LONG RANT! The chilling similarities between D4VD and Boston Richie.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
There are more chilling updates for the D4VD case.
Tatianna Chanel accuses Boston Richie of K*dnapping her, holding her against her will in a car with multiple men NAKED while she was on her cycle.
This isn't the fist claim of abuse against Boston and now Tati is claiming she had to buy s*x toys to use on Boston. Thats alot for even the older women to handle.
Thoughts?
Hello, and thank you for watching and listening to another episode of the Audacity with Kita Rose.
SPEAKER_05That's the sound of the men working on the chain. Gang. That's the sound of the men working on the chain. Gang.
SPEAKER_06Here we dare to use our voices. Have the audacity to own who we are. And vow, raise up your roses. We vow to never stop, never shrink. And most importantly, shut up. It's just not gonna happen. Like, share, subscribe, talk shit in my comments. You know, tell me how you really feel. Hit that bell notification so I can pop up on your timeline. Why will you say may and hype this video up if you can? You only get three hypes. Y'all, 50 more people have joined the membership. I'm lit. Thank you. Thank you for all the members. Thank you so much for supporting me. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into these productions. So it means so much to me that you guys appreciate it. If some of you were too young to understand my intro, that was Sam Cook. He was an amazing musical artist. I'm not sure if he's still alive. That's why I said he was. He might be still alive. But he released that song, Chain Gain, in 1960. And the reason I'm referencing that song is because I believe that Boston Ritchie and D4VD need to be in prison. Now, for separate reasons, for separate crimes, and of course for separate circumstances. Everything in this video is alleged. I may I. I make up things. I just be lying. This episode is for entertainment, satirical, and educational purposes only. Everything is alleged. These are two men that made it pretty quickly in the industry that have a history of dealing with underaged women and not only dealing with underage women, which a lot of men can say, oh yeah, I do. It's it's pretty normal, right? Americans have gotten really, really comfortable with being like, yeah, there's plenty of adults with children, and it's okay. Don't make me bring up Megan Kelly because you know how I feel about Megan Kelly, miss. Well, 15's not five. A 15-year-old would know what to do on an island by themselves with grown ass men around them. They would know. It's not like they were five. I've just been really irritated by a lot of the discourse and a lot of the commentary that I see in the comment section of some of these videos that are talking about Celeste and how people are still talking about this little girl as if she was a grown-ass woman and even if she was, as if she deserved what happened to her. And of course, we're seeing the comments of, you know, people that disagree with Tatiana Chanel, the woman that claims Boston Ritchie, another famous musical artist, kidnapped her, had her riding around with grown men. Mind you, they met when she was around 16, 17 years old, had her running around with grown men in the car, wouldn't let her leave, wouldn't let her use her phone, right? Wouldn't let her call for help while she was on her cycle, her menstrual cycle. TMI trigger warning, all that this episode. We're gonna get real. Y'all know what's up. We're gonna get real. So let's just get into the Boston Richie and the Tatiana Chanel story and the D4VD deforveted update. So, real quick, I just wanted to share a couple of updates from the David case. By now, you already know that David, the rapper singer David, has been arrested for killing his underage girlfriend named Celeste Rivas Hernandez. She was not only unalived, she was found dismembered in his frunk. That's the front portion, front trunk of his Tesla. All this information has been coming out, and you know, you cover it, but then so many things come out every day, and some things you just honestly have to unplug from because it's so gruesome, and you just can't believe that a human being would treat another human being like that. Like you, you can't fathom it in your mind. And that's what I've been feeling for the last couple of weeks now. Of course, we've seen multiple stories of black women being murdered by their husbands, by their boyfriends, by their significant others, not just black women, but we're seeing an immense increase in femicide. And we already know women that we're gonna see that because more women are stepping up and saying, Yeah, no, the marriage, the babies, the it's a good thought and it's a great idea, but the the men that have been presented to me in proximity to me in my life, the men that I've had the opportunity of meeting, dating, having a relationship with. First it started off there was piss in the dating pool. Now it is literally dangerous to date. You have to care so much about every single detail, what is said to you, what is shown to you, what that person is doing, body language. I'm gonna go as far as to say, and tell me if I'm tripping in the comments, I'm gonna go as far as to say that people should be doing background checks on people that they're considering seriously dating. If you're considering introducing this person to your family, your mother, your father, your friends, please, for the love of God, do a small 99 cent background to see just what they've done in their past. I remember years ago, people trying to tell me that the past didn't matter. The past didn't matter, right? They were eating my ass up on TikTok because I was saying things like, you know, you really need to dig into people's past when we were talking about STDs and different things like that. Now I understand that there are different connotations, bad connotations of certain words and definitions. I understand that there are certain things that trigger people and there's a stigma that's going on, and the fight is the fight against the stigma because people that have certain STDs, it might have not been their fault. They might have not been acting reckless. Regardless, you want to fight against certain stigmas, but I wanna know what you got. I wanna know who you talked to, I want to know what happened. All these people wanted to come out and talk about how they don't want to hear from other people's exes and your ex is your past for the reason, and we just gonna leave that there and we were we worried about the future now and we moving forward. Hell no. We can pause right here in the present. I kind of want to hear what your ex has to say. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Y'all dated for how long? Hold on, hold on, hold on. Was it nice? Did y'all break up amicably? Did y'all break up nicely? Or were police called? Were reports filed, right? Was property damaged? Did custody get taken? Let me know. What's going on? I don't get, I just do not get, you know what? It's because I'm a very open person. I've always been a very open person. And that really upset some people. Some people are very closed in, they close in their emotions, their thoughts, everything's very closed in and bottled up. And expressive people are very intimidating sometime. It's like, why would you say that? Why would you do that? Why would you express that? You're not embarrassed, you're not ashamed.
