Gwyneth Hagan
Gwyneth Hagan is the creator of Wild Design for Learning and
founder of Design to Learn Consulting. She is a designer,
facilitator, and writer who works at the intersection of
creativity and learning. Drawing on a background in
experiential learning, community design, and organizational
development, she helps mission-driven organizations
reimagine how people learn and work together. Her approach
blends intentional design, dialogue, and the creative arts to
cultivate learning experiences rooted in equity, community, and
regenerative patterns from nature.
Gwyneth holds a master’s degree in adult learning and
organizational development and brings more than 20 years of
experience in education and nonprofit coaching and design.
Through Wild Design, she invites teams and leaders to
reconnect with what matters most—to design learning
ecosystems as alive and adaptive as the natural world itself.
