I don't want to hear it. I do not. Goodbye.
SPEAKER_12We need an hour.
SPEAKER_08Go sit down and watch TV.
SPEAKER_06The devil is a liar. Daylight comment. We wanna go.
SPEAKER_03Hello, and welcome to the wholesome menace podcast ex backyard again's times two. Your host, Chris Marie, Risa Lynn. In the building. And Stefan.
SPEAKER_08Easy. Let's go. Welcome.
SPEAKER_03We're outside again. It's nighttime. We're all fucking excited.
SPEAKER_08I'm really excited.
SPEAKER_03Me too.
SPEAKER_08Thank you for allowing the scene to just keep shifting. It just keeps it fresh for me. And I can express myself in a different vibe. I like it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Some nice fresh air, right? Keep me a little calm.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. I hope a rooftop grill allows us to do this one of these days.
SPEAKER_12That would be dire.
SPEAKER_08That'd be so nice.
SPEAKER_12I'd like it.
SPEAKER_08But alas, here we are.
SPEAKER_03Here we are, back out again.
SPEAKER_08Let's run it. Ladies, let's not waste no time. Let's get into some attitude and gratitude.
SPEAKER_00Put anything that can help me grow.
SPEAKER_03Are you guys letting that bullshit go?
SPEAKER_10I am for sure. Because if you aren't, you should be.
SPEAKER_08I'm glad you said it like that because I got a question. What? Let me just say it how I wrote it. Sorry, mommy.
SPEAKER_02That's cool.
SPEAKER_08What do you do when negativity reigns?
SPEAKER_03I put on my invisible shield.
SPEAKER_08What happens when attitude and gratitude doesn't work?
SPEAKER_09It's very rare. I mean I had to text mom the other day and apologize because I was in here being a bitch. You know, because I came out and said it to you in Leonardo.
SPEAKER_12It was being very fucking I was I was dying when she told me. I was very overwhelmed.
SPEAKER_11And I was not living in gratitude. A lot a whole lot of attitude though. It happened. And you know, I just had to go home, decompress, reel it the fuck in, and definitely apologize to mom.
SPEAKER_08So I think what I'm hearing is that you don't pretend. And I feel like a lot of times we get into the feel of it all. And because we're quote unquote good people, we want Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Maintain that.
SPEAKER_08But what if you're not feeling that right now? But if you can't. You know all the things.
SPEAKER_12I noticed I've been in my avoided behavior for the past few probably days or a week or so. That's honest. And either saying what I need to say and trying to find the best way to say it so I'm not being a complete bitch about it. Or I'm just gonna excuse myself. Those are the only, it's there's no in between with that. So definitely trying to trying to moderate the the anger in the words and all that. So yeah.
SPEAKER_08I definitely find myself shutting down. Because I obviously attitude and gratitude is the segment that I leave with a pencil. Embody that. If I don't feel that right now, that's okay. Let's be honest.
SPEAKER_12Like we're all like don't got it right now.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. Doesn't mean I'm gonna necessarily change my behavior, but emotionally or yeah, but I need to still express myself.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. Yeah. That's important.
SPEAKER_08I tend to shut down.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I do think a lot.
SPEAKER_09Like I'd be driving home from work and I'm just I do too, but so like a lot of times with me is like I take shit on the chin, but then it's like I get to a point where it's like, nah, this is too much, you know, and I and I just have to say something. Sometimes they do come across like a little cold because I can be a bitch. But you know, I'm honest. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08We should put up like a vet where we just put one mic up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And everybody gets in line. Cycle it and just walks up and says like a thing, yeah.
SPEAKER_12What is it? Scream it, yell it, cry it, whatever. That would be dope. And walks off. Safe space.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_08Safe space. I love it. Yeah. Yeah. Just come to the mic. I'll be the first one to scream. I'll make it comfortable for you guys. Yeah. What do you want to do? And then have that be the space where people can just be able to do it. Yeah. That would be fire. Because again, it's not, we're not doing that today, bugs. Yeah, I already said that. I will kill somebody. They're gonna embarrass us. Insects are going down.
SPEAKER_12I just had one on my thumb. I just I can't believe we didn't bring like our candles, incense. Yeah. It's whatever. We gotta like, as we said, we have a lot going on. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Um I like the word like when negativity is raining because you have that yinning yang inside you, right? Yeah. The positive's there, and so is the negative. It's always lurking. Yeah. Trying to cluck out of it. And sometimes it's winning. That dark side is real, bro.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, all the complaining I've been doing, and you know I hate that. I hate spreading that, you know, that negative energy, but you guys are my who I go to when I'm you know going through shit. But I also don't love bringing that to you guys because I know we're all we all got shit going on, and it's a lot. And guys, you guys, like even doing this has been a bit of a struggle, not because we don't want to do it, it's just everything that's going on. Things are fine now in this moment, like, but we're still gonna bring it because this is also our therapy, and this is the real shit, and I'm sure you guys can relate to what we're going through. And I mean, we're not we're being vague, but it doesn't matter. We've all got shit going on. Yeah, life is happening, right? That's it. Bills, fucking bills, say that. Nothing else ready to go off grid, brother. My bills, anyway. Me alone.
SPEAKER_08I think all that to say survival is sometimes enough for the day.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Some days you are able to go above and beyond and be super positive.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_08Push that energy out into the world. Some days, at least you got up and took a shower and everything.
SPEAKER_02Right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08You know, fed the kids, you know. Yeah. Had $40, put some gas to the car. So even when you are going through the things, you know, in the middle of that shitty ass day, as it were.
SPEAKER_09Right.
SPEAKER_08So that's all I have for attitude and gratitude. I was just thinking of how that should be like. I'm here now. And I'm gonna say the things that I want to say, which is cool. It's there, it's all you. I can't love you less because you show me a different side of you. Right, yeah. I feel like a lot of people don't handle that.
SPEAKER_12Right, yeah. Because then you're showing me that it's conditional. Yeah. You can only love me in my light and uh same.
