Um, but she was she was still in the casting production, and she did the 20 versus 2 with Crip Mac and Blueface, another show that I wasn't in. And like, and they're cool right now. That made me happy that that they apologized to each other and they even took a picture with each other. They're in good terms right now. I'm glad that they give her another opportunity.

The JV way is you're gonna stay at the underground circuits, you kind of gonna kind of break in a little bit, unless you start doing some skits or something like that on your own, right? You ain't gonna make a divorcity, you just ain't gonna make it, right? But what you can do talking to your manager, you can start creating your own content. If you're good on shows, doing rounds like this, you feel me? If you're good with your personality, if you got some stories that you see in the background that you weren't a part of, but you could tell them, right? You can make it like that. But if if you're getting your own gigs and reporting them to him, or if he's getting you gigs and and and he reporting them to you, he for sure between 15 and 20 percent of whatever you make on the back end, he's supposed to get the throwback way of managers was you come and find a manager, you cash out your manager to get you the shit that you need, the essentials that you need in life for your career to go, right? Right. The new way of manager shit is I see your talent, I come get you, and I want to link you up to the things that I got going on or potential future things, and I might not pay you cash money unless there's something going on, or but I might put you in a forefront of stuff that you uh couldn't do on your own, where it might not be actual money transferred back and forth, but it is what it is. The the neutral side is that whatever you doing, you moving, you need somebody to handle your business for you. As a manager, you might not be good at the admin or making sure contracts are signed or even showing up to be uh physical representation at places to where people might think they own one thing with you, but they know it's a man with you, so they ain't gonna try to play you like that. So the manager level is is multi-tiered. Just do this whatever deal you like it with anybody, you sign a contract, don't fuck with anybody else saying because people will say what you supposed to do, this, this, this, and that, but they're not even in your world, right? So if you if you if you get somebody that's a manager and they and they putting you in position and in places where you ain't been before, then that's your guy or your girl, right? Rock with that. Don't let nobody else get in your ear about what should be and what shouldn't be. It's whatever deal y'all came up with. If it seemed like it's more catered to what he owned, and you accept that, or vice versa. Like that's what it is.

You can ask her, is she able to negotiate her own deals with paperwork behind it to make sure that it's fair for her and whoever else, and not sign that's gonna get her locked in and some bullshit, right? So that be the questions, bro. Not only that, it's like she can know more about cars and go to a dealership by herself and they still try to whip her, but she goes with a man who knows less than her, the car dealership respects her. So sometimes representation, like even if it's your boyfriend or your cousin or your uncle or your dad, some kind of represent representation is the presence. She might be a better mouthpiece. Sometimes you want a woman to talk first because niggas be on what they be on, and they might only hear a woman, you know. Tinder dick niggas only hear a woman talking when you talk down here.
