The Meyers Family Conspiracy
"They wanted me to stay silent. I decided to get a microphone instead."
Most people bury what might bring their family shame. We dig them up, put them under a spotlight, and burn the enablers to the ground.
Host Steven Meyers Jr. takes you inside the "Meyers Family Conspiracy"—a decades-long cycled setup using trusted family, drugs & alcohol, grooming, and calculated neglect. This isn't a "sob story." It’s an autopsy of a family's collapse and a man’s refusal to be another casualty. From the syrup covered snow fields of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania of 1985 to the digital wild west of the 90s, we are presenting the receipts the legal system was too drunk or too lazy to look at.
This podcast is to hold accountable Steven Meyers Sr, Susan Meyers and Angella Meyers Aiken for their roles in a lifetime of psychological abuse and in the removal of the host's children from his life, starting a four year custody battle that never had to happen.

The Mechanics of Familial Destabilization and the Dumbass Incident

What does it sound like when a medical crisis is weaponized to dismantle a father’s life? In this highly analytical, evidence-based edition, host Steven Meyers Jr. conducts a rigorous, line-by-line forensic dissection of a crucial piece of empirical data: an unedited, 12-minute and 11-second audio recording captured at Angella Aiken's home in Prospect Hill, NC on April 7, 2022.
Following a severe life-threatening depressive episode, Steven returned home to face a calculated, intrafamilial campaign engineered to strip away his primary parental rights. This episode deconstructs the precise mechanics of that ambush, utilizing advanced frameworks from clinical sociology, forensic psychology, and family law to expose the strategic use of weaponized disinformation, parental alienation, and severe economic coercion.
Listeners will hear a clinical breakdown of the behavioral patterns of outside actors attempting to enforce maternal/surrogate gatekeeping, including a fraudulent narrative regarding an "X" on a vital statistics birth certificate designed to induce total legal hopelessness. The analysis further exposes a documented campaign of civil tortious interference aimed at draining Steven’s worker’s compensation benefits to break his financial resilience during medical recovery.
Central to this episode is a detailed forensic audio analysis of Steven's sister, Angella. The episode isolates her linguistic "tells"—from manipulative priming and deceptive pseudo-alliances to the sudden retreat when her tactical provocations failed to trigger a street-level reaction.
In the powerful Director's Cut Outro, Steven introduces the clinical science of Betrayal Trauma, detailing the immense physiological toll of exercising "infinite patience" to consciously suppress a natural fight-or-flight response. While predators circled like buzzards to engineer a legal trap for the Alamance County Courts, Steven maintained total emotional regulation to protect his two-year-old daughter, Kiara, who was playing feet away. This episode is an indestructible digital time capsule—proving that while a failing war structure tried to build a monster, they instead met a father anchored entirely to data, systematic survival, and the absolute truth. Even if he is losing his ever loving mind.
Also we talk about the Dumbass Incident. Listen near the end.
Decline the narrative. Analyze the evidence. Stand your ground.
Please be advised. At the very end of this episode, you will hear the actual unedited raw audio recording of the conversation I had with my sister, Angela Marion Myers Aiken, at her house outside in Prospect Hill, North Carolina, on April 7th, 2022. This recording contains real-time discussions about a severe mental health crisis, suicide, and family members trying to take a father's children away. All while a young child is playing in the background. It is raw, it is real, and it may be deeply upsetting or triggering for some listeners. And to the person who helped me get back into the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max so I could get all of the recordings, all of the receipts, everything back. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your secret is safe with me. Please use caution before listening from this point forth. I do welcome those who stayed to this analytical edition of the Myers Family Conspiracy. Today we are departing from standard narrative formats to conduct a rigorous evidence-based dissection of a raw recorded conversation dated April seventh, twenty twenty two. This transcript captures the precise mechanics of a coordinated intrafamilial destabilization campaign by applying framework from clinical sociology, forensic psychology, and family law, we will analyze the audio transcript line by line. We will expose the systemic use of disinformation, economic coercion, and parental alienation tactics deployed against an individual immediately following a severe psychiatric crisis. Those who know my history know that I've been set up to go to the hospital several times by my own family. They were all generally involuntary and uh unfortunately helped me zilch. However, this was one that I did of my own volition, and let us continue with that being absolutely empirical. To understand the um, well, we're about to get in here, the um first section, weaponized disinformation and defamation per se, to understand the interpersonal dynamics at play, we must first examine how a medical emergency was structurally recontextualized by outside actors to execute character assassination. One, the recontextualization of crisis. Following an admission to the hospital for a severe depressive episode involving an intentional fentanyl overdose, I've talked about this before on the podcast, the medical event was stripped of its clinical reality. Instead of being treated as a psychological crisis requiring medical intervention, the event was communicated to third parties purely as illicit substance use. Two, the poor choice euphemism. In the transcript, Angela Aiken, speaker two. I'm speaker one, and Chiara's in the background. Daddy, daddy, but you know, she's only two years old. Angela acknowledges confront hering the please forgive me. Normally I uh have a little better at speaking. It's hard not to be pissed off reading this shit. I I do it this way on purpose so I don't have to re-listen to the recording and get all angry all over again. Uh I know it's on it. Now the rest of the world gets to be part of that uh accountability, and at least the girls will know I'm telling the truth. So back to number two. The poor choice euphemism. In the transcript, Angela acknowledges confronting the primary aggressor who is Brandon, that's Monica's transgender boyfriend, regarding his attempts to withhold the children. She states, and I quote, I said, Well, you're going to hold the kids from him because of a cho of a poor choice. I said of a suicide attempt. I corrected her. She said, I didn't want to say that, but I just said poor choice. And like he said, yeah. Number three. Defamation per se framework. From a legal perspective. Deliberately misrepresenting a documented suicide attempt as simple illicit drug escaping to strip a father of his parental rights constitutes a severe form of defamation. It establishes a false narrative of criminal unfitness to justify the extrajudicial withholding of minor children. Section two Gatekeeping, Behavioral Theory, and Parental Alienation. A significant portion of the data centers on the behavioral patterns of Brandon, who exhibits classic indicators of severe maternal slash surrogate gatekeeping and parental alienation. One, the threat of erasure and forced adoption. Angela Aiken reveals a highly coordinated effort to legally and emotionally erase the biological father, i.e. me. Well, of Kiara and any trace of Olivia. Now let's also keep in mind that this is even if Angela is telling the truth. Monica doesn't know that this is a thing. She's not aware of any of this, to my knowledge. I mean, Angela might have told her that she had this conversation with me. Who knows? Angela does like to brag. I told you she's not very smart, and that's bragging is never usually very smart. Anyways, getting back to it. The transcript states. It's delicious. Quote, he said that he wanted to adopt Olivia and that Monica's for it. End quote. This represents a severe manifestation of parental alienation syndrome, PAS, where an outside actor attempts a rapid, unauthorized replacement of the primary paternal figure. Number two, the illusion of extrajudicial control. The transcript documents Brandon asserting total behavioral veto power over the minor children. Quote, he has control over the girls when the girls are with him, meaning he can say yes or no to where they can go. According to Angela, Brandon explicitly states if the girls want to go to do something and I'm here and Monica's not, I can say yay or nay. I, Speaker One, immediately identify the structural flaw in this assertion separating legal authority from domestic bluffing. Stating, quote, she's talking about like he's talking or they're talking about like an agreement that they have with Monica. They're not talking about legality. End quote. Under family law frameworks, a romantic partner possesses zero legal standing, zero custodial rights, and zero veto power over biological children unless explicitly granted by a court order of which none exists. Section three. Fraudulent misrepresentation of vital records. One of the most acute examples of institutional gaslighting found within the text is the fabrication of structural and legal barriers regarding parental status. One, the birth certificate deception. Angela Aiken tells me. Well, rather instructs me, quote, make sure when you go to Alamance County courts and all this stuff is in the process, you better