SPEAKER_08That's why I loved had to tell you that I love you when I saw you in face paint. What is this?
SPEAKER_12Who are you? Oh that was hilarious.
SPEAKER_08I tell you guys, I tell you that you are beautiful when you have makeup on all the time. So what's the difference? Yeah.
SPEAKER_12Full grown beards. Beautiful boy. Yeah. Attitude and gratitude, eh? Yeah.
SPEAKER_08If you have an attitude, it might not be that you're not living in gratitude. Because boom, nigga, you could be thankful and still having a shitty ass. No, seriously. For sure.
SPEAKER_12I'm always thankful. Always. I'm grateful for my foundation, my family. And I was just telling Risa that have some fucking awesome family, bro. Like we really do. And we're going through it, but that that also helps. Yeah. And then on top of it, you have eight kids running around this motherfucker.
SPEAKER_09Like from three to sixteen.
SPEAKER_12And everything in between. Like, shit is real.
SPEAKER_08So bits inside the house.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. For sure.
SPEAKER_12So imagine cooking, cleaning, packing, moving. Like. Yeah. It's a lot. We got all that going on right now, guys. Tell us what you got going on.
SPEAKER_08802-319-913. 3-3. Yeah.
SPEAKER_12Let us know. Maybe we can help you dissect it. Maybe you can help us. Help each other. Shit. Yeah. Let me help you help me. Call us.
SPEAKER_09That was good stuff. Next. Yeah. I try.
SPEAKER_12That's it for our attitude and gratitude today. So let's uh let's try to pick it up a beat. Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_08I am not down in the bumps.
SPEAKER_09I'm not either. I'm a little tired today, but we've been chilling all day.
SPEAKER_04Literally.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_12On the front porch. I was working a little though. Yeah. Doing things. Yeah, yeah. Alright, guys, let's hit you with your tune or your quote. Let's see how I'm gonna do today. I'm gonna start with a quote. Okay.

SPEAKER_02I'll play it again. Yeah, please do.

SPEAKER_07Delusional.
SPEAKER_12Um, not delusional.
SPEAKER_06Move on.
SPEAKER_12Are you fucking serious? You're fucking weird. You like somebody else? You really like somebody else? You really think this bitch is better than me? You you love me. You told me you loved me.
SPEAKER_07You guys are sick. They must be gay, for sure. The fuck? Oh my god. I kind of get it.

SPEAKER_12Good for you. I might be losing. Move on. Now she's angry about it.
SPEAKER_11Don't let your boyfriend stop you from finding your husband. And vice versa.
SPEAKER_12I've been waiting for the right moment. Y'all. That is perfect. Hilarious. Definitely do that.
SPEAKER_11Goodbye, my lover.
SPEAKER_09Y'all be lying on your BD. He cool as fuck. We on the game right now.
SPEAKER_12Nah, them niggas be cool with everybody, but they baby mother. Yeah. I'm cool with my baby daddy now. Why is that? Because they still either they be in their feelings, they're still fucking. Shit like that. Somebody can't get out their feelings. That's what I honestly I can't see what else it could be. Or if they're either way, if either one is not doing what they're supposed to do. Yeah. As far as that baby goes. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I feel like what else could it be?
SPEAKER_12I mean, I've gotten through all the time. Some people just be petty as fuck.
SPEAKER_09Some niggas just be losers. You know what I'm saying? Shit, bitches be losers too.
SPEAKER_08But I think I'm a pretty cool baby daddy, but I don't know. You be chillin'.
SPEAKER_12You're great. You be chillin'. But you ain't my baby daddy, so I don't know how annoying you can really get. Like he's probably annoying as fuck, but not really. You're a great dad. You probably am. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10And let me not say chillin'. Maybe to her, like some shit about you annoys her or whatever, but that has nothing to do with your co-parenting. So it's like that really doesn't matter. You're a great dad. I know you are you could co-parent with no problem.
SPEAKER_11I mean, father's beginning of my nerve too.
SPEAKER_09I mean, I love it. We get along and shit. Yeah. But you know, I seen my daughter's father's in the store.
SPEAKER_11She was like, Don't let him get on your nerves. He's difficult. I said shit so much.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god. Ask about me.
SPEAKER_12She knows. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, well, I and that's like that's great. I love that. She Like I realized on the Father's Day episode I didn't even shout anything. SPEAKER_10Get your fucking schedule together before I call your boss myself. It's like I ain't gonna do that.
SPEAKER_12That'll be give him the dad off for me to record.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. You can't get two outs. Right.
SPEAKER_12Two hours. Yeah. You know it'd be taking us one.
SPEAKER_09But yeah, we'll be looking around. Let me get the what kind of snacks y'all got?
SPEAKER_07Get your shit together. Yeah. Productions sucks in this time.
SPEAKER_10Alright. What are we doing? Last week, like, we're in a bad mood.
SPEAKER_11We love you guys. Thanks for taking care of the kids. Yes, we love ya.
SPEAKER_09Bitches call you dumb over a nigga they in the process of being dumb for.
SPEAKER_03Bro.
SPEAKER_11You know, I think we all over a nigga they can't get over.
SPEAKER_12For sure. I was the dumbest bitch I knew at one point. Yeah. Over a nigga. I mean, I ain't never been like that dumb though. No. Not like not like you. No. No offense. Yeah. Oh my god, I just loved them. I know. Love is blind. The blindest. Ignorance is bliss. I mean, it's okay. Yeah, it's alright.
SPEAKER_08It is. As long as you do it. That's it. Because I'm responsible with it.
SPEAKER_11Well, that's all I have for the delusion Olympics.
SPEAKER_10That was great.
SPEAKER_11Thank you. It's been so long. I was like, really gotta come up with something once. Gotta come with it.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Let's get into our main topic.
SPEAKER_06Spicy. That's so perfect for you.
SPEAKER_04You, buddy.
SPEAKER_08Quite a question for our main topic today. Why do we celebrate accomplishments, but we demonize the struggle?
