SPEAKER_01What's going on?
SPEAKER_04That's cute. Q welcome to the building, bro. Thank you, thank you, my brother. Thank y'all for having me. Of course. It really, it really is good to be here and to see the growth. You know, I've I've been privy to wholesome minutes. Not the name specifically, but the idea since its inception. So I'm gonna actually be on set. Here. Rocking out with niggas. Yes. Shout out to y'all. Thanks. And I just want to send y'all y'all came, y'all saw your color credit. This was definitely dope. So I'm happy to be here, man.
SPEAKER_10Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_01For sure, ladies. How was the week?
SPEAKER_10Long.
SPEAKER_01Busy. Yeah, yeah. Niggas was doing shit all week long, bro.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. And I don't even work.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, my week's a blur. I don't even know what I was on.
SPEAKER_04She wasn't even a week. Blinked. A day. Yeah, honestly. Straight blur. Yeah. You know? All you can't do, like, like it's better than I don't say not working. You know, I love my sister, but it's it's better than not, it's better than not doing that. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Being busy is stressful, but not being busy got its own level of stress that I don't want to be able to do. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, but a lot of blessings come with being busy too. Think about it.
SPEAKER_01100%. For sure. But yeah, guys, let's get into some attitude and gratitude.
SPEAKER_05I know.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_01Alright, so today I wanted to talk about something that was like, first off, I've been seeing this particular thing show up in my leap my life all week long. And the thought that I had was what you believe is what you see. That's what I want to share for attitude and gratitude today. We have this 10-pound mass of gray matter in our heads, every single person on the planet. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_07But sometimes that's all it is.
SPEAKER_01And it's always trying to prove you right. Your brain is literally always trying to prove you right. So when you believe something bad about yourself, or you believe something negative about yourself, your brain doesn't like the cognitive dissonance, so it's trying to prove your reality right. And that's why you see fucked up shit in your life, or you constantly can point out the negative thing, you can constantly see that, right? But on the vi on the opposite side of that, if you are um if you believe that you can succeed, if you believe that you are the right person for the job or the perfect candidate for whatever you're doing, your brain's gonna also believe that and make that reality happen for you. So my question to you for today for today's attitude and gratitude is what are you telling yourself that your life is trying to agree with?
SPEAKER_10Who wants to go first?
SPEAKER_01Me? Uh that I'm him. She and you fucking are, bro.
SPEAKER_04You know, like I I I won't say I grew up the runt of the litter, but like in my past, you know, I probably was at the bottom tier of the upper echelon. You know what I mean? Okay, you know that kind of person? Like I'm uh I'm the lowest of the good crowd, you know what I mean? Okay, so within that kind of dynamic, you still have that ugly duckling syndrome. You're just not the ugliest duck under land, you know what I mean? Okay. So I won't so I would say for me realizing that I have a natural inclination to be what people consider as having a good brain. I don't I don't want to like be long-winged about it, but what people consider as having like a sound view on things, okay. And being a person that people can look to and actually put their put they put their foot on the things that I say and have it be beneficial to them. Yeah, yeah. And people recognizing me for that, like intrinsically, like even if they don't want to, because they still gotta, you know, come and cue for some shit. Yeah, yeah. So it's like realizing that I'm that person is has been that, you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I love that. What about you, Lady Crystal?
SPEAKER_10Well, today uh we went on a walk and on the drive to the we went to Lake World. You guys know where that's at. Um on the drive there, I was just saying how like, you know, I just want to buy land and I talk about it all the time. And I'm like, oh, I could even live out here. I don't care. Jelanson, you know, Dwaynsburg, whatever. It's just right there. It's full of hard lands.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_10So we came out, we just went and sat by the pond, came back out, and there was a guy out there, and we just started talking to him, and he owns a farm. He owns uh Mariahville Farm. Mariahville Farm, but uh love of bacon. For the love of bacon. He owns that spot. Now we drive past there all the time. And I was telling him that, and he offered for us to come work on his farm on Saturdays in the mornings. That's dope. And like at the end of the conversation, he's like, and I got land for settle, like right over here and in fucking Dwayne'sburg and shit. And I'm like, bro.
SPEAKER_04That's a land like deaths.
SPEAKER_10You hear me? Like and it I cried. It made me card. I was crying. That's just too real. Like, I feel like a lot of times, a lot of the shit that I've been saying just been coming to fruition, and it's overwhelming in just a real beautiful space. And just to have that guy offer us, you know, I want a homestead, like I want to learn how to do all those things.
SPEAKER_01Hunting, all that shit.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, he said he would take us hunting.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_10It was just he was a real cool dude, Bob.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. That's what's so that to me a lot of what I speak comes to life. And I find confidence in that because it's been happening. Yeah. Like a way to back.
SPEAKER_01Are you a good witch or a bad witch?
SPEAKER_10What about you?
SPEAKER_09For me, it's like me telling myself that I'm hungry. But like also obviously taking the steps to feel that way and be that way.
SPEAKER_10Just because so much of my life is like tied to having heart disease and having these surgeries and always not feeling well.
SPEAKER_04So um I would I would, you know, one of these, not one of these days, but I'm gonna get to you um my hawthong bearing stinging little tincture.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, because we'll make me some too, actually.
SPEAKER_04Oh, you may oh yeah, I mean, it's gonna be a good thing.
SPEAKER_03No, we're in this fight together. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So I'm happy. You know, I got my sister.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, for sure, for sure.
SPEAKER_10Please. And there's so many things you can teach me. I know how to make certain tinctures, you'll be mixing up the everything.
SPEAKER_04So berry is something that you should be ingesting every day. You should be getting that into the system every day. Like a lot of it. You know, I have No, you should, you should.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, and run out with that topic.
SPEAKER_04There's tons of like real like research and studies and you know, like that. Clinical trials and peer-reviewed studies done on it. It's really, really good for uh cardiovascular circulatory. And that's why I mixed it with the stingonetto. And that's why I mixed with the stingonella too, because that's also good to your blood.
SPEAKER_10Nerr.
SPEAKER_01That kind of vibe.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, so that's fine.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I love that. I received that too. I am healthy. What I am gathering from what we're saying is if you believe that life is against you, you're gonna see every setback. You're gonna see everything.
SPEAKER_10A hundred percent. See them setbacks and those.
SPEAKER_01You see opportunities in the setbacks, though.
SPEAKER_10Things that I need to attack and get over for the screen thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah. I never I never get consumed with one single battle in your life because you because resistance is like the cornerstone of growth. Right. If you hold a like with cannabis, right? When you when you hold a plant down a certain weight, all of the plant like stretches the other way, and if you let that point go, then it becomes like such a strong point because of the damage that was created in altering and what it created repair damage is such a strong, it's actually like a practice. You break the outer stem walls of your plant, and then you grow big knuckles, and those knuckles are like neutral high ones because it's just very, very resistance is the c is the is the cornerstone of growth. Like when you think about building your muscles, right? What you're doing is tearing the muscle fibers and then growing back. So it so truthfully, and and and a lot of like, you know, people that derive from you know the underworld, like is like the same. I don't really want to be around nobody who ain't been touched. You know what I'm saying? I don't want to do nothing with nobody who ain't never been touched.
SPEAKER_01It's hard to trust you. It's hard to trust your integrity.
SPEAKER_08I don't understand.
SPEAKER_04You know what I'm saying? So it's like you have to have some sort of resistance to have you know a resilience. Absolutely. I don't want to say it's not everybody, right? You know what I'm saying? There's anomalies. You know, there's people that are just stellar in the moment, doubtful. I'm not basing none of my calculations in anomalies. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, guys, that was what I had for attitude and gratitude. Again, I always say if you have an attitude, it's probably because you're not living in gratitude. You need to exercise that gratitude muscle, and you know, life and how you move is mostly your attitude. It's really not even about the details, it's how you choose to carry yourself in this.
SPEAKER_04Pessimism is fucked up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, bro.
SPEAKER_04So many people got it worse than niggas, bro. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Like, when I'm when I don't feel good, you know, I just hunker down and try to do the things to feel better. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? You can tap in. Wallow in that shit and piss poor performance.
SPEAKER_07Right.
SPEAKER_04And think that that's just gonna get you out of anything. For sure.
SPEAKER_07Do better.
SPEAKER_04Do better.
SPEAKER_07All right, now it is time for the show.
SPEAKER_05Name that too. Name it quote.
SPEAKER_04Before you start that segment, let's talk about. I got an attitude because these niggas they tell you about my child and have no gratitude.
SPEAKER_10Oh, nigga, we're gonna talk about it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we got you, bro.
SPEAKER_10Damn. That shit was fire, though. I'm always ruining their Reese's.
SPEAKER_01That is fine.
SPEAKER_05Bitch came Tenvo, didn't you? I said it would be him.
SPEAKER_10I said it would be him. All right. So we'll start you off with uh bitches. You can't see it on there.
SPEAKER_01Zero to 100.
SPEAKER_10Thursday, Drake ass nigga.
SPEAKER_01Here we go.
SPEAKER_10I don't get them as a problem.
SPEAKER_03You can't tell me I love that song. Let's zero to 100. I would have I would have gotten that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I would have gotten that.
SPEAKER_05Good job.
SPEAKER_01Good job, Big Wa. Early out the gate. Let's go.
SPEAKER_05He said it quick as hell. I knew it.
SPEAKER_10That's my fault.
SPEAKER_01Fuck all that rap to pay your bill, shit.
SPEAKER_10He listened to that every day. Real.
unknownEvery day.
SPEAKER_01Actually, it's funny you say that. The last part of that song is my favorite song I think Drake's ever made. The catch-up. I just find something really motivating about what he was saying. He says something like he says something along the lines of, I'm only 27, I'm getting better. If I haven't caught up yet, watch me catch up now for real. Some along those lines. I just thought it was really motivating. Yeah, it's not coming to me. That was I got it right. It was right. Zero to 100 and a catch-up are together.
SPEAKER_10That was good. Now for our movie quote. Shut up, niggas.
SPEAKER_01That was good. That was quick, yeah.
SPEAKER_10That's all right. That's right. You wanna get you, you wanna do it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_10All right. Next thing.
SPEAKER_09I know it.
SPEAKER_04Oh god. I need more of it. I know the song. I need more of it to like maybe.
SPEAKER_10She's not gonna give us more. I will not. But I can play the same.
SPEAKER_03Wait, wait, wait. What's the regular? Listen, can we go to the closing? Um regulation books.
SPEAKER_04How much of the song are you supposed to play? Because that was like less than five seconds.
SPEAKER_10And you're lucky you got that one. It was actually nine seconds. That was nine seconds. Play it again.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we get two more tries and then continue.
SPEAKER_10It's your second try.
SPEAKER_07So listen hard.
SPEAKER_01I don't, I know the song acts on all title.
SPEAKER_04It's coplayer.
unknownSad.
SPEAKER_10I'm not answering it.
SPEAKER_03I said it like I knew what it was. It is coplay.
SPEAKER_10That's confident. Remember, it's cold. He's him.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Until it comes to.
SPEAKER_10Alright, you got one more. Do you want me to play it?
SPEAKER_00Right. Fuck.
SPEAKER_10I need to get this time frame together. We're deliberating.
SPEAKER_06I can't even think of who the.
SPEAKER_01I don't know what the title is. I'm sorry. I'm embarrassed.
SPEAKER_03Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
SPEAKER_01Ten seconds, bro. I'm I don't know what. That should sound like fuck.
SPEAKER_10Loser. Heathens by 215. Here we go.
SPEAKER_03I wouldn't have got that.
SPEAKER_01It's slow. But it never got that anyway. Please don't get second mood. Nigga sold it out. That's why that was a good song.
SPEAKER_10Nyla, you better sit down and relax. Come on, girl. Come on, girl. Get on in there. All right. Next. Yeah. All right. Next movie quote.
SPEAKER_08House party.
SPEAKER_01Damn, bro. Now do you build? I guess I should have been outside a little bit.
SPEAKER_10House party. That's a fucking classic. That's a classic. How are we gonna not get that? Love that.
SPEAKER_04A lot of people don't remember class act.
SPEAKER_10What?
SPEAKER_04That was my I like that just as much as this house party, though.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, for sure. All right. Well, I did three because we have Q here as a special guest.