make sure Monica or the courts put Ciara's name, your name on the birth certificate, end quote. When I object, stating the name is already present, she reveals the disinformation propagated by the outside actors, quote, not from what Monica Brandon said. They were Brandon said that the X is on the name on the birth certificate, end quote. Number two Empirical Cradiction. I immediately debunked this fraudulent claim through direct empirical observation. I literally saw the birth certificate. Like I signed it. Fuck are you talking about? Number three. The psychological objective. Fabricating the existence of an X on vital statistics documents serves a clear psychological purpose. It is designed to include legal hopelessness in the target. Convincing them that they have already been stripped of their systemic identity as a father. So they will abandon their legal defense. One. Interference with workers' compensation. The transcript explicitly documents that Brandon engaged in direct actions to sabotage my financial survival. I did note and uh have stated that I believe Brandon did what he did to get my benefits canceled. That's a definite direct quote. A point later reiterated when analyzing Brandon's systemic malicious actions. He quote, he tried to drain my workers' compensation. He basically tried to take money out of my kid's mouth. I absolutely do see that that way. That was over an issue where my phone was out of service for a little bit, and uh a couple weeks or so, um, I wasn't getting my workers' compensation checks for a month and a half for some reason. It was eventually cleared up, and I got back pay, it all worked out. But Brandon was getting calls and I wasn't, he wasn't giving me the calls. And I was telling this to Monica, and Monica, I don't think, was believing me. I think she thought I was making this shit up. But no, I allege that that's true 100%. Two, civil tortuous interference. In legal terms, intentionally sabotaging an individual worker's compensation benefits during a period of medical recovery constitutes tortuous interference with economic relations. This tactic is engineered to drain the target's resources, rendering them incapable of financing legal representation or providing basic child support. Number three, economic resilience. Despite the severe restriction of funds, with benefits reduced to a single monthly distribution, I demonstrate immediate economic adaptation. The transcript reveals me seeking independent audio engineering contracts to fulfill parental obligations. Quote, I got an audio job that I'm going to do a master for somebody. I got 75 bucks and I'll send it to you. I I can't remember off the top of my head why I was gonna send the $75. I don't remember. I I I just I don't want to go back to the recording and listen to it. Like, that's why I do the commentary to the transcript. So I don't have to relive the fucking shit. It just makes me angry. Like it would make anybody angry listening to this fucking gaslighting. Um But this provides hard documented evidence of financial accountability, completely contradicting the unfit addict narrative. Well that makes sense. The dialogue further reveals complex subdynamics within my immediate family, highlighting how low level exploitation occurs even among individuals claiming to act as informants. After delivering the details regarding Brandon, Angela attempts to utilize the crisis to secure her own legal leverage over the children. She requests put me down somehow and um put me down. Strengthen your strengthen your case. Let's say you get custody of the child. Um, is there a way to like help me? Like, I don't know if there's going to be a third party, end quote. I immediately recognize this as an unauthorized encroachment on primary parental rights and establish a strict legal boundary. Quote, the only people that need to be involved in custody are myself and Monica. I stand on ten toes with that 100% to this day. Number three, historical context and leverage. To solidify this boundary, I introduce historical medical facts regarding the co-parents' own history of psychological crisis. Quote, myself and Monica went to the mental hospital when she was a month and a half pregnant with Chiara. For I'm gonna leave that portion blank, that's her story to tell and not mine. This statement, end quote, by the way, levels the legal playing field, demonstrating that if mental health history is to be weaponized in the Alamance County courts, it applies equally to both biological parents, therefore by neutralizing Brandon's leveraged threats. Please keep in mind that this was well, well, well before I realized that Monica's best basically been manipulated by everybody and their mother, no pun intended, um, in relation to all of this, and nobody will stand on ten toes with me, yet I'm willing to confront anybody, so it really just comes down to who's more willing to talk to who to solve the problem. That makes sense, don't it? Section six linguistic tells deceptive priming and extreme restraint. While the structural elements of the conspiracy are clear. A forensic audio analysis reveals the psychological manipulation Angela used in real time. Her delivery is saturated with tells. Tells are subconscious markers of deceit and calculated baiting. One. Manipulative priming. The prayer shield. Before delivering any psychological poison, Angela attempts to disarm me by feigning extreme piety and alliance. She stammers heavily through her opening. Showing the cognitive load of a fabricated or rehearsed narrative. Quote. I know it's shown concern, and um I guess they already know about it, but right, I uh I you know. She then requests variations of quote, I pray daily for you, nightly, and during the day, end quote, to establish a false sense of safety before dropping the hammer. Number two, the provocation paradox. Angela attempts to distance herself from the cruelty of the information she is delivering. She claims Brandon's words went, quote, in one ear and out the other, end quote, and that she took them, quote, like a grain of salt, end quote. Yet she proceeds to recount his threats with pinpoint, agonizing precision, specifically highlighting the threat of adoption and the weaponization of the suicide attempt. This is not the behavior of an ally minimizing damage. It is the behavior of an instigator trying to trigger an explosion. That my attorney and the court system will handle it. Her entire demeanor shifts, realizing she cannot manipulate me into a street level reaction. She immediately aborts the mission, stating, quote, I'm going to step out of the for my own sanity is I'm going to step out of it, not my business, end quote. Number four, the anchor of restraint. Listening to this audio, you can hear the sheer agonizing willpower required to sit up out there with her and not completely flip out. Every instinct was screaming at me to shut down the deceit. But I'm hyper aware at this point of the fact that I was sitting with my two-year-old daughter. I was deliberately being civil. Swallowing the rage and acting nice because Chiara was right there. I refused to give Angela the violent reaction that she was desperately fishing for Conclusion. The strategic shift to the court system. What this transcript ultimately documents is a transition from passive endurance to proactive legal strategy. Throughout the entire 12-minute and eleven-second exchange, despite facing extreme provocation, severe misrepresentation, and financial sabotage, my responses remained entirely regulated, focused on accountability, and anchored to systemic remedies. The text documents the deliberate refusal to engage in extrajudicial conflict or street level reactions. Quote, I know that Brandon tries to get a reaction to get me to do something that'll cause me to get in some trouble, but Brandon's a coward, and I'm not really concerned about Brandon at all. End quote. Okay. And like we haven't talked about the dumbass incident, which we'll get into that next episode. How about that? We'll we'll we'll cover the dumbass incident next episode because like these things, like, it has to be shown that like I'm not just talking out of my ass here. Like there was a time there where you know I was labeled as like less than nothing by these people. And I had no idea. Like, Angela set me up for a fall, I'm telling you. Instead, this tragedy strategy shifts entirely to institutional resolution to the legal infrastructure. Quote, what I've chosen to do is just let Brian Ray handle it. Now that I know this, I'm definitely going to have her served, and we're just gonna have to deal with it in the court system. It'll it's gonna be in the hands of the Alamance County courts, end quote. We both served each other. She got to me first. Um, I was served seven days later. I was served on April 15th. The conversation closes with an intense juxtaposition. While adults discuss the legal and psychological warfare occurring behind the scenes, my two-year-old daughter Chiara plays on the porch and on the uh on the grass in the background. She's handing me rocks and pointing to the sky. I noted that the birds circling above were buzzards. The predatory symbolism was exact. But there is a part of this afternoon that the microphone didn't fully capture. After the after we agreed to do the Easter egg hunt, I went inside the house to put Kiara down for a child's afternoon nap. I held her close and I sang her to sleep. Monica used to sing her, you are my sunshine, so that's what I sang her. I actually drifted off the absolute weight of the porch conversation. Um that's what I call it really, because I mean we were on the porch for some of it and we were in the grass, but you know, it just crashed down on me all at once. I broke down. I started crying right there in the quiet of the room because the terrifying realization hit me that this was actually happening.