SPEAKER_09Who's doing that?
SPEAKER_08A lot of people. A lot of people do do it.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. I can't lie, like, y'all know me.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, no, I've been for the last few years, like six years straight going through it. You know, as far as like my health, losing my apartment, losing my car, like everything.
SPEAKER_09And for me, I allow that shit to build character and like learn lessons from it because it's like now I really gotta know like I can't let this shit happen again that way.
SPEAKER_12So, like, granted, you know, me having to have another heart surgery, like certain shit is just out of my control, but I can navigate through that and make sure, like, financially I'm stable and things like that moving forward so that when I do go through that, I know how to survive it.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_09So for me, I'm someone who I don't want to say like celebrates my struggles, but for sure appreciates them.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I think every people want the success story, but very few are willing to put the messiness to get there on display. They're like, just give me the quick route. And it don't work like that all the time. What is the saying? Everyone wants a testimony, but few people want the actual test. Right.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_08And we're all going through things on in real life offline.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Right? Things are happening in real time that you are struggling with, whatever it may be.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Family, it could be a bit clever of things. But people just want the result. And they want to say, fuck the process, but your life doesn't happen.
SPEAKER_12And then what is that? What do you appreciate when you get it? When you don't go through the struggles. Like what when you get shit handed to you, you don't take you don't appreciate it as much as like you working for your shit. Like, you know, for example, to bring up, I don't know, we had somebody reach out to us wanting to grow our show for a certain amount of money. And we're in the meeting, and you know, he was making some, I guess, valid points, whatever, but I just felt like, you know, it's a business thing. It was sharking a little, and you know, just talking about our numbers and how we've been doing it for six months, and we don't really have like a following, and it's like, bruh, like you're not. I don't care if we still had two people following us from day one to now. We love you, we appreciate you. Yeah, we're still doing this for you. If we are doing this two, three years down the line and we still just have the people that the 500 followers that, you know, want to hear what we have to say or, you know, get something out of what we're doing. I fucking appreciate that. And why? Because we're doing this from the ground up ourselves. We do everything ourselves. So it's like, you know, you coming in trying to make me pay uh thousands of dollars for a tutorial when I feel like we're doing everything we need to do and building our own traction. We got our own motion, we on the radio in at least learning as we go. And and that's what I was saying to him, too. Is anything that you can tell me, I can also go learn myself. And it's not to be stubborn or feel like we don't need any help. What the heck? That's the Hey McArena. What happened, brother? He's like, shut up, bitch. You want me to just say it my dog? That shit was playing for a minute. Can I get your fucking trying to play the alarm? You dumb. Yo, you not.
SPEAKER_11No fucking stop. You tried it, you fucking downloaded it.
SPEAKER_08I wasn't even touching my computer. What the fuck just happened?
SPEAKER_12He was gonna make us do the macaroni. I was like, I'm gonna make you guys do the macaroni. I don't know how to do that anymore. Do that either. Guys, for okay, now we gotta put out there what the fuck it was. Ruin what I was saying to fuck up.
SPEAKER_11You really fucked up. It's a bit kind of talk about that.
SPEAKER_12Oh, menace of arm. That is the menace of arm that Stefan tried to pull on us, but because he stopped, he couldn't do it.
SPEAKER_08You don't suck, Stefan, but you were not prepared. I was on prepared suck. And I don't know what just happened, my computer just decided to play something. Oh, that's that shit said, nigga, you do the Macarena. I was about to make him do the Macarena.
SPEAKER_12I would have been sitting here like I would have been trying to think about Beetlejuice. Oh no, no, they don't. I don't know what they're doing and anyway.
SPEAKER_03That's the medicine alarm. So basically, when somebody presses it, whatever the person says you have to do, you have to say, you have to answer, whatever.
SPEAKER_12So we were trying to introduce it in a good way, but of course, DJ fuck up over here had to go ahead and press the wrong button.
SPEAKER_07I didn't touch anything, it was just you touched something. You know I didn't touch something.
SPEAKER_08You had a timer, you had a timer set. No, it was YouTube. I don't know what the fuck just happened.
SPEAKER_09That's hilarious.
SPEAKER_12You got caught out there, bud. Yeah, it's hilarious. Yeah. Wow. Okay. Better luck next time.
SPEAKER_07Um over with that one. You got over with that one. I'm sorry for interrupting your thoughts.
SPEAKER_10No, fuck you. And that was your fucking second.
SPEAKER_03That was scared in the whole shit.
SPEAKER_04Shut up. I'm gonna play the mother right now.
SPEAKER_08Shut up into the lock card.
SPEAKER_11Yo, idiot.
SPEAKER_07That's hilarious. That's written. Well executed, that would have been awesome. Well, it wasn't, so I guess it doesn't fucking matter.
SPEAKER_12Almost doesn't count. Oh man. I already forgot what the main topic was about. Thank God.
SPEAKER_08I'm struggling, okay.
SPEAKER_12We're all struggling, brother. We're just getting back to it. Give us a fucking break. I think I'm doing all right. Oh, that's hilarious. Yo, this dude is not music.
SPEAKER_08Plays again. What the fuck, bro?
SPEAKER_12Oh, all right. I can't. So next, we're on to because of this soccer.
SPEAKER_08Also, I was just talking.
SPEAKER_12Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Tom was a bitch. I wasn't even doing that hard with this. Hot seat.
SPEAKER_12Never mind.
SPEAKER_10Wait a minute, wait a minute.
SPEAKER_08The beautiful city of Scum skin. Don't do this.
SPEAKER_12There's a community. Schenectady. Shh. Schenectady. Skynectica. Yeah. My son called it Schenectady because that's Shine things it's called, but I tell him. This is little Guyana, actually. That's surely what it is. Yeah. So yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Alright, we're in hot seat. I'm just gonna ask some questions and we're all just gonna go for it.
SPEAKER_12Okay.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Okay. So, what are some things that you hate that men slash women do during sex?