SPEAKER_03And I killed it.
SPEAKER_01He snapped. Yeah, he fucking ate.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I don't know about that.
SPEAKER_01I killed it.
SPEAKER_03I'm not gonna say I ain't gonna say that.
SPEAKER_09All right, next one. Not too much.
SPEAKER_03I can't use that phrase. Alright.
SPEAKER_01Wow, bro.
SPEAKER_10Look up, niggas. Don't rude to us when we have a I'm not being rude. I'm trying to get through my segment. I'm sweating. Alright. Next one.
SPEAKER_01That's funny.
SPEAKER_10Oh, what did I just do? A tune? Yeah. No, he didn't.
SPEAKER_01That was a quote.
SPEAKER_10Okay, hold on.
SPEAKER_04Mary J. Buddhist again. I don't know the name the song. I don't know at all. Do you have to I have to name the song? Yeah. Be a star.
SPEAKER_05No. God damn.
SPEAKER_04I don't know the name of the song.
SPEAKER_07No.
SPEAKER_04Who do you think you are?
SPEAKER_01I don't got it.
SPEAKER_10You guys just want to give up? No.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_10Would you like me to play it again? I'm gonna play it again. Gave you too much time.
SPEAKER_05Shame for Brandon's gonna be talking shit.
SPEAKER_10Piece of my mind?
SPEAKER_04Um give you a piece of mine.
SPEAKER_07No, I'm gonna give you a piece of my mind. And it's round.
SPEAKER_10That would be Can't Knock the Hustle by Jay-Z featuring Mary J. Why. You guys suck.
SPEAKER_03God damn, that's fucked up. Who's just I want that edited out?
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. Absolutely not.
SPEAKER_10Are you gonna sue us? All right.
SPEAKER_01That is funny.
SPEAKER_10Your last movie quote.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Not really a quote, but it's the body child. That's the movie quote.
SPEAKER_10It's uh I can just play the tune of a child. Wait, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_09Is that the bottom show? No, that's the one.
SPEAKER_10Don't keep asking me, nigga, when you say it, that and if it's right. Then I'll tell you what's right. Keep asking me. No, you think that it was even a cow.
SPEAKER_01I haven't heard that song in a while. Made it.
SPEAKER_10Nah, she gotta go, bro. I pause it.
SPEAKER_01Go to your bed.
SPEAKER_10I know how to edit, nigga.
SPEAKER_03That's that Caribbean shit. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Okay. Are we back? Are we back?
SPEAKER_01It's editing. It's recording.
SPEAKER_10All right.
SPEAKER_05Well that was it for maybe not you know.
SPEAKER_01Let me just go back. Say. That was hard. That that was a good round though.
SPEAKER_10Was it? Yeah. I try to make it I like the show um tune. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna start doing that. I just thought that would have been cool. For sure.
SPEAKER_01That's the yeah, there we go. Her fucking bread and butter.
SPEAKER_10No more shows.
SPEAKER_01Her fucking bread and butter round.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, that was good.
SPEAKER_01That's awesome.
SPEAKER_10Now it's done.
SPEAKER_09Well done to the delusion olympic.
SPEAKER_01Delusion.
SPEAKER_10It's crowded.
SPEAKER_04Full house.
SPEAKER_10It's crowded.
SPEAKER_05Anyway, it's delusional.
SPEAKER_03I usually have butterflies on the woman.
SPEAKER_05Delusional was our first delusion. Please don't mind my nigga.
SPEAKER_01You guys are hilarious.
SPEAKER_10That was good too. That one co-worker who acts like a manager. Are you trying to piss me off today? Damn.
SPEAKER_01You're delusional.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. Delusional as well.
SPEAKER_01And you don't want my job.
SPEAKER_10I I told the managers I don't want that job.
SPEAKER_03Um he's that co-worker. I'm not that co-worker. I don't have a job.
SPEAKER_04I'll tell you this one. I believe in going for what you want. And if a person is trying to embark on being management or raising up in that company, then that person should have the company's best interest at heart.
SPEAKER_01Agreed.
SPEAKER_04And people who believe we're fighting the fuck fuck the system or robers company for wherever, or just don't give. Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, because there's that, and then there's the people who just don't give a fuck. For a person who, and let's let's call me and you, I know you, you know, I don't know how you act at the word, but I know me and you, we don't give a fuck, right? So it's like those people are negatives too.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04For uh for the other side of that coin. Yeah, for sure. So a person who's embarking on that journey and tends to choose not to be aligned with those kinds of people, then for my objective view, it's not uh it's not delusional. But for who from my position in which is the other side of the coin, you can go to hell, you can go to hell.
SPEAKER_10You can go straight to hell. The deepest, darkest, hottest motherfucking sucking.
SPEAKER_04Writing something I don't want to get me monetized for. Because I I I particularly have a personal disdain for those kinds of people. Yeah, because I'm on the other side of that coin. Right. But believe you me, I do understand it. And if I was part of a company that I believed in and shit like that, then I I I wouldn't probably believe, yeah, I wouldn't allow people to fuck off around me and shit like that, especially if I give a fuck about the body line. Yeah, no. If it was my company, no. Yeah, then I would then so that's where I'm at with. Oh sorry.
SPEAKER_07No, don't no, that's awesome. I mean, I still don't give a fuck, but like, and I'm not gonna look at it in this case because this lady comes in just looking for shit, brother. Looking, girl, go get something.
SPEAKER_10To me, people like that have nothing else going on. Like for you to adamantly come in just looking for shit, and you're not the assistant manager who is supposed to do that. And this is my own personal choice.
SPEAKER_04Wait, this is a co-worker, or this is somebody.
SPEAKER_01Okay, that's a co-worker. Stay in your lane, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Stay in your lane, stay in your lane.
SPEAKER_04Your bitch. That's different. That's different. And and on top of that, we're all smart people here. Like, yeah, like we know the people that literally this is their only sense of power. Yeah, not even even not just power, their only stimulation for the day.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, is work.
SPEAKER_01That's the bad, that's the sad.
SPEAKER_04That's really a really sad existence. Yeah, the sad. Like all jokes aside, that's a mad sad. That's the majority of. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Down art's cool.
SPEAKER_04Well, it's not like do something. It's not, it's not like let's not be long-winded about it, but it's not linear like that for those type of people. It's not like I'm doing this, then you know, that creates a foundation, then they move on. No, it's one big swirl. Yeah, like that's their life. It's chaos. The whole thing is chaos. They create intricacies within a job. You're like, bitch, I take care of people. I listen, like, let's say Jenner is at square. Listen, I come here, sweep these floors, and get the fuck on. Okay. Yes. You could come here and think you're about to be part of the politics here, and that's what people do. Because that's like that job takes up their whole life. You like, I put this, I compartmentalize this one thing for eight hours a day so I can get home to the things that I really care about. Right. Honestly. And that's a whole different existence. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And it's really, to be quite honest, because we all have to exist, is really your management of that. You know, you know, if you feel like you're bigger, be bigger. You know what I'm saying? So it's really your management of those people who are kind of in that boat.
SPEAKER_01You know what I'm saying? I would still think you're delusional if you're a microworker and you're trying to run shit. The manager is there for a reason. There's policy and procedure for a reason. Especially as it relates to the organization.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I mean, I I just personally know the story of that happening. I see this guy nine years later and he's making over six figures called manager at war. You feel me? So this is the only reason I'm offering some sort of alternate view, because it happened, you know, at the end of the year.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, if you're striving for that for sure. But if you're not, then stay in your fucking place. Say you're fucking lame by the way.
SPEAKER_03I agree. Even if you are striving for that, leave me the fuck alone. Yeah, honestly.
SPEAKER_10Please, my shit is done. I'm not a perfect fucking employee, but I'm sorry, yes. Next, fuck it. I'm great. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, we all then fine.
SPEAKER_01What you got first?
SPEAKER_10You want change, but keep the same routine.
SPEAKER_01You don't. Yeah. I say if you want to change your life, you have to change your life. Um you.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Actually.
SPEAKER_10Different.
SPEAKER_04Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01It's impossible to do the same thing and be different. Yeah. It's impossible. Some people are afraid of that though.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. I think a lot of people are afraid of success.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, agreed. Alright, so we're in the car driving back from the conversation we just had with Farmer Bob.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And my heart's racing because I see the dream actually possible.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Tangible. Business card in the hand. And I'm having my heart's fluttering a little bit because it's like, holy shit. Could have it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01We're crying in the car, like emotions are running high. You know. But people are afraid of success. When you're meet, when you're met with it, and it's the universe is saying, all right, but what you gonna do?
SPEAKER_10Taking it, right?
SPEAKER_01You know?
SPEAKER_10We've been asking for these problems and then and fucking milk some cows.
SPEAKER_01Out there. Chuck inhale all of it. Yeah, I I watched, you know. I will do that.
SPEAKER_04I watched the documentary on microplastics, and definitely just want, I just definitely want to be in a more natural environment. But I've been on this journey for a while. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So I definitely just want to get a little bit back to this synthesized environment. You know what I'm saying? Like everything is just synthesized.
SPEAKER_10Kind of sick of me.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Like um when I was at your house, somebody that buys your products regularly, he was just saying how much it helped them. And it's all natural things, guys. Like these people are killing us.
SPEAKER_04That shit has literally kept me coming. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like literally, like I have tons of legit stories of people just, bro. I don't know what you got going on, bro. But yeah, thank you. Like I literally know watching older people come back into my house and physically look better.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. That shit's crazy. Yeah. We're gonna, I have so many questions about that. Larry, so what else you got for me? Sorry. I'm gonna ask him so many questions.
SPEAKER_09I'm gonna start eating healthy on Monday.
SPEAKER_04I literally am saying that.
SPEAKER_09So you're delusional, bro. Not now.
SPEAKER_04No, no, Monday.
SPEAKER_01Just a it's coming. No, I will say this as a reform fat nigga. You're lying to yourself. You're lying to yourself.
SPEAKER_04I get busy. Like, like most of the time I say it, I get busy, but it's like I always get to one week threes, one week fours, yeah, and just something get it on my nerve. And I'm just like, you know, I don't do a lot of the demonstrative things. And to be honest, eating fucked up is demonstrative. So let me not even diminish that. Yeah. But I don't like do the drinking and drugging and shit like I used to. So sometimes my dopamine spike literally just comes from going against a mighty. Yeah, I get that.
SPEAKER_03And to be honest, that's real. That's what's keeping the country fit. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Honestly. So sometimes I do fall into that because fitness is my highest hurdle of my wellness journey. Yeah. Because wellness is not a destination. Yeah, it's a journey. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? So the hardest part of my journey is fitness. You know what I'm saying? So, yeah, Monday I'm getting to it.
SPEAKER_02That is so weird. That is funny.
SPEAKER_01I say Monday is that it's funny you said that. You know, when I started like taking my f fitness seriously, I started fasting actually. I didn't wait till Monday, I just said I'm not gonna not eat anything else for the next 12 hours.
SPEAKER_08Nice.
SPEAKER_01And I disciplined my body to not do that.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And it feels great because your body starts doing autophagy. We can get into all that. So it's easy.
SPEAKER_08Like the amount of energy you get after. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04When you're a bigger person, go for autophagy. Intermittent fasting, you you're probably not going into in in a uh autophagy after like 16 hours. No, you can take it a little longer when you're when you're bigger. Two, three days. You need 24 to 30 seconds. Yeah. And somebody with a BMI that's that's much greater than mine, anybody, it's probably gonna take even longer.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, a couple days.
SPEAKER_04So a person should really get into like a 24-hour fast, you know what I'm saying, to really start to like really see the benefits of it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09Does this include water though?
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Water? Yeah.
SPEAKER_09Okay.
SPEAKER_04And and um bone brot bone broth. Yeah, yeah. Black coffee. If you want that, I don't I don't fuck with bone broth, but I fuck with tea. I don't fast without tea. Yeah, honestly. No. Mint. No, especially not my teas.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04Not ease your belly, Tony Stark, period, or Celly GGB. Let's go.
SPEAKER_10No, that's all I have for the Delusion Olympics.
SPEAKER_01So good. This is my favorite segment. I love the Delusion Olympics.
SPEAKER_05I love that.
