Maha is pissed. I could have told them this was going to happen. Here's a quote from twenty twenty-four. The herbicide glyphosate is one of the likely culprits in America's chronic disease epidemic, much more widely used here than in Europe. Shockingly, much of our exposure comes from its use as a desiccant, aka moisture absorbent, on wheat, not as an herbicide. From there, it goes straight into our bodies. My USDA will ban that practice. That is Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in 2024. I don't know about you, but I am feeling the quick energy like nothing I've experienced before. Yet we are just in the building stage of what comes next for each of us. Friday's full moon in Scorpio requires alchemizing through the body, starting right now. Ignore prompts from your brain that will grab thoughts you do not need to trigger a reaction. It's really important that you physically alchemize emotions and release them as you work out in the gym or take a walk or take a run or piddling around in your garden, whatever. I'm Taylor Marsh. Welcome to Blue My Mind. Humans are geared to search for spiritual connection to explain life. Organized religion in all its forms is how humans understand our existence. I am still moved by the rituals of my church, but experience shifted life beyond my Episcopalian teachings. By the way, I have to add right here that it was really wonderful to see the Pope and the Episcopalian leader meet this week. It was wonderful. The stars, planets, and universe are not for pleasure alone. Experience has taught me there is a mysterious synchronicity between human life and the universe, and God energy plays the integral role. You know, there's been a lot of social media buzz about the big shift in energies of the universe this week. The astrology community that I peek in on was all a buzz. Air energy combined with great awakening and karmic justice visits a zodiac sign from the universe that dances between the physical and the spiritual. This energetic will become our first retrograde of 2026 from May 6th to October 15th, an interior time for deep renovation on what has come before and need not come with us going forward. As everyone talks about financial challenges and breaking points, one issue of retrograde disturbance will be from October 3rd through November 13th, which is at the peak of the midterm elections in the United States. The energy of love beauty could emphasize could make the economic climate rocky, to say the least. This energy includes what we as humans already understand, the things that give life joy, that bring beauty to our eyes, what what we love is also included, as well as the financial markets. There is, however, no way to predict how markets will react to energy. Only the foreshadowing of factors that could pinpoint a stressor. In my judgment, the financial factor is already happening, but could crescendo during the time I just mentioned. Which brings me to the White House correspondence dinner this past weekend. The mentalist, as he is called, was a guest about to perform for everyone when gunfire rang out. Let me be blunt about the White Horse Co the Wh White House Correspondence Association dinner. Why in the world would any legit journalist attend a dinner where the primary guest is a man who targets journalists, networks, and all independent newsmakers? It's one thing to cover the dinner as the New York Times does every year, but it is an embarrassment in the extreme to appear to honor a man who stands against the First Amendment every chance he gets. Enter Jimmy Kimmel. Yes? Again. Melania Trump jumped into the fray against Kimmel after a joke he made the Thursday before the dinner, saying Melania had a glow, quote, like an expectant widow, end quote, which she called atrocious behavior, in an expo in an ex post demanding Kimmel's firing. Kimmel said the joke revolved around their difference in age. Now Melania too wants him fired. I guess that self-serving press conference she did recently found a target, finally. Took her a while, and even then, she missed. Disney responded via semaphore, quote, ABC and its stations have a long record of operating in full compliance with FCC rules and serving their local communities with trusted news, emergency information, and public interest programming. We are confident that record demonstrates our continued qualifications as licensees under the Communications Act and the First Amendment and are prepared to show that through the appropriate legal channels. Well done. All right, that's an end quote. We either my my position is we either have a First Amendment or we do not. Viewers decide what should not be on TV or not. If people do not want Kimmel on air, guess what? His ratings will crater and he will be canceled for cause. End of story. Trump's lackey at the FCC is coming for Disney Disney's license anyway. Stay tuned. This leaves me back again to the White Ho White House Correspondent Association's dinner and the mentalist. Oz Perlman was about to perform when shots were heard. Turns out the gunfire came from the floor above the event, a terrifying sound, I am sure. I know this because my husband is a gun expert who taught me how to shoot. I know how loud gunfire can be, even on the floor above. And thankfully, few no one was uh seriously injured. There is news that one secret servant service agent was taken to the hospital and released after treatment. That's all I know. Search for more. John Stewart made a uh pointed joke about the mentalist on the Daily Show on Monday night. Others have too, if saying if he is a mentalist, he should have predicted a shooting was about to happen. Now it is a misnomer to tag the mentalist as psychic or clairvoyant. Oz Perlman is a gifted entertainer in the art of manipulation, not unlike a magician. This is a learned skill. It is not an across the veil psychic phenomena. Fascinating, even shocking, but in the end, the mentalist is working with his brain and information he can gather about people made into a predictive performance that is so exciting to watch. It is trained and cultivated through years of hard work, in my opinion. The mentalist could not have known about the gunman because he is tapping his brain. He uses his brain and research to acquire enough facts that he can create an event that entertains, distracts, and seduces audiences. Mr. Porlman's cognitive talents are honed and spectacular. The mentalist is a wonderful thing to watch or witness, but it is not clairvoyant or psychic in nature. I say this as an expert on the mysterious and the art of psychic phenomenon. Who cares how it happens if you are entertained, right? The po performance is spellbinding and fun. No psychic gift required. There are so many issues flying before our eyes. The difficulty in keeping up with the news will only grow more intense. This is the era we have entered. This is air energy at its most powerful, with quickness, communication, and all things tech and AI speeding through our eyes. See the lawsuit between Elon Musk and Sam Altman. One big element that put Trump in office is Maha, Make America