All Books, No Chill
All Books No Chill is a solo-host book podcast for people who read to feel something and then need to talk about it immediately. Each episode dives into one book at a time—celebrating beautiful writing, unpacking big feelings, and openly grieving bad endings.
This isn’t a plot summary podcast. It’s a conversation about why stories matter, how books help us find friendship, and what happens when a story misses the mark. Expect chaotic honesty, emotional spirals, feminist rage, quiet heartbreak, and recurring segments like Would I Recommend This to My Therapist?
If you’ve ever finished a book and wished you had someone to scream about it with—welcome. You’re among friends.

In this episode of All Books No Chill, I’m diving into Wish You Were Here by Jodi Picoult, a pandemic novel that hit a little closer to home than I expected. What starts as a story about art, ambition, and a once-in-a-lifetime trip quickly turns into something much heavier, asking big questions about grief, identity, and what happens when the life you planned disappears overnight.
We talk plot twists (yes, that one), the emotional whiplash of reading pandemic fiction post-2020, and why the first half of this book completely worked for me… while the ending left me conflicted. I also unpack themes of art, meaning, burnout, and how easy it is to lose ourselves chasing the “right” version of adulthood.
