Hey everybody! Today's Friday, and you know what that means? It's my Monday. So we have some exciting news at the end of this video, so stay tuned. Um, all right, this is what we're gonna talk about. You know what I love about this market right now? It's not forgiving. But it is rewarding, the people who know exactly what they want. Because that's how we serve you and our conversations with you every single day, whether you're a buyer, a seller, or both. Okay? So, what do buyers need right now? Buyers need to know what they want, they need precision, they need someone hunting for them, they need negotiation, and they need someone who knows how to win in multiple scenarios. Not necessarily multiple offers, but multiple scenarios about what they want, when they want it, and how they're going to get there. Okay? Now we're gonna shift over to sellers. Well, sellers today are not getting a second chance at pricing and presentation, okay? I was looking at photos the other day at multiple listings in one neighborhood, and I literally almost fell out of my chair because they were so awful. So you either you either hit it right or you sit. And you have to know when to shift if things are not going the way you want them to go. It's imperative to keep your eye on the ball and to have someone babysitting your listing every single day. Okay? All right, now what if you're both? You're trying to buy and you're trying to sell, or you're trying to sell and you're trying to buy, because sometimes people go one way or the other. That's logistics. Finding the right timing and making sure that it hits when, okay, if you want to start your baby in school here and it's a totally different school, or you have vacations planned, or you need to get the house sold first. The logistics are so important during those times, and working with really creative lenders to make sure your financing is hooked up. Okay, so that's what everybody needs right now. So why some people are like a pulling back, we are building, we are sharpening, we are elevating everything we're doing behind the scenes, of course, because we have some big news. Um, and this is how we're doing it all. So here's one of our secrets. I'm gonna share them with you today. We have moved our offices to a new location. I know! We've been in the same office for almost 15 years, y'all, and it's helping us really level up how we serve you. We have a new space, we have a new environment, we have new energy, and behind everything we're doing for our clients, um, the truth is we are we are really working on the best strategies to make sure that we are always serving you with the latest AI, with the latest marketing, knowing when the right time to buy or sell for you. It's not about the market. It's about you. It's about your life, it's about your family, it's about where you're going to sleep. Okay? The right guidance matters way more than the right time. That is a very important part of what we do and how we do it. So this is exciting. We plan to celebrate the new office very soon. We've got a ribbon cutting coming up once we get it all, you know, settled in. So stay tuned for that. Um, y'all, we've got new office. We've got big energy and the same mission.
