two sides. I have two fish. Yo, there was a clip of um, there was a clip of Draymond, Draymond Green and Stephen Curry, right? And Draymond was like, you know, Stephen was in street clothes. He wasn't playing. I think he probably was like out of the game. And Draymond was like, ah da da da yelling, and Stephen Curry was like, mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Just like watching him yelling, agreeing. And they're both Pisces, right? And it's funny because that's both our sides. So like there's like this Stephen Curry side where we just like, yep, we're cool, comic, collective. And then there's a Draymond Green side where we'd be like, ah, we just go off. But um That's funny. Talking about Pisces. Uh my sixth annual birthday bash is coming up uh on Saturday, uh, March 14th at the Water Street Music Hall. Um it's going down. Um currently VIP tables are sold out. Uh and we squeezed as many tables as we could, like for real, for real, guys, because y'all was at us. So we did, we tried. Um, but you can get your tickets.
SPEAKER_04If I come, you got to squeeze another one in there.
SPEAKER_02Okay. We will do that.
SPEAKER_04We gotta get it done. We were trying to do it before you uh be in the corner somewhere.
SPEAKER_02Just be in the corner somewhere, like what you do, just chill, you know, whatever. Yeah, with your cranberry juice, you know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, doesn't sit well with civilian.
SPEAKER_02Yes, see the yeah, so yeah.
SPEAKER_04So that's I go out every once in a while just to be with with my people.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_04So it's all good.
SPEAKER_02All right.
SPEAKER_04Um, but but this thing get crazy though.
SPEAKER_02I you know this thing did crazy. I've been doing a lot of promo. We've been promoing since like late January. And you got a problem? You say it like, okay, you say like you got a problem with that. Yeah, you starting. Okay, anyway, so uh no, we've been promoting this since late January, and um it goes down every year. And during the promo, like you do the recaps and like see, like, okay, how was it past year? So I'm like, God damn, like this should have been busting for six years. So um you ready for this part to be over?
SPEAKER_04I'm ready to get to the event.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, people be like, Are you excited? Are you excited? I'm like, uh, it's it's hard to get excited because you just you're making sure I'm such a perfectionist. You know, as a perfectionist, we don't get excited because we're so worried about the little details. Um, just everybody can have a good experience. Like, I know, and I bring an artist every year, and I know like I just want people to have a good experience. Like you can go out to party to the club anytime, but like to see an artist to me is what I would want to see. Right, right, right as a consumer, right? So I just like we should just do that every year. So it's a lot of planning, you know. You gotta deal with the artists, deal with their management, you know, deal with the people. It's a lot, but it's always rewarding.
SPEAKER_04But it's all yeah, it's it's always worth it. Because I see, you know, I see how it goes down every year, and I'm like, damn, I missed it again.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and from the things like choosing, like people like the choosing an artist to bring is so hard in Rochester, also, because I'm a reggae girl, so I'm gonna always bring a reggae artist as much as I can. But it's like with Rochester, you can't bring somebody too new, you can't bring bring somebody too old, you gotta bring someone that people know their music, but like their music, but it's just that accommodates every demographic. It's a lot to prepare for this. So let's talk about who you got. Uh-huh. Okay, his name is um his name is conscience. Um, conscience was probably one of my favorite artists when I was growing up. Um, so I it's a it's a like bringing these artists is kind of like a dream come true. It's kind of surreal to me. Like, God damn, like I'm really bringing people that I grew up on. For your birthday, no. For my birthday, which is amazing. And like if you come to one of my parties, you see like the rapport that I have with the artists on stage. It's like I knew them forever, which is not true. But like, you know, we establish a uh a friendship. So it's just insane that I actually get to like establish a relationship with these artists that I I love. Um, so conscience, he sings, he sings, he has a lot of hit songs. Gala bubble, broke off your back, do something. I'm coming. Um, he got a song. Oh my god, he got all these songs. I'd be like, oh should I forgot this song? Oh, should I forgot this song?
SPEAKER_04So is conscience staying at a hotel or he ain't staying at your house, is he?
unknownHuh?
SPEAKER_02Well, conscience is married.
SPEAKER_04Um okay, he ain't staying at your house.
SPEAKER_02So we took that off the contract. Usually I do have the artist stay with me. No, I'm just kidding. I love another he stay.
SPEAKER_05No, please kill that.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm just kidding. I just kidding. They don't stay with me. No, I would love I would love um, but I do get I can be two ladies, you know what I'm saying? But um, yeah, so no, he's not staying with me. He's here.
SPEAKER_01Don't be the rumor. Allegedly. Don't be the rumor. Allegedly. The only reason he came because he was fucking with him.
SPEAKER_04You can hear that already.
SPEAKER_02I can hear that already. No, but um, no, these days they got their their room. They, you know, they come with their people, and yeah, yeah, so we just have a good time. So shout out again.
SPEAKER_04March 14th. March. Where they get tickets at?
SPEAKER_02You get tickets at Legends Clothing on Hudson, um, exquisite boutique on Monroe Avenue or Jamaica Seoul on Genesee Street. Or you can go online at um eventbright.com, Rocky B's official birthday badge 2026.eventbright.com or Water Street Music Hall dot live.
SPEAKER_04Yo, y'all bring some envelopes with some bread and then throw it on the stage at my girl. Please. For for a birthday.
SPEAKER_02Please, because we still got to pay the back in.
SPEAKER_04She wants straight cash, homie.
SPEAKER_02Please, straight cash. All right. Throw that EBT card on stage, bro. No, whatever you got. We don't want that to throw it. Whatever you got. None of that. Whatever you got. No, but this is for the people, though. I know like I I do the I don't I just do this for everybody gets have a good time. Like, I'm on the radio a lot. People know my voice, they really don't know me, they don't really get to interact with me or really vibe with me. So, this is just opportunity for the people to just come out and just have a good time. You you deserve to be celebrated, of course. Thank you.
SPEAKER_04And today's just happens to be National Um Women's Day, right? International Women's Day. National Women's Day. So happy international women's day. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Thank you.
SPEAKER_04To you.
SPEAKER_02I am an American citizen.
SPEAKER_04My gal.
SPEAKER_02Y'all try to do that to me. But yeah, thank you. Um, shout out to all the women doing big things. Like, I yo, I I'm I'm a girl's girl for real. So shout out to all the women doing big things. Oh, we know. And um celebrating.
SPEAKER_04We know you're not a men's girl because you be going in on first of all, but anyway, first of all, shout out to all the women out there. Happy International Women's Day.
SPEAKER_02Address that.
SPEAKER_04Y'all, y'all rule the world, y'all make this thing go round. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_02I'm a I am a man's. I am for the men. This is my thing. Okay. For the men that I like, I am soft as hell. Okay. For the men that I don't, you get 50 cents. You know what I'm saying? So it's kind of like you gotta understand. Like, if I like you, I'm a lover girl to the extreme. Just don't take advantage of that. Because that's when 50 cents come out. You feel me? But if I if I fuck with you, you don't you don't gotta worry about a motherfucking thing when you whip me if I'm dealing with you. But if you're taking advantage, yeah, 50 cents come out. Um, and that's just it. That's it. I think all women can relate to that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I mean, why why not just like like dead 'em? Why the fift why 50 gotta come out?
SPEAKER_02Because I I 50 gotta come out first and then I dead it.
SPEAKER_04Okay, all right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. Like I gotta make sure you know, like, yo, I ain't no suck, like I ain't no sucker.
SPEAKER_04Like you you're gonna debt it, but you put the stamp on it.
SPEAKER_02I gotta, yeah, you gotta I gotta let you know like make sure he he knows you mean it. Yeah, go spread that, go spread that rumor. Yeah. I'd rather this, I always say this. I rather, I'd rather a nigga say, fuck Rocky than I fuck Rocky. You know what I'm saying? That's always my thing. I'd rather a nigga say, man, fuck that bitch, instead of, yeah, I fuck that bitch. You know what I'm saying? So I don't care. I'll be the I'll be the villain. You know what I'm saying? But the men that I've dealt with that that loved on me, they got that exclusive Rocky, and that's all that matters. You know, that's they get the exclusivity. So you feel a little bit more special when people hear like Rocky like you.
Section V Basketball Shoutouts
SPEAKER_04I respect that. I respect that. I feel you, I feel you, I feel you. Um, switching gears here. Well, um Okay, what I'm saying. In Rochester this week, we had the sectional bat the basketball sectional championships played at the Blue Cross Arena. Um, we had some good basketball being played. We got a shout out a few people. First of all, we want to shout out uh Terrell Cunningham over at Monroe for doubling it up this year. He won the football sectionals and then just won the basketball. Shout out to him. Good job. Uh keep it going, bro. Uh, also got a shout out uh Willie Mason and my guy Steve. Steve is in the building, actually. Steve, you want to jump on, man? Come on out here, man. Congratulations. We gotta talk, we gotta talk to you, bro. We gotta talk to you. Yes, I'm gonna go. Um I know you I know you're gonna fill in, you're gonna fill in for for Willie, of course, and speak for him. But first of all, congratulations. Appreciate you. Now, y'all did something crazy. Yeah, y'all, y'all came from 58 school, right? Yeah, what's what's the name of World of Inquiry World of Inquiry 58. Won the sectional title over there last year, yeah. Switched schools, went to Bishop Kearney this year and did the same thing. Back to back. That's that's that's that's crazy. That's that's coach. That's impressive. That's coach. So you go from one school now now, word of inquiry, they never won one, right?
SPEAKER_03Nah, that was their first one.
SPEAKER_04First one ever. Ever, right? So y'all just did that and y'all said, okay, we gonna we're gonna do it with a whole new set of set of guys, go over there and and repeat it. Like just to just to put it back.
SPEAKER_03BK first was in 13 years.
SPEAKER_04That's what I was gonna say. Y'all put BK back on the map too. Now, I was at the game. Oh, okay, fine. I was there, and of course, it's one of my young boys. You know what I'm saying? Shout out to you first. Gotta gotta you know, respect to that. But when I'm watching the game, and I'm seeing I'm seeing the players on the first of all, y'all got some athletes. Yeah, got some some really good players. That's a fan. Uh, y'all got a couple kids that I train as as a matter of fact, football wise. But when I'm watching the game, you can literally see that these kids been coached. Like, like, like you can see it. Yeah, you can see it flat out because they're not rattled in any situation. They know what to do. The coach is over there going crazy, but the kids are calm, collected. They're doing, you can tell they're doing what they were coached to do. Speak a little bit about how y'all, how y'all work and the chemistry that y'all have as a coaching staff.
