Yo guys, what is up? It's your boy Mitchell Brown. Episode something. I don't even know why I started saying that, but podcast episode by myself. As you guys cannot see, this is gonna be mainly audio. There are some visuals, but you're not gonna be seeing anyone's face. Okay, so um we're as you you know we're starting off with the quickies, and I'm just gonna get right into it. First off,

Netflix is using generative AI?!?

the first one I need to move that nine, but anyways, the first one is Netflix reveals that about 300 of their shows and movies have used generative generative AI during production process. This includes concept art, previews, and battle sequences. They plan to use it more going forward, and they gave credit to if y'all didn't know, we talked about this a couple episodes ago, uh, Ben Affleck's AI company uh interpositive for the impacts of their projects. Uh Ben Affleck sold their uh AI company or it's a partnership, I actually don't remember, but to Netflix, and yeah, this that's what they've been using. Um yeah, like I said, I don't really remember too much. We talked about on with the Ben Affleck thing, but if y'all want to go back to the episodes, you can find it. We have chapters, but just to you know clear this out, uh the AI was primarily used for enhancing crowd sequences, you know, creating or extending battle sequences, you know, established ex for like establishing shots, you know, for like the worlds or buildings, or and also like special effects like explosions and anything that is a special visual effect that would possibly be way more expensive. It wasn't that they used AI to just do the entire thing, it was more they used an AI as an assistant to advance uh to make the work more advanced and make it look cleaner. I'm not gonna talk about it this episode, but this episode I'm just gonna talk about it's just things I've been watching, um, but or things I have watched, and something I'm watching currently is uh Lord of the Flies on Netflix, and I don't know if they used AI in some of those scenes, but some of those shots in that show when they like are showing the island. I don't know if they're really on an island, but some of the establishment shots just don't look like a real island, like it looks bad. Uh the fire. Um, there was the scene in like I'm pretty sure the first episode when a fire happened. Sorry, spoilers if you plan on watching, but this is a book, so it's a pretty old book, so it's not really that big of a but, anyways. The fire didn't look well, especially like I keep saying, in establishing shots. So obviously, I'm not saying they used it for that show, but that's just something I noticed uh when watching the show, and hopefully, in the better Netflix gets better. This is a limited series, so I don't think they're focusing too much on the special effects, and this series is more of the acting with the little boys, and the acting is pretty good for kids acting, like I'm not gonna lie, it's it is really good. So, even with all those things I just said about how bad some of the CGI or visual effects look that they've been using on the show, um the boys' acting, like I said, is what's saving what's going on. Pretty sure uh the main dude, Piggy, got nominated for an Emmy, or the show got nominated for an Emmy, one of the two. Um, the question I pretty much leave to the fans is if AI can this was this is usually a question I'd ask for Ray, but he's not here. But if AI can produce VFX twice as fast as twice as fast at half the cost, but still requires human artists to guide it, should audiences care that AI is being used? And if you don't pretty much get what I'm saying, because I know I was stuttering a lot, um pretty much what I was trying to say is if Netflix or companies in general are is using AI to make any sort of effect in a movie or TV show faster, it just helps to make it faster, but it's at half the cost. But it still requires a human artist, AI artist or an human artist of some sort, uh, to guide it. Are you as a fan or a hater of AI, are you do you think it's should be used anyways? Like at the end of the day, if AI is still being guided by humans, which most of the time, at least at from the instance I've seen people use that, it's usually a human inputting something to telling the AI what to do, and then the AI uh completes the thing. Y'all have all used Chat GPT, I don't know why I'm explaining this, but the point is what do you guys think? Do y'all think this is a good thing and it should continue being used, or you think what's the point? Just have humans, just have more humans doing it and keep the cost high. Who knows, man? Uh, but yeah, that's a question. I leave it to y'all. The next one I have is the God of War series. Um, the actor Ryan Hearse,

Kratos recast

which, if you can't tell who Ryan Hearse is, it's Kratos. Uh Kratos is the big grown-up, not the kid, just to clear that out. But Kratos, uh, the actor had suffered a major bicep injury. This was last Friday, I believe. Um, during filming a stunt. So pro so the sh the sh pausing of production has been shut down indefinitely. So if you don't know what that means, Google it. But pretty much, while they're look while he's healing up, they decided to recast the actor for Kratos, and it's gonna the dude Ryan Hearst is gonna be recast, pretty much. From what I've heard, I thought I had more notes down here, but from what I heard, I'll just go off of memory. From what I've heard, they already shot most of the season, and I believe it was only the last three episodes um that he got injured in. So I don't know if they're gonna reach I doubt they're gonna reshoot the entire series. That just doesn't seem money-wise. This is already probably gonna be expensive to do. Money wise, I don't see why they would reshoot the entire thing. And this has been in production for a while, so I completely doubt they're going to reshoot the entire season with a new actor. They're probably just gonna get an actor that looks similar, something of the sorts, and then just I hope no one they're probably just gonna hope no one really cares. And in the last two episodes, it'll be a different guy playing Kratovs. Two things honestly I could see happening is people might like the other actor more, or people might like the original actor, so this could hurt or really help the show. Uh, either way, this is going to be on prime video Amazon, so they've been putting out bangers recently when it comes to their television show. So hopefully, this is a good one. Uh, I've never played any of the God of War games. My co-host actually has played some, so I was hoping he was here so he could probably put more insight on this. But yeah, who knows, man. Um, I just hope at the end of the day, I just hope it's a good show. And even if they replace the actor, you know, hopefully I'll pray for the actor. Um, and hopefully he can have a strong, fast recovery. Sorry, I need some water. Uh, next one is the they are making

Live Action Princess and the Frog?

a live action princess in the frog movie. Finally, but wait, there's more. As you can see, it's going to be written by Colin Domingo. I don't know if he's co-writing it or he's actually going to be writing it, but it says right here in my notes, it says he's going to be writing it. Uh, Colin Domingo, I'm pretty sure, is an Oscar winner actor. Uh, even if he isn't an Oscar winner actor, he's an Oscar, he's an Oscar worthy actor. Uh, he's has a whole bunch of films that he does great in. And I believe he was on Jimmy Kimmel last night talking about some stuff. You know, if y'all know what he was talking about, to me, and I know what he was talking about. But, anyways, um, yeah, apparently, that's why I said pause. It is not going to be a direct live action adaptation, unlike the other ones like the Cinderella, the Beauty and the Beast, the Jungle Book. This is going to be a spin-off. Yes, I know. I'm already worried too. But this is gonna be a spin-off live action, like Mulan. Well, it's not gonna be like Mulan, but I'm just giving y'all an example of a live action that isn't like the animated version. Mulan, um, can't think of any right now. Uh Snow White, that's another one that I heard that one was trash. Crazy thing, I heard both of those were trash. But anyways, actually, I've seen the Mulan live action. That one is pretty trash. But, anyways, from what I remember seeing, I thought I had it in my notes, but from whatever I from what I remember seeing, it's going to be a spin-off series about Tiana, about the events that after she's gotten married with Prince Naveen or Lavine, I don't remember uh his name at the moment, but yeah, that's what it's going to be about about her being not almost there, but her being actually there now. So all I gotta say is I hope they get some of the original people who worked on it, especially the songwriters who worked on it, because every single song in the first princess in the frog movie was a banger, the story's a banger, like everything was good about the villain banger, everything was good about it, so that's why I'm just like I I really hope. I trust the dude Colin Domingo, but I don't know. I've never I don't know if I've watched anything he's read. I know he was, I mean, I don't know if I watched anything he's written. I know he was in that one prison uh movie, I can't remember what it was called, but it was made by A24, and I don't believe if I don't remember if he wrote it or produced it, or I know he did something with working on it, but he did pretty good in that, and it was that was a really good film, so yeah, but this is totally different. At the end of the day, this is totally different because it's Princess and the Frog. So I just hope they do it justice, man, because she deserves it. Avengers: Endgame again