SPEAKER_05And it's like, hell no, you're not embarrassed for not expressing yourself? You're not humiliated that you can't be yourself.
SPEAKER_06I'm just so open. I don't understand the whole, like, I've got to hide these things because if you want somebody that is aligned with you, whoever you are, no matter what race or gender, if you want somebody that is aligned with you, you must first accept yourself. You have to accept yourself. You have to love yourself. You have to, and a lot of people don't like that. Well, how you know, I can love people without loving myself. Yeah, you can, but you're not giving them the best version of you. You're not giving them the version of you they deserve, especially if they're good partners. If you don't care for yourself and take steps to prove to yourself that you care for yourself, you gotta know who you are and what you want so that you can properly identify whether or not it's being given to you, no matter what age, no matter what. So, yeah, I want to know about your past. In this case, specifically, we can't talk like that. We can't talk about that. It's irrelevant, you know why? Because these people didn't necessarily have past. Maybe Boston Richie did, but David didn't. David met Celeste when she was 11 years old. They began, right, in the court documents, and I'm gonna show you some of it in the court documents uh that the prosecutors are saying this is against David. They're saying that he began being a predator around 13. So he met her, he felt her out, he befriended her, he became sexually interested in her around 13. So about two years into the relationship. In their text message threads, there are talks of pregnancy, abortions, plan Bs. There are talks of what a predator is, y'all. What a predator is. Let me befriend this little girl and then tell her what a predator is, just in case somebody tells her I'm a predator, so that she knows to tell them no. You know, people, I've just seen uh just uh along the years, of course, the blatant disregard for women and children, of course. That is so in our faces we can't pretend we don't see it anymore. Fine. I've seen the just hatred. I'm gonna say hatred towards victims. They should have known they liked it, they got the lifestyle. A lot of these people are jealous of the victims. They wish that they could have lived like the victims, even if for just a moment before their demise doesn't matter, better life than mine. You'll see in the Tatiana Chanel case, you'll see people, uh, women specifically mad that she was gifted all this money and that she wasn't more grateful and oh well, he was doing this and that and disrespecting her. Oh well. And maybe that's what she felt in the beginning. Maybe that's what she felt at first. I don't care about any of that stuff. Until it becomes so overwhelming, until the disrespect against you becomes so overwhelming that you can't take it anymore. Then you either explode. They said that Celeste had threatened him. The reason why David is getting this special circumstance case is that they're saying that she was killed under special circumstances, and those circumstances was that she was killed to protect his finances. Kind of like not a murder for hire, but murder because of finances, and that alone can get you the death penalty, and that's what the prosecutors are reaching for. They are fighting for David to get the death penalty. Let me know down in the comments below do you believe that he deserves it?
SPEAKER_00The background facts of this case. Now, some of the details of this case are horrendous. So I'm going to be summarizing some. I'm not going to read some of these specific details because they are so awful, but I'm going to give you an idea of exactly what it is that the prosecution is claiming that David did. Now, according to these documents, on July 29th, 2025, David is actually seen on surveillance camera, dropping this car off. It's towed later on on September 8th, 2025. It's discovered that Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body is in the front trunk of this Tesla. She has been dismembered. We're going to get into more details about that later. But at this point, an important aspect of what they're pointing out is that they do detail that surveillance video and other evidence confirms that he drove the car on July 29th. Now, the goal of details like this is not just for the judge, it's also for the defendant. Because ideally, you can scare them into pleading guilty. Now then the death penalty would be off the table. But if they're saying we're going for the death penalty and we have all of these details and we have all of this information, the goal would be that all of a sudden they would say, Okay, fine, I will plead guilty, but you gotta take the death penalty off the table. It worked for Brian Koberger, it worked for Rex Huerman, the Gilgo Beach Killer. There's a number of people that have flipped and pled guilty because the case against them was so compelling. So that's what they're playing explaining here. Is that he killed her to prevent her from exposing this and then preventing him from making money. And then it states he also had multiple product endorsements which were highly profitable. It goes on to state at approximately 8 40 p.m. on April 23rd, a very specific time. Those are important details. Lawyers and judges will pick up on that for sure. The defendant sent an Uber to transport the victim from her Lake Elsinore home to his residence. They communicated before and during her Uber ride, which dropped her off at Defendant's Hollywood Hills home around 10 10 p.m. At approximately 10 30 p.m., defendant sent text messages to victim inquiring where she was. So basically, they're gonna have cell phone evidence that she was located there and he was sending text messages asking, Where were you? This also suggests a certain degree of premeditation. Yeah. The people contend this was part of Defendant's premeditated plan to cover up the murder as she was already dead at this time. The brief goes on to state, knowing he had to silence the victim before she ruined his music career as she had threatened, so she must have said very specifically, I'm gonna ruin your career, whatever.