SPEAKER_03So basically, like um we've been working together for the last four years. So, like, we had we had to actually build that chemistry. Like, we had it because we knew each other prior, but as far as coaching styles, like he got a different coaching style than I had. Um but we learned how to mesh them together, and it was basically just the respect level of you know um what he brings and what I bring. Like, it's no back and forth, like if he gives a suggestion, like we roll with it. If I give a suggestion, let's roll with it. If we disagree, we might just you know, we disagree, but we also give the reasoning behind it. Like, right, right. So when we stand here coaching these kids, it's like yo, this is what we this is our our identity. Right, right, right. Right, right. So that's the base. And then we just build off of that, like, alright, we wanna go here, we want to do this, let's try this. Oh, this is the players we got, let's see if we can make this happen. So we just it's just um if I had to put a finger on it, it's more so just a respect level of me and him.
SPEAKER_04Right. That's that's dope. That's dope, and that's what you gotta have. Um now in sports, I'm trying to, I'm trying to I'm gonna try to say this without referencing my prior position over there at that school. Um but I'm trying to say how important it is to have that kind of meshing or or or camaraderie that you have as a coaching staff because it bleeds into your players. No, for sure. A hundred percent. And when the when the players learning things that, you know, y'all setting off light bulbs in their heads all the time, then and then when they go out there on the court and they see it working, yeah, that's when you really got them locked in. Right. So a coach's number one job for all the those that don't know is to motivate, right? Oh, you gotta motivate the kids to want to play for you. Like they always say when coaches coach football, you gotta get your kids to want to run through a brick wall for you. And when you when you have them in that way, you got them. And now they're they're wanting more, they're wanting to learn more because you triggered that. And I could see it. I I saw it all through the through the game when when y'all were when you know, y'all, y'all got some y'all got some real special talent too. That do though. That young boy, that tall kid, yeah, man. He nice.
SPEAKER_03Shout out to Jaden Pasco. Say it again? Jaden Pasco.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, yeah, Jaden P. Yeah, he's nice. So when I got there, I'm like, this, this, this, this tall dude kind of lazy, but that's his game. He allure you to sleep, but he's making all the right passes. He he dropping the ball in the bucket in the paint, he's shooting a three and all that. So yeah, it's something special over there.
SPEAKER_03See behind the scenes too. It's funny you said that because that is his game, but he's so young, he never had to really like, nobody coached him to like play with effort. Like the effort you saw, that took like four, three, four months. Wow. Like before when we f yeah. I told I just told somebody like this one was a little bit more special because at World of Inquiry, I was there for three years, Willie was there for four. So we when we finally got to last year, we saw that coming. Yeah, we can see that coming. Like, yeah, we we created a culture, they understand what they bought in, they know what we want. When we came to BK, we didn't know these kids. Right, right. And we had we got there with two weeks before the season started. So yeah, right. That makes it even more impressive. We ain't had the whole summer or nothing, like it was two weeks before the season started. We transitioned over, and it was just like we gotta get these kids to buy in.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, man. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, time, time. Y'all came in two weeks before the season started. Now, mind you, what he just said, Aquinas hadn't won one in 13 years, and y'all came in. BK.
SPEAKER_01BK.
SPEAKER_04I'm sorry. Aquinas ain't gonna win one for another 13 years.
SPEAKER_02I'm buying school that PTSD came out, didn't it?
SPEAKER_04That PTSD is BK ain't won one in 13 years. Y'all came in two weeks before the season and got them boys to buy in, got them to play how y'all wanted to play with meshing those two styles together, and then y'all went out there and and and made it happen. That's a fact. That's special. That's special.
SPEAKER_03Like I told you, we didn't know them. Yeah, like we had no prior knowledge of who was at that school, or like we just walked in and implemented our our uh system.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that takes dedication, that takes time, that takes that takes a lot of buy-in, and people don't understand how important buy-in is and and culture. That's with anything though, business-wise, sports. If you don't got buy-in, you you might as well just call it a rap. You might as well call it a rap.
SPEAKER_02So do you do you feel validated at all as a coach? Like, do you like it?
SPEAKER_03My validation comes from when like when the kids win. Like, I don't really like, I don't need it. Like, I don't need the congratulations and all that. Like, when I see them running out, jumping, like they kind of be like, yo, we did it. Or like they saying thank you, or years later, like I started coaching in like 2014 at a charter school. I had ninth and tenth graders and we went to the finals that yeah, like we went back to back finals then. To this day, they come up when they come up to me and be like, yo, and they and I'm still coaching. I'm still like, but that's my validation is what making them feel like they're a winner and all that. Like, yeah, I don't shout outs.
SPEAKER_04I appreciate them, but it's nothing like it's nothing like a kid coming up to you years later still calling you coach. Yeah, yeah. You know, you you know, you know you made a mark on him a positive in a positive way on his life. Um, talk about what's next for y'all. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So we got uh regionals tomorrow, actually. Uh we play against uh Leroy out in Bloomfield. I don't know why we gotta go all the way out there. It used to be at gates, but I I kind of feel I know why they need it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But uh no, we uh out in Bloomfield, we got Leroy. We play we beat Leroy tomorrow. We go to Buffalo on Wednesday for uh state qualifier. We we went on Wednesday, then we gotta play a team out of Albany or Syracuse or something like that, and then we next week after the state. So we're hoping for the state run again. The states last year too. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Congrats, man.
SPEAKER_04Congrats again. Good luck. We appreciate y'all. Hey, keep keep making the difference in these boys' lives, man. That's what it's about, right?
SPEAKER_05Appreciate you, man.
SPEAKER_04Appreciate you. Steve, uh Steve White, uh, Willie Mason, Bishop Carney. Congratulations. Y'all keep it going. Up uh, a host of other teams won too. Fairport got a shout out. Scott Fitch, he's been doing it for years. Scott, Scott's the man over at Fairport. Um, and then we got uh, of course, we said Monroe. So shout out to all the winners. Uh Section 5, y'all keep it going. Good luck to everybody. And uh again, like I said, bring it home and y'all coaches keep motivating them boys. Um, damn, that that you said that PTSD jumped out. What? Yeah, I was like that. Only came out because we was talking about it earlier. Yeah, Kyrie.
SPEAKER_02Oh no, the way you said it, the way you said it is like you had you meant to say that. Like you meant to say that shit. You got some shit to get off your chest.
SPEAKER_01Needless to say, that will not be edited out.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we need you need to do that.
SPEAKER_01We need to talk.
Iran, Israel, Trump, And Nukes
SPEAKER_04We need to we need to talk. No, I'm good. I'm good. I'm well. All right. We'll we'll talk later. Okay. Yeah. All right. We will talk later. Let me look at all the cameras. We we will talk later. No, but let's let's let's go. Um, we got a lot to talk about, man. A lot of crazy shit happening in the world. Um, Trump still throwing bombs at people um along with Israel. Um, let's talk about that for a minute. You know, it it's it's it's all because of this whole nuclear weapon stuff, right?
SPEAKER_02Thank you. I wish you were here last because I was asking what's going on.
SPEAKER_04And so basically, okay, so here it is. Basically, we we we won't allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Okay, we will not let them because they're they're always screaming death to America and this and that. So, us being the the you know I don't know if people like when people say it like this or not, but America being the big big bad bullies, we're saying, yeah, we can have them, but you not. So we go over there and we try to destroy everything that that looks like it could be a nuclear plant where they are trying to build a nuclear weapon. Okay, because they are it's dangerous to have it in their hands, they're all you know, they they'd be ready to drop it on anybody or throw it at anybody. So we uh we try to keep them under control with not having one. Um a few months ago, uh we had bombed uh a site that they were saying was their nuclear plant. Um Trump jumped on in front of the camera saying that we obliterated it, we you know, we dismantled it, tore it up. Um, and then now people are are arguing and saying, well, if we dismantle their nuclear site back then, why are we going back in there? So he either lied or we didn't get the job done. Um so so that's where we are now. Now we're fighting with Israel uh to make sure that Iran does never get a nuclear weapon and we're throwing bombs at them, hitting them. We've uh so we killed what 37 of their military leaders, like the guys that call the shots. We killed 37 of them, and that's that's what's tripping me out. I'm like, who the fuck is next? How you kill 37 people and somebody still giving orders? How you got that? Nah, but it's like an extra dude. Like, yeah, they killed. I mean, but they just grab a dude from off the street like Akbar. Go ahead, tell us what to do.
SPEAKER_01Yo, bruh, literally, they was like, the supreme leader got killed today. This next guy is the supreme leader. Breaking news, the supreme leader got killed today.
SPEAKER_04But we we hit 37 of them and they still got somebody that's making decisions.
SPEAKER_01First of all, I don't get it. Who the fuck keeps taking the job? Like, can you refute it? You know what? I don't want to be supreme leader today, bro. I'm about to go work at Amazon. Can't be 14 days when they run through the next 13 dudes. But that's crazy though. But who sighted up for this? Um as far as like the program, I think it's a lot like the war from 9-11. Yeah, there aren't any weapons of mass destruction. And when our military does it, like it's always funny, they'll say, these people say death to America. Well, they say death to America after you blew up their hospitals and their fucking schools and you killed their children. Right. So now, if you are a kid, just say Durham in the Gulf War or any of these wars and you 19 years old. And your whole family get killed by an American bomb. When you dirty, it's definitely fucking them. Yeah. So when that's who's taking the big thing. So it's like those are those are like men the consequences like of a war. Yes. That man we don't think about. Right. Like, like, and we really get so live. Like this is one of the biggest lives when they say, thank you to the military for protecting our freedoms. Who the fuck is trying to enslave us? Right. When you ever think about that, like this. Like, think about that. No one's trying to come enslave us. Literally, if you listen to them as opposed to listening into our news, they're always saying, leave us the fuck alone. Right. They're not saying, oh, fuck y'all, we're gonna come over there. No, just stay the fuck over there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So so like it's one of those really, really weird things about it. And it's another fruitless war. Yeah. Like, man, just like man, 10-15 years from now, like they did with the um 9-11 war, they're gonna admit, oh yeah, man, what no weapons of mass destruction.
