The Gospel of Christ gives us an advantage over the natural man in the mighty name of Jesus. Let's enter into the service as Pastor Nicholas dives deeper with us.

Amen. Second Corinthians 4, chapter 4, verse 1 to 8. Okay. Therefore, seeing we have this ministry as we have received mercy, we faint not, but have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not working in craftiness or handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth, commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hate, it is hid to them that are lost, in whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe believe not. Lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. Verse 6. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, had shined in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Verse 7. But we have this treasure in eternal vessels that the excellency of the power may be of God, not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed. We are perplexed, but not in despair. This is the word of the Lord.

So, people of God, the test that is before us, like I said last week, is about the apostle Paul. The apostle Paul at this particular time was having, you know, was facing a lot of oppositions in ministry. There were people who were opposing the gospel. Apostle Paul and the other apostles were teaching. These are false teachers. And there was so much pressure. So much pressure. And so the apostle Paul must come out to make the church of Corinth understand the issue at hand. That I will preach and I will tell you that God is the only savior. And somebody will come and the person will introduce another savior to you. That I will come and I will talk about holiness, and somebody will also come and talk about other things. That I will come and then I will talk to you about intimacy with God. And somebody will tell you that what I'm telling you is not true, but what I am preaching to you is spirituality. That I will come and I will preach to you the importance of being in the secret place. And somebody will also come and tell you that being in the secret place is a waste of time that you have to go out and hustle for yourself. There is time for everything, as the scripture says, hallelujah. And so there are a lot of false teachers. There are people who are even against what I am preaching. False teachers, they are all over. Hallelujah. So this what was happening during the days of the apostle. So Apostle Paul was speaking to the church of Corinth. It's a sin we have received this ministry. What ministry? The ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ. No other ministry, Sister Bella. But the ministry of the gospel of Christ is the sin we have received this ministry. As we have received mercy, what it means is that Sister Bella, we're coming to God, we're receiving the gospel of Christ is not by choice, but by grace. Are we together? It is not by choice. He said, as we have received mercy. So, you didn't come to God because you wanted to come, but you came because He has shown you mercy. I am preaching not because I deserve. I am Pastor Nicholas, not because of my works, not because of my holiness, not because of my righteousness, but I am what I am, as Apostle Paul said, by the grace of God. It is by grace. Are we together? He said, as we have received mercy, we faint not. Why is he saying we faint not? Because the you know the preaching of the gospel and the work of the ministry, being a Christian, you are going to face a lot of oppositions. Apostle Paul is telling you that once you have the understanding that whatever you are enjoying today, whoever you are in Christ is by the mercies of God. No matter what you go through, you cannot faint. You cannot give up. Hello. So, irrespective of the oppositions, we cannot give up. Are we together? Also, continue the reading for me, Mommy. We cannot give up. The scripture says in the book of Ephesians. In the book of Ephesians. I think Ephesians chapter 2, verse 8 to 9. He said, By grace are we saved. Through faith. It is not by works, it is the gift of God, least any man should boast. Mommy, so I cannot stand before you and tell you I am more righteous, and my righteousness is what has given me what I have. No, whatever I have is by grace. Hallelujah. No, go back to the old test too. Not efficient. Amen. So maybe if God is blessing you today, it is not because of your righteousness. No, no one is righteous. I have problems with the churches that obey no more china sign. I have problems with those churches. Yes. Sometimes they will suck the person. Aname boa.

The hidden things, the secret things of this honesty. In other words, because God has shown you mercy, there are some hidden things of this, there are some hidden things that brings dishonor to God. Do you know why? Because Jesus was not different from his disciples. So somebody within must come to give him the kids so that they will understand that this is the Jesus we want. Because once you are doing the work of God deceitfully, he doesn't know you. Are we together?

By the manifestation. What is the truth? The gospel. The gospel of Christ. So Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and life. Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. So it is your knowledge of the truth which is Jesus Christ. It is your knowledge of the gospel of Christ that guarantees your freedom. You are not free until you become conscious of the gospel of Christ.

The word light as used over there is from the Greek word photismus. Do you know what it means? Illumination. Insight. Knowledge. Now, in the old testament, it is called fools. Light. Arise, shine, for your light has come. The word light in Isaiah is fools. But this one in Greek is photismus. He said, In whom the God of this world had what blinded their mind.

Of them which believe not. Lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ. He said, In whom the God of this world had blinded their eyes. Which of them which believe not? Lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

The reason why the devil doesn't want the gospel of Christ to enter into your heart is because once the gospel enters into your heart, what is going to happen? The light of the glorious gospel of Christ will do what?

