SPEAKER_02We are good. Just wanna be okay.
SPEAKER_05Hello and welcome to the wholesome menace podcast. I'm your host, Chris Marie. We have our guest host, Riesel Lynn and Steph.
SPEAKER_02Welcome back.
SPEAKER_05It's really good to have you on the podcast. Thank you. I love that you guys keep bringing me back, honestly. Yeah. It's like a real treat.
SPEAKER_03It's good for the viewers.
SPEAKER_05It is for sure. I'm sure I'm not gonna marry. I have a lot of stalkers out there.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Thanks. You drew.
SPEAKER_03Thank you.
SPEAKER_06I'm glad you decided to go with the hat. It's cute. Lucky duck.
SPEAKER_03I am the lucky duck. Yeah. Lucky duckling. I don't know why I think that's so cute. How was your week? It's Saturday.
SPEAKER_05I don't know. It was it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exciting, I guess. I mean, I had I had a little bit of tea, but now that I haven't told you guys, I guess I don't have a pod, but we could maybe save that for Tokyo shit.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Yeah, fuck it. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Today, this week I was relatively productive at work. Nice. Like by day job. I went in, I did my job, and I went home. Nice. I felt accomplished. I was like, oh, this is what it feels like.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05When you actually dedicate yourself to work. Doing the job you were hired for. Actually feels great. It really does. That's hilarious. Yes. Especially the shit we have to do. I mean, I don't have to do as much as you, but shit. Rita. I don't work. I know. I'm just saying. I do a lot of caretaking for these children. So that's what my week consists of. They did not have school this week, which was nice because there wasn't. I mean, it was still a bunch of running around, but not like I gotta get everybody to school. I gotta get everybody home from school. And so it was it was nice. They were chilling. We were chilling. It was just more so like me in the kitchen all day, every day. Yeah, my work week was pretty um nice. Um, I did, you know, starting trying to date. I'm gonna just keep hopefully. I was gonna say for Tokyo She, but fucking, I'm gonna tell you now because I was talking to this one dude, and then I just basically told him he wasn't really my vibe. And he's like, What? Tell me, tell me what like what is it that you don't like? Because he sent me like a couple pictures. I was like, eh, you know, all right. And yeah, he was like, he was like, I didn't show you anything, or it wasn't anything inappropriate, was it?
SPEAKER_03He was just like good.
SPEAKER_05It wasn't my jam. I'm trying to be he was homeless, he was a little homeless. Wasn't even that just loud and shit, just wasn't for me. Right. So I basically told him, like, you know, what made me tell him is because he's like, Oh, you're weird, you're weird. He kept calling me weird because I was like, Look, like, I'm just good. I just want to end it here with, you know, like a voice talk. You got enough hair on your face to be calling me weird. Yeah, definitely did it. But I I basically told him, I'm like, yeah, the first picture, blah blah blah. And he was like, Oh, well, now looking at your pictures, you actually look like a transgender. Stop it, buddy. I was like, okay, you're tight, but if that's how you feel, then that means are you gay?
SPEAKER_03100%. You like me because you ratchet me.
SPEAKER_05And okay, you also asked me what the issue is. So I'm so I was honest with you. Now I'm a transgender.
SPEAKER_03Crazy.
SPEAKER_05Nothing against the transgenders, but that's outrageous.
SPEAKER_03You just cannot be real with people.
SPEAKER_05Some bad bitches, so I don't know. Thanks.
SPEAKER_03Some of them you can't even tell.
SPEAKER_05You really cannot. Maybe that's what he was getting at. I don't know. My voice probably deeper than a lot. Try to be honest with somebody and got called the transit. Yeah. That's what happens. Stefan's like, oh my god, guys, are you bullet dodge? Fuck them. Yeah. And I'm like, it's because I'm a real ass nigga. That's what happens. Yeah, not everybody likes that.
SPEAKER_03No. He's a hater. Yeah. And he actually really likes you because you're gorgeous. Oh, just didn't know how to handle it.
SPEAKER_05We're all up. The rejection.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. He had to he had to soothe that rejection by deflecting. And I wasn't about it. I know you were, it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_03Rejection isn't bad, guys. That's just key to go on to the next one.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Somebody's gonna feel it. Just wasn't me.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_05Them fucking terminator glasses.
SPEAKER_03That's funny. Goodness. Loser. Hey, not nice. That being said, ladies, let's get into some attitude and gratitude.
SPEAKER_00Fake shisty hole.
SPEAKER_05That guy was a real shisty how.
SPEAKER_03Ladies, I have a question for you. What's your favorite saying or mantra that you'll end up by?
SPEAKER_05It is what it is. Where do I say that? Find over matter.
SPEAKER_03I don't even know. I like it, it is what it is. It's a good one.
SPEAKER_06What's yours?
SPEAKER_03Um, I have one that I tell people a lot. I say shine brighter.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, you do say that a lot.
SPEAKER_03I tell everybody I meet that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I was asking myself why I say that, and I think it came from when I was a kid, uh, I was really into what I like just church and going to the different Bible studies and things like that. Anyway, Matthew chapter 5, 15 says, Let your light shine in such a way that people may see your good works and glorify your father who's in heaven. And for some reason, I took those shines and I put it together, and I've been telling people that for years now. But it's really because I see like a genuine spark, I see uniqueness, right? Yeah. And I tell them, hey, continue being who you are. That's what I mean by that when I say shine bright, right? Because I'm trying to shine bright myself. And I start start thinking about sayings that I say to myself, and I thought maybe the girls have things that they tell people or that they live by, yeah, that edifies or encourages the people in their lives.
SPEAKER_06So that's kind of why I wanted to ask that kind of question. Goodness. Does it have to be long?
SPEAKER_03She said it is what it is, it's a good one.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. A lot of people are that's like I also tell people you allow people and things to affect you.
SPEAKER_05Like someone said, Oh, that person made me mad. Did they make you mad, or are you letting them make you mad?
SPEAKER_03That's a bar.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Things like that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah. I mean, I always tell like my kids, like, stop apologizing.
SPEAKER_05You know, like, I don't need you to apologize. I need you to do better. Or even if you you just like made a mistake or something, you don't everything doesn't need to be apologized for.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, interesting.