SPEAKER_04Right. Our bad. Right, right, right. Well, I'm I'm I don't know, I'm kind of on offense about it because I'm like, all right, if they're crazy like that and they're trying to build nuclear weapons, they ain't trying to build them shits for no reason. So go ahead, tear that shit up. Let's let's let's not let them get to that point to where but the thing is now though, like so Obama went in and he struck a deal with them. Basically saying, telling telling them, you know, they agreed to shut down their nuclear plants and all that kind of stuff. You still can't trust them. I get what people are saying. You're gonna strike a deal with them on pin, that don't mean they're gonna stop trying to build it. Uh but Trump literally took the deal and ripped it up and saying that he just did that um to to it wasn't a good deal, and that he could he could strike a better deal with them. Um people said that he, you know, he Trump can't strike a deal to save his life. Um he just did that so he can go to war and now he can uh pay all his buddies that that's that makes money for it.
SPEAKER_01He say shit like, yeah, I have a better deal, it's the best deal that ever dealed. Yeah, yeah. Largely, bigly, it's a bigly better deal. Like, you know, like yo, he's really a cartoon.
SPEAKER_04His latest thing is he thinks he should be involved with choosing Iran's next leader. He wants to be in the process.
SPEAKER_01I ain't gonna lie, man, but one thing that I do like about him in a sense though, is that he operates how we think the president can operate. Like, you know, like when you're young, like like before, like you learn like the branches of government, man, checks and balances. You think the president is like this super leader who can just do this, do whatever he wants.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_01He literally acts like the mind of a five-year-old believes the president is supposed to ever. Right. Like it's really fascinating. He's doing he's doing anything he wants. No, yeah, he does. Basically, yeah. But see, I'm not gonna lie, I think that's the dope thing, man. About man Republican man presidents, they say, okay, look, we're gonna do what the fuck we want to do. Now y'all can stop us, that's cool. Right. But we're gonna attempt to do exactly what the fuck we want to do. Yeah, yeah. And like, so like that's and honestly, I think like that's why his supporters love him so much because if he promised something during the campaign, he's definitely gonna try to do it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Now that shit might get struck down 80 times by 86 judges, but he definitely gonna be like, yo, yeah, look, like, yeah, like no more. Except build that damn wall.
SPEAKER_04He still ain't built the wall. Well, well, man, he built a fence. Yeah, he put a fence up there. He's jumping it though, so I don't think he will. A little guardrail he put up.
Gas Prices And War At Home
SPEAKER_01Put a little guardrail up. You know what I'm saying? Man, now he did do, man. So, you know what I'm saying? That's one of those things. Um, yeah, see, he got CNN ratings jumping. Yeah, man. Dude is dude, it's really entertaining. Now, what's not entertaining is these goddamn gas prices. Gas is up a dollar a gallon from what it was last week. That shit is insane. Right, right.
SPEAKER_02But it doesn't matter. That's one price that can continue to go up, and it doesn't matter because we're gonna have to continue to get gas. We got some type of electric car or whatever. But it's like it don't matter what how much gas is. It's like you smoke cigarettes. It's like if you smoke cigarettes, them cigarettes by the car is gonna keep going up and going up and going up, and you're gonna still pay for it. Find that extra dollar. It's like the cigarette of the world. You feel me? It's like the universal cigarette. Like, no matter how much price what price gas is, you need to run your car. So you're gonna have to suck that shit up.
SPEAKER_01Nah, people are gonna have to suck shit up to get gas money at this point. They're gonna be sucking a lot of shit up to get some gas money. That's what's gonna happen.
SPEAKER_05It's gonna be gas memories.
SPEAKER_04This guy says is not scripted.
SPEAKER_02In that case, you know. I'll pay for gas for every one of these. Oh Jesus bottom my shit.
SPEAKER_04I am not coming in.
SPEAKER_02We're gonna locate on this platform, all right? We're located.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but you're gonna start seeing the robberies at the gas pump, like yeah, nigga, fill up my car. Right, right, right. Put your shit out of the way. Put that car back in there. Word. Like that looks like that's what it's gonna be about, though. Like, it's crazy. And we can sit here and laugh, man, because we've been fortunate enough, man, to be able to afford gas, but like those are just the effects of war that we don't even think about. Like all of these people that are stuck over in like the Dubai and whatnot. Yes, yes. And unfortunately, I don't feel sorry for most of them. I don't either. Because like the thing is, like, people are telling you so non-patriotic. There is a war, no, no, what I'm saying is this there is a war. They tell you it is a risk going to these countries. Okay, okay, you may not be able to get home. You can't want fucking likes on your Instagram that bad that you're going to a country during war.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Forget going to a country now. I'm I'm going anywhere in these days. Like some people say I'll just not go to a uh a war-torn uh uh country. Nah, you can't go nowhere these days because you never know what's the climate while there's a war with America going on, because those people could side with whoever they want, and now next thing you know, they don't put a bag of weed in your in your bag, and now you stuck for 10 years over a bag of weed. But it's just crazy out there. Um I heard so I know somebody that went to Dubai recently. Recently, and I'm like, Wow, you should probably tell that person it's not a good idea to go. They're like, I don't want to live in fear, and it's like, all right, it's a difference between living in fear and being smart. Yeah, it's not smart to go over there right now, so just stay your ass home until until everybody runs out of bombs and then and then go over there and help the help the cleanup efforts. But go over there right now, right?
SPEAKER_02It seemed like it's like go over there right now.
SPEAKER_04Now, fortunately, now now the person was over there stuck for about three, four weeks, just got home. And I'm like, thank God, yeah, made it home. But all right, that was dumb. Plain and simple.
Travel Risks And Internet Delusion
SPEAKER_01You know what I think it is, though, to be honest. I think this is one of the side effects of the internet, and the internet, and so now you have all these people that can give their opinion. So, like, a lot of people don't take things as serious because it's the internet. Like, like man, it was a saying I seen on the net like five, ten years ago, and I loved it. And he basically said the internet made man people comfortable with saying and doing shit that they used to get punched in their face for in real life. And if you think about it, that's what it is because people because the common sense in you says it's a war, let me not go flying over there, right? But now you got 10 goofy motherfuckers on TikTok. The war isn't real, and all these fake conspiracy theories. So now it's in your head that the war is not real, right? Till you get hit with a fucking missile, but now it's too late, right? You see what I'm saying? Like, now it's too late. You find yourself, you find yourself running into a bunker somewhere. People don't think about that shit like war, real is a bitch. Right, and like you gotta think, war is really like a gang war and like choosing sides. So it's like you're going to fly over there, you want America, like bro, you are a blood, you're flying to grip country. Like these people don't fuck with you because of the name on your ID, right? The one on the top, and like like man, I and I truthfully think it's the internet man desensitizing people to real life. Like when they think this is like McCall of fucking duty, you do not respawn around the corner when you die. This shit is over. You are not going to get a life pack. Yeah, like this is not Mario. Right. You got one fucking mushroom, but that's it. Right. And I don't think people get it.
SPEAKER_02Oh my God.
SPEAKER_04Why is this? I don't think people realize it. So just so just for the people that don't watch the news at all, because there's some people out there like that. Um, when you talk about war, for the most part, if you if you sit in America, you you're okay. We're not gonna get hit with a box. I think that's what we're not gonna get, you know, planes coming over here to try to do something to us. You don't have to worry about all that. Our our military is stronger than, or we spend more on, I'll put it like this, we spend more on our military than every other country combined. And it's not even close. And we have, you know, some of the best technology that allows us to stay safe over here. Um we probably should have been said this. Shout out to all the troops.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely.
SPEAKER_04Thank you, thank you, thank you. Every time I'm in the airport, I'm traveling, and I see somebody with their with their uniform on, I try to buy them lunch. If I see them at every single time, I don't, you know, whoever it is, I try to say thank you, you know, salute you every single time. Um if you're here in America, you don't have to worry about getting hit with a bomb or or or fleeing your country and trying to get uh go. And that's the way obsession with bombs.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I feel and that's why a lot of people are not taking it seriously because we are so spoiled over here that they haven't, when you see it firsthand, is when you're like, oh shit, this is real. But because we're so sheltered, right, that people are not like, oh, I'll give you the buy. Yeah, okay, I'm not living in fear. Yeah, because you haven't seen your back door, yeah, you know, your hospital blown up. You know, so like we're so spoiled and sheltered, but it's it's it's it's a real thing.
SPEAKER_01Very sheltered, man. You sit over here and we really convince people, like, yo, we ain't gonna fight at my career, we're gonna fight at your career. We only fight the war in their country. No, you won't call it. I'm gonna whoop your ass, but I'm gonna whoop your ass at Joe House.
SPEAKER_04So, so, and I'll give some I'll give y'all some history on that, right? Nobody has technology or whatever you want to call it enough to have a missile reach America. So that's why that's why you you're safe with a uh you don't have to worry about getting hit with a bomb or or a missile. Um well we have military bases everywhere. Damn near everywhere. So we have our tanks and our rocket launchers and all that kind of shit everywhere. But our most um our most deadliest weapon, our most deadly weapon is our carrier, the big ship that goes into the water that can that can carry our our tanks and our planes that they can take off from. It can go close to your country and then we can get stuff over there. So that's and nobody else has that. So that's why that's why we are so dangerous to people.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, man, we like the big lazy cousin. Like we come to your crib and we set up a base there and we never leave. Yeah, we never leave. We don't pay rent, won't we never leave. We just over there chilling. We come to your crib, we eat the kids next. We don't ever fucking go over there.
SPEAKER_04Matter of fact, we tell you how to raise your kids.
