The Cannabis Chronicles | Starr Enterprises | Dr. Bong | Stay informed. Stay intentional. Stay lifted — responsibly
Welcome friends. It's no Mr. Canada fans to the latest episode of the Cannabis Chronicles. I'm your boy, Dr. Vong, and uh welcome to uh weekly candidate cannabis community conversation. We're jumping up up on our favorite subject, medical cannabis, and you know, we'll talk about the cannabis universe today. We are talking about the cannabis universe, but we also like to keep a space for medical and the medical conversation because our model is cannabis is medicine. So shout out to our friends of the show, shout out to Best Brother Magazine and um Sage Genetics. Uh we got a couple articles checking out on uh MG Biz Daily. Check out uh an article from Minim. And um, based on our subject for today, it's like you know, a lot of times folks are gonna come into a dispensary, a uh medical or don't use dispensary, and they're gonna be looking for help, and and their questions are gonna be medical-based, and sometimes sometimes you look into a situation where you get a buttender that is knowledgeable about the product, knowledgeable about their the use of the product, the uh different routes of administration, and um helping a patient uh navigate those those those questions that they may have. So that's an article we saw in uh MJ Biz Daily. Um, we talk about our medical cannabis products, excuse me, our subjects. You know, we look at them through different four different lenses. We look at it through business, culture, health, and potpourri. So uh again, shout out to our friends. So, welcome, friends, Storm is the Canada Family. This is the Cannabis Chronicles presented by Star Enterprises. I am Dr. Baum. And tonight we're talking about something that affects millions of people every single day, and that is diabetes, the condition that impacts how the body regulates blood sugar. But it also affects energy, circulation, nerve health, and long-term quality of life. And we said this many times, or we heard me say this many, many times. That first of all, let me just give the disclaimer now. I do say uh I am Dr. Bong. That is a character I play, I am not a doctor. Do not consider the information that I share with you on the show, we share with you on the show any uh medical uh consultation or medical advice. We do uh suggest that wherever you are, specifically in New York, we speak of New York State, please uh consult your uh PCP, your primary care physician, or a physician of your choice to decide if you or uh if if you decide, excuse me, that you want to get involved in the medical cannabis space. As I said, we are the cannabis chronicles. I am your boy, Dr. Baum, and we are a weekly candid cannabis community conversation where we discuss cannabis, and again, as I said, we keep it in the medical uh medical space. So tonight we're talking about something that affects millions of people, and that is diabetes. So um, for many, many things diabetes is a daily balancing effort. They balance diet, they balance lifestyle, they balance excuse me, they die, they balance diet, lifestyle, and medication. And now, more and more people are asking, where does cannabis fit in that conversation? Now, as an individual who's helped many, many people in the cannabis space deal and answer those questions, um, and somebody again, because there was no, there is no, well, there is probably now. Um, and we're gonna have a sip of water. There was no guidebook, so we had to, you know, we had to learn on our way to do our research. And so, you know, that's where, you know, um, you know, um looking at articles, uh, you know, being knowledgeable about current events, current affairs in in the New York space, because again, as I said, I am I have I am a New York State medical cannabis uh specialist for lacking of a better description. Uh been practicing helping folks um navigators for 10 years. Uh did that up until uh this past July, pivoted to what I do now, shout out to Best Bunch magazine and best buds media. We um, you know, um we have a situation where um you know we we we we we we uh pulled our resources, we got together. Shout out to DC, his team in Atlanta, uh Pittsburgh here in New York, that's us. But uh, you know, um not only did we you know we contribute to the magazine, um, check out the upcoming articles, we got some revams coming up. Um so check that out. Uh best blindsmagazine.com, you can check that out right now. Um we can actually, if you go there, you can actually see the old some of the old stuff because like it's like I have had like several different platforms. We have we have like several different platforms, and the platforms, you know, for us, you know, were just for me. And uh I just figured out, you know, how to do, you know, how to come and reach out to to my people, to my friends, don't just anything. Because we had, you know, like like I said, evolved and it really came to this thing, excuse me, during the uh lockdown. Because unbelievable to me when I found out we were an essential business, essential business, so which meant I actually worked all through the lockdown. Um you know what? I remember this, I remember them saying all the people who worked during the lockdown were gonna get some kind of bonus or some kind of extra like I could use a couple extra bucks in my pocket. So shout out to those people who got that bonus because there were so many people who like abused that program, man. They like took advantage and got buoy dollars, and people were buying cars and houses, and I was not one of those people, but what I did at that point was what I went what like because we burnt, like I mean, this is this this is a face-to-face kind of thing. You know, we actually were in in close proximity to each other, and then the world shut down. So we had to like revamp. So I couldn't talk to my friends, I couldn't talk to my colleagues, uh uh, the people that I was you know used to dealing with and being friends with and uh educating.