SPEAKER_05So um, I don't want them to be like people pleasers or feel like they have to apologize for every little way they live their life.
SPEAKER_03Like that's good.
SPEAKER_05Um, so a lot of times that is what I say. Um, but yeah, like it's crazy. I'm like literally drawing a blank, and I say so many things. Yeah, I'm so wise.
SPEAKER_03I think that we're living right now in a hundred years, somebody might say shine brighter, and then underneath it would be Stefan. Yeah, you know, or what did you just say? Stop allowing people. Yeah, how did you put it?
SPEAKER_05Like, I don't know, I forgot. But you know, I have been saying a lot. Um, a negative mind will never make for a positive light. That's a good one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, absolutely. I've been saying that a lot, and that's something that you live by. Yeah. Like you practice that shit.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Not that it's easy because Yeah, I believe in it. Facts. I believe in shine brighter. I genuinely tell everybody I know I'm gonna trademark that shit.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Because that's important. All of us are unique.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_03I believe all of us have a purpose. Unless there are some useless folk out there.
SPEAKER_06I get to meet them, though.
SPEAKER_03Something to think about, even in your own lives. Those of you guys who are listening or watching the pod, what do you say? What's your saying? What are you living by, right? And how are you giving that to the people in your life? How are you communicating that? Are you communicating that?
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03One conversation. I might tell somebody shine brighter and they smile. Yeah. I'm not saying one, but two words to you.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_03But you understand what I'm trying to tell you. Right? And they receive it like that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's just what I wanted to share with attitude and gratitude. And I'm glad that you're drawing a blank. Gradually, you recovered quickly, but a lot of people are probably drawing blanks in their own lives. Yeah. About things that they know it live by or that they say, and they can't articulate it at the moment. So put your thinking cap on and uh go be an encouragement to other people.
SPEAKER_05Yes. Yes. Definitely share that positivity.
SPEAKER_03100%. 100%. And that's all I have for attitude and gratitude.
SPEAKER_05I like that.
SPEAKER_03You think about your sayings, your mantras.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's I like that. I like how you be. Yeah, you're always surprising me.
SPEAKER_03I just want to sprinkle positivity over the world.
SPEAKER_05I don't like to do that. I feel like I hope that's what we're doing with our pod.
SPEAKER_03Big time.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's yeah. So now should we go on to?
SPEAKER_03I've been watching back episodes and seeing how awful I do. Oh man.
SPEAKER_05I've done bad in a couple episodes.
SPEAKER_03Mine's have been really bad. Yeah, yours has.
SPEAKER_05It's like shameful. Almost, if I'm being honest. Tell us how you really feel.
SPEAKER_03I gotta live this life. Mediocrity. Shame. Right.
SPEAKER_05I'll let you guys pick. Do you want a tune or a quote first?
SPEAKER_03Two.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Do what a tune.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_06Faucet off.
SPEAKER_05God damn. The dream. Yes, sir. Ding, ding, ding, big job. How negative am I? All I have is a buzzer. I don't got nothing for when you get it, do I? Oh man. Oh shit, dang! You want a reward or something? I do. All right. Let's go with your quote. Good job, Stefan.
SPEAKER_01All right. I'm glad he's single because I'm gonna climb that like a tree.
SPEAKER_03What?
SPEAKER_02I'm glad to climb that like a tree.
SPEAKER_06I know I've seen that.
SPEAKER_01All right. I'm glad he's single because I'm gonna climb that like a tree.
SPEAKER_00I don't know.
SPEAKER_05No. I'm gonna play it for the third time. Is that Jennifer Coolidge?
SPEAKER_01Uh another time for the couple. All right. I'm glad he's single because I'm gonna climb that little tree.
SPEAKER_04Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_05Prize maids? Yes! That's crazy. Yo, Risa be on here acting. She's getting her acting skills up because she's looking at my stuff. Nah, I'm not looking at her stuff.
SPEAKER_03That's good. Congratulations, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I was like getting ready to do. I didn't know if I was gonna get it. Yeah. I just had to try. Get your gasoline pantas on. It's like that was good. Thank you. All right, let's see.
SPEAKER_03It definitely fits. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Put it on the shower. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. Damn, y'all. I got a alright, that's fine. So baby girl, I put it in today. Now I'm getting mad. Now I'm getting mad.
SPEAKER_04Very good.
SPEAKER_05Very good. All right. What do we have? One more quote? Yeah. One more. Are you gonna get into that one?
SPEAKER_02You walk in that door on your two legs on a fat and talking to me in my chair, and you tell me it's all in my head. You walk in that door on your two legs on fat and cocky, and look at me in my chair, and you kill me if I went my head.
SPEAKER_05That is down and down. One more one more plan. I know you don't know it.
SPEAKER_06I have no clue.
SPEAKER_05Teledigano! I would have never got it. Never seen that?
SPEAKER_03I have seen Telegraph. I've seen it, but I would have never got it. Yeah. I wouldn't have caught that either. That was Telediganoite. There are so many other ones in that movie that I probably would have caught. Yeah, I just wouldn't.
SPEAKER_05And I just couldn't. I didn't see it enough times. Shout out to me.
SPEAKER_03Solid one. I'll take my little one piece. Yeah. No dun.
SPEAKER_05I'm gonna take the combo. Yeah. She smoked me in my own spoon. Nice.
SPEAKER_03Ooh. That was good. It was good. I didn't leave there crying or another. Yeah, so that was good.
SPEAKER_05He's okay. He's getting used to it. He got one. He got one. He's getting used to he's getting used to losing.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, for sure. I've been listening to a lot of like 90s music lately.
SPEAKER_05He's really out here studying.
SPEAKER_03Trying. Just to have it in my head. Yeah. Shoving it.
SPEAKER_05And I never play any. Not if it wants. Mad random shit. Right. Who's ready?
SPEAKER_04Taking a little bit of that.
SPEAKER_05You know, she is sick. Delusional.
SPEAKER_03For sure that I shall not.
SPEAKER_05Welcome to the delusion Olympics.
SPEAKER_06Are you guys ready?
SPEAKER_05All right. These are statements more so. Okay. Love doesn't require self-abandonment. Love doesn't require self-abandonment.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. In my own life I realized that I was losing myself. Yeah, me too. For the sake of a relationship.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I did lose myself. Yeah. For the sake of as soon as I snapped out of it though.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That relationship was over.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yep. So I've done it twice.
