So often, we think the gap between where we are and where we want to be is about strategy, discipline, or doing more.

But in reality, it’s about capacity.

When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe with what you desire, you’ll unconsciously pull back—keeping you in cycles of starting, stopping, and staying smaller than what’s actually available to you.

But when you learn to create safety in expansion…
 You don’t have to force your dreams.

You become the version of you who can receive them.

Hi there, and welcome back to the Less Stress, More Magic Podcast. This is episode 15. And for the first time, what I'm doing today is a part two episode from what I started talking about last week. And I'm actually going to be dropping you into a guided experience to tap into your potential. So if you did not listen yet to episode 14, I would recommend pausing, going back there, listening to it because it's going to give you context for what we are going to do today. I'm going to touch base on a few things, and then we are going to drop into a meditation, which I'm excited to share with you. So I just want to remind you of a couple things that we talked about last week, but again, really encouraging you to pause and listen to the full episode if you didn't already. But I talked about what I like to call this dream cycle. How dreaming, I believe, is not random, but actually part of how we are designed to evolve and grow. And we can kind of tap into three levels of dreaming. We can tap into the what's probable level, what's possible, or this level of what's potential. And this potential level of dreaming is the field of the infinite possibilities. So it's not bound by our past. It's not limited by our current reality. It's not constrained by logic or by what has worked before. And I believe this field of potential is where our unique gifts, ideas, and desires exist in their fullest expression. And the truth we talked about last week is that the bigger we dream, the more we step into the potential, the more we have to release what is known, the more we have to release certainty, the more that we have to release control, and the more our nervous systems really don't like that. So all of those things, releasing certainty and control, trigger our nervous systems to feel unsafe. We like to have control and certainty. And without meeting these expansive goals with regulation, we tend to revert or we go back to a cycle of dreaming and then pulling back. And we usually stay on the same cycle of dreaming. We want the same dreams. We don't have the capacity to actually go after them in a way that supports our nervous system. So then maybe we push or we pull back and continue on this cycle and really are getting just small incremental shifts forward that usually are coming with a cost, if not burnout. But when we do have the capacity, when we learn to regulate our nervous systems and create safety in that expansion, that's when reality really starts to shift. That's when things begin to happen in ways that feel aligned, effortless, and unexpected. And I know this sounds probably too good to be true, but I just have way too much evidence in my own life and in my clients' life to see this in any other way. So I've been experiencing this even on higher levels recently. Ideas are flowing through me in bigger ways. I've had more clients join my signature program without ever having any interaction. So people who really feel like they're coming out of nowhere because they're not following me on social media, they're not engaging, and I just have clients joining, which is wild and so cool. Because then after they join and I get to know them, they are beautifully aligned clients. And I truly believe that it's me stepping into this realm of potentiality that is calling in the people that I'm here to serve. So it's not that I'm doing more, it's because I've increased my capacity to hold more through nervous system regulation, through applied neurology tools that I've been learning and teaching. And I am watching these same things happen with my clients. I have so many clients who are having huge growth tapping into deeper tools to heal their nervous system. And it's so powerful and so cool. This podcast, I talk all about the possibility and the potentiality of what's available with nervous system regulation. But if you want to learn actually how to do that, we're gonna show you on this podcast here and there. But my free guide gives you the best first steps. And then I have numerous ways to support you and your regulation journey further. But right now, what we're gonna do is we're gonna move out of thinking and we're going to get into experiencing. I am going to help you tap into your space of potentiality. So, what I recommend before we get started, I'm gonna guide you through a scripted meditation. If you are able to create some space to not be interrupted, to really drop in, maybe you can go be at home, close your eyes, lay down. But if that is not possible, you can still enjoy this. So you can enjoy this in your version, wherever you are, and maybe just come back to it for the full experience later on. Okay, so if you're in a space where it feels safe to do so, you can gently close your eyes. You can soften your gaze and let your body settle. And just begin to notice your breath. There's no need to change it. Just notice letting your shoulders drop, letting your jaw soften, and letting your body know you're safe to be here. Now I want you to imagine a grounding cord extending from the base of your spine, moving down through the surface beneath you, down through the floor, down into the earth, deeper and deeper, past the soil, past the rock, all the way to the center of the earth, and just imagine that connection. Stable, steady, rooted. Imagine yourself being held and supported. You are safe here. Now bringing your awareness to the top of your head and imagining a crown of light gently opening, and from above, a stream of light beginning to pour in through your crown. This light is soft and warm. It's expanse of light. And the light represents your highest potential, your connection to God, source, the universe, the divine, your connection to your unique gifts, your purpose, the ways you are here to serve the world. And just allow that light to flow in through the crown of your head. Moving down into your body, filling your mind, your throat, your heart, your body, and all the way down into your grounding cord. Feeling yourself connected above and below, held between earth and sky. Now we're going to begin a gentle countdown from 10. And with each number, exhaling and releasing a little more, softening a little more, allowing yourself to open just a little deeper. So breathing in and breathing out to a count of 10, releasing the need to figure anything out. As you inhale, exhaling to the count of nine, letting go of control. Inhaling and exhaling to the count of eight, softening your body. Inhaling and exhaling to the count of seven, releasing tension you didn't even realize you were holding. Inhaling and exhaling to the count of six, allowing your breath to deepen. Inhaling and exhaling to the count of five, letting your mind quiet. Inhaling and exhaling to a count of four, sinking into safety. Inhaling and exhaling to the count of three, opening to possibility. Two, expanding beyond what you know, and one, fully arriving in this moment. Now, from this place, I want you to imagine stepping into the field of potentiality. Not what's probable, not what feels realistic, not even just what feels possible, but what feels expansive, limitless, and aligned. What is available to you here? What version of you exists here? What are you creating? How are you showing up? And most importantly, how does it feel in your body? Not your thoughts, not the strategy, the feeling inside you. Notice the energy in your chest, your breath, your posture, your presence. Let yourself be that version of you, even if just for a moment. And now instead of holding onto it all or grasping it, just allow your body to recognize it, to register. This exists, this is available to me at all times. Take a breath here, savoring it in, and gently begin to come back, bringing awareness back to your body, back to the space around you, back to your breath, maybe wiggling your fingers and toes, and when you're ready, slowly opening your eyes if they were closed. And just notice what feels different, even subtly here. Because this work is not about forcing yourself into your dreams, it's about becoming the version of you who feels safe enough to receive them.