SPEAKER_04I want to actually reason since it's her segment. There's like a wave of all right. One, I don't have TikTok and I don't know the most viral stuff. So I'm just going off of what I can gather from what I gather from social media.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So there's let's just give me, you know, two minutes. I'll just actually reset, I guess. And everybody can comment for more. But what's up with this? Like, I see a bunch of, you know what it is? Champion. Champion. Championing living in your delusion. Like, is delusion a good thing though?
SPEAKER_10Who's championing I don't want to say that word. Who's doing that?
SPEAKER_04No, it's a it's a it's a corner of the end.
SPEAKER_10No, they really are.
SPEAKER_04And I'm sorry. I mean if you're not familiar with that, then okay. But I think I've I've I've seen that. I've seen it.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Oh, you've oh so you have seen that.
SPEAKER_10I have seen that.
SPEAKER_04All right.
SPEAKER_10So what exactly is who's doing that? Who doing that? I mean, I feel like there's a couple different ways you could be doing that. So if you're being delusional in a toxic way, then I don't think that's like the best way to be living.
SPEAKER_08If you're being delusional in a way where you are in like a manifestation type of uh mood, or you know, like that's where your delusions are coming from.
SPEAKER_10Like, because like a lot of people don't believe in that type of shit. So if I'm like, I'm rich, you know what I'm saying? My money is on its way to me, or whatever. I feel like people don't believe in shit like that. So to them that's delusional. But for you, if this is something you wholeheartedly believe in and that shit is coming to you, then so my question is all right, somebody's saying that my money's coming to me.
SPEAKER_04She wake, she wakes up, she started with two clients, she got eyelashes, she's doing her eyelashes, my money's coming to me. Three months later, she got a third client. All right, my money's coming to me. That's calculative. That's calculation that leads to success. Yeah, somebody sitting back saying, oh yeah, I'm manifesting it, my money's coming back. That's delusional.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You see what I'm saying? Yeah. So you're not. It's like for me, if there is work behind it, yeah, then it is calculative.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's not, it's nothing delusional about that. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? But just the notion of this is going to exist and I'm going to do that's that's that's what I'm saying. You know, living, I'm delusional. I'm the like, you know, I'm delusional and I live in that. I don't know. I don't, I don't, I don't get that.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, I mean, I don't think it's like a mindset. Like doing that's like a mindset thing that you just understand if you're not in it.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Well, I said I've just seen it a bunch of times.
SPEAKER_01I think men do that too. Sometimes um they believe a certain thing about themselves, and or they don't believe a certain thing about themselves, even though it's actually true about their physical body or how they carry themselves, and they're expecting a different result in public, and that's them living in delusion.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01You know? Or for instance, I'll give you an example. I don't brush my teeth, I I don't take care of my physical body, and I don't understand why girls don't want to talk to me. You're delusional, bro. You're delusional, bro.
SPEAKER_04You know, I don't I delusion, just the word itself, I don't like shit about delusion for everybody who's watches.
SPEAKER_10Me either.
SPEAKER_04I don't like shit about delusion.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. That ignorance is bliss shit.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. That's why I like this segment because ignorance, ignorance can be bliss, right? Just that phrase that you're that's that that that that ignorance can be bliss. I don't want to stop that. But I don't believe in like active delusion, like active ignorance, like you wanting to not know some shit, or yeah, you not taking the opportunity to learn something how you can continue to be an ignorant fuck.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But ignorance is bliss because you could be getting money, you could you could start attending uh you could start eight-figure business, then you realize this motherfucker has some some Epstein shit, some shit going on, you'd be like, damn.
SPEAKER_00I didn't know. Yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_01But I didn't know I have to give up my eight-figure business. That's funny. Yeah. Well, folks, uh, I have some questions. Mr. Q, you're in the building.
SPEAKER_03What's good, man?
SPEAKER_01NY Wellness Collective. First off, how'd you get started on this whole journey of holistic health? Like, what led you to this space that you're in? That's kind of what I want to use the main topic for today. I just want to unpack that wealth of knowledge you have about this particular thing.
SPEAKER_04So, just to keep it short, I will say clinical anxiety. Interesting.
SPEAKER_01That led me to the wellness. So you were trying to find a solution for what you were dealing with? Yes. Okay.
SPEAKER_04So I mean, if you want to you want me to delve in a little bit.
SPEAKER_01I'm asking.
SPEAKER_04All right, so we want to know. So uh me and my kids' mom was breaking up. Okay. You know, I wouldn't have got me an apartment and shit like that. And, you know, I've always been just like kind of like almost like gruntish. Okay. You know, I just want to work and, you know, provide and chill like that and shit. So I didn't take into account how bad I was gonna have separation anxiety for kids.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And I just had separation anxiety really, really bad. So long story short, I was nauseous for a month straight. And I've had anxiety a long time. But this was I just couldn't shake it at all. But I had anxiety for a month, you know. Like Krista was around me a lot of that time too. So it was like I had anxiety and I couldn't shake it, and then it eventually, after it was like a month long, I'm like, yo, something is fucking wrong with me. You know what I'm saying? So I've always been like kind of like half nerd, I call myself that one time. I'm a half a nerd.
SPEAKER_10So I think it's more than half.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it might be it might be 730. 7030? Yeah, yeah. So now, so basically, because I'm panicking, you know, that's when you wanna get the best thinking out of your mind. Yeah. So I'm panicking because I'm not fucking with the white guys and white coats, you know. Okay, so so uh panicking. So lo and behold, through technology, because my algorithm wasn't shitty, right? So I had good things in my algorithm, and I have a good Rolodex. So through the universe, it culminated to the gut biome, which I already knew about, but I I I just wasn't, I was just going through too much to really like put a braille, to hone in on everything. So I get to the gut biome, you know, and I start thinking about my anxiety and and and and you know, serotonin's produced produced in the stomach and stuff like that. So long story short, it I get to herbs and shit, and then I come across valerian root, okay, which is a precursor to Valium, which is, you know, the Sackler family. You ever seen painkillers on Netflix?
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But you know what it's about? It's about oxycotton. Yeah. All right, they made their most money off of oxycotton, but what the grandfather got into the game with was value.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_04Valerian root, value.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's a benzodiapine, it helps with anxiety. So I got into the valerian root. I made me a tea out of out of pot out of out of cotton sift the valerian root. And let me tell you, valerian root stinks. Anybody who buys my supplements, yeah, I know valerial root stinks, but it works like a motherfucker. Okay. You know what I'm saying? So I made a tea, just stunk up my whole crib, but I drank it, you know what I'm saying? Also, let me let me step back because my man Dr. Higher Quality, he he he's a he's a huge part to my story. So he was making herbal teas because he's a vegan and he just needs extra nutrients. So the thought of an herbal tea was there too. Remember, I was telling him about I had a bunch of things in my hand. So, Dr. Higher Quality, shout out Kenyon Water, Dr. Higher Quality. Okay, but um basically I bought some Valerian root from the co-op, made me a making teas, and after three days, bro, I'm telling you, bro, the nausea stopped. And I was able to think, bro. Yeah, I was able to think, and I just lost my fucking mind once I read about volume and valerian root, and then I just started embarking on his journey. Because I was already growing cannabis and I was really into growing all food and stuff. Okay. So I already had, that's what I'm saying. I had all the building blocks to like be where I'm at. So when I realized what the pharmaceutical companies was doing and how much you can heal yourself from plants, yeah, you literally can go to a fucking Cumberland farms, bruh. Those nice flowers that they're growing, those are marigolds, those are fucking cone flower. That's echinacea. Oh wow. You dry those petals and you can fucking never have to buy. Yeah, don't put us on game, bro.
SPEAKER_10The co op is gonna get you right every time.
SPEAKER_04At the end of the day, the co-op is still capitalistic. Okay, they're buying low, they're selling high. I have no problem with the co-op. I love it. It's my favorite thing in Albany, period. But the point is, this stuff can be this first of all, half of this stuff is weeds and whack. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Destroy. Burdock root and milk thistle are weeds that we get rid of in national parks every fucking day. Wow. Okay, ghost plant is something we stomp on when we go hiking. Who's collecting it? We decorate Cumberland Farms, Stewarts, Coles. They decorate their fucking things with corn flour. Yeah. Okay? Guess what? They don't just let it die in mulch with it. No, they pick it out and it throw it away. Yeah. So all of those petals is medicine. So when I got into this shit, you should see I'm I posted my first video, which was the inception of the Wellness Collective. And I'm like, yo, I remember that first box I bought from the co-op.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I was like, so that was the inception, man. Just me, like being a half a nerd and not willing to just allow the I don't say this girl, because we all make our beds, and you got what I need. But allow my situation to really take me out. Because I'm not the I don't have the strongest mental foundation anyway, because I come from a very trauma-laden background. You see what I'm saying? Yeah. So I was not about to let it kill me. I was making my own money. I was creating the lifestyle that I really liked, and I wasn't about to let it kill me. So I needed these herbs. These herbs saved my fucking life.
SPEAKER_01Period.
SPEAKER_04Love that.
SPEAKER_01Period. I have a that's really good. I have a question. So being that you've been on this wellness journey, what's something that you notice that people think is working for them, but is actually or you've seen actually is not as effective? Maybe it's a root or an herb that somebody or is trendy, but it's not exactly as effective as it could be.
SPEAKER_04The one thing I I I don't like is one CMOS from if you can have your CMOS longer than 10 days, it's bad. If your CMOS could well mine last 14 days, right? But if your CMOS can last you longer than two weeks in the fridge, then it's it's not good. So that's one thing. I don't like the commercialization of CMOS because CMOS is the you can't say that because of me. No, no, no. You can say that. General health, CMOS is the best natural thing you can take. But for a person like me, I need my Valerian rule. Yeah. And my Ashwagan, I need my mental herbs. But you need both, really, right? So it's like you can't really put a thing on it. But uh what I would say, if somebody came to me for general health, um, tire all the time and information is bad, I'm gonna give them C MOS. Somebody who's saying, you know, I can't sleep, my mind, fuck on me, we're gonna valerian. You're a genius, bro. I appreciate it, bro. It's like, you know, it it gets hard to like hear it because of where I want to go. Yeah. You know, every nobody nobody sees where you want to go, they see you at.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, just go on your way.
SPEAKER_04Thank you.
SPEAKER_01100% for sure. Appreciate that.
SPEAKER_04Ladies, any questions for that? I want to give a wellness shout out to you, bro, because like niggas who really in tune, you know what I'm saying? Like, you possess something that we don't feel and I don't want to dive too much into it. I just want to give you your flowers for being you, bro. And continue to do that. I receive that. Thank you, bro. And continue to have, you know, your your your your gumption with it too. Yeah. Like you definitely have have a have a have a have a poise. You know what I'm saying? I receive that possess. Yeah. And if you are a holistic man like me, it's something to aspire to, you know what I'm saying? Because sometimes what we perceive is masculinity could be our uh to our detriment.
SPEAKER_01You know what I'm saying? There's no funny shit. So yeah, I receive that, right? I appreciate you, bro. Thank you. Respect you, bro. Thank you, man. Thank you. I appreciate you.
SPEAKER_06Oh, we love you, Stefan.
SPEAKER_01Love you guys too. Guys, that's all I have for uh our main topic. But what I will say is this um That was amazing. It's important to take care of your physical bodies, bro. And like Crystal said, they are lying to us and they're poisoning us at the same time. So if you're looking for a more natural, a more holistic way of taking care of your body, I recommend you check out NY Collective, NYWellness Collective.com.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_04And it all starts from food. So make sure you check out NY Bro Collective too. Because we definitely want to be growing your own fruits, vegetables, and medicinal plants.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_04Because that's where it all started from. But for the mother, for the people who, you know, we all are Americans for convenience. I have developed, you know, a line of products. You know, it's all handmade by me. And um they were seen them.
