This episode got uncomfortable in the best way possible as we unpacked the idea of settling in relationships, friendships, careers, and life overall. Is compromise maturity… or are some people slowly abandoning themselves just to avoid being alone?

As always, the Menaces brought the laughs, the tension, the hot takes, and the usual chaos through our favorite segments — but the main topic? Yeah… this one might hit home.

Sometimes dust settles.

Sometimes people do too.

The question is… should you?

SPEAKER_02

Hello and welcome to the wholesome menace podcast. I'm your host, Chris Marie. We have Stefan and Risa with us.

SPEAKER_09

Yay! Yay! What's going on, folks?

SPEAKER_06

Hey y'all. I feel like it's been a minute.

SPEAKER_09

It has been a minute.

SPEAKER_06

I feel like it really has. This is like my first time.

SPEAKER_09

Listen, guys, we are constantly working at this pod, but when we have to take breaks to edit and to do different things or life is in the way, yeah. Like it's separation anxiety for me.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Need to be here with you girls.

SPEAKER_02

Definitely. It's just, I'm like, what do we do?

SPEAKER_03

What do we do?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Just gotta get back into it.

SPEAKER_09

Here's the cool thing from y'all's perspective, you see an episode every week.

SPEAKER_01

Right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Right? Because niggas is working. Right. But sometimes when the schedule doesn't align, we have to adjust, and it feels weird getting back in the chair. But we I want to go back in chair.

SPEAKER_05

I can't wait to get back in chair.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Like we only were off for like a week. It felt like way more. It did. It felt like two weeks, honestly.

SPEAKER_09

But I guess is that cool for when you have your own business?

SPEAKER_05

I guess it's amazing. As long as you're doing the thing. You're showing up, yeah, for sure. Which we do everything's being done on time. Yeah. I mean, think of for the ones that we did previously do so that we still stay ahead. Yeah. But yeah, it's no easy task. Love it, but I enjoy it the most. Yeah. So fire.

SPEAKER_09

That being said, let's get into some attitude and gratitude.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. This shit, I'm gonna blow getting a thing that don't help me grow. Bake three, big six, shice get home.

SPEAKER_09

Ladies, for attitude and gratitude today, I wanted to talk about just how we are individually becoming better versions of ourselves. So the question I had is what are you doing to hone yourself? Like what practices are you putting into your life to hone yourself? We use the generic ones, go to the gym, you know, eat healthier, those types of ones, but I feel like all of us across the board are doing all those same things.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

A variation of those things. Yeah, it doesn't make you a great person. Right. My question to you is what are you doing specifically to like hone or sharpen or trim off or be better? What is what is it that you're doing?

SPEAKER_05

Actively working out my mental and how I deal with like every situation. Like trying to deal with it in a light, positive kind of way, regardless of how shitty it is. So that I just don't feel shitty. I don't know. I'm just like really just training my mental in a lot of different situations. I don't really have anything else that I'm really working on personally besides that. I mean, the financial stuff, that's another thing that like everybody's doing, right? Or needs to do. But the way I react to situations, people, all that, that's the thing that I'm honing in. Just trying to have a good mental and be patient, working on my patience.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

For sure. Sweet. And getting tattoos.

SPEAKER_09

And getting tattoos, which is fire. That's you building out the avatar.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

You know what I mean? So super dope. Therapeutic.

SPEAKER_06

I really just kind of make sure that I'm taking time for myself. That's a big deal for me because I like spending time alone. And I like being able to just like sit down and focus on something that I want to do. So I make sure that I get that free time for myself so that I can do those things.

SPEAKER_05

And also literally like talking to you guys every day, coming on here and discussing the topics that we all bring up helps me kind of just be able to reflect and take a look at some flaws that I might have or things that I may need to work on as an individual. So then I can like really be like, okay, you do this. Let's see how we can switch that up. Um so that's really it. Like me taking time for myself so that my mind is clear and I stay in a positive space, and then like I said, talking to you guys.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. For me, I have realized that my reading is not up to par.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

What I qualify like an intellectual person's reading, I don't feel like for me it's up to par. So one, I've been the app on my phone tells me like a different word every day.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

So I'm constantly being pushed with different words. That way I can at least if I'm not reading a book or or you know going through books regularly like I used to, I'm still getting different types of like diction in my life. Also, since Q's been on the show, I've been take taking the supplements that come that he uh develops. And when I tell you, like I feel like I'm on 10. Yeah. But not in an anxious way. Like everything's on.

SPEAKER_05

Nice. And I'm alert. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Right?

SPEAKER_05

You're here. You're present.

SPEAKER_09

Present. So realizing, hey, that's an area you need to hone yourself in in your wellness, right? Even with the training. Like even with the supplements I've been taking, I can see that I can push harder in a workout. You know, I have more energy to do that. I have the desire to work out, you know. And so just finding those areas that I know I might be lack, lacking in, and finding ways to supplement that void. So again, I do I have the margin to read a book? I would love to. I have them in my book bag and my day goes by and I don't even open it, right? I make the time I make the book available, but sometimes the time isn't there for me. So my substitute for that is the way that I'm trying to hone myself is putting that vocabulary at so at least I see it. And sometimes I'll go on there and I'm like, damn, I didn't know that. You know, there's plenty of words I I'm introduced to.

SPEAKER_06

Or you've heard them and you're kind of like, I don't really like for sure know what that means. I have an idea.

SPEAKER_09

But yes.

SPEAKER_06

So I love that.

SPEAKER_09

I think we all should do that to a degree. Even another one, like getting licenses and other types of disciplines. I just realized the fishing license that we have gives us an opportunity to go hone another skill that we have.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

You know what I mean? Getting permits and things like that give you a g puts you in a different space. You're more valuable as a person because you are now able to enter those rooms.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, that's so cool.

SPEAKER_09

That's how I'm trying to better myself. Yeah. Piece by piece finding that I'm finding success in those areas. So anyway, that's how I had for attitude and gratitude.