SPEAKER_05You wake the fuck up.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah. Alright, so the next one. They didn't change. You lowered your standards.
SPEAKER_03You're delusional.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, because that's all too like the reality that most people experience is that they just accept right.
SPEAKER_06Just to stay in. But is I I don't even want to say like stay in a comfortable place because how comfortable could that be if you're just kind of like tolerating.
SPEAKER_03But trauma is like inviting almost. It's dare I say safe.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03What you're used to. Right. You know what I mean? It's really sad that way. That's why I'm saying it's delusional because you might not even realize that you're accepting that type of situation. That's intense.
SPEAKER_06Awful.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. You can't build a future with someone stuck in survival mode.
SPEAKER_00Oh wow.
SPEAKER_03You can't build a future with someone stuck in survival mode.
SPEAKER_05And there's so many different ways to be stuck in survival mode, whether it be financially, whether it be mentally, emotionally, you know? Like if you're not growing in any kind of way, how do we build on that? And if you're treating everyone like your previous situation, how what are you getting from that? What are you gaining from that?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. We talked about that with loyalty, going through difficult situations.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Survival mode might be a season, right? But to your point, something has to be happening.
SPEAKER_05Right. Are you just gonna stay in that? How long is that gonna last? I can't. I don't think I can stick around for that. I'm not.
SPEAKER_03I think the right person. Yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. But if you're holding us back from moving forward in life, sometimes elevation requires separation.
SPEAKER_03I agree. Some things I like to help.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I understand that.
SPEAKER_06No, that's okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_06Well, delusions are lifestyle choices. That's all I have for the delusion olympics.
SPEAKER_03Good one. Yeah, very good. I like those statements. I do feel bad for you. And not in a pity way if you're going through things like that. More so because I'm looking for you to have that self-awareness.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, move out of that space. For sure. That was good.
SPEAKER_05Thank you. Really, really good. Like everyone isn't the same, people.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Ladies, um, for our main topic today, I just want to talk not really about what's going on in the world, but I just want to acknowledge the fact that our world is hurting. Yeah. Bad. Um we've got wars going on, gas is four dollars and twenty cents, milk is expensive.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05A three-bedroom apartment is twenty six hundred dollars. That type of vibe, bro.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You know, and the the thought that I had earlier this week was that the world is hurting. The problem is it's hard to focus on like the straight of four moves right now.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03When social services is packed out the door. Food stamp line is out the wazoo. It's hard to focus on what's going on, and it's tragic. It's really sad, right? And the media will say that that's super important. We gotta focus on that right now. That's tragic. The street is closed. My nigga, niggas can't eat. Red's not being paid. Yeah, the carnal is late again. This is shit happening day to day.
SPEAKER_06Right. People are getting laid off.
SPEAKER_03People are getting evicted.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Cars are getting repossessed.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. I've had all of it happen.
SPEAKER_03So it while they're saying that a relatively small channel in the Middle East is controlling everything that's happening in our world right now, I can understand maybe geopolitically how that's important. What I've gathered is that self-sufficient self-sufficiency is like super important right now.
SPEAKER_06Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03And you have to decide to take care of yourself and do the actions to take care of yourself. Problem is we've been raised for convenience and not um we know precious little about manual labor. We know precious little about farming and agriculture and gardening, craftsmanship, right? But those things are life skills that have been rebranded into hobbies, right? So the question I have for the main topic, and I hope it at least opens some eyes to our listeners, is if everything stopped tomorrow, would you actually survive?
SPEAKER_05I don't know, but I know I'm not sure. I don't know for how long. Yeah, for sure we'll try. I'm not just gonna let this shit do me in.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I'm gathering my folks and I'm getting the fuck, and we're gonna learn. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's tell me about it.
SPEAKER_05That's why I do all the things I do. That's why I spend so much time in the woods. That's why I learned how to garden. That's why I learned how to shoot bow and arrow. That's why I don't just do this shit for no reason. Granted, the being out in the wilderness is just a piece that I found that I need. Yeah. But also learning all the sustainability that comes with knowing the plants out there, the mushrooms, how to hunt, how to navigate through the woods.
SPEAKER_03Where the mosses, like all of that.
SPEAKER_05That is important. We can live off the land, actually. That is why the earth is what it is. That is how we live in the beginning of time. We didn't have fucking grocery stores. And we talked about this too. We didn't have grocery stores, we didn't have the actual people who were doing it. Yeah. You know, everyone was hunting and gathering for their families and their communities.
SPEAKER_03You had to.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03No choice.
SPEAKER_05Right.
SPEAKER_03Uh, the other thing that I thought about is we are very capable, we're just very comfortable. Absolutely. America is filled with comfort. And every human on the planet who has limbs, working limbs, can still go out and hunt a deer or fish or garden. We just have to substitute that to go to Hanford instead.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03In the light of what's happening in the world right now. And a lot of people say there's nothing I can do about it. It's all the way over there. Yeah, but you can mitigate your losses here. Yeah. And I think we should, as a culture. I think that's not that I'm telling you to boycott Hannaford. I love going there. And I'm telling you to boycott Market 32. Go to your grocery store, but learn to be less dependent on those things and finding creative solutions to the problems that you actually have.
SPEAKER_05If people are in the bubble, they don't think it's gonna happen. Like you said, it's happened over there. That shit can for sure come over here. It did. We can get blasted at any point in time, God forbid. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But like I was saying, they did. They're saying gas is as expensive as it is because this little channel in the Middle East is closed or west closed.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03What? Okay, so if some shit really popped off, what would happen? Gas would be eight dollars a gallon. Is that what you're saying? Okay, so boom. How do we navigate that as individual people? Not saying go get a horse to walk. But find ways to be self-sufficient. Maybe we might have to go get a chicken coop. Maybe we might have to farm rabbits. I don't know.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03What do what's best for you, but understand rabbits.
SPEAKER_05Rabbit pie. Rabbit pie.
SPEAKER_03That curry rabbit might be hitting serious.
SPEAKER_05How are we gonna get the curry?
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_05But we gotta go stock on that.