SPEAKER_09I've seen them me too, me too. But also, like, I'm literally sitting right here next to you and it shows. Oh my god! Like, I can see it in your skin. Thank you, I appreciate it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I appreciate it. And you know what's funny? It's like, so now y'all wanna go on some whole manager now? Yeah, go on the fucking fucking fucking fucking it's like I'm a I'm a I'm a I'm a motherfucker that love to go, yo, bro, that was those hard. Those shoes are and like people do it to me too. Yeah. And I like that. But there's a segment of our community that is like that will hate me. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, for sure. Now you wanna be hit. Right. You know what I'm saying? Hate is gonna hate anyway. It's like, it's like, for me, I have this conversation all the time. Like, I don't wanna be the only nigga left.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_04That's not my because if you really bout that, you wanna be in the gauntlet. Like, I want my iron to continue. Right, like I want to be able to make sure I'm sharp, bro. Honestly. You understand what I'm saying? It's literally everything. It's like instead of like we call we all should be aspiring to for longevity. Yeah, you know, that's that's that's the key, longevity. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, amongst other things too, right? But when you when you talk about your skin and look and all that, it's like right now, you know, I I hate to revert, it's like I've I tracked the code to the skin shit. I realize that everybody's treating their skin topically. Yeah, and it's why they don't have you know, interesting, again, there's things to supercharge the skin fix. Yeah. So it's like, okay, you're right, it's about what you're eating. Okay, I stopped everything. It it that that's just like not gonna work like that. You gotta, you gotta start having your liver start processing better. You gotta do that. Absolutely. You a lot of people don't understand about methylation. I don't want to make this the one episode. Methylation? Yo, sorry. Don't get their words. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I don't want to do that. Yeah, we're gonna make it. We're listening to you though. But it is like so so long so I got a better answer to wrap this up before I before I get super nervous. The answer to your question about what is people doing or not doing that I don't that it's about consistency. Right if you go if you just choose to do one thing, me, I'm a nut. When I jumped into this, I literally jumped into everything. Yeah. And it, you know, obviously that that worked to my advantage. My literally, my skin got better, I lost weight, everything, you know. My eye started being a school sharper, everything.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But if you could just stay, stick to something, that's the key. Sticking to something, like, do it every single fucking day. Absolutely. You know, but that that's it, yeah. Yeah, that's fine.
SPEAKER_05I do want to talk to you later.
SPEAKER_01Shout out to Hotokorture Q guys.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It is the fire, you know. I'm I'm ready to answer whatever, you know. For what I do know, because I'm also a person, I'm not into false prophets either. So I'm a I'm a huge proponent of let's look this up together. Uh-huh. Because sometimes what I realize, we were talking about this earlier. Stepmom likes looking at it. Bring it back on camera. But uh I finally have went to bed and been able to sleep, understanding that people don't have the same capabilities that I have. We all make a joke about it. Yeah. But it it permeates our life every day, not realizing that people just don't have the faculty. Yeah, yeah. You know, it's true. So, because you know, I love Chris to death, but we suffer from a lot of the same emotional deficiencies. You know, and that's the cornerstone to to one of them. It's like when you when your brain can click like this, you gotta be literally a sweetheart to like back yourself up and be like, okay, you don't understand. That shit hard as fuck. That shit hard as a money. You can know and you can know what you're talking about. Especially if I invested my time into like allowing you to get it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_04And you don't get it. Like, no, you had it, and then you don't get it. It's like, all right. So that's real. So, really, it's really like I'm very short in that journey. Like, this is me talking a year and a half, and like I don't get it all the way yet, but I'm working on understanding that people don't get it.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. And some never will.
SPEAKER_04And they won't. And yeah, all right, I'm gonna say that. Um I I I'm I'm I'm I received that, but do you know where this journey started from? Was waking up one day realizing, like, oh, I don't get it.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It started from that. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_10Ignorance is blood, you know. So I'm gonna go ahead and learn. I'm gonna exactly I'm gonna go figure this shit out.
SPEAKER_04Have to. That's where, that's why, that's why it's a journey and I and not a destination. Because once I started to, because at the end at the end of that journey, it's like, okay, well, all right, why is this pissing me off? Oh, it's pissing me off because when I don't get it, I choose to really try to figure it out. Even if I have to go into a cave and read a book, yeah, I want to figure it out and not be a person who doesn't get it. Yeah, it's true.
SPEAKER_10Because I want to conversation, yeah.
SPEAKER_04You don't feel like when you don't feel like other people have that same like nigga, you don't get it still?
SPEAKER_05No, I won't talk to you ever again. I'm very good against why silent.
SPEAKER_04You know, I gotta begin.
SPEAKER_05I have me.
SPEAKER_09Sometimes you ain't got no chance. Exactly.
SPEAKER_04So sometimes you ain't got no choice.
SPEAKER_09But when it comes to that, I'm gonna keep it very short with you.
SPEAKER_04I don't know.
SPEAKER_10Because I'm not gonna use my energy and piss myself off when I know you're just someone who don't give a fuck to get it.
SPEAKER_04Wait, so I'm the only motherfucker in this room that a nigga who don't get it comes and tries to engage while you're in a close setting. Am I the only person who's experienced that? No.
SPEAKER_08Maybe I will. No.
SPEAKER_04That's the that's like the main tactic of a motherfucker who don't get it. Yeah, they want to engage. They're looking. Yeah, so Israel won't let me spell Israel.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I'm not talking politics with nobody.
SPEAKER_04Well, it don't gotta be politics.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, but I'm just saying, like, there's just certain stuff. If I just know for a fact, don't come talking to me about nothing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. What I can say is that you know your shit when it comes to this herb stuff, bro. And I'm yeah, I'm really interested in seeing where either my own life kind of develops because I'm gonna tap into all some of these things, the mental wellness. Yeah, even in my the field that I work in for my day job, I realize that most of my clients have a mineral deficiency.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And if your brain isn't working right, which it uses minerals to do what it needs to do, you're gonna be fucked up for the rest of the day. Minerals and hormones, bro.
SPEAKER_04So we have so many hormone endocrine disruptors. Yeah. It's ridiculous, bro. Yeah, ridiculous. Yeah, I don't even want to get into that kind of thing.
SPEAKER_01We we are gonna have you back on a show because I think this would be really interesting to tap into some specific things that we can do as a community.
SPEAKER_03So you I don't think you really understand how serious it is. I know.
SPEAKER_04I looked at my dick and got side earlier. I looked at my dick and got side as a motherfucker.
SPEAKER_10Is everything all right?
SPEAKER_04Because there's legitimate links to the penal size of the populist shrinking. Interesting. Because of microplastics and microtoxins. This is now, this is no quack shit. If you know my company is rooted in all right, so in herbalism, you know, you have Vivetic things, you have traditional medicine, you have my stuff is based in things that that are corroborated with the NIH. Okay. Okay. That's all I deal is herbs that have tons of studies. But anyway, the point I was making was there is a lady, I don't remember her name, because I'm not like that, but you know, there's tons of um studies that shows that our environment and the way we live today has made men less masculine.
SPEAKER_02Wow. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_04So when you see all the funny shit on on Instagram, do they make niggas with big dicks anymore? No.
SPEAKER_03By the way, we're doing it right now. We're doing it right around here.
SPEAKER_01Not saying it's little, but it's it's it's but that's real.
SPEAKER_03It's it's it's like I'm like, damn. I'm like, if I was born 60 years ago, I would have had another two inches. You know what I'm saying? You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_07So it's like that was the ones.
SPEAKER_04It's it's it's like it's like damn, you know. Also, you know, I was I was honed in on the the men's side of it, yeah. Uh it's severely affected fertility. Yeah. Yeah. With DNA expression.
SPEAKER_08Oh, when they have miscarriages, it's their fault, and a lot of times it's the men's fault. Like your sperm is not strong.
SPEAKER_01Like motility, all that stuff.
SPEAKER_04Well, that that that that's that's that's not necessarily true because when you have the bad genetic expression, that's that's that's going into the egg too.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So it's like it's it's a plethora.
SPEAKER_09Right. It's not just one thing.
SPEAKER_04You know, now granted, if you have a super healthy woman and a fucked up man that's drinking, yeah. Well, then you might not get pregnant. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_10But well, that affects men's sperm too, drinking and smoking and all that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but then there's like there's like counts for the concentration, there's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_01We're gonna have you back on the show because we could delve into this. Yeah, let's go.
SPEAKER_10Anyway, we're on the segment for like two months. All right, and now it's time for suckles.
SPEAKER_01The hot seat. What you got for us today, Crystal?
SPEAKER_06Maybe shovel easy on me because I'm sitting right next to the door.
SPEAKER_01You're in the hot seat. Why the fuck would I do the room? You're in the hot seat.
SPEAKER_10In there, buddy. All right, first. We'll pick a name. I now have Ole. I love that. That's Q.
SPEAKER_01What we got first? Is Q on the wheel?
SPEAKER_05No.
SPEAKER_01Let's go. Lady Reese. Fuck me. I was talking bullshit. This is what I get for opening my mouth every time. All right, all right, go for it.
SPEAKER_10If your roster compared notes, what would they agree on about you?
SPEAKER_01You got a roster. If my roster I plead the fifth on that.
SPEAKER_10Nigga, ain't no pleading the fifth. Or we can look at that bottle and you can take some shots.
SPEAKER_01Uh no, I'll answer the question. If I'll answer the question. If my roster could compare notes, what would they agree on?
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01I'm very hospitable. I believe in. I believe in treating a lady like a lady.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, get to the juicy shit, nigga.
SPEAKER_01Oh, gentlemen. I'm just keeping it.
SPEAKER_10This is why my questions don't be. I keep, how about I keep fucking um hairtime on the fucking side table when I want to get my dick sucked? Shit like that, nigga.
SPEAKER_01Very thoughtful.
SPEAKER_10I bought a pack of hair. Tell us about your hospital. Tell us about it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so I I mean, if they I don't have one, but if I did, if they did, I believe in taking care of the space. Coming over. I think of an ideal situation. You guys remember the movie Hitch? When he had a shorty come to the crib and he was making risotto. Come on. He was making risotto. He was making risotto. She was on some timing though. But that's the type of vibe I'm trying to do, you know, trying to create an ambiance when they make you feel comfortable. But since you want the raunchy shit, I've never, I don't think I've had one negative sexual experience with a woman before. I don't think I've ever been told I was a bad lover.
SPEAKER_10Nobody likes a bragger.
SPEAKER_01Better than me.
SPEAKER_10Better than me.
SPEAKER_01Don't I don't think I've everybody, no one's ever said, yeah, that shit's trash. It's been really good every single time.
SPEAKER_10Nobody likes a bragger.
SPEAKER_01I have a question about for that dirt for about that for our debate club, so I'm interested in seeing your perspectives.
SPEAKER_10Ooh, he's coming back.
SPEAKER_01But I'm a gentleman, and it's a good time.
SPEAKER_10Okay. I'll take that. Very nice. Awesome.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
SPEAKER_10Sorry for putting your shit on board about the haircuts.
SPEAKER_08I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01They be looking for them shit. The day is crazy.
SPEAKER_07Here we go. Niggas, I just why you can't do that when I ask the question. Oh, what they'll tell you is they it's crazy. Mother motherfuckful. Outrageous.
SPEAKER_01All right, next.
unknownCute.
SPEAKER_05It's our girl.
SPEAKER_10It's our gun.
unknownI don't believe it.
SPEAKER_10It's that's cute. Right next. I mean, look, people, we all are. We're all on the wheel. Y'all listen, it's not saying. We have a winner.
SPEAKER_05It's horticulture cue.
SPEAKER_04Horticulture cue, the wellness warrior, man. You know what time it is.
SPEAKER_10All right. What wound still controls your choices?
SPEAKER_04What wound still controls my choices?
SPEAKER_01This lady is out of control.
SPEAKER_04I would say probably separating from my kids. That probably still controls some of my choices. Um I think one, I think all major ones contribute to the choices you make. Agreed. So I would say all of them, but I would say the glaring ones that probably need clinical therapeutic intervention would probably be the disenfranchisement for my mother and probably separated from my kids.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. That's significant. I think a lot of men don't even acknowledge the fact that that's a wound.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And or maybe there's not a lot of voices for that, but a dad being separated from his children is traumatic.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like, y'all know I was sick to my core, bro. Right. Couldn't even and people who know me to be a jovial person were like, yo, something's up with this cat.
SPEAKER_04No, I it is no because this is your podcast, and I gotta be real. Yeah. And I, you know, I didn't know you too much long prior, but definitely post yeah, you know, court and shit. I definitely seen that, you know, shit wasn't as sad. Niggas was sad, bro. No funny shit. Trust me, you ain't say nothing but a word.