SPEAKER_01So I had to put this to a new way. So that's where this platform where stereo comes in, where stereo came in. And then it was, you know, uh because I was using it, but I was only using it primarily as that. I didn't even know, like until later on, that I could email myself, the tracks, and you know, the recording. So anyway, we've evolved, and then I got and then uh thank uh the universe and God for uh you know foresight and people who believed in the show. Shout out to Anika and Ty, uh original um you know, uh co-host of the show and hooking me up with people and then investing in me and understanding what we needed to do to continue to do the show and believing in the show. So we're under the we're in the COVID era, so we had to figure things out. And at this time, a lot of people did a lot of things that they normally wouldn't do. You know, they were folks were eating a lot, folks were doing a lot of uh eating a lot of take-in, you know, they were ordering out, we uh got food delivered. So one of the things that people talk about for many managing diabetes is uh, you know, like I said, a daily balancing act, and they balance the diet, their lifestyle, and medication. And lifestyle changed during COVID. Lifestyle changed during the lockdown, and the diets changed during the lockdown. So we just had to um you know uh understand that everything that we do as a human contributes to what it is and how we do and our lifestyle. So, again, so many people are asking where does cannabis fit into the conversation? Shout out, and we hope to uh shout out to our friend at Safe Genetics. Um, JC and his team doing their thing uh tonight. We are enjoying uh what is it? Oh man, I didn't write it down and it's in the bag and it's all packed away because I just packed uh my cone. So I've got just in the tone and I meant to write down what, but thank you, shout out to JC for that. So many people are asking what's cannabis in the conversation, so now we're gonna explore diabetes before lenses to business, culture, health, and poker. So let's begin. Um first segment. Canvas industry is evolving, it is no longer just about product, it's about education, personalization, and wellness. And this is where uh also with Star Enterprises. We can reach me, you want to do a seminar, uh uh a group, uh, you can reach me at DLstar Enterprises at gmail.com. We're gonna be JLstarcannabisconsultant at gmail.com, Defstar please subscribe at gmail.com, and uh working on the website bstarenterprises.com. Uh and we can come in and do a seminar in 45 minutes and then do 15 minutes of question and QA, but uh we can break it down for different uh subjects. So, you know, um uh so a sparflight show, as I said, I was going through uh my research this weekend. I came uh across a lot of MJ Big Damien, and it highlighted how retailers are introducing Somali style training, which for some folks if you don't know what Somalia is, Somali is like a white connoisseur or a uh a cigar connoisseur, those types of people who can, you know, break down the uh ends and outs of that. And usually cannabis is that's such a slow complex of a uh a product, uh uh uh and to be so more different type of product. Excuse me, that's we kind of gotta we kind of have to have that kind of education to or understanding of the plant to make it work. I swear to you guys, everything I know I say this, I know I set myself up to make it work, and I don't know where you know I literally just saw because if your mouth is dry, you know, so I like to have a couple peppermint to throw them. Shout out to uh uh who do I use? Altoids, shout out to Altoids, big green uh uh peppermint and uh profile. Speaking of terpenes, terpenes and uh on article empty biz, it highlights how cannabis retailers were introducing that type of training and training to just have to understand terpene profiles. Umali is with a what I a uh terpene is is uh uh a part of the plant that enhances scent and flavor, and terpenes can also interact with the cannabinoids and create specific uh desired effects on those. So uh terpene profiles are important, cannabinoid ratio and cultivar differences. So basically that but being able to say, okay, this is what the terpenes profile, what the ratio of the cannabinoids is, like what if we have P and C, C D, C D N, um, and being able to look at the label and articulate to the patient what that product is, uh, again, and the cultivar differences, what uh differences are because two different cultivations, um, well no, excuse me, so cultivar differences. So, what are what are the differences in the sativa, indica, and those type of hybrid and uh for me generic um labeling? Because at the end of the day, we talked about it, it's not just cannabis ratios, but it's also profiles, also uh cultivar. Cultivar