What gets a man out of bed when life has tested his faith, his heart, and his hope?
In this deeply moving conversation, Steve Ramona and Chris Rushing sit down with Stan Gibson, a man whose life radiates purpose, discipline, and unwavering faith. Stan does not speak about success as a trophy. He speaks about it as stewardship. Through stories of losing his mother, walking beside his wife through years of cancer battles, and learning how to prepare his spirit before the world wakes up, Stan reveals what it really means to live with intention. His words are not polished theory. They are hard-won truth, shaped through grief, love, resilience, and a daily decision to trust God in every season.
You will hear how Stan begins each day with affirmations, scripture, movement, and deep personal alignment, not because life is easy, but because he knows who he must become in order to serve others well. He shares why purpose is the missing link for so many high achievers, why faith and success are not in conflict, and how understanding your God-given design can transform the way you lead, love, and live. This episode is a powerful reminder that your routines are not just habits. They are evidence of what you believe about your life.
If you have been feeling stretched, distracted, uncertain, or hungry for a deeper reason to rise each morning, this conversation will meet you there. Stan brings both fire and wisdom, calling listeners to stop drifting and start living on purpose, with clarity, conviction, and courage.
P.S. Let this episode be your invitation to reclaim your mornings, reconnect with your purpose, and remember that the life God gave you is still asking to be lived fully.

Welcome everyone to Men Walking in Faith and Purpose podcast. I'm here with my name Steve Ramona. I'm here with my incredible co-host, Chris Rushing. And we're super excited about telling the stories of men and their purpose and their faith and how it's changed them. And Chris has an incredible story, and that's why we started this podcast. So, Chris, you want to say anything before we start?
SPEAKER_00I'm just excited, man. Each time we do this, and I get to learn more about the incredible people who are out there serving and walking in faith, most importantly, because I know for my story, that's meant been my redemption. And I quit bouncing off the walls and making bad decisions once I once I really leaned in and committed to my faith and to God. So the men that are out there changing, changing, uh, changing the world and changing lives is very exciting for me. So I'm I'm really happy to have Stan here today.
SPEAKER_01Well, well, let's introduce Stan. Stan is faith, he bleeds faith. Faith is a big part of him. That's why he's so successful. Want you audience to hear that. Faith and success go together tremendously. So let's bring him on. Stan, Stan, welcome to the show, my friend. Oh boy, thank you. I tell you what, I want Chris's voice, man.
SPEAKER_02Chris, you've got you've got a voice. I've got a face, I've got a face for radio, but you've got a voice, man. I love it. I love it.
SPEAKER_00It's crisp. Thank you. Thank you. Well, I've we we have a lot to talk about because I'm also starting my uh my uh platform in in speaking. And so that's that's what I'm passionate about. I have a dream that we can talk about uh another time when it's about me. Thank you. I appreciate that. And it's not true. You have a face for movies, not just radio. You're doing all right.