SPEAKER_00That a coordinated effort was in motion, and I was about to have my kids take it from me.
SPEAKER_01My sister Angela came into the room and wrapped her arms around me while I was weeping. In that moment of absolute vulnerability, I just pretended that she really meant it. But underneath the tears, based on the precise way she had just been talking to me out on that porch, I couldn't shake the gut instinct that she was lying to me. I just had this inkling even then. I was being set up. I wouldn't get the definitive proof until later. I had to wait until things started completely falling apart for them. For dad, for Sue and Angela. And I had uh begin structurally fighting back against their failing war structure. Listen to the mechanics of the campaign yourself.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. But anyways.
SPEAKER_06I know showing concern and um I guess they already knew about it, but um I uh it's okay, I can hear difficult things.
SPEAKER_00Well thank you, it's been helping. Yeah, I look at the birdies. So there's lots of buzzards. Yeah, they're buzzards. The buzzard.
SPEAKER_06But um, Bran, I said we can um I said, you know, I've been praying a lot for you, and um you know, I pray daily for you, nightly, and during the day, and then you know, anytime I pray, I pray. Well, it really helps.
SPEAKER_00Thank you.
SPEAKER_06Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00Seriously.
SPEAKER_06You're very welcome. But anyways, I pray for you. And um I mentioned that, and it was just me and Brandis when I was going to take the kids to the park. Uh I think it was Thursday. There's sodas in the I might grab one in a minute.
SPEAKER_00But thanks.
SPEAKER_06Uh huh. And Brandon said, Well, there's not much you can do besides that. I said, Well, there's other things you can do to help him, absolutely, but you just gotta be willing and able to help him.
unknownYou know.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_06And he, of course, he had his his he had stuff to say, and I was just like, in one earmouth, the other.
SPEAKER_00So it was basically just like him talking trash on me, which is okay. I don't care about that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, but okay. But mostly what I do is just you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_00Like I said, I I take whatever you his gender is.
SPEAKER_06Like I said, I I take if it's not important, I take it like a grain of salt. If it is important, I hold on to it. So is anything important mentioned? He said that Monica's mom said that the girls will not be able to come over to visit. And I was like, why? And that's what he said. And I said, why?
SPEAKER_00To your house?
SPEAKER_06That's what I was thinking. I was like, why? I said, Mm-hmm. And whenever I want them. And he says, no, no, no, no, no. He says, not you stay them.
SPEAKER_00Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_06I said, well, I said, you're gonna hold the kids from them because of an of of a a poor choice.
SPEAKER_00Of a suicide attempt.
SPEAKER_06No, that's I didn't want to say that, but I just said poor choice.
SPEAKER_07Right.
SPEAKER_06And um, I says, Steven needs his girls. I mean, he that's his his world.
SPEAKER_07Right.
SPEAKER_06You know, and he's like, well, Monica's mom will write her off if Steven um has any kind of um if Steven sees the girls. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Okay, well that's uh I appreciate you telling me that.
SPEAKER_06Oh, and he also said, this is where I got a little snap. I not snappy, not mean, but I definitely had something to say to it. Uh-huh. He said that she's precious. Um, that he wanted to adopt Olivia and that Monica's for it. And then he also said that I'm trying to wreck my brain. Um that when and he can say what he wants. Like, meaning okay.
SPEAKER_00Right. You want to get it?
SPEAKER_06He has control over the girls when the girls are with him. Meaning he can say yes or no to where he go they go.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's not happening. And I have custody of this of her along with him. Yeah, that's not happening.
SPEAKER_06Okay, that's what he said.
SPEAKER_00He said that he was going to or he did.
SPEAKER_06He said he does. He has control over what girls want the girls. Oh, sorry. I said, what do you mean? He's like, well, if the girls want to go do something and I'm here and Monica's not, I can I can say yay or nay.
SPEAKER_00She's talking about like he's talking, or they're talking about like an agreement that they have with Monica. They're not talking about legality. Yeah, I understand that. Yeah, it's it's all good. Like, I anticipated stuff like this was gonna happen. It it is what it is. Uh what I've chosen to do is just let the uh let Brian Ray handle it. You know, when I had some money, I paid him. Only reason I never served him or served uh Monica was because Monica had agreed with me that it would just be her and I raising the children. So now that I know this, um I'm definitely gonna have her served. And we're just gonna have to deal with it in the court system.
SPEAKER_06I think it'd be smart and wise to have everything on paper, yes.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, we're just gonna do that. Like, cause my lawyers, they all know about the suicide attempt. They know about everything. I told them the truth about every single thing, even all the bad stuff I did. So, you know, how I wasn't a good partner to Monica and did her wrong, you know?
SPEAKER_06So I get her near here is blood crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I owned a lot of things, you know. And uh, you know, I I know that like the Brandon tries to get a reaction to get me to do something that'll cause me to, you know, get in some trouble or something like that. But Brandon's a coward.
