I'm starting a conversation on the things that really matter. The deeper rooted issues, the controversial topics and the problems we all face in life, that many of us find it too taboo or difficult to talk about. My aim is to change societies outlook on real life struggles that we tend to hide behind closed doors; normalising conversation on our emotions, mental health, grief, body, gender and so much more. I want us to live in a world where we come together to communicate and support with one another, finding inspiration, joy and humour along the way. Enjoy!

In this Episode I speak with the incredible Pauline Moriarty all about mental health in children, and her tragic first hand experience of it with her daughter Jenna.
I honestly felt moved in ways I couldn't imagine hearing Pauline's story while we talked all about the importance of children's mental health and why we should never undermine the way a child thinks and feels.