SPEAKER_01All right, Chris. I got a quick question to get to the video.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I got a question for you. Um, how does faith affect your walk in this life as you um start your day every day and you start to live? You you you start out working in your purpose. As you start your day every morning, how does faith affect your uh your daily walk?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, well, I'll tell you what, it's it's a journey, my friend, because you know what? I don't think any of us start out, you know. Uh God has blessed me. Um, I always hate to say it, but I've I've been on this earth for about six and a half decades. And so, you know, it doesn't happen overnight, Chris. And and so, you know, God's molded me, he's allowed me to get through the seasons of life, some of them, you know, not as well. But I tell you what, I think, I think, I think he's finally helping me finish well because I'm really excited about where I am in life and uh you know, just so many good things. But you said how do I start my day? You know, um, I I had mentioned, you know, to you, Steve, you had a you had a a great episode probably about a month ago with uh John Mitchell. And and and and I do a very, very specific uh process. And it's kind of like what John does, but it it involves mindset and it involves how you wake up in the morning, and it involves, you know, listening uh with your recorder on, with, with, with my earphones. First thing before I get out of bed, I'm listening to my purpose. I'm listening to where God wants to take me. And I'll tell you what, you know, there there's there's three that I've got, you know, I'm really listening to my purpose in in, you know, my work, my spirituality, my relationship with my wife. I'm listening to my purpose as it relates to my my well-being and my energy and my mindset. And when it comes to spirituality, you know, I've got three. And one says, I embrace all seasons of life, including dying, death, and living in eternity with Jesus Christ. And I listen to that. And I listen to that for a reason. Because, you know, life doesn't turn out the way we always want it to. You know, in the book of James, it's very, it's very clear. He says, you know what, it's not if something is going to happen to you, it's when something's gonna happen to you. And you have to brace yourself. And you know, I lost my mom last year and she was my best friend, and and and you know, I knew it was coming. And she and I in the morning, I'll tell you what, you know, when I would come visit, we would just sit there and read the Bible and we would have our coffee and we'd talk, and then we'd go back to the Bible. I knew that day was coming. I knew that day was coming. But, you know, one thing that I work with my clients on is to know who you are and know who you're not. Know who you are, know you're not. So we go through a tremendous amount of self-awareness and my own self-awareness. I know exactly who I am as it relates to Clifton Strength Finders. If your listeners aren't familiar with that, there's 34 strengths, and you wake up with five every morning. And then I also go into the Enneagram, and I'm an Enneagram seven. There's nine numbers in the Enneagram, and it's 1500 years old, and it really talks about your DNA. And because I'm an Enneagram 7, I kind of fantasize about the future. I have a hard time with reality. And so where I'm kind of bringing this story back is when I say I embrace all seasons of life, including living, dying, death, and living in eternity with Jesus Christ, I had to change my mindset because I knew that my mom was on earth for a reason, but I knew that she would be with the Lord eventually. My wife has had cancer for eight years, and so we've had to go up and down with that every single day. She's in remission, she's out of remission. And how does a guy that that that has a hard time with reality prepare for losing your mother, possibly losing your wife? I've known my wife. We just celebrated 44 years of marriage last week. We've known each other since third grade. How do you prepare? Wow. So, you know, to me, every morning I'm listening, I embrace all seasons of life, including living, dying, death, and living in eternity with Jesus Christ. And then, you know, it's it's one thing to listen to it, guys, but it's another thing to go ahead and then to have a plan. You know, therefore I. What is the strategy that backs up into that? And you know, in the book of Solomon, you know, Ecclesiastics, Solomon, the richest guy in the world. I mean, this guy had, you know, a hundred wives, he had all the gold in the world, he had all the homes in the world, and he was broke. And yet he used the word meaningless. Life is meaningless. He used it 13 times. Well, the interesting thing about meaningless is in Hebrew, there is no word for meaningless. So they had to transform. The Bibles use meaningless, but what it really means is it's vapor. That's the Hebrew word. Life is vapor. You know, the days are the days are long and the years are short.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02The days are long, the years are short. So I've had to create this mindset, you know, preparing for when my mom passed, preparing, you know, how I'm gonna help my wife. And and that's the other part, too, is because while I work on my spirituality, I work on my well-being. You guys were laughing at me because I came on uh you know, before we started talking with all this energy, because I prepare myself every morning. I use an hour and a half to two hours and I work out and I prepare my body. Why do I do that? So I can be a servant leader. I'm taking care of me first thing in the morning so I can take care of my wife, I can take care of everybody else, my grandkids, my my my daughter, my son-in-law, my colleagues, my clients. I want to take care of everybody else the rest of the day, but I got to take care of me first.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02So that was a pretty long answer to a very short question, uh Chris.
SPEAKER_01That's how I wake up in the morning, brother. But I just gotta say to clarify for the audience, when he says six and a half decades, if you don't know math, he's 65. I'm 64, so he's much younger than us, uh, Stan Chris. So we got to kind of do those numbers.
