And there's been a lot, folks. I tell you, we have been traveling around a little bit just in Florida, but we went over to Auburn Dale and checked out Margaritaville. What a great resort. Yeah. We had a great time.

Camp Margaritaville. So it is RV and they have casitas there to rent.

Yeah, it was great. It was a great spot. Had some great pools. We got to enjoy some nice sunny weather. But as you can tell now, we've got our boots and pants on. It's a little chilly out there.

It's cold in Florida. We are gearing up this weekend for Gasparilla. That is the big event. Blast weekend in Tampa is the big Gasparilla event, and it is going to be the coldest Gasparilla on record. It's so cold that we bought jackets that are heated jackets that have battery inserts in them.

They're talking snow in Tampa, Florida, guys. Right. Snow. Did I did you catch that? Snow. We might need to fire up the RV and go a little bit further.

What Is Caliente

Let's start with the what. What is caliente? Caliente is a luxury lifestyle clothing optional resort. And I say resort because it truly embodies all that is the resort. Here at Caliente, people live on property. It is a um a property that's 125 acres. It has multimillion dollar homes, it has townhouses, condos, casitas, RV sites, as well as a hotel, and it has a spa and seven pools, it restaurants, it is just the epitome of the resort in in uh Florida.

When we say resort people, um I'm telling you, this is not your typical sandals, this is not your typical little uh, you know, hotel and then a couple pools. This is a community. It has a wall around it, it has great security out at the front gate. Uh, you check in as you come in through the front gate. They tell you to go up to the front at the uh, I guess the clubhouse is what you would kind of call it. You go to the clubhouse and then you go through security there as well, but then that's where you get your wristband and everything taken care of there. We'll get into all those details later on, but I'll tell you, this is not just your average 125 acres. That's a big playground. That's a big playground. And like uh Miss Cora said, it's got hotel, it's got casitas, it's got camping spots for RVs, and it's also got their own houses, like straight up million-dollar houses and condos.

Yeah, it's beautiful property, multiple walking trails around the property. There's also the tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball. Um, there is seven pools. It was opened in 2004 as an actual resort. Everyone who lives on property or attends Caliente has to have a membership. They do offer day memberships and annual memberships as well. So that's a little bit about the what. All right. Let's talk about the who. Who are the patrons that come to Caliente?

We are. We're here, we're here a lot. Uh of course, it's close to us, so we're here quite often. And uh, we've been coming here probably wow, no, it's been since 2016. Yeah, was the first time we ever came here.

So 10 years. And uh I tell you, we love it here because it is an open community. Yes, it used to be a nudest resort back in the day, but now they're gearing more towards lifestyle community. Open more to our community, and they built these playrooms just for our community, folks. I mean, think about it. The playrooms here have only been open for the last couple years, and uh, these are some of the best playrooms that we have uh we've ever been participating in and uh doing this lifestyle swinger thing. But this has been a fantastic, not only just Dave, but this is a fantastic resort to come to.

Who Comes Here

So a little bit more about the who that comes here. Most of the people here are professionals. There are professional people, most of them.

I was gonna ask, you mean professional swingers? Professional, no, okay.

Professionals, you know, in life. Um, it is an upscale property. Um, most I would say the median age depends on when and where you're at on property. On a Saturday night in the club, I think the median age is probably 40. At the pool on a Sunday late afternoon, the median age might be 60. It just depends on where you're at and what part of the resort you are.

Yeah, and I think I can officially or we can officially say this uh because we've come here Thursday nights, Friday nights, Saturday nights. One of our best days to come down here actually is on Sunday. Sunday fun day here is phenomenal. We love coming on Sunday, fun day, relaxing by the pool. However, what I I mentioned all that to say, every time we've come here, you always meet people from different places, different locations. People come here to travel for a vacation to get away. Some of them are just nudists, some are the lifestyles, some are kind of in between trying to figure it all out. But that's what we absolutely love is the fact that you're is this community of people coming here, flocking here, enjoying Tampa, enjoying the warm weather we have down Florida, and then obviously the pools and the hot tubs and stuff, you cannot, you can't beat.