SPEAKER_10And watching both of you guys go through that has not been an easy thing. So I love you. And you're great. And don't forget that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you know. I love you too. Love you too, man. Damn. That was a little hot. That was a little hot, ain't gonna lie. I felt that was my question.
SPEAKER_03Did I answer the question?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Listen, I always bust Stephon's fucking.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, head top, bro. Head all day.
SPEAKER_10Every fucking time. And I won't stop.
SPEAKER_01Nayala, stay a while. Good girl.
SPEAKER_10Oh!
SPEAKER_09Oh!
SPEAKER_05It's Reese!
SPEAKER_01Yo, that shit was interesting. This circle, bro. I don't know about all this.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. It's fair. Yeah, it is. It's fair. So you guys tell me.
SPEAKER_01We already know.
SPEAKER_10Have you ever talked bad about someone you hooked up with? Of course. Me too.
SPEAKER_01Talking shit.
SPEAKER_05Fuck these niggas.
SPEAKER_10Fuck.
SPEAKER_05Fuck these niggas. Love ya.
SPEAKER_10Um.
SPEAKER_04You want to answer too? Talk bad. Oh, my bad.
SPEAKER_10No, please, go ahead. We want to hear it.
SPEAKER_04Talk bad about somebody that you slept with, you said?
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04That you fucked. Yeah, I think I think I think we I think we we all have to be able to do that. I'm sure we all have.
SPEAKER_08Especially my friends, as long as you're talking about.
SPEAKER_04You know, I probably though, I would say though, I don't have any clear recollections of like talking about the pussy though. Agreed. You know, like I can I could see, like I remember saying, yo, nah, Shirley Cribb was fucked up. Well, yeah, that's like shit I fucked up. You know what I mean? But I never remember being like I would never, like, I'm gonna tell the person, I'm gonna be honest. Y'all niggas need to stop telling motherfuckers, you know, bad pussy and pussy was stinking, because y'all still be fucking. Yeah, you gotta see it through though. You know what I mean? Y'all niggas still be fucking. Yeah, you gotta see it through.
SPEAKER_01Sometimes.
SPEAKER_06Damn. Sometimes.
SPEAKER_04To couple it with the conversation earlier, I don't think niggas is smart like that. I don't think niggas is right like that.
SPEAKER_01Calculated like that.
SPEAKER_04Something like that, Lila. I think, I think they'll say that to be part of conversation or to to preemptively like get ahead of her saying something back because that happened to her. Right. Like that happens a lot and niggas don't know like too. Like, like you ain't dick it down, so you come in and tell me her pussy. Stop. Yeah. For sure.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_09He didn't say that I stink. He just said that I was.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but I'm not saying you're whack. I'm saying that that's the distinct difference. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09But I didn't.
SPEAKER_04Between being whack in bed and having a stink snatch. And older, yeah. Stink snatch. Clean your pussy. Yeah, stink snatch. Clean the pussy.
SPEAKER_01Stick snatch is fucked up.
SPEAKER_04You know, uh uh uh but niggas are still cracking anyway, bro. But they're a a point princess.
SPEAKER_02What's that?
SPEAKER_04Like, that shit is a whole nother story. See, the thing about it is like I'm not gonna, I'm not, I'm not gonna really like like in my in my in my in my in my older days, like when I wasn't a wellness warrior and I didn't have as much like consideration for the things that I do. Like, I I I would never tell my niggas like, yo, she, you know, you know, like she can't vibe or her pussy stake or some shit like that. Cause I'm always like a if I go back and vibe, then I'm gonna look crazy. Yeah, big time. Big time.
SPEAKER_01You know.
SPEAKER_02So I don't want to know everybody. Respectful. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you're out of here, buddy.
SPEAKER_04But you know, you doing it. We uh, you know, we live in a more wholesome situation.
SPEAKER_10Thank God. Well, that's all I have for hot seat. Not that crazy how you niggas got picked and I didn't. Cheers! Look at that. The universe loves me. Where she got that shit rigged stuff.
SPEAKER_01I I'm sure of it.
SPEAKER_10It's gonna find out. We're gonna find out. You are you can't find out. I'll show you my shirt right now, nigga. I ain't got nothing to hunt. Here we go.
SPEAKER_05Now it's time for wood you're ready.
SPEAKER_07In the woods, cut that out, cut the tape. Hell no.
SPEAKER_01They're gonna see about you.
SPEAKER_07Okay, niggas know what I think. Niggas know about me, girl. Smack me with the piss one more time.
SPEAKER_10Uh she's literally like I do it to everybody. So that makes her better.
SPEAKER_06So it's funny.
SPEAKER_03Don't take it personal. That is funny.
SPEAKER_06Well, on this episode of Would You Rapper.
SPEAKER_10I'm doing a rapid fire round. So think about your answers.
SPEAKER_01Answer.
SPEAKER_10Second.
SPEAKER_01Off the cuff. Sounds good. Off the cuff. Okay.
SPEAKER_04We're not good with off the cuff.
SPEAKER_10We're doing it.
SPEAKER_04It might see somewhere else. Say it. That's okay.
SPEAKER_10That's what we're here for. Would you rather click click B. Control a person or have a person with self-control? Person with self-control. Rent or own?
SPEAKER_01Own rent.
SPEAKER_10Attention or affection?
SPEAKER_09Fuck affection. Affection. Cat or dog.
SPEAKER_01Dog, always.
SPEAKER_09Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.
SPEAKER_01Lord of the Rings.
SPEAKER_10Harry Potter, Harry Potter.
SPEAKER_01Lord of the Rings all day.
SPEAKER_10Swimming pool or hot tub. Swimming pool.
SPEAKER_01Hot tub pool.
SPEAKER_10You can get a heated pool. Head over heels or nonchalant? Head over heels, baby. Shalom.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna take I'm nonchalant. 100% nonchalant. I can't answer that.
SPEAKER_10Fucking fight or peace and love?
SPEAKER_01Peace and love. Fucking fight. Well are we fucking with beating Dooneys down, bro?
SPEAKER_10Target or Walmart?
SPEAKER_01Target all down.
SPEAKER_10Target Zack.
SPEAKER_01I love Target.
SPEAKER_10Right now.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Would you rather? Relationship or situationship? Relationship. Wait, right now in this second situation ship.
SPEAKER_03I like that.
SPEAKER_01Give me the D. Right now it's a relationship.
SPEAKER_10Score.
SPEAKER_01Yo, you guys are sad.
SPEAKER_05What step on?
SPEAKER_01I'd rather a relationship.
SPEAKER_05Good for you. I would rather a relationship.
SPEAKER_01I think it's all relationships anyway, but that's not like that.
SPEAKER_04That's true. Any constant interaction interaction between two beings?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04What's a relationship? No, it ain't.
SPEAKER_07It's whatever I say. Whatever you say.
unknownYeah, fuck.
SPEAKER_01You love.
SPEAKER_06Well, that's all I have for Woody Rather. Good job though.
SPEAKER_01Very good. I love her wrapping around. Yeah, we like that.
SPEAKER_07I love it. It's not like quit.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Mary Crush Break. Ladies. So that was good. That was great. Thank you. Little rapid fire like that.
unknownRapid.
SPEAKER_01Let's do some debate club.
SPEAKER_05Suspensive.
SPEAKER_01Yep. You guys remember, first off, rest in peace, Bernie Mac. He's my favorite creator.
SPEAKER_05Oh my god, yes.
SPEAKER_06Rice and back.
SPEAKER_01Rice and peas. Rest in peace.
SPEAKER_06I like rice and peas.
SPEAKER_04I do like rice and peas.
SPEAKER_01You know you're hungry.
SPEAKER_10It's been a while. I want rice and peas. I want rice and peas. I do fuck my rice and peas every day. Never know I'm hungry. Alright.
SPEAKER_01Um so he had this skit that he was talking about fucking. And he said that in his in the skit, he said a fucking is no more than 50 pumps. Count it. I wish I could show you the skit to give you the full context, but the question I had is how bad maybe it's a man thing, but how bad do you have to be at sex for a woman not to come?
SPEAKER_04There's no answer to that. You're self-ended. Because women, like so many different women come different levels. I we I need to get into it because there's no answer to that.
SPEAKER_01I've what we hear by and large is that women are largely not satisfied by the people that they engage with sexually. No, that's no. Unless they're being lied.
SPEAKER_04There's there's there's social answers to these questions. Niggas can't fault.
SPEAKER_05I wanna know.
SPEAKER_08Say it.
SPEAKER_04You have the demasculation issue that we were talking about earlier. And you have the desensitate, the desensitate, the desensitization issue. Okay. So you know men are getting getting less apt to want to please a woman, and women are getting harder to please ph physiologically, especially because of toys and masturbation.
SPEAKER_01Rose on speed three. Especially with toys, man. Yeah. I mean, I'm talking about like toy on clitoris vibration, a lot of that happening.
SPEAKER_10Put your hands on my baby. Yeah. Put your tongue on me. Definitely that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I I hear a lot of women don't uh they don't climax through penetration, which I don't I mean don't.
SPEAKER_04I mean, you you know, that's that uh that's a mis probably a misnopage. Maybe I'll just thrust it right. If you have what up, what if you have a girthy enough penis?
SPEAKER_01You're gonna hit that. A bomb and a bob.
SPEAKER_04And you're not just a slam jam warrior, yeah, then you can make a chick cover. I agree.
SPEAKER_10Slam jam warrior? Explain that. Like pounding, bitch.
SPEAKER_04Like you got No, it's like, it's like, you know, listen, some niggas got that fire close. You know what I'm saying? Slangers. Some niggas got that. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? I know a nigga. I I I'm I I'm not, you know, I I I don't know what niggas do. I'm not gonna be. You know what I'm saying? Like, but from what I've been told in listening to women and shit, that there is a section of well-endowed men who don't know what to do with the shit.
SPEAKER_01With the bigger penises.
SPEAKER_04That's okay. I don't know any of this to be fact because I don't interactions. Yeah, for sure. You know what I'm saying? So with that being said, you know, it's always gonna be sex essential. For sure, right? Central, sensation, it's sensual basically to be honest, you gotta be able to speak that language, really. It's really like a like a thing like that, you know what I'm saying? Like freak ass. One, you can have a woman so aroused that she's gonna by the time you touch her, she's already fucked up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You know what I'm saying? And that starts from dinner. Yeah. When it comes to women, that's just start from the movies, man. You know what I mean? So it all depends on what you're doing with that.
SPEAKER_01You know what I'm saying? For me, I'm all about having a woman here before I have her down there. I'm all about here. This is gonna be what I'm working on, if you want to call it that, before I even get to the body part, the the physical part. Because I want you to be drawn in. I want you to be attracted, I want you to be, I don't want to say enamored, but like interested in engaging with me.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_04I look at that as this like you know the phrase hook, line and finger, right? Because I believe in intriguing a woman in a brain too, but you don't get your line and your finger if you being putting a dick addicted to a bass talk.
SPEAKER_10Oh shit, sometimes I don't want all that mental shit. Just dick me down and move on.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, you know. I mean, that's that's that's the the cloak of the tough girl, but you know.
SPEAKER_10It's not even about that. Relax. So speak on it.
SPEAKER_01Speak on it. I would like to so oh as a woman, is this happening? You meet a meeting niggas and they're not putting dick in, and that's just it's a horrible experience. Yeah, so and you're not ejaculating. Some women could get past it. Some.
SPEAKER_10I mean, okay, so the last relationship I was in, um, it said wasn't dad or and I did the thing every time. Okay, but he just like wasn't touching me in the ways, and like it wasn't passionate enough. Like, he definitely boring doing boring. No passion. And if we're supposed to be like into each other, yeah, I I need that touching, like nigga, you're diving in my shit head first, but then you're acting like you're scared to touch my vagina with your hands. It's weird. Wow. I don't like that.
SPEAKER_04You're gonna this nigga won't be saying I don't know. I don't know. I'm a I'm a I'm a vagina type person. It's complex. I'm a vagina.
SPEAKER_05I don't think I love that. I've made that's my thing.
SPEAKER_04Like huge meat. Talk to enough women who claim not not like me being sexual with them, but just in conversation for sure to know that there are there is a corner of the woman's fear that doesn't like their vagina touched by hands because of germs and bacteria, niggas are nasty shit.