SPEAKER_08

That's cool. Okay.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. Hope you guys are intentional about what you're doing to better yourself.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

You don't gotta work out, you get to work out. You know what I mean? It's a skill you can develop.

SPEAKER_05

And just, you know, saying all that, I just had a thought, and I actually put it in my notes before, like, we're given this little life, and there's so many things you can learn and learn to do. Yeah. So many guys, like fishing, hunting, and outside of that, freaking knitting, uh, painting. There's so many things you can learn, skills you can learn, useful things, therapeutic things. Just go out and try stuff. Yeah. You never know. You might be great at something you never thought you'd be great at.

SPEAKER_09

Precisely. Cooking. It's a simple one, bro.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Especially with where our world is. You can develop a skill to make whole nutritious, you know, macronutrient dense food.

SPEAKER_05

Food first of all as well.

SPEAKER_09

That tastes phenomenal if you know how to do it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Just gotta try. Gotta try it somewhere. Sorry, I'm so tired. Wake up. I know. Now, on to your favorite game.

SPEAKER_09

Let's do it.

SPEAKER_05

Who's ready?

SPEAKER_09

Let me get that.

SPEAKER_05

I don't think I'm ready. I'm off my game today, guys.

SPEAKER_09

Get your head in the game.

SPEAKER_05

Okay. Well, let's hit you with a good tune first. Maybe get your going.

SPEAKER_09

Hearts in the song.

SPEAKER_06

Is that Troy Bolton? Yes.

SPEAKER_09

We had to get each other right. Lock in. Thank you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's awesome. Appreciate you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

I love how we can get a couple of Disney Channel Johns on here.

SPEAKER_05

I was actually going to look, but I said that's gonna be too easy for me. And look for just having I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Of course. Okay. Shut up. She hates musicals. Hate them.

SPEAKER_06

Kissing you. Total.

SPEAKER_07

Yay. Wait a minute.

SPEAKER_06

I like that song.

SPEAKER_09

Stay. Oh yes.

SPEAKER_05

Good job. Thank you. Good job.

SPEAKER_03

Keep playing again. I love that song. Can you play it again, please?

SPEAKER_09

Definitely gives early two thousands.

SPEAKER_05

It's a good song. Late nineteen nineties. Good job, Ruby Sah. Set me up you. Okay. Now free movie quote. Let's go.

SPEAKER_00

Is to see a hero fail, fall, die cry, in spite of everything you've done for them.

SPEAKER_05

That sounds like the Green Goblin. That's my guy, if it is.

SPEAKER_01

From Spider-Man.

SPEAKER_09

OG guy. What's his name?

SPEAKER_07

Yay! Got it.

SPEAKER_05

William Defoe. Yes. Yes, yes, yes.

SPEAKER_09

One of my favorite gifts. You're good, girl.

SPEAKER_05

She's that was good.

SPEAKER_09

We'll get you over here down playing you and you snap.

SPEAKER_05

Right. I'm tired today. I love his voice. Me too. I'm just kidding. He's just a bomb ass. William Defoe.

SPEAKER_03

All right. Good one.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you. Next two.

SPEAKER_03

Ready, sucker. Give it to me.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_05

Oh. I know that.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Don't care where you bow. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

SPEAKER_01

Who sings that? Is that Donnell Jones? I don't know.

SPEAKER_09

Don't know? Question?

SPEAKER_01

I'm sorry, they don't know.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. They don't know. That's what it is. Yay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

You guys both got that. I'll give it a yeah, yeah. By John B. Dumbass. John B. No, I did not say Donald Jones. That's embarrassing. She said that's Don L. Jones. I'm like. Golly. Good thing I knew the name of the song. I like that song.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

I knew it was your song.

SPEAKER_09

We both knew it though.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, we did. We're good. Yeah. We both knew her though. These are good. Yeah, they are good. They're good because that Spider-Man will know that Spider-Man was really good. If I didn't know his voice like that, I wouldn't have said.

SPEAKER_09

Listen, you didn't even need two or three. You just I like the first. Yeah. Impressive.

SPEAKER_05

Thanks.

SPEAKER_02

All right.

SPEAKER_05

Next movie.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know.

SPEAKER_05

I hate those chaotic ones.

SPEAKER_06

I don't know. What the heck are you doing? Wait again? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Who the fuck is that? I'm not talking about it.

SPEAKER_09

What the heck are you doing? What the fuck is that?

SPEAKER_01

I have no idea.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna probably fuck. I can't talk today. I'm gonna pour you over. A third time. Jesus Christ.

SPEAKER_01

Napoleon Dynamite?

SPEAKER_03

Hey. That's what I'm talking about.

SPEAKER_09

I can see it.

SPEAKER_05

Even when he was like, what are you doing? Yeah, but that's literally that's Napoleon Dynamo. I couldn't place the voice at first. And I'm like, wait a second. Yeah. That curly crap. Funny as hell. And the headband.

SPEAKER_09

Good one.

SPEAKER_05

All right.

SPEAKER_09

Really good one.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, that was really good. Huh?

SPEAKER_09

We ain't got no bonus ones?

SPEAKER_05

No, not today. Sorry, brother. Maybe next time.

SPEAKER_09

Mom comes. We got six of them. Six of them. Yeah. Q came. We got six of them. That's mom.

SPEAKER_05

Q was a special guest. He was nervous, so I wanted to make it fun.

SPEAKER_09

Shut up, nickel. We ain't feeding us around here, guys.

SPEAKER_05

Yo, he's devastated right now. All right. I'll give you one more song. One more. You better get it.

SPEAKER_09

Fuck, you're right. Yeah, just shut the fuck up, Stefan. Shut up. Shut up.

SPEAKER_05

Here we go. Shut your mouth, boy.