SPEAKER_01Okay, let's talk about why I would say something like that. Dealing with this particular situation in 2022, we had an incident called the Dumbass Incident. And I'm going to talk about the dumbass incident at the end of this episode. I think later on I even say that I'm gonna talk about it because contextually it comes back up. But the reason that I'm calling Brandon a coward in 2022 is because I got to read every one of Brandon's text messages when during the dumbass incident and other incidents, I was able to ask him to either borrow his phone or find his phone under that particular context of the story. Open the phone, read the text messages, and be like, holy shit, this is insane. What a double life here. And all I can tell you is that I feel completely justified in saying somebody is having cowardly intentions and behaviors and motives when you're saying awful shit about me behind my back and you won't say it to my face. I attest this is 100% true. And now that we have that context and we know that we're gonna talk about the dumbass incident at the end of this, let's go ahead and get back to the recording. And furthermore, I'm sorry, I said I wasn't going to interrupt, but but like I just hear the shit and it's just like what the f like like I hear things being talked about, and context is so important, and I'm not able to offer it in real time, so I just I'm gonna jump in and do it whenever I feel it's needed.
SPEAKER_00And uh I'm not really concerned about Brandon at all.
SPEAKER_06Um you got daddy a rock? Show daddy, don't come over here.
SPEAKER_00I mean, it makes me a little uh uh frustrated that he would want to adopt Olivia considering I've been there her entire life, and like literally uh he's just a replacement. But um, you know, it is what it is, and we'll just have to let the court system play it out. But uh, I appreciate you telling me that. And um you know, for Brandon to believe that you would just keep that a secret.
SPEAKER_06Oh, I'm not keeping that secret.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he's he's uh he's an idiot. He's a yeah.
SPEAKER_06Um questi here's not a question.
SPEAKER_01We have Angela live on tape right here, admitting that she agrees with my opinion of Brandon's idiotic behavior or Brandon being an idiot or whatever context you want to put those words in as to why they were said. So, Brandon, if you're listening, while this recording was made on April 7th, 2022, and it's currently uh 2026, the 21st of May. And while I still have issues with you, I don't like the I there's a lot of that's calmed down, and I've kind of become a little more reserved, and I don't see you getting froggy and leaping. So, like, there might be a chance we could actually have conversations and you can just hear what I got to say, and I don't I don't and then that would be that. But like that also ain't gotta happen either. I don't I don't care one way or another. My concern is Kiara, it's never you. Okay. So now that we have that established, I just want you to know, Brandon. I I want you to know that Angela thinks you're an idiot. Okay, she just said it. Now, I could be an asshole and use audio production to just loop that over and over and over and over and over and over again so the point can be hammered, you know. I'm not gonna do that. Just please be aware that somebody that uh well I shouldn't be saying this to you. I'll say this. I hope Monica's aware that she allows our child around an individual who has ill intentions about the person that she chose to have romantic love with for the rest of her life, as is her wont to do. And I fully support this. I may not support how it started, but I tell you what, like now it's I'm glad she's happy. She deserves that happiness, and this is something that I think is great. Uh, I've never heard anything about Brandon being um awful to the kids other than what Angela has said, and I take Angela's words to be as truth-telling as a death row inmate about to get the execution jab. So let's get back to this.
SPEAKER_06Um Damn it, I can't remember. Hold on, I'll think of it in a minute. But what we're gonna do is we'll um she's getting tired, I can tell.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It's all I just look, I just missed my kids. I didn't I don't like the time that you have with these girls is invaluable. Is valuable, and I did not want to take that away. I just wanted to see Chiara and Olivia. Um, but like, see, for example, I texted Monica last night. I was like, hey, look, so because of the whole I didn't say, hey, because Brandon did what he did to get my benefits canceled. I said because of the cancel. Insulation and restoration of my benefits. I now have uh benefits coming only once a month until my settlement hits, and it's not gonna be until then. It's like I got an audio job that I'm gonna do a master for somebody. I'll get 75 bucks and I'll send it to you, and then when my money hits, I'll send you some more because you know you've had the girls, and like it's you know, it's not fair.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, what you got, baby?
SPEAKER_01It is insane to me how much Angela tries to interject herself into my parenting. Chiara's coming up to me to show me something. And you can clear his daddy, daddy. Angela, shut the fuck up. I have an idea. Have your own kids. Oh, wait, you can't. Ooh, what a fucking shame. I guess God must have seen that you were gonna be a total insipid dot of a cunt with your kid thievery in the future and decided to fucking rob you of it. Is what I wish I could say, but I have manners, so I'm just going to suggest that, you know, in the future, should you ever interact with me, when I have my daughter with me, maybe mind your fucking business when she's coming to talk to me and quit trying to vicariously jump into parenthood. Oh, wait. I'm never gonna see you anywhere because I think you're a piece of shit, and I want nothing to do with your kid thieving ass. Let's continue.
SPEAKER_00What's this? Oh, paint chips. You don't want that. So sh so, you know, I sent her the money, I was just like, you know, paid cents, and she says, okay, thank you. Liv has been sleeping for a while. So it's like, you know, she communicates to me, but I feel like, I don't know, Monica just gets put in the middle by like Brandon and Amanda. And at the end of the day, you know, she's just gonna have some personal choices to make.
SPEAKER_01I have no clue how I could express how eerily scary it is to have called this out from the beginning just with the wrong people. I basically called out the entire plot to Angela's face, right then and there. But with the wrong people as ringleaders. Look, I get Brandon's gonna be Team Monica no matter what. And I get Amanda's gonna be Team Monica because she's got a granddaughter and she gets to be a grandma. Okay? Which uh Olivia was there the first time, but you know, neither here nor there. Let's just keep moving forward here. Everything was just called out right then and there, the entire conspiracy right there. To the lead conspirators' face. Listen to what she does next.
SPEAKER_00But now it's out of my hands. It's gonna be in the hands of the Alamance County courts.
SPEAKER_06Make sure when you go to Alamance County courts and all this stuff is is in the process, you better make sure um Monica or the courts put Kiara's um name, your name on the birth certificate.
SPEAKER_00It is on the birth certificate.
SPEAKER_06Not from what Monica Brandon said. They were Brandon said that the X is on the name on the birth certificate.
SPEAKER_00I literally saw the birth certificate.
unknownAlright.
SPEAKER_00That's so crazy. Oh well. But is there is there anything else though?
SPEAKER_01Um didn't this fucking bitch just say a couple minutes ago that she was gonna mind her own business and step back? Does any of this look like stepping back? What in the colossal fuck? Jesus fucking wept on a pile of dead hookers in front of a Catholic church. Holy shit. Look, I signed the birth certificate. There's no X. That doesn't exist. So either she's making shit up or they're really saying this. But here's the reason why I think she's making it up. Monica knows my name, so in the birth certificate. I have a fucking copy of it. What the fuck are you talking about? Now, here's the other thing that this potentially puts out there. If she's making this up, why would it not stand a reason she's making the rest of it up? Why not stand a reason she's making anything up she's ever fucking said? And here's the fucking nail in the coffin. If I'm lying, why aren't you letting me talk to you face to face to call me out for my bullshit? Because I want to fucking call you out for yours, you piece of fuck. Where you at, Angela? Where are you? You're hiding at your racist white people church, is where you're at. You think God's gonna protect you. God has forsaken you. God doesn't give a fuck and flying contact about you. Oh. Whether we end up in heaven or we end up in hell, I hope your room's next to mine. Now let's continue. Oh wait, are we continuing yet? Hold on. I was there something else I just make sure I'm not forgetting. Oh yeah! She wait, no, no, we covered the whole signing the birth certificate deal, the ex. We covered um her staying out of things. And she didn't. And she's not, because she doesn't, because she's a liar. Okay, uh, now let's keep going. We're good. I think.