SPEAKER_01We're telling you what's next about it. And then troops come home and be homeless. Yeah, yeah. Like it's really like, and that's why I do have so much respect for them simply because they go put their lives on the line forming causes that men that sit in offices that will never fire a shot.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_01They call the shots and say, hey, you man, you signed up with a job. I bet, man. Go kill people.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And by the way, risk being killed too. Oh, yeah. You know what I'm saying? So like when you really think about it, that's what I think the real man bravery of a soldier is. Like, you go to fight a warman against people you never met. Yeah. About fitness way above your pay grade, most likely will never affect you. And yeah, and they just sign a piece of paper and make you go fight. Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_02I never understood that mentality though. Like, I I don't think I would be able to, I don't want to do that. Yeah. Go to the services. Yeah, but a lot of people do it because of the benefits. There's great benefits. You get free schooling, um, and then you you get a good pay. You know, a lot of people that retire, they get really good pay, pension, all that good stuff. So it's like there's a lot of benefits to it. And nowadays people are going because of that. People just want to get out of where they are. Like, yeah, I want to leave my city, so I'm gonna go join the army. Yeah, I'm gonna join the army. And they'd be like, Oh shit, we're going to war for real. I didn't do it for that. I did it, I wanted to go to school. I want to go to school, like I didn't do this for this. Like, like, oh shit.
SPEAKER_04Fuck. A lot of them do do it because they like rah America, USA, let's go fight. But yeah, that's that wouldn't be me. I'm sorry. Yeah, yeah. Like it's just I'll support you, salute you, thank you. You know, from the bottom of my heart, for real, for real. Y'all go ahead and do that. Keep us safe.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I guarantee you, if the leaders had to suit up, we'd never have any fucking wars. Oh, yeah, no, no. Hell no. If the leaders had to go shoot and the winner of the war is determined by the leader who killed the other leader, we'd never have a fucking war, ever. Right, right, right. We would never have a war.
SPEAKER_04And that's what, um, like like you said, some of them come home and are homeless. That's what I don't get. Like, honestly, how I don't think any troops that went to war that that that deployed and went and came back, they should never have a doctor bill. They should, you know what I'm saying? Like, build some housing for them by themselves, or I just don't understand it. I don't see how you can put your life on the line for for this country and then come home and this country don't treat you right. That's that's that's it.
SPEAKER_01I mean, not for nothing. I mean, we just came off of Black History Month. We had black people that fought in World War II, World War I, and came back home and couldn't use the water fountain. Right.
SPEAKER_05Pretty much.
50 Cent Vs T.I. And Respect
SPEAKER_01But the same country, man, you just fought for. So I think it's one of those things. However, on a lighter note, speaking of war, um the TI and 50 Cent war has continued this week. Yeah, it's still going. Like it's continued. It's it's um one thing I will say, man, that 50 actually dropped music this week. Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Like I thought I from what I just heard, King went on, went, went, went online again saying, uh, we basically said we the algorithm, we made you do what we wanted you to do all along. Get in get in the booth. Yeah, so so so is that true though?
SPEAKER_01Nah, but I I mean, man, but think about it. Like, if you looked at the comments of all the people when it first started, right? The people that were on 50 side, the first thing they said was 50's too busy to rap. He don't gotta rap. He got all these TV shows, but now he's rapping. Yeah, right, right. So it's like, so I think so I so I agree with him. Um and with his new post and whatnot, now, me, I firmly believe that you don't get to decide how someone responds to disrespect. So, like, King has like these weed bags now with 50 bags. No, I mean now my thing is this, like it's saying this, because like I made a post a day, I'm like, yeah, he probably gonna get something done to this kid. And like, I'm like, man, people may forget, like, he really has been put in the work. So then like people are like, what do you mean? Well, I don't know, 50 bleeding. I'm not saying that the kid is wrong. I'm not saying that he's wrong, man, for somebody disrespecting his mama. All I'm saying is the actions got reactions. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Actions got reactions, and unlike like his dad can afford the security that he can see shit coming. King probably don't got the security minute T. I got. You know what I'm saying? It's true. And it's always a buzzwall out here when you give a couple dollars, man, that's near somebody to fuck them up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01You know, even even fans.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, even gotta be somebody you even know. It's got just a fan, a diehard fan could just come at you.
SPEAKER_01Like, yeah, I just fucked him up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I think now people, I think people are just gonna attack 50 cent just to be in the algorithm now. Like it's just they won't have no beef for him. It's gonna be like, you know what? I need to be relevant. I would shit. I would attack 50 cent if he would give a fuck about me. I would do a little attacks like it'd be relevant shit, you know. So I'm saying if you got an album coming out, I go ahead and attack.
SPEAKER_01He's so used to playing offense. This is the first time that we see 50 play defense. Yeah, now like I said last show, though, the only difference here between the other beasts is 50 is usually the guy that people say went too far. Yeah, you know, so it's like now he has a unique position of no matter what I do at this point now, nothing's too far. Yeah, right. Like now he can start debarring hell. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Right. So it's like, um, it's gonna be interesting, though. But I definitely don't think it's gonna be interesting.
SPEAKER_04My thing was, my thing, and I miss, I wasn't here last week, and I'll talk about that in a little bit. But um, people saying like 50 don't gotta rap, he's doing this and that, this and that. I'm like, nah, yes, he does. When you go and you like 50 came out, he's a rapper. Yeah, you're a rapper. When you get dissed, you diss back. That's how this is how I go. Like you can say he he he in the movies and he bought his bag and this and that now. But when you jump out there and you diss a rapper, the culture says, go ahead and you rap back. You you get back in the in the booth and you do it back. Just do it for the culture. You try to say, like, he's what he said, oh, old dudes would be feel stupid about rapping against each other nowadays. Nah, this is where you came in at. That's where we know you from.
SPEAKER_01Go rap. Yeah, like I don't understand it. And then, like, the thing with the he's too big to rap, like Jay-Z is significantly bigger than 50. Pretty much. And every few years, he's gonna drop a verse that got shots at everybody that's been talking shit about him since his last verse. Yes, exactly. And he's up, up and away in every area.
SPEAKER_04Exactly.
SPEAKER_01He doesn't have to rap, but he's still gonna culture, you know. Like, bro, like I heard that. Don't trust me. Right. Yes, this is coming out today. Yes, your interview was in 2023. I heard it and I remember it. Right. And now this is just spanky for you. Here you go. Yeah, so like, so all that, like, yo, like, man, like, no, that's part of culture.
SPEAKER_02So, I mean, are we jumping to go hear a 50 cent like diss track? Like, are we jumping to hear him rap? Like, we would jump to hear Jay-Z response. We gonna are you really? Absolutely. I'm not I would not you say I he said on a diss track, yeah. But I wouldn't I want to hear I want to hear what he gotta say.
SPEAKER_04But to me, to me, I wouldn't. I was raped, I was never impressed with 50 rap. As a rapper, right? Get Richard Dytry and I say was a masterpiece. After that, he had a couple songs on the massacre. After that, it was a rap to me. Now I went back just to confirm myself. You know, I'm in the car a couple times. I I I put on TI essentials, and then the next time in my car, I put on 50 Cent Essentials just to see if I'm if I'm going crazy, because I'm team TI when it comes to the rap, the rapping part. Um, and it just sounds like nursery rhymes. Like back then it was hot, but now when you listen to it, 50 did a lot of nursery rhyming. He and MX did too.
SPEAKER_01But you know what it was, man, for me, man, with 50, is 50 was never lyrical. 50 was always entertaining. Yeah, he know how to make songs. I get that. So, like it was never superior lyrics. Yes, it was more of a thing of him and putting the project together. Yeah. So, so for me, like, now I mean I will say that some songs I went back and listened to, I'm like, wow, this sounds terrible now. Right. Because it didn't age all that well. Right. However, though, however, but like I said last week though, like we gotta also realize how big 50 was. And I think people don't realize like how big that was at that time. Like it was neat. Like, like it was a time literally, like I remember when Gate Richard Dyer of Matryant came out. The radio literally played every single song on the radio.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So now you listen to the radio, every song is playing on the radio. Then it's a new G unit mix tape out at the same time. Right. So everybody in the streets is playing that. Then you go to the club, he had his own set.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_01Like you know how like round 12 men, 30 men, they play like the 10 hot songs?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_01This nigga had like seven of them. Right. Like he he like I said last week, had a video game and a sneaker, right? And didn't play any sports. Right. Like how big that was, yeah.
SPEAKER_04And back then, Jay Z warned everybody. Jay-Z came out, and even his own artist, he said, listen, y'all better get whatever y'all got out right now because 50 Cent is coming. And when he dropped that in the club, came and it was a rap a long time for a lot of people.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like it was out. Like, when I remember like literally every, like you're like everything everywhere was playing. And the dudes that didn't listen to the radio, they were playing Meg when they mix tapes. And you go to the club, that's all you say.
SPEAKER_04I remember I was in the city and and I got tired of them playing 50 Cent. I was in the city for like a week. I was like, man, I'm turning, I'm turning Hot Night Seven off. You don't remember that.
SPEAKER_01When the club came out, no lie, like rock. When in the club came out, the reaction to that song in the actual club, yeah, yeah. Shit was insane. Everywhere you go. I don't care where you go. Who was in the club at that time? You began to see like you was like rock, like I was like a top look.
SPEAKER_02Okay, what's in the club? What's something? It's your birthday. Yes, I was because I was outside. No, you wasn't.
SPEAKER_04I've been outside because everybody, it's your birthday. You were still you stole somebody's idea. She was in the border.
SPEAKER_02Maybe we knew people, we knew people that was connected to people that got us where we needed to be. I was in the club. I think so. Like what I was I can't remember in 05. What's when that came out?
SPEAKER_01Oh three. You weren't even here. I was talking about you was outside to get out of here.
SPEAKER_02I was outside in the I was outside in the Virgin Islands. The fuck? Yes, we did. We had clubs. What do you mean how the fuck we was listening to it? Like on the radio? We had CDs. That's on the C D you have to buy your C D. You have to buy you a C D.
SPEAKER_04And then hit over there to 07.
SPEAKER_02Man, you a motherfucker.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_01It came in the bottle on the on the ocean. It came in the tape on the bottom. Remixing this is a shit. Somebody found that shit.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Okay. No, I was listening. I was like, the song, what was my favorite song of the album? Wasn't one of his like classics. It was like, my buddy, my buddy. That's on the Gyder.
SPEAKER_01That's on the G. No, no. My buddy is on Bag for Mercy. I promise you it is.
SPEAKER_02Okay, well, I was listening to that shit.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Man, how you be remembering this? What album it's on?