It's a it's a resort type of environment you can go to without a passport. Um, a lot of other places like this are in Mexico or you know, outside of the United States. This is, of course, in the United States, which leads us right to the where Caliente is located 25 miles north of Tampa. So if you're coming to Caliente, Tampa International Airport or St. Pete uh airport would be a great place to fly into. And of course, you you know, driving distance, it's just um just north of Tampa. So very easily accessible uh in the Tampa area.

And the first time we came here uh 10 years ago, back in 2016, we actually flew in with some friends down to Tampa, and it was an easy commute up here and then enjoy ourselves up here. So yeah, it's very easy to get to. Sounds like you know, 25 miles might be a little bit far, but no, it's very easy to get here.

Yeah, definitely. All right, let's talk about when. When do people usually come to Caliente?

Or I mean I mean, I'm sorry, as as often as they want. No, uh the all all year round. And that's what the great thing is about Florida, except for right now when we got this cold weather. Uh, but even still, you can come here and enjoy the the pools.

Where It Is And How To Get There

But the you know, the the big parties are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. So Thursday is always like a ladies' night, Friday's is geared towards couples, but everyone comes. Yep. And then Saturday is probably the largest, like party night. Sunday is usually Sunday fun day. They do big football parties, big football parties during the football season. Um and it's a like near the sports bar. But people will vacation here for a whole week and or you know longer. And then again, people also live here as well. The biggest times, the busiest times at Caliente are Halloween and New Year's Eve. Those are the two biggest parties of the year here at Caliente.

I would just say if you're looking to travel here during a holiday season or holiday event, uh make sure you get on uh the website and get your membership and get your tickets to get down here.

Also, three-day weekends are very popular here at Caliente because of the people who come from out of state. So the holiday weekends, three-day weekends are very, very popular here. All right, now why? Why would you come to Caliente?

The better question is why not? I mean, why not? Honestly, because this place is beautiful. Yeah, they obviously put the money into the facilities, it has great restaurants, it has great bar staff, great bar, you got the playrooms if you're in the lifestyle swinger world, you've got it all right here at your fingertips, and you could just walk over to your hotel or casita, you know, your hotel room or casita, or whatever you might be wanting to do here.

When To Visit And Big Events

So let's talk a little bit about the way the resort is set up. You had mentioned that in order to come into the resort, you have to go through security. It's there's a wall around this, and so it's very secure. I love that about um this particular location. And then you come to the clubhouse. When you go into the clubhouse, you also have to go through security. Again, you usually will get a wristband. When you first walk in, um, behind the security area is what we call the piano bar. There is a piano bar, it is um great for music, kind of a relaxing area. Off to the side of that is the fine dining. They have a fine dining restaurant complete with tablecloths and very, you know, excellent menus.

Yeah, and let me just put a shout out there too. The martinis they make at the piano bar.

The espresso martinis on point. I usually start my night right there. Yeah. Get me one of those espresso martinis. They are fantastic. They're very yummy.

And then off to the uh up backside of the fine dining is the sports bar. And in the sports bar, um, that is where obviously the football parties are at, but also a little um not as upscale environment. You can easily go in there in shorts and a t-shirt or nothing at all because we are at a clothing optional resort. I was just getting ready to say it. When you do that, let me just talk just for a minute about etiquette. When you do that and are naked, make sure you have a towel because etiquette at a clothing optional resort means putting a towel down and not sitting on a chair in your bare buff nude, right? And so if you go into the sports bar, take a towel, sit on it in the sports bar.

Upstairs, the other spot on the other side of the piano bar is the um nightclub. The nightclub is very fun on Fridays and Saturdays. They'll often have bands in there and DJs.

Why Caliente Stands Out

Absolutely. And it's one of the best nightclubs that we have ever been into, not only just for lifestyle world, but anything in between. It has a great big stage up front, great big dance floor area, a ma amazing sound system, and great light show. And that's all up front, where in the back you have this nice big bar where they're seating around it to where you know you you have pl ample opportunity to meet people, talk to people. It sometimes it gets a little loud in there, depending on the DJ or who's playing. Um, but sometimes it's not that bad to where you can actually sit in the back and just kind of talk, chant, uh chill out, hang out, have a drink, have martini if you want to, and then uh enjoy your night back there if you want didn't want to get up on the dance floor and enjoy yourself up there. So there's really a lot uh to do for anybody that wants to do anything and from you know getting wild and crazy right on to the just enjoying themselves.