SPEAKER_02But well, I've got to update my Bible because I've got to come clean with your brother. I'm 67. Okay, uh I'm I'm I'm out there in boot camp in the morning with these 20-year-olds, and I tell you what, I'm looking at them and they're looking at me, and uh, you know, somehow we're getting through it. But uh yeah, I I uh I'm I'm very big on on uh taking care of yourself, mind, body, and so I agree, man.
SPEAKER_00Aging powerfully, aging powerfully. I I I'm I refuse to give in to time and gravity. I keep getting better because I choose to, so I'm right there with you. That's it.
SPEAKER_02Well, you know, I've got those informations, Chris. And one of mine is I am ageless. I am ageless. And in fact, this morning I was having a hard time with the workout, and I just said, I'm ageless, I'm ageless. And uh, you know, I just I don't want to know an age, I just want to be here for God.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, me, you know what? Me too. I don't ever I don't ever allow anyone to say, Well, back in my prime. If you say back in your prime, it's all downhill.
SPEAKER_02You had a prime, good for you, buddy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, right. I'm still reaching, I'm still looking for mine. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So, Stare, what's faith mean to you? If somebody asks you, describe faith to me, what would you say?
SPEAKER_02You know, it's like the Bible says, a belief in something you can't see, but it's something that you have to embrace. And, you know, I can't see it. I I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm a fallen guy too, just like everybody else. You know, there's times I doubt, there's times I wonder, you know, why. I listened to such a great podcast a few weeks ago. It's the most civil, civil podcast I'd ever listened to. It was the Daily CEO, but it was the most civil podcast I ever listened to between an atheist and a and a and a Christian scholar. And and and the the questions that the atheist had were spot on. I mean, there were questions I've got. There were questions the two of you have. We've all got them. And and yet at some point you have to just lean in. You have to lean in. When I look at my life, I just say, oh my goodness, there had to be the Holy Spirit working at that point in time because I was a, I was, you know, I was a I was a nut job. I I was doing probably, you know, the stupidest things. And there had the Holy Spirit had to be testing me, giving me patience. I thought everything was wrong. And so when I look back on my life now, I'm just blessed to be in this six and a half decades where I can look back and say, Oh, oh, that's where you were. Okay, my bad. I didn't see it, but now I see it. Now I see it.
SPEAKER_00Wow. Incredible. Incredible. With your message, um, I know for me a lot of times I don't lead with, depending on the uh the the atmosphere. Um again, and to clarify, my purpose, which was revealed to me when I was very young, and I couldn't believe it at the time, is to bring as many people to God as I can while I'm here on this on this earth. And so a lot of times I don't lead with my spirituality because what I find is people see me and they they say, Wow, what does that guy have? What is that light? And then it opens up the platform for me to say, well, let me tell you something. This is what it is. You know, I'm a fallen guy like you. And I say the thing that saved me was my relationship for God, my leaning into that faith and throwing up my hands and letting go. So my question for you is you do a lot of different um uh different rooms. You speak in a lot of different rooms and you work with a lot of different companies. How do you bridge that gap? And do you um with your faith and then with like a mainstream audience that is just searching? I'm curious how how you uh how you um enter into that or how you navigate that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, great question, Chris. You know, I mentioned uh, you know, I mentioned affirmations and I mentioned, you know, I embrace all seasons of life, and I mentioned that one. One of the other ones that I that that I have that I that I read and I listen to every morning is I'm the Bible, someone has not read. I speak about my Savior Jesus Christ without hesitation. But the the main piece of that is I am the Bible, someone has not read. So I don't have to go around with a banner. If I went around with a banner, I would actually be a hypocrite because Jesus says not to do that. You know, we don't go out and bang the bang the drum and say, hey, look at me, look at me. But you should be able to live a life. People should be able to say, I want some of that juice. I want whatever he's drinking. And