is just a fancy word of saying what that particular string of medication is. I was comparing cultivation, and that's why I flipped on that one. So three other cannabis chronicles, I am your boy, Dr. Bong, and uh we are with the cannabis community conversation. Shout out to you listeners, thank you. You could be anywhere else in the world. But you are here with your boy, Dr. Bond. We know that uh this cannabis thing, this cannabis uh Somalier, this cannabis uh they used to call us to call us our patient care representative, and then we were cannabis uh sales, CSC Cannabis Sales Consultant, and then the last designation we were were shout out to my boy Ed and Maisa and Danny and everybody who are still doing their thing as dispensary, excuse me, at the at the dispensary as bud tenders. So we were for our last conversation I was with a bud tenders. So basically having that information and being able to articulate that to your patients is a plus. Uh, you know, uh shout out to our boy while Bill uh while Bill Waffer uh shout out to him he was going to be planning to be on the show today, but everything just got really busy for him. We understand how it is. But we also you know appreciate his energy and his input. So we look forward to him coming back and speaking to us really, really so shout out to his dad, and uh hopefully he uh has a speedy recovery. Speaking of speed recovery, shout out to Miss A. Ms. A bunch is doing good yesterday, today. Uh no flu, no COVID, so top top happy class on that one. Um, but uh she's feeling under the weather. Dr. Bung, I'm feeling fine, but I said that when I was in the hospital and I was really, really sick. So, you know, what do I know? I'm just a guy. So uh uh, you know, being a being all those things, being a bartender, tomato, whatever you want to call it, uh what was it uh it was really expensive, I forget what it was called. I kinda was really cool. Um it was very expensive. You had to go to LA, California to do it. Uh, but not just about selling to the people, but educating them. And that's what really resonated with me. And my experience with cannabis I said because before I had a healthcare background before I got involved with cannabis, because the the beginning and the entrance to cannabis was through medical, we were able to, you know, I was able to take uh uh one school step and uh apply to another. And uh so like I said, I'm thankful. Shout out to Nelson and uh the team at uh farmer cannons. I don't know where uh I believe Sam is still in the Bronx. Uh I don't know where Azariah is, and I don't know where Dominic is. I think Dominic might be in like Long Island or Staten Island or somewhere, so shout out to them. And I think Azariah might be upstate, New York. Well, she's a mom now, but we were like, it's funny, I saw a picture of us as the starting five. It was Nelson, Azariah, Sam, Dominic, and I. And we were really the starting five for Farm Mechanics and I can't believe that we are definitely coming up on the 10th year anniversary. I'm doing so much, guys. Uh I said uh shout out to you know the veterans organization, shout out to the senior citizens organization, Delta Silver Serenity, and that team over at Silver Serenity, we are going to be uh we're gonna be partnering with them, doing something in April, and uh April obviously is 420. So we want to you know structure some cannabis education for 420. Uh 420 is great. Uh, you know, I have lamented many times before that it kind of got spoiled by certain folks because it was a time where 420 was really our secret code. Uh so we are the cannabis chronicles, I am your boy, Dr. Bog. And um, so for individuals who are managing chronic conditions like diabetes, the kind of informed guidance that matters. Um, I was gonna say that while Bill Walfert, uh, even though he is the co-host of the show, he started out as um just a guy who was across from me. And um, you know, uh needing my help, and he's said that to me many times. But um, you know, it it truly, truly, truly for me is medicine. I have helped so many different people with so many different conditions improve the quality of their life that it's just amazing. And so all right, right, I said I'm let's take a look and take another perspective and take another perspective. So diabetes is one of the most common chronic conditions. Uncle, it is still misunderstood. So, according to sense of disease control and prevention, uh, let's see, over 40 million Americans, or about 12% of the population, suffer from or diabetic. Uh, there's type 1 diabetes and there's type 2 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes, uh no insulin production in the body, insulin produced naturally in the body, and type T is insulin resistant. Um, so check out the uh CDC's website and get more information. If you know someone or if you are a person who thinks you may suffer from diabetes, check that out. So at the same time, um you know, who in the CDC uh those Americans are living with diabetes or pre-diabetes, so check that out. Um, because pre-diabetes can can you can reverse pre-diabetes, I believe, and you can't reverse diabetes. So at the same time, you know, um when the gold is extremely swift and our people beyond approach health. Um it's more focused on nutrition, uh, I'm gonna take some water right now. Prevention and health style, and excuse me, lifestyle. So um, you know, and goes those kind