SPEAKER_06I know that I'm not parent long. Wow. I helped raise it.
SPEAKER_00You're talking about when I pass away or something?
SPEAKER_01Bitch, you did not help raise this child. Let's get that straight right from the get, in any way, shape, or form. I remember dropping $1,200 in your fucking lap to babysit her while I went to California in January of 2021, and your stupid ass took that money and fucking ran off and never went to help babysit Monica or help Monica babysit. You also never once did anything that was not self-serving of you pretending to be a glorious, glorified aunt. You are living with stolen valor with children, you piece of shit. You did not ever, in any iota of a form of life or anything at all involving these children, help raise them. You absolutely did not. You are a liar. Let's continue.
SPEAKER_06Also, I don't know if there is a way like to like strengthen your your case. Well, you got a case, but um put me down somehow in um on put me down.
SPEAKER_00As a character reference or something?
SPEAKER_06What does that mean?
SPEAKER_00Somebody who comes to court and is like, that's the father. This is he's he's doing well and like he's doing everything he can. These girls are his life?
SPEAKER_06Not that, but I'm talking about um.
SPEAKER_01No, I won't do that.
SPEAKER_06Like, you know, I'm just saying this because I don't know what the damn word is called, but um, Monica and you usually typically have custody, okay? Um, is there a way to like help me? Like, I don't know if there could be a third party.
SPEAKER_00Like what? Well, I don't know about that because the only people that need to have custody of of these kids Well I can't say anything legally about Olivia, sadly, which breaks my heart. But if I'm talking just strictly legality, the only people that need to be involved in custody are myself and Monica, because myself and my It guts off there because of what I'm about to explain, but Angela's basically agreeing right at the end of that, and she's like, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I guess so.
SPEAKER_01I mean like, no, bitch, you can't have custody of my kid or be any part of that. What's wrong with you? Also, there's a portion of this recording where I have to take it out, and that's because I say something that has to do with uh Monica that I feel is her story to tell and not mine. So I'm going to take that out. And what I'm going to do is continue it from the point where I'm no longer talking about that particular subject. Now, I do this out of respect for her because she's the mother of our child, but I also do it because it's kind of an act of good faith that while I've got a lot of dirt, I'm choosing not to air it. So now we're going to go into where I'm talking about Brandon. And at this point, I'm pretty upset with Brandon. Um, we haven't talked about the dumbass incident yet, which uh I don't know. I think actually what I'll do is at the end of this podcast uh episode, I'll tell you about the dumbass incident, okay? And it'll give a little more context as to why I had uh some issues um in the sense of you know not really caring much for him at that point. Um, you know, I mean, can also let's not forget the whole, you know, moving in while I'm in California under the guise of being abused. So there's that. But let's just go ahead and move forward in this. I'm gonna take that part out.
SPEAKER_00He had me as dumbass in his phone. He tried to trade my workers' compensation. He basically tried to take money out of my kid's mouth. So really, it just comes down to like how I respond to these things and how I react. Is Monica and I gonna have a conversation about it? Every single bit of this? Absolutely. But at the end of it's just gonna be hey, we're going to court. I'll see you in court. We'll just we're gonna handle the custody stuff in court because you your your your boyfriend and your mother are are getting involved in things that are not cool.
SPEAKER_06Okay, but I'm gonna step out of the I'm gonna what I'm gonna do for my own sanity is I'm going to step out of not my business. I'm gonna step out of it.
SPEAKER_00From this point, you should.
SPEAKER_06Okay, because that's what I'm gonna do. I know you're not.
SPEAKER_01You've been saying that shit the whole time. She's not looking. This is her way of being like, um, I'm caught in my shit, and I'm gonna stop this campaign at the present moment, but continue it later when you're not here to be able to call me out on my bullshit. Okay, that's exactly what the fuck that is. Okay, she didn't take her own advice. If she had just stopped right then and there, i this whole experience could have been a lot less painful for fucking everybody, but neither here nor there. Angela doesn't care about anybody but herself. She's self-serving, she's transactional, just like dad, like father, like daughter. Let's continue.
SPEAKER_00You should tell Brandon to mind his own business, and if he's got something to say, then he needs to just keep it to himself because there's no say it to my face, and here I'll help you. I can carry this part. Yeah, there's no say it to my face. Like, you know, it used to be that the reason I didn't go to his him to go to him violently was because I didn't want an assault on a female charge. The real reason is that I'm better than that.
SPEAKER_01I have tried to touch on this exponentially throughout this podcast, whenever contextually appropriate. I've also tried to do this in real life, whenever contextually appropriate. Bill Burr has a comedy bit where he talks about how you should never hit a woman, but that doesn't mean that you can't talk about why the fuck you got here. Also, you can't talk about reasons? Like, are you you're you're kidding, right? Like, that's that's yeah, that's a fucking thing, apparently. Apparently, you know, thinking of reasons that you would want to smack somebody also is the same thing as doing it. Now, it's not, okay. I can have these thoughts about Brandon because at the time I was really angry. All right, like people are talking magnanimous amounts of shit and they're not doing it to my face. Like I'm seeing it in his text messages, and we'll get to that when we talk about the dumbass incident. Now, all I'm saying, right, when it comes to how I was feeling in 2022 versus how I feel now. I mean, if he wants to apologize for all this shit, he can. He doesn't have to. I couldn't care less. I can go through the rest of my life not giving two iotas of a fuck about this individual. But my only concern starts to jump in is if he's ever being fucked up with the kids. And Angela alleges that. I have emails where he she talks about shit, and we'll get into that. But, anyways, let me get back to this.
SPEAKER_00And I just don't want to, I that's not I I don't care anymore. He can do what he wants.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, it's okay. They can eat the ducky.
SPEAKER_00It's all good. You know, I'm not I'm not gonna I'm not gonna cry over it. I'm just gonna let the lawyer handle it. I have the best attorney in the state for uh this kind of thing, and um I'm just really sad that m their cho Monica's choosing to make me spend money I would have spent on the kids on a lawyer. But it is what it is.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, your chips are on the porch, my love.
SPEAKER_00It's all gravy. So, what do you have planned with this sweet one here? I know she's going for a nap soon.
SPEAKER_06I just I I just I wasn't expecting her to go so early. I thought she should go maybe two or three. I was thinking about having an egg hunt. Um, like you could keep an eye on her for a minute. I could throw the eggs out real quick, and you know, so you can be able to enjoy some egg hunt with her.
