Go All In: Beating the Odds in Business

In this trailer, I share the story behind Go All In: Beating the Odds in Business and why this podcast matters.

Born in San Jose and growing up in Northern California, building my career from community college to running a successful law firm, I’ve faced the same doubts, obstacles, and moments of being underestimated that many entrepreneurs experience.

This podcast is about the people who choose courage anyway.

Each episode will feature honest conversations with entrepreneurs, women-owned businesses, diverse founders, and underdogs who turned rejection into resilience and risk into opportunity.

If you’ve ever been told your idea won’t work, if you’ve ever felt overlooked, or if you’re ready to bet on yourself — this podcast is for you.

Follow the show and join us each month for stories about grit, courage, and what happens when you decide to go all in.

Speaker: [00:00:00] Hi, I'm Anh Phoong. You might know me from the Billboards, something wrong Call Ann Fong. But those billboards are just part of the story. I grew up in Antelope, California. I went to community college locally. I worked my way through Sac State. Before I ever became a lawyer, I was focused on business, on marketing, on how people get noticed when the odds aren't in their favor.

And trust me, there were plenty of moments when the odds were stacked against me. I've been underestimated, judged, labeled, I've carried personal struggles most people never see while raising a family, building a firm from the ground up. Learning how to stand tall when people question whether you belong at the table at all.[00:01:00]

And yes, I want you to hear my story in the stories that are going to be told, and you will. That's why I created the podcast. Go All In. Beating The Odds In Business. This podcast is about entrepreneurs who didn't start with advantages, but chose courage anyway, women owned businesses. Ethnically diverse founders underdogs who turn rejection into resilience and risk into opportunity.

These are honest conversations about failure, faith, grit, and the moment you decide to bet on yourself when walking away would be easier. If you've ever felt overlooked, underestimated, or told no, that is an awful idea. This podcast is for you. Success isn't about where you start. It's about what happens when you go all in.

Be sure [00:02:00] to follow us on your favorite podcast app or YouTube. We'll be releasing an episode every month to help others like you and me launch their businesses with so much more to come and we'll also have some fun.
