Welcome back to the Align Business Show. Today we're going to dive into the four places that you can check your business for alignment because there are really only four places to look when you want to make sure that you are on your own track, feeling the flow and really walking your path and doing things in your business the way that you're meant to do them. And I see so many solopreneurs fuck this up because they look for the solution in the wrong place, or they actually only think there is one or two places to look for alignment. And they feel like they're doing it right. They feel like they are showing up as them. They feel like they are offering the things that they want to offer, and they can't understand why things feel so hard, or why they aren't satisfied, why they aren't feeling the joy, why they aren't feeling the fulfillment that comes with having a business that is 100% you. So these four areas are key to look through and kind of figure out where are you in the grand scheme of it all? And you can do this in many ways. You can draw a circle with, you know, you you know this pie chart where you have the bigger circle and the bigger circle and the bigger circle. So it's kind of like levels. And the closer you get to the center, the less you feel you are on track, the less you feel satisfied, the less you feel you are really nailing it. And the closer you get to the edge of the circle, and you can just like do four layers. You don't need 10 or something like that. You can just do four. The closer you get to the edge, the more you feel like this is it. This feels really amazing. I can't really imagine it being any better. And then life will show you how it can get better. But you are really grateful, you are really satisfied. You can do it like that. You can just have a conversation with yourself and really be honest. Where do I feel there is a drop of energy? Where do I feel there is like, oh, not really, or it doesn't really feel that great. And if you are a generator or manifesting generator, please use your sacral response. Please use that feeling that you have of immediate bodily response of yeah, or oh no, because that will guide you so far. So the four areas are your offers. And when I talk about your offers, I also talk about your prices. I do not have your prices as an area on its own. And it's your marketing, the way you market, the way you show up, the way you think you have to sell the thing, all the things about marketing and branding, and really putting your business out there and putting your services out there. And then it's your clients. And the last part is your business structure. And I want to go through these one by one so you really get a feel of the area and how to look for alignment or misalignment. So if we start with the thing I love the most, it's your office. So whatever the service of your business is, this is the heart of your business. This is the most important thing you can ever look at. And I have yet to meet a business owner that somewhere in their office suite, if they are offering multiple things, do not have an offer that they don't like or offering it in a way that they don't like, because this is actually also the biggest area. Your offers needs to be a sold expression. Your offers need to be something you are freaking passionate about. Your offers need to be something that you cannot wait to show up and actually offer to the world and fulfill like your part, whatever it is, however you are structured it, however, however you're offering it, however your service is kind of structured together, you need to be excited about how you do it. And you can offer the right thing, like the right service, you can you can offer the right transformation and the right help. To make this easier, I'm just gonna talk about knowledge-based and and you know, really service-providing businesses. Because if you offer things, tangible things, products and stuff like that, I really hope that you are making something you like. Otherwise, this will probably not be a conversation for you. So if you are offering something that you actually love, a transformation you love, something you feel confident in, something you have achieved for yourself, something you are skilled at, something you've learned, something life has shown you, whatever. But you are not offering it in a way that feels good because maybe you feel like you have to do it in a certain way. Maybe you have been told by a coach or a mentor or a program or a guru or whatever that you have to do it this way. Maybe you feel it would be more beneficial if you did it this way. Maybe you feel like it would be valued higher if you do it that way. And if you have fallen for the whole just raise your prices and offer high-end things and then put enough stuff in there to match the price, you will most likely be completely off in offering it in a way that you actually love. So this is really, really, really important. I cannot stress how important it is to check your offers, check your services, and really be honest with yourself. Do I love what I do? Do I feel this program, this one-on-one service, this whatever I have here in my hand, I hold it in my hand. Do I feel it's something that makes my soul jump from joy? Do I feel lit up about it? Do I feel excited about it? Do I feel passionate about it? Because if you don't, there's a disconnect. And whenever there's a disconnect in what we offer, it will ripple out into any other area of our business. It will affect the people we offer to, it will affect how we sell it, it will affect how we market it. So it is the key. It is the most holy grail and heart of your business. It is offering the thing that you really, really want to offer. So if you have a lot of things, do them one by one and check each one for a few markers. Like is this something I actually feel