SPEAKER_02I know he doesn't like he don't have a fucking life. Get a life, boy. Get the fuck out of here. This is a tiny head too much. I was listening to thinking about no damn 50 cents. But I was saying, like, I'm not rushing to go listen to a 50 Cent song. I'm not. Like, like you said, he makes songs, good songs. He makes songs that you play, the radio songs. He makes songs. But he's not to me a rapper. Like he's not a rapper. He's not a lyricist to me. When I think rapper, I think lyricists. You know what I'm saying? Like he just makes great songs. Like, I don't think, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. You gotta like see whispering. Some rappers, the real diss, like when they diss, the skill is in entertaining. Like, for example, uh Ether. Ether lyrically is probably one of Nas worst songs. Right. Like the rhyme pattern is simple, all that. But Ether hit like hell because he found a way to embarrass Jay-Z. And like man, with 50 Man Ja, 50 didn't outrime Ja Rule. Right. What he did was he just embarrassed them. Right. The song got the song. He got skits. He got skits. He got all this shit. Because okay, cool. I'm just gonna embarrass you because I know I can't outrap you. Yeah. Like many Tupac. He knew he couldn't outride Biggie. But hit him up is so embarrassing. Like, forget all those lyrics. Nigga started a song. First off, fuck your bitch and the click you claim. No, no, no. I'm sorry. Before the beat rolled up to start off, that's why I fucked your bitch, you fat motherfucker. Right. Like, it don't matter what bars came after that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, after that it was a it didn't matter after that. Say that and then drop a beat. It don't matter what's covered.
SPEAKER_01Because he just said he could have said his fucking APCs for the rest of that song. And it wouldn't have mattered. It's like, damn.
SPEAKER_04But that's why, but that's why that right there, you you just named a few rap battles, right? Yeah. If Nas and Hove can get on wax at each other, how in the hell is 50 too big to rap? So everybody out there saying he don't gotta rap, yes, he do. Stop all that. That's craziness. Yes, he do. He came in here as a rapper. Damn it, go rap. That's what you that's what you hear for. That's why you can't.
SPEAKER_02I'm an undercover liar. I lie under the covers. See, nobody wants to hear a 50 second. We age our John Will.
New Reggae Names And Trap Reggae
SPEAKER_01Notice. No, no. No other John World. That's true. That's true. Dude, they say, oh, he's too old to make music except rap. That's true. Like men think Nick Capleton is like nine, nine hundred and four years old. And and and Rocky can bring him next week and that bitch gonna sell out.
SPEAKER_04It's gonna shake.
SPEAKER_01Nobody, yo, if some new Nick Capleton come out right now and it's hot, Patrick will be lit.
SPEAKER_04She brings Patra here. It's gonna go crazy.
SPEAKER_01Everybody break like 250. And they go get him. They're gonna be out there. I don't even think they have young reggae artists no more. Yes, they do. Like, yo, but like Vice Reggie, it's called trap reggae.
SPEAKER_02And that's and that's what exactly I was speaking to earlier. Like, when you for when it comes to Rochester and choosing a reggae artist for this demographic, it can't be somebody too young because y'all don't even know there's young reggae artists. Like there's Asian, there's Massaca, there's 450. Yeah, we definitely don't know none of them. What I'm saying is, remember listening. There's Skilly Bang, there's Skang, there's all these people. I love one of my favorite artists is Alkaline. I can't bring Alkaline here because y'all gonna be like, who the fuck is Alkaline?
SPEAKER_04Wait, wait, say these names again then. What the fuck? What do they get these names? Hold on, bro.
SPEAKER_02You wanna buy? Okay.
SPEAKER_01Go ahead. You just notice Rocky does not have an accent until she started saying men Jamaican names, then all of a sudden accent comes back.
SPEAKER_02Because it's like it's like talking, you know, like a lot of island people, we come to like the states, we don't we know how to suppress our accent. We could talk, we can speak proper. And then when we start talking to people from our hometown, it comes out like this. Like it's like that's everyone with the like the Brits, everybody. Like, okay, so the names, right? Go ahead, say somebody's names. So there's there's Masaka, 450, skilly bang, skinny bang, skang. Skinny bang. Skilly bang. Skilly bang? What's the word? Skilly bang. Skang. There's Asian.
SPEAKER_04Asian.
SPEAKER_02I love Alkaline. Alkaline is not that.
SPEAKER_04I'm calling myself that.
SPEAKER_02No, but Alkaline has hits, but I can't promote him here because y'all gonna be like, who the fuck is Alkaline? Nah, man, but that sounds like Massaca is like the one of the biggest artists right now. And y'all don't know who Massaca is.
SPEAKER_01Okay, Mr. Let me ask you a question, like seriously. Um, do you think their music is of the same quality as the ones we know?
SPEAKER_02Okay, so I would say this 90s reggae is that's true, that's classics. 90s reggae is classic. That will never those those won't age. Those are timeless, timeless pieces of music. Um, now we're catering. Now it's an evolution, right? We're catering to a different demographic. So it's called trap reggae, right? But if y'all in an infiltrated reggae, if y'all even understood, if y'all understood the lyrics, I think y'all would love reggae. If you understood like what they were saying, you'd be like, oh shit, I can relate to this.
SPEAKER_01Wait, wait, wait.
SPEAKER_02We never knew the old thing. We was dancing motherfuckers back then. They don't make dancing music like that no more. Did y'all see the music? We was in the pub like you know, whining and grinding and joking and all this shit. Hold up, hold up.
SPEAKER_04Did y'all see the post that I shared about the Lion King song?
SPEAKER_02What it stands for?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02A lion.
SPEAKER_04There goes a lion. That's all it said. Oh no, there goes a lion. Oh my god. Yeah, man, like man with the reggae. We talked about if we understood what it was saying. Right. All we care about is the beat. We thought he was really saying some.
SPEAKER_02Like Massacre is like, I love alkaline. Yeah, but it's just alkaline.
SPEAKER_04For example, you gotta think about the artist. They all got three beats.
SPEAKER_02It's the rhythm, they're called beats, they're called rhythms.
SPEAKER_04Reggae got three rhythms and everybody rhyme off the beat.
SPEAKER_01Yo, it is 412 songs.
SPEAKER_02It's called juggling, right? So if yeah, like artists would do that. They'll go juggling, right? So you get like a rhythm. Yes, you got a rhythm. So them three beats. Three beats. Y'all got juggling.
SPEAKER_04Whatever one land in his hand, that's the one you're gonna use.
SPEAKER_01So yo, so it's just like man, you say my rhythm because we don't need it though, like think about it. Like we was nine talking about boom by we didn't know what the fuck that song meant. Then we got older and realize it was kind of fucked up. But but being young, right? We didn't care about none of that, right? None of that. So I just think that like the music was better. I gotta cut it.
SPEAKER_02But I'm just saying, there is young artists, there are young reggae artists now. It's just that people they're not as mainstream. Making that trigger. Yeah, they're making it.
SPEAKER_04I gotta, I got a reggae question.
SPEAKER_02Uh oh.
SPEAKER_04Do y'all consider Shaggy a real reggae artist?
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah. Oh, wow. I think Shaggy is. I I can't, I don't know what Jamaicans will say, because I'm I'm I'm tired of saying this. I'm not Jamaican. Okay, I'm very much from I was born in St. Lucia, raised in the US Virgin Islands, right? So I'm not Jamaican. Half the time I don't even understand what the fuck Jamaicans are saying either, right? Um, but I think Shaggy, I mean, that's his name, right? Shaggy.
SPEAKER_01Like a fake Jamaican to me. Yeah, like Shaggy always seemed like a fake Jamaican was a good one.
SPEAKER_02Oh, oh, Shaggy, not me. Okay, yeah, Shaggy, I think, crossed over. So it's like, I think like a lot of he he managed to cross over because he he's marketable, you know. Nice light skinned guy with curly hair. You know, he can speak proper. You know, so he can cross over, he can do a little bit of pop.
SPEAKER_04Um, I think he's I think he's I think Shaggy and Genuine artists. I think they're the same person.
SPEAKER_02Shaggy on who?
SPEAKER_04Genuine.
SPEAKER_02My fucking God.
SPEAKER_04They're the same person.
SPEAKER_02Get him over. There's some artists they like that can cross over, you know, like the Sean Pauls, like they made it mainstream. So now they're they're doing that's what I mean.
SPEAKER_01Like nobody's making Sean Paul music.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Sean Paul, the Shaggies, um, who else? Like, we have we know Buju Bantan, but Buju Bantan is like he's reggae, he's a reggae artist, but he's mainstream, he's popular, right? He's 96 years old. He looked good as a bitch. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, so and they have the Shancias, you know, Shancia?
SPEAKER_01Oh, yes.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you see, everybody, yeah, that's a reaction everyone gives when they talk about Shancia, right? Well, first of all, Shancia is. I think they want to on that girl's face. I think Shancia is kind of giving me a little bit of Rihanna now, like Rihanna in her prime. I think they're trying to make Shancia sound a little bit like Rihanna in her prime. But she, when she started off, she was raw. Like her lyrics were like straight up, like finger me. Like her lyrics was a raw as hell when she first started off. Now she's crossing over the room.
SPEAKER_04Like she was they don't have a new lady song. Lady, I don't think you're ever gonna get another lady song. Because she was she she kind of took Patra out.
SPEAKER_02I think Spice would be like, I think Spice would be like though, man.
SPEAKER_01But I think that Patra really just faded out because she really only had like what, like a couple songs. Like the Lady Saul was coming with shit. Lady Saul came out. Oh, yeah, Lady Saul is the shit. Like that ninja board song. Yeah, yo, that's she used to well still now it do, but when it came out, that she used to set the club on fire. Yo, they made more dancing music back then, too. Yeah, no, like I'm telling you.
SPEAKER_04But the culture was the reggae music, you know, the culture was different. The culture was definitely different. Name some of them them new artists again. So people can go and massacre. Uh-huh. Massacre. Massacre.
SPEAKER_02450.
SPEAKER_04450.
SPEAKER_02Asian.
SPEAKER_04Asian.
SPEAKER_02Skilly bang.
SPEAKER_04Skilly bang. You are yo bro, bro. Skilly. Skilly bang.
SPEAKER_02Yep, skilly bang.
SPEAKER_04Skilly bang.
SPEAKER_02Skang.
SPEAKER_04Skang. That's shit funny.