one is Avengers Endgame. Yeah, I know. Y'all saw Avengers, y'all thought I was gonna be talking about Doomsday. We will talk about Doomsday later. Chill out, relax. Right now, let's just talk about this endgame news. The endgame movie, we talked about this a while ago, will be re-releasing in theaters again in September, on September 25th. Um, it will reported it will be seven minutes longer than the original movie, and it will feature a new intro sequence, some bonus scenes, and the ending will be changed, so it is going to lead directly into their next Avengers movie, Doomsday. Um, I've never seen Avengers Endgame in theater. It's okay. Let me let me you know because some people are probably gonna have a heart attack. I've never seen Avengers Endgame in theaters, I've only seen it on my phone because of like when it came out, just couldn't afford to go watch the movie, man. So had to wait until it came out on Luffy, uh Luffy websites. But yeah, man, I don't know how I feel about this, to be honest. Will I go watch it in theaters? Probably not. Hopefully, they release the new version of this on Disney Plus. Because I'm gonna be real, I'm probably not gonna watch this in theaters again. But it's gonna be a quick hash grab to get people to go watch it, and hopefully, if the new scenes that they add that lead directly into Doomsday are good, hopefully people. I know people are gonna talk about it, but when people talk about it, I'll probably talk about it on here too. So, yeah, endgame. Are y'all gonna watch it or not, man? Because I'm not. Oh, okay. That was the end. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't remember where we ended it, but that is the end. I know quickies a little quick. Not funny. THE UPRISING

um, I watched this trailer. I watched all these trailers. I don't even know why I'm saying this, but I watched all these trailers literally right before uh we started shooting. But this movie will be coming out on September 11th. It is going to be starring. I don't know if y'all can tell who that is, but that is the best Spider-Man of all time, Andrew Garfield, uh, as the leader of a furious rebellion against the tiny tyranny of King Richard II. As war burns across England, he forms an army of people who face the king's might and fight in a fight for justice and survival. Uh, the action from what I see in the trailer looks pretty decent. It looks like there's gonna be really good acting in this. I'm definitely gonna check this one out in theaters when it comes out. And I'm a fan of Andrew Garfield in general, so I I'm probably gonna check it out just because of that. But yeah, the acting looked good. It definitely seemed like I I don't know, I'm not gonna say it definitely seemed like a Joffrey type of king, but the king looked pretty young, looked like a child, and it looked like possibly the other people around him were influencing how he thinks he should be uh ruling England. So yeah, I'm definitely excited for this, and it looks pretty good. I think it's based. Actually, I'm not even gonna say that because I'm not gonna say I'm not gonna put out wrong information. Just check out the movie The Uprising, comes out September 11, 2026. The next one I watched is Clayface.

CLAYFACE

Clayface comes out October 23rd, 2026. This is going to be a horror, a horror film set in the DCU. That I'm pretty sure that means it's gonna be canon to the DCU. Um, and yeah, it's gonna be starring, as you guys can see. I mean, you can't really tell by how he looks because he's wearing a mask, but it's gonna be starring Tom Lord help me, Ryas Harris or Harris. Okay, he's going to be playing uh Clayface, you know what I'm saying? One of the favorites, one of the one of I don't know, I was about to say one of the favorites. I don't know whose favorite villain is Clayface, but one of the most iconic Gotham villains for Batman. Definitely a true, a true icon. But, anyways, trailer from the vibe I got is pretty much this man, this actor, this up-and-coming actor, or this actor who's already at his peak, whatever way it was trying to say, uh, eventually gets caught by some gang, or he gets dis he gets caught by some sort of people that are against him in the Hollywood world, and they s uh like literally they show it in the trailers they're they cut his face and like disfigure him. Disfigure him so bad because he's an actor, you know. His face and his body is his moneymaker, so he's so mad over it, and he decides to get a treatment that will help him uh fix his face. And right then and there, y'all know how it goes, bro. You know what I'm saying? He he becomes clay-faced. So the entire trailer is just very beautiful, in my opinion, beautiful shots of him like morph, his face morphing and melting into clay. There's these shock, these like horror scenes that I can't wait to watch in the theater. Uh they didn't show this, but there's this scene when he's on the plane in the trailer and he runs into the bathroom because his eyelids are drooping and covering over his eyes so bad to where he can't really see. So he grabs a pair of scissors, and I guess he's about to cut open his eyelids. But yeah, man, this trailer looks really good. I'm I'm not one that's into horror. As you guys know, this I have really horrible nightmares, but I like DCU. I do like clayface, he's not one of my favorites, but I do like clayface, and I'm excited to see uh how Gotham is gonna be in this movie, but also how the acting is gonna be because the last villain Batman movie we got, oh god, let's just say it was trash, okay? Shout out to Lady Gaga, bro, but they just put her in that movie because she can sing. But, anyways, the next thing, oh yeah, yeah, comes out October 23rd of this this year. Check it out, man. Definitely seems like it's gonna be a banger. Even if you don't like superhero movies, just watch it. It's a horror movie. Next thing

Camp Rock 3

is, I forgot I had this one here. Next thing is Camp Rock 3. Oh my god. I'm not gonna lie to y'all. When I first saw this, when I first heard that they were making Camp Rock 3, I was excited because not let me not refuse that. I I was intrigued. That's the better word, not excited. I was intrigued because I love Camp Rock, grew up watching Camp Rock, that's my error, you know what I'm saying? I was alive, a youngin', a legit. And the first two movies, the first movie was good, the second one was a banger, and this third one looks like it's gonna be trash, so it's not for me, but it does look like it's like kind of a retelling of the original Camp Rock, just with new actors. But who knows? If not be a banger, but am I gonna watch it? Probably not. I'll probably just put it on so my brother can watch it, but I'm gonna be real, I'm probably not gonna watch it. But who knows? If I do, I'll come back and let y'all know. Comes out August 13th. Uh is going, it's being co-produced by Demi Lovato. Sadly, she's not gonna be in it, at least from what I've heard. But the Jonas brothers are in it, so y'all wanna hear him sing a song, man? This is your chance. Um, yeah, I'm not gonna really talk too much about this because I don't want to hate on any of the new little youngins that are in this film for no reason. You know, I'm not a negative guy. Misty Green

