So energy is always happening. You are energy. I'm energy. Everything around you is energy. But we tend to put our focus on what has been called 10% of reality that is physical. When we stretch that awareness to go beyond just that 10%, then we can start to just pay attention to something that's always been there, which is more of the subtle frequencies, the energies. Like we're talking about gratitude as a frequency. How do you actually begin to feel gratitude as a frequency in your body? Not just think about it as an idea. In this episode, guide you through an exploration of what gratitude feels like when it's what it feels like when it's a good idea. By the end of this episode, you'll have a deeper understanding of gratitude as an energetic frequency, how it relates to your ability to receive, and how to recognize its presence in your own body with more clarity and intention. Let's get started. Oh, hello there. I am so happy that you are here. And today we are going to be talking all about the frequency of gratitude, which is something that has been on my mind within my body the last few weeks, which I'll get into why that is. But before we dive in, let's just take a moment, which feels very important to me on this podcast and just in life in general. Let's just take a moment to check in with our bodies. If you are sitting down or in a space where you can close your eyes, you can do that. If you're driving or out for a walk, you know, feel free to keep your eyes open. Or should I say, please keep your eyes open for safety of you and everyone else. But let's take a moment to just drop into our bodies, which means just feel all of your awareness flow maybe into the center of your body. That could be your heart, it could be your rib cage, your belly. Just kind of notice where your awareness takes you and let that be enough. And as you anchor into your body, see if you could also anchor deeply into this moment and the space around you. This could be really sensing the surface beneath you, the chair or the ground beneath you, feeling yourself present in the space. And it could be feeling the air around you, maybe the temperature of the air, the smell or the density, is the air thick or thin. Is it windy? Is it still? Beautiful. And then from the space, just notice what's occurring within your own body. I call this a practice of inventory. So just taking inventory, what emotions are present, if any. What thoughts may be really present right now? What sensations maybe there's tenderness, tightness, pain in the body. Maybe the body feels open or relaxed again just to become aware. And as you really experience your body, go ahead and allow yourself to just kind of stretch out so we can all feel one another. Taking a moment, I'm feeling everyone that's going to listen to this podcast, you know, in the near or far future. And just like we can all peek out, kind of say hello, and notice that we're all here, that we're all innately connected just through this thread, this thread of weaving resonance, this one podcast or even one episode that you're listening to right now. That's connecting all of us just because we're here. Good. And from that state of just being aware of what's happening within you, if your eyes are closed, you can open them. And let's start to dive into our topic today, which is the frequency of gratitude, like I shared. And sharing about this came to me because last week my son, Atticus, who is currently six and a half, ran and kind of jumped into my bed when it was nighttime and asked if I would read a story out of his school book. And this is one of those really kind of thick books that has short stories in it. And I believe he, you know, flipped to the table of contexts, contexts, what is that called? Do you guys know what I mean? And told me to pick one out. And I remember being pretty tired and obviously wanting to read with him, but at the same time really wanting to go to bed and just randomly picking without even looking at what the title was. And we turned to the page, and the story was said to be a Native American story about how the bluebird became blue. And I did a little research uh to understand like where exactly the story comes from. And it seems to have come from the Cherokee Native Americans. And there seems to be many different versions. So I just want to share that the version I'm gonna share today was on the one that was in this book. So the story goes that there is this very dull gray bird. And this bird lives near a very beautiful, magical, vibrant blue lake. And this bird always admires the beauty of this lake. Like, think of the most beautiful bewilder you've ever seen. And one day, why while this gray bird is admiring this blue lake, it sees this blue butterfly flying around. And the blue bird is completely mesmerized and asked the butterfly, How did you become blue? And the butterfly was like, Oh, I'll tell you, I became blue with the help of the lake. And then the butterfly goes on to instruct the blue bird how it can become blue too. And the butterfly says, What you need to do is every day for four days, you need to go swimming in the blue lake and kind of splash and spin around and listen to the song that the blue lake is saying to you and sing it out loud and do this every day for four days. And at the end, the butterfly tells the bird, you must thank the lake. So the blue bird does this every day for four days. It goes into the lake, it splashes around, it spins, it dances, it listens to the song that the lake is singing, and it sings it back. And by the end of the four days, this blue bird or this bird is totally blue and so shiny and magnificent. And when it leaves the lake, it makes sure to thank the lake for giving it this beautiful blue color that it always wanted. Then, a few days later, a coyote comes across the blue bird's path and asks the blue bird, just like the bluebird had asked the blue butterfly, how did you become this beautiful, magnificent blue color? And the gray, dull coyote listens as the bluebird tells the coyote just what the butterfly told them. You must go in the lake each day for four days. And on the last day, you thank the lake. So the coyote does just that, right? Goes into the lake and every day for four days, splashes around, sings, dances, does the whole thing. And at the end of the four days, the coyote forgets to thank the lake and just walks out, a