Today's topic we're going to be talking about is the insanity of changing your reality. My idea, my understanding of reality, is that we have our individual reality and then we have external realities, including physical and social reality, that feed into our individual reality. And then our understanding of reality is what verifies and validates and creates our own reality based on the our interpretation of outside realities, physical reality, social reality. So our interpretation of externalized realities makes our individual reality usually. Now, social reality is, should be a very safe, comfortable space for us to go and to interact with people to validate our own belief sets and to validate our own realities and our own understandings. So the issue with that at this point in time is that social reality is extremely unhealthy. And we have enough information now at this point on the internet and connection with other groups of people that we can start to shift away from any realities which are detrimental and which are harmful to us. So if you are in a social reality, let's say like a family situation where your family is really against, you know, things very hateful, let's say they're a very hateful family towards other groups and they, you know, are very brainwashed to only think in one way, you know, it's not their fault. A lot of pain comes from, you know, hatred comes from pain within the self and brainwashing happens all around us. We are completely and totally brainwashed. So if they've not been exposed to enough variable media or information and they've only been watching one, you know, particular TV channel, even, you know, then they're going to be thinking in in very specific ways. And that's true for it's true for anyone. But let's say that you realize and recognize that your social reality, even within your friend group, within your family, or within your larger community as a whole, you know, your country or the larger social reality is detrimental to you. You know, you realize I don't want to be hating other groups. I don't want to be hurting other people. I don't want to have hatred or pain or, you know, only, you know, consume certain types of media and believe them to be true. That's when you find the unicult and you decide, okay, I'm going to change my reality. Now that decision, I think generally speaking, I, you know, preach all the time, do so with the confidence that it is a very good idea, because it is, but I don't know that I've given enough time and attention to the fact that it is extremely difficult and extremely painful and extremely isolating. And and to change your own reality takes a profound amount of of bravery. So we've talked about different techniques of how to change your reality, and you know, in the unicult structure, you've got options of learning a lot more about that in particular. But but the social implications of it are that you do get sometimes very isolated from people you used to be connected to. Or another another crazy thing that happens is that you feel split between your old reality and your new reality, and both feel true. That's actually a good sign because what that means is that you've been pouring enough energy into your positive reality that it has it has a structure and you can actually live in it sometimes. But your old ways of thinking, your old repetitive rep repetitive pattern of the understanding of reality, the way your brain has been wired for however long it was before you decided to change your reality, drags you back sometimes and says, that's not real, I'm real, this is real, this is real, this is real. Because your brain is it's a safety mechanism of the brain to pull somebody back into the way of thinking that they were thinking for a long amount of time. It doesn't make it more real, it doesn't make it better or anything like that. It's just that's the way your brain has been wired. You can change your brain, you can change your brain with thoughts, and that's why you've when you're on the path to joy, there is a there is a time, perhaps a large amount of time, I would say up to two years, depending on your level of you know dedication and ability to imagine and wholeheartedly believe that belief makes real, that your brain will go back and forth into these different states of being. So you'll be, you'll pull yourself out of the negative reality, you'll live in the positive reality, everything will be great, and then who knows what happens. Just one day you slide back into your old reality and you're like, I'm a fake person. I have I have a uniconfession on my website where I'm crying. I'm like, I'm a fake person. This isn't authentic. My authentic way of being is to be depressed, and it feels that way because your brain has been wired in that way. Now, my authentic way of being is to be joyous, but that took years. I was stuck between two realities. I was stuck between an old reality that I used to really pour a lot of energy into, a very negative reality where I saw a lot of painful things as being true. In that negative reality, I harmed other people in my own pain, not on purpose, but just in my own pain. And I brought everyone around me down and I was just moping all the time. I had a big cloud around my head. I was just like sucking energy from people around me. That's true. I did that for years and years and years, which is crazy if you look at me now, right? Because now I beam joy, I lift other people up, I spread positive messages, I'm I'm benefiting people who who I interact with instead of bringing them down and I'm lifting them up just by being happy. Am I faking it? No. Did I fake it for a long time? Yes. Because faking it is just faith that it can be true. So people say fake it till you make it. We put a lot of like there I want to be clear, like, there is a difference between inauthentic expression and then like believing that something can be true. And inauthentic expression is when you're trying to hide your true self for your own, you know, social gain, I would say, you know, just to like appear different or better than other people. That's not cool. This desire to be happy is it should be all within you. It should not be for external validation, it should not be for external influence. You have to make the decision in your own heart to live in a joyous reality. And once you do that, there is a certain level of pulling yourself up and just putting faith into the positive reality. Um, because what you're doing already is putting faith into the negative reality that you have. So when you put faith into the negative reality, you say, this is authentic, this is true. I'm and you just are pouring faith into it, it makes it true on either side. So there is a time when you are healing, when you are changing realities where anything is possible. And that's not always a good thing. Anything is possible means anything is possible. It's a really tough way to just like see the world and to look around and be okay with just anything being possible. You have to stay focused on your heart. Like, what do you wish was true? Where do you like what what do you wish was true? And pour your energy into that wish, even if it feels fake, because what your heart will lead you to is always a worthy cause. Okay, that's all I have to say about that. It's a tough, it's a tough gig to change your reality. It takes immense amounts of energy, dedication, and bravery. So I commend you all for what work you have done to do that and pour into that. I just I really respect you all so much for for the efforts that you have made in your own lives to be happier and better people. Because it it changes the world. It doesn't just change your own life, it changes the world. It makes my life better when you're better. And it makes your life better when I'm better. It's just the way it works. Thank you guys. You need blessed.
