The Remembering Path is a gentle, embodied journey back to who you are beneath conditioning, survival patterns, and self-abandonment.
It is not a programme to fix you, but a path to remember yourself — your energy, your truth, your rhythm, and your inner authority.
Through slow, nervous-system-safe practices, Human Design, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to untangle what is yours from what you’ve been carrying for others, rebuild trust with your body, and live in alignment without force or performance.
This is not a 90-day transformation.
It is a lifelong map for returning to yourself — again and again — through every chapter of your life.

10. Week 9 — Choosing Yourself Gently (Boundaries Based on Centres)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Here, you begin protecting your alignment through small, honourable boundaries. You’ll choose one undefined centre and practise implementing one gentle boundary this week, noticing how your body responds when you say no. This episode teaches you that boundaries are not walls — they are how your nervous system learns safety.