SPEAKER_00I'd love that.
SPEAKER_06Before she you know goes here for a 90 minute. And then I was gonna take her to the park, but she's exhausted, so. Um, we can do the egg hunt first, and then I can let's do it.
SPEAKER_00Her and I'll walk around here.
SPEAKER_05Alright, because I'm gonna here. Okay, go with a dad go with daddy. Jason's gonna go do something real quick.
unknownThank you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're no you're welcome.
SPEAKER_01The anger and the rage and the fury of being lied to like this, of being played, of having a narrative read to you from a willing participant.
SPEAKER_02Like Angela wasn't just acting like an agent of the ops, she was on the front lines.
SPEAKER_01She's using her relationship which with me, which I'm thinking is a relationship that she's worked hard to repair based off of all the nonsense that I've dealt with her over the years.
SPEAKER_03All the emails of my darling brother, this, that, and the other, all the correspondence, all the public hangouts, the family meetings, the DJing at her wedding. It was all a setup. One day I'm gonna have a kid. One day. If I have a kid, they're gonna take that kid away from me somehow.
SPEAKER_02And I gotta say when I went to get this recording of this of the many, many recordings that I have from the email storage that's on the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
SPEAKER_01I came across my old correspondence with my uh attorney, Brian Ray. He's a judge now. I was such a fucking prick, man. Like, I can't believe how much of a jerk I was. I mean, yeah, I was an angry dad, and yeah, there were times where you know I relapsed, and we've talked about that.
SPEAKER_02However, what really, really bothers me is not only how I treated my lawyer, by A not listening to him, and B just bothering him with dumb shit that he just shouldn't care about, and being angry at the wrong person, coupled with this abusive psychotic shit that Angela's doing. Evidenced in this recording.
SPEAKER_01Whereas she is a woman who does not care about my best interests, has absolute southern-hearted, deep-rooted hatred for me.
SPEAKER_03What a fucking grift. What a grift.
SPEAKER_01To listen to her play these games. But you know what, by the way, y'all don't mind if I uh cut the fan on, right? Like, I want to make myself comfortable. You know what else I'd like to do? I'd like to make a cup of tea. You know, I've got this delicious Earl Grey tea over here. We have a tea setup for Kiara. Yeah? And this tea setup is uh technically a curing, right? It's um you probably can't even care me with the shit. But it's a curie setup where instead of coffee, I can put tea in here. So I take two uh two tan two tangerine orange tea bags and one Earl Green tea bag. And then well, of course, it's gonna make me fill the motherfucker up with water now before I can even demonstrate it. I think that's a shit.
SPEAKER_03I suppose I could have done all that.
SPEAKER_01You know, like before I started this episode. Um I suppose I also don't give a shit. You know, when when I listened to Angela play her game, I I gotta admit I'm really grateful to God for the ability to to hold it together. Like it wasn't easy. It just wasn't easy. And then when I take Kiara inside, lay her down for a nap, and I sing her you are my sunshine, that song, and Monica used to sing it to him. Like, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna take credit for that. That's that's Monica's thing. Hang on a second here.
unknownThere we go.
SPEAKER_01That'll that'll grew as it needs to. Um I sat down after listening to uh Angela's recording. Yeah, you guys have to understand that this really fucks with me hard. It brings back a lot of trauma and it's very triggering. However, they're my triggers, right? And it's how I respond that matters. So since I'm clearly responding calmly, I have to also just admit wholeheartedly it may not impede my ability to be witty or think, but it's definitely kind of messing with my communication skills a bit. So I sat down right after After listening to this recording after I spoke previously in this episode. On a separate note, one would even ask, why would you torture yourself by listening to this again? Well, I I I I had to be refamiliarized with things that she said and did. And there's other things that she talked about in there that I just left in there because and didn't really discuss because it was kind of it's kind of a common sense thing. Like, do I have to label every single thing that she's done? It would be like trying to label every single lie President Trump has told the United States citizenship. Like I I just no, it's too much. The receipts are there, like that that should be good enough, right? But I wrote down what what what I mainly took umbrage with in the sense of how this affected me. Uh I think it's important for that to be told. But the problem is, is if I try to do it off the cuff, I I'm gonna end up getting angry because it's not controlled. I'm gonna end up getting verbose because there is no end in sight, and I'm gonna end up losing credibility because I don't have the ability to finish a concise, complete, succinct thought. So look, I'm gonna go ahead and read what I got written down here because I feel like this is very important and must be notated. And before I do, I'm sure you also don't mind that I grab my tea, right? Like, why make tea, yeah? And uh not drink it. So Kiara likes his tea also. I'm like doing so many don'ts or for for recording. Like I've got the fan running, I've got Grand Theft Auto playing in the background. I just used my big ass huge foot to pull out my VSX headphone cable. Now I'm drinking tea. Hell. Now um, I mean, I I could do a dab, but I'd be sitting here for fucking four minutes with a dumb torch trying to heat the nectar collector, and I just don't have the patience. Let's get started. So, what you just heard is what I allege is the anatomy of a trap. To me, that's the sound of my sister, Angela, systematically executing what I allege is a cold calculated plan under the guise of family concern. Oh, excuse me, so sorry. The PlayStation's demanding attention. I guess we should give it attention, right? Well, let's strip away the emotional noise and let's look at the clinical science of what was actually happening on that porch and in the front yard and on the side of her house. And then later inside, when I was putting Kiara to sleep. In forensic psychology, this is known as betrayal trauma. When the people who are biologically hardwired to support you during a life-threatening crisis instead use your vulnerability as a window to ambush you, the brain processes it as a severe existential threat. That was Rockstar, 100% rockstar. Biologically, my nervous system was flooded with adrenaline and cortisol. Every natural human instinct was screaming at me to fight. Fight back! Shut down the deceit and to violently defend my baseline safety. But I couldn't. Why? Because my two-year-old daughter Kiara was playing right there in the grass. Probably even wondering, like, well, how did I even get there? How did I know? Angela told me that she had Chiara there and invited me to see her. I don't know if Monica knows that or not. I don't particularly care. Um, didn't do anything wrong, but that's the I didn't do anything wrong. I I according to all the stuff that Angela was telling me, it makes it seem like she was a secret agent. Making it to where I could get on the Underground Childhood Railroad and somehow see my daughter that has been being kept from me. The psychological toll of that kind of forced brain suppression is massive. It will force your brain into hypervigilance. That traps your body into a prolonged fight or flight state because you have to swallow your survival instincts to protect your child from seeing an explosion. Angela didn't care about that sorry, the words physiological, sorry. Angela didn't care about that physiological cost to me. She didn't care about any form of recovery, which at that point would have been mental. She cared about her narrative, her execution, and securing her own unauthorized third-party access to my children. But here is the ultimate irony of Angela's plan. It was entirely short-sighted. You cannot build a relationship with a child on the wreckage of her father's life. By weaponizing my medical crisis and trying to lay a trap to alienate me, Angela sealed her own fate. This audio data is an indestructible time capsule. As Kiara grows up, she will not look back and see a caring aunt.