SPEAKER_02Who else we have? Byron. We have Byron Messiah. Um go look these dudes up because I'm not. Who else we got, Kyron?
SPEAKER_04Pick them up and and and check their music. Yeah, but see I ain't gonna lie, man. See, like the skilly gang song, like this.
SPEAKER_01I want my biggest.
SPEAKER_02Like he sings skilly bang sing. Y'all don't grind me.
SPEAKER_01I hear that name, I just think like, yo, man, let me get a skilly bang of fries. Like it sounds like a new thing. Let me get a skilly bang and some fries with a side side of blue cheese. Yeah, yeah. Let me get a large skilly bang.
SPEAKER_04Skilly bang.
SPEAKER_02Asian is like Acean's doing his thing right now.
SPEAKER_04Where they get their name. Yeah. That's next. Now you gotta figure out where they get their name. From Sken. I want to know where you came up with that. Skang.
SPEAKER_02Skang.
SPEAKER_04Skilly bang.
SPEAKER_02Skang, Skilly Bang. Skilly bang. Incredible.
SPEAKER_01But yeah. But nah, man, but one thing about Rochester and reggae. Reggae always sells out in Rochester. Like literally. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Literally. Like when they have a demographic, low violence, high turnout, you can't beat it. Yeah. Yeah. People was really going to the parties to dance. Yeah. It's hard men to fight. Like it's hard to fight.
SPEAKER_04Reggae parties at the YMCA. At the YMCA. I'm dating myself. But at the YMCA in the gym, they opened up the YMCA late night so a whole bunch of black people can go in there and listen to reggae. Yeah, but speaking of the YMCA, man, I want to say this into the cameras.
SPEAKER_01Our YMCAs was dead ass wrong. They used to have them in a midnight man basketball league. Why are 12-year-olds hooping at three in the fucking morning?
SPEAKER_05That was wild.
SPEAKER_01Yo, Midnight League is insane if you think about it. Nobody parents was there. Niggas could have got Epstein.
SPEAKER_04Yo, the Y R Matt. I got a while. I got a white membership.
SPEAKER_02That membership's expensive, though.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. I got, well, I don't pay shit for mine. Nah, mine's free. I got mine.
SPEAKER_01How the fuck y'all did that? Nah, man, because when you go to the joint on uh I mean on the West side, it's free. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's free. I got I got one through the NFL PA. They give us all memberships. Lex. Uh Lex. I knew he was closing. I was waiting for that. I was waiting for that.
SPEAKER_02I was waiting for that.
SPEAKER_04No, we got some dope. Obama gave me a light flex heavy meaning. No, it's not a flex. I'm not gonna front. We got some dope shit from the NFL PA. Like, we got a whole app on here. Look, I'm gonna show you this. We got a whole app on here that we go to and it's just ours. Like, it's just like Facebook where we go and talk to each other. But we got we got discounts to everything. Like, if we wanted to, we could we could go put some bread together and I could rent a jet and we could be out. That's fair. We got all kinds of shit. Like that's dope. Yeah, flex. It's really dope. Shout out to the NFL PA for taking care of the former players. Y'all dope. Keep it going. We support them.
SPEAKER_01Flex. It's not a flex, bro. It is a flex. No, you've just been using it so long that it's no longer a flex to you. It's still a flex. Alright, I got you. You know what I'm saying?
Dating Your Ex And Boundaries
SPEAKER_02I wanna I want to ask y'all something. It's some question I wanted to ask about like relationships. Oh. Okay. Don't be mad at the answer. Okay, no. If someone is dating your ex, right? What advice would you give them? If someone is dating your exam? What advice would you give someone dating your ex?
SPEAKER_04Wait, is this somebody that you care about? Or somebody that matters.
SPEAKER_02Wait, who? Like the person that's dating them?
SPEAKER_04The person that's dating them that's asking you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, someone comes up to you, someone's dating your ex and you're like, yo, give me some advice. Like, how how should what am I getting myself into?
SPEAKER_04It depends on who it is. If you if you care about that person or not. If I if I care about a person, I'm gonna tell them straight up. This is what you this is what you're about to run into. And if it's somebody I don't care about, yeah, she's cool. Go ahead, do your thing. Good luck.
SPEAKER_02You talking about somebody in particular? No.
SPEAKER_04No, I'm not talking about anybody in in particular. But I mean, what advice would I give somebody that's dating my ex?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Like in real life. Like like your ex. What advice would you give somebody that was dating your ex? Like for real, for real. Like whoever your ex is, what advice would you give someone that's dating them right now?
SPEAKER_04I don't know. That's that's a good one. That's a good question. You might have to go first, B. I gotta think.
SPEAKER_02B is ready. B is like, fuck that bitch.
SPEAKER_01No, no, because I'm trying to like man digest it different ways. Like, are we talking about Oh my god, like like actually me answering the question or or just anybody? You answering the question. This me answering the question. You ask me, man, what yo, man, I date your ex. First of all, what the fuck is you talking to me for?
SPEAKER_02Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01But but I can't ask y'all shit. This is me, like for real. Like, first of all, why are you asking me? But secondly, I'm gonna tell look, go have your own experience. The same way, like, like example, like man, people know like I eat out a lot. So I've experienced a lot of food. Like people be like, yo, be out this food is go try it for yourself. Your palate, man, and my palate may be different. Different people bring different shit out of people. So the first thing I'm gonna tell your wife, do go have your own fucking experience. And again, stop talking to me.
SPEAKER_04That's true though, because if it's somebody close if it's somebody close to you to be talking to you, they shouldn't be dating your ex. Yeah, exactly. That's my thing. And then if it's somebody that's coming from far away that's not really just made this to you dating your ex. Like, get out of here, Bozo. Like, why are you asking me? Why are you joking?
SPEAKER_02Y'all really just made this like the most it wasn't supposed to be a thesis statement.
SPEAKER_04No, no, we can't do that, though. No, no, wait, let's ask you this. Let me ask this on me, and I don't understand. Is this something women can do that men can't do? Uh women can date, like, like you can date one of your your homegirl's exes. A dude can't. Oh, no, no, I can't.
SPEAKER_01I can't.
SPEAKER_04No, that's what I'm saying. A dude, a dude that knows like that we're connected to shouldn't be dating my ex. Yeah. So him coming up to me asking me for advice about my ex, that ain't gonna happen. So, like, rock, like, and then if you if you're not connected to me and you coming from a far like, I don't even know you, and you asking me about my ex, like, weirdo beat it. Right, like right.
SPEAKER_01You can't ask a question, and then people answer the question truthfully, and then you say, That's why they're not that's why. That's a women's thing, though, because women can probably do that. Can women do that though?
SPEAKER_04It was supposed to be so what? It's a women can can can you date one of your friends' exes? No. A close enough friend, not a close friend, no, a close enough friend that you can go to or uh no, but that wasn't supposed to be.
SPEAKER_02Y'all broke this shit down to the point where I'm like, damn, did I say the question wrong?
SPEAKER_04It was like First of all, don't no dude come up to me asking me about nobody. Exactly. Don't ask me shit about nobody.
SPEAKER_02You guys are not you guys are taking okay, it's just it was just a question like you, if you whatever ex you dated, right? What what is something that you learn from that experience that you would give somebody advice on? That's a oh my god.
SPEAKER_01Literally though, but rock, but then I actually my birthday party. That's tough. Yo, I said rock. I'm so over it. I'm so over it. I'm over it. I'm over it. You know what I'm saying? So I mean to answer it for them, I'm still gonna tell you the same thing. Like, don't you?
SPEAKER_02Is there something you learned from your last relationship that you will that you would pass on, the advice you would pass on to someone else when it pertains to yeah, god damn, you made the question. Y'all fucked up my whole shit. Like it was supposed to get exciting and juicy, like yeah.
SPEAKER_04Nah, man, let me know. I was trying to be controversial. Like, that's not her real hair. Yeah, that's like, what do you want us to say? Her feet stank. Because I'm not saying nothing like real, like nothing intimate. I'm like, I'm never fine.
SPEAKER_01That's I'm done. What? Oh, no, no, no, man. She wanted something like this. I would tell them that she made me a better person. No, I didn't. She would make you a better person too. Fuck out of here. I'm not running no information. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_02Okay, what did you learn from your past relationship about yourself?
SPEAKER_04About myself.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I've been I ain't never changing. You were never what changing? I ain't changing. I'm me. What did I learn about myself from my past relationship? Yeah. Well, you do change as you as you get older and you change. You change. Yeah, but I learned about myself that I'm still myself.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean you didn't learn anything.
SPEAKER_04There's some things that I'm gonna tolerate, some things that I'm not. Absolutely. It ain't changing. Yeah, those things are. I agree.
SPEAKER_02You guys are so not like I'm done. What do you want us to do?
SPEAKER_01Well, what did you learn, Rocky? Yeah, you tell me what you did. What did you learn? Nah, uh uh. I learned that show us how to answer the question. What the fuck?
SPEAKER_02So y'all don't grow after each relationship? Y'all don't learn something new about yourself?
SPEAKER_04If you're mad at me for not calling you, I'm not calling you. Exactly. Same shit. Exactly.
SPEAKER_02This is this is a problem now. Like you're each relationship. Each relationship is a lesson. You learn something about yourself after each relationship. What you may not tolerate, what you need to work on. I don't think men go that far with that. Men don't? No.
SPEAKER_01That's why I'm still a problem. But you know what, don't? This is why y'all fucked up now. She's right. She's right. You know what, Rock, I did grow. Because when I started the relationship, I was wearing a Sarge Life shirt. Now we're XL. I grew. I grew so much.
SPEAKER_02I wish y'all exes were just falling. Keep going. Keep going. Yeah, it doesn't.
SPEAKER_04I'm trying to think. All right, all right. There's something you learned about myself.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, what is something that you changed for the next relationship? Because you're not gonna approach every situation the same. Like you have to know, you have to have learned something.
SPEAKER_04Okay, okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02Good fucking God.
SPEAKER_04It's not a good thing. Don't piss me off. I'm about to piss you off. Okay, so if you're in a relationship and you're no longer in that relationship, you want us to tell us something about us that changed. We're not in that relationship for a reason. So that person or or used up somewhere. It could be a it could be a place where in that relationship, that person was not right in some way. And they try to make you feel like you was wrong or a red flag in some ways, but you really wasn't. So I'm like, nah, she was tripping. So I'm not changing. So you're not taking accountability for nothing. I'm not saying that. That's the problem there. I'm not saying that. You're not taking accountability. I'm not saying that.