SPEAKER_08I like it. What don't you like? So I hate it when it's quiet.
SPEAKER_10Awkward.
SPEAKER_08I'm gonna fuck you harder now. You can say it like that, but thrust and best twerk. But because you're not gonna I'm gonna twerk you harder. Granted, it's never always just silent, but you know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah. Yeah. That's weird. You don't have to be.
SPEAKER_08Um if I'm down there, then then you're quiet. What the fuck's going on? Um are you bored? Getting out of here. Abort mission, bud. Abort because I feel like half the situation is me hearing what's going on.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah, like are you enjoying this shit?
SPEAKER_10That's fucking weird.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_10Silent sex. Like, what are we fucking what are they? Mimes. What is this old black and white?
SPEAKER_12Yeah, that's weird, brother. That's a good one. Yeah. Heavens. So let me go next. Yep. I Quiet, that's definitely a great one. I feel like when I guess someone loves eating vagina, but you just can't do it right. You're looking everywhere, but where you need to be looking, it's weird. But don't go fast.
SPEAKER_11Like, take your time.
SPEAKER_12We're not in a rush. Yeah. Too much porn.
SPEAKER_10I don't know.
SPEAKER_11It's but like when you I feel like, especially if it's somebody you're dealing with for a long time.
SPEAKER_12Like if I'm fucking a nigga, that's the that's the nigga I'm dealing with. Yeah. So it's like, I feel like at some point you should know my body well enough and know what I like. And I could tell you too. Like, and I have, but that's just how they do it. Can't you help it?
SPEAKER_10That's that's fucking scary. And get off of me. You're doing nothing. Don't do that.
SPEAKER_08I feel like you should take your time and do it for a little bit. Then you can you're not supposed to go fast with the whole thing, but like if you're focusing on the clitoris, focus on the clitoris, and you gotta go a little fast. Bruh.
SPEAKER_12I just I remember one time I just was like, please stop. Don't even want it.
SPEAKER_10Like, you there's you're doing nothing for me. This was like a while ago, but I'm like, bruh. What was that? Oh bueno. Get out. Gotta go. Sadhead is an honor. That's yeah. That's terrible. And like you ain't want it, like, and it's the br like, oh my god, I gotta wanna have a dive on in it.
SPEAKER_12And then you do that. And then you disappear. Yeah. Ooh, that's wicked. I hate you. I don't know. I've been lucky.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, me too. It was only like that happened to me once. And that was really bad.
SPEAKER_12Okay. Never mind. Or at least it's not like an ongoing. Yeah, fuck no, I could never. Situation. Yeah.
SPEAKER_09So I don't like when like, you know, say you're like hanging out with the girls or whatever, and men come around or like yeah, go out or whatever, or you could be and just men happen to come around and then like a bitch start acting extra or different or yeah, like look just looking for attention. Like, girl. So we was out chilling. You know what I'm saying? Like, I guess because I never really had to do too much for it. So maybe if you ain't used to getting it, you act a certain way, or you just like to be the center of attention all the time. I don't know. But I I don't like that shit.
SPEAKER_08I agree. I don't think men. Tacky. I don't think men really look at the ones who are acting like that. Like you know, I'm gonna take that picture.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I think we can usually avoid those.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, unless you're looking for an easy kill.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Okay, next question. Who here at this table would look the worst if they went completely bald?
SPEAKER_12I'm thinking me. You're a guy. For sure me. I don't think so. I think me. I think I'd look just like Virgil, and then I'm never coming outside. You're not gonna look like Virg. You're gonna be good. You're gonna be cute. Bald. I got an egg hair. And I like already got like these bags under my eyes. I got a little double chin going on. I don't know.
SPEAKER_08My shit's already fried, so what the fuck?
SPEAKER_12You're a man, you're good. Yeah, you're good.
unknownOh my hair's gone.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, your hair's not gone, but at least you have that option.
SPEAKER_12Alright. What's the most annoying thing that someone at the table does? What's the most annoying thing we can each go? Interesting.
SPEAKER_04Fuck.
SPEAKER_12Oh, I know for Risa. Oh say it. The like planned ignorance or the the tune and out. The tune and out. The tune and out. It drives me too. I do it to you, Stephanie.
SPEAKER_08You do it to everyone. I don't do it to me typically, but I see when you do it to a normal person.
SPEAKER_12I'm like, you do it to everyone. She for sure does it to me. Like, shouldn't he be like I'd be like, shut up.
SPEAKER_09We were watching Let's Rap About It.
SPEAKER_12She was talking to me. I don't know what she was telling me. I don't know what she was doing. But I'm like laser focused. I think it was sound about the pod. On what this fucking podcast that we're I'm watching, and she's talking to me.
SPEAKER_11I said, I can't hear anything you're saying right now. Let me finish watching this and then we could talk.
SPEAKER_03That's progress.
SPEAKER_04That's awesome.
SPEAKER_03That is. That is actually, I gotta give it to you.
SPEAKER_12I didn't even realize because you didn't completely turn me out. Turn me out, Jesus Christ. Turn the nickens out. Yeah, so insane.
SPEAKER_07That's hilarious. You ladies don't annoy me, so it's not really have anything.
SPEAKER_12The most annoying thing that Stefan does is that shit right there. Yeah, what's my annoying thing for you? Yeah, you don't really annoy me that much.
SPEAKER_07Say laughie.
SPEAKER_12Christine just annoys me because she's loud as fuck sometimes, and I don't like all that noise. My bad. Um, you Stefan's like, yeah, exactly. Yeah. You Stefan.
SPEAKER_11Let me think if I can think of something.
SPEAKER_04There you go.
SPEAKER_09I don't know.
SPEAKER_08I know I'd be annoying.
SPEAKER_10It's fine.