of goals go's uh ideas of pre-diabetes. Um full disclosure, I was I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes years ago. I actually picked up my activity and and got rid of it, and uh it was um a whole lifestyle thing. I that was when I started really getting into social media. You can go back and check out my Facebook from Ben. No, that wasn't my Facebook, that was Facebook, but yeah, the like I really went, I was, you know, uh dedicated to this program went and the YMTA got a um got up for the YMCA, uh lifelong friend of the YMCA, that's been used, but um did a pre-diabetes course there, we did uh swimming and I left all the pool activities I feel like a fish if you don't know. Um so think about uh, you know, nutrition, and I thought about nutrition anymore. Uh started practicing uh what I call portion control, what they taught me about portion control. It was like, you know, cut your portions in hell and see how that works for you. Don't drink empty calories. Soda is, you know, the number one output of empty calories. If you drink something that's full of sugar and it doesn't satisfy your thirst, you're gonna just need more, you're gonna get water. But those what they're that's what we call empty calories because we don't want to have empty calories in our bodies. We want to make sure that we do that. Also, we want to prevent diabetes and improve your lifestyle. You know, prevention is a grandmother used to say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And I didn't know what it meant as a kid, but now I know what it means as an adult. At least take a little time to do the right thing before you force to do it. Um, we are on cannabis chronicles, I'm your boy, Dr. Bond, and we are on Canada's uh friendly conversation. So we were not faced with and uh cannabis is entering that conversation as part of a holistic wellness mindset. So people are asking, can cannabis support stress management? Well, I've said this many times before. We've said it before, you know, folks, uh many folks have said to me that they come home from work from a hard day of work and they consume. Uh have a cup of tea and a nice bowl, and you have a couple pools in a bowl, and you change their into uh you could call it that was one of the one of the many um one of the many different uh nicknames that I would give cannabis and to consumption of cannabis, uh we would have uh of course we always have our little uh you know our little code word for our cannabis and our cannabis consumption. And uh uh so uh we would have that little uh like I said, going back to 420. We're gonna have a 420 medical uh I want to I want to call it a medical uh symposium, a forum, uh set that up so stay with us. But also, as I said that, uh shout out to Canadaware Society, uh and Grizz and Sam and Abe and Saki and Starr and uh Nori, everybody over there. And we were talking the other day, and uh the program, we're going to be involved with the program with them in October. So six months of building that. So it's going to be a big cannabis thing. We're gonna decide on uh the topic, obviously the date, and stay with us as we'll keep you abreast of the show. And see at the show, we'll keep you abreast of what's going on with that particular project. And also shout out to um uh you can check too. You can check out the Canada Society at Can Aware and that's C A N A W A R E.org and join the Can Aware United Network. Uh join the platoon, become boots on the ground. Some folks, you know, there's been a weird about that. And I have been part of uh been part of the platoon for 2018, 2019, right before the uh again, right before the lockdown, and uh, you know, we've done events. Uh and let's let's just say that we we show up and we show up, not so well, but we show up. And Canada is represented, Canada is respected, and all through the hard work of Jiz uh there's is uh not only a uh you know the the the one of the guiding force of Canada society, but he also is a talented um artist within his own right and a fashion designer. So uh he just received a new appointment and uh we're gonna have my social media, but I have this phone open up for this app right now. I had an idea for next week. I'm gonna try to do it, I'm gonna try to do it all together because also I am recording uh the show for I should I use the show, obviously I record that and I upload it to uh uh bells prop and uh the scene there, and then we just distribute it to the different uh podcast outlets. So if you like what you hear, share it. Like it first of all, share it and then uh subscribe and uh become a friend of the Carriers Chronicles, and we appreciate that because not a lot of folks talk about what we talk about. Everybody's ready to talk about the Golden Fan, and that's cool. That's their lane and have been in my lane since day one, and this is where I choose to stay. And shout out to uh other friends of the show, Chill Pike, and uh our boy Justin and his team there. Uh, we appreciate them. Uh we got a pretty one of our pretty bombs. I have a small collection of actors. I used to have a bigger collection, and then I lost those bars and started me collection collection and lost those ones. So I have a small collection, but part of that collection is one we call Black Beauty, and she is one of Pill Pipe's uh wonderful uh believe they're um um like one of the kind because like you could take this, you could take