Something I wanted to mention about the dance floor is one of the reasons I love to come to resorts like this, lifestyle or clothing optional dance um clubs, is because on the dance floor, I can dance and have a good time with my spouse or with my girlfriends or other guys and not have the etiquette there, right? Like people here, they know the etiquette. They know not to grope you, they know not to touch, they ask before, things like that. And so I much prefer dancing at a club like this rather than at a vanilla bar.

Absolutely. Yeah, yeah. So that takes a lot of the security concerns off my shoulders to where make sure that uh Miss Corra is nice and safe while we're out there dancing and fun. And who does not like watching their wife dance with some hot chick out of the dance floor?

That is true. So other places uh here in the clubhouse, down.

Hold on, wait one second. Let's talk. I I I just had this flash into my uh into my head. We also got to talk about in the dance club itself, on the dance floor, anywhere, anywhere, you can be naked. So even on the dance floor, don't get surprised if it's the first time you come here and you're out there and you're in your you know dress and uh you know you all of a sudden you see somebody naked on the dance floor. You can be naked on the dance floor.

Clubhouse Tour And Etiquette

Um there's no sexual activity allowed in the club, but you can be nude. Very hard. However, I would say 95% of the people are not nude. They have a sexy dress on, maybe lingerie, they're in whatever costume for the theme for the night, whatever thing.

I I actually do that. Sometimes I'll bring, I'll start in a sexy dress and then I'll have lingerie that I change into. Speaking of changing, downstairs, um, so that's the upstairs when you walk into where the piano bar is at. By the piano bar, there's a set of stairs. You can walk down the stairs, and when you get to the bottom of the stairs, um there is a lust um little boutique shop. There's also the playroom where we're at. This that's downstairs. There's a locker room. There's also a gym and a sauna area and a yoga studio. But their locker room is really important. When we first arrive at Caliente, we always have a bag. And then we, like I said, I'll start in a nice sexy dress. And then sometimes my heels, and then sometimes I will come, I'll put my bag downstairs when we first get here, dance a little bit on the dance floor, then come downstairs and I'll do a wardrobe change and get my lingerie on, usually change the shoes, and then go back to the dance floor, dance a little while longer. And then if we come here to the playroom, I have that locker in which to go to locker and then derobe a little bit. Because the dance the this playroom is a part of the resort, you cannot come into this playroom with clothes on.

Yeah. There's even outside the playroom in the lounge area, and you guys will see this on the shorts that we did earlier or on the promotionals we did earlier, but there is a locker room area inside the playroom area for and they will make you. The attendants will stop you and make sure you get derobed, put all your stuff into a locker, put your number on your arm somewhere. I think they put like a number on your usually do.

It's like a with a highlighter and they use a little special light to look at.

Black lighted marker. Yeah. Uh but that allows you to then get into your locker afterwards as well. They'll hand you a towel, and then after you get your towel. Now, uh, don't forget though, guys, and uh we probably should leave this for a little bit later uh as well, but I'll bring it up later too. Um, don't your go bag. You gotta make sure you have your go bag with all those essentials in there too. And that's what's great about the lockers, you can put it in the locker and keep everything there and then just go back and forth as you need it.

Right. So here in the playrooms, also when you derobe, um all phones have to stay in lockers, smart watches have to stay in lockers. Of course, you cannot wear those glasses, the meta glasses, those are not allowed. Yep. And then also they want you naked all the way down to your socks. So no socks in the playroom. So if that's a problem, you can insider tip bring flip-flops to wear.

You you may do that um inside. But once everyone walks into this playroom area, they're naked or in a towel. And it's nice because it kind of levels the playing field. It it's a it's different than some of the other clubs that allow for.

You know, everybody's in here for a reason and they're here to do something.

Exactly. And if they're watching, at least they're watching in a towel and not, you know, in their full clothing.

Exactly. Especially as it's cold out right now. Right, exactly. Everybody's wearing jackets.

Um, on the outside of the of the property, um, there are, like I mentioned, seven pools. There is a pool with a beautiful grotto and waterfall. There's also conversation pools, there's volleyball pools uh as well. So lots of places to lounge around them.