Green. Comes out October a lot of these coming out. I'm talking next comes out October 16th. Uh, this is written and directed by Chris Rock, and it's going to be starring the girl right there. I'm about to say her name, calm down. Uh Rosalind Eliezar. Okay. It's gonna be starring her. It's called Misty Green. Um, from the vibe I got from the trailer, it just seemed like I really don't know. This is an A24 trailer, by the way. So let me just clear that up. I really couldn't tell y'all the vibe I got. I guess I could just try to give y'all something. The vibe I got from this was just a girl who looks like kind of looks like this is gonna be like some sort of messed up love story between her and Chris Rock. But she also looks seems like she's trying to like pursue some sort of dreams. In the beginning, it feels like she's sort of not really chasing anything, but as the trailer went on, it feels like she's. Trying to uh chase her dreams, I guess. At least that's at least that's the vibe I got from it. I don't know. Maybe I need to rewatch the trailer. Uh, but yeah, definitely does seem like a good trailer, though. I do have to say. So check it out if you want to. Misty Green, October 16th, 2026. I'm definitely gonna watch this. Uh, cuz I've been just going in the movie theaters, and shout out to my friends. I ain't gonna lie. I told him I wasn't gonna watch this other movie. We kind of talked about it last episode. There was this trailer called Other Ma Other Mommy, I believe that's what it's called. And I didn't want to talk about that trailer this week because we already saw the trailer last week, so I'm not gonna talk, it would just be a fake reaction, fake, fake acting like I just saw it. Like, no, we we saw it last week. I'm not gonna talk about it now. So, yeah, first I wasn't gonna watch that movie with them, but I ain't gonna lie to y'all, I'm probably gonna watch it with them. Avengers: DOOMSDAY

y'all see the things I've been watching sooner or later. Uh, next one is Avengers Doomsday trailer. Finally, if y'all weren't here when we were talking about all the news that we got during Cinemacon, I think that's what it was called. We already talked about pretty much this trailer, not in detail, but we talked about it with some detail of what was going on. But we didn't actually seal a trailer because I'm not there yet, sadly. You know what I'm saying? But soon enough or later, I'll get an invite to one of these places, and who knows? Maybe I'll be hosting my own. Anyways, the next thing is Avengers Doomsday, comes out December 18th, 2026. Man, comes out the same day as Dune. You know, they've been calling it Doomsday. But, anyways, uh, this film follows the Avengers. Okay, uh, tickets are out by the way. Now, if I was gonna be y'all, if you really want to watch this movie, try to get your tickets now, bro. Especially if you want to see it early. The literally the first two days are already sold out. Last time, at least last time I looked, I already got my tickets. But the first when I looked last time, which was the day the tickets got released, the first two days were sold out. I mean, I got my tickets the first the day the movie comes out, but the day before I usually like to get my tickets today. Bro, why am I ranting? Y'all don't care, bro. The point is this trailer looked Questionable. It looked really good. Okay, but I'm not gonna lie, my hype isn't not there yet. After all the Marvel movies I have seen, after all the Avengers that I've seen, last time I saw Thor, I am not gonna fall for the Marvel hype and succumb to it, but I almost did. I ain't gonna lie to y'all. I almost did not play. I just wasn't that huge. Um I just didn't get the same amount of hype I got for other Marvel trailers in the past. Like, for example, the Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day. I was so hyped when I saw that trailer, you know what I'm saying? And this one, I for some reason, I just I'm not the same level of hype for some reason. I'm definitely excited for this. Um I'm definitely excited for this movie, and I definitely will check it out. And the trailer looked really good. I loved seeing the X-Men, I loved seeing uh the little battles that we might get. I like seeing the shots in I don't know if they were in Wakanda, but y'all know what I'm talking about, where the like the water pillar is. I think that's where Nemo City is. Uh, I liked seeing the Fantastic Four. Uh you know what I'm saying? I wasn't expecting to see Ant-Man because I forgot he was gonna be here, but even Ant-Man, I'm excited to see him. I'm not excited to see Ant-Man, bro. Let me not actually lie. But I'm excited to see things that are going on. Captain America's coming back, and the number one thing that out of every single thing we saw on that chair, that I'm mainly excited for is Tony Stark's performance as Doom. Doctor Doom. Doctor, actually, let me not make that joke. The next thing, not the next thing. As y'all know, I was a RDJ hater when he first got casted as the role to play Doom. I'm joking, I wasn't hating on him, but I was mainly hating on Marvel's decision to make him Doomsday. I thought, I still do think that the ending to Iron Man was wrapped up beautifully. Same thing with Captain America. I I do not like it they're bringing back these two people to still have to like carry this universe, but at the same time, it's understandable, I guess. Captain America, at least we know, we actually don't know, but we know for a fact he's gonna be in the next movie, event the next Avengers movie, which is Avengers Secret Wars. We know he's gonna be in that movie. Um, and hopefully, this and the hopefully once Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret Wars is over, we don't have to see Chris Evans and RDJ in this Marvel universe ever again. I just don't want their legacies to be ruined. That's literally it. That like that's it. I don't want their legacies to be ruined because the MCU writers decided to just write something stupid. Okay, so yeah, shout out to RDJ. He sounds immaculate as Doctor Doom. If y'all have no interest in watching this trailer, at least watch the first 15 seconds and hear how RDJ sounds as Doom. He doesn't even sound anywhere close to Iron Man. Like it's so unrecognizable. I was watching so many people react to this trailer, and they had no idea who that was, speaking in the beginning. So that was definitely, you know, I guess good to know. I guess my gauge, and I definitely do think this movie is gonna easily surpass over a billion. The will this be the most prop profitable movie of this year. I don't know. Toy Story is still a movie that's up there, the Mario Galaxy movies that's up there, but I definitely do think it has the ability to surpass both of those movies. Literally, 16.5 million tickets were sold the first day, first 24 hours it came out. I believe that's the highest ticket amount sold in like a long time. I can't remember what was the exact thing, but it was in a long time. The trailer was the most watched, second most watched trailer ever, only behind the Spider-Man brand new days trailer. Okay, literally. So, yeah, this movie is definitely gonna do numbers, definitely gonna break records, and even if it's trash, it might be fun trash. So go check it out, man. Avengers. Oh, wait, before I end it off there, shout out to Bleach Man. They had a bleach reference in the doomsday trail. They thought I wouldn't notice, but yes, I am a bleach fan. When Thor clashes with Dr. Doom and he stops him with two fingers, they're shouting out Bleach man. So thank you, Doomsday, for showing love to Bleach. It Ends