confident about offering? Is this something that I feel like I can actually help a person with? So that's important for your confidence in showing up. That's important for the marketing part. That's important for how much dedication and commitment you have behind this offer. But also, how am I offering it? Is it one-to-one? Is it in person? Is it online? Is it DUI? Is it partly DUI? Is it a group? Is it what is it? How am I offering this service? And do I feel really excited about that? And I want to say there is a big difference between feeling comfortable and feeling excited. Because you may not feel comfortable in the way you offer it, but you may feel excited because you are growing. If you have only done one-on-one services before, you only work with one person at a time, and all of a sudden you really feel called to doing group program, it will most likely not feel comfortable, but it will feel exciting. So do not let the lack of comfort or the excitement, but kind of, ooh, this is big, or this is different, or or this is kind of scary. Don't let that fool you into believing it's wrong. And like I said, I have price as a part of this group, this one area as well. So when you have checked your offer for all the parts, all the deliverables, then check for the price. Is this the right price? Do I feel like this excites me? Do I feel like it kind of stretches me? Do I feel like it feels like this is it? And there are so many ways of nailing the right price. Like for me, I like a price that feels kind of stretchy. And FYI, it can be stretchy in both ways. I offered a few years back a group program, and the price was way lower than what I had expected it to be. And I know it can sound weird because I'm the one who set the price, so I could just change it, but I set my prices based on what my soul tells me and what my inner authority in in my human design, I'm a SQL inner authority. So I set the price and I trust the price based on the signal I get. And this was actually lower. But when I when I got to that price and got a yes, there was excitement in my body. And this turned out to be the most amazing program. And I actually got to check up, you know, uh a dream or a desire or goal from my my vision list by running this program. And it wasn't because I hadn't run programs before at a lower price point, but there was something about the alignment of this offer where I surpassed my goal by, I think it was like 25 or 30%. So it can be stretchy in both ways, but when you nail the price and there's it's a part of you, not your mind, not your logic that says, yes, this is a price, then you will be able to sell it more flowfully, more efficiently, and somehow stars will align, universe will provide the path for you to reach the right people that is a match for this price, for this program, for this journey, for this service, and the way you've structured it. So there will be, there will be kind of like divine push, there will be divine support, there will be circumstances around you that will realign to support this mission. So if you are not on board with your own price, if you do not feel like you can own your price, if you feel discouraged by your price because it's too low, if you feel like, oh shit, I'm gonna do so much and I will not be compensated, especially also if you only have a limited amount of spots. Like if you have high proximity and high high amount of one-to-one or support or coaching, or you will really be there for these people, and you can only have, let's say, 10, and the price is so low that it won't even cover your like basic costs for the month when you sell this program and when you sell out these 10 spots, then there is an internal disconnect and something is off. If you still get a yes, you need to trust and get behind this is the price, and something is gonna open up from this experience, something is gonna come of this because a lot of times what I experience with my clients and what I see true for myself, any other person that is a generator or a manifesting generator within their human design, because they have a response strategy, things will start to unfold along the way. I cannot tell you how many masterclasses I've thrown or how many like smaller journeys or programs or challenges I have hosted without really having the clear idea what it would lead to, but just trusting fully that the road would unfold as I walked it. And the most amazing things have emerged along the way and have shown the next step and the next step and the next step. So check for your price as well. Do you do you feel like it's exciting? Do you feel like it stretches you either way? Do you feel like it's the right price? Do you trust it? Are you motivated by it? Can you stand behind it? Can you stand firmly in it and really feel confident in what you're about to deliver? And yeah, feel excited for the entire journey. So if you are a visual person and you want to do the pie chart and really see where am I? How excited or not excited am I about all these things, then don't just make it for the four areas of alignment, but make it for every area within this one, within your offers, within your services. So you have what you are offering, like your actual service, the help you you are offering, the service you're offering, the knowledge, the transformation, and how you are offering. That's the second one, and then your price. These three areas within your one key alignment marker is so important to look at if you want to know if there's anything you need to adjust and if there's anything off here. Because what's off in our energy will slowly build and become bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger, right? Sometimes it just needs to reach a point in the external world where we really stop and like ask ourselves, what's happening? Why do I feel this way? Why do I not