Yeah, and the conversation pool is more like a big hot tub. And uh we call it the conversation pool because normally at nighttime, uh just like the playrooms are open during certain times, up in the uh conversation pool, hot tub, uh you're allowed to do the um hanky panky up there as well. And uh things go on outside in the conversation pool as well. So yeah, um, but mostly at night.

Oh yeah, yeah. That's that's more acceptable in the evening.

Nightclub Vibe And Consent Culture

It is uh caliente resorts with an S dot com. CalienteResorts.com. All of the particulars are on there to include some of the how information. Now, the how. One thing I really like about Caliente is they offer a daily membership. You don't have to get a monthly or six months, you can just get a day membership, and you can also do just an evening pass. That's usually what we do because they have different pricings.

And when we say membership, that's really just your pass for that day or for that night to come in. It's it's a little bit different than most places. Some places you have to buy a membership and a party event uh or party pass or whatever it is, uh here at Caliente. You're just paying to get into the resort and then everything else comes alive to you just by using it.

Exactly. We often enjoy coming on a Saturday night after six. There's special pricing. Um, and then we'll just come for the evening. Although you can come for the whole day and um, you know, sit by the pool for a while and then have the nightclub and playrooms for a while. And again, there are showers here and there are lockers, so you could bring and stay a whole day here at the resort if you're just visiting Tampa.

You just remind me of something that I wanted to bring up when we talked about the lockers just a minute ago. One of the things that I absolutely love about here in Caliente is that yes, they have the locker room. Just off the locker room, they actually have a set of bathrooms and showers that if you are for some reason you're down at the beach and you want to come up here, you want to shower and quickly get ready before you're going upstairs and partying, you can do it right here. Just bring your stuff with you and uh just do it here as well. It that's a really nice, uh, nice added feature. And uh again, for guys, uh, which is a big deal, there's bathrooms everywhere. There's bathrooms down here in the playroom area, there's bathrooms right outside the playroom area, there's bathrooms right outside the club, there's bathrooms. It seems like there's bathrooms at every corner, anywhere you look. So for me, I like that because uh, you know, often they have to go to the bathroom and just go, yeah.

There there is. And another thing that's everywhere here is there's multiple bars. And so even outside by the pool, there's two places to get drinks. Upstairs, inside, I think there's four places to get drinks. And then they have outside during the day, they'll usually have servers as well that will bring you.

Playroom Rules And Locker Logistics

And one thing that we hit on a little bit at the beginning, uh, that I want to also highlight here is security. Uh, we talked about the security at the front gate. We talked about security upstairs at the very front when you come walking in. However, even down in here in the playroom area, when play is going on down here, there are security guys or there's attendants walking through, walking around, making sure this is, you know, obviously shenanigans going on, but making sure everybody has is doing the right thing.

Consensual shenanigans, let's put it that way. Um, but even out on the dance floor, uh in the club area, there's uh security just about everywhere. Right. And which is nice to see because you can sit back and then enjoy yourself and relax and get done.

Another thing about that security is nowhere on property are people allowed to take pictures or videos. Um, we luckily have been able to get some special permission today. But if you're a patron here, like out on the dance floor, if you're just taking a picture of your wife, security will come over to you and tell you to delete it.

Um busted first time we came here. We didn't know. I got busted, didn't know, didn't pay no attention to it.

Now they do have um a photo op area upstairs, usually by the front. You know, they have and like if there's a Christmas tree or if there's photo op areas that you're allowed to take pictures there, but not with anyone in the background. That's the biggest thing.

That's completely reasonable because yeah, privacy, not only privacy, but remember this is a clothing optional, which really used to be a nudist resort. It's clothing optional now, uh, you know, lifestyle resort. So we got to be respectful for everybody.

Everyone that's here, exactly, exactly. All right, so you I love that you just mentioned that because uh nudist and lifestyle, we have both here at Caliente. There are people that are more naturalists, nudist, they just you know come here or live here on property to be naked, to be one with nature, and they feel comfortable with that. And then we have lifestyle people, and those are on to me, again, on the spectrum, I put all of those people on the same spectrum. So be um a Cognizant of that when you come to those this resort specifically, that uh not everyone is into lifestyle activities, and that's okay. Um, you know, we all intermix and love this place equally. All right.