SPEAKER_02If I wasn't taking accountability, I can't even take accountability for not taking accountability.
SPEAKER_04We don't do that. Men don't do that. Rock is on the body tonight. That's a tough question. What did I learn about myself? You gotta you gotta factor in everything. Like she probably was wrong, is the reason why y'all not together no more. Then you don't you don't change that because you figured out you weren't in the wrong. Right. Okay, man.
SPEAKER_01I wasn't in the wrong. Like, you know what I learned? I'm gonna be real, man. I'm gonna tell you what I learned for real. Like, this is the real thing. I learned that when you are with a woman who loves to cook but can't, you should just tell her. You should just tell her. I had to throw away so many plates.
SPEAKER_04Yo, yo, so many fucking.
SPEAKER_01That sums up a lot of these pods. Bringing that up. I had to throw away so many fucking.
SPEAKER_04That's growth right there, people. Oh my goodness. That's growth. Now you're just gonna tell her.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like I grew so much from that uh situation I was in at that time. That's very big of you, B. Yeah, very, I know very big. Yeah, it was just one of those things where just like because like but you know how hard it is meant to throw food away. Y'all don't take no account. So y'all are blaming the women.
SPEAKER_02So y'all are blaming the women for the failed relationship.
SPEAKER_04You don't know how hard it is. So y'all ain't do nothing wrong. And that you use straightened out to cover that food up before you put it in the garbage.
SPEAKER_02No. So y'all ain't do nothing wrong. Nothing wrong. That wasn't the question. That wasn't the question. This is unbelievable. That wasn't the question. You don't even know what that's. Did you not learn? Did you not learn anything at a moment? You didn't take accountability for anything.
SPEAKER_04You answer the question. Maybe you you're against it. What did you learn about yourself in your last relationship?
SPEAKER_02Huh?
SPEAKER_04Maybe you help us out.
SPEAKER_02I think I learned that um I learned that I I give. Okay, so I learned that I need to speak out and express my discomfort or my frustration sooner before it builds up, and then it becomes like now I blow up and now I look like the bad person, right? So it's kind of like I'm a giver. I give and I give and I give. So I gotta realize, like, okay, listen, I'm giving too much. I gotta like, okay. I don't like it.
SPEAKER_04What's the difference from him saying that he just learned to tell her that she can't cook?
SPEAKER_02Huh? Exactly. The same shit. You know what? I don't want to the same thing. What you wanted to say? Yes, please get on the mic because I can't, I can't deal.
SPEAKER_04You just said you learned to speak up for yourself. He just said the same thing.
SPEAKER_01That's what I'm saying. Learn. You know what you need to learn, America. I learned that other people gotta learn to make me happier. It'll be much easier if other people learn how to make me happy.
SPEAKER_04No, that's the real that's what's wrong with that.
unknownBut think about that.
SPEAKER_04What's wrong with that? You're in a relationship to make that other person happy. No, he's not saying he's not working to make her happy either. He's saying people gotta make him happy. That's why you're there. That's why you're there.
SPEAKER_02Yo, you gotta make it.
SPEAKER_04Right, you wouldn't be in a relationship but do not make you happy. I'm what you are. You are because happiness is the same you are.
SPEAKER_02That's the same reason you're in a relationship. Why? For what? For him to make you happy. I'm here. I'm in a relationship because I want somebody to add to what I got going on. I want you to add to what I got going on and also take some of the load off of me.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so it's adding what you got on, but he's pissing you off every day.
SPEAKER_02You you gotta fucking go.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. So what is so you're there for him to make you happy, right?
SPEAKER_02Notice what Roger said. But I I gotta make you happy too, though.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he didn't say he wasn't making her happy, he just said people need to learn how to make it. I can't believe what is going on.
Accountability, Trauma, And Communication
SPEAKER_00All right, I'll make this quick.
SPEAKER_02Fuck it. Fuck them all.
SPEAKER_00I have to disagree with Mo and Brandon. Thank you. I got to. Y'all my dolls, but I won't be a real one if I got the camera center where it's all I'll add my audio in. Um, my last relationship, boyfriend, girlfriend relationship, was oh nine. My next relationship after that is the one I'm celebrating 11 years of marriage in May. Congratulations, man. So I had to have learned something to be able to last this long. And the main thing that I learned was, I don't know, of course I'm young at the time, but I still learned how to be more observant with myself on my choice of women. So I'm upset with this particular female that I'm with, and I wonder why she is just, you know, just dealing with so much trauma and and and you know, just stuck in her ways. But I'm making every excuse for this to work. Wonder why I'm continuously being her, you know what I'm saying, just by her ways. So I instead of pointing a finger at her, I had to look at myself in the mirror like you chose her. Like what would you whatever you thought you saw in her as a bright light that was gonna impact your life? No, you you were wrong about that. And when you get into your next relationship, you gotta be you gotta be mindful of what you're choosing to select, you know what I mean? There was still things I had to work on, communication issues and you know I'm saying, and trauma for my past that I was bringing to the relationship. But I had to do the more pointing the finger at me so I could attract something different to get 11 years of marriage type of results. That's what I had to check. I had to do a heart check on me.
SPEAKER_02Oh my God, amen for accountability.
SPEAKER_04That's that's dope. That's dope. Yeah. Oh well, first of all, I was playing. That was nice. That was dope.
SPEAKER_01First of all, I was playing, but um No man, but on his note, like now, like for real. Like, so now now I can be for real, Rock, so you can stop rolling your damn eyes. Um this is for real, like one thing you do learn though is well man I learned for real, is that I don't date women who have been abused because you will spend your whole life making up for the dude that whooped her ass. I'm telling you, like you will, because her perception of even like conflict and my confrontation, it goes a certain point. Like you can have the littlest argument. And she's like, oh man, fuck that younger. I'm like, damn, all I said was turn the channel. But they're so used to every conflict ending up with their thoughts being knocked on the fucking floor that they don't understand, like, wait a minute, this dude is peaceful. And then they'll be more hyper with you because in their mind, they're not arguing with Mo, they're arguing with June bug that whooped their ass and they didn't do nothing all those times. So now they're getting that get back through that. But yeah, I was being entertaining, Rock.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, trust me. And that goes as a that goes with men too. Like there's men that that definitely go through they they trauma from past relationships or their mommy issues and whatever, and you gotta deal with that. Like, you know, you're you're trying, you're like, why are you being an asshole? Why are you acting like this? And it's because he's dealt with some, you know, betrayal and all that shit from past relationships that you gotta pay for. Okay, so can I be real?
SPEAKER_04I would say this. All right, freaking frackle here. I learned, and this is not, oh my god, I gotta figure out how to say this. I've I learned that the world does not revolve around me.
SPEAKER_02Wait, wait, hold on.
SPEAKER_04Can you I had to learn that where's Mo?
SPEAKER_02Where's is this the same man that just said 10 minutes ago? Can we can we do a rewinding?
SPEAKER_04We're gonna do a rewinding of black and white, please.
SPEAKER_02You were rewinding a black and white moment where he was like, You gotta learn to make me happy.
SPEAKER_04That's called playing wrong. Okay, those two can coexist. Okay. Um, you still gotta make me happy, but I'm I gotta sometimes I sit back and be like, all right, that person has the right to say what they said, has the right to feel the way they feel, and I gotta respect it if I want this to work. If if it's something that I'm not wanting to go forward, then I don't have to. I can just be out. But if I want this to work, then I gotta realize that okay, let's hear both sides of this, let's figure it out. Um and then and then go from there. But you you you you gotta you gotta realize that your way is not always the way the way that it has to be. Even though you might be right 99.9% of the time. No, but but also also other real stuff too though like I don't I don't wanna make this seem arrogant or like a flex or nothing but when you when you when you don't have to work for what you want in a relationship or for the people that you want, then it makes it that much more tougher to to to to to come to that kind of conclusion, like the world over all army. You when you've been given whatever you want when it comes to females and haven't hadn't had to fight for that or or you never had to work for it, then it's it's kind of different. Like, and and and I'll be straight up, and everybody knows this about my mom. My mom said, my mom said to one of my girlfriends back when I was young, she said, I don't know what she said, baby, like this is gonna be temporary, but she literally told this girl, ain't nobody ever gonna be good enough for that boy. And I was like, damn. Now that I'm older, I kinda listen, I hear that, and I'm like, damn, I gotta chill. I gotta chill because that's that's even too right. Mamas always know best though, but she knew it. And I was I was a tough dude to deal with.
SPEAKER_02I learned my past my past situation taught me that I'm very much uh I'm not I'm I'm I'm a more flight than fight type person. Like I run away before I would sit and and and figure shit out. Um because I I feel like I have that mentality where I'm like, I'm good. I'm good with or without a name. I have that mentality for successful women. Yes, and no, I'm the type of bitch that like you know I can go out to eat by myself, I can sit by myself, I can sit with myself and enjoy myself, right? But like that's dangerous. That's weird. What? Going out to eat by yourself?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I'm always gonna say that, but go ahead.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's really cool.
SPEAKER_02I've done that shit my whole life. I love it. I enjoy that. I can sit with myself. I think I think people, and that's another thing people need to.
SPEAKER_04I get that part. Yeah, go out to eat by myself. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's a lonely thing.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02That's lonely, lonely. That's why. But I I'm a fight, yeah, I'm a flight type person. Like I don't I handle stress by walking, like leaving the situation.
SPEAKER_04But if you don't seriously, like you, that's probably a good way to be though, because you probably dodged a lot of bullets.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I have. I have dodged a lot of bullets. Um, but I feel like, you know, as a woman, I feel like if you really want me, you will you will try to make this work. I feel like I shouldn't have to chase after the relationship. Are you gonna do that? I feel like a man be making him chase too much though. No, I don't think so. If I like you, this is the thing. If somebody likes you, like we Brandon always say, like, if somebody likes you, don't gotta chase. If you know that I like you and I'm I'm in it, like you don't have to chase me. Like, it's a simple, like, yo, we need to talk. You know, but the whole ghosting thing, not talking for days because we're mad at each other and all that stuff, you know. That's a horror resolution strategy.