feel excited anymore about showing up for my business? Why do I not feel excited about this launch? Why do I not feel excited about offering this service or providing this service? Why do I not feel excited about starting this program that I've been working on and planning and creating everything for in the back end? Why is there a disconnect and why is nobody signing up? So sometimes the 3D reality is just really slow to catch on, but the internal disconnect we can spot it way earlier if we are really aware and asking ourselves these questions and looking for where am I in alignment and where do I feel excited and where am I on fire and where am I not? Where am I wobbly? Where is my energy dropping? Where do I feel something that I can't maybe even explain, but there's something off. You know the feeling, there's something off. So the second area you want to check, if you want to see if your business is on track and completely you, is the clients you're serving. And I want to take that before anything else, because what you offer and who you offer it to are directly linked together. They are inseparable. So if you are creating an offer, but you're creating the offer for one person, that offer will either feel really aligned and a great match, and you will have a million examples of like how you can share it and what you can speak to, and and it the whole flow of creating an offer page or landing page is just going to be so much easier because you have the right person in mind. If you have another person in mind, that journey might not feel aligned. That journey might feel like there's bumps on the way. That that journey might feel incomplete or forced or like too small or too big or whatever. So the person you are offering it to, the person you are envisioning will benefit from this is so important. And that will affect your marketing like crazy. So the two things that affect your marketing is do I feel confident showing up and offering this? Do I actually feel like this is mine to deliver and this is the way I want to deliver it? And is this the person I can help? That will affect your marketing like crazy. So really get behind the person you are offering it to. Look at the clients you have right now. Do you look forward to showing up for them? Do you look forward to your calls? Do you look forward to connecting with them? Do you think they ask amazing questions? Do you love the way they show up? Really be honest with yourself about the current clients you have in your world, in your one-on-ones or in your programs or whatever you're offering. Because if you are not excited about them, something needs to shift. And along the way, your ideal client will shift. Because in the beginning, when we start our business, bless our hearts, we just want to help, you know, and we want to help everyone. I cannot count the number of times I've helped people kind of zoom in on who they really want to help. And they start with I help people. And I that was my that was my first statement. I help people heal from, you know, whatever dot dot. So if you are a person of I help people, then you might want to look at a bit more specifics about this person. Because maybe you can actually help with a lot of things. I have clients that can help anyone. Like I have hypnotherapists that can help you with whatever area in your life that you feel is stuck or where things aren't moving, or where you have fears, or you have like your subconscious mind playing tricks on you. I have uh amazing women that works with our body and nervous systems and feelings and stuff like that that can help anyone with any situation. But it's not whether or not you can help anyone, it's who you really want to work with. I know for me that if I want to do anything with anyone, there is a certain amount of self-responsibility required if they are to get anything from working with me, because I am not here to hold their hand and I am not here to just give them a script. I am not here to hand them 10 steps too, and then they just fill out the blanks. I actually only want to work with people that are one capable of feeling is this for me or not, and two, shows up, really shows up, dedicated, committed, and also has the ability to follow through. Like when things get hard, they don't wait for me to reach out to them. Part of the service is when you feel wobbly, you send me a voxel message, and we will look at it right now so you don't need to waste your time. That requires a certain person that is capable of doing that. So for you, you need to look at what does it actually require of the other person to get the most of what I offer? Not who can I help and what can I help with, but how can I help best and what does that require of them? Because when we have our own business and when we offer anything, it's a relationship. This doesn't matter what you offer. If you offer products, there is also a match. Like if you are offering running shoes, people need to have feet and be able to run. You wouldn't sell it to somebody in a wheelchair or somebody who didn't have legs, you know. So there is always a person that is in a position, in a place where they can benefit the most from our service. And if you are offering something that requires your client to be at a certain level of awareness or capable of receiving information in a certain way, or it requires them to do something, then you need to speak to that person. So if you don't, if you speak to a person that isn't capable, if you speak to a person that does not believe in what you believe in, if you speak to a person that requires you to be there 24-7, hold their hand, comfort them through anything, and and are not capable of making a choice or thinking a thought on their own without your validation or approval or help, that might not be the best person for what you want to offer. And that