and and you know, it I don't do anything really on purpose, but I know that like I was speaking in LA probably about oh two or three months ago. And, you know, I I didn't even think about it, but I was talking about my morning rituals, and I talked about, you know, one of them is you know, spending time in faith, and then I just moved on very quickly. I was just going through my morning rituals, and then I was signing books afterwards, and I can't tell you the number of people, and this is Los Angeles, I can't tell you the number of people that walked up and said, and they kind of whispered, hey, thanks for mentioning that faith thing up there. That was so awesome. We can't do that in the corporate world, but that was so cool. And so, you know, I inside I'm just lighting, lighting up. I'm saying, God, thank you. You know, I didn't even realize I said it, but somebody else obviously, you know, heard it in the audience. And so that's cool. So you never know how you're gonna come across. And and and I don't try, I'm not here to convert people. In fact, I did a podcast. Um, I have a podcast that I'm actually putting on the shelf right now because I'm starting a new one called the Leadership Locker. But I have one that's still out there. It's it's it's called the Inspiration Podcast with Stan. And one of the episodes to start the second season was I talked about faith. And I said, I'm not here to convert you, but I'm here to challenge you. Even if you're atheist, agnostic, whatever you are, just have a take. Just have a take. Just look at the science and debate it with somebody else in a civil manner, but just have a take as to what you believe. Because if you just say, I don't believe because I saw some some guy who believes in in Jesus doing something silly, you know. Well, it's like I always say, you know, church is a hospital is a hospital for sinners. That's where we go to get well. So don't use us as a as as your as your bar of why you don't believe. Have have a take in life, have a reason and a purpose. For me, I've read books on on Judaism, I've read books on Mormonism, I read books on Buddhism, I read books on Taoism. I want to be specific about why Jesus Christ stands out differently to me. And then if somebody asks me, I'm ready. And the Bible says, God will give you the words. He'll give you the words. You don't know what they are, but he'll give them to you. And so I just trust him and uh do my own research. And I'm not here to convert anybody. If I've got many clients who aren't Christians, my goodness. And and and so what do we work on? We work on their purpose. I say, okay, well, then I just want you to have a purpose.
SPEAKER_01Good beginning, purpose. A lot of people are missing that, right, Stan.
SPEAKER_02You betcha. You betcha. Uh working with a seven-figure client right now, and I'll tell you what, uh, never seen anybody more unhappy. And we're getting her there. But it's it's it's it's coming through purpose. You know, here's here's here's here's here's my reason for waking up in the morning. And of course, you know, if if you ever follow, um I want don't it'll take too long, but you know, the blue zone, but you know, there's people that live over a hundred years of age in five areas in the world. But the number one, you know, there's nine commonalities between those people that live over a hundred. But the number one among all of them is they have a real reason to get out of bed in the morning. They've got purpose. And in Japan, it's called ikigai, which again, they don't have a word for retirement. There is no word for retirement in the Japanese dictionary. So they rely on ikigai. And ikigai is my reason to get up. In co in in Costa Rica, it's plana de verde. Uh, that's their word for getting up in the morning. So yeah, we've got to have purpose. We've got to know why God put us on this earth. And, you know, one of mine, again, one of my other affirmations is, you know, I am Stan, spared at 10 months by the Holy Spirit specifically to create change and transformation to thousands each year. I was spared at 10 months. I was left to die. And, you know, the Holy Spirit, for some reason, you know, it's it's a it's a it's a longer story than you want to know, but for some reason, you know, I woke up in the morning and my parents were amazed, the doctors were amazed, and there had to be a reason for that. There's a reason for that. And so to me, I've got to live out whatever God gave me that second chance for.
SPEAKER_01And so we've all got to have purpose. Well, talk to the audience, Dan, because you've talked about morning routines. Chris mentioned his, I have one too. You mentioned mine. Somebody listening is like, man, that sounds really cool. How they start.