beautiful, you know, shining, vibrant blue coyote. And the coyote is so excited to go show off its new blue coat that it starts running towards its friends. And as it does, it trips and slides down a massive hill in which it gets coated in mud and dust. And when the coyote stands up, it is no longer blue. It is covered in this kind of really dull, murky, brown, dusty color. And the essence of the story is to say that when we aren't present to thank and have gratitude for what we are receiving, we are not in right relationship with everything, right? And, you know, when my son kind of tumbled into the bed that night, I had no idea that we would end up reading a story that greatly impacted me and really made me think about where I am perhaps not exhibiting gratitude and what that means. So one teacher that I have studied in the past, mainly through their book, it's the teacher's Dr. Joe Dispenza. And I've studied his book, Becoming Supernatural, in which I read, I don't know, probably five plus years ago now. And I tend to use a page in his book when I'm doing my intuitive and energy mastery course when we're talking about different frequencies, because in his book, he has a chart on different frequencies and uh what frequencies are higher up on that scale, right? Higher frequencies, which frequencies are kind of mid-tier, and then which ones are lower. And on that chart, Joe Dispenza has gratitude as number six on the highest frequencies, right? And it's actually I wrote it down what is above gratitude in terms of high frequencies. It starts with bliss being the highest highest, freedom is the next, love, joy, appreciation, and then lands gratitude. And it helped me to understand that not only is gratitude a very high frequency that we should be thinking about and like I said, exhibiting, but how are we truly embodying gratitude? Right. And especially I'm taping this podcast February 2026, in which there is a lot happening in our external world. Um, politically, stuff is happening with the Epstein files, stuff is happening. There is a lot going on, a lot going on, a lot coming towards us, right? And I want to say that many of us, I can definitely speak for myself, are having moments to focus on what we're grateful for or to focus on what is what is going well in the world, right? What are we receiving that that feels beautiful inside of us? Which leads me to this quote that I found that gratitude is the closest thing to beauty manifested in an emotion, right? And even when we look at the definition of gratitude, it's a sense of receiving a gift, a favor of kindness. And just take a moment to think about what it feels like when someone gives you a gift, whether it's a physical gift, maybe it's a compliment, maybe it's some kind of support in some way that you really needed. Just take a moment to maybe allow whatever memory might pop up and notice what that felt like in your body. What it felt like to just receive something in your body. Because that is when we're talking about the frequency of gratitude, we are talking about being connected to what it feels like to receive. We tend to be really good at giving, but not so good at receiving. So we're very um skilled in the act of giving and caretaking, taking care of other people, right? But when it comes to receiving, there's kind of this like, oh, oh no, that that feels uncomfortable. And even in the definition, right, of gratitude, which is that feeling of receiving a gift, a favor, an act of kindness. Just notice that if you're having challenges and just receiving, you're having challenges of feeling gratitude. And just pay attention, what what would happen when we are cut off from the sensation of gratitude? Right. So with this, I wanted to do a little bit of a practice to help all of us tap into the sensation of gratitude. Because I'm feeling like it might be uh some medicine that we could all use in this moment. And just to let you know, if you're really new to energy work, to understanding what intuition is or how you tap into it, um, in essence, it's about where you're putting your focus and your attention. So energy is always happening. You are energy, I'm energy, everything around you is energy. But we tend to put our focus on what has been called 10% of reality that is physical. When we stretch that awareness to go beyond just that 10%, then we can start to just pay attention to something that's always been there, which is more of the subtle frequencies, the energies, like we're talking about gratitude as a frequency, right? As something that comes into our body as a signal for us to understand. It's an energetic signature that comes into our body, right? And, you know, with these higher-up frequencies, it's like you get to bask in very high frequencies, some of which, you know, that's really great and beautiful. Sometimes very high frequencies coming into a body that are not ready for them is actually like not a good combo, right? It's it's just like how some medicine is not the right medicine for certain people. Sometimes allowing in too high of a frequency can actually burn out a physical system that just isn't ready for it, right? And if you know anything about my story and how I spontaneously activated, which I'm sure I'll share at one point, you know that was a good uh example of that, right? I want to say my body was totally ready to be the host of such high energy, right? So I would like to do a little bit of a practice just so we can notice the difference in our body of being in a state in which we are receiving and embodying gratitude, and when we're in a state where we're not. And let's just start with not. Okay, so I want you to think about a time, maybe it's now, right? Maybe it was last week, yesterday, maybe it was a year ago, who knows, or another stage in your life. When gratitude was not something that you were feeling. Maybe your focus was more on success at work, on getting money that you didn't already have. Maybe it was really focused on kind of the challenges in your relationships, right? Just notice a time when gratitude was not in the picture. And as you do that, go a layer deeper to notice what your body feels like. And just notice maybe you're taken to a certain part in your body, a certain place. Maybe you're someone who is seeing a color, maybe you're not seeing anything, maybe you're just feeling maybe you're hearing something. Or maybe