this uh water water pipe apart, you could put oil, you can put no, don't put oil in it. Uh you could put uh ice directly in it. It's a beautiful uh sturdy uh piece, and you can take it outside. You know, you always have in the summertime, you always have the ice water. You can get some ice water in and put some top on it, you can and you screw it on, and then you have your uh bottom. So shout out to them and thank you for the one and only Black Beauty. Uh we are here at the Black Beauty Corpus in the studio 17th floor, Bronx, New York, overlooking the beautiful uh greenway. And uh JQ and all of the people here on this side of the Bronx. You are the Cannabis Chronicles. I'm your boy, Dr. Bond, and we are with the Canada Cannabis Community Conversation. And um, you know, as I said, we talk about our subject and the topic and uh condition today is diabetes. Uh we know that over 40 million Americans or 12% of the population, some way, shape, or form, do we have only two major types of diabetes, type 1, type 2. Um, and if you want to find out more information, check out the website of the CDC, the Center for Disease Control, and just uh Google, just search uh diabetes and uh medical cannabis and diabetes, and you will get a plethora of information. And if you don't want to want to confirm what Dr. Bob is answering you, you can do that, and it's no problem. Uh, because again, as they say, it's about nutrition, it's about the prevention, and it's about the lifestyle. So uh Canada, let's look at another, let's take another part of perspective. So, diabetes affects how the body processes glucose. So, as I said, there are two types of um of diabetes. Uh, one, you know, insulin production, and the diabetes is insulin resistant. So, over time, this can lead to nerve damage, inflammation, circulation issues, and fatigue. So, uh, we checked out a uh article in the research from the National Institute of Health explores how cannabinoids interact with inflammation, metabolism, and insulin-related aphids. Now, some of the early findings suggest cannabinoids may enforce how the body responds to inflammation and metabolic processes. So let's be clear, that's we totally 100% risk to clear. Cannabis is not a cure for diabetes. This is ongoing research and informed responsible youth. We are the cannabis chronicles. I'm your boy, Dr. Barr, weekly Candid Cannabis Community Conversation. Uh, shout out to you, friends of the show. Like I said, you can be anywhere you want to be, but you are here with me, and that's greatly appreciated because it's interesting because I, like I said, I have my homie, my uh my road dog, uh, Dr. Professor Waffles, and he's under the webinar right now. So I want to shout him out and send out really energy to him, his dad, uh, Miss A, and uh everybody who maybe you know feeling really uh, you know, everybody says I'll be careful of the things there in this A and I'm washing my hands and using it as sanitizer. So um, and and my being obviously I'm a human, but uh I gotta do what I gotta do. I gotta take care of my girl because he takes care of me. So um, like I said, folks, you know, we always say this and always say this. Cannabis is not cure. Cannabis is not a cure for any uh condition. What it is, is it can help improve the quality of your life, the improvement of the symptoms associated with that condition. Um and anybody who tells me I need it is trying to sell you snake oil. And that's just not what Dr. Bahn is. I've never been that guy. Um, you know, I got I fell in love with healthcare, fell in love with helping other humans. Um, I fell in love with one-to-one, you know. After I graduated college, I was thinking back, uh, I worked in uh with the developmentally disabled population for a few years, and then I transitioned from that to at this meet. And I I as I'm looking at the progression of my career and what I've chosen, I've always been one who loved, who's been uh one who helps others. So, in that I feel as though because I have the knowledge that I do with cannabis medically and personally, um it allows me to be able to help guide and answer those questions that your physician might not, your doctor might not have the time to answer. Or you may have a certain report, a certain uh relationship with your physician. And you may not want to cross that bridge. Some folks look at you know the physicians as their uh parental figures, and someone who they don't want to disappoint. And unfortunately, many folks look at cannabis because of the stigma of basis. Bottom line, because of the stigma of cannabis and how it has a stigmatized. Um folks look at it as a bad, look at look at it as a bad thing. Look at it as something that um you don't want to, you don't want people to find out, and because we are very, very much in the early stages of adult use and medical and medical and even more so adult use. So it seems like overnight folks will say, Oh, I see everybody smoking, I want to place. What does that mean? How does that affect the quality of life, upper property? As I said, folks, everything has its honeymoon, and then soon you won't even notice those is what they're saying, because right now it's just kind of everybody wants to be a guy that they're easy to they want to make sure that folks know that they're cool and they're part of the in-crowd. But eventually it becomes passive, and folks just less and less computer, and