And this is episode one. We are really excited about launching this podcast. We've been working on this idea for, gosh, at least a year. And we wanted to do an intro podcast. This episode here is just about what is the podcast going to be about. So this is episode one. We're going to go through a who, what, where, when, why about our podcast and hopefully get you excited about all of the episodes to come.

Yeah. So right off the bat, let's say Miss Cora, who is this podcast for?

Defining The Lifestyle Spectrum

So I would say that this podcast is for our lifestyle community and those who are curious about our world. So I want to talk first of all about what is the lifestyle. We talk about that, and you may hear that term kind of thrown around a bit. I want to give you our interpretation of what lifestyle is. And everyone kind of has their own skew on this. And you know, you can take for granted and take um, you know, how you want to interpret this. But this is just our view. So we look at the lifestyle as a spectrum. So thinking about a spectrum of the here to here. So the here side would be people who are curious about our world. Maybe a couple that wants to go to a sexy club for the evening and get their sexy vibe on, maybe wear something scantalous, maybe, you know, make out a little bit on the dance floor, maybe go and um do some activities in front of other people, but not necessarily with other people, but kind of in the area.

So they love the environment. They just like the environment and like to party and have a good time, and then just enjoy themselves with each other or you know, take it a little bit further each time.

Like good sexual environment, right? And then you have people here that maybe want to add a third in their relationship, another guy or another girl. You have swingers kind of to me, sits in the middle. That's the traditional 1970s key party vibes, swinger, you know, activity. And then you have all the way over here with open relationships and podley relationships, and there's everything in between. That's what we mean by lifestyle community. Our community is fantastic. We are making this podcast for our community because we are part of the community, but it's also for the people who are interested.

So, number two on our list. Now let's get right into the meat and potatoes of our podcast and what we're doing here at Nextdoor Swing is what? What is this podcast gonna be all about and what can you expect?

What The Show Covers

That's right. So our podcast is based on lifestyle travel and events. We are really going to give you information about places to go, um, things to do, what to do while you're there. Most of them will be um resorts, there'll be destinations, there'll be events, even like hotel takeovers, big clubs, big clubs, different clubs, different style parties. We're even gonna talk about smaller house parties, um, and we're going to give you information about each of those locations. Information like what should you wear? What should you bring? How do you sign up?

Because, fellas, guess what? If you don't wear a collar to certain places, you're not gonna get in. So that's exactly what we are trying to pass on to you guys. The biggest reasons why and to go to the location, but then also what things to look for when you get there, maybe getting in, uh, where to go to get all the information on it, all that kind of stuff. We're gonna help you out in your travels in the future.

We also want to hear where we should go. Um, speaking of going, we are full-time RVers. We are sitting right now in our RV. Um, this May, May 2025, we sold everything. We decided we wanted a home on wheels. So we're taking this home on wheels all over the country.

Uh, I like to I like to more like say that we're taking this shit show on the road and we're bringing it to you. We're gonna bring it to you live here on our channels, as well as we're going to then go to neighborhoods near you. But what uh Miss Clara is alluding to is that every every one of our episodes, we're going to have a section called the mailbag. And that's where you guys can send us emails to our email, which is nextdoorswing at gmail.com. Bam. Just send us an email with you when you have questions, and we will bring them up either on the podcast here, or we might just uh go ahead and hit you guys right back up and pass that information along to you. So that's another part of our what is our mailbag and what you expect each time. There'll be a little portion in there where we're gonna take questions and answer them just for you, the listeners up there. So the the next thing, probably the biggest thing on the really on our to-do list is uh when is this podcast gonna come available and where is it gonna be at? So next is what?

When when our uh podcast is launching January 2026, and our goal is to launch the podcast with a few episodes. So we'll probably launch with uh maybe two to four episodes, and then every month we want to put out two to four episodes, and each episode will be anywhere between 20 minutes and maybe 45 minutes, even an hour, just depends on what location we're at and how much really we have to talk to you and tell you about that location. And then the episodes will come out, like I said, about uh two to four times a month, depending on where we're going and how much traveling we're doing as well. So that's when you can expect our episodes. But I will let you know on our socials when new episodes are coming out, so keep an eye on those.

Upcoming Destinations And Events

Yeah, so we are launching, as Ms. Kore said, in January, and we can't I we're so excited to bring all this information to you. So uh probably the next portion, and this is probably I would say number one priority for us is when we uh divide these locations up. What where are we gonna go and you know how are we gonna bring them to you? So, where are we going in the near future, or what episodes can you expect in the near future?

So on our docket right now, we have episodes. We are based out of Florida, so many of our locations are here in Florida. We're going to be talking early on about events, like there was a big event in Key West every year. It is called Fantasy Fest. Fantasy Fest.

Fantasy Fest. We are we have we've gone there several times. Yep, and then we're gonna enjoy the hell out of it.

Yep. So that is an event. We're gonna talk about that. We're also gonna talk about locations like Secrets and Caliente, those are resorts here in Florida, but also clubs like Trapeze. We're gonna talk about that. There's a um Trapeze, and then we're gonna even talk about nudist beaches. There's a nudist beach, a couple of them here in Florida. So we want to tell you about those. We've also done a little travel in the past year to um Naughty New Orleans, which was in New Orleans. We're gonna tell you about that. And then we also just recently visited Eros in Knoxville, so that's coming up on the docket.