This trailer, um, this movie, let me start off by saying that this movie is produced by Neon, another small uh movie company. Uh, and it is going to be it is called It Ends. It's going to be coming out on August 21st in theaters, and it's pretty much these it says four friends in the description, but I only saw three people in the trailer, so maybe I'm tripping. There was a fourth person I just wasn't paying attention. But it says right here, four friends post-college plans uh are derailed when wrong turn traps them on a near-ending back road. Pretty much the film just looks like these college kids are just stuck on, I just said it, a back road, and they're pretty much they're lost. I don't know if the GPS ain't working or the map ain't mapping, but it looks like they're lost. It looks like it's gonna be probably a comedy, but like very emotion movie, like emotion roller coaster, yeah, that's the word I was thinking. Emotion roller coaster movie, but with some comedy elements in it. Definitely looks interesting. I don't know if this is my type of movie, but guess what? I told y'all I was probably gonna watch most of these movies, anyways, and I'll probably check this one out. It doesn't look as bad at first. I thought it was a horror movie because we just had a movie earlier this year was about like people getting lost or something in the woods. I forgot what that movie was called. It was like Pathfinder or something. It came out in May, I think. Ray watched it, I can't remember what the movie was called, but that movie looked trash. Passenger, that's what it was called. Passenger. That movie looked trash, and I've heard only trash things from it, so that's what I was expecting when I first saw this trailer, when I first saw this movie, but when I watched the trailer, it was nothing like that. Acts looked like it's gonna be pretty interesting. Definitely one I recommend checking out. It ends, comes out August 21st, uh 2026. And if by anyway, if anyone's wondering what my boy Ray is doing, Ray is getting surgery. Okay, he is getting surgery, uh, he's getting the Drake BBL. So if anyone is wondering what my boy Ray is doing, that's what he is up to. So yeah, pray for my boy Ray while he's um recovering. So he's already gotten the surgery, by the way. RESIDENT EVIL