it becomes less and less signature. Um I believe that's the uh purpose of the uh war on drugs, illegal drugs in the in the first place. I want to do something like that, uh, and it didn't have the effect of the opposite effect, everything would yeah, um, but I still talk about information that I've extrapolated from the past, so I don't know if that's the case now. So Google it and let me know. Um and if not even even if that's the right concept. So anyway, we are the Canvas Chronicles. Uh we are a weekly for the Canvas News Conversation, and today's subject, today's condition is diabetes, a condition that millions and millions of Americans suffer from every single dare. Somebody's more somebody's bad, somebody's cousin. I remember my youngest, my older cousin. Um, and because I was and it was so young, and you know, her mom was very serious about you know what she could and could not consume. And uh I remember a few times being there with the hospital because of it. So it's it doesn't so obviously it doesn't just affect older folks, it affects younger folks. So information is power, my friends. Find out, Google it, find out about it. So, like I said, let's be clear, Kennedy. This is not a cure for diabetes, this is ongoing research, and on species, and excuse me, oh, excuse me. Ongoing research and informed, responsible youth. Just want to shout out to our friends at living story or livingsoilbnb.com, Guy Kano and his team. Um shout out to you, and uh they have an event coming up right around the corner for eleven in Rod Tech, this or check out LivingStorylBMZ.com. And uh I did a little research, a lot of research on living soil, and just I have this catchphrase that I love to say that because when we're involved from the root to the fruit. Well, what does the fruit mean, Dr. Bond? What are you talking about? Well, the fruit is the bar. You see, the root is obviously the plant, where the plant starts. It starts the season, it has to get roots, metaphorically follow. So, um, from the root to the fruit, and that root is written for the fruit. It is a complex, complex, wonderful ecosystem. And uh to see and meet someone so passionate and to feel that passion and that energy exhibit throughout the world. And for something, for many people go, ooh, it's dessert, it's not dessert. So shout out to shout out to and sign up for the uh event and get educated. Uh also shout out to our fans at Best2, Buds Feed Weekly. I'm sorry, Budsfeed Weekly. Um, you click that at Budsfeedweekly.com or Budsfeed.com. Justin and the crew, check them out. Um, get some information, some uh uh stump for bits of articles. I love it because there's some too long. Uh was it PL too long to read something? It's the abbreviation, and I love it because it's like really a lot of these articles can be long and drawn out. Uh and you get the you get the chunky juicy by so shout out to Justin and Ruby.com. Alright, so uh you know let's take a puff, take another puff of perspective and talk about my favorite uh uh slug menu show and poker week. Can we go we kind of go a little different? We kinda go off of you know, I look for those interesting stories, those stories that make me go, hmm. Um and I had to just talk about this one. Um and it was funny. Okay, so it interacts with multiple systems in the body, more than once, the more that we left on this thing. And Article High Towns explores how cannabis may influence different biological systems, including metabolism and hormonal balance. Now, this balance highlights something important. Cannabis just agent recreational. You see, it's biological. Biological back to bond, what the hell are you talking about? It's biological because it interacts with the appetite. Um, I'm quite sure you've heard me say this before, but um, one of the things that uh really, really stimulated my curiosity was uh with cancer research and how cancer patients can develop an appetite by consumption of cannabis. Now, we've all heard of, all of us have heard of the monkeys, and if you've ever had the monkeys, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You can actually eat an incredible amount of food and diverse amounts of diverse kinds of food, I know. From personal experience. So it wasn't as far as understand, it wasn't a far physic, the understanding that one man's monkeys is another man's nutrition. One man's monkeys, you say it's slowly one man's monkey is another man's nutrition. One woman's got lazy and fat, you know, smoke and choke, and then we have another woman lifeline, a lifeline to nutrition, and that's power. Energy is power, energy is life. So and it's that's responsive. We we talked about it earlier in the show. I cannot tell you how many times I heard this man, heard this limerick or this design years ago, and it was uh when in worry, when in doubt, smoke a day, and mellow out. Because when I said that to him, he he he laughed so hard because he had never heard it. And I used to him, he's dropping knowledge on me. But yeah, when in worry, when in doubt, smoke is gay and mellow out. So it doesn't mellow out, doesn't that equate to stress recovery, relax, relate, release, or energy regulation? Energy regulation. So, okay, uh, we talked about earlier, we talked about indigo, the fever hydro, and like I said, those labels that are put on the cannabis. So one is what product that are put on cannabis. So one of the things that are