SPEAKER_06And like I said in the last episode, Celeste was very, very smart. She knew what she was doing, absolutely, which again is not a justification as to why she deserved anything bad to happen to her because she was the child in this situation. But she knew it was wrong. She knew that this would be considered statutory R wording, right? Grape because she was consenting, but she wasn't of age to consent. She consented to the relationship, but she's not of age to consent. That's like you giving a pack of cigarettes to a seven-year-old and being like, smoke this, and the seven-year-old's like, okay, I'm okay with smoking it. I consent to smoking it. You're not old enough. It doesn't matter what you want to do. You ever heard those moms say, I don't care what you want to do, I don't care what Sasha mom do. I don't care what Lynette's mom does. I'm your mama, and we don't do that. Yeah. It doesn't matter what a child wants to do. An adult is there to be an adult, to be a mentor, to be a guide, to be the voice of reason, to be a safe space. He was none of those things. He was a predator, an abuser. He victimized this little girl. He looked at her, he groomed her, he befriended her, he taught her certain words. He probably, you guys told me to keep my day job when I was trying to investigate the Amy Luciano and Dwight Howard situation. But now that I'm thinking about it, he probably told her what statutory rape was. Well, hey, grape is this, and though this is not that, because of your age, they're going to, if I ever get caught, they're going to assume or they're going to say and accuse me of doing this. That's probably why she was caught in that Twitch video saying, Is graping a child? Is statutory grape a crime? And then she covers up her mouth and he says, cancel all that. Delete all that.
SPEAKER_07I media trained you. No, you didn't. That's controversial.
SPEAKER_01It's controversial of raping kids.
SPEAKER_07Really good one. It's been a good one. Bye. Bye, guys. Oh my. Delete everything. Delete. Delete everything. Everything goes. Everything goes.
SPEAKER_06They said that he ordered, right, under Amazon. Now, shout out to Dr. G Explained. This video is titled Why David May Get the Death Penalty Forensic Expert Analysis. So shout out to him for doing this work. It's not lost on me that he did say that David was very incredibly confident in court. And I'm like, I just don't understand. Now again, he could be a psychopath, right? Let's break it down. A psychopath is someone who has a personality disorder characterized by lack of empathy, lack of empathy. When Charlie Kirk was going around saying empathy is stupid, none of us should have empathy. Empathy is dumb. We shouldn't feel empathy. What that does is it makes it hard for me to feel anything from you. So for you. So if I see something tragic or terrible happen to you or your loved one, I don't care. It didn't happen to me. It didn't affect me directly. I don't care. That is the reason why we have the administration that we have. People didn't have empathy for others. They said, I'm gonna vote uh within my own rights. I'm gonna vote for my own rights. And I do not care about the rights of my neighbors. And then it affected them. And they said, damn it, I should have cared sooner. Superficial charm, they can be very likable on the surface. Manipulative behavior, right? Like getting to know somebody that's 11 and teaching them words like predator and abuser and you know, whatever, so that they can understand what's actually happening. And you can use that in your defense if you're ever caught, meaning you know it's wrong, and you're trying to make sure that you have an alibi and you have certain things put in place so that you're not caught and that you didn't get in trouble. The only reason I can think is because he's a psychopath. Again, no remorse or guilt for harmful actions, pathological lying, grandiose sense of self-worth. I am David, I am, I am King, I am whatever. We've seen that a lot with narcissists. People that are psychopaths are different. You know, you might think that your ex is crazy because they found out you were cheating and destroyed some of your property. No, a psychopath's gonna sit there and laugh with you, act like everything's okay. A psychopath's gonna pretend to be your friend, the friendly neighbor, the friendly doctor, the milkman, the guy down the street that you really, really trust, that you've been friends with for years. Such and such couldn't do that. He absolutely the f could. In fact, he did. Or another theory I have is that David doesn't believe that he did this alone, or he believes that he can put what this was onto somebody else. I do not believe he acted alone. Everybody keeps saying that they believe that he did this alone. Now, what I will say is that one of the things that he was saying that the defense could use is that the chainsaw, the burn cage, the kitty pool, all the supplies that he Amazon primed. Two-day shipping, okay? Fast shipping. Amazon primed to his house could be used for music videos and different things like that. They can't necessarily prove that all that stuff was used on Celeste, but when the autopsy came back, absolutely. They found pieces of chainsaw, they found particles of the kiddie pool. All those things that he bought under the guys Victoria Mendez. Don't know who Victoria Mendez is. Maybe that's another one of his egos. He had autonomy, right? That was the anime character in his head that was causing all these murders and doing all these terrible things. And when he would awaken, he would see what a Tommy did and be like, oh my God, I can't believe it. And he would have to go solve a Tommy's murders. That was really him that he was doing subconsciously. Bring back bullying, baby. Ugh. I do believe that he deserves the death penalty. And I understand that a lot of people don't believe in the death penalty, but I I do. He took her life from her. Text messages show her saying all we do is have sex. The real Dr. G doesn't like that the prosecutors still kind of use the same, you know, language that didn't necessarily help the jury see that Celeste is a child, saying things like she was jealous of other women implies that she was a woman and she was jealous of other women her age that she could compete with. It was a competition, but no, you know, yeah, maybe she wanted him to be faithful. She had gotten tattoos, she had ran away from home, she had stayed with him, she was in love with him. She traveled at such a young age all around the world with him. Why, yes, she was in love. Yeah. Sometimes teenagers see fancy cars and fancy clothes and fancy things and say, I want that. Sometimes adults do that. Sometimes adults compromise their morals and compromise the things that they know that they should