SPEAKER_08Bacteria out of people's mouths and shit like that.
SPEAKER_04What guess what? Guess what? I'm I might I might I might agree with you, but underneath some niggas' nails is that.
SPEAKER_10But what I'm saying is like there is women who don't who prefer not to be like fingered or touched like traumatized because of that, like a woman being like, Don't touch my don't touch me. And then he's like, now he don't know if every woman, because that happens too. Yeah, and they don't know if every woman it feels like that. And again, that's complex. It depends on the person in their situation.
SPEAKER_04I think I've I think I've I think I've seen a lot of women share that sentiment. Huh? Yeah. Like of not being not wanting people's hands on their vagina. You can't think that's a good idea.
SPEAKER_07And thanks. Please and thanks.
SPEAKER_03Just to piggyback on what you said, I ain't even asking. I'm just saying, right.
SPEAKER_05That's the wound, brother. Shake my hand. Come on.
SPEAKER_01Thank you. Not even asking.
SPEAKER_04I don't even know what that's about.
SPEAKER_01I might not put my mouth on it, but something gotta something gotta shake there. For sure.
SPEAKER_02Put your mouth.
SPEAKER_01For sure. I I just know that there's an overwhelming amount of women who are saying they're not being satisfied in that regard. And I wonder if it's a I mean, nobody taught me how to have sex, right? But can I say you just know what you're doing in there, right? I know what I want to do to the person, right? So I perform in such a way.
SPEAKER_04It's not like I'm can can I can I this is this one thing that that always escapes these conversations too. It's it's it's dichotomy. Yeah, just duality to it, for sure. It's it's like I'm uh I'm gonna be honest. All of this change when a woman is really like attracted to big time.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, for sure. You get what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Like a lot of this stuff. The rules go out the window.
SPEAKER_03This is not me. I don't know anything about this. I'm just fine. I think that's I'm just I'm just the I'm just the lonely wellness guy.
SPEAKER_04I'm just saying that a lot of this changes, yeah. Yeah, when a woman is like, oh my god, you know? I want this now.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, things change. Things change. So the so it's she's she wants that from you.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Again, she's here with it. She wants that from you. So she's expecting you to perform in such a way it might be easier for you to make her do that in that space.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. It's like I don't again. This is all from just studying stuff, just like studying people. It's like when a woman women are so used to being chased and being uh pursued, all right? When there's this one little fucking nagging thing in her head that makes her want to pursue you, is a certain sweet spot that allows a lot of the things that she's indoctrinated with to be diminished, I think. Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_10Even if for a moment, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Even if it's for a moment, yeah. You know what I mean? And that's when things change, you know.
SPEAKER_10Like, not even like that, but because we are, I feel like I'm old-fashioned that we should be pursued more than we're pursuing you guys. That is just how I feel. It is what it is. But I've had, you know, my share of like not pursuing, uh, I don't even want to say see it.
SPEAKER_05I like it, I want it.
SPEAKER_10But I'm showing you, but I'm showing you like, okay, like I fuck with you, like I'm trying to fuck with you. That is only gonna go butt so far because if you're not like giving, I'm gonna get.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_10So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Solid question. I feel like that could go on for days.
SPEAKER_05For days, yeah. Put your hands all over me. Touch meet my vagina.
SPEAKER_01The girls like to be touched, nice.
SPEAKER_03Listen, touch my vagina. You'll be a bowling ball. You'll be a bowling ball that's motherfucker. Right. Right. Right, right. Rolling down.
SPEAKER_01That shit's real.
SPEAKER_02That's cool.
SPEAKER_01Folks, that's all I have for debate club. Hope that was entertaining.
SPEAKER_10That was awesome. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Explore that conversation in your own circles for sure.
SPEAKER_10And leave comments. Fucking let us know what you think. Call us.
SPEAKER_04You already know, man. Host the minutes. I'm actually enjoying myself. Who the fucking thought?
SPEAKER_01Enjoying yourself, guys. Who the thought?
SPEAKER_04What the hell?
SPEAKER_01I'm glad you're enjoying it.
SPEAKER_04That's funny. Thank you for coming. This is cool. I'm not nearly as nervous as I thought I would be. Yeah, come.
SPEAKER_10That's actually really so like. The fact that this nigga was saying he was nervous, like we haven't known each other. For years. Please move around. We were too, though, like the first time we like filmed and shit.
SPEAKER_01For sure.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, I guess. I'm sorry. I'll just be dismissing all your family. Yeah, don't do that. I'm glad you're not nervous. No. Listen. You're doing great.
SPEAKER_04I wasn't, I was nervous. Okay. But then the Cormino kicked in and it's bad.
SPEAKER_10You're good, brother. You're good. You're really safe.
SPEAKER_04I took some happy jones too.
SPEAKER_10I was going to. I don't need them though. I'm used to it. I'm used to the show. I've been doing this. Yeah. I am kind of a professional now.
unknownLet's go.
SPEAKER_10Professional bomb dropping. Okay. Anyway, it is time for it.
SPEAKER_08These motherfuckers are on the road. Where the hell didn't learn the drive?
SPEAKER_04My child gotta get his technique.
SPEAKER_01This child was the fuck. I will say that. First off, quad culture cue. Run us.
SPEAKER_04Are you making these? Yes. Yeah, listen. My chai tea lattes are fucking phenomenal. Phenomenal thing.
SPEAKER_05Actually.
SPEAKER_04And you know, I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna try an ice free dish and see because sometimes I might, you know, try to add a chai blend to my skew list. Yeah. It was very good. Test it on you guys. It was very great. I like a but just if I make a chai blend like a like a bad like a bag chai blend, is it's not gonna be this. Yeah, you're gonna have to make it into this.
SPEAKER_10You just need a store for sure.
SPEAKER_04I need a I need a wellness cafe. Yeah, that's what I want.
SPEAKER_05Make it happen.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I really do. Yeah. And I know it would I know it would work. I I just like on camera, I'm saying it's not something that right now I can't I can't just afford it.
SPEAKER_10It's alright, it'll probably we're gonna speak it in and it's gonna happen.
SPEAKER_04But I do have an idea of turning my my current apartment into a retail situation and moving. So that's what I'm exploring. Interesting, yeah. Because I want to do guided journeys too with mushrooms.
SPEAKER_02That's dope.
SPEAKER_04Also, I want to do like men's study groups. That just has it has to do with like emotional wellness for men.
SPEAKER_02Especially reform gangsters.
SPEAKER_04I really want to like like reform niggas that come from my lifestyle. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't think my lifestyle, like I was in the shooting bang, bang, shooting what wellness warrior. You know, I mean, but you know, I come from a certain situation. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? So I really care about the men that come from my situation. Yeah, I get it. You know what I'm saying? I get it.
SPEAKER_10I'm just coming for the niggas.
SPEAKER_04A reform gangster?
SPEAKER_07The heel niggas.
SPEAKER_04Reform, we that's that y'all need to talk about that next episode. Or they said what?
SPEAKER_07Who's a reform gangster?
SPEAKER_04Reform, reform, successful gangsters, and reform successful hoes. They make great partners. Yeah. You know, I'm not saying that I'm going out here looking for bitches who've been ran through, but I'm talking about, you know, people that experience who who's experienced success on that side, and just because it was on the wrong side and the Lord took them away or whatever. Yeah, yeah. You know what I'm saying? They make a really, really, really great partner. I ain't now just gotta take around her city. Right. Go find one in Indianapolis, motherfucker. Don't find one in your hometown because they'll be sweating at night. You know what I'm saying? But that's all right.
SPEAKER_10Talking shit. It's time to talk shit.
SPEAKER_04Let's run it.
SPEAKER_10Who wants to? I'll go first. Okay.
SPEAKER_04That's got something new. What's the vibe?
SPEAKER_06The matter shit is people assuming that you're attracted to them because they're attracted to you.
SPEAKER_01Oh. Automatic.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Crazy.
SPEAKER_09Delusional.
SPEAKER_01Didn't give me a chance.
SPEAKER_09No. Didn't you even give me a chance?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's crazy. This is hard for me to answer.
SPEAKER_05Come on.
SPEAKER_04Talk your shit.
SPEAKER_05It's hard for me to um really like maybe I'm being too real camera.
SPEAKER_04It's like it's hard for me to wrap my head around that that concept because I out of every hundred people I meet, and all you guys know I'm uh I eat from the world, so uh I'm in the world a lot. Out of every hundred people I meet, less than less than four of them really have a great objective view of themselves.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's five of us, it's four of us in this room. I'm pretty sure some of us are missing our. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09Of course. And it might be me.
SPEAKER_10But this isn't even just like physical either.
SPEAKER_04I was about to pull it from the circle. What I'm saying is, like, nobody, like, since people don't have a a a great objective view of themselves, yeah, everybody's kind of missing that mark. Yeah. You know what I mean? So it's like there's tons of situations where it's like, bruh, you why would why would she talk to you, bro? Like, yeah, like what upside? We're all looking for longevity and success, like I said. What upside is it? You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So that's that was the answer. I don't know if that got confusing, but that was the answer. I don't, I don't, like, I get it every day. I posted some shit the other day. Um, bitch walking out of Popeyes. You handsome. I'm like, yuck. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_03Like another gets a lot of beautiful women eat Popeyes and no.
SPEAKER_05You're ugly. You're ugly.
SPEAKER_04In public, I don't tell nobody don't shoot the shot. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I don't tell no guy to not shoot a shot. You know what I'm saying? But for me, it's like, okay. I feel like, okay, you at the beginning stages of being able to take on women. Oh, we had this girl. Y'all would see y'all saying me.
SPEAKER_10All right. Next. Next, talk your shit. Because we're dragging this on.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_10It's not just you. We're all dragging it on. But that was very, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Talk my shit.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. And you can talk your shit about someone.
SPEAKER_04Um, it's your world. Let me just look at that.
SPEAKER_10Talk my shit about your ass.
SPEAKER_01I I I genuinely, genuinely just, I've been in the space where I don't have much to complain about. Even though I live in the world and experience the things I do, I'm just seeing life from a very different perspective because I'm moving on.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Like I'm moving toward what I got going on. So a lot of shit's been like it's bouncing off of my energy field. I don't know if how if that makes sense. So I don't know. I don't have much to talk my shit about today. I just I've been enjoying my the space that I've in my life right now.
SPEAKER_10That's cool.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_10That's awesome. Well, I'm gonna go ahead and talk some shit.
SPEAKER_01What you got?
SPEAKER_10Um people crossing me and then wanting to come back into my life.
SPEAKER_01Double crossing?
SPEAKER_10Triple crossing, quadruple, nigga, whatever. Single crossing, crossing me.
SPEAKER_01And want to spend the block.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, and it's not even just like dudes. It's I told you that text I got from leave it out.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_10Oh, Crystal, I see you doing your podcast. I love the direction that it's going. And you know, it was a work thing.
SPEAKER_01It's distasteful though.
SPEAKER_10Yes. Listen. Nigga, she literally was like, oh, and then if I don't get any response, then I guess that's my answer. Like just saying, can we be cool outside of work? No.
SPEAKER_09Never. You're weird. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10You did too. You almost got me fired at two months. Fuck you. I almost died. Yeah, that was a good one. I'm on my last leg at work now.
SPEAKER_04That should that that you almost got me fired for the rap. But let me let me tell you this. Hosting Minus podcast is a business to me. It is? Yeah. Right? Just hitting you as a fan, then you allow her to finger. It's just more my opinion. Um, it's just me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Because a wise man once told me, if people want to walk through the small door, you allow them. Interesting. But again, there's the old old hustling niggas telling me this shit.
SPEAKER_10You know, if you Yeah, but that's not a door I want to open, and then her thinking she can freely text me whenever she wants, and blah blah blah blah. If you want to follow her, yeah. I thought I thought the lose.
SPEAKER_01I thought the lose my number thing was pretty like evident once I stopped working with you.
SPEAKER_10But and me cursing you out.
SPEAKER_01Well, that I don't disagree with Q. I think you know, from a fan perspective.
SPEAKER_04Well, that should that meant should be the number she she because she had a fan Instagram going. She'd be the number one posting this shit. I'm different. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_10I mean, yeah, for sure. I don't like to be bothered with people that trust me. I don't post people. Yeah, I don't do shit like that. I get that people so I don't appreciate when it's done to me, and you can fuck off and move on.