SPEAKER_03It's funny. I was at Market 32 probably like three, four days ago, and I think there was a uh power outage. And I walked in, no music was playing. It was dark in there.
SPEAKER_05Weird.
SPEAKER_03It was dark. I literally think to myself, damn, did this shit happen for all? Oh my goodness. It was quiet in there. Like there are human beings in the building. It was the rats could have been more vocal than humans were in that building. Sound like a cemetery in there in the grocery store. I'm like, damn, this is what shit could really look like.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah. We um walked into Target and the lights went out. Like the little emergency lights kicked on and whatever, but um, and they came back on within a couple minutes, but it was just like pitch black in there for a few seconds, and it was just weird. Yeah, it was fine, but I was like, what the heck? It was winter time too, so like like literally snowing and like heavy outside, so it wasn't like surprising, but interesting. I was like, should we leave?
SPEAKER_03What I think about not to make it trivial, but in the movie Harry Potter, Order of the Phoenix, spoiler, she's uh sorry, Harry's in the woods with Luna, and he's trying to express vaguely how he's feeling. Yeah, and Luna tells him that Voldemort wants you to feel alone. Because if you're alone, you're not really a threat.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_03If I can translate to this topic today, community is really important.
SPEAKER_06Yes.
SPEAKER_03Like-minded individuals is really important. You're gonna survive if you're in community. If you think you're gonna solo it, you're not Denzel Washington. This is not the Book of Eli, bro.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_03You're gonna get picked off. But if you're in community, and I bring this up because I've I I stopped at Mario Farm for the Love of Bacon today as well, and I bought a pack of bacon in there.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I'm like, okay, this came from the farm I'm 10 miles away.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I know the farmer who raised this thing. And if I need food, I don't have to go to the grocery store. I can't.
SPEAKER_06You can go to the farm, right?
SPEAKER_03You know what I mean? Yeah. And that's the community providing for itself.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_06So everybody brings something different. I'm a nurse, she knows how to hike, she knows how to plant things, you know, like I can cook. You can for sure cook. And you're a man, you're strong.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I pick things up and put them down.
SPEAKER_05You better do. Yeah. Like I'm sure there's if we really sit here and comb through shit, you know how to do something.
SPEAKER_03I can put a light bulb up.
SPEAKER_05What if we don't have electricity? Right. Smoking I nigga. What else you got?
SPEAKER_03Sorry, we trust you. We trust you. Right. Um, but to your point, learning. Yeah, these are not hobbies that are optional. You should know how to cast a fish. Put a yes. You should know that as a grown man. You should know, maybe not be a proficient hunter, right? But understand what the woods look like.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You know, maybe you should pick up growing potatoes. Apparently, it's super easy to do. I will experiment on that and I'll come back with you guys what that looks like. Maybe, Crystal, you can help me plant some potatoes and sellers out. And start to build those skills so that you know that you can take care of yourself. Right. Even if it's just potatoes.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You feel me?
SPEAKER_05So yeah, because we've had she's grown strawberries, um, a few different kinds of peppers, uh jalapenos, tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, like uh squash. I think.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, like just all kinds of stuff. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. It's funny that I said the world is hurting, and ironically, the solution that I'm finding for it is to go back to nature.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Not to excuse the wanton death that's happened in the Middle East. I feel so sad for the parents who lost children.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03For the moms who've lost babies. Of course. That's devastating for me. You in your own life though, find the ways to be self-sufficient in this world. Because you you don't have control over the street of forms, but you do control what you do with your own.
SPEAKER_06What you do with yourself, yeah. Correct.
SPEAKER_03So that was just me acknowledging what we have going on. We don't gotta get into the politics of it all. The blame game, because there's a lot of that happening. Um, I think you're focusing the energy on what you can do is right.
SPEAKER_06Yes, absolutely.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Learn, pick up a new skill, learn something new, read a book.
SPEAKER_03Yes. The confidence that you gain from doing that, though. Yeah. Nobody really is. Unmatched. Yeah. You can grow a tomato. Yes.
SPEAKER_05Do you know? I'm the shit. Talk to me about that. I can grow food.
SPEAKER_03These thumbs are green. When you when you saw the little things sprout, they were like my little babies.
SPEAKER_05Yes. And was I not out there every day? Every morning.
SPEAKER_06Every day, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Every day in the middle of the day.
SPEAKER_06In the middle of the day, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Oh, don't water them too early in the morning because the sun all, you know, crystalline because it'll like dry it out, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Interesting.
SPEAKER_05I ain't no word, Ninja, but you know, drums up. Yeah. And you know, just in the dirt and using my hands, and then watching. Even like as the weeks go by and you see these things grow. Like even when I was watching her strawberries grow, like you see, they turn into flowers first, then the strawberries start coming. It's just like so amazing. And yeah, the flowers are out, like you know, um bloomed in the morning because the bees are palming. You just see all the things.
SPEAKER_03Yes, for sure.
SPEAKER_05Gardening's beautiful. Learn how to do it, guys.
SPEAKER_03Love that because it's dope. Yeah. That's all I have for the main topic today.
SPEAKER_05That was awesome.
SPEAKER_03I thought it was important to unpack that.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I like that. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Especially because we've we've been talking about that a lot lately, anyway. So and social media is littered with the negative.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03There's very little of what can I do?
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03What should I do?
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Nobody's talking about it. They're laying a lot of ground.
SPEAKER_06Right. You're gonna make people panicky. Come on.
SPEAKER_03Give them solutions. Yes, give us confidence. Yeah, give us some confidence. I need confidence all day. Yeah. Give me the skills so I can work with my hands.
SPEAKER_05They want people stuck. It's gonna be survival of the fittest. If some shit does happen, and that's just the cold, hard truth. The fittest than the richest. Right. Yeah. Well, I'd rather be the fittest than the fish. Me too, for sure. And your ass still become when shit hits the fan because you ain't got no real skills.
SPEAKER_03Right. And here's what I've learned. When that eventuality comes to pass, the people who have the skills are the rich ones. The people who have that knowledge are the ones who everyone's flocking to. Crystal. You tell me how to what fertilizer.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I can't find no fertilizer.
SPEAKER_05Mm-hmm. Flocking to seeds, all that. Yeah. So. Yeah. Get self-sufficient, motherfuckers.