do, the right versus the wrong, because of fancy things and shiny cars and plane tickets. I think that her family deserves to get charged with something. I just haven't been able to put my finger on what, but I would like Celeste family to be charged because I don't think they cared about her that much. I think she was a runaway because they had a tumultuous relationship and they let her do whatever she wanted. And it was pretty cool that she was dating, you know, this rapper dude, whatever this guy's name is. He seems pretty cool, but he's rich out of his mind. And they've been known each other for years. What's the harm in this grown-ass man being with this small girl? What's the harm? And now they see the harm. And for some reason, I just do not feel like they care. Let me know down below if you've been watching Sloan Bella. Sloan Bella is a creator on YouTube, and she also has Sloan Bella.com where she does live readings, but she more so talks about spirituality, right? She more so talks about spirits, and a lot of people think that what she says is woo-woo. She she has feelings, she gets spoken to from, you know, she reads energies. I'm probably butchering everything that she does, and I'm so sorry for it. But I listened to her thought process on it. She even thought that, you know, David was like kind of mourning this on stage. And of course, even the lovely T said, and shout out to that page, we're wishing her a fast recovery. Even she said, she questioned why would he be having funerals on his tour? You know, after the concert, you can buy the merch, and the merch is looks like a wake. It looks like a funeral. There's a small kitty coffin. How come all of the songs and the lyrics go back to them? How come there's so many depictions of Celeste in the music videos? What was he trying to do? What was the point of this? I really want us to be able to get into the mind of David. I do not know what's going on with David's brother. They're saying, you know, and by they I mean the other internet commentators are saying that David's brother is trying to snatch the fame away from him. He's trying to gain attention, so he's doing everything and anything for attention. And We hate an internet whore. So I don't know why he's doing that. Of course, David's popularity is gonna grow. We saw that with that whole uh Jeffrey Dahmer Netflix thing. You know, people had to come onto TikTok and say, hey guys, I know you think it's a funny thing. I know you think it's a great movie series. I know you're binging it and you think it's so great, but this is something that happened to real people. There are real victims of this. And you shouldn't be writing Jeffrey Dahmer and trying to get close to him and thinking that he's so cool. And unfortunately, that's what happens with these serial killers or these killers in this situation, this special circumstance where there's a dismemberment, right? People say, Oh my god, he's so cool and talented, and he'll kill for love. This is why, no sleepovers. Listen. No, no, Linda, Linda, listen. Mom, can Jack come over? No. Mom, I'm going over Terrence's house. No, you're not. I promise you're not. Sorry, call me whatever. This is not the 60s where you could leave your car unlocked or your door unlocked. Hide your kids, hide your wife, they're raping everybody in sight. So I'll update you more on what's happening with David. It seems like there's gonna be a new update every day, it seems, of what he was doing and what he was wearing and how, you know, Nancy Grace. I listened to a whole 30-minute episode of Nancy Grace going off, and y'all know Nancy goes off, of her talking about the fact that, you know, there's video footage of David telling his friend, sorry for the stench. I took a shit. And it's like, oh, okay. That stench might have been, it hasn't been proven, but might have been the odor of Celeste's decaying body. She was livid. Then TMZ reported on it. So I'll update you guys on that. And let's just move on to this Boston Richie and Tatiana Chanel case. I keep calling it a case because I wish it was a case because somebody needs to go to jail. But it's not a case. Nobody's, you know, been arrested or charged or anything like that. And if you don't know who the hell I'm talking about, let me inform you. It says real Boston Richie, legal name Jalen Taheen Foster, is a rapper and free band signee. I think free bands is futures thing. And Tatiana Chanel is a Florida-based influencer model, 20 years old, with over 500,000 followers on Instagram and nearly a million on TikTok. They've dated for about four years. So if she is 20, they've been dating since she was 16. Boston Richie is 29 years old. So four years ago would have been 25 years, and he was uh dating a 16 year old. So you can see the similarities between the situation of somebody grown as hell being like, I like you, even though you're really, really little. And again, people will argue. Will she look grown with all the makeup and all it doesn't matter? It doesn't fing matter if she wants to wear a pudding cup on her fing head. She's a kid. She can wear whatever the f she wants. A woman can wear booty shorts, even if her ass is spilling out and you can't stand how it looks, and you always preach about modesty and you think women should dress modestly. It doesn't matter. All of us have autonomy. You cannot do anything to my body that I do not want you to, period. Point fing blank. And you shouldn't, if you're a decent human being, you shouldn't target me. These people, you know, they they talk, and I agree with Dr. G. They talk about these relationships with children as if it's real relationships, but it's not. And when you're a kid, when you're 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, when you're feeling these feelings of love, when you're feeling these feelings of, you know, puberty, because that's completely normal. And no child should feel weird about that or ashamed about it. Yeah. You want to be in love. You feel like you're in love. You mimic being in love. The only thing you have is what you saw from your parents or maybe some family members, and you're like, you know what? I can do that. This is my chance. This is the first person, guy or girl I've ever fallen in love with. Yes, that happens. But it is on the adult. It is the adult's responsibility. It is the person who is older responsibility to say, hey, this can't go there because I am an adult. Hey, you're beautiful. And I just, I think whoever gets you is gonna just love ya. I think they're the luckiest guy or girl in the world, but it's inappropriate. But I remember dating somebody, trying to date somebody three years younger, and I was like, oh, yeah, yeah. No, no, no. Because it's about the mindset. It's what you've, it's genuinely what you've experienced within your