SPEAKER_01I get that for sure.
SPEAKER_04100%. I trust motherfuckers to be exactly who they are, and I'm gonna find a way to motherfucker, you know what I mean? I love that. If a person wants to walk in a small door, yeah, you allow them, bro. Yeah, yeah. Post this. She won't touch you personally. Share this post every day.
SPEAKER_01Share this, share this, share this. But that's all I got for you if that's what you're talking about.
SPEAKER_04But even then, I'm not even at the end of the day, she don't give a fuck about her feelings anyway. So why not? There's no permanent enemies or friends in this girl.
SPEAKER_10Well, you know what she gets from me?
SPEAKER_04Share this.
SPEAKER_10Shit.
SPEAKER_04I'll do it again. Yo.
SPEAKER_10That's all I care about. Leave me alone. Leave me out of it.
SPEAKER_01Talk your shit, girl. I hear you.
SPEAKER_10That one person is not important or naturally to me or my business. It's not those.
SPEAKER_04It's not not that one person. Not that one person. Those could become 500 of motherfuckers.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You know? Yeah. Then we gotta come with a different solution.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, so that was it for Tokyo shit. Okay. I like it.
SPEAKER_04I didn't get to talk my shit.
SPEAKER_10Talk your shit. I said that. Nah, you cut me off because you're tired of me cheating. We gotta get out of here. I'm sorry, Q.
SPEAKER_04This is a microcosm of my world. Let's get tired of hearing about that shit. But listen.
SPEAKER_10And do.
SPEAKER_04I wanna. No, that's fine. Yeah, I posted on Facebook one day. I'm like, yeah, uh, I I said, I tell, I said, yeah, my man, his name is Beast. Everybody knows better with Beast, man. Shout out to Beast. Right? I was like, yeah, I don't get invited. This nigga's telling me talking about that herb shit. Oh, about coming to the Super Bowl party. He posted on the post, he was like, Yeah, I don't want to hear that shit either.
SPEAKER_00You don't want to hear it.
SPEAKER_04Shut up.
SPEAKER_00That shit. Don't come in here trying to sell that shit.
SPEAKER_04That shit was funny when he wrote that. But yeah, I want to talk my shit about um about you know, people creativity and artists are sensitive about this shit. This is my art. You understand what I'm saying? So I just need people to know, like, I'm still human. You don't need to dive into some herb shit to feel like you need to talk to me. Because then once I smell the imposter shit, yeah, then you created a negative taste.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04So to this camera, I'm here to tell everybody. You know, I don't do baddies, but I talk about pop culture. I like rap. You know what I'm saying? I do baddies, I do all that shit too. So you do not have to come and oh brother, you know, my kiddie isn't really dope.
SPEAKER_10Don't be fucking weird, guys. He's not even that dude.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. And it's like uh He said, I'm human.
SPEAKER_04It's crazy. You know what I'm saying? Like, you don't gotta purchase anything. Most of the people I talk to are telling the first one on me. Because it's all about you actually taking it to me making money.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's real.
SPEAKER_04So please, guys, like I love other shit. I travel. Travel is up there with the wellness. I love to do it. I love other shit. You do not have to pose that you're a fucking herbal connoisseur to try to get around. Or to be in my energy, man. I love that. Because once you start that shit, I'm the wellness warrior. I'm on your ass.
SPEAKER_10I'm on your ass. I'm on your ass.
SPEAKER_04That's good.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. Bottom now, Kim.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's it. You ain't gonna buy no seamous. No, you ain't gonna say that.
SPEAKER_03Finish it up if you know what I'm saying. That's solid. Buying seamous ain't gonna get you nowhere.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. All right. Now it's time to dumb it down. Maybe not dumb it down. Dumb it over.
SPEAKER_00Crazy.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Who gave her one and a hit button?
SPEAKER_02I know.
SPEAKER_01It's over again. I'm gonna take her computer.
SPEAKER_04So she picks up the one.
SPEAKER_10All right. Well, on the segment. We're gonna talk about health, wealth, and positivity. I did want to do it respectfully, of course, but it wouldn't have been right because Q is here.
SPEAKER_04Why? Don't change nothing up for me. I'm only out for a moment.
SPEAKER_10That's right. Health and positivity is like really my staple.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Bread and butter.
SPEAKER_10You guys treating them inhumanly.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I do this.
SPEAKER_01Dehumanizing me. Don't dehumanize me. I'm excited for this, so I think it kind of works out well.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. All right, you ready?
SPEAKER_01Go for it. Ready.
SPEAKER_09For health. Your brain believes what you repeat, whether it's true or not.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_09And you pretty much touched on that earlier.
SPEAKER_08So I was like, wait, that's so deep.
SPEAKER_10So my question is if healing requires change, are you actually ready to be uncomfortable? Hell yes. Always uncomfortable.
SPEAKER_01I'll be I'll be transparent. Um, like the last probably two weeks. So I grew up in a Christian church. My dad went to church all my all my life, right? He used to call me the Bible boy in high school. He used to have a Bible, walk around school, kids and a guitar. People would laugh at me. I didn't really care, but I grew up in that way, and I I believe what I believe about that book per se. And what I've noticed in the last two or three weeks is I've been feeling like a yearning to kind of delve into that spiritual aspect of my life. And it's been like internally uncomfortable for me because I haven't it's sitting in my book bag, but I haven't opened the Bible for like too long, it feels. Right.
SPEAKER_10My uncomfortable. It's not even uncomfortable change, but it's just how busy we've been doing the podcast, working and just taking on a lot of other things. Stuff we have to do for the radio station now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. But I welcome it. Like my brain. And then I get back to it.
SPEAKER_02For sure.
SPEAKER_09Okay.
SPEAKER_04Um repeat the question again.
SPEAKER_10If healing requires change, are you actually ready to be uncomfortable?
SPEAKER_04I'm not ready, but I'm willing. Absolutely. That's good.
SPEAKER_10It's hard because change can be, especially when you're like used to doing something for so long or used to having somebody in your life for so long, and now it's like I really gotta get away from you. And it is a little uncomfortable because it's like I want you.
SPEAKER_04So imagine, you know, my situation is a little bit different. It's like recognizing the need for partnership, but not necessarily having the yearnament or feeling for it. So mine is kind of reversed, and it makes it very hard to find people to talk to about it. Because so many people are looking for love.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, like I don't want it.
SPEAKER_04You know, and I would say I wouldn't say you don't.
SPEAKER_10I I can't tell you because I don't want it right now.
SPEAKER_04Okay, all right. So, but I I would say the average person is looking for love. And and and like because I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum, it's blaring to me. Yeah, so I see it in people every day.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, it was because you're looking for love.
SPEAKER_04For for outside stimuli to complete them, and yeah, that's what I was just gonna say. Yeah, but what I but through research and my own compiling of of like things that that I've found, it's not necessarily like some sappy bullshit.
SPEAKER_02No, no, no, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Human beings are there's a name for it. We're our success on this planet derives from us having an interaction and compassion for one another. Yes. I don't know if it stems from compassion opposed to just passion on ideas for survival, though. Okay, because that was a very important nuance. Yeah, right? I don't think human beings, I don't think any species is like a lot of that stuff stems from the survival of the species. That makes sense. We don't stem from compassion. Compassion comes from romance, which was given to us through being able to survive, you know what I mean? And thrive. So that's the point I was making is like people looking for that is kind of natural. It's like Lone Ranger ass niggas like me and her, you know, we're kind of like, uh, but yeah, really, it's very like we're we're the anomaly.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So that's more.
SPEAKER_10I don't need to put my business out there.
SPEAKER_09She's talking about me.
SPEAKER_01She's talking about me.
SPEAKER_10And it's fun. Because like I have, I've had it, I've wanted it, and right now space where I am not interested.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Enjoy that. Just trying to give. You know, but all of those can be like and I'm not, I'm not, you know, in personal conversation, you know, maybe it might put push back like person. It's not not personal what I'm saying right now, but it's like once we all agree, like like those are all like safe spaces we create in our head. Because there's nothing like being like this and that masculine hand, dick on your back. Oh, yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, like they like not they then, but women know that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And for a man, it's nothing. Is like, you know, we're more like strictly sexual, so it's nothing like tear uh uh, you know, up whatever, but that second piece is nothing like rolling over putting that masculine hand on a warm, soft thigh. You feel me? So once we start to like create a reality where it's like I don't I don't I don't need that and that that's not what she did. Because I took from what you said as right now, because I've watched episodes before. So with all my health stuff, the way I know I need a man to show up and all that, right now, it's probably wouldn't behoove me to be so engulfed in that. That's why I'm saying you're a lover girl, so it just probably affects you even worse. Yeah, right. So I get that piece.
SPEAKER_10And I don't want to put anybody else in that position. Like I seen, I mean, my ex, like that nigga held it down, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_09Like that nigga did what he was supposed to do. And it was a lot, though, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_10But financially he was able to do what he needed to do, and just everything just fell into place. But everybody's not coming like that either. Everybody's not the man that he is either. And so I don't even want to put a man in that predicament. I'm not interested in anybody, but even if I was, it's like I wouldn't ask somebody to take on that.
SPEAKER_04You you you you like for what you're looking for, for what it sounds like you would appreciate, there is no asking. It's something that a nigga gotta see to see you and be like, oh no.
SPEAKER_10Like, I shouldn't have to tell you. Like, I'm gonna wrap that up.
SPEAKER_04It's like it's called the trifecta. You know what I'm saying? Like, this is how my life has culminated to me.
SPEAKER_08Right.
SPEAKER_04It is like, you know, I have it, like there's a there's a trifecta of for everything for me, but since we're talking about dating, we can just go with that. It's ready, willing, and able.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You might meet somebody that's ready and able. Yeah, you might meet somebody that's willing and ready, but they're not able. Yeah, yeah. Right? That that that that that that permeates a lot of a lot. You know what I'm saying? Or you might get somebody that's able and re and and willing, but they ain't ready.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You know what I'm saying? So When it comes to to that what she's talking about, I'm just to speak to that. No, it needs to be a man that's ready, willing, able who just comes and takes that gem out of that rocky cave. But I'm a realist. I live in reality, you know? Like we at a point to where we gotta create our own destiny. Yeah, I agree. Absolutely. I'm not right for nobody compared to it. Straight up. I just explained to you that there's evidence, there's scientific, unrefutable evidence that our environment is demasculating men. Yeah. And the whole time I'm motherfuckers been telling you it's the white, it's the white man when really it's the system.
SPEAKER_10Yeah. Stop blaming everything on the wise. Take accountability and take control of your life.
SPEAKER_04No, that shit, that shit kill that shit kills me. But at the same time, you still have to keep like look what I what I hate about that is that you have to teeter a line. Because I don't like motherfuckers who who who who um dispel systemic racism either. Because that's not huge park group. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_10But stop victimizing yourself.
SPEAKER_01You still have to create your own aristocratic.
SPEAKER_04And I don't like the like I don't like when they when they when they offer that to the kids.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, completely.
SPEAKER_01As the reason.
SPEAKER_04Tell the people. There's gonna be tons of you fuck niggas out here that's that that that that's on different podcasts, you know, like you're like you grits and eggs ass niggas. If y'all in podcasts where you know, I don't fuck with them niggas like that. Because it's like the the government is the enemy, bro. And when I said government, fuck the US government. Any small group of people who can control a massive amount of people is the enemy.
SPEAKER_01They don't have your best interest in it at all. You feel me? That's true.
SPEAKER_04Well, that's true. I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't know because there's governments that are leaning toward being good, like New Zealand's government and Denmark. They have great social systems, but they just don't have that much people. You know what I mean? But what I'm talking about is the first thing I'm gonna teach my kid is that they're an American, they can do whatever the fuck they want, and then I'll teach them the lay of the land. You know what I'm saying? That's good.
SPEAKER_10But I don't like people who just walk around saying, ah, the white man, ah, yeah, like uh uh uh uh uh because guess who offered to allow me to buy some land today from a white man.
