We're going to breathe with the warmth, nice and slow. Breathe in slowly and let the warmth come in with you, filling right up inside, like a big soft warm balloon, and breathe it back out slowly, all the way out. Feel how the warmth settles heavy and soft, like a blanket laid down gently. Again, breathe the warmth in. Let it fill all the way up and slowly out all that warmth settling, something getting just a little heavier. Breathe in, fill right up with the warm, and out slowly. There it is, heavy and soft, settling all the way down. Breathe in again the warm air coming in and out slowly, a little more still, a little more heavy. Breathe in all the way and out long and slow. You don't have to do anything, just let it go. Just warmth, just stillness, just this enough now. Just breathing on your own, just resting.