SPEAKER_08Very th many things annoying you like it. I don't think you like that.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, love you too. We love you to be annoying. Yeah, for sure. I know I'm annoying. Oh, I know what annoys me about Stefan when we're editing. When I be telling him to play shit certain places in the video, and he'd be acting like he wants to talk about it. So what annoys me about Stefan is when I say, hey, make these reels. Like good ones. And it should be just like a bunch of talking. I wanna laugh. I need to see some funny shit. If I'm getting 30 seconds or some shit, yeah, gotta grab me. And gotta grab them.
SPEAKER_08That's it. I want to blame Opus Clips on that, but no, for real, but we gotta figure out.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, they gotta chill.
SPEAKER_08Like, then niggas gonna have to do it by hand. I still have to post it, so maybe I blame myself.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And Opus Clips.
SPEAKER_09Like, yeah. Like that's what we were sitting down talking today, and I'm like, these need to be reels.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. And all the bloopers. But I did work, and we can work with the shit that I have today. Love it.
SPEAKER_10So yeah, anyway, uh that's all I have for hot seat. I wasn't very prepared, so it wasn't that spicy tonight.
SPEAKER_12Okay, that's cool though. Yeah. I don't mind it.
SPEAKER_03Oh now, moving on to Would you Rabbit?
SPEAKER_09It's a beautiful tone. It is a gorgeous, lovely, melodic tune.

SPEAKER_07Show yourself.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Why? Why would you like to be like? I was thinking me, but so I don't know. I just feel like imagine if you get a big following, and then there's like he's gonna be a whole bunch of bitches.
SPEAKER_11Who's over here? This is community. Yeah, we twerk here. This is uh everybody's for everybody, and this is a safe space. I thought sex is the glue, and we want you here. Nobody's annoying.
SPEAKER_08Let it be sad and the bottom goes things really coil. Somebody make a flyer.
SPEAKER_12I'll make it. Oh my god. Got you. So she's starting it for you. Got it. So you can just blame it on her. Who's most likely to rob a bank and apologize afterwards? Guys, I of course. No, you probably would do it, but you would be feeling so shitty about it. But this nigga's gonna go up and apologize. I don't know that you will. She will. It's funny. It's fuck. She's gonna be crying. I'm so sorry I need it. Please, I won't pay it back much. I just want to retire my mom. Yo, deadass. You gotta understand. That's funny. Who's most likely to become a bounty hunter?
SPEAKER_02I'll get the mohawk and shit.
SPEAKER_10I'm just doing my job. A bounty hunter is hilarious, bro.
SPEAKER_12Who's most likely to marry someone after one date? No, not that bottom. Yeah, I think nah not him. Me? Yeah, probably. Not him. He's he's the low guarded now. I'm also but sure.

SPEAKER_12You know, it's not always bad. Nellie and Ashanti got back together.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, that's my bad.
SPEAKER_03No, you dumbass. Yeah. It ain't always bad, but uh until I get pissed off again.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Sick. Who's most likely to spend $10,000 in one day? Both of us. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_12I could go through that $10,000 in that day.
SPEAKER_11I think so. Yikes. Yeah. Who are we? I need that she shed.
SPEAKER_08I'm going right to Nissan.
SPEAKER_12And Key Sarah wants that motorbike. I gotta get it. Yeah. I'd be responsible. I'd fucking tweak my car out and well, I'd, you know, make sure it's all good on the inside and then Rice wants to stream. Gotta get his stuff. You know.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, so many things. $10,000 goes quick.
SPEAKER_12And that $10,000 ain't even enough for all that. Yeah, it's not. I mean, it's for a start at least.
SPEAKER_02Who's most likely to get canceled? Stefan? Yeah. I think so.
SPEAKER_12Might be. Oh shit, maybe.
SPEAKER_02We'll see. I mean, yeah.
SPEAKER_08I might I mean. Might be coming up.
SPEAKER_02Maybe.
SPEAKER_08I've been banned on TikTok and shit before.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. I mean, I feel like we all have our opinions. That doesn't mean that we dislike people who are in, you know, certain situations or live a certain way. I honestly don't give a shit how anybody lives. I mean, um, if you're a good person, you're a good person. That's what I care about. I mean, I understand everything that everybody does, but yeah. Whatever. People are like overly sensitive. We prefer. We gotta bring, nigga, we gotta bring like the sagitting humor back. Bring your tough skin back. Richard Pryor and all of them line in the same anything.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Fucking bitch. Who's most likely to walk out mid-show? Me for sure.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. You might walk out.
SPEAKER_12I might walk. You might. If you get mad enough, me, I think I will get there quick to leave.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_12I mean shit.
SPEAKER_08Damn, maybe both of us. Mid-show? I don't know. I think I feel like I know you might walk out.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I would out of there.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Yeah. I'll be thinking about it now. Finish the show on you.
SPEAKER_11I'd be like, what's Liana doing? Out of here, bro.
SPEAKER_03I gotta go.
SPEAKER_11Does she want to fill in? Do you? And don't.
SPEAKER_12Who's most likely to laugh at the worst possible moment? I'm for sure. I'm doing that for sure. Yeah. She does it. She does it. Yeah. I can see you doing that. It's a defense mechanism. No, for a fact. At the worst possible moment because I'm just processing. Try not to go. Try not to go proudly. Yes. Who is most likely to get lost in their own hometown? Yes, girl. Definitely.
SPEAKER_11I've done it. I have experience. I have experience.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. Yeah. That's alright. Now I use my GPS everywhere I go. The sick shit is I'd get lost in the city, though, before I would in the woods. Isn't that? Wow. I'd be lost everywhere. So last one. Yeah. Who's most likely to become a supervillain? Definitely me. Because I don't give a fuck. I thought about you, Stefan, and then I said, no. No, he's too wholesome for that. Yeah, you are. This motherfucker.
SPEAKER_08If I tweaked, I might go back.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, but I think you would definitely stay back together. Me? That bed and I had to.
SPEAKER_08Thanks for that insight.
SPEAKER_12Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_08I appreciate that. Won't stay back.
SPEAKER_12You wouldn't. I think. Would I? I definitely could be a villain.