SPEAKER_01It's bad. The four scariest works who needs to be. We need to talk about it.
SPEAKER_02We need to talk for when a man tells me we need to talk after after an argument, then I understand like you want to make this work. Like, we I want to come to a resolution. See so that means I'm okay, cool. But like, I don't if you just go disappear for like wait days and you don't want to even talk about the shit, then that's that's a problem.
SPEAKER_01No, no, but you know what though? No, but you know what though, I ain't gonna lie.
SPEAKER_02If we argue to do 24 hours to calm down, yeah, but not like a whole like work week.
SPEAKER_01Yo, man, listen. If I say that we need to talk after an argument, it's just because I forgot some shit I had to say during the argument, right? And I need to get my shit off.
SPEAKER_04But I'm everybody listening. We need to talk. Yeah, we checking our phone, and then we think about did she did you just get caught in the last thing you told her that was a lie? We think about everything. I mean, I'm thinking we wanna hear that. I can go weeks on the bill, right?
SPEAKER_02If you're my if you're my man, no, we know we're gonna get this shit settled before we even go to bed. But like if we're just dating or just talking, I can go weeks without talking to you. See, so why y'all jumped down my back? Because you'll be in full-blown relationships. No, no, I didn't say that.
SPEAKER_05I didn't say that, so stop. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02Being like, I don't even talk about it. But y'all call me crazy. I could, yeah, but it's not good though, it's not healthy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, miss delivery, Mo. It's not healthy delivery, like example. Rock saying, Hey man, you know, like I can just not man talk, you know. Man, if we just talk, it sounds a lot better. Yeah, I can go four months without talking to a bitch. It sounds crazy when you do that. I didn't say that.
SPEAKER_04I said, if if I if I know you're mad at me for not calling, uh-huh, I'm not calling. I'm not about to go there just so we can be like, you didn't call me. Come on, all right, I didn't call you. We're here now. Like, let's get over it. Yeah, let's go eat, and that's it. Like, I know you're magic words right here. Let's go eat.
SPEAKER_02Three words. But that's that would change your whole thing. That's all I said. That'll change your whole thing.
SPEAKER_04And if it goes to the next day and the next day and the next day, then I'm what you want me to do. Speaking of relationships, you wasn't go ahead.
SPEAKER_02No, but no, I want I don't want you to translate. I'm gonna segue. I wasn't gonna, yeah, seg. Oh no, I was gonna segue.
SPEAKER_01Speaking of uh weird relationships and things, um have I are y'all like up to speed on like the Epstein thing?
SPEAKER_04Oh no, no, I mean I've been I've been I've been I'm not going down that rabbit hole. I've been listening.
SPEAKER_01I'm not yo man, it's just mad weird shit. Like they like, yo, Jay-Z and Pusher T and the Easter bunny won't have the ice.
SPEAKER_02I seen the Rick Ross thing.
SPEAKER_01Wait, hold on.
SPEAKER_02I didn't see the oh you didn't see the Rick Ross thing? I don't know if it's real or not, but it was like it was a no, it was like it was an email like yo, let's get Rick Ross on the island. Yeah, yeah. And they were like, why? He was like, because I want to come on his chest, like his big titties or something like that. Come on, man.
SPEAKER_04I seen that yeah, yeah, yeah, that was for real. But listen, but listen, what what it was was it was it was it was a billionaire saying it. Yeah, and they were basically saying that offer him anything. And yes, I just need him to get to the island, and he'll say yes if you offer him enough money.
SPEAKER_01Like, yo, like yo, bro, how much money you need, man to let me know.
SPEAKER_04So that's what it was, though. They was like, offer him whatever. We just need to get him onto the island. I'm like, I'm like, this can't be this crazy, yeah. But it got crazy enough to it, it got crazy to where they was asking Hillary about some some group of people eating kids in the basement of a pizza shop. And somebody really went up to the pizza shop with a gun, threatening the owners, like, yo, let me in the basement, let me see what's in the basement. Some weird, some weird weird civilian wanted to go be an Avenger.
SPEAKER_01Yo, and the crazy thing is this, like that man, like that pizza gate thing got proven wrong. And that's one of the dangerous things about the internet, exactly, is that people will like post like all they need is like a tinfoil hat and a nice background, and they'll be like, you don't know the truth and make up any fucking thing. Right, though. You're right. And and like a lot of people, like they'll say, You have to apologize to your friends you call conspiracy theories. No, the fuck I don't. Most of y'all are stupid.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_01And it's because like these are things that can be proven. You know what I'm saying? These are things that can be proven. Like, not to get like really preachy men or teachy on y'all right quick, but like the word theory, theory, something becomes a theory if it can be proven over and over and over again through testing it. Like two plus two will always be four. So it's always the truth. Right. There's not a time where you can add two and two and it not be four.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_01And I say that to say, so like these people will be like, yo, you just brainwash your own nose. And then when you actually represent facts, they'll be like, you don't want to believe, but you're believing with no facts. Right. And like with the Epstein thing, like from what I'm gathering and all these things, is that like I guess old boy remember two sides, man, because he made a lot of people and a lot of money, like financially. And so he had two sides, like, like, okay, he's doing this, and it's much like the Diddy thing in the if you was down with that other shit, you came there for that. But it's people that fucked with him, and they didn't fuck with no kids or none of that.
SPEAKER_05Right, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And but like the people just mesh everything together. And you can like, yo, like just before we started filming, I seen this joint, they was like, y'all don't know the half. So, like, it's Bill Clinton in these pictures, you know, the underage kid holding all that. The face don't even match the neck. Like, y'all can't see that fucking pictures are fucking chat GPT.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's the real fan. Yeah, the picture of Jay-Z and Beyonce walking with with Epstein, but Jay-Z arm was like mad short. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02See, that's why I don't, I'm not going out that rabbit hole. Speaking of chat, what's real?
AI Flyers And Wild Food Trends
SPEAKER_01Please, y'all. Oh my gosh. Please, y'all, stop using the same flyer. We don't know what your fucking food looks like. We don't know what your food looks like. Your grandma don't look the same. Y'all fucking party flyers look like obituaries. Stop using chat GPT. Like, yo, like, yo, man, like they're like, yo, man, uh, I met my grandma having a party. Bro, why does your grandma look like James Brown? It's crazy. And why is she floating in the in the cloud? Like, like we going to, like everybody should be like, yo, it's ridiculous. Like, stop using that shit. Like, graphic designers really matter. Yes.
SPEAKER_05Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_01It's like they're all making the same flyers. So, like, you mean to tell me I'd have seen 37 flyers and all y'all make the same ribs? Right. All y'all make the same ribs. Same ribs that look like Jay's Brown. Yo, yo, and another thing too about that food people, stop adding all these goofy ass flavors. Hot, honey, garlic, lemon, pepper, butter, butter savored wings. Shut the fuck out. We want the old classics. Yo, I hate that shit, bro. Nah, man, but they be lying. Like, what lemon pepper, old baby, cajun catfish flavored wings.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. What is that place in um oat milk?
SPEAKER_02What is that place in Syracuse? Yo, that's oh yeah. I need to, I want to go there. That's what's going on.
SPEAKER_01Stop driving down the Syracuse, embarrassing us, eating oxtails in the can. Stop being a sort of thing. Wait, wait, wait, wait. I missed the what did that what did I miss? There's this place in Syracuse. Don't miss out in Syracuse, man. Like people like the worst of our worst, I think, drive down there and like dude be making crazy shit like a fucking hot Cheeto steak sub and stupid shit like that. Really? I hate that bullshit, man. Stop embarrassing us. We have too many good food spots in the town for this. I gotta go check it out. I'm gonna stay up. I gotta go check it out. Yo, homeboy had a combo last week. They got a steak sub with yams on it.
SPEAKER_04See, people go crazy.
SPEAKER_01Like, nigga, why are you eating yams with your fucking steak stuff? I've I've I've seen enough. Yo, I'm tired of them, man. Nah, like I'm I'm really tired of you. I'm going down there embarrassing us. Too many good food spots here. Yeah, we got good Caribbean spots, we got pop style, Soul Food, Kazie's Kitchen, Emo, Petey, K, all these people. Why the fuck are you eating oxtails out the can? Where are you doing this? I don't even care if it was from Syracuse. I don't want you to eat oxtails in the can from any fucking where. Yeah, I want y'all to stay, yo, and then let him record you like a fucking text text subject. Yeah. Like, yo, my boy June Bug Jones from Rochester. What about the Mahajito oxtails, June Bug? She good, so I'm tired of you. If you think I'm talking to you, I promise you I'm fucking talking to you. I'm tired. No, Rock, I'm tired of it, though. No, you see. Like, no, but like they come up with the most crazy shit. Like, I seen some shit like some fruity pebble wings. Yeah. Fuck that. Just with it, like for real. Like, that should be really making me mad. And y'all know stuff really don't be making me mad. I talk shit in joke, but y'all making me mad.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Food connoisseurs. Y'all need to be off.
SPEAKER_01Man, the food, food, man, kindosaurs, man. Like, for real. Like, stop eating that bullshit. Like, we're right. Rob, pull your pull your flyer back up yeah, pull this out. This is the most important part of the show, anyway. Right. Cut that ass up, Rob.

SPEAKER_01I come to fuck with the vibe. Yeah. So I can deal with some extra Sim Simmons. You know what I'm saying? I know the vibe's gonna be crazy. So you know what I'm saying? That's a little more Sim Simmer in my day.
SPEAKER_02Because I know there's a lot of things happening that night, and I know y'all have choices, and I know you guys, you know, it's a lot, but I'm coming in with my mesh tank top on. It's just like a big thing.
SPEAKER_01Well, with the holes in it, you gotta have the white. Yeah, a marina. I'm wearing one of those. I ain't gonna lie, bro. I'm just gonna say the white beater with the holes in it. It just sounds so much better than you say.
SPEAKER_04And and and the long dread belt that hang the red. And some leather top black jackets. Remember that belt though? That shit used to frizzled up where you used to put it on that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I used to have one. You swear to God, the Rastafarian belts. Yeah, that's a fact. Y'all so fucking prejudiced and so stereotypical. It's horrible. All right. So we're about to set the sun.
SPEAKER_04Get your dread wig.
