We actually mentioned at the end of last episode that me and Omsa were going away with our parents to Prague and that trip was now nearly a month ago.

Oh, so we were we were in Prague on on in the 12th. On the Valentine's Day, and it's the on the 14th month.

So it's yeah, it's been a month. Nearly been a month. Actually, guys, I for Minnie's birthday, um, which is which falls in the end of March. So right now we're filming this in the mid-March. I'm actually I've been planning a surprise birthday trip for her for the past no for the past like month. Retention, baby. If you want to know where I'm surprising and taking Minnie away, stay till the end to the end of the day.

I really wanted to just surprise her, like on the day, because I basically the plan was to actually just do a staycation in the UK. Staycation, staycation. What do I say like that? Staycation in the UK, and you know me, I love my staycations, like me and my phone so we do a lot of them. But me and me I would I would say Bath is one of my favourite cities. I haven't visited a lot of like places in the UK, but I love Bath and me and Minnie always had a good time when we we always have a good time when we go there. Yeah, so I was thinking maybe we'll just go back together, but I thought that was a bit boring. So then I started thinking sometimes it's cheaper to go abroad than it is actually to go to a nice town in the UK. Like UK is actually expensive, um, and because we live in London as well, I feel like there's no other city that does it for me, if that makes sense. But I did enjoy when we were in Liverpool.

But even like just the vibe of it and places to eat, I feel like the culture says a lot. Oh that's true. Yeah, we had a good time, even though I was like super stressed at the time. But anyways, I was like, I really want to do bath, but then maybe let's let me surprise my sister. And I wanted to obviously like treat her because it's her birthday. And um, I really wanted to just like surprise her on the day, but then I thought about it. How annoyed would you be? Let's say you planned like your your outfit just wasn't the vibe. Yeah, like so.

Okay, speaking of racing across the world, we raced across Stanford Airport to go to Prague.

Oh, it was so much it was a very stressful day. It was very stressful.

So we obviously live in London, so we had to get the Stanson Express to go to Stansard Airport, which was all fine, but the night before there was an issue that I had to sort out. So the whole time we were sat on the Easy P D Stance Express, I was actually really stressed out because I made a rookie mistake and bought my mum's plane ticket. Checked in. Checked in, and her boarding pass had her shortened name instead of her full government name, which is on the passport. So if anyone's booking tickets, make sure you're doing the passport name, right? So I had to go get that updated and you know that didn't actually take that long, but like it was fine. That and the security actually was really quick in Stanford because normally like from my past experience, I thought it was gonna be a bit more like crowded.

When you said that, I was really shocked because every time I we've I don't know, every time I've been at Stanford, I've I love like I love it. I don't like Stanford. I think it's such a great airport.

So this is where the chaos starts, okay, guys. So on my app, on the Ryanair app, it it says that our flight is now delayed to 12 30, which is an hour before the actual time of the flight. And I was like, oh, this is perfect. That means we have time to go get the spoons breakfast, as one does when they're at an airport.

Before that, even we ordered the drinks and the food.

I remember when I checked, I remember I checked it myself like the day before, and I remember the gate original one being like 11.15 gate closes, 11.30 thing. So I was stressed. I was like, oh my god, maybe if I can go ahead of everyone, I can maybe slow it up. So I started like speed walking ahead. I'm going past everyone. Then I'm going down this escalator, it's not working. Then I hear heavy footsteps. So I have footsteps behind me. I look and I'm like, oh son is dead. But then as we get there, heavy footsteps. The line is still there.

And we're like, oh guys, when I tell you this gate is at the freaking end of the airport, we were like genuinely the last gate.

And but they were hungry because they ordered the airplane food. And with me, I what I do in airplanes, if it's a short flight and there's no TV, I'm conking out straight away. So I went to sleep straight away and I get woken up by mum and dad tapping on the shoulder and they're like, You're in Pringles. Pringle? I'm like, huh? Where'd you get that from? It's like the small ass cat.

Really nice place, by the way, so which was like in a basement. We had like traditional Czech food that night, which was really like heavy as well. Yeah. Like my dumplings on my plate always. I couldn't get I even finish mine. You were really full. No, Mom said that she was the only one that finished. Oh, Mom was the only one that finished, I think.

Yeah, so anyway, so we go to this restaurant, it was further out from where we were staying, because we were staying in the old town area, which is quite touristy and it's like very popular. So every person that was staying there was probably mostly tourists, yeah. And so we drove out to this place. Um, I think it's more of an up-and-coming area with like more like modern restaurants because I had saved this one like modern Korean one that I don't think anyone would like anyway, so I didn't bother calling. And then so we went to this Nepal restaurant, and so we get there, guys. Food was good. We get there. And after like the auntie takes our order, yeah, the uncle comes and he's like the owner of this restaurant. So it's very family run though. Yeah, it was like they were the couple run it together, and then he was like to m he goes to my mom, he's like, hmm, I recognise your voice from somewhere. Like, what's your name again? And if you guys don't know, it well you will probably not know. Yeah. BFPS Gorka Radio is like this radio station for like army military. Military families, right? Um our parents have been calling in for decades now, and they're like very, very like avid listeners, and like people just know them because obviously they just call in all the time.

Um, and then so everything was like going on, we had dinner, and at the end they were like, Oh, let's take pictures, like, and we were obviously like it's just normal, like yeah. At that point, I was kind of like, I want to go home.

Yeah, sorry, I was like, But they were doing like a back and forth and they were singing about mum and dad, and he was singing about his wife, and it was actually it was actually very wholesome, and it's actually we were so grateful for their hospitality. But yeah, me and Omso obviously at that point we were like because they were even like, Oh, you guys should sit there as well. We were like, We were like, we don't want to care.

And mom and dad are both asleep, and as I'm looking at the ceiling, I see a shadow come from the light, going from the left side to the right side. And as soon as I see that, I'm like, and I put the shadows.