SPEAKER_01

Jagged edge. What's the song called? Let's get married. No. Fuck.

unknown

Idiot.

SPEAKER_09

Fuck.

unknown

Fuck.

SPEAKER_06

There's so many good ones.

SPEAKER_08

Fuck. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_09

You got niggas.

SPEAKER_05

What is that?

SPEAKER_09

I don't know it.

SPEAKER_05

Save it to the mic.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, that was too much.

SPEAKER_06

That's hilarious. Oh, I can't believe I can't think of what that is right now.

SPEAKER_05

I'll play it one more time because we were laughing on the last one. Okay. You guys still suck. No.

SPEAKER_01

Not me.

SPEAKER_08

Not me.

SPEAKER_01

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Let's see. Everything clear.

SPEAKER_09

Meet me out the Ow.

SPEAKER_05

That's what you're saying. Pause. Just shut up. Let me have that. Just let me have it. He said the shit twice. Twice. Would have done that. I'm sorry. Walk right out of heaven.

SPEAKER_09

Walked right out of heaven.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, that's a good one. I dragged it. Such a beautiful song.

SPEAKER_09

I love it. I've listened to that song recently, too.

SPEAKER_05

No, you haven't. You listened to Let's Get Married. And what's crazy is No, I haven't, actually.

SPEAKER_09

I haven't. It was that one. Fuck. Stefan sucks. No. Don't even look at me.

SPEAKER_01

Mail it in, suck it.

SPEAKER_09

Don't even look at me, nigga.

SPEAKER_05

No. Hilarious. We gotta snatch that motherfucker. Yeah, we're gonna have to run them pockets.

SPEAKER_09

I don't know. Does that mean? I mean, I was raised Haitian American, so I don't know.

SPEAKER_03

Walk right out of head. So you don't know RB songs?

SPEAKER_09

I know I know plethora, but too many to count.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

But there's plenty that I don't. At least know the words.

SPEAKER_05

I got it pretty much. I was singing the right words. He wasn't using it.

SPEAKER_03

Say the song, nigga.

SPEAKER_09

Thank you for obliging love.

SPEAKER_06

You're sweet, sweet girl. Yeah, those kids. I'll take my half point to go.

SPEAKER_09

Just go. Thank you. Do I get negative points for getting it wrong twice?

SPEAKER_05

Oh, we might have to start giving him negative points, and then he gotta start building them back up. All right, my bad. You cool. You be getting it sometimes. You good, you good. Actually.

SPEAKER_08

We all are Delusion Olympics.

SPEAKER_06

Welcome to the Delusion Olympics.

SPEAKER_09

Right at home, Stefan.

SPEAKER_06

Right at home.

SPEAKER_05

Let's see. First one, you think providing financially replaces emotional presence?

SPEAKER_09

The Lulu.

SPEAKER_05

Yes. Delusion.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

I think I think uh popped in my head.

SPEAKER_09

A wise man knows that he has to cater to both of those things that the woman needs. That's a lot though.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_05

But if you're you're gonna either jump in both feet or you ain't because if you're not gonna do it all the way, why do it? It's it can be done.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. So I agree.

SPEAKER_05

Anyhow. Sorry, let me pause for a second. Why do you think empty promises with no consistency builds trust? Because you're delusional?

SPEAKER_09

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

You're delusional.

SPEAKER_09

Empty promises and no. Consistency.

SPEAKER_05

Why would I trust ya? Crazy. But there's nothing to trust. You're not showing me anything. Except that you're in because you can talk. Yes. You got a mouth and words coming out. I had to say this to somebody recently. And they mean nothing. Like you keep talking about you want to do this, you want to go on this date and do that.

SPEAKER_01

But you're not even following through with the one thing that you said. You're not even setting up a plan to go on a date in and following through. So I'm like, all you do is chat. I'm not interested in that.

SPEAKER_09

Let him know.

SPEAKER_01

So I didn't.

SPEAKER_05

And then being butted up for nothing but air.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. He got a little annoyed and said, Well, we don't have to talk anymore. Bah. Say less.

SPEAKER_09

You're out of here, Buckhoe.

SPEAKER_05

Never replied. There's nothing else to talk about. There's nothing else to say. Okay. Fuck her. You can love someone and still leave them. I don't think that's delusional. I think that's for sure a thing. Delusional. It's a very hard thing to do. Yeah. Sometimes it needs to be done.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, I think it needs to be done sometimes. Yeah. But that's a heart issue.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Does that make you delusional though?

SPEAKER_05

No, absolutely not. It makes you aware. I think it makes you kind of strong, honestly, if you're able to walk away from somebody that you that's a big one. Yeah, I did that. And I was like, well shit, actually. I was in the process of leaving him, but he left first. And while it was like heartbreaking, it was also like because I was getting nothing out of that relationship but dead enddoors and heartache.

SPEAKER_06

So yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Heartbreak sucks.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, it does. I know too. I know too.

SPEAKER_09

Good.

SPEAKER_06

Well, that's all I have for the delusion Olympics.

SPEAKER_09

Nice.

SPEAKER_05

Delusions are lifestyle choices, people.

SPEAKER_02

What will it be?

SPEAKER_09

What will it be? Alright. So we're gonna get into the main topic today, ladies. I have a question. Do you have to settle to make things last?

SPEAKER_05

I would hope not. I mean, I wouldn't do that. Fuck. I think maybe that is some people's reality, though.

SPEAKER_09

Unpack that for me. What do you mean?

SPEAKER_05

I think someone may and this is not to say like that they don't love a person, but there might be certain things about that person that they wish they could change and they can't, and they never will. And because they love said person and want to stay in that situation with whoever their partner may be, they just accept those things just to kind of keep the peace and stay comfortable where they are. To me, that's settling.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. I agree. I think all of us to a degree do that. Or at least they settle.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

All of us. I mean, the way I see it, not no one's gonna have every single thing that you claim that you want that's gonna make it the person for you.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

That person that you're with may actually get on your nerves sometimes. Right.