Healthy Again. The topic of the first episode of this podcast. Well, Maha Mavens yesterday protested in front of the Supreme Court with a crowd that was considerably less than anticipated. Crowds expected and publicized were in the thousands. But only a few hundred showed up, if that. Quote, right now inside that building, Monsanto Bear will be arguing for the right to poison us and not be held accountable. They want us, they want to give us cancer and get away with it, end quote. That is Vonnie Hari, the food babe. That's how she's known. Congressman Shelley Pingry of a Democrat from Maine, and Congressman Thomas Massey, a Republican from Kentucky, have produced an amendment to the farm bill entitled, quote, No Immunity for Glyphosate Act, which was announced at the rally on Monday. The issue is an open wound for Maha as it stands now. The Supreme Court case involved is Monsanto v. Durnell. Trump signed an executive order shielding companies with glyphosate in their herbicides, citing national security as cover in February of 2026. All hell broke loose. Here is a portion of the executive order. Quote, elemental phosphorus is also a critical precursor element for the production of glyphosate-based herbicides, which play a critical role in maintaining America's agricultural advantage by enabling farmers to efficiently and cost-effectively produce food and livestock feed. As the most widely used crop protection tools in United States agriculture, glyphosate-based herbicides are a cornerstone of this nation's agricultural productivity and rural economy, allowing United States farmers and ranchers to maintain high yields and low production costs while ensuring that healthy, affordable food options remain within reach for all American families, end quote. Under the cover of an excuse that limiting glyphosate will, quote, critically jeopardize agricultural productivity, end quote, Trump claims in the executive order that it is all about, and here we go, this is another part of the order, ensuring, quote, ensuring an adequate supply of elemental phosphorus and glyphosate based herbicides is thus crucial to the national security and defense, including food supply security, which is essential to protecting the health and safety of Americans. Excuse me, but this is bullshit. Follow the money. Starting with Susie Wiles, Trump's chief of staff. Mrs. Wiles is a former partner of Ballad Partners, a firm that has represented Bayer. Quote, glyphosate oh no, this isn't quote. Sorry, this is me. This is my quote. Glyphosate has a connection to white phosphorus, which is used in munitions, thus Trump's tortured connection to national security. White phosphorus. Think about it. Google white phosphor white phosphorus, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Again, follow the money from the American Prospect in April. Trump quote Trump's return to the White House created new opportunities for Bayer's Roundup immunity campaign. Though the can't company had spent relatively little on political campaigns and federal elections in the past, it contributed $1 million to Trump's 2025 inauguration, according to data compiled by Open Secrets. Bayer also spent $1.2 million in 2025 to hire scores of lobbyists from more than a dozen firms to push its agenda in Congress and multiple executive branch departments, according to a report by the public health research and news site U.S. Right to Know, and data from Open Secrets. Many of those lobbyists have close ties to members of the Trump administration, including Chief of Staff Susie Wiles and recently fired Attorney General Pam Bondi, giving Bayer an inside track at the White House, Department of Justice, EPA, and Department of Agriculture, among other offices and agencies. End quote. RFK Jr.'s statement on X, however, was a lethal blow to Maha and the people who put them in office. Here's a snapshot of RFK Jr.'s 605-word defense of Trump's executive order on X, which is linked to a political report on the betrayal. Kennedy lies from the jump. Quote, I will always tell the American people the truth. Pesticides and herbicides are toxic by design, engineered to kill living organisms. When we apply them across millions of acres and allow them into our food system, we put Americans at risk. Chemical manufacturers have paid tens of billions of dollars to settle cancer claims linked to their products, and many agricultural communities report elevated cancer rates and chronic disease. Unfortunately, our agricultural system depends heavily on these chemicals. The U.S. represents 4% of the world's population, yet we use roughly 25% of its pesticides. Kennedy continues. If these inputs disappeared overnight, crop yields would fall, food prices would surge, and America would experience a massive loss of farms even beyond what we are witnessing today. The consequences would be disastrous. I support President Trump's executive order to bring agricultural chemical production back to the United States and end our near total reliance on adversarial nations. His EO executive order protects two pillars of national strength: our defense readiness and our food supply. Oh my gosh. Three cheers for white phosphorus, I guess. We're living in fast-moving times that can ricochet through our lives and send our nervous systems and on spin. You must take care of yourself. You gotta get off your phone and sit and sit among nature, listen to music. And on that note, um we had some big news this week. Uh Taylor Swift's uh considered one of the top 30 songwriters. Um and that's that's literally what made me a Swifty, is his is her lyrics. The other thing is we found out that Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter are dropping a new collab this week, uh, right before um uh May 1st. And it's a perfect distraction and a reminder that life is lived in the space far beyond the madness and dark energy of our current leaders in Washington, D.C. You got one choice, and it's not to keep watching this junk that Fox, you know, puts on the air and half of what CNN puts on from what I hear. I don't watch either of them. I don't watch MS Now. I I pick pick and choose my uh news from YouTube. Thank you very much. But it's really a moment. The you know, it's spring here in the United States. It really is a moment, and it's important that you that we all embrace what makes us happy and gives us joy. Whatever that is, do it. Do lots of it. Get away from your phone. The craziness, I promise you, will be here. We'll be there waiting for you after you have recharged. Anyway, it's uh it's quite a week. It's going to continue this way for a while. It's just the era we've begun is uh quite a doozy. It's for me, it's very exciting because I don't let the outside world impede what I have to do to communicate what needs to be heard and share a better way to think about life and being human. So you can reach me on taylormarsh.com, you can reach me on X, on Instagram, on Threads. I'm around. Come by, drop me a link, drop me a visit uh in the comments wherever I am. I'd love to hear from you. Thanks so much for listening. Until next time.