Resident Evil, comes out September 18, 2026. I wish Ray was here for this one. Ray glazes Zach Krager, he glazes Resident Evil, and I've never played Resident Evil at all, never seen any of the original movies or original games. I don't know, but yeah, I really don't have too much to say about this, but I ain't gonna lie. That trailer hooked me, man. When I first saw that teacher trailer, I wasn't hooked at all. I just thought it looked cool seeing the zombies fall from this scene where they were falling off of the buildings and they're just like splat, splat, splat, you know, like splatoon. Uh, but I just thought it was interesting and cool to see. That shot was really nice, but after seeing the trailer, um, this dude, which is that dude, he is going to go deliver, I believe, a heart to this family, but then gets in an accident to where it looks really good, and it looks like it's gonna be a survival horror movie with a lot of moving around. I don't think it's gonna be one of those movies where he's just sitting in one place survival horror movie. It looks like he's gonna be going around through this city trying to get this heart to where he needs to be, you know, because the boy needs money, man. You know, so yeah, I really that second this official trailer really got me, and I will check this out with my boy Ray when it comes um when it comes out. Whenever the tickets release, I'm probably gonna try to cop them one because if Ray's glazing this movie already, you know, and I'm saying it might be a banger. So yeah, definitely gonna check it out. Resident Evil, and I definitely think y'all should check it out. It looked really good, or at least watch the trailer. Uh, next one is Avatar Seven Havens. I believe the Avatar movie is coming out sometime this week, but this is an Avatar TV show that we also talked about this a while ago too. But now we saw the official teaser trailer. It is just a teaser trailer, so I don't have too much to say other than the animation. Looks like it's totally different than the movie or the other past Avatar series. It seems more kiddish, but still good, it still looks really good. So let me just clarify, it looks really good, and as you know, Avatar is like a kid show, but it has a very a lot of if you've never seen it, it has a lot of adult themes, and literally, I rewatched Avatar like two years ago, and when I was re-watching it, because I watched it first when I was in middle school, when I rewatched it, there was a lot of stuff that as a kid, the order you get, you just start like, oh my god, this message, this mess. You just start seeing way more messages, and I bet you when I re-watch it again in another 10 years, I'm probably gonna see even more things I never saw from before. But Avatar, I said it before, a top 10, in my opinion, top five, in my opinion, top three greatest cartoon of all time. And I definitely recommend for you guys to watch at least Avatar. You could probably skip out on core, but watch at least Avatar because it is one of the greats for a reason, man. And I know I just really just was just glazing Avatar. I didn't talk about this trailer, but yeah, like I said, it was a teaser trailer. There wasn't really that much other than the animation, it looks good. It will be about a younger avatar that is an earthbender. Uh in this dangerous era, she uh that title marks her against as that title marks her as a humanity's destroyer, not its savior, as being the avatar. That's basically what they're saying. So she's hunted by both human and spirits, thanks to Korra. Uh, and she has to basically go through these she has to save the seven havens while discovering these new mysteries and twists in the story that Poppy has never seen before. I actually don't know when this is set, but I'm pretty sure this is set after Legend of Korra because they talked about she's fighting against spirits and other benders. And if you guys never seen Legend of Korra, Legend of Korra decided to release the spirits into the human world. Why does she do that? I don't know, man. I don't know why she did a lot of things, but people say it's a good show. Uh, next thing, I'm pretty sure there is no next thing, guys. That was the last one. Hopefully, you guys are actually seeing this because I don't know, but who knows? Maybe when I'm editing this, I'll know if you are seeing this, but I say this every single time. it came out. But like I said, we just been busy. I just never had the time to say it. But The Furious, y'all can see it right there. It's already out. I believe it already came out on streaming somewhere. You can find it, bro. Bro, trust me, you can find this movie. This movie is definitely the action when it comes to action. This is the best movie of the year when it comes to action. Point blank period. This is the best action movie I have seen when it comes to especially martial arts. But just I love this type of I love these type of action movies with fighting, not the ones where they're driving cars, and you know what I'm saying, going to outer space and stuff. But, anyways, this The Furious is an amazing movie. I remember when it came out, I kept hearing people talk about it, saying it was one of the best martial artist performances of the year, and I a thousand percent was like, Man, I gotta check this out. Okay, and they weren't wrong, they weren't lying. Uh, it follows that dude. If y'all can tell, he's the one kicking over there right now, not the one kicking in the back, but like the dude kicking that one dude in the face. He's a dad who uh I guess is mute, he can't speak, and his daughter gets kidnapped by this gang of people who kidnap kids and sell them on the black market. You know, it's a sad thing, but happens in the real world too, guys, and not just in movies. So be careful and you know, watch your kids. But next thing I gotta say is yeah, definitely, you know, get away from the sad stuff. He ends up going on this adventure and barks, meets that other dude that's fighting right beside him, and they end up rescuing a whole bunch of kids, showing, not showing, but what's the word? Exposing uh that this company that are kidnapping these kids, exposing them for what they're doing, because it's a company that's exposed, it's like monster. Okay, well, actually, let me not do anything, let me just make up uh company. It's like AA double A. Yeah, it's like double A. Okay, I think that's a made up company. Hopefully, it's like if double A was like selling shoestrings, but in reality, they're not actually selling shoe strings. Uh they just say they're selling shoe strings, but in reality they're selling kids, you know, it's like a little, it's like that type of company. But, anyways, the point is him and that dude end up freeing a whole bunch of kids, not every kid, because they can't, he may just want to go save out his daughter. He saved his daughter. Amazing action. There's this fat dude in the movie that, bro, he is so hilarious. He has daddy issues, bro. That dude just starts going stupid in this movie. That red dude, y'all see him with the Adidas tracksuit, bro. That dude is Hawkeye in this movie, bro. I don't know how they found him, but they really found Hawkeye. This brother was doing stupid in this movie. The action is amazing, the fights, it's literally fun. It's so fun, it is so fun. I was watching the movie, I was watching the movie by myself, but I was the theater was packed. And bro, there was there is bro, I was dead laughing at that movie. There are a whole bunch of black people right beside me. Yeah, I said it. There was black people right beside me. We were all dying, bro, in that theater, laughing so loud. I don't care if people were mad. It was an amazing experience, and I had in my notes here that this because it came out around Father's Day. I had in my notes that this is a movie you should definitely watch with your son or with your father or with a parent that is a father to you, because y'all will enjoy this movie together. It is that much of a blast. The theory is please, please check it out, man. It is such a fun movie, man. Already out on streaming, you can find it anywhere. My next one I had here is I actually don't have a picture of it, but because y'all see how many movies are up here. There was too many for me to fit. Uh, the next one is another movie called Detective Pikachu. I watched it with my brother, it was a pretty good movie. I'm not gonna lie. The CGI still stands to this, is actually pretty good for even today's standards, and it's a movie that I'm really surprised why we never got either another Detective Pikachu movie or why we didn't get another Pokemon movie of some sort because that was a pretty good movie. Uh, the story, the story with the twist of Detective Pikachu. I guess I'm out of spoil. This movie's been out for years. But the story for the spoiler of Detective Pikachu being the dude's father was a good twist. I actually didn't see that coming, but I'm pretty sure in the game he's also your father in the game, too. But it's a good twist. Um, and I definitely because I I figured out the twist that the like of the dad kept trying to paint his son as the villain. I figured out that okay, bro, obviously your son isn't the villain. You just keep painting him as the villain, it has to be you. And I figured that out, but I didn't figure out that his dad was the Pokemon, was Detective Pikachu the entire time. And yeah, Ryan Reynolds actually does a pretty good job. His I I thought he would be pretty distracting as Pikachu, but he's actually not. He does a pretty good job with Pikachu. There is a I just wish there was more Pokemon on Pokemon action. That's literally my only gripe against this movie. But at the end of the day, it's a mystery detective Pikachu movie. It's not freaking Ash trying to become a world champion for the 15th time. It's a dude trying to find out if his father's really dead. And I definitely think it was a great movie, you know, that you can enjoy watching with your kid. My brother loved the movie, so who knows? Maybe your brother or your son or your daughter or your uncle will enjoy watching the movie. But yeah, the next one, if y'all can't see it back there, Menace to Society is the dude with the braids, and the other black dude back there, the literally the only black dude on this page with braids. But yeah, um, amazing, amazing, amazing movie. I've talked about this plenty of times. I don't know if I talked about this on the podcast, but I'm 99% sure. I am trying to watch a whole bunch of hood movies. I'm not like bungee watching them, but I'm trying to like educate myself with a whole bunch of hood movies that I never watched. I'm not from the hood, you know, thankfully, but I didn't grow up like in the suburbs. Uh, you know what I'm saying? I grew up actually let me rephrase that. I didn't grow up in the great suburbs. I still grew up in the suburbs, but it was like very, very low-tier