SPEAKER_05

That's to be expected. That is to be expected.

SPEAKER_06

But I'm saying, like, say you're someone who likes a guy with who's blessed.

SPEAKER_01

A big dick. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. You like that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. But now this guy is not, but he takes care of you. And he's rich or whatever you want to say. So now you're comfortable, you're being taken care of, all your needs are met, except that one. But you stay.

SPEAKER_09

You're settling.

SPEAKER_01

You're settling.

SPEAKER_09

You said you you'd rather not settle.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not settling.

SPEAKER_09

So if he has those things when his penis is not big enough, you're out of there.

SPEAKER_05

We're not gonna be in a relationship to begin with. For me to have to get out of there.

SPEAKER_09

I feel you. What about you? You said you don't want to admit saying that.

SPEAKER_05

What that I'm settling? Well, because we were having this conversation and it got really deep, so that's why you need to keep looking at me smiling.

SPEAKER_09

So uh let me hear your your taste on that.

SPEAKER_05

So I said I'm not settling either.

SPEAKER_02

But then we were talking about how, you know, I feel like the guy that I'm currently being is like perfect for me.

SPEAKER_05

Like he's not perfect, but he is for me.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

So to me, I'm not settling. Like he may not have like, like you said, nobody's gonna have be your actual dream person that you're thinking of, I think, right? And then so Stephanie's like, so yourself he's he's perfect for you, but that's not your dream like person. And I'm like, but fuck. But you don't even really know yet if that's your dream person, you're still getting to know him.

SPEAKER_09

But that's the point. You have to say yes to these things as you're getting to know this person, even in that space. Yeah, she's like, fuck that. I'm not even there with your brother.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm not even getting to know you. I'm out of there.

SPEAKER_09

No, let me ask you something. Let's say the person is it's flopped. The situation is flopped. He is well endowed.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. But broke ass.

SPEAKER_09

You don't know. He's flexing, like he got bred.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

And he's actually probably has good temperament. He's a good, he has good character, but he's probably living above his means. You can't tell that just as just getting to know him, obviously, you know, other things about him.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know anything about anyone. Let's be clear.

SPEAKER_09

Let's see his point, you know.

SPEAKER_05

But you would have to go on a couple dates with him and see find out. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

And in that space, you find out he's not he doesn't have the other things. At that point, you just cut it off.

SPEAKER_01

I mean I'm not gonna say yeah. Yes, right.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, you know, you like a nigga and be like, yeah. Which is a scratch. I gotta have you.

SPEAKER_02

I gotta have you.

SPEAKER_05

That's not gonna guarantee us getting into a relationship either, though. Like certain things I can't take seriously about because you're not gonna be that provider for me.

SPEAKER_09

I see. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

That I have to have.

SPEAKER_09

Non-negotiables. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like the twerking.

SPEAKER_09

Ah stupid. Say what I said. She should know how, whether she chooses to use it on me is her choice.

SPEAKER_05

She should know how. It's the she should know how.

SPEAKER_09

I would think she would. Anyway, booties move anyway, so it's not doesn't whatever.

SPEAKER_05

So you don't settle.

SPEAKER_09

And she can't work. Can I be honest? Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

What the fuck? I mean, what the heck?

SPEAKER_09

There are things in my marriage that I didn't think were up to par. Yeah. I'm sure my ex can say the same about me, but in that space, would you say that I was settling for those things? Yes.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

For the sake of my covenant, for the sake of my union with this person, there are things that I was willing to say yes to to protect that union.

SPEAKER_05

I think a lot of people do it honestly. Like every day.

SPEAKER_02

I've done it. I have done it. And that's why I don't want to do it now. I want to get too as close to everything that I want as I can get.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. I was telling her the other day, I posted something on my TikTok. I said, No, I forget, but we've something along the line along the lines of we judge each other before instead of loving each other.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

We essentially we think the pros don't outweigh the cons. And because we're judging the person from that perspective, instead of loving them from that perspective, that's what breaks up.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, yeah, that's good.

SPEAKER_09

For sure. You know, and I think a lot of people are doing that.

SPEAKER_05

I feel like that's pretty much why I think a big part of why my life's relationship ended. Because other than that, like, like that was my guy. Like, I'm like, you don't have married this nigga, you know what I mean? Like provided fucking me good, like loved me, you know what I mean? Like cooks, cleans, loves the kids, Thanksgiving gives, you know, like all these things.

SPEAKER_09

And then there were just obviously like within the relationship on both sides.

SPEAKER_05

Just couldn't work through those.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. Do you feel like you're settling?

SPEAKER_01

I don't feel like I was settling in that situation, though.

SPEAKER_06

I feel like he's pissed me off a lot and like first of the book.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. I didn't. That's part of the thing. That's normal. Yeah, for sure.

SPEAKER_05

If you're not pissing each other off, that shit is not real.

SPEAKER_09

Let's be calling the relationship. Like, yeah. You're supposed to the person closest to you is gonna piss you off the most.

SPEAKER_01

For sure. Spending all that time together. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. Yeah. I I have learned that you should not judge one another. You should love one another.

SPEAKER_08

For sure.

SPEAKER_09

Hopefully that'll keep you through. I'm assuming that love is still worth it. You know?

SPEAKER_02

It is.

SPEAKER_09

I think so.

SPEAKER_02

I think so. I know it is. It's gotta be.

SPEAKER_09

And if you believe that, loving them is gonna push you past some of those things that you might call. And to be honest, some of the things that we have as pop cons are fixable shit. Nigga could go to the gym.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. You know what I'm saying? So, yes.

SPEAKER_09

And Turkey would give you a set of teeth now, bro.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Man.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. There is a lot of things that are fixable. And I'm okay with that. Like a lot of people are with people for convenience, though. That's the thing. That's why they're be they're being judgmental. They're not loving the person. They're loving what the person does for them, how the person makes them feel.