attributed to PIBA is that it is energy, it helps build energy, it helps people stimulate to uh be energetic and get uh okay, uh these women set or nothing, uh, and and have energy and have uh drive and desire to get off the tower to do the thing so it's also not so energy regulators may be, you know, somebody may need to do that, or somebody may need to relax and scare and be able to take and press that button and push apart button because sometimes, as we know, some folks don't have body funds, and that's why for us, for all of us, watch my friends, I'm telling you, is why I say it all the time. It's important to understand that cannabis the research needs to be given, research needs to be spent, and listen hats off to the King administration and how they have rescheduled cannabis from schedule one to schedule three, and that's open up a few doors. But we have we here at uh Canadaware Canada, actually, Canadaware and the Cannabis Chronicles and Megasina Community and the Canada and all the people and all of the circles and all the people and relationships and idea and living soil, we all feel that uh legalization is the best for America to go. So we need to have um understanding of what it is and what we have in front of us and how important and how big a tool this is because it's up to us to actually you know have you know like a say stuff in certain things. I learned something the other day that I didn't know. Now, you know, we talk about housing for the poor, we talk about housing for people, and shout out to people who are going to housing crises and looking for housing and uh have heart and And empathy for those who are living on the street. But I didn't know that, you know, I have always felt that you know housing was a federal thing, federal housing, federal housing. I've always felt that. But it's not, it's local. So why do I say this? Because in my bad, I'm going over my um because I have I decided a few years ago to become more civilized. So I signed up to become a um a uh uh a monitor for electors, elector monitor. And so uh I'm gonna fill out my bid and I'm gonna be there for November when the elections are coming up. So to do my civic duty. So um, but the reason why I say that is because if you want to change something, you know, don't wait until it's the federal election. Let's do problems, let's solve problems locally. Let's talk to the individuals that we can see face to face and we can shape their hands. Um, I had a conversation Ojo from Legacy United Community. Uh, we had a great conversation and he gave me a great idea for a project that we're working on and how we can work and we can pull in the local uh politicians and the people that we see every day, that we can see every day, and not just get uh involved politically when it's the uh national elections or state elections, but let's get involved in the gaps because we are the Kennedy Chronicles. I am Dr. Bog. And uh friends of the show, we want to shout out our friends at Big Gap essentially. Uh uh they are you know one of the uh one of the friends of the show goes back very, very, very, very far because I uh knew uh and knew Brother Wu and uh his work was spoken in uh upstate New York. So uh but again we go way back. So basically, shout out to him and his team at uh Big Gas Worldwide or aka Big Gas Dispensary. And you can check them out at biggest me.com and they're in New Pauls, New York. Shout out to him and his team there. And if you're in the calls, check them out. Uh the website is biggasdisfensive.com, new Paul Green and his team. Also, shout out to Pen Goon Publishers, and uh we um we have uh a lot of folks who do go high. You know, we talk about uh Pen Goon and Best Buds, we talk about uh big guys worldwide and big gas expensive, we talk about still pyant and buzz feed because people were we have so shout out to best bud magazine and best buds media and the big over the the um the publishing company is called Pen Game Media. So shout out to Pen Game Publishing to Best Bug Media and BestBugs Magazine.com. So um, all right, so can the fan let's let's take a further perspective of let's take another perspective to cultivate. Now, Jack A Rare. Now before we leave tonight's episode, we got to talk about Jack A Rare. Now, Jack A Rare is the grandfather of cannabis drones and cannabis itself. So it's time uh for your homework. And if you find otherwise and you send me the email, I have a special gift for you. So hit me up at Dr. Bond or on Dr. Bomb420 on Instagram or Dr. Bond420 on uh let's see, that is uh excuse me, that is oh my god, that is uh uh uh uh uh neuter humanity. Alright, so the profile for uh Jack of Jack of Rare is a sativa rumor. So uh as I said before, sativa is a label that is put on an indication of what you may expect physically from that particular stone. So sativa means products are very optimistic. So they're one of the uh attributes of it is ugly. It's clear headaches and it's anything. So both of those things would be for someone who may have a little lethargy, lethargy, and they're lethargic in their post uh to their day. So, you know, a person could have a cup of tea in the morning and a couple of cups on and keep the strain, and apply that to strain if they have it and then go to the discussion and they find it and they have that in the morning, that's gonna give them the uplift. So maybe they're gonna want to get up and you know go