SPEAKER_03Try it. I'm I can guarantee you can allow it.
SPEAKER_05You can go get seeds for sure from like Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot. Go get that.
SPEAKER_03And I'm not telling you to go start homesteading right now.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Simple you can do. Just try something. Try something and see if you can do it. Go take a walk at Thatcher Park.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_03Get to know the lay of the land at Plotter Kill. So that you're confident when you have to go to the Catskills. When you gotta be on the road, at least you're confident.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03You know your body can do X, Y, Z. Yeah. So, and that's a simple thing. I want to tell you a little bit about them today.
SPEAKER_05It's tough. It's tough. Yeah. Walking through them woods, okay? Don't let him tell you it's simple. Ain't no bullshit out there.
SPEAKER_03Make sure you got some good shoes on. You will find yourself for sure. And you'll find that you're strong.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And you're capable of it. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_05Because it's comfortable. I was like, I'm not gonna make it back to the car. I said the safety train. It wasn't even a hard shit. Didn't carry me? Did we call someone? It was flat like that. Hilarious. Heart beating on my chest. That is funny. It was beautiful, though. I love being out there. Yeah. It just is a lot. For me. For me. For me. Imagine if we brought her the casket, she would never talk to us. Yeah, but sure. Yeah, I would. I wouldn't. You think I don't answer your calls now?
SPEAKER_03I would respect that.
SPEAKER_05I would too. Okay. I couldn't even be mad at you. The first time she took me to the show. Are you okay? I can't ask anybody. I mean, shit, nigga, it don't matter now. We eat it. Oh heavens. Like halfway in in the trail, and that's like three and a half miles that we're going around, buddy. Crazy. And it's snowing. Oh no. Let's do it again. All right. Style. Thanks. That wasn't even my phone. That was another phone. Okay. Anyway. You guys ready? I'm ready. Hot seats.
SPEAKER_06Where we tell all our business.
SPEAKER_05I love telling business. I like it.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I guess it depends on what it is.
SPEAKER_05All right. Let's pick a name. Lady Reesa. Not the clapping. We have a winner. Congratulations.
SPEAKER_06Thank you. I should have came into this more enthusiastic.
SPEAKER_05That's funny. That's good. All right. Have you ever stalked someone's new partner? No. Maybe I shouldn't say stalked. Nothing.
SPEAKER_03Not on there at all. Can I actually this already?
SPEAKER_05You did not. No. Heavens no. Heavens. Don't try to switch it. Don't care. Been there, done that. Good for you. Yeah. Why do I care what y'all got going on?
SPEAKER_03Can't no nigga ever upgrade on me.
SPEAKER_05I don't care who he gets. Period. Cause I love it. We just nigga. It'd be bitches that her nigga used to fuck with. Bitches be stalking my page. Niggas that I used to fuck with. The bitches, it'd be stalking her veins. Like, like what? How do you find the time? Bitches be stalking my nose. There's no comparison.
SPEAKER_03It's none at all.
SPEAKER_05Bitches stalk DW. What are you doing? You went out your way. You pursued the nigga. You got his weak ass. And you still watch me? Why?
SPEAKER_03That's weird.
SPEAKER_05Find something better to do.
SPEAKER_03Excuse me for not indulging.
SPEAKER_06Or even not even having that desire to I'm not interested. I'm not impressed. Not interested. Enjoy.
SPEAKER_05That was a good answer. That was a good answer. Oh shit. Alright. Well, I pressed it, so yeah. I couldn't wait.
SPEAKER_03Excuse me.
SPEAKER_05It's Risa again.
SPEAKER_03It's the Reese trail.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Welcome. FYI. I'm trying to record this wheel. I think I'm doing it. So you guys can see when the name's getting picked.
unknownOkay. Okay.
SPEAKER_05So we don't think she cheating? Right. Because it'd probably land out on her.
SPEAKER_03Is it because she's cheated before?
SPEAKER_05Maybe. No. I don't need to cheat. I don't give a shit. Chatter. Enough to cheat. Sounds good. If there were no consequences, would you try at least one time? No consequences? None. Probably like. Well, if there's no consequences, then I guess it wouldn't be like stealing money. I'd just be going to get some money out of the bank. Immediately. Immediately. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Expeditiously.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06To fund my lifestyle. I've come to collect dreams.
SPEAKER_05Nice.
SPEAKER_06Pay pay off school. Finish that. Get us a nice compound where everyone can live about a mile or so away from each other. And that's all I need. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03G-Wagon.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I need. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I'm never gonna forget.
SPEAKER_05No.
SPEAKER_03I need that outside.
SPEAKER_05That's mine.
SPEAKER_03I need that outside.
SPEAKER_05It's coming. Yes. I'm gonna getcha.
SPEAKER_03Sports utility vehicle. I'm in the woods with that thing.
SPEAKER_05The G-Wagon?
SPEAKER_03Yes. The little thing up and down.
SPEAKER_05The hydraulics? Yeah. I don't know. You ain't bringing mine. I won't drive nothing but a G. I like a G Wagon, but that would be a pavement princess car for me.
SPEAKER_06I'm driving it for sure, but I won't be in the woods.
SPEAKER_05That's my answer. Huh? Yeah. That was cool. You say, huh? I'm saying I'm changing this segment, guys, until I come up with some questions. My brain's been spicy. Who's next?
SPEAKER_06Not me. If I get painted again, I know it's right.
SPEAKER_05Worst thing you said to someone during an argument. Um I mean, I told a couple people I hope they died in arguments. Like aggressive. Like die. I fucking meant it. Like you could die tomorrow. I wouldn't give a shit. In the moment I felt like that. Probably felt like that a couple days after two, but let me think. Is there's just gotta be that's pretty gnarly.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, for sure. Wicked. I mean, if it could have happened.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. She used to tell me that. Stop saying that shit. Well, Zoe's data said it to him a lot. And then I did stop saying it because I as angry as I was with him, I wouldn't want that to happen to him, especially now because we're cool. And obviously, first and foremost, because of Zoe. Yeah, absolutely. But I said it to his mom. She deserved it.
SPEAKER_03If I was a mom, did I'm not a mom, but that probably was should have been to me. I think that was the desired effect though.
