Spinning the Pike — A Word for This Time
This is not a word for a year.
This is a word for the hour.
Something is turning.
Something is tightening.
Something is being tuned in the earth.
There is a sound forming
through pressure, through separation, through hidden victory.
What feels like compression is not destruction.
It is alignment.
What feels like loss is not abandonment.
It is distinction.
What sounds like chaos is being refined into clarity.
The Kingdom is adjusting the signal.
Many are following noise.
Many are following movement.
Many are following sheep.
But the remnant is learning to hear the Shepherd.
We do not live by the crowd.
We do not move by urgency.
We do not bow to the rhythm of this world.
We follow one Voice.
This is the hour for discernment.
The hour to test every word.
The hour to return to the Lord and keep what truly bears witness.
He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

Your seed helps pour out the oil and awaken the remnant.
Welcome to the Mirologist Podcast. I'm your host, Marissa St. Luke, and this will be the first of several short bonus episodes. Listen, once you start stirring up the gift of prophecy and you build yourself up in the most holy faith, you get into this revelation tunnel. So today I am releasing a Rhema word for this season because there is a sound that needs to be released. And before I release this word, I want to say this clearly and carefully. What I'm sharing is what I have heard over and over again in my spirit in probably the past three months or so, all rolled into one. So this is a word for the rib that has been pulled out of the body of Christ. It's a timely word, but it is not something that I'm asking you to accept blindly. Scripture instructs us to test every word. So I share this with humility and with the fear of the Lord. I'm very intentional not to add to what I've heard and not to subtract from it. This is not an AI-produced word as a lot of people are doing right now. But this is why it's so important to judge every word and take it back into prayer. Ask God whether this seed is for you, if it's for now, or maybe another season. Because the kingdom of God is like a garden. Not every seed is meant for the same soil, and not every planting is meant for the same hour. Wisdom in this season looks like this: running back to the Lord and asking him to press this into your soil and asking him if this will grow well in your season. So, with that posture, I'm gonna release what I was given. This is the season of the voice of the shepherd that will pierce straight through these airways, cutting through distraction, cutting through confusion and noise and clanging symbols. It will produce a holy and a righteous urgency in those who hear it, an increase in the fear of the Lord, an increase in seeking Him alone, and a relinquishing of everything else that has robbed our attention and our affection. There is a sound of hidden victory rising, and it is coming from a very small group, not a loud group, not a visible group, not a celebrated group, a hidden one. It is the sound of provision kept in reserve. This is the sound of the hidden manna, the extra manna given on the sixth day, stored for Sabbath, sustaining a people who had no other source, a desperate people, a dependent people, a hungry and a thirsty people. These are those that are handpicked by God. They were filtered out of slavery and led straight into distress, led into unknown territory, scorching winds blowing over them, no landmarks, no familiarity, no backup plan, no safety and zero comfortability. Their feet treading as pioneers. It looked like the march of death. It felt like their greatest loss, their highest mountain thus far. I heard the echoes of the voices saying, But I could have served you quietly in Egypt, though. And the Lord says, I've called you into the wilderness so that your obedience would have a sound. That sound is quietly stockpiling victory, and the Lord says, It is me, it is my finger sharpening the blade. And what seemed like delay was actually a setup for distinction. What looked like lack was actually a separation on purpose, and what looked like weakness was dependence being perfected. And now I am turning the tables. This is it. It's time. The door of the ark is about to shut, and it's time to run. I know that you're limping, but I'm gonna need you to sprint. Do you want to be made well? Because as you sprint this time around, this process of your yes will release identity, and I will wave my flag at the finish line. Some of you are already assuming a ribbon at the end of the race. You're fighting the good fight of faith. So you think, but you have not seen the confusion that is about to be poured out. Sprint from all other noise, because this is the moment. Run from distraction, run from divided attention, from the constant pull to be informed, affirmed, entertained, or outraged. It is not the time to manage noise. It is the time to flee it. Because there is only one indicator in Revelation for finding our bridegroom. Only one, that my sheep hear my voice, and they follow the Lamb wherever he goes. And over and over again, the Spirit says, To those who have an ear, let them hear what the Spirit is saying, not what culture is saying, not what politics are saying, not what fear is saying, not even the predictions of my word that you have been trying to figure out. Because when it shows up in the earth, you have already missed it. Listen to what the Spirit is saying. This is an hour to be like Simeon, a man who waited, who listened, and who recognized Jesus. When others missed his first coming, he did not need consensus, he did not need confirmation. He heard the Spirit and he moved. This is an hour to be like Anna, who stayed, who fasted, who worshiped, and who did not waste her