suburbs. And then now my parents, thankfully, are working very hard to make their dreams come true, and helping my brother now that he's being raised, to have, you know, a good childhood, I guess. Uh, but, anyways, um, Menace of Society has nothing to do with really what I was just talking about. It is a hood movie about I should have written these people's names down, but about that brother and that brother, mainly the brother in the front that you can't see his face, his face is slightly covered, and pretty much um he is a guy who is not as bad as the dude that's right beside him. The dude right beside him is a full-on crash out. Like, I be crashing out on the video games, and I be thinking I'm crashing out, that dude is a crash out. In the beginning of the movie, he shoots a store clerk just because he the store clerk for some reason just won't shut up, and he did not decide to say, I feel bad for your mother. So it's not funny, but I watched a comedy movie by the Wayne's brother. Uh, I'm not gonna say the name because it's freaking long, but I watched that comedy movie that it's that's based off of Menace of Society. So every time I see that scene, I just laugh. But, anyways, yeah, he he crashes out in the beginning of the movie, and then they're trying to stay low because uh they shot and killed two store people, two store workers, and yeah, but the other dude doesn't care, he's not trying to stay low, he's showing it off to people, he's selling drugs, he's flashing his gun to everyone, he's just shooting people out in the streets just randomly. But the other dude is, you know what I'm saying? He's still he's not a hundred percent too. I ain't gonna lie, it's not like he's a good, jolly good fella. No, he ain't, but you know what I'm saying? He's trying to be, and he meets he meets this girl who pretty much tries to set him straight and ultimately fails. Okay, well, ultimately it ends up working, but before he leaves, something tragic happens. Before they leave to go to Atlanta, something tragic happens. So, yeah, Men of Society is a great film, great mess message, great message. Um, in a lot of hood movies, pretty much every hood movie I've ever seen always has a good message. I've never watched someone so I never watched a hood movie movie so far that is trash and with a trash message. And yeah, they might all be about the same thing, but each message in each one of these movies, at least when I feel when I'm watching them, is giving me something different. I don't know, maybe that's just me. Next movie I have on here. Oh, it's actually not a movie I have on here next. The next one I have on here is Aveng Avengers Avatar the Last Airbender Live Action Season 2. That's what that picture is in the top, I believe. Left corner. Yeah, I'm really not good at my left or rights, but left corner, I believe. If I'm wrong, just tell me in my comments I'm wrong. But Avatar, live action season two. What do I gotta say about this? Was it better than the last season? In my opinion, yeah, it was better than the last live action season. But is it good? Uh like uh it's better than the last season, but the the last season came out around the the it came out the same year, I believe. The one piece season one live action came out, and they were both mid, in my opinion. Both of those season ones were mid. But the one piece season live, the one piece season one live action was better than the avatar season one live action, but I still think they were all overall both mid with season two. I feel like one piece like exploded my expectations, and I was just like, bro, what the heck? This is so good, and then this I was like, what the heck? This is so mid. It was just mid. It was just mid. I don't think it was bad, and I definitely think some people I think if you haven't seen Avatar, you would enjoy this. I I just don't like I watched it and I've seen Avatar, but I didn't, it wasn't like I would hate watching it. I still like enjoyed it overall. It wasn't that bad. Will I watch the next season? Probably it, brother. I already watched two seasons, why not? You know what I'm saying? But I probably won't rush to watch it unlike I like I watched this literally the day it came out, but I probably won't rush to watch uh the third season. Uh, but uh all I will say is Zuko does really good. The actor for Zuko does really good, the actor for Azula does really good. I hear a lot of people hating on Azula and Sue. I think Azula, I hear a lot of people hating on Azula and the rest of the the other two girls, her other two friends, they all did good. Okay, I think acting-wise, this is a big step up from the last season, possibly because these actors are getting older now and getting more comfortable with their characters, but I think they all do well. I just think some of the moments, I just think a lot of the moments are just done better, I just think every moment is just done better in the in the original cartoon, and there are some parts in the show that even though they say that they made this live action for more mature audiences, there's just a lot of parts in this show that I'm just like, bro, Avatar, the original, was at some points were more mature than this show. Toph also does a great job. I hear some people don't liking her, but I Toph also did a great job. And yeah, they're just a lot of the pacing issues were better this season, but it still wasn't fully resolved, unlike One Piece Season 2. One Piece Season 2, I feel like the pacing was resolved at most cases, but with this season, I just didn't feel like that the pacing was resolved. I feel like it was I felt like the ending was a little rushed and very anticlimactic compared to its source material. But my favorite, not my favorite part of Avatar, my favorite seat part of Avatar is season two. My favorite season of Avatar is still season two, but my favorite like storyline, I guess, or favorite, I guess, like part of the season is the beginning of season three when Aang wakes up and he has all his hair on his head. I I just really like how the show was dealt with in that, and I wonder how they're gonna somehow do it um in season three live action because he didn't even firebend in this season. I'm pretty sure in the anime he fired, he didn't even firebend in this season. So there's just a lot of things that I just don't and they already shot by the way. So if anyone's like, well, maybe they can get they've already shot season three. Okay, I'm pretty sure it's coming out either next year or the year after. They already shot season three, so I don't know how if this is gonna end with the bang. I really don't think it is, and I think Netflix wasted more time with this, and they could have put more money into other things, but, anyways, that's all I gotta say about Avatar. Like I said, I think if you've never seen it, you probably will enjoy it more than someone like me who have seen the original. But who knows, maybe I'm just a hater. Next thing I have is South Central, uh, it's another hood classic movie, uh, actually, one of the highest-rated Hood Classic movies. Uh, about this dude back there. I don't know if y'all can see him, but uh behind Tom Cruise, the dude that's behind Tom Cruise. Uh, pretty much it's this guy who, you know, I'm saying a gang gang member. And then he ends up going to prison, gets out of prison, and realizes he has a kid. Okay, once he realizes he has a kid, uh, he does something stupid and he goes right back into prison. Shocker, right? Um once he goes into prison again, he starts talking with this dude. Like I said, I wish I had these names written down. Um, but he starts talking to this one dude in the prison who was just like him, who was a crash out, you know what I'm saying? Who never learned from his mistakes. But while he was in prison, well, not he wasn't a crash out, he actually was a good dude, but he just crashed out, like he just crashed out and got himself into prison. And he just can't get out. Like, even though he has been doing good per behavior, because he killed a whole bunch of kids uh over like some some situation with his kid, uh, I think they were like bullying his kid or being doing they're picking on his kid. I think I forgot what they were doing. I watched this movie like almost a month ago, so give me some slack. But yeah, it was a great heartfelt story about this dude in prison who eventually uh he realizes that his son is doing the same. One of his friends that ended up getting into prison that wasn't in the prison at the time, ended up coming in and telling him that, yeah, our gang boss is now making your son follow in your footsteps, making him all the doing these all these dangerous activities, and your son got shot in the back with a shotgun. And once he hears that, he's just trying to get out of prison. He's willing to do anything and everything he needs to do to get out of prison, fully reforms his character, and once he gets out, he's able to escape from the game with his son's life. Just spoiling the movie, yeah. Sorry, but he's able to escape with his son's life and himself to make a betterment for his child because the mom is just a strung out drug addict, because yeah, that's just how it is in some parts where people were raised. Man, parents, bad things happen to where your parents can't, their parents can't support their kids, and the cycle continues, as y'all know. But South Central is a definitely a great movie. I don't know if I like South Central or Minnesota Society better, but they were both really good. Um, but yeah, the next one I watched was is not up here, but it's Idiocracy. I watched that movie because there was like this poll or like just some sort of results that came in with this. Oh my god, I forgot the website, or I forgot the people who the writers or the the whatever the publishers, I forgot who released this, but pretty much it was when they were doing movies that best represented America. I think it was like out of 500 movies they chose. I think this was the movie that won number one spot. It was Idiocracy, and it's about this dude, this average dude who gets this average dude who gets pretty much put into like a Captain America freezer or something like that, and then has eventually woken up like a whole bunch of years later or into the future where pretty much everyone is an idiot, okay, and he's the only person that's pretty much smart. Him and this other girl are the only ones that are pretty much considered smart, and he tries to change things, but he goes through a whole bunch of shenanigans. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not a huge comedy fan, especially certain comedies like that. So that movie was not really funny to me. Like, I was just watching that movie while doing homework. That's how bored I was, and I was focusing on my homework more than the freaking movies. That just tells you how much I did not really like for this movie, but I definitely can see why it won the pool of movies that best uh best that is a best image of the America today. Uh he posted a video commentary over this movie, too. So uh yeah, hey, I think his video came out before that uh list came out, too, which is low-key kind of crazy. I actually don't know, but at least it felt like it did. Anyways, the next movie I watched was 12 Angry Men. Y'all can see it right there. It's beside the Fury, it's behind the invite. Uh, it was actually a really good film. I'm pretty sure it was shot in 1957. Um I believe, but it was definitely shot in the olden days, it was black and white, not as much color that is on that uh poster, movie poster, but still holds up to this day. It was a great film. I was trying to, I couldn't watch it fully in one sitting because I was like not home, so I had to just always stop and do something, stop and do this. But I ended up finishing the movie. Every time someone came in and was watching the movie with me, was like, bro, does this movie is is this movie even good? Is it interesting? Like, why are you watching this movie? I'm like, bro, shut up talking to me, bro. If if you're not gonna sit down and actually watch the movie, you just come in, look at what I'm watching, and say, Is it actually good? Just shut up talking to me. I don't want to hear your opinions, but it is a great movie. Definitely recommend watching. Uh, the acting is good for the 90s, still holds up to this day, but definitely there were some parts where I was like, Ugh, you know what I'm saying? But still, overall, I still think holds up to this day. The men do a great job in this film, very uh debate heavy. So if you like debate heavy, and it's not even a long movie, it's like an hour and 25 minutes, but very debate-heavy movie where it's a lot of speculation on a court, these are like jury members, and it's pretty much just to give you a rundown of the movie. If you don't even have any interest, by the way, I watched most of these movies on Tubi. So the only one I didn't watch that was a movie was like live action of Avatar and The Furious in the Invite, but everything else, yeah, I watched it on Tubi. Uh, everything that I've talked about, I watched it on Tubi. Uh, but 12 Angry Men, great film. Court, it's pretty much about this court case that ends up happening. Uh, and it's a jury. It the whole entire movie is shot with this jury trying to decide whether this kid is guilty or not guilty for the murder of his father. In this they were grew up in the slums in a bad neighborhood, and there's just a whole bunch of debates and topics and insights from him, her, she, him, her, hum, them, they, bodies, bodies, bodies. And yeah, man, it was a great film, you know. 12 Angry Men. Definitely recommend to check it out if you can it. If you got that reference, comment it, comment down a squirrel emoji. Um, next one I have here is everything, everywhere, at all at once, right there. I brought gonna lie to y'all. When I make a top 10 list of movies ever, this might be a movie that is very close to my top 10 or even on my top 10. I love this movie, man. It was so beautiful, it it was so beautiful. It I watched it on Tubi, like I said, it was so freaking beautiful. Another great action film. I ain't gonna lie, the Furious, it literally had really good martial arts, uh, martial art fighting in the film. The Furious was way better, like, not even as it's uh, in my opinion. Well, I'm not gonna say it's not even close, but it was way better. But this still had really good and very fun uh action sequences because they were literally fighting. There was the first big action scene, was literally he was fighting with his what is it called? Oh my god, what are those things? A fanny pack, I think I took this card. He was literally fighting with a fanny pack like it was a numchucks, like bro. Yeah, that it was freaking wild, man. Definitely check it out. This movie, I'm pretty sure won an Oscar for the film of the year when it came out, so yeah. I'm surprised it took me so long to watch it, but yes, it was an amazing movie, great family chemistry. All the actors killed it. Um, and I can see why it won Best Film of the Year. Uh, and I definitely can't wait for the next film these two guys make. I forgot their names, I forgot their names, man. Rick, I forgot their names, but the directors, it's two of them, and I can't wait to watch the next film they release because this movie is an instant classic. When we talk about film decades movie, this is going to be a movie that's easily S tier, and I don't see why it would not be below it S tier. Okay, I mean, yeah, I don't see why it would be below S tier. That's what I meant to say, but yeah, everything everywhere all at once. Watch it now. If you're not gonna watch any of the movies I just said, the top three I would say to definitely check out and watch The Furious, everything everywhere at once, and just to laugh a little, man as the society, but I mean you're probably gonna laugh watching the furious and everything, everything everywhere at once. So actually, man, to feel a little sad, South Central, but yes, man, everything everywhere at once. I am not gonna give it justice, just rambling about how amazing this movie is. You have to watch it, it is a one-time experience. I really wish I watched this in theaters when an anniversary happens of this movie 5, 10, 20, or however many years later, I'm going to watch it in theaters. I'm gonna be the first one there. And I was about to say something crazy, but I calmed down. But yes, amazing movie, man. I definitely recommend y'all to check this out. Everything everywhere all at once. Peak cinema, better than the Odyssey. The next film I have here on my list is The Invite, directed by Olivia Wilde, also starring Olivia Wilde, Seth Rogan, Penelope Cruz, and Edward Norton. Hopefully, I'm saying all their names right. If I'm not, you've been watching this podcast too too much to know that I'm I suck at names. But watch this in theaters. I don't think it's out on streaming. I don't know if it's still in theaters, but I think it eventually will come out on uh streaming. Uh definitely a great great great movie. Um it is kind of like the drama, where the drama's whole plot was pretty much around an incident that happened, the drama, and that pretty much once that part happened, the drama, that's when the movie really started to pick up for the drama. And it's just like that with the invite, where it's about the two couples, uh Seth Rogan, Seth, Seth and Olivia is a couple, and Penelope and Edward is a couple. And they uh Seth and Olivia, many Olivia's character, invites the other couple over to um over to their place to meet because she's pretty much just like lonely and she wants to meet them. Uh, but Seth Seth's character does not want to meet them at all. He doesn't care to meet them at all. It's it's it's it's a weird type of comedy, but it was a it's that's that's my more type of comedy. Where I mean I don't really have a certain type of comedy, but that is a comedy style of a movie that I liked personally. So I was laughing my butt off in this theater. I watched this movie like at 10 a.m. No, no, no, no, like at 11 a.m. Right after I came off work, and literally there was only old heads in the movie theaters, and I could tell all these old heads that were in this theater with me were uh were people who like to watch movies because they were all laughing in the theater. They were laughing like out loud, way more than me. They were all I'm not gonna lie, they were all white. Old head, so that was low key kind of surprised not they were laughing that loud, but they were laughing loud in that movie theater, enjoying it. It is definitely a movie that I would say is there is no nudity, but I would just say is a sex positive movie. So if you definitely don't care about that in your movies or not intrigued into that, I would still say check it out because it's still funny, but it is definitely a movie just like the drama that is meant to make you feel uncomfortable but comfortable. I I wasn't uncomfortable because I don't really care, but I know I heard other people were talking about this movie and they said they felt a little uncomfortable, but still stayed to watch the movie because it was that good, and yeah, it was that good. The invite definitely recommend to check it out uh when it comes out on streaming. And if it's in the theater around you, bro, watch it. I like watch it, definitely watch it with someone else because y'all will probably be in there dying, or y'all probably be in there thinking, should I walk out this theater? The next one, and I'm not gonna lie, top 10, top 10, top 10. The next one I watched Evil Dead Burn. Made, I'm not gonna lie. It's not the worst movie I watched this year, not even close to the worst movie I watched this year, but I've never seen an Evil Dead Burn. This movie did not before I saw this movie. I wanted to go watch and back all and watch all the Evil Dead Burns, but watching this movie made me not want to watch a single one of them. So who knows? Maybe I still might go back and watch some of the original older ones because I still like how the movie posters look mainly. I just like the 90 movie posters, a lot of them just look really cool. But, anyways, but yeah, Evil Dead Burn. I think if you're a fan of Evil Dead, you will like this movie, but it just it was just an alright movie, as y'all know. I'm not a huge horror fan, anyways. So a horror movie has to have really good plot for me to like this movie, and it wasn't it didn't have a good plot, it just had amazing scenes, like the practical effects they used were immaculate. That's how it is with all horror movies. That's why I love horror. That I just said I hated horror movies. That's the only reason why I like horror movies, even though I don't really like horror movies. That's the only reason why I like watching a horror movie is to see the practical effects. And yeah, man, they the practical effects went stupid in this movie, and the dude that the dad that died in this movie, everyone keeps saying they want him to play is Freddy Krueger. So I haven't seen Freddy Kruger, but he did a pretty he definitely was like the scariest one out of all everyone there, and like the probably the best acting dead person out of everyone there. I think he also posted on his Instagram that he wouldn't mind doing it, so yeah, but definitely Evil Dead Burn. I think it's still in theaters, or it's about to be coming out on streaming. Check it out if you have the chance. Uh, the next one is Night Nurse. Yeah, there's no poster. Don't watch that movie. That if I had to give you all my three worst movies of the year, which we will do our top 10 worst movies of the year or our most disappointed movings of the year at the end of the year. I didn't want to do that at the halfway point because how about I hate now? I'm gonna hate at the end of the year