SPEAKER_05I left it on her answer machine. Yeah, that's what I did. You guys can pick what you want. You don't know my situation.
SPEAKER_06That's pretty hot. I don't talk to people like that.
SPEAKER_05I do.
SPEAKER_03That was hot.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But I'm not judging you. You never said it to me, so.
SPEAKER_05I would never say it. I wouldn't say it. Don't give me a reason, nigga. Yeah, I'm terrible when I want to be. And I don't want to be. But when I have to be. I guess I don't need to be that terrible.
SPEAKER_06You don't.
SPEAKER_05One more. That was my shit. One more. One more? Well, that was that three. Oh, that was three. I think we can edit on that though. Please, let's move on.
SPEAKER_04Would you rather going?
SPEAKER_05Y'all ready, right? We ready. Here we go. Alright. Would you rather loosely because of your kids or because of a relationship? Uh, because of my fucking kids.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, me too. I'm gonna say for the relationship. There are plenty of times where my partner wanted to go to sleep instead of hash out the situation that we were dealing with.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I'll be awake all night. Going to sleep with that on my chest is not something I have to do.
SPEAKER_06Uncomfortable for sure.
SPEAKER_03I want to talk to you and I want to resolve it, fuck, and then go to sleep.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03In that order. Um, and so, and because my relationship's critically important to me, I would have fuck sleep. Let's talk to it through. I don't want to sleep.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, that's yeah.
SPEAKER_03I want to be okay with one with feeling some discomfort. So if not.
SPEAKER_05So well, that's why I would rather lose sleep because of my kids, because we should be able to fucking talk about a hatchet out, fuck around, whatever, and go to sleep. We shouldn't be, it shouldn't be linked.
SPEAKER_06It shouldn't be carrying on, yeah.
SPEAKER_05You know, kids, that's expected. You're gonna lose sleep because of them.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. I don't want to be going through any of that shit in a relationship with the kids.
SPEAKER_03Go to sleep. Go to sleep.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, for sure. Would you rather argue about money or intimacy? Money. I hate both those conversations. Either one. I know. I hate both of them. Intimacy, though. I don't want to argue about money.
SPEAKER_03The money conversation is so so hard to have. But it's so fixed. Even when it's not an argument. Yeah. It's just a difficult thing to sit down at the table and talk about bills or talk about where money's talk about there's not enough money. It's hard to do that. But why? I think a lot of times people don't want to admit that money is their idol.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03They love money.
SPEAKER_05I think my situation is just a little different. Just because, like, with my ex, I didn't really have to worry about that shit while we were together.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05So, like, we've had conversations and stuff, but I think shit got like rocky more so when he had to go back to work.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Um. So yeah. And also, I don't wanna. As a man, I don't want to bring up the frequency of sex or intimacy.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I don't want to say. But you wanna be having it. Yes. So I don't wanna say or have to initiate or say, hey, babe, it's not happening as often as I feel like I need it. I feel like that is pushy and it sounds weird coming from a man, hey babe, I want some pussy in your life. I shouldn't have to ask you for that shit.
SPEAKER_05No, for real.
SPEAKER_03Just start kissing on me, licking on me. That's a weird one for me because I don't want to have either of those conversations, honestly.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I do understand why we have to have them. Also, I'm in a different space. When I was younger, it was difficult to accept some of those truths coming from the other person.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Now I'm a little more self-controlled, so I can accept it and process it as information.
SPEAKER_05And it's like you've had a different experiences as well. So it's like, and what are the arguments about that? Like what do you not need?
SPEAKER_06Or what are you a lot of receptivity, I guess, if that's like for me, I'll say, like, head, you guys know.
SPEAKER_03Well, not that you know, but that's a really important part of the process for me.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. For both on both ends.
SPEAKER_03I want to do it for you, and I want you to do it to me. I want it to always be a part of the mix.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Honestly, that's how I feel. I mean, for me, especially, I feel like it's such a selfless act. It's you showing me that you want me.
SPEAKER_05It's me showing you I got you by the balls.
SPEAKER_04Take them. Take them out.
SPEAKER_03What the fuck are we doing here? Hilarious. So if I have to ask you about that and you know that's what I'm I need that from you, I'm already in a weird space about that, being honest.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03No, I don't ask for your ball.
SPEAKER_06So yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Interesting. Very good. Would you rather?
SPEAKER_06Thank you. I have one more for you.
unknownUh-huh.
SPEAKER_05Would you rather have a partner who talks loudly or talks constantly? Fuck you look at.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_03Say loud. Shit. Um, I would say loud. Loud is interesting.
SPEAKER_05Is it? I don't know. Don't be talking loud around me because I don't want to hear that shit.
SPEAKER_03I don't mind a loud person. I think personality is important. That's great. Talking all the time.
SPEAKER_05You could be talking constantly and not saying shit. Yeah, for sure. For sure. But then on the other hand, you could be saying some shit. I don't come on.
SPEAKER_06Like, if we in a nice quiet setting and you're talking loud, like you're embarrassing. Yeah. I don't want that.
SPEAKER_03I want to Redwood Diner.
SPEAKER_06I'm loud sometimes when I get excited.
SPEAKER_05Oh my gosh. And I talk a lot too. Like, I talk a lot too sometimes. Like, sometimes like so quiet, but like when I'm excited, or like if I'm really comfortable with you, I will be like time and place. Yeah. Time and place for sure. There's a lady at my job. I ain't never heard nobody as loud as her. So I if I could tolerate that, yeah. I think I would rather a loud talker than somebody that never shuts the fuck up.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03I can tolerate a loud person because I'm quiet to begin with. But nonstop is really wicked, bro. Please give me a break.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Well, that's all I got for Would You Rather? Good weekend. Would you rather so good? Not with that voice, not today. No, my voice is fucked, bro. Not today.
unknownSo good.
SPEAKER_05We on to.
SPEAKER_03We typically do a debate club. But I'm gonna switch it up today. We're gonna play a game. It's called switching this or debatable. Okay. Alright, rapid fire game. I'm gonna make a couple statements, and you ladies have to just say facts or debatable. Okay. Don't think about it. Oh, hi.
SPEAKER_05Hi Naila. How are you been, girl?
SPEAKER_03Have a seat, dude. Lay down.