voice. This is an hour to be like John the Baptist, a man with fervent fire locked on the inside of him, a man who rejected the honorary priesthood that he already inherited, a man who chose the wilderness over recognition, a man who said, I must decrease so that he can increase, because preparation for the Lord has always happened in obscurity. Their seeing him was the mature tree, not the seed. This is no longer the year of exposure. This is the season of the bridal chamber. The bridal chamber is not public, it is enclosed, compressed, and sealed on purpose. Sound is not born in noise. Authority is not conceived in public view. And I hear the words that this is what real proximity looks like. When the courts of heaven know your voice, there is a sound that is forming in that chamber. And the Lord says, Yes, it is me this time. Not noise, not performance, not volume, but my covenant sound to come and to lean on your beloved. And last year, about December time, I heard the words very clear. I didn't know what it meant at first, but I heard spinning the pike. I'm spinning the pike. And I had no idea that the spear that was used to pierce the side of Jesus, they called a pike back then. And so the Lord was revealing to me that this sound already begun at the cross when the spear pierced his side, when blood and water came out, when he was opened for us. And when that pike was turned, the wound became a door. And from his side, the hidden bride was drawn out. And I saw the Lord taking that spear, the pike, and he was spinning it around. And I just kept hearing, spinning the pike, spinning the pike, and I began to see that the air itself began to turn, as if he was weaving justice with the same instrument that was meant to murder his bride. The same hand that sowed the seed is now turning the tables. And there is a rhythm that I heard whooshing sounds with the spear, a cadence, and I wrote down a lining furrows, mocking boundaries, setting every stalk straight before the wind. And he so effortlessly boasts it is finished. Grace has done its work. Fruit is bent heavy on the stem. And as he's turning the spear, the fields are humming like strings on a harp. God is tuning the earth towards the Lord of the Sabbath. This season is the season when the spear becomes a plow and the wind becomes a song. And I keep getting this over and over again. He walks amongst the lampstands. If you want to know what's on his heart, if you want to see him where he is, he walks amongst the lampstand. Seven lampstands, seven lamps of fire burning. That's where he is. He is inspecting, he is tending, correcting, dividing, sustaining. So we have no excuse. The bride knows where to find him now. She follows the lamb who walks amongst the lampstands. And you know what? The bride is here, and she's coming up from the wilderness and she's leaning on her beloved, hearing his voice, carrying a sound. She smells like myrrh, Song of Songs says. She's been formed under the weight. So, Father, on behalf of the people watching right now, I just come before you and I ask that every word that's been released only remain where it belongs, and let every true seed take root deeply. And what's not from you, let it fall away quietly, without harm, without confusion, and I just ask that every seed that has been planted would rise to its full potential. As the Holy Spirit begins to drizzle dew from heaven, softening the soil, feeding what is hidden, strengthening what is fragile, and let the Holy Spirit tend the soil, opening the hearing of those who are listening. Consecrate not only the ground of our hearts, but the gates of our ears. Place binoculars in our ears, that we would not only hear what is near, but we would perceive what is coming. Apply your blood to our right ear as you did for the priests, because we are now priests and kings unto the order of Melchizedek. Wash our ear gates clean of every competing frequency, every familiar voice, every counterfeit sound. Let nothing take root that did not come from you and flood our hearing now with revelation. Words that belong to the kingdom, not of this world, train us to recognize the shepherd's voice so clearly, so distinctly, that when he moves, that we follow without hesitation. Let growth come without striving, and let fruit come in at his appointed time. We receive only what is from you, and we release everything back to you. We trust you alone to bring the increase. Thank you. Amen. So this is an exciting moment in history. This is what the bride has been waiting for, and this is what the Spirit of God is producing in the earth right now. His ways are higher than our ways, his thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Scripture shows us that God often reveals seasons before he reveals fulfillment. The book of Daniel was so accurate in discerning the season of the Messiah's first coming, but only the spiritually blind missed him. And in this same way, I'm not claiming that this is the word of the year for 2026. I'm simply recognizing a threshold and a season that I see that the Spirit of God is producing the separation, the refinement, the returning to hearing and the preparation of a bride. And it points to a people being made ready. We don't tick to a clock, we check what the Lord is saying. Not in this hour, not in this minute, but in this moment. It is moment by moment now. We don't follow the sheep either. We run to the lamb. That's what makes this time exciting. Knowing who we are listening for. I want to thank you for listening because now is the time to wake up sleeping beauty. And I ask that you like and subscribe. Because listen, I can only share this oil until 12 o'clock, and it's 1159. So if you have ears to hear and oil to keep the seven lamps of fire burning, stay awake, stay ready, and stay close.