I think we've got the uh all the W's and all the how-to and all that down. However, we want to go into what we love, and that is to tell our story here at Caliente. And we're gonna do something a little differently this time because we've been here so often, we're gonna talk about the first time we came here and then we talk about the most recent, which is uh quite surprising uh still to me and uh to Miss Cora as well.

Yeah. So let's talk about the first time we were here. What let's give us some of the details about the first time we were here.

So the first time we ever came here to Caliente, I think we were lifestyle less than a year or maybe right about that year mark, and we were nervous. We had some friends that were members, and they said you have to go to Caliente with us, and all we could envision was just naked people everywhere and everyone having sex all over the place, and we were a little scared. We had never been like naked, we didn't hang out naked, we didn't mind what how to do that.

We were living in Virginia at the time, Virginia Beach area, and we were traveling down here with some friends from DC. And uh we got off the plane and then we rolled up.

But before before we even got off the plane, we were practicing at home to have a few.

Pools, Conversation Hot Tubs, And Policies

We were practicing being naked. I was doing the dishes, I was doing everything in the house. There you go, you heard it right here, ladies and gentlemen. You heard it right here. So fellas, get out that vacuum and start start doing it naked, and they'll turn your wife on.

So we were practicing being naked around our own house, which was hilarious to us because we were so nervous about coming here and being completely open and vulnerable and naked. However, when we got here, what happened after we like got off the plate?

When we got here, the very first time we went out to the pool, it was actually quite uh amazing. I was still on military active duty service, so I was a little reluctant to you know drop trial and just go at it. Uh, however, we went out to the pool, and then as soon as I was standing there and I was doing one of these sunglasses on, and he was like looking at the cross. I was looking around, looking around, I immediately found out that fellas, guess what? We all have the same damn parts and we all look a little bit different, but you know what? It's okay. You can be different, everybody can look different, everybody can enjoy themselves, still have a good time. So when I dropped trial, um, I don't think I put my clothes back on the entire weekend.

It was freedom for this thing. I was like, I have found my tribe.

Yep. And it was so much fun. We had to blast that first weekend here. Uh now back then when we came here the first time, it was more just like a nudest resort, clothing optional. It didn't eat they didn't have the playrooms at that point. They did have the upstairs. Now play did happen, but that was only with the couple that we were with in our hotel room. But uh that's another good thing, right? Is that they have hotels here as well. So you can always take it back to your room, take it back to your room. Uh, however, that time we just used uh, you know, really was just come down here to party and have a good time in the club. Check it out, uh, and check out the restaurants and stuff. And it was phenomenal.

It was a great introduction into a lifestyle resort. And one thing, one thing that was kind of a bummer is that this coming to Caliente in the beginning raised the bar for me.

So now a lot of the other places that I go, I'm kind of comparing it to Caliente, and I'm like, eh, but it's okay.

Sometimes it you're you gotta make sure to you're contrasting apples and oranges too, and just remember that. That's right. Uh, because again, caliente is a little bit different than most other places and most other resorts that you're we're gonna tell you about because we're gonna go to them all. Uh now, fast forward to the last time, or most recent time.

Memberships, Passes, And Pricing Tips

Yeah, and this might get a little go into NC17, maybe even to we came here on a random Saturday night and with no friends, with no plan in mind. We had an easy Saturday night. We wanted to just come up and chill and dance a little bit. And we did. We came up, we went to the piano bar. I think you had your espresso martini. I got a drink. We went into the club, we danced a little bit, we were getting hot and heavy. And you know, it was early, it was about 11, 11:30, and we thought, okay, it's time to go to the playroom. Let's go ahead and go down.

Let me let me let me bring up one other little point because uh I say this often and I bring it, I love bringing it up. Uh, we communicated early, and and Miss Cora actually communicated to me and said, you know, babe, we've got a lot going on the last couple of weeks. I just want to, if we go downstairs to the playroom, I just want it to be between you and I, just sex between you and I. And I was like, hey, that's fine.

I didn't want company that night.

That's great. That's fine, Dandy. Uh, however, we did about 11:30. We communicated to each other. I was like, hey, let's take it downstairs and let's go, you know, have some fun and then we'll call it a night. So we came downstairs.