SPEAKER_02She will look at the empirical data.
SPEAKER_01She will see the deception as she will inevitably grow to despise Angela for the calculated malice she brought to our doorstep when we were at our lowest. It's like history repeating itself. I wouldn't recommend it. For example, I would not recommend talking to any of Scott's children or Stacy's child and asking them what kind of relationship they have with their grandfather. I wouldn't do that. What do you think Kiara's gonna think about her grandfather? Or yeah. What do you think Kiara's gonna think about dad and Sue when she discovers this deceit? I mean, I I I hate them again for for this. Like it's like a double hatred, almost. Like, you're putting my kid through this, you fucking pricks. Angela Dad and Sue's goal was to provoke a monster so they could use it as evidence later on in their paperwork that they were filing with the Alamance County courts, yeah? And I mean, according to Angela, Brandon was just trying to do everything he could to emasculate me. I mean, with all due respect in the world, that shit has failed. Like, I I I mean I've got no problem with him being stepdad to our kids, but you know, if he marries Monica, but Brandon will never be a father to those children. He will never be Chiara's father, uh, he will never be Olivia's father. That's a different individual. I also understand that I am not Olivia's biological father. I get that. The difference between Brandon and myself is uh I helped raise Olivia for six years in a relationship, whereas you you have stolen valor with children by stepping in when you were supposed to be teaching Olivia martial arts at skills for kids instead, you're fucking Monica and moving into my house, wearing my clothes, taking pictures of my cat and putting it on Instagram, doing a whole number of things in a home that I'm sending money home for for Monica to spend and take care of the kids. Nah, nah, man. Like I I'm not allowed to ever be mad about that. That's a little silly to me. I'm not ever allowed to call Brandon out about that. That's a little silly to me. But here's the thing. Yeah, I did a lot of flipping out. Yeah, I made some threats. Yeah, I said some shit. I stand on ten toes with all of that, and I had to be held accountable for all of that. That don't mean I still didn't fucking stand on ten toes with anything I ever said, in the sense of getting angry about these things. The one thing that I definitely did not mean was the shit that I said on tape when I was being recorded by Angela when I was having a severe depressive episode. I've talked about this numerous times. And because it's come up in context numerous times. It's hard to be at your lowest and have someone that is claiming to have your best interests at heart not have your best interests at heart by secretly, secretly recording you. Okay? Like without your consent. The difference between Angela and me is everyone knew that I recorded everything. I started recording everything at a point in time during this whole ordeal when I felt that shit just wasn't right, and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't hallucinating. I mean, we recall the issue where dad hid my cannabis paraphernalia in the uh um from the trunk of my car into Olivia's dresser. And like all I can say is that there were uh there was a lot of gaslighting happening. Um I can name so many different examples. Like, I can name the example when uh in um bear with me. The beginning of March of 2022. No, 2020. Yeah, yeah, 2022. The beginning of March of 2022, when um Monica and Brandon moved out of the rental, yeah. And uh Monica tells me that not to worry about paying rent for the month of March, that just it everything's fine, like it'll give you an opportunity to figure out what you're gonna do because I was also moving, okay? Uh dad and I had an argument over uh more lies Angela told. I have that recording on conversation. I have that whole entire thing on tape, and we're going to have an episode about that. Like I said, I've I said since the beginning, we I've had I have receipts, I have crazy fucking receipts. So many hours and hours and hours of recordings that, well, we're gonna get into that shit. You know? If Monica's lawyer wants to embarrass me, not I don't think she would have done it. I think I I 100% believe it was Monica's lawyer working more for her mother's interests than for uh, you know for ma for Monica for Monica's or Kiara's or Olivia's. I'll tell you this much. Like, with the bad mouth thing I heard Amanda do uh about Monica while she was in the hospital, um, I could never you could never trust Amanda to tell the truth about fuck all anything. You just can't. It's always gonna be about I'm gonna make myself look good. Like I've changed my life, and I'm not an ex-co-corps stripper anymore, and I'm just married just drag strip racer, a car owner, thingami bobber, and I'm doing all good in life and everything's so fine, and I don't put up with nothing. And I'll shoot Steven if he comes to this house, and I'll shoot your other ex that abused you too if he comes to this house. I'm gonna shoot anybody because I got guns, yeah. I mean, like I said, I still can't even figure out whether it was Amanda or Angela that uh hired the dude to pull the trigger. I mean, it's kind of pointing to Angela now, setting Amanda up, but honestly, I think what I've decided to do when it comes to that is just leave it at that and be like, hey, you know what? Um I can't prove that it was Amanda, I can't prove that it was Angela, I can't prove that the gun was held to the back of my head at Saxpaha Island. I can't prove that the things that were said were said to me. I can't prove that I'm nearly pissed all over myself fucking walking back. I can't prove that the phone call came from the private number with the block phone and the uh masked voice that I can't trace because I mean I'm I I never claimed to be some fucking Christian Slater, you know, hackers type deal. Like it was never like that with my life. I've never claimed that. You know, people can know things and be a human being, it just is what it is. But I I I can't prove any of those things happened, right? But they fucking did. Okay? And I'll never be able to trust her to tell the truth. I can probably trust Monica to tell her truth, but therein lies why we're even here. Therein lies why we have to keep going to all these different subjects within the course of 240 seconds. What did we just hit? Five different topics? Again, I got receipts for all this shit. Well, except for the whole gun being put to the back of my head. I that's just a story. I can't prove it. Strain that this has put on me over the years, all of this.
SPEAKER_02Did not break me. I'm still here and still kicking. I still get to see my princess.
SPEAKER_04Where's the other siren? I don't want to hear the sirens anymore. Am I on top of the siren? I am on top of the siren. Oh, I just got hit by a semi-truck.
SPEAKER_01I feel like the war structure that Angelo put together is flimsy. And it started cracking a hot minute ago. In the next episode, we're going to continue dissecting the collapse, and that essentially goes like this. Even though things happened to me that were devastating, my child and my non-birth daughter were ripped apart away from me, which was devastating. And everything I knew as life was being taken. I was being erased, and that was devastating. And I've always said since the beginning, there's receipts. And there's certain things that were recorded that show how do you put it? They showcase motive and intent and tells. When you're listening to Angela talk or dad talk, there's always motive. Sue's just a puppet. She doesn't really have like a mind of her own. She does whatever dad says. Maggles is like one of my best friends. David DeLeon was his boss that I used to have at Chatham Marketplace. And they should have been hooking up then, but uh didn't.
SPEAKER_04And uh motherfucker. Don't get up.
SPEAKER_01Okay. And she's like blowing up my phone for me to text David Delia that he's a dirty old man because it's funny.
SPEAKER_04And uh, she's like one of my good friends, so I'm probably gonna do it. Um shit.
