SPEAKER_00Seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmy Johnson is known not only as a great race car driver, but as a world traveler. I got to talk to Jimmy about some of the coolest trips that he's taken as of late, and well, there's one that stands out above the rest. You went to Sweden, you were living in London. What's been the coolest trip and world experience that you've had over the last couple of years?
SPEAKER_03What will forever stick in my mind is our trip to Egypt. And to really go um walk inside of a pyramid, stand outside of a pyramid, and just like, how, what, when? Like, are you kidding me? It's just bonkers what's over there.
SPEAKER_00How do you think they made those? I mean, like, you you've seen it face to face. Like, how did the humanity do that? Impossible. It's like crazy.
SPEAKER_03It is impossible. And then you see it as it is, and you think, oh, you know, it eroded after you know all this time. Then you realize that it was um capped with another entirely different kind of stone to preserve it. But as you know, centuries went by, instead of like mining all that and doing all the work again, they're like, hey, we're gonna go steal it from that one and build it on this one. And so it uh it's amazing it's still there, but the uh the experience is so worth it.
