Latina Entrepreneur: Systems, Income , Work Life Balance, Clarity, Cash Flow
Are you the go-to for everything in your business?
Does your team constantly depend on you to make decisions?
If you're tired of working this hard and still feel behind, you're in the right place.
I am so excited you're here! This podcast will help you create simple systems, define clear roles and build operational structure so your business can grow without depending entirely on you.
Hola, I'm Annia.
I'm a Christian business owner, wife, and a mom of 3. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs on both sides, grew my business to six-figures my first full year in business. Business conversation, strategies have always been part of my life. I watched some family members build incredible businesses, and I watched others struggle, burn out and never quite break through.
And here's what I noticed.
The ones who struggled weren't less talented. They weren't less hardworking. They were the go-to for everything. No boundaries. No systems. No separation between family and business. They treated their business as their baby, and they carried all of it.
At one point, I was running operations for two different businesses at the same time. Exhausted, believing that if I just worked more, everything would stabilize.
But more hours were not the answer.
Structure was the answer. Creating clear roles. Clear responsibilities. Repeatable systems and processes. The kind that allow a business to grow without collapsing under pressure.
That's when I fell in love with simple systems thinking, not fancy tech, but operational clarity that allows you to scale sustainably and lead like a CEO.
This podcast will help you build systems thinking skills, create systems your business needs for growth, remove yourself from daily chaos, and create operational clarity so scaling feels sustainable instead of stressful.
If you're ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building a business that runs with structure...
This podcast is for you.

Hasta luego, amigas. Bendiciones.
Have you ever been at the top or the peak of whatever you have built and then fell a pool to leave everything behind? Well, I'm gonna tell you this from a story that happened to me actually. I was at the highest peak of my corporate career. Hola amigas, this podcast is for Latina entrepreneurs building businesses while navigating faith, culture, and yes, motherhood. We unpack how your story shaped your leadership and build real life systems that help you grow without burning out. This is where Cultura meets strategy. So let's go. I was at the highest peak of my corporate career. I really was excited to be where I was. You know, I was getting paid money that I never thought I would get to. And I was enjoying it. I was enjoying the moment. But at the same time, I had that pool. The I don't know what happened during that time, but I had that biggest pool to really start something new. And that's when I decided to start my business. Now, when I started to share my excitement with others around me, most of the time, people would tell me, don't do it. Anya, don't do it. Are you crazy? Like you work so hard to get to where you are and you're just gonna walk away. Or they would tell me, Well, if you leave, you're probably not gonna get that position ever again. And you know, I never I was not angry at them. I was nothing like that. I I know that they weren't wrong, you know, but those were their beliefs. Those were beliefs that shape their experiences, their fears, their definition of what success looks like. And a lot of the times I see this when I talk to my clients during coaching sessions, that they start bringing all these fears, and because they start hearing the voices, and when I'm asking, why are you listening to this? Who tells you this stuff? You know, they're like, well, it's because you know they've been through it, they gone, and that's okay. Well, that's their that's their worries, that's their fears. You are you, we are us, and our brains are trained to go immediately to a place of comfort, to the place of you know, remembering the past, and that brings out the fear in us because we're like, yeah, I remember being stuck in this place, or I remember not having money, and am I gonna be in this place again if I do this? Well, you know, that is all to say that our brain feels like doesn't have data or information to be able to compensate for this new thing that you're bringing in. But that's also a lie. If you have a thought or something you're envisioning, you know, that you want more of or you want something new, that's okay. But you have that fear, it's like, well, if you don't have the data to confirm it, then build it. You know, for example, but if you do, then look for it. And what I mean by this is like, you know, sometimes we don't look back and we say, hey, well, if I want to start a business, but I've never done this before, what makes me credible or aligned with this position that I can do? What have I done in the past? Well, I've built relationships, I know how to build connections, I know how to talk to customers, I know how to look for their needs, you know. I am organized, I am this, I am that, and you start building that, that's information, and you'll start seeing and feeling that fear to reduce, that noise, those voices to start going away. And if you don't have the data and information, but you have a plan, then look at that plan and say, Well, I plan to do this, you know, A, I plan to do B, I plan to do C. And then today I'm gonna focus on these three things, and then tomorrow I'm gonna do that, and it's all laid out for me. And you know what? That fear is gonna reduce because it's information that you're feeding it. It's crazy, it's crazy, but it's true, it goes away. That all those voices and all that noise goes away. So, why do we sometimes buy into other people's fears? Why does this voice of doubt get so loud that we don't even know what we want? Like it gets us confused. So here's what science tells us when we step into an unfamiliar territory, like a new career, a new identity, a new version of ourselves, our brains sounds the alarm. They say, like, nah, you know, alarm. This is the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for detecting threats. And here's the key it cannot tell the difference between physical danger and uncertain future. Research shows from like neuroscientists that others in the field of decision and neuroscience show that when we lack data, when there's no blueprint, no proof of concept, no one looks like us who have done it before, our brains default to fear. It's not weakness, it's biology. The brain is literally protecting you from the unknown by flagging it's dangerous. And that's why I don't have enough information. Feels like this is a terrible idea. I know it's crazy, right? But the brain is not fixed, the brain is not sentenced to have fear in us all the time. What we can do, and what you can do, it's build that new data, as I've been saying. Every time you take a step in a direction, what you actually want, you're feeding your brain with evidence. You're saying, look, we survived this. I grew from this, I overcame that challenge. It took time, then the responses of the data begin to override those old fears. Think of it like reprogramming your brain. You know, you look back at those moments where you took a risk and where it paid off, and even those small ways will start to create new information, new pathways in your brain. So here's what I want you to hear today. Asking for abundance is not greedy. Abundance is your natural state. The fear, the voice that stay small, stay safe, stay where people can see you. That's the unnatural thing. And that's why it feels unnatural and fear comes in. When I left corporate, I wasn't abandoning what I built. I was adding to it. I was saying this foundation is strong enough that I can go further and I trust myself enough to take the leap. And the people who tried to talk me out of it, I didn't hold them against them. You know, they were speaking out of their own data, their own history. My job wasn't to convince them. My job was to build my own data. So I want to leave you with this today. What is the thing you keep almost asking for all the time? Is it the promotion? Is it the business? Is it the relationship? The life? What is the abundance that lives just on the other side of fear? Thank you so much, amigas. If today's episode resonated with you, please share it with somebody who needs to hear it. And if you're ready to start building your own data, stepping into abundance, I'd love to hear from you. Leave a comment, send a message, and let's keep this conversation going. On to the next day.