you just know a moment in the past where gratitude was just not in the forefront. And as you do this, take yourself back there, just receive the information that your body is trying to tell you, the signals of what it feels like to be in your body, in your awareness when gratitude is not home. When gratitude has left the building, when the door is shut to that frequency. And I can share for me that when I do this, I feel this sense of kind of emptiness when gratitude isn't present. I feel a sense of also like dread and overwhelm in my body. It feels in my heart and kind of almost like something's pressing down on my chest. So it feels like I'm being kind of held back, then being able to kind of expand or open or move forward. And I also just feel really hot and alone. So just notice what you feel. Remember that this is just a practice for you to individually understand what your unique body feels, what does your intuition signal you when gratitude is not home, home in the body. Good. And then let's start to just shift here. And I want you to think about a moment where maybe you received a really beautiful gift that came out of nowhere. Maybe you witnessed or were given an act of kindness. Maybe you were someone who did the act of kindness. Maybe someone gave you a compliment. And just notice that moment when you were receiving, either through even giving kindness or through receiving kindness, because that kind of gratitude works those both ways, and start to notice what is shifting in your body as you're putting your focus there. What does it feel like when gratitude comes home? And again, you may receive this intuitively through images, colors, sounds, messages, sensations, feelings, knowings. You might actually smell something. Gratitude might have a scent. And you might even taste something. Gratitude may have a flavor. Just open. I know that sounds super silly. But trust me, as someone who has trained hundreds of people in intuition, those are also abilities, intuitive abilities. You're tasting subtle energy, you smell subtle energy. All of these frequencies have signatures. So, what does gratitude now feel in your body? So I can share for me, I feel really filled up. I feel activated. I feel like I have something to give. Whereas when I was in that state of feeling what my body feels like when it's not in a state of gratitude, I feel empty. I feel like I have nothing to give, and I feel quite frustrated in that. Right now, when I'm tapping into Frequency of gratitude, I feel like it fills me up. I feel like I could just give and give, which feels amazing to me because I love to give. So with this now experience in your body, right? The information that you just received individually in your body, take a moment to notice what is happening in your life right now, today, in this moment, as you're listening to it. Are you in a state of focusing on gratitude? Are you able to receive? Or are you focused on something else? Does gratitude feel challenging right now to let in, right? And just take that awareness as it is. Without kind of needing these thoughts or shame to kind of pile in, well, is something wrong with me because I'm not focused on gratitude? No, I can answer your shame. No, if that's what's happening, nothing's wrong with you, right? This is about us developing our sensations so that we have greater access to body information, to intuitive information, to information that goes beyond just logic, beyond just reasoning, beyond the analytics or problem solving of the brain, of the mind's awareness, right? And instead to tap into the information of the body, of the intuitive signals that are flowing in and out, and to see if then when we become aware of them in everyday life, what that can shift for us. And not only for us, right? Because this is, after all, weaving resonance. What does that do for the people around you, just in your, you know, immediate circle? And then what does that do on a more collective level? And as I stated, right, February 2026, right now, there's a lot happening in the collective. And this isn't about looking away. It's not about bypassing. Um, it's not about acting like what is occurring is not occurring. It's about taking care of yourself, taking responsibility for your frequency when or if you can, and seeing if you can embody things that you choose. So, if through listening to this episode, through getting this experience in your body, if embodying gratitude feels like something that you would really like to do and that you would really like to spread around, this is just simply your invitation to do that. This is your choice if you want to carry this forward. It just so happens that we can't carry stuff forward that we don't know is there. But when we become conscious, when we go through an experience that we just did together, the difference between having the frequency of gratitude home in our own bodies and vibrating it out as opposed to not, then we have real choice. So I leave you with this choice today to choose either to bring more gratitude home into your body or to choose that maybe that feels like too much work right now. Maybe it just doesn't feel in alignment, right? But to just have that ability to choose, which is the strongest thing that I would like to share with you all the time, is that you can choose that. So thank you so much for listening. This is the first episode, solo one, that I'm recording today. And so beautiful that it just so happened that gratitude was the thing that wanted to step forward. And I want to share that this is not something that I want to do just speaking into a microphone and you know, feeling like kind of alone and doing this. I want to exchange that gratitude. And I want to start that by just saying, I am so grateful that you took your precious time that I do not take lightly to sit here and listen to something that I've just learned along this journey that is called life. And that if you need to receive any kind of gratitude today that you are not getting externally in your immediate circle, let it be right here and now. Let yourself open to my voice, my sincere voice, of that I am grateful, I am very grateful for you. Very grateful. And like I said, I don't take you using your time here lightly. So thank you sincerely for listening. I hope that you have a beautiful day, and I will see you next week. Thank you so much for listening today.
