Welcome to Ashes to Beauty, Beauty to Ashes, ABBA Father. I am currently recording this episode in the park. And it is extremely hot. Like Mississippi heat for the past few days has been reaching a peak of 97 degrees, which can be very unbearable, especially if you're, you know, traveling or you're out in this heat playing sports or working. And not too long ago, I whispered, Lord God, it is hot. Just Lord God, it is hot. And suddenly there was a breakthrough of a breeze through this hot, humid air. And it did not stop. It just continued to blow. I mean, I can feel the wind pressing against my face and body. And I must say it is very refreshing. Just one word spoken. And God allowed the wind to blow. He sent a breeze through the air to let me know that not only is he present, but that he hears me. Sometimes, you know, those prayers they get long. Those requests, they get long. But it reminded me of me praying and asking God for many things like and recognizing when he would answer suddenly. But then there, but not being able to recognize when there were delays. Sometimes your breakthrough can literally be staring you in the face. But we still operate out of fear and disobedience. And I will say, yes, there have been times when I asked God for something and he delivered it. He delivered it right on time. But I did not recognize what he had placed in front of me, and I still operated out of fear and kept myself in bondage when God had already set me free. I will say when there is breakthrough, when there is breakthrough, you have to be in the correct mindset, posture, and position to receive it. Otherwise, you'll miss it. It reminded me of the children of Israel and how God had always been present in the room with them, hearing their cries and prayers and constantly providing breakthroughs, but they did not recognize it. They had to travel through a 40-year journey in the wilderness for a journey that should have only taken a couple of days. Had they been obedient, had they recognized that their breakthrough was here, had they not operated out of fear, they would have been able to enter Canaan the first time. I remember reading in Numbers chapter 13, where God said to Moses to send some men to explore the land of Canaan. And this was the land that he was going to give to the Israelites. And so he was to send into that land, he was to send a representative or one of the one of the leaders from each of the tribes. But I remember reading when they reported back, and this is in Numbers chapter 13. I remember when they reported back that they saw the fruit of the land. They saw land flowing with milk and honey. But then I also remember reading that they reported that the people that lived in the city were powerful and the cities were fortified and very large. They decided to grumble and rebel, and it cost them dearly. And they still could not walk through. I mean, their breakthrough was at their fingertips, in their face. But they were fearful and disobedient. And for many of you that are listening right now, breakthrough is right in front of you. But because of fear and disobedience, you're going to miss it. I would even use myself for example. There were many times where I prayed for something, God answered. But because I was fearful and disobedient, I turned. Small, subtle, but yet mighty and powerful. I mean, God showed them a land flowing with milk and honey. God showed them the fruit of the land. But they did not, but then they also saw, you know, these great and powerful people, and they didn't trust God to navigate them through the breakthrough. Like, don't miss it. God loves us and he wants the best for us, but we have to trust him. My breakthrough came when I realized that God was already walking with me. When I realized that my identity was not rooted in anything of this world, when I realized that I was the daughter of a king chosen and set apart from this world. When I realized that my spirit had authority over my flesh, and that I would no longer allow anyone or anything that was no good to me and for me to pollute my mind, my body, my soul, and my spirit. My breakthrough was already there. It was always standing directly in front of me. Just like a lot of you all, your breakthrough is already there. But I just needed to trust God. You just need to trust God on how to navigate the breakthrough. Yes, God will always and should always, God should always order your steps. Just trust Him. And today, as you navigate your breakthrough, I pray that God gives you ears to hear the Holy Spirit, eyes to see Jesus, and a heart to receive his word on good soul. Thank you, Lord, for the breakthrough. Thank you, Lord for the suddenly. Thank you, Lord. I am yours. Thank you, Alba Father.