SPEAKER_02

And if I'm fucking with you, is being I need because I like your personality. I love your laugh. I love the way you just grab things like the littlest things.

SPEAKER_05

I'm paying attention to you because I'm that into you.

SPEAKER_09

Love.

SPEAKER_05

Love.

SPEAKER_09

Infatuation, all that mixed together. So somewhere along the line that stops, and we start judging them because they start fucking up.

SPEAKER_02

But open your mouth.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, communicate.

SPEAKER_05

You know what I'm saying? So tell the person.

SPEAKER_03

God damn.

SPEAKER_05

Tell the person when they're fucking up. Or if you're feeling like something's off. Freaking talk, people. What the heck? Even like just on our way here, we had conversations about like, you know, when you get into it with your partner, and maybe they don't want to respond right then and there in that moment.

SPEAKER_08

Give them some space.

SPEAKER_01

Tension is high, and you know, people are angry. Sometimes it's best to just kind of like separate, calm down, and then talk. But like don't come and like force me to try and have this conversation with you right now.

SPEAKER_05

Like kind of angry with each other. Yeah. It's just not gonna be a good situation, I don't think.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_09

Do you feel like they need a time frame from you when that happens?

SPEAKER_05

Like, give me an hour or so? Yeah. Might not even need that whole hour, but just give me so much time. But like, let me go cool down for a minute. Like, you go ahead and go that way, and I'm gonna go this way, and I'll come find you when I'm ready to talk. Because like this going back and forth and nobody's hearing each other because we're trying to over talk.

SPEAKER_09

That's real.

SPEAKER_01

And just doesn't make for a healthy conversation.

SPEAKER_09

That's real. I get quiet when shit's going down, so me too. Even when I am angry.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

So more so when I'm angry.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah. So I get that. Yeah. I don't want to talk. I get that for sure.

SPEAKER_02

And then you might say shit you don't mean, or shit's gonna come out the wrong way because I'm annoyed. Like, let's just cap it.

SPEAKER_05

And now that's another issue because we're misunderstanding each other. That's true. So like we're not gonna go to bed without talking about it, but I need a fucking minute.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Some heated arguments. Gotta get out of the room.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Could be best.

SPEAKER_09

But that's real. It's real life.

SPEAKER_05

And communicate that. Listen, I'm not trying to walk away from you or be disrespectful, but I need a minute because the space that I'm in right now is not a good one, and I'm trying to put that on you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

For me being told that as a man, there's some like, damn, she's not happy with me. That doesn't make me feel good. Yeah. Right. I want her to be pleased and comfortable and feel safe in my presence, right? So for her to tell me something like that is for sure gonna fuck with me if I love you. So but that's real, because you need the space to go collect your thoughts, regulate your emotions before you come back. So God forbid you say something out of pocket because you're tight.

SPEAKER_05

So yeah. Damn, I had like one more. I know we're trying to get well, because I was watching Rap About a podcast and they were kind of talking about something kind of similar. But Fad was saying, like, if like a female's mad, how do you know when to like jump in there and like because you know sometimes they could just want to grab you up and a woman wants that sometimes, but he's like, it's like don't just like do I do it?

SPEAKER_06

Do I not? That's just real, bro.

SPEAKER_05

And that is so real because you guys don't know. And it's a bad car. Yeah, I would rather you grab me up, kiss me up, and try to make it better. And if I don't want that right now, I'll tell you. Try not to get offended, just give me some space.

SPEAKER_09

Don't do that. No, I mean, I get it, but attempt to make amends.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, yeah. Because a lot of people don't do that, man.

SPEAKER_09

And then days go by and now we haven't talked in hours.

SPEAKER_05

That cannot happen.

SPEAKER_02

I hate that.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, now I hate you. Right. Because days, nigga, hours.

SPEAKER_01

You know, I know you now I know you don't even love me. You don't love me at all. You hate my gut. You don't want to talk to me. You don't want me here. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

You want me to go? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_09

Well, relationships are crazy, guys. I don't know if I can honestly say that you're not settling. Settling is not a bad thing, is what I'm trying to get at.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

I don't think it's a bad thing. I think it's a part of life that a lot of us have to go through. You might find that there are things in your partner that you love and cherish that you didn't know you would.

SPEAKER_02

And I think people think of settling in a bad way.

SPEAKER_05

Like the word it's not what you guys think is just like, oh, I'm settling for this nigga. I'm settling for this half off.

SPEAKER_09

And then it brings into thoughts the term, I'm I want to settle down.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

I'm ready to settle down. So are you saying no to certain things so that you can live the life that you're looking for? And people say that? I don't know.

SPEAKER_05

Well, a lot of people say that they're looking for certain things, but they don't change the settings or things within themselves to be able to attract those things that they say that they want. Right. Because really, when it comes to settling down and buckling down and being with someone that uh you can be compatible with, have things in common with, it's more than likely gonna be someone you never even thought that you would be with. So your dream person, you don't even know who they are. Because that shit's gonna hit you out of nowhere.

SPEAKER_09

Right. You don't get to build them. No, just not build a boyfriend, you know. If you could, oh my man on man. Yeah, look at Ken.

SPEAKER_06

I love Ken. I love Ken. I love Ryan.

SPEAKER_09

He has a pure heart, but Ken is a lot going on.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, he does. Wild boy.

SPEAKER_09

That's all I have for our main topic today. Yeah. Settle or don't.

SPEAKER_06

You know, don't settle, guys.

SPEAKER_09

Come on.

SPEAKER_05

Settle.

SPEAKER_09

Don't be settled.

SPEAKER_05

Settle down, settle down.

SPEAKER_09

Definitely back.

SPEAKER_05

Follow me for more dating advice. I've been single for three years. Follow.