SPEAKER_08Who's your favorite villain? Fuck. I have one.
SPEAKER_12Kellos.
SPEAKER_08Klaus.
SPEAKER_12Love Klaus.
SPEAKER_08Why was he just on my mind? I was gonna say to her.
SPEAKER_12Because he's like such a softy, but he's can't be fucked with. Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, bro. But he's not my favorite. Fucking as hard as fucking Thanos. Yeah. I'm not gonna lie, brother. That nigga was about his shit, stood on it. Yeah, he did. Fuck 10 toes, 20. He was a wild boy.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, he's out here, for sure.
SPEAKER_12Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Like, yeah. I don't know if he's a villain, though.
SPEAKER_12That he's for sure a fucking villain. He's a masochist. He's all the things that you can think of. He's a villain. He definitely is. And why he's a villain? Because he there's no room for anybody to talk any counter, you know, shit into him. He's like, no, we have to.
SPEAKER_03And the shit is you can understand his point, but nigga, that's not for you to decide, brother.
SPEAKER_08You gotta let it take its natural course. He had all the stones. He could decide.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, and he did. Yeah. And he did, you know, but that's why favorite villain, because he pisses me off the most. I'm an emotional cutter, guys.
SPEAKER_04I got it.
SPEAKER_09Damn, who's my favorite villain? There's so many. There's so many. Give me a second. Let me just look one up.
SPEAKER_10Let me look one up.
SPEAKER_12Because I know it's a woman. And then I was thinking Loki popped in my head, but he's not.
SPEAKER_08He's good. I don't know if he's a villain. He's not. He's a trickster by design, for sure.
SPEAKER_12I love Loki. He's an asshole for sure. Yeah, definitely. But villain, he loved his brother very much. Yeah. Just did some dickhead shit. Dang. See, I knew it. It's Maleficent.
SPEAKER_10Oh, that's nice.
SPEAKER_12Damn, that's a good one. Yeah. I'm so, I don't be even thinking Disney. Yep.
SPEAKER_08I don't know if she's a villain. They fucked her all.
SPEAKER_03Is is Maleficent a guys? Is Maleficent a villain? That's a good that's a good one. They did.
SPEAKER_12They did her bad. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Wow. All them niggas, bro.
SPEAKER_12Wow. Yeah. You all deserve it. And I'm taking your hands. And I feel like everyone got there. Yeah. Like whether it was her, Cruella Deville, like when you watch back, like their original stories and see how they got there. Harley Quinn. Yeah. Whoever. Like some are just bad because they just are, but for the most part, they got fucked over.
SPEAKER_08Klaus, Thanos, and Maleficent. Yeah. Shit. Good.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_12Well, that's all I have for Would you Yeah. Would you rather?
SPEAKER_10You gotta do your head up. I don't know what we at what we're doing.
SPEAKER_11Would you rather who's most likely to?
SPEAKER_04All right.
SPEAKER_08Hey, let's get into some facts or debatables, lady. Yeah.
SPEAKER_12I feel like I should have like glasses and a little school outfit on when we get to this segment.
SPEAKER_08Alright, we're gonna do it like a rapid fire. Yes. We romanticize hard work after it pays off.
SPEAKER_09Facts. Debatable.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I guess it depends on who are more inspired by success than they are compassionate towards struggle. Facts, facts. Most people support the winner, not the journey. Facts. Society celebrates recovery more than it supports healing.
SPEAKER_09Facts. Yeah, that's sad.
SPEAKER_08That's fucked up, actually.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08That's what I was talking about in our main topic is we always are looking for the winner. Congratulations for the promotion.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_08You know what I mean? Yeah. When you're going through shit in the middle of shit, really no one's around.
SPEAKER_12Right.
SPEAKER_08And no one's celebrating that or acknowledging that either. It's not fucked up.
SPEAKER_12Well, we do that for each other. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Actually, it's when struggling in public is one of the fastest ways to lose people's respect. Facts. I'm sorry, say it one more time. Struggling in public is one of the fastest ways to lose people's respect.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, it's a fact. That's a fact.
SPEAKER_08Why are you? We all know niggas is going through shit. Yeah, right. Everyone. But if you put that out, boom. Where we work, them niggas is struggling. Clearly struggling.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08In all types of fashions, right? That's on display. Poor guys. Everybody can see their business all day.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_08On top of the shit that they're dealing with, dealing with in the street, right? But then when they have a good day and they don't use or they don't do XYZ, that doesn't get highlighted or measured up to anything.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, and I try to do that for them when they do do that. Fucking thing.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_08Being in the middle of the process is lonelier than being at the beginning or the end.
SPEAKER_09Facts. Facts. If you're someone who's really working on getting through that shit, you gotta isolate sometimes. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Most people don't hate the struggle. They hate being reminded that it could happen to them.
SPEAKER_12Facts.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. I agree.
SPEAKER_12I feel like that's not something to hate. That's something to motivate you not to go through that again. Yeah. I have a positive mindset, guys.
SPEAKER_08And lately, I'll be honest, I've been learning the same lesson over and over and over again, which has caused the struggle. So it's like fuck.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08You gotta make a judge.
SPEAKER_09Right, that's what I'm saying. Like, are you learning or am I?
SPEAKER_12Are you just because if you're going through the same thing, you're not stupid, but like now you see I'm going through the same shit. Something now literally have to make. Even if it's just a small change, you start somewhere and see the big results later.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I agree. Two more. People are more patient with successful people than struggling people.
SPEAKER_12That is a fact.
SPEAKER_08A lot of facts today. It kind of sucks that we're in that space, but these are the real truths, right? Yeah. Alright, last one. The same behavior called perseverance after success is called stubbornness before success. Oh my god, you're going, you've been here doing this six months.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And you don't got the numbers. That is a fact. Niggas are in the middle of them thing doing it.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, right. You can't tell me. Right. Nigga was trying to break me down. I'm sitting there like, yep. And look at us, still doing it. I said you can't make me feel like that about my shit. Small changes within it as well.