SPEAKER_02Well, I tell you what, uh tomorrow starts. Well, today starts the night before. Today starts the night before. So I'm very specific about evening routines. And especially dialing things down. You know what? Uh letting your having that last meal three to four hours before you go to bed. You want to go into all four. I get into the neuroscience with my clients and all this stuff, so I can really geek out on it. But you really want to have, you know, the time for your body to digest, get all the food, no wine, no nothing. You want your body so it can go through the four stages of sleep by the time you get to bed, because that's going to be the main reason that that you know longevity is around getting to bed at the same time every every every night, getting up at the same time every morning. That's one of the best routines you can have. But it all starts the night before. And then in the morning, yeah, uh, you know what? I've got my earphones and you know, my wife's laying over there next to me, and I sneak my earphones on real quietly, and I hit my button and I start listening to my affirmations. I want to know my and these are 90-day affirmations. These are 90-day strategies that I have that I'm gonna conquer over the next 90 days. I listen to that. Then I've always got something right away as far as going to a class, uh, whether it's a boot camp, whether it's a heat yoga, whether it's whatever. So I I get up and I'm I'm at the gym by six o'clock in the morning. And then I bring my earphones with me because after I'm done, I go find a chair and I listen to scripture, uh, you version. A lot of people listen to you version, and I listen to a Bible plan and I go through the 365-day uh different versions every year, so that I'm I'm really trying to understand the Bible more and more. And then and then, you know, then you know, by that time, I've kind of worked on mind, body, and soul. And even if I work out, I'm trying to listen to something. I'll listen to the Steve Ramon and all his beautiful podcasts because again, I want to enlighten my mind. So, so my morning is very specific by the time I sit down and I'm ready for work. And then I've got a routine starting work, looking at all the things that I had planned out over the weekend, because again, I was intentional. I was spending time on the weekend planning, not only looking at the week behind, but the two weeks ahead. So I already know every day what I have on my agenda, who who I've calendared, who I'm gonna be speaking to, and I have prepared for it. So I've got a lot of different rituals, a lot of different routines. I've got a quarterly routine coming up next week where I'm gonna be taking a day off and I'm gonna be changing around all my quarterly, quarterly affirmations, my quarterly strategies. And you know, I just want to say one thing real quickly. When I talk about, I have a process that I take clients through. Again, the first piece is truly understanding who you are and who you're not. You've got to have this mindset, you've got to know yourself. I mean, we're gonna create a paragraph of you at your best and a paragraph of kryptonite when when maybe you're not hitting on all cylinders. We've got to know who you are. From there, we're gonna move into a five-year vision and not one looking forward. We're gonna take a look at one looking back. We're gonna say five years out, you are just you are a juggernaut. And who are the people you aligned yourself with? What were the processes? What were the habits? What were the routines? What were the things that you did to get to where you're gonna be? And once we've done that, then we move in to this identity transformation. Then we move into looking at the five areas of your life. We're gonna look at your career, we're gonna look at your spirituality, we're gonna look at your relationships, we're gonna look at your energy, we're gonna look at your mindset. And when we do that, we've got our affirmation, then we've got the strategies to back them up. But here's the key. Then we've got scripture or quotes from the Bible that back up your strategies and back up your affirmations. So some days I'm listening to the whole thing. I'm listening to my identity, I'm listening to my strategy, I'm listening to my scripture. This morning, all I did was I just listened to the scripture. That's all I listened to was the scripture. So you got to record it. So, anyway, probably uh a great answer to a question you didn't ask, but I just want you to be aware of how I start my morning and the process that not only I go through, but I take my clients through.
