Happy Friday, or as I like to call it, my Monday, y'all. So while most people are powering down today, checking out, and sliding into the weekend like it's a soft landing, I'm just getting started. Okay, and that was a pun because baseball season is upon us. And real estate doesn't care what day it is. Dreams don't clock out at 5 p.m. Opportunity, well, she shows up dressed like a Saturday afternoon showing or a Sunday open house, or sometimes it's a late night text going, is this property still available? Um, because they're you know perusing the internet at that time. This is the part that most people don't see. They see closings and the sold signs and the celebrations and the champagne, but they don't see the Fridays. The Fridays where discipline has to be way louder than the distraction because there is a ton of distraction out there, especially as we're gearing up for spring. But your goals are like whispering, like you must hit them. But comfort is like saying, no, relax. Because let me tell you something. Success in this business is not built Monday through Thursday, 8 to 5. It's built right here, starting on Fridays. On the days when you could take your foot off the gas, but you don't. On the days when you choose the one more phone call, or the one more follow-up, or the one more conversation that literally could change everything for you. This is where the separation happens between average agents and great agents. They're the ones that are warming up. What if this weekend changed everything for you? The phone call, the shift that you're gonna pick up, the event that you're gonna go to. What if this is the moment that everything just starts to click? Just think about that for a second. But here's the catch. It only happens if you show up. So no, it's not thank goodness it's Friday.
