Today we'll talk about our nervous systems and some of the common stress responses we find ourselves falling into including fawn, fight, flight, and freeze. The biggest takeaway from today is learning that this responses are not inherently bad, but to bring some more awareness as to what we feel most often and what is triggering it. In our next episode we'll touch base on tools to regulate the fawn and freeze response.