to the grocery store or execute those things that they wanted to execute before, because you know, one of the things that happens before you uh you know feel one way sick, is that they kind of get you know um lethargic. So and when that sets in, we want to have something with them battles and uh to TV leaning, uplifting clear headedness and energizing, it takes the boxes for me for an individual who I would um I would I would recommend to your person. So cultivar is like Jack A Rare, and so we're going back to that word before cultivar, cultivar is the product. So Jack A Rare, the string, is the cultivar. But the cultivator would be say genetic or uh uh whoever. Big gas, the same. Whoever creates that string, that would be the cultivator, but the cultivar is the string. So also associated with daytime use, daytime use, we're a big two time, daytime use, productivity, and mental clarity. Alright? So clarity without what? Snowing gas. We are the Cannabis Chronicles, I'm your boy, Dr. Bob. And you know, diabetes is a condition that requires it requires discipline, it requires uh awareness, and but it also it needs support, it needs education and it needs access to information, and that's where that's where we come in, that's where folks like us and our information and the information we want to share with the world, not just the people of New York State, shout out to New York State, shout out to uh, you know, it went back and goes back to 2014, having some of water compassionate care act. When that was signing the law, we're not gonna everything rolling here in New York State. So shout out to those from back then who had the foresightedness to see um the potential of cannabis. However, however you look at it now, because so many people excuse me, so many people look at it like uh you know, there's a uh uh designation between the pool. I I feel there's a designation, but now as we see, it's coming back to education, it's coming back to people needing to know why, because the prevailing amount of people who are coming to cannabis and finding out about cannabis and interested in getting a discipline, interested in going to a discipline, interested in getting a medical presentation, interested in going to the doctor and talking to the doctor, those people are, if they're if they're willing to do all of those things, then they're an inquisitive individual. That inquisitiveness is going to then extend to the dispensary situation. So it would prohibit the dispensaries to have, as they said in marijuana biz uh in the article we quoted, that uh the uh training that the blood tenders get will be sommelier type. So if a patient comes in and they have something like diabetes and they have lethargy and they're lethargic in the mood, and they're comfortable because you want to ask those questions. You want to ask them, so what are you comfortable with? Are you comfortable with smoking? Are you comfortable with the oil selector? Would you be okay with the cancer? Would you be okay with a date? Excuse me. Because you don't want to take that approach with one foot, one size fits all. You don't want to have anybody trying to think that you know, smoking is the thing. I have a funny story I had years ago. Uh I had a lady, she was an older lady. Um, and she was telling her family she got a medical cannabis car, her grandson both got laughed at his laughing. And he said, Grandma, you don't need that car. I can take care of you no problem because obviously he was consuming. So she will and he said, Okay, you know what, I'll do it. They start smoking, and you know, first she said it was kind of rough, but you know, she had smoked before back in the day, so she was moved. So she smoked it, and his phone went. So he got up and he started talking his phone and walked away. Now, instead of her putting it out, she continued smoking and smoking and smoking. So to the point where she was really, really strong because she hadn't gotten smooth and so very long, and so it hit her a little differently. So she kind of had a negative experience. But that negative experience, when she thought about it, relieved and gave her the relief that she was looking for. So what she had to do at that point was then figure out, and she was brave enough to come in. She was brave enough to see if she needed help, she was brave enough to come in, and you know, she was lucky enough to get somebody like me who was able to guide her and help her see what and how important it is, you know, what she is doing, you know, because diabetes is a commission, like I said, the condition that requires discipline, requires consistency, it requires awareness, but it also requires support, it requires education and access to information. Cannabis may not be the answer for everyone, but everyone knows someone who can benefit from candy, and the conversation around it is going to MP, bottom line, that's what matters. So this is the cannabis chronicles. I'm your boy, Dr. Bond. Shout out to our friends at Best Buds Magazine, Pen Game Publishing. You can check them out at Best Budsmagazine.com. So, if you have a portion, stick to that portion because the more you eat, then the more higher you get, and we don't want to have a negative experience, we want to have a positive experience. So, shout out to D.O. King and his team. And I'm telling you, I had an amazing, we have an amazing beer, we had an amazing meal.
