 â€˘ The concept of co-regulation and how we “share” energy with others
 â€˘ How to recognize which relationships feel regulating vs. draining
 â€˘ The different roles we play in relationships (support, balance, or overgiving)
 â€˘ Why small shifts in your nervous system can create a ripple effect far beyond you

When you begin to understand that your nervous system is always communicating—through your tone, body language, and energy—you start to see just how powerful you really are. 

This work isn’t just about feeling better.
 It’s about creating safer, more connected relationships… showing up more fully in your life… and realizing that even small shifts toward regulation can impact far more than you think. 

When you regulate your nervous system, you don’t just change your experience—
 you change the experience of everyone around you.