SPEAKER_04Definitely was a white man. I got three, I'm gonna give you one. I got three experiences in my life where three, I grew up extremely black, extremely young. Where I left, there was no argue. In the heights, on my block, there was one white kid that but I lived in flat in the heights. In the heights, there was one white kid, his brother was hurt as fuck. His name was Vadim, and oh. Oh was hurt as fuck. Vadim, he was with us, with us the only white experience I had a kid. Three people from my childhood has called me because I, you know, I got you know, I got beige babies. So three times in my motherfucking life, people have called me because I'm I guess I'm the resident white whisperer or some shit. Here we go. They called me to tell me stories that really broke my heart for them because they were late to the party. One was being in the rain with your daughter. We're on Ulika Avenue. If you know Ulica Avenue, tons of shops. Yeah, tons of car shops. Right? You out in the rain, your tire goes flat, your baby's in your car. All these motherfuckers tell you, bro, we close, we close. This lonely fucking white man comes and helps you change your tire in the fucking rain. That's real. Okay.
SPEAKER_10Shout out to him.
SPEAKER_04Do you know our man called me? He said, Yo, bro, our people ain't shit, bro. And mind you, this my man, he ain't the brightest motherfucker on the planet. So he just telling me in his own words, right?
SPEAKER_10Experiences are experiences.
SPEAKER_04And this is this is I this happened to me three times. People calling me to tell me they white uh uh epiphany. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, so that's real. You know, it's like it's like I don't I don't disregard the disenfranchisement of the af of the American African. I don't. We've been through a lot of shit, but I also don't believe this country to be a country. It's the corporation of America. Everyone's it's everyone's job to enrich their department. Correct.
SPEAKER_05You are in charge of building your own aristocracy for sure. Pointless teaching. Give it to me.
SPEAKER_01Give it to me. Give it to me. I'm glad that we we're here. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09The same system that teaches you how to work rarely teaches you how to build wealth.
SPEAKER_01I agree.
SPEAKER_10Question Are you building income or just maintaining bills?
SPEAKER_01Ooh, that's deep. I'm not gonna lie, I spent a lot, especially my early 20s, just maintaining bills. I am now learning that there are things that you have to create systems for yourself to build wealth and build real income.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_01See, that that that hurts my heart, you know. Love sort of short of do-to bands. Bands for sure. Bands. 50 bands, 12 bands.
SPEAKER_04Too much to count. Well, what when I say that is like I've never I never had late bills either. So my bills have always paid. But I've been in the polite. And this this this is if y'all want a nigga to cry on this podcast, yeah, bring this up. I have definitely generated enough money to have embarked on a generational wealth, Johnny. Yeah. Yeah. And that hurts as a man, yeah, especially a man of wellness, and especially a man of in the know, know now. It's it's and what the sad part is the only thing that pushed me to the point that I'm at now is watching somebody waste even more money next to you. Wow.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04So watching that gave me such a disgust that it pushed me to start to begin to like get a little better of money. Because that's gonna spend money. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09Right.
SPEAKER_04That's good.
SPEAKER_09You gotta live too. Positivity portion. Positivity isn't always going to feel good. It's choosing growth when it feels bad.
SPEAKER_01I already think that's coming from the hood. Positivity rarely feels good, I'm sure. How ironic though. Yeah, but that's so real.
SPEAKER_09If you become your highest self today, what would you have to let go of?
SPEAKER_10Laziness, procrastination, procrastination for sure.
SPEAKER_04Probably probably probably premarital sex. You snapping, bro. Fuck. That one too. Premarital sex. Pre-committal, because I'm not a marriage guy. I am there's a there's a universe. I am, but I agree. No, there's a universe that exists where I I don't I don't get married, I just have domestic partnership and split everything with you. You know what I'm saying? But registering my love with the government is not really my thing. So pre-committal sex. We just talked about that. Yeah. And probably more than right before bed smoking. Those are the two things. I think snapping, bro. The most That's real. And you know, that don't arrive around shit. I can't control like getting my kids, you know. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's real. How about you? That's a really good question. But you letting go.
SPEAKER_09For sure. And really, like unhealthy habits.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_09Unhealthy, like eating habits.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. But m gut butt microbiome. Gut. Gut is crazy. Gut microbiome. He was just talking about that. Oh, it starts in your stomach. Yeah. Nah. Okay, so that's it. Let's talk about that later. We'll talk about that later. That's good, bro.
SPEAKER_08Over there looking like Rachel.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_04No, I mean, I I think, you know, I think I think a lot I think sometimes sometimes women need to let go. Women sometimes need to let go. Well, everybody, right?
SPEAKER_10Just yeah.
SPEAKER_04I I don't know. Just to just to say it more funny and ignorant is like women women be needing a dick in a box, bro. Dick in a box. Women don't use that concept on the dick in a box. Dick in a box, like, if your life don't permit you to like necessarily have that storybook, fairy tale relationship. I I always think that women should possibly still have some sort of masculine energy that feels safe around them. Even if they can't own it and control it. Okay. You know, and and it's like I think that would help a lot of what's going on when it comes to the state of unhappiness. Because not to get too nerdy, you know, like a lot of people are not talking about this outside of the mammal sphere, which I don't necessarily prescribe subscribe to, but there's good shit in every community. Yeah. So, you know, there's a there's a there's an epidemic going on of 35 plus capable women being single and miserable. It's an epidemic.
SPEAKER_03No, no, no. It's really, it's really miserable, but I'm single as bot.
SPEAKER_10Well, well, I'm just trying to get the dick.
SPEAKER_01Hence what he's saying to the back, let's get back in the hell no.
SPEAKER_10No, but for real, like I'm mad busy, I'm not even trying to look for nothing serious. Damn.
SPEAKER_01Hence the dick in the box, which I understand what you're saying. I think for me, I try to be as like carry myself in a way that women know that they're safe in my head around me, even if it's not sexual.
SPEAKER_04Unfortunately, all right, this is the this is the great good part of that conversation. I was saying things to try to evoke this part, it's like, not even evoke this part, but I'm happy this came up. It's like that's not a candidate for dick in the box. No, yeah, they don't like the person because like they care about that. Because no, no. It's like not no no, because they care about that too much. That's that's gonna dick in a box is a balance. Interesting. You gotta balance it. You know what I'm saying? You gotta balance.
SPEAKER_10You gotta explain dick in a box exactly what that is, because everybody's not gonna know what dick in a box means. Break it down.
SPEAKER_04Give it the very precise is what the old hoes call, right? The new new the new bitches they call it sneaky link. No, no, that's the 30, that's the 30 year call. The new bitches call it little shit. Yeah, my little shit.
SPEAKER_10Bleep the little niggas out on that.
SPEAKER_04So sneaky link, dick in the box, make horse.
SPEAKER_10Okay.
SPEAKER_04All that shit.
SPEAKER_10Tirationship.
SPEAKER_04You know, I I don't champion anybody being in in in in relationships that don't fare well for them. You know what I mean? So I'm not all I'm saying is a lot of women are holding on to this masculine journey. Yeah. And they, and it's like, even if you have to do that, there's a way to not make not take so much scars from it.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You know what I'm saying? And there's tons of men out there who aren't possibly capable of even being your full-time guy because he ain't got no money. Like, let's just keep it real. Like shit's real. And I'm not taking away from from you guys, but let's just keep it real. Yeah. This nigga, like, like, if I'm gonna be parading you around, you gotta be able to do certain shit. Honestly. So it's like you ain't, you know, gotta parade, but you know, you a good guy. You you do you can afford dinners, shit like that. It's like when you go into this super hard, oh fuck these niggas shit, and it's like it does a lot. It does a lot to women's psyche, and then you end up being in a place to where you can't even open up for strategic. Yeah. You know what I mean? So long story short, everybody needs to keep it moist, keep it peak, keep have fun with life.
SPEAKER_10That's why I open up and I be all the things that I need to be. So when you're not like reciprocating it, yeah, or you know, taking heat to that, whatever you want to call it, then I get to act that way. Yes, and it's justified because nigga, fuck it. I was already being doing the soft things and being the soft girl, and you weren't taking heed to that, so now you can fuck off.
SPEAKER_01I hear that.
SPEAKER_07So I do it the opposite.
SPEAKER_04This was a good segment.
SPEAKER_07It is. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01I come back. This was a very thrilling conversation.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, the whole thing.
SPEAKER_10You know, I'm like this awesome.
SPEAKER_04So we definitely gotta take our herbs, and I'm definitely hoping to get all three of you guys on a hardcore herbal regiment so you have to see the transformative powers. Yeah, the transformative powers of this stuff. You all three are generally in decent health, but it it could get it better than that. I need it to get better because I'm just on the 25A figure. And it's like, yeah, definitely, man. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It was a pleasure having you on the pod, man. It was a pleasure. I loved having some masculine energy other than mine. Not that the ladies are really wonderful to me, but it's good to feel that.
SPEAKER_05This nigga so I'm the realest nigga, you know. First of all, that's the realest nigga.
SPEAKER_04Let me let me let me let me let me let y'all know. Crystal is my girl. I love her. Yeah, I sing on camera. I love this girl. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? And it's like, you know, first of all, you we should have done this in the beginning. You should probably edit this, nigga. It's like we met in Bosco a long time ago. Nice. Wow. You know, a young dirty nigga was trying to holler.
SPEAKER_10He was not trying to holler like that.
SPEAKER_04This was a long time ago, I'm sure. Realistically, I just thought she was cute. I don't think I was trying to holler. Yeah, like I can tell, but so so I remember, but then I remember she uh, you know, she ended up like having like like in my mane.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because he was tall, yeah. It was just, it was just so, you know, and then right, like, but we was always mad cool. Mad cool and shit. But you know, we both lost a job. She fucking with ghetto troy niggas, but um, no, I'm trying to let me stop. Let me stop.
SPEAKER_03Let me stop. Let me stop.
SPEAKER_04So uh, but we we just lost contact and shit. And then like maybe 10 years ago, I don't know how long ago it was. Like we saw each other in the casino, it was like, oh shit, yeah. No matter if we saw each other before that, but just on some random. Real, yeah. Yeah. So yeah, so and then ever since then, like, so boom, after that, uh uh uh, you know, champion with my um my BM and shit like that. And then one day, like I saw that she was hiking and shit, and I just hit her up, like, yo, you know, whoop-e-woop. She was like, yeah, nigga, cut on me. And I went that one time, bro. And I was all right, so it was I I because I'm I tracked the way I feel sometimes, most times. And I remember getting off that shit, like, that shit was just walking in the woods, but for some reason it was just like mad therapeutic to me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like in ways I couldn't articulate. You feel me? Which is the grounding and spiritual aspect of it. You know what I'm saying? And I couldn't articulate it, but I'm like, you know, one thing I do know is I'm coming back. And I've been home ever since I've been on the trails with this motherfucker. You know what I'm saying? We done cried, I done cried with him too, nigga.
SPEAKER_05I done cried with a trailer.
SPEAKER_04I done cried with him too. That's great. We done fixed shit. Yeah, but like we both better off since the first day we've been hiking. Yeah, so shit has gotten fixed. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? She doesn't have to puss me out, me saying, Yo, you don't know what we got.
SPEAKER_00You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Well, she's gonna have to get there, you know what I'm saying? Like, so it's just for real. I love that. Yeah, you know, I remember the first time, like this shit I never even told her, but I was saying before I pause it. I remember the first time Crystal ever really listened to me. You know, it came with tears, but I remember because before that, it's just a bunch of ideas versus ideas, then you know, me, real masculine, nah, this is what it and she heard it, and then it was like, yeah. And I was like, okay, now we give it some way. You know what? And I remember the first time I had to listen to her. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? So Lord knows that was a fucking smooth. She is real, you know. So she definitely offered something to me that like there's been certain things in my life that has really changed the course of my life. Dr. Hyatt quality is one of them. You know what I'm saying? Necessary monsters, one of them. You know, going hiking is one of them. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Chris Hikes and Y. Chris Hikes NY Instagram.
SPEAKER_04You know, we're gonna be on them hiking joints. I got a hiking event coming up, man.$40 comes a hiker style mail and a guy to hike and transportation. But um tough. You know, in my step pops. He's the first one to travel me. You know what I'm saying? So, you know, those are things that that all changed me now, you know what I mean? That's what I love it, man. So I'll come to this podcast anytime y'all want to team.
