Why This Matters
So many women have learned to override their body’s signals in the name of productivity.
But when your nervous system isn’t being listened to, it doesn’t go away—it gets louder.
What feels like procrastination or lack of discipline is often your body asking for something deeper: safety, space, or support.
When you learn to recognize and respond to these signals, everything changes—clarity returns, energy shifts, and productivity becomes more sustainable (and a lot more easeful).