SPEAKER_06

Consistent track record.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Proven effective. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Poetry stuff. I like it.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Mm-hmm. Now it's time for having should have been a rap on site. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Everything lady. That's why I'm single.

SPEAKER_05

I'm working on my rap career. We're ready for hot seat. We're ready. Give it to me. All right. We got staff and the phrase dirty pillows.

SPEAKER_04

This is great.

SPEAKER_09

I hate when people don't wash their pillowcases because it indicates that they have dirty pillows.

SPEAKER_05

That's not what dirty pillows mean.

SPEAKER_01

You know what dirty pillows are?

SPEAKER_09

Oh no.

SPEAKER_05

Titties.

SPEAKER_09

Oh, this nigga sucks.

SPEAKER_01

No, he doesn't.

SPEAKER_09

Dirty pillows are titties. Mm-hmm. Nice.

SPEAKER_05

There goes his sentence. He's like, I love that. I love dirty pillows.

SPEAKER_09

I never thought about it like that. You're a baby. Put me on the game, lady.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Okay. Lay down a dog.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, a question. Okay. You say that sex is the glue to a relationship. Why is that?

SPEAKER_09

You're gonna hate me because my answer to this is a little like I think it's incredible that humans have the capacity to make more humans.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. It's fine.

SPEAKER_09

Impossible. But yeah, we do it.

SPEAKER_01

It's impossible.

SPEAKER_09

Because it's possible. My germ enters a woman's germ and then life. What? I just think that that's crazy. So for me, I look at it a little more metaphysical, spiritual, in the sense where it brings literal life to the planet. You guys are moms, so you well versed in the subject, right? He does that to you, and then you gotta wait, and baby's literally growing inside you. Something I'm never gonna understand.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, it's a beautiful experience for me.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, I just I know that that is and then that's just what happens, but the actual act is cleaving onto one another in the most intimate way possible.

SPEAKER_06

We don't just do that with everybody, but people do do that with everybody.

SPEAKER_09

As we turns out as it turns out, is we're it's a ha it's happening. It's a girls, but that for me is the most intimate thing you can do with another person. Yeah, not just words, your bodies are little literally connected, and that's a glue.

SPEAKER_06

I'm not trying to make it look like that, but right.

SPEAKER_09

For lack of a illustration, guys, you guys are cleaving to one another, and that has its own implications with hormones, and it has its own implications with emotions and DNA and all the things, right? So for me, when I say that, it's I really mean that you you bond to one another. In the biblical sense, a lot of times the the soul tie term comes into play where you're giving some of your stuff to the other person. We know that that's happening on a genetic level. Literally, but emotionally, spiritually, from a soul level, especially people who are out here fucking mad mad people, people's energies are clinging to them, you know. Yeah, and then they don't understand why they have these bipolar tendencies and things like that.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you've been why you're depressed or that nigga's depressed.

SPEAKER_09

That nigga's broke. That nigga ha has shit going on with his mama, and it gets deeper. So even though it's a fun 50 pumps, like Bernie Max likes to say. So it's deeper for me. I think it's binds us off. Yeah. I know it.

SPEAKER_01

It was good.

SPEAKER_05

She's all right. Next, shut up.

SPEAKER_01

That was real good. Sorry.

SPEAKER_05

Step again.

SPEAKER_09

Three P. We learn y'all something, and it's high.

SPEAKER_05

And the word bigger bean. Like she's a pig.

SPEAKER_09

I have yet to see a bigger bean mean a bigger bean, but than the one you already saw.

SPEAKER_06

You said you seen a big thing.

SPEAKER_09

Oh, now niggas is lying. It wasn't it wasn't like it wasn't looking like no dicks.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, you did say that.

SPEAKER_09

It was just a bigger bean. It was a slightly bigger.

SPEAKER_05

You have yet to see a bigger bean than the bigger bean you already seen. Dr. Sused out this motherfucker. That was good.

SPEAKER_09

Okay. And it turns out the bean is way bigger than the actual bean.

SPEAKER_05

It gets bigger.

SPEAKER_09

Well, it's not just the bean, the the rest of it.

SPEAKER_05

You're not coming up here.

SPEAKER_09

What are you talking about? The scientists mapped the clitoris.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, it's bigger?

SPEAKER_09

It's way bigger. The nerves are way way.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, there's like a hood on it.

SPEAKER_09

There's a lot. Your whole pelvic area.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

There's nerves that are attached to your clitoris.

SPEAKER_05

Play me like a bodily. Definitely got a anyway, one more.

SPEAKER_09

Go for it.

SPEAKER_03

It's you.

SPEAKER_05

And I don't know. Damn. He ruined this for us. Fuck. Where's the wildest place you ever had sex? Where's the wildest place I've ever?

SPEAKER_09

The wildest place I've ever had sex. Ooh. Outside of Olive Garden.

SPEAKER_05

What the fuck? This is before or after the meal. After the meal. This nigga said outside of Olive Garden, brother. That's hilarious. Good for you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. That's funny. It's good though.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Oh my god. Damn. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_05

Yo.

SPEAKER_01

I don't even like Olive Garden.

SPEAKER_09

I do like Olive Garden.

SPEAKER_01

I haven't been there in I like their soup. So many years. I don't like soup at all.

SPEAKER_05

Unless Tina makes it. Tina, I love your soup. You make good soup. Chicken noodle soup. I like soup. But I'm not a soup girly. Not a soup girly.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, I'm down for it.

SPEAKER_00

I'm down.

SPEAKER_05

Give me a soup. Sorry, Hasi was rigged. Your name was the only name on the wheel because we were trying to eat you up for being so fucking sexually motivated. But he ruined it. He ruined it, Risa. He did ruin it. That was a really good answer because that was the main one I wanted him to fucking answer like a pig. Philosophical ass. Well, because I feel like kids. And you took it in. And you took it in. And you get these people who are tired of your shit.

SPEAKER_09

Wow. That's great.