And we, of course, we derobed in the front of the locker, got our locker, all of that, came in. And again, it was just him and I that night. We just happened to want to come into a group play area. And we did it that night, it was kind of busy down here. We couldn't find a room.

It was quite busy. And we walked around to the couple different rooms, and it's kind of crazy that we're actually sitting in the playrooms right now talking about this. But literally right around the corner uh here, there's a little back area by the showers that we didn't really know about until that night. But we walked back there, and lo and behold, there's one little playroom area back there. And uh we walked it was like a double bed. It was a double bed, and we walked in. There was another couple playing on the bed, and we walked in, we said, Do you guys mind if we join you and just you know use this part of the bed?

Yeah, do we might do you mind if we use this side of the bed? So we went in and that was our communication to the other couple, too. So that's a great way to communicate to another couple.

So we got in situated on the bed, and uh it was look up, and there's this bright light right above Miss Cora's head. So I hey I got my go bag, so I got out of her little uh my eye mask, your little eye mask, put her mask on, and uh she laid down there and we just were playing with each other.

A bright red light beating down in my eye, and I was I had had a hard time like looking up at it and concentrating because that light was so bright. But when he put the um mask on me, I was like, Oh, that's much better. And again, it was just him and I playing, so it was perfect.

And then I got out the oil, the coconut oil, and I was massaging her, giving her a nice massage. Well, then the lady of the other couple rolled over and says, Do you mind if I touch? And then Miss Corridor was like, No, don't mind at all. Okay, that's fine. There was touching involved, they started kissing, and of course I'm back having a great time and enjoying her. And at that time, I think we even started fucking.

Yeah, we were having sex. We were having sex. So I'm laying on my back, he's like you know, missionary in front of me, and the the woman on this side of me, you know, she was touching and I was touching her.

It was and then I noticed that uh the husband of the couple next to us, he kind of just laid behind his wife, and then the wife grabbed my hand and then started, you know, and I was like, Oh, okay, so she's okay with me touching her boobs. So I started touching her boobs. Her boobs, yep. And I thought, hey, this is great, okay. I see what's going on, it's good, but I'm still concentrating on Miss Cora. And then all of a sudden she grabbed my hand and took her down to her um vagina area, and we started playing with that area, and then all of a sudden she formed my hand into a fist. And then all of a sudden, next thing I know, she's putting my fist inside of her. And next thing I know, I am doing one of these things inside of her, and my mind was blown. I was like, what is going on? I was like, uh never done that before. Never done this before. However, I started seeing the enjoyment on her face. She was loving it. She was on another planet. I was looking over at Miss Cora. She still had her mask on.

Our First Trip: Finding Our Tribe

Discount online. And then also another tip Friday nights is a special. They do, they're doing$20 in just right now for couples only. So it's uh substantially cheaper to come in. If you just want to check out Caliente if you're local or if you're visiting Tampa, usually Friday nights is a good time to come. It's not as busy as a Saturday. If you're looking for the busier party, the busier party is on Saturday. Those are my two.

And if you're looking for just a nice chill day, Sunday fun day crowd, this is the place to come. You can sit out by the pool, be naked, listen to a band. They usually have a great band. Uh, we absolutely love Sunday afternoons up here. It's it's great, Caliente Resorts.

I tell you, the very first thing is the nudists are going to be the ones that are naked. Um and and I say that I saw I say that co wholeheartedly uh and kindly saying that when you walk in, you absolutely it's kind of strange to think of this, but the nudists they'll they'll be naked doing everything. I mean, we've driven in and we've seen them playing pickleball naked, naked, uh walking around naked.

Uh actually do a 5k run here at Caladon Tank naked.

And there's people in their in the out in the neighborhood, because again, this is a big community, 125 acres, and they're naked everywhere.

You'll be and then the lifestyle swinger people tend to come in with clothes on and then just generally through the day, through the night, get looser, might be alcohol induced, uh, but they get a little bit looser and then the clothes start flying off and then they're naked. Right. Uh, but then you get that mixture of both. So probably the best answer is to say, um, well, as I always love to say, uh, communicate. Just communicate, communicate, communicate.