might not be the best person if you really want them to have great results. And it might not be the person that you feel you can hold through the process or that feels motivating and inspiring and just great to get up and interact with. So it doesn't require you to create an avatar, it does not require you to get really specific about hobbies or details that doesn't matter. But you need to look at the service you are offering, what is it asking of the person that's buying it? Like what requirements are there for them to actually gain from this and be able to have an experience or change or transformation or whatever it is you offer. If you have been told to focus on a specific person that you feel disconnected from, you will have a fucking hard time offering your service. If I were to think logically, okay, business owners in the beginning of their journey might not have that much money to invest. So I don't want to focus on them. Now, who has a lot of money? Well, that would be business owners that are more seasoned, that somehow built something for themselves, believes in what they can do. They have um they have offering that sells like hotcakes and they are making X amount of money a month. So I just want to focus on them because they have the money to pay me in full. What do I have to offer them? Because if I don't feel good enough to offer anything to them, if I don't feel like my service would actually be a value to them, if I don't feel like I have anything to offer them in a way that would satisfy them, that would excite them, that would activate them, that would benefit them. I can offer it from this day on till the end of time, and no one will buy it. So you need to stand behind your offer, not just what you're offering, not just how you're offering it, but also who you are offering it to. Because if you don't, you'll be wobbly inside. You will feel that disconnect, and that disconnect will translate directly into your marketing. You will not be magnetic, you will not be speaking to this person like you read their diary. You will not be coming up with great examples that they can recognize and feel like, holy shit, this is me you're speaking to. It will be trying to speak a language only by having a dictionary, putting together word for word. Word for word, but not knowing anything about grammar, not knowing anything about how you place the words, not knowing anything about anything. Okay. It will not work. So if you want to go ahead and check for your current client or your ideal client or the one that would actually excite you, you would look at what it requires of them to be a match for whatever you're offering and how you want to work with them and what it requires of them to be able to show up as one part of that relationship. So let's move on to marketing because marketing is how people find you. It is a very important piece of your brand, of your business. You cannot have a business without marketing in some way. Doesn't matter if we're talking organic or paid or both. People need to know you exist, they need to know what you do, and they need to feel like this is something I actually want. So your marketing will be more effortless, will be more fearful, will be more aligned, will be more magnetic, will be more like so easy for you if you're actually marketing something you love doing to a person you want to help. So those two are key for marketing. But what's also key is that you market in a way that is true to you. If you think you have to do it in a way that doesn't feel good, it won't work. If you feel like you have to follow a plan or a strategy that just feels forceful and fake, it won't work. If you think you have to create content in a certain way, or you think you have to market in a specific platform that you feel completely disconnected from, or you think you have to create a certain amount of content every day, or you think you have to, or you think you have to, or you think you have to, it won't work. That will not be joyful, that will not be magnetic, that will not be flawful, that will be a heavy task that you will dread every day, and it will not be effective. So marketing works when you work the marketing, when it's easy for you to show up. And it's easy for you to show up if you don't think you have to show up a specific way. The other day I had a conversation with uh um a newly started business owner, and what really made things hard for her was that she had been taught she had to market like an expert. I I did a whole episode on this. So if you feel like you have to market like an expert, or if you've been told you have to market an expert, just go find that one. That will be goal for you. But that was the biggest obstacle for her because whenever she wanted to share anything, she kind of like had to take on this role that she didn't feel comfortable in and she didn't feel like she could own it. And she would what she would wonder does anyone even have any interest in what I have to say? And oh boy, did they have interest in what she wanted to say? Like what she shared was gold, but the way she shared created disconnect. The way she thought she had to word it and and articulate it and express it was so far disconnected from who she really was that people couldn't feel it. So if you want to check if your marketing is right for you, then ask yourself, how do I naturally like to express my thoughts? How do I naturally like to talk about the way or share what I do when I'm really passionate, when I'm really connected, when I'm really on fire, when I'm really lit up, how do I naturally speak? What do I do? How do I say it? How do I act? Because your raw, unfiltered, true voice and way of expressing yourself, your lit up, turned on, activated energy flowing from you, not forced, not filtered, not in a certain way, not living up to anything, not dimmed