SPEAKER_05

He ruined it. He ruined our shit. Yeah, he did.

SPEAKER_09

God forbid a man has his thoughts about sex. I'm not a hoe. I mean, maybe I am. I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Fiction. Whatever, nigga.

SPEAKER_05

Anyway. Would you rather?

SPEAKER_02

Would you rather move on?

SPEAKER_05

From Stefan ruining my fucking segment. Yeah, for sure. This is gonna be a little speed round, friends. Love speed rounds. Don't think, just answer it. Alright, shit. Would you rather be single or in a relationship? In a relationship, you asked me. Me too. Trader Joe's or Whole Foods? Whole Foods. Whole Foods. Whole Foods. I've never been to Trader Joe's.

SPEAKER_01

Love Trader Joe's. Not missing anything. Sunny or rainy days? Rain. Sunny days. It's just a rainy day.

SPEAKER_05

Can you quickie or foreplay? Foreplay. Fore play. What's the first one you said? Quickie. Foreplay, fuck. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Make it last, baby.

SPEAKER_09

Yes.

SPEAKER_05

Make it last, baby. Oh yeah. PDA or keep it private. PDA. I'm all over the A. I'm on your ass. Tuning it down. Yeah. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Grab my butt. Resort or cruise ship? Resort. I'm good on that ship ship. And we're all set. Tattoos or piercings. Tattoo! Tattoos for sure. Pow pow pow pow pow all day.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Okay. That's all I got for you guys today. That was good. That was good. It was Phoebe. Yes. We didn't think. Good job.

SPEAKER_03

Hit me a honest dances. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. What are we getting into?

SPEAKER_09

We're gonna play a game again.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_09

More games. Love it. Facts. We're debatable. Debatable.

SPEAKER_01

This is almost like would you rather?

SPEAKER_09

Kinda sort of.

SPEAKER_01

No, it's not. But it's not.

SPEAKER_09

Facts are debatable. There's some polarizing thoughts. Alright, ready? Got some statements for you.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_09

Splitting the bill evenly on the first date is fair. Fuck you.

SPEAKER_02

I'm not doing it. Facts are debatable.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, sorry. Debatable.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

SPEAKER_05

Damn, my bad. Niggas say wow. I'm just take me on a date, you're paying. I'll offer to pay the tip just because I'm a fucking lentleman, but. That's not me.

SPEAKER_09

But I'm just asking a question. If we're out. You're saying wow for the guys who are like this is just me asking what typically happens in the world. Okay. All right. Shut up. Sick. Living together before marriage improves the relationship. Facts are debatable.

SPEAKER_05

Debatable. Facts.

SPEAKER_09

It's a shit show. I'm not gonna do it. Yeah, either way.

SPEAKER_05

I think either way.

SPEAKER_06

Yes.

SPEAKER_05

But debatable.

SPEAKER_09

Okay. You should never go through your partner's phone.

SPEAKER_05

Facts. Facts. Yeah, mine your business is. It's not your business.

SPEAKER_09

Please find your business. Long distance relationships rarely work.

SPEAKER_05

That's debatable. Debatable.

SPEAKER_09

Your partner should be your best friend.

SPEAKER_05

Facts.

SPEAKER_09

Good. Cheating is an automatic breakup.

SPEAKER_05

That's debatable. Facts. Even if we get back together, I'm breaking up with you right then and there.

SPEAKER_02

Because you need to feel my fucking absence, Nickel. That's what you wanted to do. That's what you wanted to do. I'm gonna go ahead and move around. Now you can think about it. That's what I'm doing.

SPEAKER_05

Okay.

SPEAKER_09

I got two more.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna say for some people. This was like a broad spectrum kind of thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm out of there. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_09

Buying Starbucks every day is a waste of money.

SPEAKER_05

Debatable?

SPEAKER_09

Debatable.

SPEAKER_05

That is not true.

SPEAKER_09

It makes it feel good.

SPEAKER_05

I need it. Yo.

SPEAKER_09

Oh girl.

SPEAKER_05

What the hell was that?

SPEAKER_09

I hate it. I'm just asking questions. Water actually has a taste. Hello. I can't even talk today. Water actually has a taste. Your water does.

SPEAKER_05

This shit is Yo. Sorry.

SPEAKER_09

We're gonna get into that. Okay. I can't wait to talk about that shit.

SPEAKER_05

Water has a taste. Facts. Yes.

SPEAKER_09

Last one.

SPEAKER_05

Facts.

SPEAKER_09

Moving back in with your moving back in with your parents to save money is smart. Facts. That's all I got today.

SPEAKER_05

That's good.

SPEAKER_09

That was really give you some things to think about. This is stuff that's gonna be a good thing. I'm coming home, mama. I'm coming home.

SPEAKER_05

Staying home. Don't fucking leave me. I won't leave you. I love you.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, that's funny.

SPEAKER_05

Gotta have you.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

That's facts undebatable. I love that. Yes.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, that's good.

SPEAKER_09

Give you something to think about.

SPEAKER_02

Now it's time.

unknown

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_07

Hold up, bitch.

SPEAKER_04

My bad. That was a lot. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Talk your shit.

SPEAKER_04

Talk your shit. Who wants to talk their shit first to die? I do.

SPEAKER_09

I understood that we were all being trained to enter the professional workspace as children. Now. For me, I'm not sure where the what I understand to be a vast population to not understand what professionalism is. Yeah. Yeah. I thought we were all going to the same, we did the same curriculums, stand in line, raise your hand, all the shit.

SPEAKER_01

It's about this.

SPEAKER_09

Come on. It's about that for real.

SPEAKER_01

For sure.

SPEAKER_05

What you're being taught at home. Everybody doesn't go to the same school either. But it just is like a lot of that influence comes from your communities. Obviously your home life. Yeah. The people you decide to be friends with. You know, it's just like the people you look up to.