SPEAKER_00That's incredible. That is incredible. Yeah, I've not heard of such a thorough, thorough um routine before. And I mean, I have my own routine and I'm as a coach, I'm you know, I'm I'm I have my non-negotiables, but that's just inspired me. That really inspired me to level up myself. So wow, that was incredible. That was incredible. Continue and sharing that. Yes. Yes. And I love how you said a lot of people are encouraged to just only focus on that day. With you looking ahead and planning ahead, your day is secure because you already know you have that plan too. And I believe that's uh that is a key to success. That's something that has again inspired me because I need to work more on that. If I sit down, we were talking about in the beginning here, like um Steve doesn't he does so much that he's not sure which podcast he does sometimes, and taking off a hat, putting on another hat, right? That works as well. But when you're intentional, like you said, and you're looking towards you're gonna change these affirmations were 90 days, it's quarterly, it's time to change the next affirmations. You're rolling, you're rolling, so you're not stopping that juggernaut that you're that you are are meant to reach. It um it changes and shifts as you reach those goals. And so that's the key to success for probably most people that you work with, I would imagine.
SPEAKER_02Oh, baby, I'll tell you what. Tomorrow starts tonight, next week starts this week, next quarter starts this quarter, next year starts this year. You gotta be you gotta be carving out the time. And you know, that's the hardest time I have with with my clients because a lot of them are, you know, business owners, and it's it's how do you carve out that CEO time? How do you carve out that you time that is planning? You're working on the business, not in the business. And that's always so tough for us to to feel that we're worthy of taking that quiet time. I'm I'm working on right now a uh a um a retreat up in the Appalachian Mountains. It's gonna be in May, and then there's gonna be a follow-up one in October. And we're gonna take some time out in the mountains and grab an acre or two and just spend some time without the digital chaos that's that's that's beating us down. And we're gonna do some journaling, we're gonna do some deep conversation, we're gonna do what's called a Jeffersonian dinner, which the waiter and waitresses kind of go off to the side and we just get to sit there and really talk and really listen and really go into some deep conversations about about life and about where the world's going. And so I'm really excited about this and really trying to push this thing forward. But uh um I'm really big into I think retreats right now. And I think just having people get away from the from the noise and the messiness that they're going through on a daily basis.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00I think people were hungry. Okay. You got to be able to do it. He was hungry for that, and I believe, and I believe in that. Um Wow, I had some other questions for you that I maybe we could have you back another time for that. I wanted to talk about number five on your uh five keys to creating a people-centric culture, which is finding each person's genius. Um, but also you have an amazing book out called Living a Rich and Intentional Life. So we have a whole lot of stuff to cover in a not a lot of time. So if you would, can you touch on how do you find a person's genius so that you can inspire them to start living at their most optimal?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, well, I'll tell you what, get a again, uh I've got a wonderful mentor, uh Rex Miller, that that I, you know, God put me in contact with him probably six or seven years ago. But what we do in and why we call it the genius is again, I'm gonna go back to Clifton Strength Finders. And what I like about Clifton Strength Finders, again, there's 34 strengths, and you wake up with five every morning and and they're just yours. And if you look at the combination of the 34, you're one in 3.4 million. I mean, there's nobody that has your uniqueness when you look at your five strengths or your 34 strengths. But those five, we take those and then we throw them into a very uh granular process to where we create sentences from each of those five strengths. And when you create five sentences, now you have a paragraph. And so basically, for example, you know, one of my one of my, I know this is gonna shock you you know tremendously, but uh, you know, one of my strengths is activator. And so, you know, getting things going. But let's just say, let's just say, Chris or Steve, you had activator. Your activator is gonna look different than mine. And so we need to get granular enough to know like what does your activator mean as it relates to how God designed you? What does my activator look like? So when we get that granular, you know, I've got strategic as my number one, I've got activator, I've got woo, winning others over, I've got focus, I've got communication. Those five strengths right there. When we start to get granular and we've got a process for developing that paragraph, I now have a paragraph that shows Stan