however many years of living. There are people that are 25 that are incredibly old souls and that could pop probably get with and maintain a relationship, a healthy relationship with somebody in their 40s. Yeah, probably. But when you sit up here and you look at a 16-year-old and you're like, yeah, we have a lot in common. I'm gonna choose you. It's usually for something. That's why I don't understand all the stupid ass comments where people are acting like this is a real relationship. This is a transactional relationship, and we talk about that a lot on this channel. We talk about transactional relationships a lot because people all everyone wants to be in a relationship. Everybody wants to be married. I know you guys are saying, Kita, who's everybody? Who are you talking about? I'm saying the majority of society or what the society pushes is marriage and relationships, and people want to experience it. That is a natural feeling. And the problem is people that are in toxic relationships, relationships dealing with domestic violence, relationships that are inappropriate and have inappropriate age gaps or inappropriate power dynamics, like boss and employee. We saw that with Stefan and his employee, his chef, saying he strangled me because of personal shit, but I want to sue him under the guise of professional. We saw that already. It is up to the person to say, you know what, no, this is inappropriate. You know what? No, no. It isn't up to the kid. It's never gonna be up to the kid. No matter how y'all try to push it, no matter how Megan Kelly tries to sit up here and gaslights the fing world by telling us that 15-year-olds should know what to do, or it's not like they're five, or they should be fine on a fing island with grown ass men when grown women wouldn't know how to combat that situation, wouldn't know how to get themselves out of that situation. Don't get me started, y'all, because y'all, you know I can't stand Megan Kelly over here. We saw that with little Dirk in India. He's talking about her and his music. They look like they in love. Oh my God, I love them. Yes, yes, that's what we want. People love that type of shit because we want to see that. We want to see the successful guy who finally made it get with this beautiful girl, them to have beautiful kids, live in a beautiful mansion, and so that we can all scroll while we're at on break at Best Buy, so that we can scroll and say, Oh, looks nice. Like it, double tap it, share it, and call it a fing day. That's the reason. We love that type of shit. And so when we saw that Tatiana was being spoiled, no one cared that she was incredibly young. Got it. Check. So it says, What triggered everything? Boston Richie dropped a diss song targeting her, which caused Tatiana to unleash a series of serious allegations against him, including abuse and kidnapping. The song was titled You Weird. Let's read some of the lyrics off. A shit that made me mad. Wanna go to your condo and straight up spazz. Again, you're coming to my nice home and you wanna destroy it because you're angry with me. But I ain't trying to go to jail. Smart move. So I'ma hit the trap and beat the bags. I was in love, I was spending my last, and you was outside acting bad. I guess she was cheating on him, he's alleging. Truth be told, I'm ready to fire. Mama say, go pray because you can't crash. I slowed up on them shows because we be arguing when I'm on the road. That's dumb as hell. I'm not making money because I'd rather fight with you. Absolutely not. I can't give you no love no more, cause truth be told, you done broke code. I was tripping on you, bitch. I was eating that ass, eating them toes. I was tripping on you. I was eating that ass and eating them toes. I was cheating right after my shows. So I was putting all of your body parts in my mouth, and then I was swapping all of your DNA with whoever I could find that would sleep with me without protection after the shows. Got these people think I'm weird. I finally can face my fears. I can finally wipe my tears. I ain't got no f to give. You weird, you weird, you weird, you weird, you weird. But the fact that you're talking about a woman that you met when she was 16 and she was a child, eh, I think you're weird. I think Boston's the one that's absolutely weird. Again, shout out to the lovely T We lover over here, and she's going through some type of medical situation, so we just pray for her quick and speedy recovery.
SPEAKER_08And multiple other women with similar stories. And it was a diss song that lit the match.
SPEAKER_04Boston Richie just said in a 10, 11-minute video that he even hid the underage shit because he loved her. You love somebody who was underage. Do you know what type of charges you will get for that? Where the fuck is your manager? Like you only two shut up. I don't know if you're trying to get caught. I don't I don't know. Are you trying to go to jail? Because the allegations you have against you. Yep. It's adding up. Like you got something to look forward to there. He said he went against his family, his friends, and all this other shit to be with her. I can I can see why she was underage. They probably were telling you to stop fucking with her. Right. Because she's underage. Right. But you loved her so dearly, so you know.
SPEAKER_08Let's go through every layer. First, a quick background on who real Boston Richie is because not everyone will know the name. He is a Florida rapper who blew up off his 2022 breakout mixtape public housing, which put him on the Billboard charts. His collaborations with Lil Dirk brought him significant mainstream attention, and his free band's affiliation with Future expanded his reach further. He attended the iHeart Radio Music Awards in March 2026. He had everything going the right way career-wise. But for two years before that, he was dealing with a very different kind of attention. In 2023, a man named Jake released footage showing Boston Richie in a police interrogation room, sparking snitching allegations from the streets.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm trying to tell you.
SPEAKER_08Chanel Charles is a Florida-based influencer, model, and entrepreneur. She has over 500,000 Instagram followers and nearly a million TikTok followers. She was 17 years old when she says her relationship with Boston Richie began. He was 26 at the time. For a period, they were one of those couples that the internet celebrated because he was publicly spending on her. Cars, jewelry, bags, the whole performance. Nobody was asking how old she was when they were posting the Birkin bags. And that is the truth that makes this story so uncomfortable. Their first public crisis came in 2025 when Tatiana accused him of physically assaulting her outside a club, choking her multiple times during a conference.