SPEAKER_05Neither. Come on. Let's come over here where there's room. Yeah. There you go. Whoa, sister, whoa, sister, whoa!
SPEAKER_03Um, all right, are you ready?
SPEAKER_05I'm ready.
SPEAKER_03Don't think about it. I just need a facts or debatable. Missionary is the best position.
SPEAKER_05Debatable.
SPEAKER_03Debatable. That's a crazy. Body count matters. Sorry. Debatable. Body count matters.
SPEAKER_05Debatable.
SPEAKER_03Size matters. Facts.
SPEAKER_05Facts.
SPEAKER_03Pineapple belongs on pizza. Debatable.
SPEAKER_05Debatable.
SPEAKER_03A man should pet always pay on the first date.
SPEAKER_05Uh facts.
SPEAKER_03Facts. If they cheat once, they'll cheat again. Facts. It's actually a horse. Fucking cheaters. Money buys happiness. Debatable. Facts.
SPEAKER_05Just playing debatable. Polarizing. If you think it's a fact, then. Nah, I know. I know it's not a fact.
SPEAKER_03Music sounds better at night. Debatable. All this shit. Day and night. Coffee is better than tea. Debatable. You can judge a person by their shoes.
unknownFacts.
SPEAKER_05Nigga, I'm judging. I'll be heaven.
SPEAKER_03You guys are outrageous.
SPEAKER_05I don't care. I ain't gonna hold people. I said nigga, I stopped talking to him. I stopped talking to him because them shoes. You a grown man. What are we doing?
SPEAKER_03Okay, let me run that back real quick. You said size matters, and you guys said facts.
SPEAKER_05I said facts. Absolute facts. Facts. Yeah. I'm sorry. I'm not fucking a nigga standing there. Looking like an overgrown clip. Oh heaven. It's looking like a bigger bean. Wicked. Um this dog is saying.
SPEAKER_03I think that I mean, I don't I don't want homosexual, so I can't speak for that experience. But what's the is it a a girth thing or is it a length thing that you're in out in general? Yeah, please be the bigger the better.
SPEAKER_02I mean like no big ass, big ass thing but seven inches plus seven to ten.
SPEAKER_05Get a ruler!
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Seven to ten.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I guess. Is ten a lot?
SPEAKER_03Ten's ten is a fucking big ass dog.
SPEAKER_06Think about a ruler as twelve. The whole ruler is twelve.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, just listen. Godly me. I mean, ten's cool, but also just give me something where I can feel something, you know what you're doing. Then I'll be satisfied. I don't need no big ass swong. Me either.
SPEAKER_03So uh maybe you guys have had, I don't know. What's been the you're in my business. I need to be in it, sorry. Deep. Like it's deep and wide. Apparently, not enough. She can sit on those balls. Crazy.
SPEAKER_05Oh, I'm not sitting on any balls.
SPEAKER_03Um, so if we're talking about seven to ten is solid, that means that six and under is not good.
SPEAKER_05That's not true. No.
SPEAKER_03You said facts, I'm asking questions.
SPEAKER_05I can say facts to whatever I want to.
SPEAKER_06I've never really measured anyone's, but I've had probably about six.
SPEAKER_05I've had a nine six. Yeah, for sure. Um I don't have a big ass vagina. Congratulations. A big ass congratulations. But um, I don't like I've had, I guess if you want to call it what would you say? That's like an average size, like anywhere between like five and seven.
SPEAKER_03Five and seven is average, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Right? Statistically, and I've enjoyed myself.
SPEAKER_03So size doesn't matter. Too small is too fat. It's bad. Tell me. Tell me, tell me.
SPEAKER_05Tell me people know. For me. I can't speak for every woman. I know what I'm interested in and what I'm not. Some maybe some women get off on peace size. Maybe I'm a big vagina. Big puss. I don't know.
SPEAKER_03I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_05I have to press this, don't I?
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_03Fuck.
SPEAKER_05All right. Now it's time for talk your motherfucking stories.
SPEAKER_04More than ever. Right now. What?
SPEAKER_05The flower, the powder. Smell that motherfucker. Goodness. I cannot.
SPEAKER_03Speaking of talking shit.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. I want to talk about something different now.
SPEAKER_03I hate when someone's supposed to do their job and they don't do it.
SPEAKER_05Bro, you had one job. We just we this is what we talking about. So y'all in on it too. You fucking big bro Stefan here. We were having a whole bomb ass conversation. Private board. So you know how I feel? That ain't it.
SPEAKER_03I respect that.
SPEAKER_05And his name is Stefan.
SPEAKER_03I respect that. I earned that.
SPEAKER_05Okay. I'm over it.
SPEAKER_03I did earn it. That's not what I want to talk my shit about. I'll tell you what I actually want to talk my shit about.
SPEAKER_05Unreliable co-workers.
SPEAKER_03The worst. Actually, fucking worst.
SPEAKER_04Go ahead. Talk your shit.
SPEAKER_03I just I think the thing I wanted to say that I did say was that I I think that bad head is just tragic. I it's not good. Please stop.
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_03Make it sound. I don't want to. I don't even want to teach you what I need you to do for me. Just let's get to the next part.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. That's fucking crazy. But how old are we and we don't know? Like, please, you're down there. I'm for sure. Stop, stop, stop, stop. Teeth. Teeth! Uh yeah.
SPEAKER_03I know we just talked about size, so maybe it's part my situation, but open your fucking mouth. You heard them, bitches.
SPEAKER_05Who's scraping their teeth on Stefan? Fucking cover your teeth with your lips.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, like gumming my shit, bro. Like, honestly, I really I'd rather not. Well, she'd be teething. Tooth like scrapey.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03It's not a fun experience. Not on an erect penis. It's not fun. And then it's like, all right, bro. I'm hurting here. You want me to fuck next? I'm all set. You hurt me. Can you just go?
SPEAKER_04Can you just leave?
SPEAKER_05Actually, I'm calling you.
SPEAKER_03We're good.
SPEAKER_05I'm calling.
SPEAKER_03I'm not calling anything. Get the fuck out.
SPEAKER_05Oh, heavens. He ain't that me. He ain't that me. Right, wrong.
SPEAKER_06In his head, he's probably like, yeah, please stop.
SPEAKER_05Um, I'm gonna call your Uber, but you gotta go.