SPEAKER_10It's not happening, brother. We came a long way in this little, yeah, six months.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. We just started. Getting in this little six months. Thanks, but no thanks.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. I got a question. If we truly respected the struggle, would we treat people differently before they succeed? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. If people really experience that shit too. Or if people can just, I'm sorry, I'm just cut you up. If people could just be empathetic to the human experience. We're all having human experiences, and uh none of them are the same. So just because you don't understand or you're not going through, and that's what's hard of when you try to talk to someone and because they're not going through it, they can't. For sure. You know.
SPEAKER_08I like that. Really. So my favorite tattoo is trust or struggle. And I've always lived by that. Yeah. Um, especially when I became an adult and I realized that I was responsible for my life. Yeah. Whatever I went through, I just learned you gotta trust that this is teaching you a lesson, like Resistance. And like I always say to myself, there are no good days, there are no bad days.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_08This day's a grace. And sometimes you gotta go through things and endure it. Sometimes the day is great and you get to enjoy it. So either way, struggles are not bad, and if you are struggling, it's okay. All of us are. Like she said, it's just a part of the human experience. Right. And I respect the person who is transparent and vulnerable about the fact that they are struggling more than the ones that are hiding and making excuses for why they're not showing up at 100%.
SPEAKER_09Right. So well, I want to read this to you guys real quick because I am reading um Atomic Habits.
SPEAKER_11Let's go. It's a great book. And I just want to share this with you guys quickly.
SPEAKER_12It says, this is just like a little paragraph out of one of the chapters. Your outcomes are lagging are a lagging measure of your habits.
SPEAKER_11Your net worth is a lagging measure of your financial habits.
SPEAKER_09Your weight is a lagging measure of your eating habits. Your knowledge is a lagging measure of your learning habits. Your clutter is a lagging measure of your cleaning habits.
SPEAKER_11You get what you repeat. If you want to predict where you'll end up in life, all you have to do is follow the curve of tiny gains or tiny losses and see how your daily choices will compound 10 or 20 years down the line.
SPEAKER_12Are you spending less than you earn each month? Are you making it to the gym each week? Are you reading books and learning something new each day? Tiny battles like these are the ones that will define your future self.
SPEAKER_08That's fire. Yeah. Lagging that.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08That's dope.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_08I never seen that.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08That's all I had for Facts of Debatables.
SPEAKER_11Okay.
SPEAKER_08That was great.
SPEAKER_11It was great.
SPEAKER_10Now you fuck. We're gonna go ahead and talk some shit.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, because I just have so many things I could talk shit about. I'm trying to decide which one I want to do. I also okay. I'm gonna read some shit. You know, I've been just screenshotting things. Um they've just been funny, but it's real shit. So let's see. Alright, fuck it. This one's in my face.
SPEAKER_10Nobody gives me butterflies anymore.
SPEAKER_12Y'all make me feel like pulling out a gun. Oh heavens. I just thought that was fucking hilarious. Not even, but I haven't felt that since my last relationship. Like, you know what? No. Like when we met. Yeah, well, shit, I met that nigga when I was 18, but like when we really started fucking with each other. Yeah. I was like, oh my god, I love this man. I'm gonna marry him. You remember.
SPEAKER_11I love him so bad.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. Nothing fades me these days.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. That's sad and terrible. You know, the I'm dating guys. I'm out here dating and really actually having a good time, but you know, recently I'm just gonna talk my shit about what I recently went through, got called a whore and all kinds of things because I went on another date with someone else who asked me on a date, and this dude did not. You didn't ask me, so I'm gonna go with the person who did. And we're not together, and you're not my man, and I'm not fucking on either one of you.
SPEAKER_10So we're and we're dating, you know. So he's just like, How was your date last night? I'm like, Oh, I had a blast, it was great. How was your night? Oh, it was great. I was cuddled up all night. I had you know, cuddled up with son all night. Cool, buddy.
SPEAKER_12Liar, yeah, whatever.
SPEAKER_03So it just went off too. That's turning me on. Right. I'm happy like we're dating. You had somebody cool.
SPEAKER_12I don't, you know, and that's why I just basically said to him, and he just was like, lose my number, you're a whore, you're fat, you're this and that. It always gets to that. But you know, guys, when you're dating, thank you. I appreciate that. And he can never make me feel anyway, nigga. You're fat. And I wasn't body shaving. I like fatness.
SPEAKER_08You're not a whore, yeah.
SPEAKER_12I'm not so you're mad. You wouldn't know that because I didn't do anything with you.
SPEAKER_08But anyway, to try to get me to like you like this, weird, insecure, yeah.
SPEAKER_12Very so, and that's just what I said. I was humble about like, you know, we're dating. I'm sure you have other people on your phone. And guys, if you're dating, like, unless it's solidified, you guys are making it exclusive, you're just dating one another. It's okay to go on dates and talk to other people. It's dating, it's called dating, literally called relationshipping, so you know, relationshipping. So, yeah, whatever. I just had to talk my shit about that. I didn't want to drag it on too much, but it's just that's really annoying that people act like that. Yeah, but you know, it's just a little insight. I'm sure other people have gone through this, you guys. Like, I tell us your dating horror stories, please. 802-319-9133. Yeah. I wanna know.
SPEAKER_10I'm gonna say that.
SPEAKER_12So talking shit about anything today, yeah. I don't like French toast that's made with thin bread. You better fatten me up, baby. It's it ain't easy maintaining this weight. Give me the shower bread.
SPEAKER_09Don't skip me. If I'm gonna do it, I'm doing it.
SPEAKER_08I hate the hot dog slander.
SPEAKER_09Oh, the glizzies. I hate glizzy. Love me some of those beats.
SPEAKER_08Enjoy a hot dog because it's like it's gay instantly, bro.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, what's gay? Nah, niggas is throwing a bat. Well, I'm not gay. I'm talking. And I know my way around a hot dog. I hate it, bro. Just want to be in little put that hot dog meme up.