SPEAKER_06I don't know the backlash I'm gonna receive by saying that I do not believe Mila or Mila was so injured that she forgot, you know, so shaken up that she forgot to take pictures. The first thing you do is take pictures. She didn't take any, never did, and then said that the bruises just went away. It's like, okay. Then she danced and twerked right at right after, immediately after. So it's like, all right. This is what judges, prosecutors, everybody's gonna be looking for. He's messing up her face. And that's the thing. You know, everybody wants to sit up here and they want to talk so much shit because you think this girl's living this great life that you love so much. People also don't talk about pretty punishment. You know, when Sweetie said it, it was like, oh no, you just can't rap, and that's why, you know, you're not being chosen. It's not because you're pretty, but pretty punishment really is a thing. You want to be chosen so bad, you wish you could reach societal beauty standards. But the people that do, the people that are seen as incredibly gorgeous, you know, beautiful people, the beautiful people in the world are targeted. They're picked first. That means they're picked first by bad people too, by murderers too, by kidnappers too. It's like, hey, you look great. Come over here. Like, I love my face. It's very affordable. I'm right in the middle. I think I have a safe face. I like it. But she's showing that he punched her in the face and what it looks like is the eye. And it's like, what a beautiful girl. And she's so young, and now she's experiencing domestic violence, and there are grown people that have to go through years of therapy before they're able to cope with what this actually meant, how it looked, how it's gonna make you feel, how embarrassed you're gonna feel, how ashamed you're gonna feel, how angry you're gonna feel when you're actually in that healing process. I don't even know if she's in her healing process or if she's still just in the mode of wanting to fight back and forth with him because he's mad that she's exposing him. By the way, she didn't said that he made her go to the store and pick up sex toys so that she could use on him.
SPEAKER_08She filed charges. He was arrested for possibly violating his pretrial release in a separate drug conspiracy case. A warrant was issued. He was locked up. Oh, oh, oh.
SPEAKER_07What the hellie Burton? That's Shorty? That's a little young guy.
SPEAKER_06And he and yelling at her in front of all people.
SPEAKER_07What the hell are you on?
SPEAKER_05Oh, oh, oh.
SPEAKER_07No, no, no.
SPEAKER_08He tried to hammer up. Yeah, he's abusive. Tatiana reportedly went to the police and made the report. And then, according to multiple sources, including academics, was seen back home waiting for him when he got out.
SPEAKER_06That's another reason why people don't feel bad for victims. Well, you just went back, and it's like, yeah, well, it takes people seven times to leave domestic violence relationships. One, because you're scared. Two, because it's not really that bad. I mean, yeah, it heard, but maybe I did deserve it. I mean, I did, you know, I did say that thing about his dad, and you know, I know that his dad is a soft spot, so I maybe shouldn't have done that. No, you start to justify it. You're ashamed, you're ashamed of yourself, you're afraid of this other person. There's a whole lot of reasons why people don't just up and leave. You're tied to them financially, they have more power over you.
SPEAKER_08Charges reportedly became complicated when allegations of extortion surfaced. Text messages purportedly showing Tatiana telling him that if he wanted to stay out of jail, he needed to pay her, and she would retract her statements. His team said those messages existed. She publicly announced the breakup in February 2026. That was supposed to be the end, but it was not the end. On approximately May 1st, 2026, Boston Richie released a new song called Bitch You Weird. The internet immediately read it as a diss aimed at Tatiana. She read it that way too, and she issued a warning. Take the song down, or she was dropping everything. He did not take it down. So she opened the folder. What Tatiana posted over a series of Instagram posts, screenshots, and videos constitutes one of the most detailed public allegations of abuse, kidnapping, and grooming in recent memory. Let us go through every allegation specifically. The first bombshell was the kidnapping allegation. Tatiana wrote on Instagram, When you kidnapped me, had me butt naked in a truck full of men while I was bleeding on my cycle. I was free bleeding the whole ride, and you took me from Orlando, Florida, all the way to Alabama. I couldn't call the police because your friends were patrolling me. I was only able to take these photos quickly because you fell asleep. Every gas station stop, you would hold me down because I'd try to bang on the windows and scream to get help. Eight-hour drive naked in a car full of men.
SPEAKER_06And then people, even, you know, when they talk about Cassie and how, oh yeah, she was grown. No, she was significantly younger than Diddy. He was kicking her, he was beating her. Situations like that, well, well, who was around? All those men that's that are afraid of him and that are employed by him and want to keep their job. So they put on their AirPods and they look away and act like that shit isn't happening. Yeah. What do you mean? And a grown, again, I keep on wanting to really hone in on the point that even grown people wouldn't be able to really heal and really wrap their minds around being in a car naked on their periods, stinking, sweating. It's humiliating, it's dehumanizing, and that's what he wants. And that's why he chose somebody that young. I'm gonna do all these things to you and I'm gonna scare you. Because it, you know, I'm intimidating and I'm older and I have more money. I'm gonna make you do things like this. Like drive around naked. It's come on, because I said go. I said to come on. And these bitch made niggas that be right around these niggas don't say nothing because they just as scared. They're just as afraid.
SPEAKER_08She attached photos she said were taken during that drive while he slept. She said she filed a police report in Miami, but was told they could not take action because the incident did not happen in Miami. She said she filed a report for every incident and never dropped a single charge. The second major allegation involves the age at which the relationship began. Tatiana says she was 17 years old when Boston Richie first had her purchase a sex toy at his direction. And that activity involving that item began when she was still a minor.
