Most leaders I work with don’t need more information. 
They need room to reflect, sort through what matters, and decide how they want to show up. 

I’m Buzz Buzzell, and this is The Leadership Buzz. 

After 37 years in military leadership, and now as an executive coach, I’ve learned that good leadership isn’t about sounding confident or having quick answers. 
It’s about being present enough to ask better questions — of yourself first. 

This podcast is simple by design. 

Each episode starts with one book. 
We’ll pull out one leadership idea. 
I’ll share one story — sometimes from the military, sometimes from coaching, sometimes from a moment I wish I’d handled differently. 
And then I’ll leave you with three coaching questions you can take into your own conversations. 

We’ll talk about listening when it’s hard. 
About feedback that helps people grow. 
About clarity when things feel uncertain. 
And about leading in a way that stays aligned with your values.