down, just honest, true, is the most potent, magnetic, sexy thing about you. But most solopreneurs aren't marketing like that. They are looking at the templates. They are looking at the 30-day content plan they got from the Instagram guru. They are looking at the chat GPT suggestion for what to share the next 10 days. They are hearing the voice of a coach saying, You are too much, you are too little, you have to do, you have to be, you can't. That's the voice they're speaking in. Trying to amplify something that somebody told them they need to amplify, trying to dim something that somebody told them they have to dim. Trying to hide something that somebody told them no one will like this thing about you. Trying to sound more, trying to sound less. That is not attractive. That is not magnetic. That is not what is pulling the right people in. Your marketing shouldn't be forced. It shouldn't be a job, it shouldn't be a task, it shouldn't be something to cross out the to-do list. It should be the most natural thing in your business because you get to talk about what you love. You get to speak to the person that can benefit greatly from this. You get to grab the mic and speak about something that is so alive inside you. How can you hate that? How can that not be the most amazing thing to do? You get to direct the conversation, you get to decide the topic, and you get to invite the person that is for. But not if you think you have to do it in a certain way. Not if you're afraid that your voice is too much, or you've been told you talk too loud, or if you are afraid of saying something wrong, or if you are afraid that somebody will disagree, or if you are afraid that somebody will tell you you are phony, or somebody will criticize you and you the way you look and the way you sound and what you're talking about. Or if you only try to fit your voice into somebody else's script, like I think there are so many amazing things out there that can get us going or can inspire us, and especially if you have a response strategy, if you are a manifesting generator or a generator, like looking at somebody's hook suggestions can really make you go, ooh, or but do not try to force your voice inside a nah hook template. Do not try to follow a 30-day plan that somebody tells you will work if you feel this is just, this is dead. I don't know what to say. Yeah, I can fill in the words, like I can use my mind and say, what is the biggest problem my my client has, or what is what is the blank asking me to do here? And what is the blank here? Who is it for? And I can I can fill it out. Of course I can. I'm not an idiot, but I don't feel anything about it. I don't feel activated. Now, the best thing about marketing is anything works if you work it. If it works for you, if you feel alive, if you own it, if you have fun, if you feel this is just the best way I can do it. It doesn't matter if you only do lives, it doesn't matter if you only do reels, it doesn't matter if you primarily do emails and anything else is just like small bits and pieces. It doesn't matter if you like written content more than you like showing up on camera. Anything works if you work it. So you can just do whatever the fuck you want. Just do it like you and just do it 100%. Just do it fully, do it committed. Get behind it, have fun. Marketing is like dating. You don't have to show up perfect or in a certain way, if that's not really who you are. Wouldn't you feel deceived if you showed up on a date and somebody had changed everything about themselves for that date? But as you got to know them, they were a whole different person. There is so much false marketing out there. There is so much false branding, there is so much like noise and distortion, and we think we have to look a certain way, we think we have to do things a certain way. There is so much fakeness and see me, see me, and it's not really appealing, it's not really attracting. So the more you can be you, the more you can be honest, the more you can be real, the better it will work. I promise you. So don't think you have to do things a certain way. Look at your beliefs, look at where you feel like, oh no, that's not for me. Why? Is it really not for you, or are you are you afraid that you're gonna fuck it up? Are you afraid because you're not trained in this, because you haven't got the skill set, or because you haven't got the experience? Is there something where you feel like it could actually be fun? But oh no, I don't think. I don't think I can make it work. I don't think that's for me. I don't think people respond to it. Is is it really true that it's not for you? Is it a soul? Nope, not for me. Moving on. This I love, this I'm gonna do. Or is it more like this is uncomfortable, this is unfamiliar, this is new, this is different. Because if that's the only reason, play with it. And that's the thing about marketing to you. Don't be so fucking serious. Don't be all in this make it or break it energy. Like one post is gonna make or break your business. Don't be so caught up in, oh no, I have to get it perfect. And if I don't get it perfect, I only have this one chance. You have a million chances. Like nobody's gonna steal your mic. You can show up for your dream, for your business, for your passion, for your desire, for your service, for your mission from now on until you take your last breath. There's not one person that can shut you up. If there's one platform that suddenly doesn't work for you, you can just go on another one. You're gonna keep inventing new ones all the time. So don't be so serious about it. The lighter you can be, the more you can allow yourself to express yourself freely, the more fun you can have, the more you can experiment and play, the better it will work. I promise you. So take the pressure off. There is no make it or break it with a single post or a