SPEAKER_03I don't think I'm gonna pay for that. I'm not paying for this.
SPEAKER_05Good. Shake my hand.
unknownThank you.
SPEAKER_05Paying for that shit. Paying for that wax shit.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Wicked. That's my topic of shit.
SPEAKER_05Good.
SPEAKER_03What about you, Lady Risa?
SPEAKER_06Mine is just like if you a nigga and you know you ain't packing. And I'm not like not even on no funny shit. Like.
SPEAKER_05Keep that Vienna to yourself. Far away from me. Don't want it. I don't want Weenies. I don't want addicts. Vienna's Frank and Maine. Amputees? Yeah. Cheaters, liars, manipulators, weak ass niggas. I don't want none of that. Go back to your mama house.
SPEAKER_03It's a straight program.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. That's why I'm alone and have been for years.
SPEAKER_03Fair.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. So fair.
SPEAKER_05It's fine. Well, besides unreliable co-workers. My Tokyo shit. I hate to put you guys through this again, but niggas thinking that they're the prize. I don't like it. And I guess we'll break that down to maybe not thinking they're the prize, but thinking that uh texting is a sustainable form of conversation. It's not. And I mentioned this to two different people, and I've been called immature and then told I wasn't good enough to have phone calls on the phone. He wasn't sure. Um yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's crazy.
SPEAKER_05Like, what does that even mean? Yeah, that just means you're a child and you don't want to talk on the phone like a real person and have conversation. I don't not get to know you through text and two-second videos on Snapchat.
SPEAKER_03You don't like me.
SPEAKER_05You don't. And that's okay. Yeah. Get the fuck out of the street. Right.
SPEAKER_06Because, like, who the fuck are you?
SPEAKER_05That's crazy. Because you're not worthy of my time. If that's how you feel, but you're not telling me that because you don't want me to not man enough to just say it.
SPEAKER_03I don't see it as going.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, right. That's it. We're not. I thought we might hit it off.
SPEAKER_05We're not a match. Right. Because we were supposed to get together. And I told him that. Well, because we don't really talk like that, I wasn't excited about it. And that was the response that I got.
SPEAKER_03That's natural. Yeah, that's okay. Texting, snapping, all that shit is supplementary to the actual conversation you should be having.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05If you have my phone number, yeah, you're not a real person to me.
SPEAKER_03Now you can lose it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, for sure. It doesn't matter because now it's blocked on everything. You know, I text him back, so what I said, waited for him to read it and start texting back, but then I blocked him. I love doing that. Good stuff. I just think about the person walking. But me stuff in the cement. Yeah, nigga, I'll never know what you said. Wiggles. That's my talking chip. That's great. Fuckers.
SPEAKER_03Guys, send us your um stories, confessions, and likes, dislikes.
SPEAKER_05Ladies, tell us what these fuck niggas are doing. And men, tell us what these fuck bitches are doing.
SPEAKER_03We'll highlight that on our show.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Or you can call.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Can call.
SPEAKER_03802-319-9133.
SPEAKER_05Right. Call 02-319-9133. Call. Or don't whatever, I'm tired, John. Call me, text me if you want to reach me. Call me, beat me.
SPEAKER_04Beat me.
SPEAKER_05If you want to reach me.
SPEAKER_03But definitely call, text.
SPEAKER_05We actually have a text. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03A lot of people say they want to be on the show and they don't realize that calling us is literally the fastest way to get on the show. It's the quickest way to be on the podcast.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. And we're gonna play your shit.
SPEAKER_03You might find that we are thrilled by the conversation and you might want to have you on.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So call for sure.
SPEAKER_05Or even if you're not comfortable calling, you can text. We get we haven't listened I'll read our last text. What was it? So what was our last conversation? Uh episode called. I don't know. No loyalty.
SPEAKER_03No great loyalty.
SPEAKER_05The person who texts, they said, who cares about loyalty when I'm just happy getting pussed down? Another great episode. Yeah. Yo, that's hilarious. Shout out to you. Puss down.
SPEAKER_03Run that.
SPEAKER_04I hope you do.
SPEAKER_03Hilarious.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Let's tone it down a little. That was a little that was a high energy episode. It was.
SPEAKER_06I hope it was good enough. Close your eyes. Make a way. Yeah, like that.
SPEAKER_05Anyway. Welcome to Health, Wealth, and Positivity, everyone.
SPEAKER_06Today we are going to be talking about factual things.
SPEAKER_05For health. Your body heals best when you're in a calm, parasympathetic state. Stress literally delays healing. That is a fact.
SPEAKER_03Wow. Stress delays healing.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Makes sense.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Well, your network often impacts your net worth more than your degree.
SPEAKER_03Agreed.
SPEAKER_05It's all about who you know and who you blow.
unknownAs it turns out.
SPEAKER_05As it turns out.
SPEAKER_03Yes, for sure. I would say the in my lifetime, the highest influxes of money that I've received have all been surrounded by my network.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03People I know. Whether it's employment or business.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03It's me connecting with another person, and then I see money coming. Yeah, never the other way around.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_03So that's good.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. That's a fact.
SPEAKER_05Positivity. Detach from what doesn't align without guilt. That do that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Don't feel guilty for detaching from something that's not serving you.
SPEAKER_03Uh I had a mentor years ago. He said, uh having vision is the ability to say no to the things that don't move you forward. I've had to learn that like letting shit go, like, as hard as it is for me, especially lately. It is hard. Of cards. Mm-hmm. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Letting them to rest. It's a challenge. But I understand like physically my body needs to not have that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Why? Because I want 250 pounds.
unknownBad.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah. It's like literally carbs and everything.
unknownEverything.
SPEAKER_06I mean, maybe like don't eat like the breads and stuff, but eat like fresh fruit. Berries have a lot of carbs, but I love them. And they're natural. Like it's fucking fruit.
SPEAKER_03And your body processes. Differently. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah. That's all I have for health, wealth, and positivity.
SPEAKER_03I love that. I receive all of it.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, me too.
SPEAKER_05Good shit.
SPEAKER_06I really gotta do better. I know better. I know better.
SPEAKER_05I know better.
SPEAKER_06So it's like, let's do better. Uh-huh. I'm getting there.