because I can hate way more. Uh, definitely a top top three, not in any order. Weathering Heights, that movie is big booty, not big booty good, big booty trash. Okay, number two is Night Nurse, that is definitely next on my list, and this might shock some people because this is my favorite movie of all time, Scream 7. I think out of every single movies I've watched, those are easily the top three movies, top three worst movies I have watched in theaters this year so far. Uh, and that have been released this year. Okay, to to correct that. But yeah, Night Nurse is a horrible movie. Literally, the only good thing about that movie is the old head that acts in that movie, he does a pretty decent job, and I think that's one of his first times acting role. But other than that, that movie's trash. I'm not even gonna give y'all, I'm not giving that movie any type of any type of promotion. That movie was trash. Don't watch it, bro. Please. Um, the last movie I'm gonna talk about is Rain Man, right there, uh, starring Tom Cruise. And I can't see the other person's name, but Hoffman. Can't sorry, buddy. Sorry, I can't remember your name. But I actually don't know. I was forgot to look this up before. I could probably try looking this up right now while I'm speaking about the movie. But great movie. Watched voice crack, watched it on Tubi. Uh, and it's pretty much about this dude, uh, Tom Cruise's character, who literally, um sorry, blanked out. Who literally finds out his dad his dad is dead, and then after he finds out his dad is dead, he ends up finding out that he has a brother, okay. And his brother he ends up finding out is uh found his name by the way, Dustin Dustin Hoffman, okay. Um and Dustin Hoffman plays a autistic plays the autistic brother for Tom Cruise's character. Uh in this movie, his brother, Tom Cruise's character is incredibly selfish, incredibly self-centered, doesn't really care about anyone else but himself. And he only I think he originally only kidnapped his brother. Air quotes around the word kidnapped, he only kidnapped his brother to take money from because once his dad died, his dad gave him, I think, 20 million or 22 million of inherited money to his autistic brother. He didn't give any to Tom Cruise. I think he just gave Tom Cruise like a car or something. And Tom Cruise was so mad, I guess he decided to kidnap his brother, and then while going, uh, while trying to travel back to California, he ends up convincing his brother because he he can't like kidnap this. Is a grown man, he can't actually kidnap him, but he ends up eventually convincing his brother to go with him to California to pretty much he lied to him and said he would go so you could have some fun, but he really was just kidnapping him. So the lawyer, I think, could sign over like two million or five million dollars to him from the money that his brother inherited because his brother was autistic, he really couldn't understand uh the concept of money. Ooh, yeah, I like that little cap, but he really couldn't understand the concept of money. So his Tom Cruise is like, What? I'm gonna try to take advantage of this. So basically, while he tries to travel back to California, they're like all the way in like Milwaukee, Minnesota, someplace that starts with an M. Or is it Ohio? I don't remember where they are, but it that it doesn't really matter. They're at some place that's far away from California. So eventually they go to an airport and they try to take this airport to go back to California, but the brother just starts spazzing because he's like I said, he's autistic, he's not, he's not, he has to be comfortable to do certain things, and he just starts spazzing, you know what I'm saying? He starts going sicko mode, and then eventually Tom Cruise, like, okay, okay, okay. We we're gonna have to drive there, but that's gonna be a long freaking drive throughout the drive. Tom Cruise, you can just see Tom Cruise's character just changing. I don't really watch a lot of Tom Cruise's movies, but this is definitely a top three Tom Cruise Tom Cruise movie I have seen so far, because Tom Cruise does an amazing job in he's one of the greats of all time, but he does an amazing job in acting, whether it's an emotional scene, whether it's in a hostile scene, whether it's a protective scene, whether it's a flirty scene, whether it's an angry scene or snobby scene, or you know what I'm saying, cocky scene. He he just plays, he can just I don't know if y'all can hear me snapping, but he can just switch to anything you need him at any moment. That's why he's one of the greats, and that's what it takes to be one of the greats, is to not only be able to do that, but to also do it very well, okay. Because there are some people who there are most actors can play emotional, play mad, can play sad, it can make grumpy, sleepy, dopey, but they can't do it well, okay. They can do it you're an actor, so I expect you to be at least decent, but you can't do it as amazing. Sorry if I just hit the mic, but as amazing as some other actors, but not trying to glaze Tom Cruise, but I'm just saying, but anyways, as he goes on through this road trip back to California, he pretty much ends up his business while he's on on this, his business that is in California is just falling apart, and eventually he just like loses it, man. And him and his brother actually start having fun while they're on this trip, and he ends up feeling for him. And I'm not gonna spoil the ending of the movie what happens to his brother at the end. So yeah, it's a great movie. Yeah, I just looked it up. Uh, Dustin Hoffman is not autistic in real life, by the way. So I guess great acting job. Couldn't fool me. Uh, but yeah, he did a great job, man. Both of these people did a great job, and it like I said, it is currently on Tubi. I a thousand, a thousand, a thousand percent recommend to watch all of these movies, but definitely check out all of these movies. The last one I have here on my list is not a movie, it's actually a TV show. A TV show I just finished. I don't know why I didn't put this picture here, but it is The Bear. FX is the bear. Who losed the bear? I have officially finished The Bear and Gary, so everything. I have completed everything. Okay, that was a wild ride. The bear is an amazing show. An amazing show. But I definitely I don't think I enjoyed it as much as other people. Okay, it isn't a it is a good show with good acting. Um, but it was I could have finished this show way earlier. The fifth season, I believe, because I think there's six seasons, the fifth season and the fourth season were really hard for me to get through. There were just so many, as I like to say, filler episodes. If you don't know what filler episodes is, I don't think they're actually filler, but it was just episodes that I did not care for, so they felt like filler episodes. Um, I know the bear is not mainly about a cooking, it's not mainly like it is mainly about cooking, but it's not like I know it's we're still supposed to see into these people's lives that we're not only focused around the the restaurant, but it was just a lot of episodes that with certain characters, like oh my god, I can't remember any of their names right now, but with certain characters, not the main dude, they called him Bear a lot, not Bear's, not honestly, not anyone that really worked in the kitchen. I honestly liked everyone that worked in the kitchen. Bear, Sydney, I think that's her name. That one dude that is he called that Bear calls him cousin every single time. Um everyone in the kitchen, everyone in the kitchen staff I like, other than like the sis. I didn't like his once his sister started joining the group. I didn't really like him. I didn't like the old heads, and like this one dude they kept calling Computer, and then in the last season, I think they introduced this girl named Cheese. Like, I didn't really like those characters, they were just eh. Like, I just didn't care for them at all. They weren't funny, they were just there. But yeah, those episodes that weren't really focused around any one of those characters, and it had to do with like the other characters. Like, I remember my least favorite episode in the entire show was the episode that was focused around his sister when she was pregnant, and I think it was the entire episode, I think it was just her and the mom. Bro, I was fighting sleeping battles, I was literally fighting demons. That episode was so boring to me, but like I said, it is worth it. And by the way, this is my opinion. I think overall those seasons were decent, but I definitely do think season five and four were the weakest points of the show. Or at least, if if like I said, if there's only five seasons, there's not six seasons, then season freaking three and four, but I'm pretty sure there are six seasons. And I definitely do think the last season gives it all justice. It is way faster-paced compared to every other season, and it's faster-paced for a reason. They know we we're done cutting, we're done in having all this filler. We're just gonna cut all that stuff out and focus on what people really are here for, and that last season was a banger. If I had to rank all the seasons, for me, it would be season two. Season two, I believe, had the Thanksgiving episode or the episode about the fishes, the three fishes, I believe that's what it's called. That episode is arguably the best episode in the entire show, but it had that episode, so yeah, that's season two, I believe. Then I would say season one, then I would say this most recent season, season six, then I would say season three, then I would say season four, and then I would say season five. That would be my ranking of the bear seasons, and then Gary will we'll just tie Gary because it's not an entire show, but we'll just tie Gary with actually we'll count Gary as season six, pretty much. Well, I'll count that as season six. So, yeah, Gary is counting as season six, it's right there, it's tied for three. Gary was really good, by the way, and I definitely recommend you watch it before you watch season six. If you didn't know, Gary is like a prequel, but it's only an hour-long episode. It's not really it's still an episode that has to do with the characters, it's about Bear's brother, and sorry, I wish I had these names written down, but it's about Bear's brother and the duty calls cousin, about them delivering a package to Gary Indiana, and it's so good, such a good emotional episode. John Berthaw. Even in the episodes, even like I said, even in the seasons where he's just there and he just shows up every once in a while as a flashback or something, he does great in those, but he's such a good actor, one of my favorite actors of this generation, or at least one of my favorite actors now. I don't know if he's considered of this generation, he's like freaking 50. But yeah, anyways, those are all the shows and movies I have watched.
