We're going to kick back and talk about survival mode, coherence, and creating your life on purpose through conversations about things like relationships, money, health, and the patterns that keep repeating in everyday life. This week's episode is going to be a little bit different as well. Last week, I shared an interview with someone inside the Level Up Mastermind where we talked about her experience in the room, her wins, her growth, and why she continues to come back to coaching. And this week, I'm sharing a psychic download that came through live during one of our mastermind calls. The Level Up Mastermind is my flagship group coaching program for queer folks, BIPOC, and allies. Today's episode is one of those moments. SPEAKER_01There are steps to manifestation. There's the asking for it, there's acting like you already have it, living like you already have it, and then there's the receiving of it. And there's this idea of what it means to be receptive. And I've seen receptivity also linked with femininity because active active outward expression is like yang, and then the receptive is yin. So I've always had this information kind of swirling in my head about what does it mean to receive? And because I feel like masculine more weighted in my masculine, even though I do also feel feminine, I had been telling myself that I am bad at receiving because I was also associating it with femininity. And so I'm like, I'm bad at being feminine and I'm bad at receiving. And so having that ideology of being bad at receiving and manifestation, the third step being receiving, I was like shooting myself in the foot. Now, a lot of people actually think that they're bad at receiving. And so that's why I wanted to just throw that out there in case anybody in this room ever has a flash of this thought I am not good at receiving, I need to be better at receiving, all of that stuff. So I I mentioned before that Abraham Hicks is one of my first spiritual teachers when it comes to the law of attraction, and they're there, anybody is able to channel Abraham. And I channel Abraham, they've been my spirit guide for a long time, and I'm really like they're one of my besties on the other side. And so when I was having this conversation about being bad at receiving, I could feel them pop in to the atmosphere and start to share, talk to me. And what they said was, you are not bad at receiving, you're actually really, really good at receiving. In fact, you're receiving 24-7. So stop telling yourself that you're bad at receiving. But really, what you want to start asking yourself is what am I receiving? Knowing that I am receiving 24-7, be conscious of what it is that you're receiving. So if you are a receiver in the sense of like a radio receiver, that's how radios receive the sound. The receiver tunes into a certain dial, 99.9, and then all of a sudden, that receiver is able to hear the song that is on that radio station. And then if they want to hear a different song, they have to change the dial, aka change their frequency, the frequency at which that music is being played. And then they that receiver will then hear that song. And so we are that receiver. We put our attention on a frequency on a dial on a radio station all day long. But so many of us don't necessarily live their lives consciously thinking about everything that they're thinking about. Most like more and more people are starting to do that. But there's a lot of default happening. So we might accidentally be listening to a radio station more than we think we are, because it's just kind of like on our preset and it goes there. And so we need to check what is it that we want to be receiving? What am I trying to bring into my life? And on big scales and small scales. So in small scales, it's really powerful. This is what Abraham calls pre-paving or segment intending. And it's so powerful to use your intention and ask yourself, what do I want to be receiving in this here tiny moment? And you have so many tiny moments per day. And so if you can be intentionable, intentional about what you want to receive in every tiny moment, all of those tiny moments stacked up equals your entire day. And then before you know it, you received your perfect day or the I the day that you want it to receive. And so what that looks like is in the morning when you get up, you brush your teeth, in that moment, you're asking yourself, what do I want to receive right now in this moment? And you just keep asking yourself that. And I'm putting on my shoes for the day. What do I want to receive in this moment? I'm taking a walk. What do I want to receive in this moment? And in the beginning, yeah, it could be tiresome because you've been so used to just receiving whatever the universe has been giving you up until this point. But ultimately, this is where true fulfillment lives, because you are receiving what you've been paying attention to, no matter if you believe that you have been or not. And so if you are cool with the way your life is going, then leave your radio station on default. But if there are things in your life that you feel like you want to receive something different, then no, you are receiving 24 hours and you get to decide what to receive in any given moment. And so a little bit more is that they showed me this example of what a day would look like when someone is being conscious of what they're receiving. They were kind of equating when we're receiving something that we don't want to temptation in some cases. And so you set the dial on the radio station you want, you set your intention on the frequency, the emotion that you want to experience. But then you're going through your day, you might find yourself on default, and all of a sudden, you either already find yourself feeling irritated, annoyed, frustrated, cranky, whatever it is, or you see the opportunity to go down that road and start to feel that way. Either way, those are moments of opportunity. Those are moments to assert your free will. The temptation, if we could call it that, which is like not necessarily the exact right vibration, but the temptation more like momentum. Let's call it momentum, non-temptation. The longer we have been on default and not being deliberate creators, that that default radio station has so much momentum. So you might accidentally find yourself in that other radio station or going towards that radio station. The momentum might make that radio station seem easier, especially if you're telling yourself, this is hard, I'm tired. You know, there's lots of temptation to stay the same. And again, if you like that, then just stay there. But know that you are being a deliberate creator and creating that thing that you still don't really love all that much. And so just own it because that's where your empowerment is. Yeah, my life is mediocre and I love it. I'm cool in these areas and I have a shitty relationship and I love it. You know, whatever it is, just if you're not willing to change it, then own it. Then you will be empowered. So just wanted to throw out the concept of us being a receiver 24-7 as a seed for y'all this week, and maybe invite you to think about the the version of you that I want you to think about your manifestations in general. Why are you in this room? You came in this room because you want to level up to a certain version of yourself. That version of yourself has something that you don't currently have. Maybe their relationship is a little bit more communicative, maybe they make more money, maybe they're more confident, whatever it is. You came to this room because you wanted to be a version of yourself that you currently are not. And so this week you get to really crystallize that, make that come into pure focus. What do I want this week? What version of myself do I want to be? And more specifically, put your attention, like cast it out into the future, and ask yourself, what would the version of me that already has this be doing right here, right now? How would they respond to this obstacle or challenge? How would they respond in this relationship? How would they respond to this opportunity? What would they be thinking about themselves in this here moment? Those are your momentary portals in your here now to bring yourself into the timeline of that person that has everything that you want. And the more micro moments that you take like that, the sooner you'll see that you're actually creating the life that you want. And it's not by default, and you're not a victim of circumstance.
SPEAKER_00So that was the download, my friends. And the thing is, you're already receiving all of the time. So the question is, what state are you receiving from? Because when you're stuck in chronic survival mode, you don't just feel stressed. You start creating from stress, you make decisions from urgency, you relate from self-protection, you overthink, overgive, overwork, and stay stuck in cycles that feel impossible to break. That was a huge realization for me. Even after years of studying and applying manifestation, mindset, and conscious creation, I realized my next level wasn't going to come from just visualizing. It came from learning how to come out of chronic survival mode and create coherence in my nervous system first. Because from coherence, everything started changing. My clarity, relationships, decision making, capacity, my ability to actually receive the life I said I wanted. That's why I created the Stop, Drop, Create Coherence four-week video series.