So the light of the glorious gospel of Christ will shine over your life. So the word light as used over there is photismus, which means illumination, illumination, which means knowledge, so that the knowledge of the doctor of the gospel of Christ. So they preach this to entice you, and I declare over your life and see your destiny changing, I see something happening to you, I see the Lord lifting you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. At the end of the day, nothing.

Because by the time you live here, something must down on you to make you understand who you are in Christ and what you are entitled to.

Any gospel that doesn't place responsibility on the believer. The devil doesn't want you to come to the knowledge of peace gospel. This gospel.

So he said, the light to give the light.

So number one, light, knowledge. The entrance of thy word giveth what light. The entrance of thy word giveth what?

And give it understanding. So what it means is that once we enter into illumination, we walk in understanding. And when you walk in understanding, what happens? Your life is glorified. Mommy, there is no way you can be in light and you will not be seen. The reason why we must fight for the gospel is because the gospel brings us enlightenment, it makes us die in the midst of darkness. This is the excellent power of God. This is what makes us excel as believers.

This is what makes us excel. Mummy, I don't have any God in my house, I don't have any craving image under my bed. I don't have anything in my house, but what I have is the gospel of Christ in me. Because Christ in me, the pop of glory. So in the realms of the spirit, once Christ dwells in your heart, glory, doctor, the fullness, the heaviness of God, in the realms of the spirit, you become heavy. A brother went to a shrine, and then the fetish priest told that brother, your pastor is powerful. Eden, I don't know him from anywhere, but in the realms of the spirit, by the grace of God, I carry weight.

You carry weight, yes, sir. Sir, so you cannot die like a fowl and be buried like a fowl. You will impact your generation. Why? Because the gospel of Christ is within me. I am a Christian. I'm a Christian.

Sir, I believe in prophecy. Because I prophesy. But some days when we should be preaching the gospel, I can't turn it, you know, I can't turn it into a prophetic service. There is time for everything. This is what we must hear. Why won't believers be running after men of God and they will be taking advantage of because they don't know. This is scripture. I think Psalm 89 or so. It said they know not, they understand not, they walk in darkness, and the foundation of the earth is shaking. Because they do not know, they do not understand. The gospel is a very lamp. So I have Christ in me. I have entered into the light. The angels of thy word give a light aboard. Okay. Thy word is a light unto my feet. And a lamp to my path. So if I have it inside me, you are a walking light. Ye are the light of the world. A city set upon the hill cannot be hidden. Matthew chapter 13. This what Jesus said. He said, I am a city set upon the hill. My glory cannot be hidden. Mommy, therefore, nobody can bring you into obscurity.

This is the excelling power of God. Next week, I am going to break it for you to understand. Because if you go for that, he said, We are pressed on every side. Why? Because we have the power that causes us to excel. We have the power that gives us advantage. The way to excel means to give advantage over others. Next week, I have a head.

Yeah, next week is the last day. So we'll finish with the excellency of power. Then the next one we are going to talk about the kingdom of God revealed. What is the kingdom? Because God didn't leave us Christianity. Jesus didn't leave us Christianity, He left us a kingdom. We'll talk about that one so that you understand how to live. There's a difference between Christianity and the kingdom life. There are two differences. Anybody who is a Christian is a religious person. We are not called to practice religion, we are called to live a kingdom life. Hallelujah. We talk about that. So Jesus walked the face of the earth, and then all the three and a half years he preached. He spoke about the kingdom baptized for the kingdom of God is at hand. Kingdom, kingdom, kingdom, kingdom, kingdom, kingdom. Are we together? We don't want to hear anything. We want to hear the gospel of Christ. That Christ has made me obey. Hallelujah.

The weight of God. Once you come into knowledge, the weight of God falls on you. Can I tell you something? God doesn't put weight on vessels that doesn't have the capacity to handle the weight. Can I take it again? For me, God will never put his weight on vessels who are not ready. Who doesn't have the capacity to handle the weight? Doxa means weight. Weight, the weight of God. And I'm saying that God will not put his weight in vessels who do not have the capacity to handle the weight. So every one of us must prepare for his glory. Because God cannot put his glory, his weight, his light on a ground.

Moses said, Show me your glory. He said, My presence shall go with you and I will give you rest. The glory of God is made manifest. When the presence of God becomes visible in a man's life. So Isabella, if you want to see his glory, host his presence. That is his fullness, that is his weight. So for Moses to deliver the children of Israel, God must take him through 40 years in Pharaoh's house. 40 years in the wilderness, 80 years. Preparing him for his glory. So at age 80, the burning bush. Encounter. God prepared him to be able to host his presence. So when Moses met God, he said, Okay, I will lead your people, I will go and deliver them, but show me your glory. He said, Ah, I cannot show you my glory. But my presence will go before you and I will give you rest. So what is the glory of God? It's the manifestation of God's presence. And that is what people call Shakainah.