SPEAKER_06Let me look at the sex toy that's in the question now. Hold on. It says R-O-M-P Piccolo Pegging Kit. A piccolo pegging kit. It says North Tallahassee, August 29th, 2025, at approximately 9.05 p.m. She went to go pick up a romp piccolo pegging kit. Now a lot of y'all will sit up here and say, don't kink shame, and I'm not, so kiss my damn ass. But I'm sick of us sitting up here and acting like certain shit is normal. Now you got all that built-up anger and frustration, and you with all them men, and you don't mind her being in the car with men butt naked on her cycle. Why don't you ask some of them for some dick? Why she gotta go buy some dick when she's 17? Why can't you just give, why can't you just ask your friends for some dick? They got all these dicks around.
SPEAKER_08Lord help me. And that activity involving that item began when she was still a minor. The photograph she posted of a receipt, $142, was from a more recent purchase, but she was explicit that she had been sent to purchase these items beginning at age 17.
SPEAKER_06He's talking about, babe, you on the way, she sent the picture. He's talking about come here now, get here. Well, hold on!
SPEAKER_08She was asked by an interviewer how old she was when the sexual dynamic involving that item began. She said 17. Boston Richie was approximately 26 at that time. That age gap and the minor status of Tatiana at the start of this relationship is the most legally significant detail in this entire story.
SPEAKER_06Sitting up here and making a minor, a 17-year-old girl, go get you a pegging kit so she can stick something up in you, and then you got the nerve to be me. You know what? If I'm doing anything to you, you're gonna watch how you talk to me. That's what I'll say.
SPEAKER_03I still take it. I still, okay, I deal, I'll deal with it. But get what? I move, I move, I move with a purpose and I move with love. If I'm if I'm violent, if I'm bossing a bitch up and a bitch feel like she loves me for money, that's that's your down. That's your that's your downfall. Because I'm loving, I'm I'm loving truthfully. Like my mom and dad have been married for 33 years, but you can't think I don't know what real love. I spot real love for call the screen. I know you ain't love me, but I love you. Down to the floor, I love you. Love everything about it.
SPEAKER_06See, it is shit like that. You made me buy a pegging kit and I did, and you're gonna then say I didn't love you. I took you back, or you didn't let me leave after the whole kidnapping situation and everything with you uh putting your hands on me outside of that nightclub, and you're gonna say I didn't love you. You will go through the trenches with some men and they'll be like, You didn't love me because you won't stay and continue to take the abuse.
SPEAKER_03Everything I've ever ever told this girl I won't do, I did. I delivered. Even going to jail, I can get right back out of, hmm, nigga, let's go do this, do this, do this, here go, here go 50,000, here go 100,000 every time I ever got again.
SPEAKER_06Here go 50,000, here go 100,000. And then when something goes wrong, or when the woman wants more money, it's oh my god, all she does is want me for my money. Well, you're very surface level. Again, this is a transactional relationship. You wanted her because she was a sexy little girl. I'm sorry, you guys. Trigger warning, I said. You wanted her because she was sexy and young. So she wants money. Here's 50, Tati. Here's a hundred thousand, Tati. Can you believe that Tati is foiled? Can you believe that Tati wants money? No. Whenever I got caught cheating, I made it right.
SPEAKER_03I got okay, yeah, I'll forgive you. Give me a hand of cake. Nah, you're not a motherfucker who blackbattled me, not a motherfucker who tried anything a motherfucker and do put a lawsuit on me. That ain't love. I'm sticking to the code right now. I could go put a lawsuit. You been breached contract. I could have been put a lawsuit on you right now. You know you did. I got you dead to the room.
SPEAKER_06And so people were saying that he's saying you breach contract because he probably made her sign an NDA. And now, um, yeah, she's told everybody about this sex toy.
SPEAKER_08One woman who says she was also 16 when she first met Boston Richie said he engaged in similar behavior with her. That her phone was taken at the door when she went to an Airbnb. Wait, got my phone.
SPEAKER_06I can't call for help.
SPEAKER_08She and a friend were left in a room for nine hours without phones, water, or food. She also said he sent her videos of himself with other women.
SPEAKER_06We be so excited to be in the room with our favorite rappers because we feel like just being seen with them in VIP sections with hookah. I want proximity to power because that somehow means I have power, which is a falsity. But these men are kidnapping you. These men are got you in the closet. These men are treating you like dogs. These men are laughing and rejoicing in the fact that they can treat you guys so badly, and then you go home with no money. You go home sore, you go home wet, but you go home with no money. Nothing. I'm not encouraging this type of lifestyle, but as we know, people gonna do what they do, so if you gonna do it, do it right. We'll make it say how you fing with cake and didn't end up with none.
SPEAKER_08Other women apparently using them as recruitment material. Tatiana confirmed that he sent videos of her to other women as well, that she went through his phone and found it, and that he had been distributing private content of her without her consent to solicit other women.
SPEAKER_06This is what Tatiana shared at Epic Records. A few days ago, you all held a meeting after it was brought to your attention that your artist shared a sex tape of me when I was underage to other women. Rather than addressing the seriousness of that behavior, the response seems to have been to initiate a smear campaign against me. The situation deserves to be handled with accountability and maturity. Your artist clearly needs real help, to be very clear. The information is confirmed, and I am in close contact with someone from the team who was present in the Zoom meeting at Epic Records where the situation was discussed. So it just seems like Tati's not playing.
SPEAKER_08Austin Ritchie responded on May 3rd, 2026, in an 11-minute Instagram video. He said, I ain't never been a Nia that tries to run to the internet and speak on my behalf. I always take it to the chin. As I run to the internet and speak on my behalf. But it's damaging when a person you love takes advantage and bullies you at all costs. I'm a Nia that done sat back and sacrificed everything for this girl. I done went through everything, from the lawsuit to the blackmailing me, putting me in jail. He denied the strap-on allegations outright.
