Are you the go-to for everything in your business?
Does your team constantly depend on you to make decisions?
If you're tired of working this hard and still feel behind, you're in the right place.
I am so excited you're here! This podcast will help you create simple systems, define clear roles and build operational structure so your business can grow without depending entirely on you.
Hola, I'm Annia.
I'm a Christian business owner, wife, and a mom of 3. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs on both sides, grew my business to six-figures my first full year in business. Business conversation, strategies have always been part of my life. I watched some family members build incredible businesses, and I watched others struggle, burn out and never quite break through.
And here's what I noticed.
The ones who struggled weren't less talented. They weren't less hardworking. They were the go-to for everything. No boundaries. No systems. No separation between family and business. They treated their business as their baby, and they carried all of it.
At one point, I was running operations for two different businesses at the same time. Exhausted, believing that if I just worked more, everything would stabilize.
But more hours were not the answer.
Structure was the answer. Creating clear roles. Clear responsibilities. Repeatable systems and processes. The kind that allow a business to grow without collapsing under pressure.
That's when I fell in love with simple systems thinking, not fancy tech, but operational clarity that allows you to scale sustainably and lead like a CEO.
This podcast will help you build systems thinking skills, create systems your business needs for growth, remove yourself from daily chaos, and create operational clarity so scaling feels sustainable instead of stressful.
If you're ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building a business that runs with structure...
This podcast is for you.

Hasta luego, amigas. Bendiciones.
Hola amigas, this podcast is for Latina entrepreneurs building businesses while navigating faith, culture, and yes, motherhood. We unpack how your story shapes your leadership and build real life systems that help you grow without burning out. This is where Kurtura meets strategy. So let's go. Most people don't struggle with delegation. They struggle because no one taught them how to decide what to hand off and when to know when they're ready. And today we'll talk about simple ways to get unstuck. All right, so delegation actually starts with clarity, not people. Sometimes I hear, you know, founders say, hey, you know, well, I'll start delegating when I hire this person so they can do XYZ. That is good that you want to hire somebody to do those things and that you know that you have to offload some of those tasks that you're doing that you shouldn't be doing, but we have to have clarity because most of the time, especially as we're starting our business or we're in the middle of running our business, we've been operators for longer than we want to be. And so everything is living inside of our heads, and it feels equally urgent and equally important. And our brain can't prioritize if there's no structure. And so that is what is called cognitive overload. So it's like when you are ready to do a, I don't know, do your do a blog, for example, and you open up your laptop, you open up uh a Google form or whatever it is that you're gonna use to document what you're gonna write, and then all of a sudden you're like, wait, I hold on, I need to open up this other system. And then before you even write, you're like, okay, well, now I need some music, so let me put some music on. And then even before that, then you're like, oh well, wait, hold on. I need to turn on a candle so that I can relax and I can feel in that place where I can write. And so you've done so many things on top of probably other thinkings before you even started writing the thing. And that's okay, it happens to all of us, but it's awareness of how many decisions you just made in such a small amount of time, even when you were trying to execute. So holding on to everything is heavy and it and it weighs on you, especially for us, because as women, we want to make sure that everything's is in order, you know, that nothing happens to whatever we're doing, because we want to have some type of control. That's the word. We want to be able to control a lot of things, and that's what most of the time can feel draining and burned out comes in and and stress, right? All of those things happen because we are not wanting to let go of things, but clarity will make delegation possible, making sure that you know what you want to have the other person do. And then that person of the hired is actually a secondary step, it's not the first step because you know, sometimes, like I said, people think when I hire that person, then I can delegate, but you need to really understand and be clear what are you really gonna delegate? And so that's the next question I want you to ask is what actually requires me? And I'm like raising my hand, right? Like that little emoji that has her hand raised up. What actually requires me? So flip the question and stop asking, what can I delegate? And start asking what actually needs me in this process, what actually has to have my approval in order for that to move forward. You're probably doing things that you don't need your brain at all for, you know, and when you hire that person, you have that clarity, you can say you can do that because that really didn't require me. It just took time away from what I needed to do, right? But it doesn't really anybody can do this. Like, for example, putting mail and stamps in an envelope doesn't require much. Anybody can do that, but if you're doing it, then that's time that's taken away, that's that's energy that's getting removed because you're not you're not living in your zone, you're not living where you should be, you know, where you bring actually the value of that leadership, and so you're probably doing everything, and you're not bringing clarity to what your role really is. So ask yourself, what actually needs me? The next thing is start with categories and not perfection. So really, our brains love, love, love structure, love the structure. Even when you start thinking, let's say like even right now, like take a pause, right? And and just everything that's running in your head, if you stop for a minute and say, okay, I need to ask myself these four questions in order to move forward and to get clarity. So you're gonna ask yourself, what do I do every single week on repeat or every single day? What am I doing every single day or every single week on repeat? And then write it down. What drains me even when things go well? That's another thing. It's like even when you know you're excited, but it kind of drains you, like try to identify those things, write them down. And then what could somebody else learn with a little guidance? You know, what can some what can what can somebody else do that doesn't require too much training, but somebody else can do? Taking it off my plate, right? And then what doesn't actually require my level of thinking or decision making? And those are important as well. So write them down, seriously, get it out of your head, put it on paper. You're not delegating at this point, you're just creating a list and creating awareness for yourself to see from like the outside looking in, like, okay, well, this is what I where I'm needed in the process, and I here I am doing like five steps when I really should only be doing one. So that gives you awareness. And most people skip this step and they go straight to who can do this. No, you have to be able to understand what really the process is, what really still requires you, and what doesn't. So always make sure you know that the awareness is first. Make sure you understand what the steps that you need to be involved and steps that you don't need to be involved, and then the action. Take the action of what to do or who's gonna do that next. And the last point is delegation is a leadership shift. Letting go means trusting somebody else to do it differently. Keyword, differently than you. And that's okay. We have to be able to understand that and be able to release that resistance. Like that is hard sometimes to do for us because we've been doing things a certain way, um, especially me. Like, I know when I hired somebody, I wanted that person to do the same thing exactly how I was doing it, and um, and that's just because I was afraid of something, you know, breaking along the way. But when I had realized was, you know, I hired this person because she had some set of skills that were needed that I didn't have, and I need to be able to talk to her to to figure out, hey, is there a better way to do this? And when you do that, you bring so much autonomy of growth for your team to be able to work better together, and that starts by releasing, by being able to uh talk to them in a way that is more of like space for them to be able to give suggestions because more than likely they're gonna be in the weeds, or they should be, because you are not supposed to be in them anymore, and they will be able to provide a value because of things that are not working and things that need to be fixed, or things that are working, and how can we multiply those things, right? So building that within your team and is by like really starting to let go, and letting go means that other people will do things a little different than you because if you want to do everything the way you want to do, then you're still being stuck doing the things. All right, I mean guys, I hope that this shorty but goody episode helped you to understand a delegation and what really is required before you take that step forward. And if you know of anybody that would love to hear this episode, please share it. If you have questions, you know where to find me. And yeah, that's all I have for you today, amigas. Blessings, unfortunately,