SPEAKER_08Dogs to the feet cuisine.
SPEAKER_12Yeah. I'm not gonna shove it down, but like damn nigga, you mean a glizzy?
SPEAKER_08God forbid we're at the carnival and it's like one of them big ones, like you can cook instantly.
SPEAKER_12Right, yeah. And I'm gonna get another is hilarious. They're terrible for you anyway. Whatever. I'll give it a naked hot dog. Oh, that's hilarious. All right. One more quote just to close out. Talk your shit. No nigga can make me jealous. That's your dick. Baby, burn it up. Good heavens. That was a lot. Maybe we can cut that out. We're not, but okay. But it is true. I don't care. You try it. Just be safe. Be safe out there, guys.
SPEAKER_07Or don't. It's your dick, bro.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, burn it up, baby. Yeah, but you should. You should, for sure. Don't be spreading shit around. Anyway. All right. Cool talk your shits. Yeah, yeah, nice. Now we're gonna really cool it down. Yeah, we need to. Yep.
SPEAKER_11Take in the sound of the motorcycle. Reving in the back. While the bugs are buzzing around us, biting at our ankles. I'm all right. Okay. National Geographic thing. Squish that one mosquito.
SPEAKER_03I'm not dumb. They said stay away from that.
SPEAKER_12Nice.
SPEAKER_11All right. Let's get into health, wealth, and positivity. Welcome. Well, yeah. Thanks. All right. Health quote. You can't outheal a low a lifestyle you refuse to change.
SPEAKER_12Are you healing or just avoiding being alone with yourself? That's good. I like being alone with myself. I like rather enjoy it. I love my own company. Yeah. It's a good time. I'd be like laughing at myself, all types of shit.
SPEAKER_08I also think that this culture that you have to heal before you get into a relationship is not exactly the best way to go about it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I think having community helps you heal.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Should you be in a relationship that you can't handle? No. No. But that doesn't disqualify you from being in a relationship.
SPEAKER_11You can still like meet new people, I think.
SPEAKER_08You should actually.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I went to a conference last week and the week before last, we were talking about how loneliness is like one of the largest epidemics right now. And obviously the larger demographic that of that are the social social senior citizens. Yeah. Not social security.
SPEAKER_04That is crazy. There we go with that.
SPEAKER_08Give them a break.
SPEAKER_09People live behind their screens and not getting outside and socialize.
SPEAKER_11How do you class or you know, walk through the park or and say hello to someone?
SPEAKER_12Yeah, you know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Opening is gonna happen as soon as you say hello, right?
SPEAKER_12Wave back. And it'll flow. Like how it's supposed to. I I went out last night and I was with a friend and his friend and he was like afraid to talk to the ladies in the bar. I'm like, brother, just go up and say something. The worst thing that can happen, and like his friend was saying is they can say no. Like it's okay, you know.
SPEAKER_10And he's just like, I can't, I can't say let me tell you something. As a grown-ass woman, if you're scared to come and talk to me, or you know, whatever, start a conversation, you're never gonna get anywhere and you're doing yourself a disservice.
SPEAKER_12Like, might as well go home. Yeah. So just try it. It was just the whole thing, and he just and then he did try it and ended up dancing with a couple girls. Like one was working on them, and the other one was they were on him. He loves it. Yeah. But no, that's awesome. That's dope. Because like that is the hardest thing, like just trying to do, and it doesn't matter what it is, like even me, like you know, I told you guys I've been so scared to like lift heavy weights. Yeah, and so I've been working out at home and I have this 30-pound weight. I could not, it was up on the shelf, I could not get it down. I somebody got it down for me, but I've been using it like to do my hip thrusts and my squats, and and that shit is heavy. It's 30 pounds, doesn't sound like much, but it is when you're me, it's a lot. And I when I tell you be sweating like a whore in church, but it feels so good because I that's something that I've been intimidated by and I just had to try. I'm like, fuck it, I'm just gonna try it. Yeah, and and I've been loving it. So yeah.
SPEAKER_08Make that 30 pounds your bitch. Yeah, I'm trying to toss it up there right now.
SPEAKER_12It's the other way around. Just out of me. For sure. Okay, next one. Most people stay broke because they avoid uncomfortable decisions. Big time. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08I be doing that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08It's just the reality. Hence why some shit gotta shake. I was literally just saying, I need a plan.
SPEAKER_09I need a plan.
SPEAKER_08I need a plan. That plan has to be stuck to.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, definitely. That discipline, that's where that's gonna come in.
SPEAKER_12That's how I feel like I'm all over the place.
SPEAKER_09That's gonna change your life. Yeah. So yeah. Positivity.
SPEAKER_11You're overwhelmed because your habits don't match your goals. Every small habit you change brings your goals closer.
SPEAKER_00Like that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08That's great.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_08And that's so like simple to understand.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08A lot of times the lack of accountability. I don't want to admit that.
SPEAKER_09Bad with money or yeah.
SPEAKER_08That I eat bullshit all day. Yeah, I didn't eat too much, but you had three thousand calories. So two meals.
SPEAKER_09Yeah.
SPEAKER_08You know.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. We gotta be mindful.
SPEAKER_12It's and it's tough when you know you're going for convenience, especially like when you're busy and trying to but you just gotta try and jobs. Do it. That's why I love cooking. Like I've grown to love cooking at home so much because I know what's going in my food. And like for me, having heart disease, I have to be careful with my sodium intake, or I'm gonna blow up like a fucking fish. So from having all that water and and you know, where salt goes, water goes. So it's just like I have to be mindful of that shit.
SPEAKER_09So I've like I said, grown to love cooking at home, and the kid the kids love home cooked meals anyway.
SPEAKER_08So you're a beast in the kitchen.
SPEAKER_09Thank you.
SPEAKER_11But yeah, that's all I have for health, wealth, and positivity. Very good. That was great. Yeah, I'm glad we did this.
SPEAKER_12I am too.