SPEAKER_01My motorcycle's actually not working. Wow, that's a level of realism I have never seen in this game. And is that a fucking cougar? That's a dead cougar.
SPEAKER_04I have no fucking car. Hmm.
SPEAKER_01Well, anyways. I I I meant what I said, like uh I've got a lot of recordings. One of the uh recordings that I have that we're gonna play next is I've talked about the money Angela owes me, right? Now I have to be honest, I don't know if like recording somebody saying, Hey, I'm loaning you $2,000 and you're gonna agree to this payment plan and just say yes if you do. And they say yes and they agree and they acknowledge who they are on the recording and that they're okay with being with all this and everything. I don't know if that's a valid contract, but I do know and fully well, I do fully believe that if I were to pay the hundred dollars to take her to court to get my money back, that I would win because she's literally on tape admitting she's borrowing the money and that she's gonna pay it back, and she never does. Well, I got three hundred dollars from her. That's it. I ain't got else shit else from this bitch. Uh, from what I understand, um there's a chance she either spent it on uh Percocets or she um used it to pay somebody to put a gun to my head. It's one of the two, and like I said, uh with that particular subject, I'm just gonna leave it at it. It was either one or the other. I can't prove either way, nobody's really talking anymore, and I'm not getting any more private phone calls, so life be life, and uh we'll play that recording. Uh, and I'm gonna pick another one. There's there's a lot, there's a lot of recordings to pick to uh go through, and um, we're gonna start doing that. Probably go into season four with that.
SPEAKER_04Um, I think we've covered it. I think so.
SPEAKER_01Thank you for listening to the Myers Family Conspiracy.
SPEAKER_02Protect your peace.
SPEAKER_01Analyze the data, and never let the predators dictate the terms of your survival. I will definitely see you all next time, and until then, just keep your heads up. And then I'm gonna go enjoy my afternoon before I've gotta hit the gym and go to work. I was uh at the rental, uh, playing Mr. Doubtfire, and it was about five minutes before a little. VN KR had to go down for their 90-minute nap. It was a little ritual we all had, and I think Monica came up with it. It was a good idea. Brandon comes to me and he says, Hey man, I lost my phone. Could you help me find it? I was like, sure, I'll call it right now. We'll find it. He's like, okay. So I'm uh keep in mind like that his willingness of like, oh, okay, that's fine. That means you know he knows I'm going to potentially find his phone and pick it up and look at it. Just keep that in mind. Okay. I call I find it like within five seconds. He's in the other end of the house, whatever. I the reason I didn't say, hey Brandon, I found your phone, like a decent human being would, because we could all agree that's that's what a decent person would do, right? I think that's fair. Uh is because he had me listed as dumbass in his phone. And I'm just looking at it like, oh my god, are you fucking kidding me? But this are you for real, bro?
SPEAKER_04Okay, alright.
SPEAKER_01So I answer the phone and then I hang up, and it leaves me unlocked in his phone. And I'm like, okay. So I start reading text messages, and I'm not caring about the personal stuff between him and Monica. I'm caring about the shit he's talking about me being an awful dad and a piece of shit and a horrible person, and just but not giving any context as to why. Just hating on me like an ex uh would potentially be hated on by the new romantic partner of who I used to date. I mean, illogically that makes sense, but at the same token, it's mentally retarded. So I'm just trying really hard not to flip out. I'm so angry. Because I mean I'm already under this insane amount of ridiculous stress. I'm trying to even think when this what what month this happened. Uh I think this was like in January of yeah, this is in January, I think, of uh 2022. Because yeah, because I was getting uh I started, yeah, that's right, because the next month was when I was having the workers' compensation issues. That's neither here nor there, but that makes sense, yeah. And um, so I go to him and I'm like, hey man, uh, I gotta put the kids to bed. You and I need to talk on the porch. And I'm like, Olivia, Chiara, let's go. And he tries to step in, like, nah, I got this. Like, they're my fucking kids. Like, fuck off. Like, I got I got this. Come on, girls, I love you. Put in bed and everything. I was like, Come on, we need to step on the porch. We need to talk. You and me, we need to talk.
SPEAKER_04I was like, I call him on my phone, I'm calling him, and I have my phone, his phone in my hands and I give him a small. I said, Hey, I found your phone, just take a look at it. And he just looks at it, it goes all red. And I'm like, all right, so I'm a dumbass, right?
SPEAKER_01That's what you think of. No, I'm in. Hey, you know what? Just shut the fuck up. Just listen. Just you need to just listen. I'm a dumbass. I'm a dumbass, right? And so I start laying into all the reasons of him of why I think I am a dumbass. Oh, I'm a dumbass, yeah, because I let you just fucking step in here and jump into a relationship. Yeah, all these I I'm literally just laying into him for all the shit that I'm very upset about. But like I'm doing everything I can not to choke grab this motherfucker and throw him through the front porch, which is what I wanted to do, which I had the ability to do. Which again, people underestimate me all the time, and that's okay. I don't mind it. But here's what also gets underestimated my ability to keep my cool. Now, yeah, I was really, really angry about it, but I just let him have it. And I remember saying something along the lines of, you know, you you're really lucky right now, okay? The kids are here, and I've got to maintain this because if they weren't here and it was just this, you and I would be rolling right now, fists down. All right, I'm gonna go inside, we're just gonna let this go. And I go inside. An hour later, he comes to me and he says, I'm sorry, I apologize. And here, I want to give you something. And he gives me a letter. I don't have this letter anymore. Brandon, if you say that you didn't write the letter, I'm gonna call you a liar. You absolutely did. Like every bit of this is 100% true. So you do don't refute any of this. It's it's it's it's all fact. Um I read this letter and it's basically an apology, it's a genuine, heartfelt apology. Uh you're a good father, and you don't deserve to be labeled that in your phone, and I'm really sorry for all these things, and da-da-da-da-da. So I read it and I was I was moved by it. I was, you know, like that took a lot of courage to do, but it also could have been done on a manipulative level. It sounds a lot like you know, him and Monica talked about it, and Monica was like, you need to make this right. I don't know. I it could be a number of things that I I'm just not sure of. I never got to read about that later when I got his phone again and read his texts again. And I I don't have any uh I don't feel bad about doing that. Nobody was communicating to me, nobody was telling me the truth about jack fucking shit. Like about how the cameras were being set up in the house pointed at the couch I was directly sleeping at when I was staying there. Like we could keep going. I got a lot, I got a lot, okay? But what it really, really comes down to is that yeah, I guess it was a dumbass. And all I can say is that now there's contextual understanding as to why I believe the way I did about Brandon. As for now, I I couldn't care less. I've I've moved on. This is just me telling a story, and I I'm allowed to get animated when I tell the story, it's my story to tell. But it's my hopes that in the future uh people listening to this um maybe think about what they're doing in their lives so they don't become dumbasses. And girls, um I did my best under stressful, arduous circumstances. I love you both very much. This is the Myers Family Conspiracy. Thank you for listening. I'll see y'all soon.