Gibson's unique design. I mean, I'm if you put me in that swim lane, I always say, I want to be the Michael Phelps, Katie Ledecki of my swim lane. I want to, I want to win any race by five 100,000ths of a second because nobody can compete with me. But I also want to align myself with somebody else in the next lane who's better at the butterfly, somebody in the next lane who's better at the freestyle. So I want to know who I am, but I want to surround myself with really strong people. And that's where I work with teams. How do we get people in the right swim lane? And I want to tell you just one other quick thing. When we develop that, those five strengths of of who you are at your best, we go through the same process and develop a paragraph around the kryptonite. Because I always say, I want to be good Stan 85 to 90% of the time. I can't be 100%. I don't walk on water, but I take care of myself well enough to be the best version of Stan as often as I can.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02But when I'm not, I want I want to know what that kryptonite looks like. I want my wife to know what that kryptonite looks like. I want my colleagues to know what that kryptonite looks like because it's not personal. It's just I didn't get enough sleep. I'm not eating well. I've got something else on my mind. I've got some stress that I need to work through. I want people to not take it personal. And I want to know you well enough, uh Steve and Chris, to know your kryptonite, to know that it's not personal. You know, you guys just something's going on right now, and maybe I can help, maybe I can't. But knowing kryptonite on a team and knowing strength brings authenticity and trust. And I believe in authenticity and trust. That's what moves culture.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Yes. Wow, how freeing. How freeing. How freeing. Because then it takes all the performative behaviors out of it because you can really be yourself and you know that someone has your back. That's what that's the cohesion. Wow. Man, we have a lot to talk about. I'm on fire over here. I don't like you guys.
SPEAKER_01Let's just make a conference in the morning. Yeah, we're starting the day with it.
SPEAKER_00I'm gonna go back and get my second workout now because of this. Who needs Ringboo? We got Stan. We don't need Rebound.
SPEAKER_01Come on, he's here for us, too.
SPEAKER_02Um I tried I tried dialing down the coffee before I got on, buddy. That's all right.
SPEAKER_01Caffeine is not so bad in the right context. Well, Stan, we've come to the end here and we will bring you back. Uh, you've been a huge blessing to our audience. Oh um, how can people reach out? How can they get your book? What's the name of the book and all that? I'll tell you what.
SPEAKER_02If you just you know, I I I created a URL. It's it's not my website, but it's called leadwithstand.com. Leadwithstand.com. And here's what I'm gonna do. If you'll just go to leadwithstand.com, I'm gonna send you a PDF, and it's gonna be awesome because you're gonna see a PDF on what I call doubling down on you. And this doubling down on you is not only gonna be about sleep, nutrition, fitness, meditation, visualization, uh it's also going to list the neuroscience of why they're important. And it's also going to list some really good strategies and tactics to use in each of these areas. And it's also gonna have some resources, you know, resources, what books. So it's just a two-pager. It's very, very simple. But if you go to leadwithstand.com, leadwithstand.com, I tell you what, I'm gonna reach out and I'm gonna give you that. I'll probably give you some more PDFs. I'm a giver, I've got so much material. Um it's just about you, it's about you and transformation, and I don't keep scores. So let's just uh have a conversation and uh hopefully I can help you out.
SPEAKER_01Well, we're gonna add to this, uh Stan. So, audience, pay attention. The first five people that reach out to one of us, mention this podcast. I'm gonna send you Stan's book for free. I will get it shipped out to you uh because we want to train me and Chris want to transform people. I'm gonna speak for him. Yes, dude, he speaks for me. We want to transform people, and that's one of the ways having that book, having it right there in your nightstand on your coffee table, on your kitchen table, wherever that's at, you'll have access to Stan and be able to do it. And there it is right there. Any last thoughts, Chris, before we close?
SPEAKER_00Man, living a rich and intentional life. If you're watching this, think about what that looks like and and and take into inventory this man's energy. There are there are better ways. There are better ways, and and uh you can liberate yourself, man. I I appreciate you so much, Stan. I thank you for sharing everything, and I look forward to uh a long life of living a rich and intentional life for all of us.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, brothers. I tell you what, this has been an awesome, awesome time. And uh, you know, again, uh as I always finish everything I do. Hey, may you all live a rich and intentional life. God love you.
SPEAKER_00Amen. That's amazing. That's amazing. Thank you so much.