single live or a single masterclass or single anything. Just go again. You know, assess what you learned, evaluate and go again. Now, the last part of the four areas that you can check for alignment is your business structure. I love human design simply because it shows us what's right for us and what's not. And there are so many ways you can build your business. You can have only evergreens because you love running the same things over and over and over again. You can have mostly pre-recorded courses because you know when you deliver something once and you really take your time with it, you cannot make it any better. And if you ever felt like you could, you would just add a module or you would add something to it. You can build a business that's only online, you can build a business that's only in the real world, you can build a business that's in both places, you can build a business only serving one client and only offering like one transformation, and you just do it over and over and over and over again, and it can grow as time goes, or it can't. Like whatever feels right for you. You can do whatever you want, but actually creating what's right for you and doing it in a way that is aligned to your life, to your energy, to your personality, to your circumstances. Like when I started my business, I was told I had to show up X amount of hours a day. I was shown a model that was so off for what was actually present in my life. Like I had a baby and I had a three-year-old at home. I was a stay-at-home mom and I have kids around me all the time. And what I was shown, how I was shown to build my business, how I was how I was told to market, how I was told to um create offers, how I was told to build my business was so unaligned for my life. It ended up breaking me. So you might be offering the right things to the right person at the right price point, and you might be marketing it in a way that you actually feel is fun and exciting and is working, but the number of different things you're offering, or how frequently you're offering them, or how much you have to do for each thing you are running, or like how little time you have to breathe between one launch and another launch, or the amount of one-to-one. I mean, you may love one-to-one, but you are just at you are your max capacity of how many one-on-one clients you can have, or the amount of new programs you're running all the time, or the amount of master classes you are running to promote your programs because you have them back to back to back to back. That might be the areas where you need to look. Are there systems? Are there like workflows you need to implement to make things easier on yourself? Are there certain parts of your one-on-one servers you can create into a group offer? Are there different ways of sharing your knowledge or different ways of structuring your services that allows you to have more freedom and to hold more people, but not increase your workload? Does your business require you to show up every day? Or can you follow your own flow and your own rest cycle and your own energy cycle? Do you need to look into automating certain parts of your business or certain workflows so you can free up some time and not be directly hands-on with every little thing in your business? Because if your business structure isn't right for you, it doesn't matter how much you love doing what you do, or how much you love the people you're helping, or how right your prices are, or how much you love marketing, you will be at the max capacity. You will be overriding your nervous system and your energy to uphold this way of building your business. And you don't have to change what you do, or you don't have to change the things you love. You just need to create a better structure so you can do the work you want to do with the people you want to help in the way you want to help them at the price point that's right for you, without having a huge workload that is breaking you. If I don't like this, what do I like? If this doesn't feel good, what does? That is what you need to look at when you are looking at the last of the four areas of an aligned business. That is the structure of your business, your actual business model. Because if you have a wrong business model, there will be a point where you cannot scale past. So these four areas are the only ones that you need to look at when it comes to building an aligned business. This is your whole business. These are the four important areas that you want to get really honest with yourself about. If you want to see if you have an aligned business or if you want to build an aligned business and see what needs to change. And I honestly hope you take the time. Like most people search for easy ways. Most people search for what can I, what can I hear today? What knowledge can I gain? What information can I take in today? And then things will change. We forget that we actually need to do the work. We forget that whatever makes sense when it comes in needs to be embodied, needs to be implemented in order to change. So I hope you take your time to go through these four areas and really be honest with yourself. Where's the disconnect? Where do I feel like oh that that doesn't feel good? That that isn't the way I want it to be. That's not how I imagine and feel my business, my dream businesses. And go change it. You're your own boss, you're free to do whatever you want. That's why you chose this thing in the first place. So take some time out to do this. Don't just override whatever your body is telling you that doesn't feel good right now. Really be honest with yourself, sit with it for a while, and then change what needs to be changed.

And you will be on track to an aligned business. There's nothing as successful as an aligned business. And that's what's waiting on the other side of doing this task.