SPEAKER_03Of course.
SPEAKER_04What's wrong with that?
SPEAKER_03Like, I don't I ain't never been a nigga that ran to the nigga and try to speak my behalf on a situation. I always take it to the champ. But it it it it it shit damage in it when it when it's like a person you love, take advantage and bully you at all costs. When I don't when I'm a nigga that don't step back and sacrifice everything for this girl, talk about nigga, I don't want to get my mama, my sister, my BM. Nigga, my my my label, nigga, I don't want to get to the world about this girl.
SPEAKER_06And since day one is the first time a motherfucker, since day one, since she was 16 years old, you went against all these people for this girl.
SPEAKER_03Motherfucker seen me and shortly girl that be negative. I ain't never going to that and tell like tell nothing about that, tell the truth about that always.
SPEAKER_06You couldn't tell the internet nothing about her age because she was underage and you were sleeping with her and you were a grown-ass man, 25, 26 years old, 26 years old.
SPEAKER_03Live by one thing, I'm gonna protect you. I'll take it to the chin as long as you go up, I'm cool with it. But it's and it and it gets to the point, like I don't went through everything with this girl, bro, from uh from the lawsuits, bro. From the blackmailing me, putting me in jail, nigga, nigga. I don't I don't nigga name, nigga. I don't went through this shit, nigga. I don't I don't went through this shit, nigga with my my chest up, nigga. My head up, nigga, my chest up, nigga, I don't went through this shit privately, nigga.
SPEAKER_08He confirmed they broke up because he was a serial cheater. His own words. He claimed he kept their private issues off the internet out of respect for her. He said he still has love for her and did not want to tear her down publicly. He claimed he actually protected her by keeping certain information to himself. Tatiana responded with a voice note immediately after. She said, You're sick. You and everybody around you knew I wasn't supposed to see the day of light right now. All the stuff you were doing to me, I wasn't supposed to be here right now. So don't get up on this internet and lie.
SPEAKER_0115 year olds, nigga. And you have motherfucking kids in your crib that are 15 years old, and you're fucking he's 15 years old. He's 15 year olds. It's not okay. That nigga really needs help. He needs help and nobody's helping him, bro. The nigga needs help. Y'all motherfuckers let artists get away with anything they want to get away with. This nigga needs real help. He's sick. It boosts his ego to expose girls to other girls. Nigga, there's no reason dirty bitches should have a video be stuck in your dick. And I'm supposed to just sit here. Let a nigga slide. Living your truth. Accept your flaws. Give your life to freaking God, gang. Get some help. Why your mama not helping you? Why is your badly not helping you, gang? You need help. The shit you're doing is sick. And I didn't know because I was underage two. I didn't understand. And now that I understand and I see everything for what it is, you're fucking sick. You're sick. You and everybody around you knew I wasn't supposed to see the day of light right now. All this shit you was doing to me, I wasn't supposed to be here right now. You know that? Your friends know that. Your family know that. So don't get up on his internet lie.
SPEAKER_08You put me through a That response, I wasn't supposed to be here right now, is a line that changed the tone of this from a celebrity drama to something much darker. Epic Records, one of his label affiliations, reportedly held a meeting in March 2026 after learning there was an explicit video of Tatiana circulating. She accused them of running a smear campaign against her in retaliation for speaking out. Charleston White, controversial as he is, went public defending Boston Richie, placing blame on Tatiana and on her parents for allowing a 17-year-old girl to be in that environment in the first place.
SPEAKER_06That's the main conversation in our community. Well, where was the parents? They didn't care. What if they didn't care? You know, we see that situation happening in our schools. You know, our the kids can't eat, so if parents can't afford to feed the kids, then let the kids starve. Well, where are the parents? They don't care. We should just let the kids starve. We should let the kids be targeted. We should let the teenagers be tricked and manipulated and placed in a vulnerable situation because the parents didn't care. So if your parents don't care about you, just know that that gives a warrant for everybody else. That warrants everybody else not to give a f about you. Sorry. I mean, there's a lot of parents that don't give a f about their kids. There's a lot of parents that just had kids for the f of it. I hope that Tatiana Hills and really can walk away from this Boston Richie situation. He'll be with another girl, he'll drop another hit. I like some of his music, he'll drop another hit, he'll move on, you know. But I put the two stories together because one of the similarities, and two, because the reason why no one cares about what Tatiana is saying when she is saying I wasn't even supposed to be here is because she made it out alive. Had she not made it, like Celeste, it would be, oh, Boston, oh, where were all everybody that was around them? Y'all don't give a f. No one gives a f. She's still alive, and that's why no one cares. And that's why he'll continue on. And he'll find someone younger in a different country. They'll just change up the ways. They'll just become more meticulous, but they're not gonna do better. Let me know what you felt about this episode. Let me know what you feel about David. Do you believe that he deserves the death penalty? Do you think that Boston Richie needs to go to jail? Or do you agree with Charleston White that because you know her parents didn't care and because no adult cared, then that leaves 16, 17, 15, 14, 13, 11 year olds out for the count. Every man for themselves, if your parents don't give a f, then no one gives a f. Even if your parents do care, we still don't care. Because that's the truth. That's the part that nobody wants to say out loud. If you support this channel and want to support me, go to keteset.com and buy a growing through a journal and a balance in my bullshit plurnal. And until next time, wow, I shh, I will holler.