SPEAKER_01

If you're looking up to the ignorant motherfucker, then might come out like that. Yeah. Yeah. You think that that shit is cool, and that's what you're gonna try to portray yourself as.

SPEAKER_09

Professionalism is a thing because we go to these jobs and we work for these people.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Right. You gotta carry yourself as such in those circles. That's what is expected of you.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_09

If you don't want to act like that, there are other things you can do. Most people say, Well, I need money, so I go to the job, but it's not just about the money though. You kind of have to play the part.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Which indicates you need to carry yourself a certain way. Is it called is it called faking? No. Because they still want your personal personality.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

They still want you. You're still the perfect candidate for the job for your personality.

SPEAKER_05

They just want you to conduct yourself in a manner that is a personal for a business that you're working for. Yeah. That is not yours. That you're representing.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, that's wicked.

SPEAKER_05

They don't care. It's crazy. They don't. And when there's hardly any consequences, yeah. What is there to care about?

SPEAKER_09

So then I gotta entertain space around you.

SPEAKER_05

I'm gonna act like you ain't there unless I absolutely have to act like you're there.

SPEAKER_09

And that's no dis because you're a human being and you have your cool. I just know that. For me, I'm supposed to walk with this level of poise, decorum, self-respect, all the things.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_09

Regulated, controlled.

SPEAKER_01

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_09

I'm already black. You know what I mean? So gotta come correct. So that's what I won't talk much about. Sotheist. That gives me the ick.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

That shit is really disgusting, actually.

SPEAKER_06

What about you, Chris Murray?

SPEAKER_05

Hey, you know what? I've been wanting to say this for a while, but we've been talking about so much other shit. If you drive a Jeep, a Wrangler, whatever, and I put my P sign up, motherfucker, put that shit up. It's like if you're not, you ain't gang. You ain't gang. Like, I can't stand that. And I like look at, you know, I follow some Jeep pages, and people are in the comments like, oh, I don't sick, I don't do the sign up to people who have ducts in their car or they just think it's stupid or whatever. Like, just say you're miserable and you don't like fun things.

SPEAKER_06

It's just, but it just is like a thing.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, it's like Wranglers and I think it's cute. Yeah, it's fun. Yeah. I love the fact that, like, I don't know if everybody knows this who has like a Jeep or whatever. We didn't either. Any kind of Jeep, honestly. But they come with little stamps on them. Yeah. Like usually up by like your windows or anywhere else. Like you kind of search for them. Sandals. Mine has like flip-flops and like the Jeep around it. And then some people have the lizards, some people have the frog. There's a bunch of different things if you look around on your Jeep. You can find them. And also, I just wanted to like give a little history on how like who started the Jeep Wave and like who started the ducking for the Jeeps. So the Jeep Wave, like when I looked it up, the origin story was it said something about like soldiers during World War II when they drove those trucks and they would. I guess I didn't dive too deep into it, but I was more interested in the ducking. So a lady named Allison Parliament, she's from Canada. She started it in 2020 just as like a random act of kindness during COVID. So, like, you know, people were down and out and stuff, and she just started ducking the Jeeps after that. And it just everybody went crazy doing it. So I just thought that that was really cool. She also died like in. I'm sorry, I should have had this together. Well, she started it in 2020, and maybe I'll, you know, I don't want to spend too much time trying to look all this up, but she died, I think, from like some kind of illness in like 2025, maybe. So yeah, but I just thought that was awesome to kind of share. Yeah, right, right. Yeah, that's what I wanted to do. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

That's such an excellent way of showing love. And now you're remembered because of that.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. It's so dope. Just like that. And I love ducking people, and I love when I get ducked. I got ducked like three times last weekend. It was great. Nice. So yeah. That's cute. And they're so cute. I love them. They are cute. There's so many ducks. Yeah, but that's just my, you know, don't freaking shame other people for doing the wave and all that. It's a good time. And I I love it. You just feel like you're part of a community. And like when you duck people and they catch you ducking them, it's just such a good time.

SPEAKER_09

Oh, nice.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. It's like making people's day. So makes my day. Nice. It's cute. Yeah. Well, Louisa. I like that.

SPEAKER_09

Me too.

SPEAKER_05

Mine is I really don't like men who gossip. I don't like anyone who really gossips, honestly, because especially if like you're a friend of mine or were, and I hear you like gossiping about someone else who's supposedly a friend, or whatever the case may be, is just like, if you're doing that to that person, I'm for sure knowing you're doing that to me. And that shit is just fake to me. Yeah, it's disgusting.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

I don't like it at all.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Specifically for men though. Yeah. Yeah, that's why.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

It just like kind of gives like insecure or whatever. Like you're in competition or you're immature or whatever the case may be, and I don't like it. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I like it. Dirt bag. I like it a lot. Yeah. It's a good one. Stop looking at me. I didn't say it. It's your segment. Well, now we're going on to yours.

SPEAKER_03

Yay! Let's tone it down with some health, wealth, and positivity. If I could go to sleep right now, I'm gonna stay up for this.

unknown

Okay.

For our health portion, healing will make you incompatible with your old life.

SPEAKER_05

Hells, yeah. I receive that. Yes. Yeah. Healing is just something that is like so rooted in, I feel like, strength because like you're hurting. Obviously, there's something in you that's hurting from somewhere, and now you have to do this work to get out of that and heal. It doesn't mean that it's not gonna like when you think about it. Still doesn't hurt or whatever, but it's just something that you're not letting keep you down or stop you from living your life or doing things that you need to do or wanna do.

SPEAKER_06

So yeah.

SPEAKER_09

I feel like a lot of times for a man to be kind of characterized as soft, that's like a disrespectful, yeah. But what I know is that every gangster, every thug wants his lady to know that you're approachable, you're soft, you are a safe space. You want to be soft with your lady.

Ladies of the court, as it will. As it will. And I am a gentleman of the court. We stopped doing that. And that's why niggas is like. Yeah.
